Streszczenie:
This paper will outline the theoretical constructs pertaining to lifelong learning, adult education, continuing professional development and the learning society. The need for all professionals to have highly developed learning skills in a society racing with change is evident. Pressures placed on health information managers to continue their learning beyond graduation are many and varied. Continuing professional education is one avenue that enables health information managers to continue their learning beyond graduation. Attributes of a typical lifelong learner are included in this paper to enable readers to self-assess their capacity for continued learning and their desire to undertake it. The paper concludes with a list of strategies for learners to enhance their lifelong learning skills. The role that educators can play in developing lifelong learning competence in students and graduates is also outlined.

Streszczenie:
The concept of lifelong learning has become one of the most widely discussed concepts in the field of adult education. Lifelong learning is about acquiring and updating all kinds of abilities, interests, knowledge and qualifications from the pre-school years to post retirement which promotes the development of knowledge and competences that will enable adaptation to the knowledge-based society and also valuing all forms of learning. It is the broad term for education that is conducted beyond school. Therefor it’s voluntary, rather than compulsory, and is completely self-motivated – with the main goal being to improve personal or professional development. This paper examines the scope of the field of lifelong learning, covering definitions and exploring its benefits. It also gives an overview of the skills that can help individuals become lifelong learners. Our world is changing around us in such a frantic pace that if we do not continue to grow and develop; we will soon be left behind. Lifelong learning is an essential challenge for inventing the future of our societies; it is a necessity rather than a possibility or a luxury to be considered. Three objectives of this paper are: first, to clarify the concept of lifelong learning; second, to focus on the benefits of lifelong learning and its importance; and third, to discuss crucial capacities for the development of the individual as a lifelong learner. Streszczenie:
Lifelong learning as a future education in today's circumstances is an essential challenge for inventing the future of our societies. Lifelong learning is more than adult education and/or training- it is a mindset and a habit for people to acquire as human being's responsibility. People are living longer and, in some parts of the world, healthier lives. Longer lives must be planned for. Societal aging may affect economic growth and many other issues, including the sustainability of families, the ability of states and communities to provide resources for older citizens, and international relations. It is, therefore, the role and responsibilities of all sectors to seek a better model to develop this particular.

Streszczenie:
Abstract Introduction: Nowadays, providing the access to learning appears as an emphasized priority for every stage of life, due to the demographic changes, even near the place of residence or with the utilization of the possibilities of the new informational and communicational technologies, which bring new possibilities also in the dimension of learning between generations. Purpose: Intergenerational learning can also be defined as a mutual learning relationship and interaction between the young and the old. The starting point of the study is that the younger and older age groups can learn from each other in their free time, in a non-formal learning environment in the framework of study circles. This paper drafts some practical directives for planning and organizing intergenerational study circles in a non-formal learning environment. Methods: We intend to make a synthesis based on former research and literature - learning between generations, spending free time, learning at an old age, study circles - and following this, a methodological guide is going to be made for planning and organizing intergenerational study circles. Conclusions: Study circles can be seen as intergenerational learning possibilities - young and old people with different preliminary knowledge can make a profit from the experiences gained during joint work, and from the topics examined from different points of views. The younger and older generations can work together in a non-formal learning environment and there is an opportunity for common learning and knowledge sharing as well.

Streszczenie:
Mankind has learned many things and has trained himself not knowing in the prehistoric times because of necessity by means of trial and error. He learned to learn while giving human life struggle that they taught what they learned to make their lives easier for those who come after them. So the real reason for learning is the needs and continuity. These needs have developed parallel to the development of mankind and continue to develop today. Learning in this development process is institutionalized. On the other hand, learning in today's world has gained a new dimension. The wider network of Internet and digital media has removed the boundaries of learning, time, space and age. Today, when we look at people's education and teaching life in terms of people, institutions and the environment, we can separate five stages: Childhood, Mother, Mother and Father, Brother, Aunt, Uncle, Grandmother, grandfather,Other family members, Pre-school, Primary School, Various courses, Various activities; Puberty, Family members,.In the current environment,.High School, Various courses and studies; Youth Family members, In the current environment,.Universities and colleges,.Various courses and studies;.Maturity, Family members,.In The current environment,.Working environment, Courses,.Activities; After Maturity,.Sharing knowledge and experience,.Evaluation of knowledge and experience in today and tomorrow, Events for quality living, Travels and such.
