Pełny tekst źródłalt;p align="justify"gt; The research was developed from data collected in a producing coffee farm of located in the city of Caratinga, Minas Gerais State, Brazil, to study the activity of spraying that uses the manual costal equipment through the ergonomic analysis of the work. The study involved the characterization of the profile and the health of the coffee workers, the determination of the risks of muscle-skeletal injuries and the evaluation of the load of physical work through the expense caloric and of the cardiac frequency. The date was collected through application of a questionnaire with questions about the profile and the health of the workers, and through the Nordic questionnaire. This last one is a validated instrument that investigates the pain incidence/discomfort to muscle-skeletal in the joints. The results shamed an average age of the workers of 28 years and an average time of work with spraying of 6,6 years. Information of the Nordic questionnaire appointed that the biggest complaints on pain/discomfort in the body at the end of the activity were pains in the shoulders (81,81%). A simplified check list were used for determination of the muscle-skeletal risks check list, including the factors of risk to the lumbar pains and one analyses of the overload for the superior members. The lumbar pains risk was considered moderate for the spraying process and high for the wadding process. The energy expense during the activity classified the load of work as moderately heavy for 63,6%, of workers heavy for 27,2%, and very heavy for 9,1%. In accordance with cardiac frequency of work the work load revealed heavy for 63,6% and moderately heavy for 36,3% of the workers. The activity of spraying demanded a superior load to the limit how much the cardiac frequency for 63,6% of the workers and in only 36.4% the activity did not surpass to this load has limited.lt;/pgt;

By understanding their creative characteristics, procedures and the process which the designers were involved, this current work bring the discussion to a point of view that seeks to relate the results of the brands, their documentation in manuals and their applications to the development process in which they were generated. Therefore, we will travel on some brands of cities in the state of São Paulo. Using as example three cases, we will relate what was actually done and on what theoretical and practical research basis was done. We will try to know, describe and deepen our knowledge to this professional segment and its peculiarities.
Esta pesquisa procura iluminar um campo de trabalho específico da identidade visual que refere-se ao design de marcas, abordando uma atividade relativamente nova no Brasil: os projetos de design de marcas para cidades. Ao entender suas características criativas, procedimentos e o processo aos quais os designers foram envolvidos, o presente trabalho traz a discussão para um ponto de vista que busca relacionar os resultados das marcas, sua documentação em manuais e suas aplicações ao processo de desenvolvimento em que foram geradas. Assim, percorreremos algumas marcas de cidades do estado de São Paulo. Usando como exemplo três marcas, relacionaremos o que foi de fato realizado e em que bases teóricas e práticas de pesquisa se fizeram. Procuraremos conhecer, descrever e aprofundar nossos conhecimentos a este segmento profissional e suas peculiaridades.

Due to the ineffective control of manual worker quota in early times, the number of manual worker has been improperly increased. As time goes by, the computerization, outsourcing business, volunteers and the establishment of the public servants’ self-service concept have resulted in a reducing workload for manual workers in each government unit. To reduce government’s financial burden and the manual manpower of each government unit, the Executive Yuan has set a standard quota for manual workers as well as promoted the manpower replacement measures. After taking the appropriate steps, how can Taipei City Government effectively utilize the excessive manual manpower and quickly reduce the excessive number of manual workers? Through the empirical studies such as document analysis, in-depth interview and survey-questionnaire, this study found the differences between the strategies of excessive manual manpower utilization and practices and further provided recommendations for relevant strategies. The findings of research are as followings: I Strategy: (1)the impact of manual worker control system on the change of rights;(2)the manual and temporary workers’ balance of rights has created management issues; (3)the calculation of standard quota of manual worker does not necessary meet the needs of government units; (4) the manual workers’ rights and positions are not clear; (5) the worker’s rights should be protected. II. Implementation: the impact on the worker hiring unit (1) pessimistic attitude on the utilization of excessive manual manpower;(2)it’s unfavorable to the promotion of manual works; (3)inconsistent recruitment and replacement. Uneven division of works still exists;(4)inflexible manpower arrangement;(5)obstruction of assigning manpower support. The impact on manual workers:(1)insufficient knowledge of related information and feel unsecured (2)give extra solatium to encourage early retirement only has limited effect.(3)resist transferring units;(4)possibility of transferring to professional skill workers The recommendations are as followings: I. Appropriate human resources planning for manual workers: (1)set a ratio of permanent worker to temporary worker ;(2)redesign job contents. II. Strategy:(1)review the standard quota of manual workers according to the nature of jobs;(2)establish incentive measures to encourage the active cooperation from the hiring units . (3)establish a transferring system;(4)improve the manual workers’ working skills. III. Implementation: (1)enhance the promotion of strategy to receive more support from the hiring unit’s support;(2)establish a communication platform between the labor and capital to reduce the workers’ insecurity.(3)implement the elimination system;(4)flexibly utilize manpower

According to historical records, it has been one hundred and fifty years for Christian evangelism ministry in Taiwan. However, it is unquestionable that the Christian population growth is slow. The unwilling response to the gospel is not only a key consideration that missionaries decide to leave Taiwan, but also reflect the problem that churches have to face in evangelism ministry. Besides, the high density of Taiwan churches in cities gets more popular. This makes non-metropolitan areas or suburbs evangelical deserts. In contrast with the slow Christian population growth, folk religions get more popular. Chinese favorite word “Fu”, which means blessings, shows the people advocate and pursue blessings. According to this historical and cultural phenomenon, and on the basis of the concept that “gospel” is “good news,” the thesis attempts to discover the connection between the gospel of Christ and people at the primary level. In addition to the connection, the thesis tries to make the idea of “God bless you, and Jesus makes you blessed” more acceptable, reconstructing the mutual understanding between Christianity and folk religions. One hundred and fifty years ago, both missionaries and local preachers in the mainland China made the same effort to issue lots of popular gospel pamphlets and leaflets based on the concept of “Fu.” These pamphlets and leaflets are kept in Bodleian Library of Oxford University in Britain nowadays. The Full Blessing pamphlet is popular with Taiwan churches to use as an excellent evangelism tool that puts emphasis on the blessing that people received from God and the sharing of blessing with others hereafter. Through the method of unstructured in-depth interviewing with the attitude of respect and tolerance, using The Full Blessing pamphlet as connection, the researcher discussed the religious phenomena, contents, conflicts, and contradictions with the suburban residents of Naenan Vil. in Zhonghe Dist. of New Taipei City where folk religions are very popular. By using the contents of discussion as connection with Christianity, on the basis of the principle with openness and acceptance, the interviewees described the effect and impact from the religious belief in life experience by storytelling. Finally, the study discovers that lots of in-depth conversation with residents can reach the expected goal of the thesis—transformation. In addition, the thesis can offer consultation and application to churches and Christians who determined to do personal evangelism. And this makes the Taiwanese in the Taiwanese culture get the chance of exposure to Christianity, letting them accept and testify that “to know the gospel of Christ is the best blessing in life.”

ABSTRACT The objective of the study is to probe the extent of satisfaction, difficulty and expectation of junior high school teachers from New Taipei City, Taiwan, with respect to the contents and the arrangement of “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students.” Pursuant to the findings of this study, recommendations are also provided for the following entities’ reference: educational administration authorities, junior high schools, teachers and future relevant studies. The population of this study consists of tutors and counselling teachers from the New Taipei City’s public junior high schools. In order to perform the study, a questionnaire with the title “The Study on Editorial Satisfaction of ‘Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students’” was designed to play as the role of a researching tool. Once the questionnaire was drafted, the author invited eight public junior high schools teachers including tutors and counselling teachers to conduct a simulation process and the result was reflected to modify phrases in the same accordingly, to improve the validity of the questionnaire. In the meantime, to ensure the high reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach’s α Reliability Analysis was used to test its two perspectives. In this study, 689 copies of the questionnaire were issued, and 649 copies were collected with an overall response rate 94.2%. Among these collected questionnaires, valid questionnaires amount to 471 copies. This indicates that the effective response rate approximates to 68.4%. The acquired data were statistically analyzed via approaches of frequency distribution, percentage distribution, average, chi-square test, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The conclusions and recommendations are set forth as follows: I. Conclusions 1. The junior high school teachers from New Taipei City have a satisfaction of medium above in the contents and the arrangement of “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students” and “Guidelines of Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students.” 2. The difficulty in the use of the “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students” for junior high school teachers from New Taipei City is quantified as medium above. 3. The major difficulties in utilizing the “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students” are: too much content, limited assistance of the mental tests in the aspects of entering higher schools and career selection for junior high school students, and failure of retrieval of various learning achievements and career activity records for the aforesaid students. 4. The expectation with respect to contents and editorial arrangement of “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students” and “Guidelines of Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students” for junior high school teachers from New Taipei City is also quantified as medium above. 5. A few teachers are eager about the improvement of “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students” due to the reasons of instruction phrases recommended not plain enough, and too limited space for taking notes and gluing supporting information. 6. The expectation with respect to the edit of “Guidelines of Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students” for the junior high school teachers from New Taipei City includes not only more fruitful resources, but also clearer instructing examples provided as well as much more information collecting space reserved. 7. As a whole, the junior high school teachers from New Taipei City have presented a satisfaction of medium above in the contents of “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students,” but the difficulty in the use of the Manual is also quantified as medium above. 8. The variable of sex for teachers’ satisfaction with respect to the arrangement of “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students,” the arrangement of “Guidelines of Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students,” and the expectation with respect to the contents and the arrangement of “Guidelines of Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students” present significant difference. Ⅱ. Recommendations 1. Provided that “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students” is being revised, assistance required from Office of Academic Affairs, Office of Student Affairs, and Counselors’ Office should be specified respectively. 2. To make plain instruction phrases, enlarge page dimension, and increase blank pages while revising “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students.” 3. To facilitate parents’ understanding in the importance of “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students,” several ways may be carried out: explanation on Parents’ Day, holding parents’ education seminars and distribution of promotional materials. 4. If “Guidelines of Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students” is being revised, incorporating introduction of relevant theories for each item, providing counselling resources in various fields, providing strategies for evaluation and counselling, incorporating description of issuance concept, including explanation of instruction phrases, partially enlarging instruction examples, and adding blank pages should be considered. 5. To improve teachers’ proficiency in using “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students” as well as “Guidelines of Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students,” number of sessions for seminar or workshop may increase. 6. To promote teachers capability, they are urged to actively participate in various seminars and professional learning communities concerning career counselling activities for junior high school students. 7. Further studies can be focused on the demand for usage of “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students” over teachers with different years of teaching. 8. Recommendations for further study: (1) For the studies regarding “Career Counselling Manual for Junior High School Students,” samples from other cities may be collected. (2) Qualitative approaches, such as interview or observation, could be used for further studies on students’ career counselling. (3) Explore answers to findings proposed in the fourth chapter of this thesis. Die kwalitatiewe data wat ingesamel is, is aangebied en ontleed in narratiewe Beskrywing.
