This article is purposed to describe the composition of Mustofa Bisri. By credo la ilaha ilallah, Mustafa Bisri creates the painting and literature area without pay attention to the comment of the critics about his work. His works are considered as a part of amar makrufnahi munkar that he wants to be built, with credo and that spirit, Mustofa Bisri presents more issues related with the correlation between man and his peer, in social level and a man with his god in individual level. His critics are not only for an administrator that related with the people but also to the community and an individual. Even though his critics to the administration are too sharp, Mustofa Bisri is always escaped from the capture and restraint. It is not only because of his figure as Kiai Nadiatul Ulama that supported by his students but also because of his competence in forming his critics to the language that is impressed jokes, by turning around the words like his poem mbeling. His poems reflex his view and attitude to the authorization in the New Orde era and the freedom in the reformation era.

Teing Hang Kolang is commonly known in West Manggarai regency as one of the traditional rites of ancestral heritage since its existence in this world, which is as old as the beliefs of the local community. Teing Hang Kolang means giving food or offerings to the spirits of the ancestors or ancestors as a form of offering and gratitude with the intention of, among other things, asking for blessings so that they are always protected. The interesting thing about the Teing Hang Kolang Ritual is that it uses spell language to carry out the teing hang kolang ceremony. In this connection, the researcher wants to explore the meaning of the mantra in the Teing Hang Kolang traditional ritual in the community of Tangge Village, Lembor District, West Manggarai Regency. The problems that will be explained in this research are: (1) how is the process of implementing the traditional ceremony in the Teing Hang Kolang ritual in Tangge sub-district, Lembor district, West Manggarai district. (2) What is the meaning of the mantra in the Teing Hang Kolang ritual in Tangge sub-district, Lembor district, West Manggarai district. The objectives of this study were (1) to describe the process of implementing traditional ceremonies in the Teing Hang Kolang ritual in Tangge sub-district, Lembor sub-district, West Manggarai district. (2) describe the meaning of Mantra in the teing hang kolang ritual in Tangge sub-district, Lembor district, West Manggarai district. The benefits of this research are (1) theoretical benefits are expected to be able to provide a knowledge of literature and the development of literary science and hopefully it will be useful for people who will research and seek about literature and analyze literature (2) practical benefits can be useful and provide encouragement to the Manggarai community to continue to assess, appreciate, defend, preserve, and cultivate cultural values ​​that can make the region's wealth and uniqueness. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data research technique was carried out by (1) observation techniques, (2) interview techniques, (3) documentation techniques. The research procedure is carried out based on the stages, namely (1) the preparation stage, (2) the implementation stage and (3) the reporting stage. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that the people of Tangge Village know: (a) The process of implementing the teing hang kolang ritual in Tangge Village, Lembor District, West Manggarai Regency, concludes that there are 5 important stages in the Teing Hang Kolang process, namely: 1) Preparing betel and areca nut ( cepa), 2) Giving customary drinking (teing tuak), 3) Pulling out the feathers of a white cock (kebut wulu manuk lalong bakok), 4) Slaughtering a white rooster (mbele manuk bakok), 5) Toto urat Manuk (showing the tendons of chicken milk ). (b) Among other things, the meaning of religion was a prayer axpressed in a prayer that served the Lord.the almighty through a ceremonial teing hng kolang for our prayers the proxies presented ti the Lord by the ancestral spirit w call upon during a teing hang kolang event. The cultural meaning of the path or direction in acting and thinking to meet tthe necesscities of life both temporal and spritual. Cultural diversity that makes it unique.

The use of the term is less commonly used prismatic poetry when its existence can not be covered or removed from the history of poetry in indonesia. Thus, it is necessary to do the analysis or in-depth study of the works which can be categorized into these types of poetry. The analysis is based on the problem of "how the prismatic shape and kind of poetry is in the air kata kata by sindhunata?" the purpose of this study is to determine the shape and type of prismatic poetry is in the air kata kata by sindhunata.Used a qualitative descriptive approach in the analysis of prismatic shape and kind of poetry in the collection of poems air kata kata by sindhunata. The focus of the study conducted on 1) forms, 2) the substance, 3) themes, 4) type, and 5) language to obtain forms and types that exist in the poetry collection.Based on the analysis, it can be said that 1) form prismatic poetry is in the air kata kata is a combination of text and images in one frame, and 2) the type of prismatic poetry is in the air kata kata classified by theme, diction is used, the type of language used, and typography. Thus, it can be concluded that the prismatic shape and kind of poetry that is in the collection of poems can be classified into a new genre, there are two kinds, namely poetry mbeling (physical structure and inner unconventional) and poetry rinupa (a blend of poetry texts and images), therefore, the analysis can be carried out or continued research in the field of poetry prismatic especially on matters relating to poetry and poetry mbeling rinupa.

Purpose: This article explores how the relational social constructionist leadership (RSCL) ontology and epistemology, as well as the practice approach, could be employed to reconceptualise the responsible leadership theory.Design: This paper presents a literature review on the responsible leadership and relational leadership theories. It also reviews literature on the RSCL onto-epistemology as its theoretical framework and the practice approach as its methodology. The empirical analysis that is underlined by the abductive mode of enquiry is based on nine interviews with leaders from the Twende Mbele (TM) African Partnership for Monitoring and Evaluation.Findings: The findings comprise one main theme (relational leadership practice of interest) called identifying. Identifying constitutes five sub-themes (intersecting relational leadership practices): context identity, gender identity, government identity, language identity and champions identity. Recommendations to reconceptualise responsible leadership theory are based on the discussion of the findings.Practical implications: The findings could enhance the quality, intentionality and practicality of inter-organisational leadership stakeholder engagement strategies. The social construction of leaders as role models, in the form of cultivating their identity as champions beyond the internal positional leaders, could be practiced by business leaders in other organisational settings to champion social-relationality and ethics-orientation in society in line with the core tenets of responsible leadership theory.Originality/value: The RSCL onto-epistemology and the practice approach methodology provide conceptual tools to advance responsible leadership theory from a leader-centric focus to the collective domain of leadership research by using leadership practices as the unit of analysis.
