Pour combler une partie de la lacune dans la recherche sur son systeme theatral, nous avons etudie a travers ses cinquante-sept ans de vie artistique ses methodes de repetition, sa theorie de la mise en scene, ses conceptions de la representation et du tournage, en nous referant au theatre, au cinema, a la danse, a la litterature, a la peinture, a la poesie, a la linguistique et a la philosophe. Mei lanfang is the most famous actor of the chinese tranditional theatre. He was admired not only by the chinese audience, but also by western dramatists and cineasts, like stanislavski, mayerhold, brecht and eisenstein. In order to fill a vacancy in the study of mei's theatrical system, we investigate, through his 57 years of artistical life, his repetition methods, his directing theory and his conceptions concerning scenic and cinematic performances, and we will refer to various fields, such as the theatre, the cinema, the danse, the litterature, the painting, the poetry, the linguastics and the philosophy. Mei Qing (1624-1697), one of the most original painters in seventeenth-century China, created a unique style of depicting the topography of the Chinese landscape, especially that of Mt. Huang. He has been recognized as one of the three greatest masters of the Mt. Huang school, along with Hongren (1610-1664) and Shitao (1642 - 1707). Also he once was praised as the leader of painting of actual landscape in the Ming and Qing dynasties. But, hitherto no extensive and critical studies on his paintings have been undertaken. The present study is divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, Mei Qing's background, poet-painter career and those of many of his painter friends are discussed, laying the historical groundwork for further study of his paintings. On the basis of poems and paintings by Mei Qing and by Shitao, the relationship between these two artists is explored in detail. In the second chapter, we learn that Mei Qing's paintings are derived from various sources; contemporary Anhui paintings, ancient masters, topographical paintings and prints, and particularly nature itself Through an analysis of Mei Qing's dated paintings, three stages of stylistic development are suggested in the third chapter, so providing a framework for dating nine undated works and for judging sixteen forgeries in the fourth chapter. After an exploration of the formation of the Mt. Huang school, a clearer and more precise definition of the school is proposed in chapter five. Through a comparison between Mei Qing's renditions of Mt. Huang and those by the other masters of the school, Mei Qing's poetic-fantastic imagination is completely revealed. In the final chapter, four important followers of Mei Qing are discussed to manifest the influence of his paintings. The significance of Mei Qing's role as a leader of painting of actual landscape in later Chinese landscape painting is further argued in the conclusion.

O pessegueiro vem ganhando espaço em regiões produtoras de frutas do estado de São Paulo, principalmente as cultivares de baixo requerimento de frio, como o ‘Aurora-1’. O umezeiro é um portaenxerto que condiciona menores volumes de copa em plantas de pessegueiro, além de possuir resistência a patógenos de solo, sendo objeto de estudo neste trabalho, avaliando-se sua clonagem por estaquia, além de sua combinação com o ‘Aurora-1’, por enxertia de mesa, e enraizamento simultâneo. Em ambos os trabalhos foram utilizadas as concentrações 0; 1.000; 3.000 e 5.000 mg/L de AIB para tratamento das estacas, que foram coletadas em duas situações de vegetação da planta de umezeiro: estacas herbáceas retiradas da planta adulta e estacas herbáceas retiradas da planta após 60 dias da poda de rejuvenescimento. Foram avaliados: porcentagem de sobrevivência, com folhas, calos e enraizamento das estacas, número e comprimento médio de raízes e porcentagem de enxertos vivos e com estacas enraizadas. Também foi realizado um estudo histológico, por microscopia eletrônica de varredura, das regiões de rizogênese e de contato e união da enxertia. Os materiais vegetativos propagados apresentaram melhores resultados depois de uma poda rejuvenescimento. A estaquia teve superioridade em todas as variáveis avaliadas em comparação à enxertia de mesa. O ‘Rigitano’ apresentou melhores resultados, sendo superado pelo Clone 15 apenas na sobrevivência dos enxertos. O uso de AIB influenciou na sobrevivência e no enraizamento das estacas e incrementou o número médio de raízes por estaca.
The peach tree is becoming more popular in fruit producing regions of São Paulo, mainly cultivars with low chill requirement, such as 'Aurora-1'. The japanese apricot, as being a rootstock that conditions smallest canopy in peach plants, besides having resistance to soil pathogens, being object of this work, evaluating their cloning by cuttings and their combination in grafting with simultaneous rooting, with the 'Aurora-1'. In both studies was used the concentrations 0; 1,000; 3,000 and 5000 mg/L of IBA in two vegetation situations of mume plant: softwood cuttings taken from adult plants and softwood cuttings taken from the plant after 60 days of rejuvenation pruning. It was evaluated the rooting percentage parameters of cuttings, number and average length of roots and percentage of survival of grafts with rooting cuttings. It was also conducted a histological study, by scanning electron microscopy, of the root formation zone and contact grafting. The vegetative material propagated showed better results after a rejuvenation pruning. The cuttings had superiority in all variables evaluated, in comparison to the cuttings grafted. The 'Rigitano' had the best results, being overcome by Clone 15 only in the survival of grafts. The IBA concentrations influenced the survival and rooting of cuttings and the use of IBA increased the average number of roots of cutting.

The purpose of this study was to explore the attitudes of kindergarten teachers toward inclusive education, the allocation of students. By the analyze, questionnaire and inquire, we know what''s people need and attitudes of kindergarten teachers. We focus on teachers who work in public or private school in Taichung county, Taichung City, Chung Hwa county, Nan Toe county, etc. There are 498 specific sample. After the data was analyzed by frequencies, percentages, t-test, and one-way ANOVA, the following conclusions were reached: 1. Kindergarten teachers have good response to preschool education. 2. Teachers are from different background have evidently different think to preschool education. ‧Different ages teachers have evidently different think of work stress, teachers of ages 40~49 have much more work stress than teacher of age 20~29. ‧The teachers of different years one spends in job have evidently different think of work stress, the teachers who have work been over 10 years have much higher than the teachers who have been work one ~ three, four ~ six years. ‧Teachers work in different work department have evidently different think of preschool education public school teachers. Private school teachers think they agree about school timetable more than public school teachers. ‧Different school pattern teachers have evidently different think of preschool education. Teachers who teach more than five classes higher than teachers who teach less than two classes or three ~ four classes teachers. ‧Teachers who have different experience of teach special children, have evidently different experience of teach special children have work stress more. Lately, we have suggestion to the policy-making agency of preschool and preschool teaching department.

Writing is the process of the operation of a death drive. Writing and self-analysis eventually vomit out the “bad things” and are in the meantime trying to resolve or to destroy, so the vomiting and the accompanied intellectual practices themselves are the necessary processes of healing. The writing of this thesis is a kind of narrative by way of story-telling coupled with theoretical discourse. The first chapter starts from the history of life that sets the literary texts on Chung Li-ho and Chung Ping-mei / Tai-mei, which explores how the reader's experience of a life in a novel and a real character’s self-reported text differ so drastically. The second chapter discusses with two narrative story-lines for Chung Li-ho and Chung Tai-mei, emphasizing Chung Tai-mei as a woman, by her words and her reality of the past situations. The subject matter written by Chung Li-ho clearly shows a patriarchal imagery and also reshaped by the abducted Ping-mei. The third chapter is mainly on the theories of psychoanalysis from a relational perspective. Emphasis of discussion is set on the theoretical development of intersubjectivity of contemporary (American) analysts in a rather dialectical manner, such as a newly emerged conception of “the third.” The fourth to the sixth chapters focuses on the theme of my life history as a therapeutic encounter. Chapter four analyzes the experiences and locales of self-discovery as a writing subject, and explains how to implement with methodologically guided self-analysis, and how my analyst (An) and my thesis director (Dir) as well as my supervisor engage in these processes. Chapter five further applies a free drawing (or random picturing) technique for pictoral metaphor and dream interpretations, emphasizing that the analysand (Ad) can transform her subjectivity onto an analyser (As), which means she is becoming an agent of self-creation and launches a healing process: creation-symbolization-healing becomes a synchronized process. Chapter sixth steps into further discussions on the woman’s subjectivity in the cultural context - especially in our context- of the falling experiences of being psychological dominated. The seventh chapter explore the position of woman diversion,and analyzes the relationship between “the third” as a special outlet that has to some extent led to the Road of Liberation. Chapter eighth as a conclusion also elaborates the knowledge of analysis can be deemed as a way of inspiring the personal soul and of transforming the relationship between objects and people. As a synthethized answer to the questions posed in previous chapters, as a tentative closure for the time being, and certainly I posit here some further problems which may be developed in the future.

Wu Mei-Ling at the age of 107, devoted all life the contribution of education in art and to the promotion of native culture in Taiwan. His lifelong career can be reckoned as the centennial history of art education at Taiwan. By disciplining himself as an artist and absorbing as well the nourishment from folk art of Taiwan, he had smoothly imitated and produced a remarkable art well. At present under the honorable appellation of “Master”, he humbly confessed himself as “gardener of the art” at the art community. The character and temperament, equivalent to the religionist’s had inspired him to donate his artworks to those predestined ones who had keen intently endeared to reserve. Wu’s artistic style, which had been nourished by folk art of Taiwan, specifically in connection with the production process of lantern during Chinese Lantern Festival, not only ideally carried out his “life is aesthetics experience” but also fulfilled the concept of “Aesthetics is existing in life”. In fact, education was a method to transmit the wisdom of mankind , and to sustain the continuation of culture, meantimes it was the significant process that thereby had upgraded the quality of human life. Wu perceived, with sincere mind, the regularity of natural shifting seasons in the universe and the constantly changeable opportunities, which enable him to open-heartedly adjust himself to keep in step with the enormous changing times. The booming economy at nowadays society and the severe distortion of values by people had unfortunately led to gradual disappearance of Chinese ethics-respectful to teacher and consciousness of mortality. Having deeply comprehended Wu’s sincere devotion to the education of art, writer by taking this opportunity of conducting research, reappraised thoroughly myself and would anticipate to initiate the direction of future prospect for the human art.

Mei (Prunus mume Sieb et Zucc.) can be soaked in spirit to make mei liqueur. Color is generally recognized as an essential quality attribute in alcoholic beverages. There are few scientific literatures concerning the making of mei liqueur and color changes. This thesis was to investigate the making of mei liqueur and the mechanism for browning in mei liqueur. Browning mechanisms of mei liqueur were studied using model solutions containing 28% ethanol in 0.1M citrate solution (pH 3.0) added with or without ascorbic acid, fructose, the predominant amino acid (asparagine), and catechin. The fact that no detectable browning occurred in all the samples containing no catechin shows the insignificance of Maillard reaction, ascorbic acid degradation, and caramelization. Therefore, the oxidation and condensation of tannins and fructose —catechin interaction may probably be the major mechanisms of browning in mei liqueur. The fractions of phenolic compounds of alcoholic extract by passing alcoholic extract through STRATATM SPE tube are incubating at 50℃. There is browning index changes at the fraction 2 which is analyzed the mayor phenolic composition is catechin with HPLC. We propose that in mei liqueur HMF formed from fructose, and then reacts with catechin-like phenolic compounds and results in browning.   Influencing factors to the browning reaction, which include pH, sugar species, metal ions, organic acid, ethanol concentration, phenolic compound and temperature were investigated. Result shows that fructose, citric acid, low pH value and high temperature promote fructose-catechin browning reaction. The activation energy of the browning pigment in catechin, catechin-gluctose, and catechin-fructose model solutions and alcohol extract is 6.82、6.42、6.51 and 5.22Kcal/mole, respectively. Higher temperature, lower phenolic compound, and higher oxygen content increase browning rate in alcohol extract. In mei liqueur making, ethanol at lower concentrations (30%) recovered more extract than at higher concentrations (60%). Higher ethanol concentration also extracted more phenolic compounds and resulted in higher browning index. Phenolic compounds, condensed tannin content and L value decreased while browning index, a value and b value increased during the aging process of mei-liqueur. We suggest the procedure of making mei liqueur is that washed, soaked in twice volume of 60% ethanol (w/v) around 60 or 90days and aged the alcoholic extract at least 90days.

Japanese apricot or "mei"(Prunus mume, Sieb. et Zucc)is one of the economical fruits in Taiwan. The flavor of its final product is familiar among Asian and European. The cultivars of mei, however, are very confused and complicated in accordance with different local called name, such as Da-ching, Erh-ching, Roan-jy and un-cultivated varities. Investigation on the identification and classification of mei for future mei industry is eagerly required. In this study, Random amplified polymorphism DNA (RAPD)is used as a new and rapid detection method to distinguish among the cultivars by using the leaves of the plant. Furthermore, mei''s leaves, fruits and fruit juice were sampled for investigation on the characteristics, for the reason to develop the relationship between mei cultivars and this characteristics of this processed food. The results show that, 17 mei''s cultivars are differentiate into 4 group. Ching-mei 4 and Roan-yj are grouped together and differentiate with others 15 cultivars by similarity 0.599. Ching-mei 5, Ching-mei 6 and Ching-mei big are grouped together and differenetiate with others 12 cultivars by similarity 0.608. Ian-jy 2 and Ian-jy(sharp)are not the same cultivars, their similarity is 0.771. Ching-mei 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 are not the same cultivars too. Da-ching 2 and Tau-sing although come from different farm, their similarity reach 0.880. Investigation was on the total soluble solids, pH, titratable acidity, water content, ash content and fruit index for the juice quality test. The results show that, there is now difference among the cultivars, it may due to the growing environment of the plants.

Mei (Japanese apricot, Prunus mune Sieb. et Zucc.) is an after-ripening fruit, we can increase its utilization by making new products. The major objective of this study is to investigate the effect of fermentation and aging conditions on the quality of mei wine. The results show that the changes in titratable acidity and volatile acidity are affected by yeast strains. The sugar content, alcohol content, pH and titratable acidity vary with the fermentation temperature. Addition of potassium metabisulfite delays the initiation of fermentation, the rate normal later. Addition of yeast nutrient speeds up the rate of fermentation. According to composition analysis and sensory evaluation, inoculating Saccharomyces cerevisiae Danstil “D” to mei must without the addition of potassium metabisulfite and yeast nutrient, and fermenting at 25oC is a good process for producing mei wine. Phenolic compounds seem to cause color changes in mei wine aged at 16 and 25oC. The detection of HMF (hydroxymethyl furfural) reveals that caramelization may be involved in the color change at 50 oC aging. After aging, the mei wine added with 8% sugar and subjected to sensory evaluation. The results showed no significance difference between commercial mei liqueur and mei wine aging at 25 or 50oC. However, the mei wine aged at 16oC received low sensory scores in appearance and overall acceptance.

In the course of Taiwan''s economic development, the sustained economy growth and development are the result of continuous conventional industries structural adjustment and transformation. Therefore, the ability of Taiwan’s industries in making enterprise growing strategies adjustment at the right time plays a key role for the existence and continuous development of the enterprises. This paper presents the result of an in-depth case study on one of the petrochemical industry index companies - Chi Mei Group about its development, horizontal diversification, vertical integration, and the application of internationalization growing strategies in the industry, as well as its operational results of growth and transformation for the past few decades. With enterprise resources capability as the moving direction such as original profession development (existing resources extension), horizontal diversification (create new resources), vertical integration (up and down streams resources integration), internationalization (resources into overseas markets) and so on. In addition, the growth progress is categorized into three phases as resources deployment period (phase I), resources centralization period (phase II), resources transformation period (phase III), etc. Research was carried out theoretically and practically by hoping to conclude the growth and transformation experiences of Chi Mei Group, and provide sufficient growth or transformation references for petrochemical industry and some other enterprises. The finding of this paper indicates that Chi Mei Group uses multi-faceted growing strategies during resources deployment period (phase I) with original profession development (existing resources extension), horizontal diversification (create new resources), vertical integration (up and down streams resources integration), internationalization (resources into overseas markets) simultaneously. This brought a setback in the overseas investment, and idleness of almost half of the horizontal diversification and vertical integration industries. During its resources centralization period (phase II), it adopts original profession development (existing resources extension) as core approach, shaping standardization for production and marketing thus bring ABS as the world no. 1 in production capability. Later on in resources transformation period (phase III), development is done towards two aspects: internationalization (petrochemical plant investment in mainland China) and transformation to irrelevant industries (TFT/LCD). Besides, it also actively coordinates with TFT/LCD industries for the overall arrangement of vertical integration. Chi Mei Group used marketing strategies at first to beat out competitors and possess the market thus shapes its core product and technique. With this as the push for development, follow with backward integration of vertical integration to solve material supply, forward integration is used to solve customers’ requirements and master the market data. Later on, horizontal distribution and internationalization are applied to extend different industries scales and overseas bases. At the same time, being brave in trying to expand new business sectors in irrelevant industries and hi-technology present the different growing strategies meaning and growth patterns of Chi Mei Group.

Urban waterfront as conceived would not only define urban open space system but create urban characters. Moreover, it contributes to the livability of Taichung city in the urban ecosystem and gives the city a variety of functions. This thesis design attempt to bring the waterfront as the space into the front and explore the issues concerning the utilization of waterfront space. Four major topics consititute the framework of the study : The Definition of space--Through the definition of space, the structuring of the space and the planning of space, it is expected to enhance the interactions between the space and events and the power of space as to its symbolic meanings. The Story of Mei River--From the interactions between Taichung city and Mei River, its the changing roles that the river has played are discovered. Through the obsercations of its the current status the future development of the river in the city is explored. The Analysis of site--From the analysis of its contexts in the city, the current problems of the site are discovered and the surrounding resources of the site are redefine. The Recurrence of Mei River--First, define the design issues and , the , form the planning ideas : From the texture of the audits activities to its historical and human contexts and the landscape creations the blueprints of the design is created. They echo the design issues and from which the "design conclusions" are drawn. The accounts receivables securitization of CHI MEI Optoelectronics Corp is a securitization program in Taiwan, which allows a firm to act as an originator and the trade receivables to be securitized to commercial paper. By case studying, we have found the associated problems with accounting, taxation, regulations, and related market functions and will be able to improve the feasibility of securitization. The worldwide asset securitization market is growing, in the New Basel Capital Accord; the Committee put proposals to base the regulatory capital requirement for securitization. The objective is to develop the accord on securitization that is risk sensitive and provides banks with risk management. In addition, I discuss the new capital adequancy standard and provide a balanced and through discussion of all kinds of approaches, the financial institutions can use to establish risk measurement and management framework for asset securitization. Finally, I recommend the setting of standards and related regulations in Taiwan.

Psychological researches show that modern people generally suffer from pressure, pain and diseases. Our distress includes various traumatic scars, cruelty and violence, and enormous ignorance and greediness, irrational attempts and cheats, which all seem to torture us and the world often. The subject of this study is “contemplation” which is the author's concern about social phenomena and psychological levels with the author's thought to observe and realize life experience. It is training, restraint and quietness, and a state of entering introspection, vigilance and meditation completely. What is life? What should I do for life? What is the purpose of life? How should I deal with slumps in life?I have been contemplating these questions. I think I live and exist because I “know how to love.” I learn to love myself and all living things, and learn to pass down love and to be loved. I marvel at the power that the Nature comforts people's hearts. When one is in a slump, he can take a look at natural scenes through reading, and he can enjoy peace of mind and smile unconsciously. That is a mysterious response which connects with one's spirit. It has no language, but it directly goes into our hearts. Art is the exchange of “body, mind and spirit.” Through the integration of “knowledge, sentiment and meaning” of psychological theories, my aesthetic thought is born. Through the implementation of “action,” my works are thus created. Aesthetic thought is a kind of abstract and strongly subjective awareness hidden deep inside our minds, and it agglomerates and blends into personal thinking, emotions and aesthetic preference. I think art should be the imitation of images of moral ideals and perfect spirit, and that aesthetics has transformed people into the primary subjects of art. “Simplicity, interest, and emotions” are my aesthetic thought. Simplicity refers to simplified and pure concepts, interest stands for the fun of spiritual modeling, and emotions are the demonstration of emotions turning into colors. This creation discourses upon a research area ranging from the post mandala series works, which began to develop in 2009, to the Bodies &; Island series works of 2011, from the method of painting using only pencils, to the style of art creating with the use of direct bodily contact, from the pure releasing of internal emotions through the process of creation, to providing a straightforward image as a whole in perception, through the repetitive and reflective organizing and the writing of a log of creation, both interchangeably and parallelly, where this creation is produced. During this period of time, forms of creation, changes of material, and discoveries of the significance of creation to self have been organized, also followed by the discussion over the individual exhibition of works of creation and its practical connotation. The contents include four parts – Chapter 1, Introduction, which speaks of the beginning of creation, and the probability of being self educated through the creation of art; Chapter 2, Creative thinking and Analysis; Chapter 3, A series of works of the creator, which gradually explores and analyzes how to self-train, integrate oneself, and define the meaning of creation through the practices of art; Lastly, it will be the conclusion of this thesis, an expectation to activate and revive self-awareness for generating concentrated energy through the process and exploration of creation of art, and to make an actual example for reference of how to self-educate through the creation of art from a personal experience.

Ten compounds, p-coumaric acid, benzoic acid, citric acid, 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (HMF), benzyl β-glucopyranoside, chlorogenic acid methyl ester, chlorogenic acid ethyl ester, neochlorogenic acid ethyl ester, cryptochlorogenic acid methyl ester, and cryptochlorogenic acid ethyl ester, were isolated from the ethanol extract of the mei extract from semi-concentrated fruit juice in this study. These five chlorogenic acid derivatives from the mei extract have good efficiencies in the scavenging DPPH free radical with the IC50 values between 18.72 and 22.87 μM. Four fruit juices made from the different mei cultivars, Da-Ching, Yen-Chih, Roan-Ji, and Ye-Sheng, showed similar HPLC profiles. It means the differences of chemical constitutions between the four cultivars are limited. During the concentration process at 90℃, the content of neochlorogenic acid decreased, especially in 8- to 10-fold mei extracts. The content of chlorogenic acid were almost the same and the content of cryptochlorogenic acid rose gently. The content of neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid and cryptochlorogenic acid were 0.54, 0.09, and<0.026mg/g in fresh fruit juice, and 2.36, 0.72, and 1.02mg/g in 10-fold mei extract, respectively. The total contents of these three compounds were 4.60 mg/g in 8-fold mei extract. HMF was not detected in fresh mei fruit juice. During the 8- to 10-fold process, the content of HMF rose substantially. In 10-fold mei extract, the content of HMF was 3.47 mg/g. Citric acid and malic acid were the most abundant organic acids in the mei fruit juice; the contents were 50.35 and 13.08 mg/g, respectively, and did not change during the 90℃ concentration process. This result showed that the chemical properties of these two compounds were very stable. The contents of citric acid and malic acid were 456.02 and 104.92 mg/g in 10-fold mei extract, respectively. The changes of the contents of neochlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid and HMF in mei fruit juice during refluxing process at 90℃ were smaller than concentration process at 90℃. It means the juice concentration was the most important factor that affect the changes of these compounds during the 90℃ concentration process. The DPPH free radical scavenging efficiencies of mei extract between 1-fold to 4-fold were not different but were obviously higher in 8-fold and 10-fold mei extract.

The paper is a study made by the author for the research coverage on the creation works during the period between 2010 and 2013. Its contents can be traced back to three aspects, i.e. creation motivations and thinking ideas of the individual persons, annotation and evolution of creation expression and description of work connotation, to make investigation and analysis to personal creation . The creation motivations and purpose of the author mainly start out from individual love of travelling, through individual unique creation vocabulary, annotate the impression and touch for landscape in the travel, turn them into self inner landscape, make the scenery is not just the scenery , but is a realm of mind. By means of creation, make the memory of landscape exist in painting, thus can review former throbbing. The painting style of post-Impressionism and Expressionism which is full of vitality and can vent subjective feelings as much as one likes give the author greatest influence on creation, and make the works have strong color and rich texture. The author hopes that she can have deeper realization through comparison improvement of thinking ideas clarification and self creation experience, and forward development direction of future at the same time. The construct written in the paper consists of chapters, mainly as introduction, three chapters and conclusion. In the introduction of the paper, to make illustrations of motivation and purpose, research method, research coverage and research constructs. First chapter, theoretical basis: to organize and compile the documents related to the creations, and for the main contents, there are the definition of landscape, evolution of landscape painting, the painting spirit of post-Impressionism and Expressionists. Mei fruit is seldom consumed directly due to its great sour and low sweet taste, thus this fruit is typically used for processing, such as preserves or mei wine. Mei fruit is not easy to process fermented wine because of its low pH value may inhibit the growth of yeasts. Conventional mei wine is characterized as liqueur product, which is made by alcohol infusion, that alcohol is used to extract aroma and soluble substance from mei. However, maturity of fruit, concentration of alcohol, solid-liquid ratio, sugar content, and infusion and aging time affect quality and flavor of the mei liqueurs significantly, those lead to an inconsistence in the quality of commercial mei liqueurs. The aims of this study focused on determination of sensory attributes of mei liqueurs, and development of a sensory evaluation form for mei liqueurs to differentiate commercial mei liqueurs. Analysis of the basic components of commercial mei liqueurs, evaluation of the main sensory attributes by descriptive analysis, and determination of the key attributes based on consumer preference test were also taken into account. Results from composition analysis showed the pH value among fifteen commercial mei liqueurs content ranged 2.87~3.50; the concentration of titratable acidity averaged 0.39~2.22 g/100mL; the total sugar contents were 6.45~36.96 g/100mL; the sugar-acid ratio ranged 6.55~39.35; the total phenol contents were 172.43~612.21 mg/L; the content of alcohol ranged 9.3~31.7 %vol; the content of methanol ranged 29.7~197.5 mg/L; the Hunter L, a and b values ranged 63.4~85.5, 0.2~14.6, and 12.6~36.4, respectively; the browning index ranged 0.173~1.566, and the clarity ranged 79.1~98.1 %. The contents of basic components differ greatly among these commercial mei liqueurs. Six panelists were selected and trained, and those who conducted to characterize nineteen sensory attributes of commercial mei liqueurs by descriptive analysis, including appearance (tint, clarity), aroma (almond, fruity, alcoholic, rice wine, syrupy), taste (sour, sweet, bitter, salty), flavor (almond, fruity, alcoholic, rice wine, syrupy), and texture/mouthfeel (pungency, body, astringency). Correlation analysis was then achieved to determine the relationships among the attributes. The positive correlation (p<0.05)was obtained between aromas/flavors of almond, fruity, and syrupy. Positive correlation (p<0.05) was also observed between bitter taste, alcoholic flavor, pungency and astringency. Results of principal component analysis (PCA) for ten mei liqueurs revealed that the first two principal components accounted for 62.0 % and 16.7 % of the variance, respectively. The first PC was found with high correlations (| r |>0.807) between pungency, astringency, alcoholic flavor, sweet, and the aromas/flavors of almond, fruity, and syrupy. The second PC had a higher correlation (| r |>0.700) in clarity, sour taste and body. The aroma and flavor characteristics were the main factors influencing the quality of commercial mei liqueurs. Subsequently, a 20-point sensory evaluation form was established according to the PCA in this study. The results of consumer preference test showed that aroma was the main attribute determining consumers’ preferences for mei liqueurs. The high quality mei liqueurs based on the 20-point sensory evaluation was found corresponding with consumers’ preferences, therefore, this 20-point sensory evaluation form should be beneficial to standardize commercial mei liqueur grading.

Mei (Ume, Japanese apricot) is one of famous special agricultural produce in Nanto County due to available for improving function of liver, adjusting gastroenteric disorder including stomachache, diarrhea and food poisoning, recovering bodily fatigue, and even culturing beauty. Inyu, a traditionally fermented food product in Taiwan, is made from black bean through soaking, steam cooking, fungus inoculating, koji-making by traditionally artificial method, koji-washing, incubating, salt adding, vating, and outdoor fermenting. Though Inyu has special properties in flavors and qualities, its market share is lower than soy sauce made from soybean with wheat by automatic koji-making method due to limitation in production scale and labor cost. In this study, the Mei-juice from brined Mei and Inyu from brewing were combined to make a new product Mei-Inyu. The processing quality and market acceptability of the product were investigated. Probability of fermentation by mixing Mei-juice and black bean koji were also evaluated. Results obtained were as follows. 1. Mei-juice was made from fresh mature Mei through sorting, washing, leaching, and brined with 25% NaCl for three months. Total solids, acidity, pH, salt content, and amino nitrogen of the juice were 29OBrix, 5%, 1.5-1.8, 18-22%, and 8-11 mg/100 g, respectively. The juice was an excellent material instead of brine for vatting of Inyu or mixing directly with it. 2. Inyu was made from black bean through the processes of soaking, steam cooking, koji making and vatting. Browning was increase during aging for 90 days. Salt content, pH, total nitrogen and amino nitrogen of the raw Inyu directly pressed were 11-13%, 4-5, 1.85 g/mL, and 0.73 mg/mL, respectively. The quality levels were higher than CNS, the Inyu should be refrigerated due to low salt content. 3. Mei-juice and Inyu were mixed in same proportion. After addition of water to adjust salt concentration, the mixture was boiling with various condiments. Mei-Inyu with total solids 22-24 °Brix, acidity 1.6-1.9%, salt 9-10% was obtained through cooling, sedimentation, filtration, filling, sealing, and pasteurization. Compared to market soy sauce, consumers were fond of Mei-Inyu due to health figure with low salt content and special flavor. 4. Though directly vatting and brewing Mei-liquid with black bean koji was a good model for obtaining perfect Mei-Inyu product, proteins were not well hydrolyzed during fermentation due to high acidity. Further study was needed to improve the efficiency.

Experiments on the colonization of artificial substrates by stream benthos were conducted in upper Chingmei Stream, Taiwan. The artificial substrates were colonized by stream benthos for periods of 3, 6 12, 21, 30 and 42 days.The two experiments were designed for different purposes. Experiment I from December 15, 1990 to January 29, 1991 investigated the colonization patterns of stream benthos at two sites: a polluted site caused by coal mining activities (Site 1) and a recovery site further downstream of the polluted site (Site 2). Experiment II from March 14, 1991 to April 28, 1991 tested the effect of two different sizes of substrate (cobble and gravel) on the colonization patterns of stream benthos at Site 2. In Experiment I, the total number of individuals and taxa were significantly affected by exposure period of experimental substrates and sites which indicate the occurrence of succession and the detrimental effect of coal mining activities on the benthic community. At Site 1, only Caenis sp., Euphaea sp. and Chironomidae occurred on all sampling dates and were abundant. The other taxa may just continue to drift away from the site. The chironomid larvae were most abundant. They accounted for over 90% of the colonizing individuals from day 12 to day 42. At Site 2, Baetis spA and Chironomidae were most abundant. They accounted for over 80% during the experiment, except on day 21. The relative abundance shifted from Baetis sp.A to Chironomidae with an increase in colonization time. Association analysis was performed on the abundance of taxa pairs within the same functional feeding group at Site 2. The results suggest that filter-feeders and predators have concordant colonization patterns. The relationship between taxa and abundance at the two sites also was tested by lognormal distribution to determine the degree of equilibrium of the community. In Experiment II, the substratum types influenced only the total number of individuals colonizing baskets. The gravel substrate provides more surface area for stream benthos and supports more individuals. Baetis sp.A and chironomid larvae were abundant; they accounted for over 84% of the individuals from day 6 to 42 on both gravel and cobble. The chironomid larvae comprised 36% of the fauna on the gravel substrate and 35 - 79% of the fauna on the cobble substrate. The results of association analysis on the abundance of taxa pairs within the same functional feeding group showed that there were more taxa pairs with significant associations on cobble than on gravel. The negatively significant associations also occurred more on the cobble substrate. This indicates that biological interactions may be important in determining the development of community on the cobble substrate. Disturbance caused by floods influenced the colonization patterns, especially on the gravel substrate. It reset the artificial substrates back to earlier conditions. This study only suggests that competition may occur in the subtropical Taiwanese stream and further experimentation is needed to demonstrate whether competition occurs.

The theme of the thesis is metamorphosis‧comfortable,which discusses my creative process from 2009 to 2012. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is introduction, starting with my relationship with fabrics and traces back to the retrospective self-technology as the source of creation, corresponding with plant morphology and life’s experiences as the foundation of my creative process. The second chapter is the theoretical basis, through phenomenological、game、existentialism、needlework、feminism、soft sculpture, etc, from which to explore the state of self-creation and the associated impact. The third chapter is the correlation between theory and creation, analyze the correlation between works and theory, and to explore thinking、form、technical state、space、and content of creation. IV The fourth chapter is the analysis of representative works, inaccordance with the source of creation、form、production status and implications on space. The fifth chapter is conclusion. Work is divided into five device series, one for each in three-dimensional, semi-three-dimensional and flat, “Metamorphosis of free”, Return root”, “Metamorphosis of landing” ,“Return”, “Variation in shell”, “Touch flowers” ,“Seemingly”,“Converted colorful”. Through the appearances of the works, freely interpret the different phases of metamorphosis, set the thoughts free in naive fantasy, showing a variety of fun between ’Plant’ and ‘People’ and derivative appearance and meaning.

The world is changing rapidly with the weather, the earthquakes, natural and man-made disasters. All these changes inspire the spirit of Chinese art as well as western paintings which further influence my personal style of painting. My specific interests in painting objects are people, different kinds of things that arose my attention, flowers, landscapes ,and historic spots etc.   What is the purpose of painting? What would happen when eastern poetic painting style encounters western abstractionism? How to discover the psychology of painting? How to grab the depth of the painting spirit rather than the appearance?   They are all very important when we want to advance our painting skills.   I will also study Van Gogh, Chen Cheng-bo ,Guo Bo-chuan, and Japan's Mei Long Saburo, and make a comparison between Mei Long Saburo and Guo Bo-chuan.   I will use historical research methods to collect relevant historical data and analyze their uniquely creative background. And by using theoretical analysis methods to collect the related research materials and argumentation, and to discuss the concept of art and direction which blend into their creation. By using comprehensive induction methods to help understand their visual psychology, literature, and aesthetics in their paintings. All these methods will follow the development of their creation as the main axis.   I think that when western art meets eastern art, unique and sustainable value appears.   I hope all these approaches and research can help advance my artistic creation.

Abstract Art is a modern one that keeps up with the times. In this century, we can’t live without the technology. People get along each other balance with conflicting emotions, sometimes close but sometimes aloof, sometimes simple but sometimes complicated. I would like to show you a modern world of technology which was lived with human by a sight. This discussion explores the followings: 1. After the convenience of technology thorough our life, people more easily to connect with each other through the internet and communication software. By the mass power of convey, we get a variety of changes in the people relationship. I would like to show you the real reaction of person and the atmosphere through my creation. 2. When the Artificial Intelligence successfully recognized human's emotion, body action, even imitated the human's reaction, how evolution and our life is it like in the future? The research contents of 5 chapters. First, to expand the motivation, purpose, range and methodology. Second, to explore the creative resources. Tracing back to the classic traditional art culture, then exploring the issues of "human" and the traditional creative elements blend with a modern image. Third is my creation concept. To analysis between the ancients living without the faith as the modern people living without the technology products. It seems like a "commitment on mind", then try to make my creation get more imaginary, make it in a stopping movement, and show the leading character's mental condition with what my concerned about in present clearly. Fourth, analysis of works. "Technology Products and Internet Life—Modern time", "AI and Robot—Future new vision" as main point of my creation. Finally, is my conclusion. Observed the series of my creation with timeline. The main description is what influences of human when the technology products interfere our life. I would like to focus the emotion of character by subjective color, create the atmosphere and show the particularly Eastern in my creation.

“Mei Siou” is a live action short film. The story is about a woman, Mei Xiu, who mourns for living but has never given up her dream as a singer. She decides to quit being a professional mourner and makes a change in her life. However, the dependence comes from her family makes it difficult for her to walk away from everything she knew. Eventually she takes leave of her family after struggling and takes a big step forward in achieving her dream. This film indicates that mothers in the modern days are still oppressed by the traditional values, and are unable to express themselves as who they truly are. Taking mothers and women as a starting point, but regardless of men or women, children or elder, this film aims to discuss the importance of self- actualization. Besides discussing the script from genre, theme and structure, this essay also analyses the completed film from acting, cinematography, lighting, editing, sound and production design. It concludes with reviewing the production itself as well as summarizing a reflection on the work that can be improved in the future. Key words: autonomy, personal value, self- actualization
