Pełny tekst źródłaBackground: Forecasting is an instrument that the managers rely upon for their anticipations of the future. Subcontractors control their operations according to the forecast volumes provided by the telecom mobile network equipment suppliers. The information in the forecasts is however not sufficient.
Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to identify and test relevant and available market indicators for prediction of future demand fluctuations on the telecom mobile network equipment market.
Realisation: During a number of interviews, factors that are driving the network equipment market were clarified. The aim of this part was to identify possible market indicators. Hypotheses were set up to test the chosen indicators. In the second part, the indicators were tested statistically. Finally, the theoretical and logical support of the results was discussed.
Result: To predict future movements in network equipment demand, the market indicators should focus on the telecom mobile operators, and their ability, need, and willingness to make new investments. The market indicators proven to be of most importance after the regression analyses were long-term market interest rates and telecom corporate bond indices.

In the recent years, Long Term Evolution (LTE) systems have been developed to replace 3G mobile networks. During the LTE network deployment, it is essential that the mobile operators and manufacturers conduct tests on user equipment (UE) and base station (eNB). This dissertation develops a LTE test environment that can be used to test the Internet Protocol (IP)-based packet performance for Time Division - Long Term Evolution (TD-LTE) and Long Term Evolution Frequency Division Duplex (LTE FDD). Specifically, we consider the latency and the throughput performance of IP, TCP, and voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) packet delivery. This multi-purpose test environment can be utilized to investigate the performance of UE and/or eNB of various manufacturers. Furthermore, we also measure the latency and throughput performance of Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX), Time Division - Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA) and Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (W-CDMA), and compare them with the performance of TD-LTE and LTE FDD. The measurement results provide guidelines for the LTE UE and eNB vendors to improve their products, and the operators to deploy their future networks and subsidized UEs. On the other hand, to measure VoIP quality, we proposed two MOS measurement approaches for mobile devices. In our approaches, a simple program is installed in each of the mobile devices (through an app-store like mechanism). In the PESQ MOS measurement approach, a lightweight real-time table lookup solution significantly reduces the computation time of PESQ MOS from 315.4 seconds to 3 seconds. In the E-model MOS measurement approach, MOS value can be accurately computed in 5.35 seconds. These results indicate that the proposed approaches can effectively provide the real-time VoIP quality measurement.

Previous studies in communications services area, most of research focused on services for satisfaction. Very few scholars would apply to both positive and negative emotions to explore telecommunication services due to lack of blame attribution, emotion and conation. This study applied tri-component attitude model to study the customers’ emotional reactions and conations and explore the positive and negative emotions of customers encounter failure context for 3G mobile network. The respondents of this study were Chunghwa Telecom 3G mobile network users in Taiwan. This study collected 446 valid samples for analysis. The results of this study indicated that: (1) Perceived interactional justice, service failure severity and stability of product has significant and positive effect on blame attribution, respectively; (2) Perceived interactional justice and empathy has significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, respectively; (3) Blame attribution has significant and positive effect on empathy, anger and recovery expectations, respectively; (4) Empathy has significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction; (5) Empathy and customer satisfaction has significant and positive effect on customer loyalty; (6) Empathy, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty has significant and positive effect on intention to use and adopt, respectively; (7) Anger has significant and positive effect on desire for revenge.

Nowadays, the trend of using the value-added services and data services instead of traditional telecommunications services such as voice and messaging becomes clearer. The provider of mobile communication services are focusing on the value-added services and data services to ensure the growth and offset the decline in revenue from the service list traditions. For the reasons above, the topic was selected: "Building model of location base services for mobile telecom network in Vietnam". Case study in VMS-MobiFone, with the desire to study and Provide model for system development, as well as services needed to provide to customers on the mobile phone network associated with locating service. Objectives: Constructing technical model to develop the location services for mobile net-work and Helping mobile networks in Vietnam to diversify services provided to customers. To build technical model for developing location-based services need to study model provide location-based services have been implemented and the ability to combine location information of mobile subscribers. Based on a combination of subscriber location infor-mation and location information will be the basis for the deployment of value added ser-vices in mobile communication networks The study applies this model in VMS-Mobifone company and offer services can be deployed on a research model Methodology: The research strategy is to study the situation, and the method is to use mixed methods short-term (cut layer) with both qualitative and quantitative data collecting and analysis. Expected results and discussion: From the results of quantitative and qualitative, expert interviews, conducted surveys, we can summarize the preliminary results achieved: Provide model for system development, as well as services needed to provide to customers on the mobile phone network associated with locating service. At the same time analyze the difficulties and advantages in the deployment process. On the basis of systematizing to clarify the GIS service models combined with lo-cation-based services LBS and mobile networks, as well as analysizing of the strengths and weaknesses of the previous system developed on the GIS model for the internet to develop and build models for handheld devices, where the trend of the shift between the smartphone and computer equipment is more and more grow-ing.
