Most of Students in High School are not mastering in Trigonometry subject. It is because the learning trigonometry arithmetic is new material on the curriculum in High school level and even just a little discussed in class IX of junior high school level. Then, in learning trigonometry the students are required to memorize a lot of formulas and should be able to use the formula quickly. The other subjects, such as mathematics, trigonometry material is structured and organized as well as, trigonometry subjects should also be understood from the basic framework. The basic of trigonometry is students must be able to determine the comparative value of trigonometry appropriately. One way to facilitate the students in order to determine easily the value of a special angle is using “the five finger technique” trigonometry. Through this technique, The writer is expected that students can easily remember and memorize the basic concept of determining the comparative value of trigonometry with special angle.

The point has been argued that manipulatives make mathematics more intriguing, easier to understand, and even more fun to learn. The challenge for the mathematics teacher is to find new and interesting materials that help students better understand mathematics and better remember the mathematics that they have learned. Lima beans and small paper cups are one effective alternative for helping junior high school students learn how to solve simple algebraic equation.

The 2013 curriculum requires students to have thinking skills, such as Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). One strategy to train students' higher-order thinking skills is to apply HOTS questions in the learning evaluation. Through evaluation, the teacher can determine the level of students' skills in higher-order thinking. Preliminary observations show that the Physics exam questions use in SHS in Lima Puluh Kota District have not identified whether it already contains HOTS in it. Therefore, the study conducts an analysis of the availability of HOTS on physics questions at SHS in Lima Puluh Kota District. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data population in this study are all SHS in Lima Puluh Kota District. The sample in this study is six SHS in Lima Puluh Kota District. Sampling for schools carries out using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research data takes using the instrument of analysis of the questions presented and collecting data through documentation. Based on the analysis, it is found that the percentage of HOTS availability on the questions for each skill is as follows. Transfer one concept to another 19.98%, process and applying information 40.50%, find connections from different kinds of information 32.23%, use the information to solve problems 36.67%, critically examine ideas and information 8 .10%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the percentage of the availability of HOTS in physics questions for senior high schools in Lima Puluh Kota District is 27,9%, with the category of less available

Is there any influence of the modular building model learning media and student skills on student learning outcomes at Siwa Lima St Yosep Langgur High School is a question that is the aim of this research. This study used quantitative methods by collecting data using questionnaires, documentation and tests while analyzing data using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 24 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the Modular Building Model Learning Media and Student Skills on the Learning Outcomes of the Construction and Property Business Skills Program at Siwa Lima St. 1 .67943 t table so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the more creative the learning media used, the higher the student learning outcomes, there is a positive and significant relationship between student practice and Learning Outcomes of the Construction and Property Business Skills Program at Siwa Lima High School St Yosep Langgur with a t value of the practice intensity variable ( X 2 ) 6.381 ≥ 1 .67943 t table so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning that the higher the student's practice, the higher the student learning outcomes, there is a positive and significant relationship between Learning Media Modular Building Models and Student Skills Against Learning Outcomes in the Construction and Property Business Skills Program in SMA Siwa Lima St Yosep Langgur and the contribution of the variable Learning Media Modular Building Models and Student Skills to Learning Outcomes of the Construction and Property Business Expertise Program at SMA Siwa Lima St Yosep Langgur is 89.7%, while the rest is influenced by other variables that do not become study in research.

This study uses a qualitative approach research method to obtain in-depth and descriptive data regarding the implementation of counseling guidance in overcoming addictiongadget at Santa Rosa de Lima Tondano Catholic High School. In this study, the sources of data for researchers were school principals, teachers, and class X and XI students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, document collection and documentation. The focus of this research is on the three formulations of the problem, namely (1) How is the implementation of counseling guidance to students at Santa Rosa de Lima Tondano Catholic High School? (2) What factors support and hinder the implementation of guidance and counseling? (3) What are the school's efforts in counseling guidance for students who experience addictiongadget?. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of counseling guidance must involve all elements of the school and a support system is needed to achieve successful implementation of counseling guidance. Factors supporting the synergy of school elements, the role of the teacher in providing advice and teaching to students and the relatively small number of students support the effectiveness of the implementation of counseling guidance. The inhibiting factor is the absence of teachers with counseling guidance in schools and students who have not been able to be open about the problems they are experiencing. Researchers found that there had been significant efforts on the part of the school in implementing counseling guidance at Santa Rosa de Lima Tondano Catholic High School, teachers and teaching staff had been able to identify students who experienced addiction.gadget and able to work together with all elements of education in schools in overcoming addiction gadget on students.

<p class="abstrak"><em>The objectives of this research are 1) to know the correlation between the implementation of intracuricular activities in the five-days school program at Vocational High Schools toward students’ work readiness, 2) to know the correlation between the implementation of co-curricular activities in five-days school program at Vocational High School toward students’ work readiness, 3) to know the correlation between implementation of both activities (intracuricular and co-curricular) or five-days school program in Vocational High School toward students’ work readiness. This research was conducted in Vocational High School State 5 Surakarta. This research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design because it is aimed to see the level of correlation between independent and dependent variables. Data collection techniques used in this research is questionnaire. Data testing techniques using simple correlation analysis techniques and multiple correlation using the SPSS application program version 25.0. Based on thefinding of the research , it can be concluded that 1) there is a positive correlation and a significant correlation between the implementation of intracuricular activities in five-days school program toward students’ work readiness as proved by the value of r<sub>count</sub> = 0.422 &gt; r<sub>table</sub> = 0.174 and the significance value of 0.00 &lt; 0.05, 2) based on that there is a positive correlation and a significant correlation between the implementation of co-curricular activities in five-days school program toward students’ work readiness as proved by value of r<sub>count</sub> = 0.622 &gt; r<sub>table</sub> = 0.174 and the significance value is 0.00 &lt; 0.05, 3) there is a positive correlation and a significant correlation between both activities ;intracuricular and co-curricular or the five-days school program in Vocational High School toward the students’ work readiness as proved by the value of F<sub>count</sub> = 40.123 &gt; F<sub>table</sub> = 3.07 and the significance value of 0.00 &lt; 0.05. The finding of this research can be selected as a consideration and suggestions for the government in determining and deciding the policy.</em></p>

To document knowledge and attitudes regarding sexuality and sexual practices of male adolescent high school students in Lima, Peru, a self-administered, anonymous survey was completed by 991 male adolescents aged 12-19 as part of a School-Based Sex Education Intervention model. Questions concerned sociodemographic information; family characteristics; personal activities; knowledge and attitudes regarding sexuality; sexual experience; and contraceptive use. Knowledge related to sexuality was limited. Males tended to mainly discuss sexuality with their male peers (49.8%). Attitudes towards sexual activity and condom use were largely positive, although some males expressed ambivalent feelings towards the latter. Of the sample, 43% had ever had sex; age at first sexual intercourse was 13 years. While 88% of the sample would use condoms, 74% also gave reasons for not using them. Sexual activity was related to age, ever having repeated a grade, living with only one parent or in a mixed family, activities such as going to parties, use of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, and viewing pornographic videos or magazines. Many male adolescents were at risk of causing an unintended pregnancy or acquiring an STD.

Pengelolaan sistem informasi administrasi yang baik merupakan faktor penting dalam proses administrasi perpustakaan sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah berbais web dengan wordpress dan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem yang dirancang. Data-data yang digunakan dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara serta dokumentasi. Jenis metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Research and Develompment (R&D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model waterfall. Prinsip pendekatan sistem yang diterapkan model ini terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu analisis, disain, coding, pengujian serta implementasi & maintenance. Sedangkan platform CMS yang digunakan adalah Wordpress serta software phpMyAdmin sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai manajemen basis data (pengelola database). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah berbasis web dengan wordpress yang dirancang dinyatakan valid dan praktis untuk dapat digunakan sebagai sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah berbasis web ini akan mampu memberikan layanan perpustakaan yang lebih baik bagi siswa, guru dan staf. Sehingga keberadaan sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah berbasis web dengan wordpress memberikan beberapa manfaat dalam proses pelaksanaan layanan perpustakaan.

Air merupakan komponen penting yang harus ada di bumi dan tetap harus di jaga kelestariannya dengan konservasi air yang diajarkan sejak dini, melalui sistem belajar yang kompleks pada materi siklus air dan mengaitkannya dengan berpikir sistem dikembangkanlah LKPD berbasis system approach pada topik siklus air di SMP yang di uji kevalidan dan kepraktisannya melalui metode Developmental Research tipe II oleh Richey Klein (2005) dengan dua tahapan yaitu fase eksplorasi dan uji coba kepada peserta didik. Fase uji coba dilakukan melalui metode lesson study yang diobservasi oleh lima orang observer dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Hasil LKPD divalidasi oleh lima orang validator untuk menguji kevalidan LKPD dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa persentasi uji kevalidan dengan rata-rata78% yang artinya LKPD sudah dalam kategori valid. Kemudian dari hasil uji praktikalitas peserta didik diperoleh hasil rata-rata 81,02% yang menunjukkan kategori sangat praktis. Sehingga di hasilkanlah LKPD yang mempunyai nilai kevalidan dan kepraktisan yang layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran siklus air.

La presente Tesis presenta el Plan Estratégico para el colegio Inmaculado High School. En él se establecen la visión y misión que permitirán alcanzar los objetivos a largo plazo. En el primer capítulo, se realiza un análisis de la situación general del sector educación en el Perú. El resultado obtenido es la identificación de una gran oferta educativa, que sin embargo no satisface por completo a la demanda, creando oportunidades de crecimiento en la industria. En el capítulo II se establecen la visión, misión y código de ética, factores de suma importancia para determinar el camino a seguir y cómo deben estar alineados los objetivos del colegio. El capítulo III y IV muestra el análisis externo e interno respectivamente, en el cual se observa que el Inmaculado High School no aprovecha las oportunidades y fortalezas ni contrarresta las amenazas y debilidades. En los capítulos siguientes se establecen los intereses del colegio así como su potencial, dando como resultado los objetivos a largo plazo. Se concluye con el establecimiento de estrategias las cuales, a través de los distintos análisis y la creación de objetivos de corto plazo, buscan lograr una mejora en la calidad del producto que el Inmaculado High School ofrece, así como un mejor posicionamiento de su marca.
This thesis presents the Strategic Plan for the Inmaculado High School of Barranco, its vision and mission are stablished in order to achieve long-term goals. In the first chapter, there is an analysis of the overall situation in the education sector in Peru. The result is the identification of a large educational offer, which however does not fully satisfy the demand, creating growth opportunities in the industry. The vision, mission and code of ethics are set out in Chapter II to determine the way forward and how should be aligned the school's goals. Chapters III and IV show the external and internal analysis respectively, which shows that the Immaculate High School did not seize opportunities, strengths and doesn’t counteract weaknesses and threats. The interests of the school and its potential follow are stablished in subsequent chapters, resulting in the long-term goals. It concludes with the establishment of strategies which, through various analyzes and the creation of short-term objectives, seek to achieve an improvement in product quality that the Inmaculado High School of Barranco offers, and a better brand positioning.

The purpose of this research was to compare the hierarchy of values among high school students, according to type of school (religious and secular) and sex. The sample was composed by 250 high school students (60.4% male, 52% religious school). The ages are in the range of 14 to 17 years (M = 15.47, SD = 0.63). The instrument used was the Portrait Value Questionnaire by Schwartz (2001), whose analysis of structure and internal consistency was satisfactory. To compare the hierarchy of values between the groups, top down correlations (rtd >) were used. According to the results, greater association (similarity) was found between the hierarchy of values depending on the type of school (rtd = .82) and, to a lesser degree by sex (rtd = .69). The comparative results show greater Benevolence, Self-Direction, Stimulation among women and Achievement among men. The implications of the comparative results are discussed.

A Secretaria de Educação do Ceará - SEDUC, em 2008, iniciou o processo de implantação de Escolas Estaduais de Ensino Médio Integrado à Educação Profissional (EEEPs). Essas instituições foram instaladas na capital e no interior do estado, após pesquisas de mercado que demonstravam as necessidades da região. Em 2009, a cidade de Aracati, localizada no litoral cearense, recebeu a Escola de Educação Profissional Professora Elsa Maria Porto Costa Lima, com a oferta de quatro cursos técnicos vinculados a uma proposta educativa que articula formação profissional ao ensino médio, voltando-se para a profissionalização de jovens da região. Suas diretrizes e referências foram baseadas na perspectiva do currículo integrado e integral. As EEEPs vêm se consolidando, cabe destacar, como uma política pública de educação de qualidade, constituindo-se como uma rede sólida e articulada às necessidades de formação de mão de obra técnica para o mercado regional. Entretanto, mesmo com o crescente número de instituições implantadas e a consolidação dessa política pública, a Secretaria e as unidades de ensino vivenciam grandes desafios no processo de integração, o que não é diferente no município de Aracati. Muitos são os obstáculos que perpassam a articulação e efetivação de um currículo mais integrado. Por essa razão, a SEDUC, em 2012, promoveu formações com gestores e professores para redesenhar o currículo de alguns cursos ofertados nas EEEPs. A tentativa visualizou o início de um movimento de aproximação curricular, que deveria ser realizado no interior da escola, a partir da construção de um projeto político pedagógico mais integrado e próximo da identidade local. Objetivou-se, com isso, agregar professores, alunos e gestores em prol da necessidade de articulação do currículo. Assim, a partir das formações e dos debates promovidos pela Secretaria, solicitou-se que as escolas iniciassem suas propostas pedagógicas articuladas ao ensino técnico, envolvendo a comunidade escolar nesse desafio. A presente dissertação busca, desse modo, identificar e refletir o que tem dificultado a integração curricular na EEEP Elsa Maria Porto, inicialmente investigando o Curso Técnico de Hospedagem e propondo um plano de ação que possa intervir na realidade da escola, oportunizando melhores condições para a integração, por meio de um planejamento estruturado, do diálogo entre as diferentes áreas de conhecimento, de uma gestão participativa, de práticas escolares integrativas e do aproveitamento de tempos e espaços pedagógicos.
The Secretaria de Educação do Ceará – SEDUC (Secretariat of Education of Ceará), in 2008, initialized the process of implantation of Escolas Estaduais de Ensino Médio Integrado à Educação Profissional (EEEPs) - public high schools integrated with a professionalizing education. Those institutions were installed in the capital and in the countryside of the state, after researches on the job market which showed the necessities of the region. In 2009, Aracati city, located in coastland of Ceará, received the Escola de Educação Profissional Elsa Maria Porto Costa Lima, which offered four technical courses bounded up with educational proposal which articulates professional formation to high school teaching, aiming the professionalization of youth of the region. Its directives and references were based on the perspective of an integrated and integral curriculum. The EEEPs are consolidating themselves, we highlight, it is a public policy of education of quality, establishing itself as solid net and articulated with the necessities of a technical labor for the regional job market. However, even with increasing number of institutions introduced and the consolidation of this public policy, the Secretariat of Education and the teaching establishments face big challenges in the process of integration, which is not different in Aracati city. The obstacles are many and they pass by the articulation and the effectuation of an integrated curriculum. For this reason, the SEDUC, in 2012, promoted formations for the principals and teachers aiming to reoutline the curriculum of some courses offered by the EEEPs. The trial served to visualize the beginning of a movement of curricular approximation, which should happen on ground of the school, from the construction of a political pedagogical project more integrated and close to the local identity. The process objectified the aggregation of teachers, students and coordinators and principals for the necessity of an articulated curriculum. Thus, from the formations and debates promoted by the Secretariat of Education, the schools were asked to initialize its pedagogical proposals articulated to the technical teaching, involving the scholastic community in this challenge. The present dissertation aims, this way, identify and reflect about what has complicated the curricular integration in the EEEP Elsa Maria Porto, initially investigating the Technical course of Hosting and proposing and acting plan which may intervene in the school reality, giving the opportunity for better conditions for the integration, through the structured planning, the dialog between the different areas of knowledge, the participative management, integrative scholastic practices and the good use of time and pedagogical spaces.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar las diferencias en el nivel de la disfunción familiar en adolescentes de quinto de secundaria de un colegio privado y un colegio público en el distrito de La Molina. Además, determinar si existen difresncias según el seco y según la presencia de los padres en el hogar en los niveles de disfunción. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 214 alumnos entre 15 y 19 años de edad, dónde 106 de ellos eran de colegio público y 107 del privado. Se utilizó el inventario de Disfuncion Familiar (IDF) para determinar el nivel de disfunción familiar. Se obtuvo como resultado que existen diferencias significativas en el nivel de disfunción según el colegio de procedencia y según el sexo, sin embargo, no se encontraron diferencias según la presencia de uno o ambos de los progenitores en el hogar.
The research was aimed to analyze the differences in the level of family dysfunction in adolescents in senior year in both a private and a public school in the district of La Molina. Also, to determine if there are differences according to gender, the presence of parents in the home in the levels of dysfunction. The sample consisted of 214 students between 15 and 19 years old, 106 of them were from a public school and 107 from a private one. Family Dysfunction Inventory (IDF) was used to determine the level of family dysfunction. The results showed that there are significant differences in the level of dysfunction according to the school of origin and by gender, however, no difference was found for the presence of one or both of the parents at home.

In the teaching and learning of literacy at the university level from the disciplines, the teaching of the discursive genres of the specialty is proposed. In this framework, this research addresses the study of the discursive genre Final Research Report of the Professional School of Chemistry at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Lima, Perú. It is a qualitative, descriptive, and explanatory study of a corpus consisting of 10 final research reports of laboratory experiments. As a result, we propose that the characteristics of the FRR manifest the existing relationship between the language and society. Methodologically, we try to investigate the discursive practices where the relationships are established between the researcher and his object of study, man and nature, objectivity and truth, among other discursive axes, mediated by institutional norms and scientific practice norms, seen in the globalization view, and how these relationships are expressed in the text, as a product of those pedagogical and institutional discursive practices. Finally, some difficulties are presented in writing the FRR and it is suggested to give importance to the study of the discursive genres of the different disciplines to implement pedagogical projects according to the specificities of each of them.
