The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is felt by all levels of society and all aspects of life, including early childhood education. Educational units must have the readiness of human resources in the form of educators and education staff as well as the readiness of technology facilities so that the learning process can be carried out effectively and efficiently. However, not all PAUD units are able to carry out internet-based learning which is called e-learning. This study aims to provide assistance in implementing a fun E-Learning for PAUD teachers in Argasunya Village, Cirebon City. This study uses a qualitative method. The community service steps taken are through webinars, question and answer and discussion. The results of this study can be concluded that the understanding of participants in implementing e-learning increases through examples of fun activities that parents can do at home so that they can stimulate all aspects of child development

The Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia has issued a policy of independent learning on independent campuses. This policy aims to improve the competence of graduates, both soft skills and hard skills, encourage students to master various sciences, students are better prepared to enter the world of work. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the independent campus learning program in the Guidance and Counseling Study Program FKIP ULM. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data is taken in research through literature study. The results of the analysis show that the concept of independent learning in independent campuses is manifested in the form of activities, namely student exchanges, internships or work practices, teaching assistance in education units, research, humanitarian projects, entrepreneurial activities, independence projects, and real work lectures on village development. The implementation of the independent campus learning program in the Guidance and Counseling Study Program FKIP ULM is carried out through three learning activities, namely teaching assistance in education units, internships or work practices, and student exchanges.

Gait phase recognition is of great importance in the development of assistance-as-needed robotic devices, such as exoskeletons. In order for a powered exoskeleton with phase-based control to determine and provide proper assistance to the wearer during gait, the user’s current gait phase must first be identified accurately. Gait phase recognition can potentially be achieved through input from wearable sensors. Deep convolutional neural networks (DCNN) is a machine learning approach that is widely used in image recognition. User kinematics, measured from inertial measurement unit (IMU) output, can be considered as an ‘image’ since it exhibits some local ‘spatial’ pattern when the sensor data is arranged in sequence. We propose a specialized DCNN to distinguish five phases in a gait cycle, based on IMU data and classified with foot switch information. The DCNN showed approximately 97% accuracy during an offline evaluation of gait phase recognition. Accuracy was highest in the swing phase and lowest in terminal stance.

In recent years, as the mechanical structure of humanoid robots increasingly resembles the human form, research on pedestrian navigation technology has become of great significance for the development of humanoid robot navigation systems. To solve the problem that the wearable inertial navigation system based on micro-inertial measurement units (MIMUs) installed on feet cannot effectively realize its positioning function when the body movement is too drastic to be measured correctly by commercial grade inertial sensors, a pedestrian navigation method based on construction of a virtual inertial measurement unit (VIMU) and gait feature assistance is proposed. The inertial data from different positions of pedestrians’ lower limbs are collected synchronously via actual IMUs as training samples. The nonlinear mapping relationship between inertial information from the human foot and leg is established by a visual geometry group-long short term memory (VGG-LSTM) neural network model, based on which the foot VIMU and virtual inertial navigation system (VINS) are constructed. The VINS experimental results show that, combined with zero-velocity update (ZUPT), the integrated method of error modification proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the accumulation of positioning errors in situations where the gait type exceeds the measurement range of the inertial sensors. The positioning performance of the proposed method is more accurate and stable in complex gait types than that merely using ZUPT.

Abstract The article discusses the possibility of creating a system for automating the process of searching and assessing the danger of targets using machine vision and existing ship systems. The technologies for processing images from the ship’s camera system are analyzed: object recognition by a ready-made convolutional neural retrained network, as well as object detection by SURF algorithms. The parameters of the danger of goals within the framework of the problem to be solved have been analyzed and developed, and a structural analysis has been elaborated. The functionality of the automatic operation of the system as a closed circuit has been considered. To achieve the technical result in the system as an integrated part of the ship’s equipment based on cognitive information processing, a composite information object from the ship’s sensors and control systems was introduced. It is decomposed into blocks in which the associated logical information processing takes place using basic modules consisting of adaptive cells-approximators as learning elements capable of independently processing information. The following units are included in the local area network: an information support unit (ISU), a decision making unit (DMU), a command-organizational unit (COU) with an operator’s workstation. The ISU is connected by a two-way communication output with aggregate LAN units, the other output is connected in series with a situation determination unit and the “model of the surrounding space” block. The survey was carried out on board a modern LNG gas carrier using ship systems.

Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) merupakan program nasional bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas output pendidikan dengan melakukan sejumlah aktivitas seperti asistensi mengajar di satuan pendidikan oleh mahasiswa. Learning management system (LMS) sangat dibutuhkan untuk melaksanakan program asistensi mengajar khususnya dalam melakukan evaluasi. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk melatih guru di sekolah mitra dalam menggunakan LMS sehingga dapat mendampingi mahasiswa dalam program asistensi mengajar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan dimana guru dilatih menggunakan LMS. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah SMP dan SMA di Propinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil pengamatan diketahui bahwa guru dapat memanfaatkan dengan baik aplikasi evaluasi berbasis LMS yang dirancang oleh tim pengabdi. Hasil wawancara memperkuat hal ini, dimana guru tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan aplikasi penilaian bagi mahasiswa program asistensi mengajar karena dilengkapi petunjuk yang jelas. The Independent Learning Campus Independent Program is a national program that improves scholarly output quality by carrying out activities such as teaching assistants in academic units by students. A learning management system (LMS) is needed to carry out teaching assistance programs, especially evaluations. This program aims to train teachers at partner schools in using the LMS so that they can assist students in teaching assistance programs. This activity is carried out in training where teachers are trained to use LMS. Partners of this activity are junior and senior high schools in Central Sulawesi Province. The instruments used are observation sheets and interviews. From the observations, it is known that teachers can make good use of the LMS-based evaluation application designed by the service team. The results of the interviews reinforce this, where the teacher does not experience difficulties in using the assessment application for students in the teaching assistant program because it is equipped with clear instructions.

In order to meet the assist requirements of extravehicular activity (EVA) for astronauts, such as moving outside the international space station (ISS) or performing on-orbit tasks by a single astronaut, this paper proposes an astronaut robotic limbs system (AstroLimbs) for extravehicular activities assistance. This system has two robotic limbs that can be fixed on the backpack of the astronaut. Each limb is composed of several basic module units with identical structure and function, which makes it modularized and reconfigurable. The robotic limbs can work as extra arms of the astronaut to assist them outside the space station cabin. In this paper, the robotic limbs are designed and developed. The reinforcement learning method is introduced to achieve autonomous motion planning capacity for the robot, which makes the robot intelligent enough to assist the astronaut in unstructured environment. In the meantime, the movement of the robot is also planned to make it move smoothly. The structure scene of the ISS for extravehicular activities is modeled in a simulation environment, which verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Untuk itu perlu pendampingan tentang penyusunan instrumen soal berbasis AKM. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan peningkatan mutu satuan pendidikan melalui penyusunan instrumen utama di SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Kota Batu. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah: (1) Pelatihan tentang pengembangan instrumen AKM, Survei Karakter, dan Survei Lingkungan Belajar, dan (2) Pendampingan tentang pengembangan instrumen AKM. Adapun rincian kegiatan adalah sebagai berikut. Berdasarkan serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pendampingan pengembangan instrumen AKM, Survei Karakter, dan Survei Lingkungan Belajar pada guru SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu, telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan instrumen AKM, Survei Karakter, dan Survei Lingkungan Belajar dan pendampingan penyusunan instrumen AKM berciri literasi membaca dan literasi numerasi. To implement based on the results of the rapid survey analysis of learning from home during the COVID-19 prevention period, Ministry of Education and Culture April 2020, the obstacles faced by teachers in learning from home include the percentage of teachers' ability to operate digital devices of 67.11%, the availability of facilities and infrastructure owned by students. by 29.45%. Difficulty in understanding lessons is a complaint of the majority of students in almost all types of education units. There are difficulties in understanding related to subjects that are almost the same experienced by every level of our education, of course there needs to be a way how to need student assistance. In preparation for offline learning, SMPN 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso requires many references on how to innovate online learning. Therefore, it is necessary to hold counseling about Online Learning Innovation at SMPN 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso. The implementation of the Community Service Program activities by the Physical Education Lecturer Team at PGRI University Adi Buana Surabaya went smoothly. The teachers of SMPN 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso were very enthusiastic about participating in every scheduled activity. Despite the nation's critical need for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) college graduates, the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I student-athletes represent a small portion of STEM majors. Student-athletes pursuing STEM disciplines benefit from the assistance of academic and athletic advisors; this study explored student-athletes' experiences with such dual advising. Building on Terenzini and Reason's (2005) comprehensive model of influences on student learning and persistence, our findings highlighted STEM athletes' need for individualized advising, support engagement in STEM, and options and flexibility in the curriculum. The study also exposed uncertainty about the different roles of academic and athletic advising units and the ways limited communication diminishes the effectiveness of the advising units' collaborative efforts.

This Accompaintement began when it was felt the importance of learning English in this eraEnglish is an international language which is used as the world's language of communication. Apart from being in the school environment, learning English is also important to be taught in non-formal education, especially in dormitories / pesantren. This community service activity aims to provide basic English learning assistance to students of PPNH Sukaraja. This training is conducted in several PPNH dormitory units such as the Central Women's Dormitory which lasts 30 minutes with meetings 2 times a week. The obstacles faced in the activity are relatively short time. But in general this activity went well and received a good reception from the students, as well as from the PPNH Sukaraja

ResuméKommunerne har siden 1980’erne etableret centrale korps af støttepædagoger. Daginstitutionerne kan søge om særlig støtte fra dette korps til pædagogiske praksis. Støttepædagogernes opgaver har ændret sig fra en kompenserende indsats til det enkelte barn til en indsats, hvor støttepædagogerne hovedsagelig skal yde støtte til pædagogernes udvikling af læringsmiljøet for alle børn i institutionen. Støttepædagogerne oplever det ofte som en følsom udfordring, når de må stille spørgsmål til fagfællers pædagogiske forståelser, antagelser og lokale praksis for at understøtte udvikling af denne. Denne udfordring kalder på en særlig form for støttepædagogisk praksis. Vi anvender begreberne interaktionel ekspertise (Collins & Evans, 2007) og pædagogisk takt (van Manen, 2015) til at forstå og karakterisere den ekspertise og faglighed, der er i spil og på spil, når der skal ydes støtte til udvikling af pædagogisk praksis i dagtilbud. Artiklen er udarbejdet på baggrund af aktionsforskning i forbindelse med et aktionslæringsforløb med støttepædagoger i en større dansk kommune. AbstractFrom assistant preschool teachers to expert with pedagogical tact Since the 1980s, many Danish municipalities have been establishing centralized units of assistant pre-school teachers who provide special assistance for the pedagogical practices of pre-school institutions. The tasks of these assistant pre-school teachers have changed over time: from an originally compensatory effort targeting individual children, to primarily assisting pre-school teachers and the development of the learning environment for all children. In the endeavor of assisting the development of these learning environments, it is often perceived as a sensitive issue, when assistant pre-school teachers question the pedagogical assumptions and local practices of their professional peers. This challenge calls for a special kind of pedagogical practice. In this article, we apply the concepts of interactional expertise (Collins & Evans, 2007) and pedagogical tact (van Manen, 2015) to characterize the expertise and professionalism that is at play and at stake, in the provision of assistance for the development of pedagogical practices in pre-schools institutions. The article has been developed based on action research in connection to an action learning course for assistant pre-schools teachers in a larger Danish municipality.

To explore the mathematics learning experiences of those more likely to come from non-traditional educational backgrounds, ten students studying one or two maths units in the Skills for Tertiary Education Preparatory Studies (STEPS) at CQUniversity Australia were interviewed. The aim was to investigate how these students learnt to become self-directed learners during their preparation for their intended undergraduate study. Using grounded theory methodology, data were analysed within the theoretical framework of andragogy, namely, adult learning. Analysis of data indicated that students were able to learn how to become self-directed learners when lecturers ‘tailored’ teaching to the students’ needs, taking into consideration their state of mind, ability to plan their work, developing adeptness at engaging in mathematical activities, and assistance received in evaluating their own learning outcomes. In practice, findings of this study provide some insight into how enabling mathematics lecturers can tailor activities to best meet the needs of their students. Further, the development of self-directed learning skills in the context of mathematics has potential to benefit these students in all their university study.

Concerning the biomechanics and energy consumption of the lower limbs, a soft exoskeleton for the powered plantar flexion of the ankle, named A-Suit, was developed to improve walking endurance in the lower limbs and reduce metabolic consumption. The method of ergonomics design was used based on the biological structures of the lower limbs. A profile of auxiliary forces was constructed according to the biological force of the Achilles tendon, and an iterative learning control was applied to shadow this auxiliary profile by iteratively modifying the traction displacements of drive units. During the evaluation of the performance experiments, four subjects wore the A-Suit and walked on a treadmill at different speeds and over different inclines. Average heart rate was taken as the evaluation index of metabolic consumption. When subjects walked at a moderate speed of 1.25 m/s, the average heart rate Hav under the Power-ON condition was 7.25 ± 1.32% (mean ± SEM) and 14.40 ± 2.63% less than the condition of No-suit and Power-OFF. Meanwhile, the additional mass of A-Suit led to a maximum Hav increase of 7.83 ± 1.44%. The overall reduction in Hav with Power-ON over the different inclines was 6.93 ± 1.84% and 13.4 ± 1.93% compared with that of the No-Suit and Power-OFF condition. This analysis offers interesting insights into the viability of using this technology for human augmentation and assistance for medical and other purposes.

Everyone knows that phraseological units are the most popular genre of oral folk art, which was formed as a result of life observations of the ancestors. Learning and analyzing Chinese phraseology allow us to better understand the inner world of the Chinese nation. This article reveals and semantically analyzes aspects of the word “head” that are closely related to Chinese culture. The worldview, deep logical thoughts, feelings, superstitions, lifestyle and environment of the Chinese people are described in phraseological expressions in a concise and clear form. This article discusses the semantics and features of Chinese-language phraseological phrases associated with the word “head”. Chinese-language phrases associated with “head” express meanings such as wisdom and ignorance, process of thinking, cunning,sagacity, and planning. Phraseological units in Chinese linguistics are closely related to practical life and determine such features as philosophical and ideological thinking, logical observation. Taking into account the above, the article provides a comparative analysis of phraseological units related to “head” in Chinese and Uzbek languages. The figurative meanings of the word “head” are being revealed, semantic connections and semantic structure of phrases in the sentence are in the process of learning. Chinese phraseological expressions are poorly studied in Uzbek-Chinese studies. We hope that this work will provide practical assistance to our young people who are learning Chinese.

Faced with the economic crisis unleashed by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Argentine government reacted by deploying an unprecedented assistance policy in terms of its scope, design and method of implementation. The aim of this article is to analyze the measures aimed at companies and formal workers deployed during the first year of the pandemic in Argentina to cushion the shock to economic activity. The authors analyze the creation and implementation of the Emergency Assistance to Work and Production program. The methodological strategy combined quantitative and qualitative analysis of official sources, regulations and a set of interviews conducted in 2021. The latter allowed the authors to recover the experience of perception of the benefits in the productive units located in the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires, as well as the mediation networks involved in this policy. The findings reveal the initially massive nature of the assistance, which later gave way to the segmentation of state aid. In the case of assistance to the formal sector, post-launch adjustments were not only due to fiscal reasons, but also to the learning process of the authorities, the intervention of sectoral representatives and the ability of digital platforms to focus aid on those most in need.

Emergency vehicle transportation is important for responding to and transporting individuals during emergencies. This type of transportation faces several issues, such as road safety, navigation and communication, time-critical operations, resource utilisation, traffic congestion, data processing and analysis, and individual safety. Vehicle navigation and coordination is a critical aspect of emergency response that involves guiding emergency vehicles, such as ambulances, to the location of an emergency or medical centre as quickly and safely as possible. Therefore, it requires additional effort to reduce driving risks. The roadside units support emergency vehicles and infrastructure to decrease collisions and enhance optimal navigation routes. However, during the emergency vehicle’s data communication and navigation process, communication is interrupted due to vehicle outages. Therefore, this study proposes the Navigation Data Processing for Assisted Driving (NDP-AD) method to address the problem. The proposed approach assimilates infrastructure and neighbouring location information during driving. The integrated information is processed for distance and traffic during the previous displacement interval. The NDP-AD method employs a recurrent neural network learning approach to analyse opposing vehicle distance and traffic to provide accurate, independent guidance. This effective learning-based guidance process minimises false navigations and deviation in displacement. System efficiency is evaluated based on processing latency, displacement error, data utilisation, false rate, and accuracy metrics.

ABSTRACT Objective: to build an educational hypermedia about nursing care at usual risk birth and to perform validation of content and appearance. Method: methodological research carried out following the following stages: content and planning of modules; media production and organization of tutorial units; organization of student space, tutor and communication between them; availability of hypermedia; assessment by experts in nursing and informatics; and implementation of proposed suggestions. Results: educational hypermedia showed to be a validated material, since it presented an optimum index of global content of 0.97 and statistical significance in the binomial test for the content and appearance. Conclusion: it is believed that the use of this material with undergraduate students in nursing will contribute to the quality of obstetric care, considering that it is an illustrated technology capable of favoring teaching-learning about normal humanized childbirth.

This research focus on inclusive assessment in cooperative learning contexts, in schools that implement the CL/LC Program: cooperate to learning, learning to cooperate, developed by the GRAD’s members (Diversity Attention Research Group) of University of Vic. Considering the methodology that propose that program, and the planning and development of didactic units at different moments they can be divided through cooperative structures the hypothesis on the study are linked to a first approximation of the use of evaluation along the process of teaching and learning by teachers. In connection with teacher competencies and the implementation of inquiry-based learning (IBL), in the teaching and learning process Physics teachers should be able to make learning designs suitable for inquiry learning in the 21st century. However, the form of IBL tools compiled by Physics teachers is not yet oriented towards 21st century abilities needed by students. Based on the results and discussion, it is known that 1) high school physics teachers in Bandar Lampung already know and have knowledge of the IBL model, 2) almost all high school physics teachers have applied IBL-based science learning even though they have not fully understood each IBL syntax and are not yet oriented 21st century skills, 3) there is an increase in teacher knowledge about IBL after the implementation of technical guidance, and 4) the need for further assistance in overcoming teacher obstacles in making IBL-based learning units or devices oriented towards 21st century abilities.

This qualitative study aimed to acknowledge the importance of practice in public and private institutions in the training of nurses in residency programs. Data were collected at two hospitals between February and March 2013, through interviews. From their analysis the following categories emerged: experience of graduate nurses in residency programs in ICUs of public and private institutions and potential for learning in public and private institutions regarding the training of nurses. Differences were detected in the work process and in the profile of patients between the public and private fields, and dissociation between caring and management functions carried out by residents was demonstrated. It was concluded that the development of practices in public and private institutions provides different and complementary experiences which prepare residents for management and care activities, improve management and technical assistance skills, encourages the exercise of in-service education and, by means of surveys, the search for solutions to problems that emerge from daily work.

ABSTRACTThe Department of Defense does not implement health-sector humanitarian assistance impact assessments to complement those of the international humanitarian aid community. This oversight fails to meet the recent Department of Defense Directive 3000.05 mandate calling for the application of measures of effectiveness. The decision by the Department of Defense to incorporate humanitarian assistance in stability operations should be supported by evidence-based impact assessments. This article proposes implementation of an impact assessment model in Department of Defense humanitarian assistance operations. The use of an impact assessment model will refocus previously identified information gaps from traditional military input-output management toward a greater emphasis on outcomes. This will help answer which humanitarian activities are successful, which are not, and why. Over time, the use of an impact assessment model will ensure that the Department of Defense and its operational units are learning as an organization while applying evidence-based lessons learned to future stability operations. Most important, the use of this model will both provide better understanding of the role that the Department of Defense has in humanitarian activities and help interpret and transfer these activities to the host nation and international aid community in a timely and efficient manner. This research uses more descriptive qualitative research. They conducted this research in TK LKMD Catur Tunggal Piyungan with the research source of principals, teachers, and parents. The research data were obtained from interviews using the Google Form or WA application and also document studies. The study results explain that the application of parenting education can improve the cognitive development of early childhood. This is because 1) parents get knowledge related to STPPA or Childhood Development Achievement Level Standard so that the treatment of parents in conducting learning assistance is more conditioned. 2) parents get a way to do learning to children to assist children well, and children get a good stimulus in improving cognitive development.

This article deals with the issue of financing the education of foreign pupils in the Polish educational system. The aim of the study is to diagnose the principles and scale of the financing of non-Polish citizens’ education. The study uses both institutional and legal approaches and is based on the following source: legal acts, public authorities’ documentation, data from the Educational Information System, and journalistic sources, mainly from portals and the trade press. The analysis carried out allows one to conclude that after 1989 the principle of payment for education undertaken by foreigners in the Polish educational system was gradually abandoned at successive levels of education and for an increasing range of groups as defined in the Act on Foreigners. In addition to the possibility of receiving education free of charge, the possibility of organizing additional Polish language learning or remedial classes was introduced, which also involved the need for local self-government units to allocate additional financial resources. The possibility of employing the so-called intercultural assistants or creating preparatory divisions was also introduced. Summarizing the considerations contained in the study, it should be stated that the Polish model of financing education is based on the educational component of the general subvention, and the same principle applies to the education of non-Polish citizens, while funds for the organization of additional Polish language learning or remedial classes are increased through a system of the so-called weights, as specified in annual ordinances on the manner of distribution of the educational component of the general subvention for local government units for the following budget year. Unfortunately, a system constructed in this way does not take into account emergency situations, such as an influx of pupils during the financial year and compensation for the subsequent expenses incurred by local government units. Therefore, the influx of war refugee children from Ukraine required additional solutions. The Assistance Fund was established to finance school costs.

The solution to this problem is to increase the ability of teachers in digital literacy in the use of Gadgets (Tablets) for learning media both offline and online by implementing Augmented Reality (AR) to optimize Gadgets (tablets) as learning media in the form of training and mentoring activities. The result of this training activity is that there is an increase in the understanding of the importance of teacher ICT literacy and understanding of AR as an innovative learning medium by 95.6%. Increased Teacher Digital Literacy by 87% and teacher skills in using AR by 78.2%.</span></p>

In its application, BUMDes (which in this study is "BUMDes Pandemas Mulya") is expected to be able to collaborate with stakeholders and other parties such as investors, communities, and the people to form a so-called Penta helix so that the capacity and capability of the BUMDes can increase significantly. However, in reality, BUMDes still need to catch up to the target set by the Ministry. Therefore, a tool was created that can increase the capacity and capability of BUMDes itself by utilizing digital technology called "BUMDes Institute Platform Learning." Method: In general, the implementation of creating the "BUMDes Institute Platform Learning" platform is divided into four stages: Needs Analysis, Mapping problems, Validating problems, and Designing applications. The Needs Analysis stage aims to identify issues and material needs for BUMDes actors that will be accommodated in the platform. The needs analysis results are then carried out through a mapping process based on predetermined criteria. The goal is to create clusters between problems and solutions in the form of learning materials that will be included in the platform. Next, the team will validate the results of the problem-mapping process in the validation stage. Then, the team conducts FGDs and internal discussions for the collection process materials to create a learning curriculum and requirements for the application design and development process. After that, the development begins. Results: the application can be implemented for BUMDes even though several improvements will be needed. Conclusions: BUMDes Pandemas Mulya still needs much improvement to develop business units, especially related to business design. So, there needs to be an application that contains information from technical aspects for management (application program) conditions in the field still need completion and periodic assistance that can help educate and teach business aspects.

Panoramic Dental Radiography (PDR) image processing is one of the most extensively used manual methods for gender determination in forensic medicine. With the assistance of the PDR images, a person's biological gender determination can be performed through analyzing skeletal structures expressing sexual dimorphism. Manual approaches require a wide range of mandibular parameter measurements in metric units. Besides being time-consuming, these methods also necessitate the employment of experienced professionals. In this context, deep learning models are widely utilized in the auto-analysis of radiological images nowadays, owing to their high processing speed, accuracy, and stability. In our study, a data set consisting of 24,000 dental panoramic images was prepared for binary classification, and the transfer learning method was used to accelerate the training and increase the performance of our proposed DenseNet121 deep learning model. With the transfer learning method, instead of starting the learning process from scratch, the existing patterns learned beforehand were used. Extensive comparisons were made using deep transfer learning (DTL) models VGG16, ResNet50, and EfficientNetB6 to assess the classification performance of the proposed model in PDR images. According to the findings of the comparative analysis, the proposed model outperformed the other approaches by achieving a success rate of 97.25% in gender classification.

This is because farmers still do not feel they have a farmer group so that in forming a farmer group they only expect assistance from the government and the dependence of learning classes on extension workers. This study aims to determine the leadership style of farmer group leaders and the function of farmer groups in lowland rice cultivation in Jati Bali Village, West Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency. The number of informants in the study were 17 informants. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative method which is processed using techniques according to Miles and Hubermen, namely data reduction and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that the dominant leadership style in each group is participatory leadership style, where the indicators of this leadership style are all fulfilled and the intensity is often applied, while the function of farmer groups in Jati Bali Village in lowland rice cultivation can be said to be less functioning.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, students' dependence on gadgets and social media is stronger through online-based learning. The attachment of school-age children to gadgets and social media is prone to intersect with intolerant religious content and narratives. It is a challenge to implement moderate Islamic education in education units. This study explored the problem of school-age children's attachment to devices and analyzes the challenges of implementing moderate Islamic education in education units during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is library research with a descriptive method. The data in this study were obtained from relevant documents regarding the research. At the same time, the primary data was a document resulting from the KPAI survey with a total sample of 14,169 respondents spread across 34 provinces in Indonesia. In contrast, secondary data were studies that were relevant to this research. This study indicated that the attachment of school-age children to gadgets and social media can be directed at strengthening moderate Islamic values through several educational contents. With intensive supervision and assistance from parents on gadgets and social media, school-age children can be controlled from content that leads to narratives of intolerance, extremism, and radicalism.

Pre and post-tests were tested using the Compare Means Paired- Sample T-Test analysis with the statistical analysis tool SPSS because the data came from the same subject. The results highlight that the management of SOA funds has not been fully effective because several factors that lead to the achievement of the objectives of managing funds have not been achieved, including planning, implementation, and accountability aspects. Therefore, to improve technical capabilities and skills in the management of SOA funds, especially related to SOA tax administration, it is necessary to carry out service in the form of socialization related to SOA tax administration, which will be framed in an effective communicative, and relaxed manner.

Building a human-like car-following model that can accurately simulate drivers’ car-following behaviors is helpful to the development of driving assistance systems and autonomous driving. Recent studies have shown the advantages of applying reinforcement learning methods in car-following modeling. However, a problem has remained where it is difficult to manually determine the reward function. This paper proposes a novel car-following model based on generative adversarial imitation learning. The proposed model can learn the strategy from drivers’ demonstrations without specifying the reward. Gated recurrent units was incorporated in the actor-critic network to enable the model to use historical information. Drivers’ car-following data collected by a test vehicle equipped with a millimeter-wave radar and controller area network acquisition card was used. The participants were divided into two driving styles by K-means with time-headway and time-headway when braking used as input features. Adopting five-fold cross-validation for model evaluation, the results show that the proposed model can reproduce drivers’ car-following trajectories and driving styles more accurately than the intelligent driver model and the recurrent neural network-based model, with the lowest average spacing error (19.40%) and speed validation error (5.57%), as well as the lowest Kullback-Leibler divergences of the two indicators used for driving style clustering.

The Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) ensures that students' learning progresses even amidst a pandemic. It is also focused on improving the quality of basic education with enhanced teacher performance and improved mastery of learning competencies on the part of the learners. This research aimed to determine the extent of the implementation of the BE-LCP and the challenges encountered in aligning the four strategic thrusts in the new normal education. Furthermore, the respondents of the study are the sixty (60) teachers of Banlic Elementary School, Division of Calamba City. The researchers used the descriptive method and the researcher-made questionnaire as the main data gathering tool. Weighted mean, Frequency Count, Percentage, Ranking, and one-way ANOVA are the statistical tools used in analyzing the data gathered. The results revealed that despite the challenges encountered, most of the respondents represent a high extent of LCP implementation along with the four strategic thrusts. Thus, age, educational background, length of service, and relevant training have a significant relationship in the implementation of advancing hand holding initiatives and amplifying defined technical assistance to target delivery units; consequently, age and length of service have a significant correlation on appraising stakeholders on the progress of interventions. Based on the conclusion drawn from the study, a proposed development program was crafted to enhance the implementation of the BE-LCP.

Human activity recognition (HAR) is a crucial and challenging classification task for a range of applications from surveillance to assistance. Existing sensor-based HAR systems have limited training data availability and lack fast and accurate methods for robust and rapid activity recognition. In this paper, a novel hybrid HAR technique based on CNN, bi-directional long short-term memory, and gated recurrent units is proposed that can accurately and quickly recognize new human activities with a limited training set and high accuracy. The experiment was conducted on UCI Machine Learning Repository's MHEALTH dataset to analyze the effectiveness of the proposed method. The confusion matrix and accuracy score are utilized to gauge the performance of the presented model. Experiments indicate that the proposed hybrid approach for human activity recognition integrating CNN, bi-directional LSTM, and gated recurrent outperforms computing complexity and efficiency. The overall findings demonstrate that the proposed hybrid model performs exceptionally well, with enhanced accuracy of 94.68%.

Aim: An Overview of Analysis of Learning Curve of Laparoscopic Procedures in General Surgery Residents in Khyber Teaching Hospital, Peshawar. Methodology: A descriptive KAP (knowledge attitude and practice) study was conducted in Khyber teaching hospital (KTH) from January 2021 to March 2021. A total of 24 surgical residents of 3rd and 4th year residency working in different surgical units were part of the study. Experience of residents performing procedures under supervision, assistance or by means of observation was recorded by a self administered questionnaire. Results: A number of 24 surgical residents of 3rd and 4th year residency of general surgery were part of the study. Frequency of 3rd yr residents was 13(54.2%) and that of 4th yr was 11(45.8%). Number of 6(25%) observed basic laparoscopy, 8(33%) advanced procedures and 10(41.7%) observed both types of procedure. 23(95.8%) participants were regularly briefed on principles of laparoscopy and 21(87.5%) strongly agreed upon the need of video simulation sessions. According to 22(91.7%) participants instrument handling was the most difficult part to learn. And 17(70.8%) participants laparoscopy enhances visualization of disease process. 18(75%) participants said that it improves postoperative recovery and 20(83.3%) were of opinion that it minimizes hospital stay. 16(66.7%) residents stated it has a steep learning curve. All participants agreed that it is necessary to assist large number of procedures to attain confidence of performing laparoscopic procedures. Conclusion: The study showed that almost all residents were in favor of the use of laparoscopic procedures rather than open surgeries. Keywords: Laparoscopy, learning curve

Purpose This study aims to examine Reddit posts regarding the COVID-19 pandemic from a subreddit dedicated to the campus community of a large, research-intensive Canadian University. The goal was to determine what users were sharing regarding their mental health, well-being, problems, coping strategies and perceptions about the health measures taken to prevent further spread. Design/methodology/approach A total of 1,096 paragraphs were analyzed using the qualitative methodology of thematic analysis. Findings Many users expressed struggling with their mental health and well-being during the pandemic. Difficulties with online learning, finding paid study and affording the costs of living were also reported. Coping was largely conducted through online means and included sharing advice, emphasizing connectedness and communicating information. The mixed perceptions regarding health measures focused on responsibility and fairness, with many users blaming the university and public health units. Originality/value This study contributes to the evolving understanding of how different populations are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada, specifically, university students. Implications for providing assistance to university students during the current pandemic and future waves are also discussed.

Pemberantasan buta aksara di Indonesia tetap mendapat perhatian yang besar dari pemerintah Indonesia terutama setelah terbitnya Instruksi Presiden Nomor 5 Tahun 2006 Tentang GNPWBA, program pemberantasan buta huruf di Indonesia menjadi massif. Kegiatan pembelajaran pendidikan keaksaraan juga semakin efektif sejak terbitnya Permendikbud Nomor 86 Tahun 2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Keaksaraan Dasar (KD) dan Permendikbud Nomor 42 Tahun 2015 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Keaksaraan Lanjutan (KL). Untuk menstimulasi pemerintah daerah dan lembaga atau satuan pendidikan, Kemendikbudristek memberikan dana Bantuan Pemerintah Program Pendidikan Keaksaraan. Selama periode 2020 hingga 2021 jumlah sasaran banper sebanyak 98 ribu orang per tahun untuk Pendidikan KD dan KL. Sedangkan untuk tahun anggaran 2022 jumlah sasaran sebanyak 33 ribu orang untuk Pendidikan Keaksaraan Dasar. Terlepas dari berbagai kebijakan tersebut, ternyata pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan keaksaraan tetap memiliki permasalahan tersendiri. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada temuan permasalahan bahwa rendahnya kesiapan belajar calon peserta didik, pendidik belum memahami konsep Andragogi, homogentias perencanaan pembelajaran, serta minimnya capaian kompetensi hasil belajar peserta didik. Mengacu pada hal tersebut, maka diperlukan peningkatan kompetensi pendidik terutama untuk membuat perangkat pembelajaran yang sederhana, proses pembelajaran yang menarik dan tidak membosankan serta pengukuran capaian kompetensi yang ringan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi dengan tujuan untuk mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran Pe-De-Ka-Te dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran pendidikan keaksaraan dasar. Melalui perlakuan yang diberikan selama penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa model pembelajaran melalui pendekatan Pe-De-Ka-Te cukup efektif meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik serta meningkatkan rata-rata capaian kompetensi baca tulis dan hitung (calistung) peserta didik. The eradication of illiteracy in Indonesia continues to receive great attention from the Indonesian government, especially after the issuance of Presidential Instruction Number 5 of 2006 concerning the GNPWBA, the illiteracy eradication program in Indonesia has become massive. Literacy education learning activities have also become more effective since the issuance of Permendikbud Number 86 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Basic Literacy Education (KD) and Permendikbud Number 42 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of Advanced Literacy Education (KL). To stimulate regional governments and educational institutions or units, the Ministry of Education and Culture provides government assistance funds for the Literacy Education Program. During the period 2020 to 2021 the target number of assistance is 98 thousand people per year for KD and KL Education. Whereas for the 2022 fiscal year the target number is 33 thousand people for Basic Literacy Education. Apart from these various policies, it turns out that the implementation of literacy education learning still has its own problems. This research is based on the findings of the problem that the low readiness of prospective students to learn, educators do not understand the concept of Andragogy, homogeneity of learning planning, and the lack of competency achievement of student learning outcomes. Referring to this, it is necessary to increase the competence of teachers, especially to make simple learning tools, the learning process is interesting and not boring and the measurement of competency achievements is light. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach with the phenomenological method with the aim of implementing the Pe-De-Ka-Te learning model in increasing the effectiveness of learning basic literacy education. Through the treatment given during this study, the results obtained were that the learning model through the Pe-De-Ka-Te approach was quite effective in increasing students' learning motivation and increasing the average achievement of students' literacy and arithmetic (calistung) competencies.

High dimensional matrix algebra is essential in numerous signal processing and machine learning algorithms. This work describes a scalable square matrix-computing unit designed on the basis of circulant matrices. It optimizes data flow for the computation of any sequence of matrix operations removing the need for data movement for intermediate results, together with the individual matrix operations’ performance in direct or transposed form (the transpose matrix operation only requires a data addressing modification). The allowed matrix operations are: matrix-by-matrix addition, subtraction, dot product and multiplication, matrix-by-vector multiplication, and matrix by scalar multiplication. The proposed architecture is fully scalable with the maximum matrix dimension limited by the available resources. In addition, a design environment is also developed, permitting assistance, through a friendly interface, from the customization of the hardware computing unit to the generation of the final synthesizable IP core. For N × N matrices, the architecture requires N ALU-RAM blocks and performs O ( N 2 ) , requiring N 2 + 7 and N + 7 clock cycles for matrix-matrix and matrix-vector operations, respectively. For the tested Virtex7 FPGA device, the computation for 500 × 500 matrices allows a maximum clock frequency of 346 MHz, achieving an overall performance of 173 GOPS. This architecture shows higher performance than other state-of-the-art matrix computing units.

The same academic who is expected to be active in research within the university system is also expected to be committed to teaching and service assignments. The research task itself requires a lot of processes scattered around various work, culture, people and structure such as writing proposals, liaising with the research department, looking for materials in the library, learning appropriate applications with the Information Technology (IT) department etc. The aim of this research is to establish the perceived gaps based on the process of academic research in the university. The study is based on a case study of the University of Botswana. It uses the Nadler-Tushman Congruence Framework to perform a gap analysis on the current system. The study is initiated as part of progress towards providing a model to identify opportunities for improvement in research services at the university. The outcome from the study is a proposed model to help align work, culture, people and structure. The blueprint provided by the model will allow one to see the real impact of change, identifying where gaps and opportunities exist, and understand how and where things can be improved for the benefit of all stakeholders. The model provides for a single point through which a researcher can request assistance from the various units of the system. Be-yond the single point of access, the various units should be able to provide support for the entire research process without the researcher necessarily having to leave their desk. It also provides researchers with information to build systems that can improve enterprise flow within the research process. An efficient way of achieving this will be to eliminate or minimize the human factor where necessary. The paper proposes that a more detailed model can be achieved using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) architecture model.

The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The results obtained from this study are the first chairman of the new prosperous PKBM has a D3 certificate in Civil Engineering and has 13 types of training/workshop / technical guidance certificates that are relevant to PKBM, and PKBM Sejahtera already has a community representative forum. Curriculum changes often occur in the world of education, as we know that the current curriculum used in education units is the 2013 curriculum. With the change in the curriculum, teachers should know the important points in the 2013 curriculum, namely: (1) knowledge of the 2013 curriculum; (2) skills in designing the 2013 curriculum learning tools; (3) the skills to implement the 2013 curriculum. Therefore, this study aims to analyze: the understanding of elementary school homeroom teachers in Cluster II Kintamani regarding the implementation of the 2013 curriculum based on a scientific approach, the skills of homeroom teachers in preparing the 2013 curriculum lesson-based approach scientific, and the skills of homeroom teachers in applying the 2013 curriculum lesson plan based on the scientific approach. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted by involving 9 homeroom teachers in Gugus II Kintamani. The data in this study were collected using the interview method, documentation study, and observation. Data were analyzed using data reduction techniques and data verification was carried out on respondents and documentary evidence. The results of this study indicate that the homeroom teachers of Kintamani cluster II understand and are able to design the 2013 curriculum lesson plan based on a scientific approach, but not all teachers are able to implement it properly. According to the results of this study, continuous assistance is needed so that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum based on a scientific approach can be carried out properly by teachers.

The article deals with the issue of teachers’ professional development and professional preadaptation and retraining of parents who found themselves in difficult life circumstances due to their child’s serious medical condition and consequently have to change jobs. The article presents MCU’s innovative experience in implementing professional development programmes for teachers and parents in the medical setting. Modular professional retraining programmes allow students to choose the units that fit their educational needs and help them follow their own educational tracks. The article describes the process of creating academic programmes for students’ individual professional development with the help of distance-learning management platforms Moodle and Microsoft Teams. This enables students to work and study at their own pace. We have arrived at the conclusion that at times it is worth using the flipped classroom model and strategy, when students study the course content independently and later take part in discussions and question sessions, exchange their experiences and work on different case studies. Since last year there have been changes in the content, technologies and methods of working with this particular group of students. For instance, there is now an opportunity to add and use resources of non-formal education sphere. After parents successfully complete the course of study, they qualify as tutors who can assist students getting long-term treatment. This can help parents solve two problems. First, it will give them an opportunity to find a new job in the field they qualified in. Then, they will be able to provide professional psychological assistance and academic support to their children in difficult life circumstances.

Background: current organization of the prehospital emergency teams, decreasing the prehospital times, given the possibility of working during the patient’s transport and, therefore, the consequences that may result from the same improving the prognostic. Objectives: To explore the opinion of professional healthcare experts regarding prehospital emergencies arising when forced to assist a critical patient in a moving vehicle, based on a high-fidelity clinical simulation, as well as the factors influencing them. Methods: An exploratory study of content analysis with qualitative methodology, via semi-structured questionnaires that are self-completed anonymously, before and after the clinical simulation intervention in which participants intubate a mannequin in a moving ambulance. The sample consisted of 36 experts in prehospital emergencies from the province of Alicante (Spain). Codification and assessment of the data obtained was carried out via triangulation, respecting the language and literal expressions of the participants. Results: Thirty-two pre- and post-intervention questionnaires were completed. Four different units of meaning or categories emerged which were organized based on two thematic structures, from the perspective of professional and patient needs. Twenty-three participants had never previously intubated in a moving vehicle. Discussion: Working in a moving vehicle may be yet another aspect to consider in the specialized teaching–learning process of prehospital emergency medicine. Conclusion: Based on the need to decrease prehospital assistance times, a new paradigm has been opened in prehospital emergencies with the possibility of being able to safely assist our patients during their transport on a moving ambulance or helicopter. It will be necessary further research in the future.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membentuk dan mengembangkan kelompok masyarakat yang sudah terbentuk dalam suatu wadah BUMDes menjadi lebih mampu secara keahlian menggunakan teknologi komputer dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang akuntabel yang dipersyaratkan oleh lembaga keuangan, melalui pelatihan sistem akuntansi berbasis komputer ini diharapkan akan membekali kemampuan dan keterampilan pengurus dan pengelola BUMDes agar dapat menggunakan dan menerapkan sistem akuntansi yang sesuai Standar Laporan Keuangan (SAK) yang diterima umum sehingga dengan mudah dapat mengukur dan meningkatkan kinerja keuangan unit usaha BUMDes. Target dari penelitian ini adalah para pengurus dan pengelola BUMDes dapat mengoperasikan komputer dengan terampil dan dapat mengaplikasikan sistem akuntansi berbasis komputer sederhana dengan menggunakan rumus dan fungsi-fungsi yang sudah tersedia dalam Software Microsoft Excell dengan kekhususan pada bidang akuntansi (Excell for Accounting), sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan akuntabil itas penyusunan keuangan BUMDes. Computer-based Accounting Financial System Training in Encouraging Financial Performance at BUMDes Mangkubumi Ciamis DistrictABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to form and develop community groups that have been formed in a BUMDes forum to become more capable of skillfully using computer technology in preparing accountable financial reports which is required by financial institutions, through training in computer-based accounting systems, it is hoped that this will equip the abilities and skills. BUMDes administrators and managers are able to use and implement an accounting system that is in accordance with the generally accepted Financial Reporting Standards (SAK) so that they can easily measure and improve the financial performance of BUMDes business units. The target of this research is that BUMDes administrators and managers can operate computers skillfully and can apply a simple computer-based accounting system using formulas and functions that are already available in Microsoft Excel Software with specificity in accounting (Excell for Accounting), so that they can improve financial performance and accountability of BUMDes financial preparation. The method used in this research is by using the technical assistance method which focuses on Computer Based Training (CBT) learning activities, namely computer-assisted learning (CAL) using the Microsoft Excel computer application as the main media, using simulation methods and case studies. , which is used to explore knowledge, business experience on cases starting from recording transactions, classifying ledgers and preparing financial reports.Keywords: accounting information systems ., BUMDes., CBT ., excell for accountin., performance.

Abstrak: Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) adalah program pemerintah yang pada dasarnya untuk penyediaan pendanaan biaya operasi nonpersonalia bagi satuan pendidikan, dengan sasaran semua sekolah SD/SDLB dan SMP/SMPLB/SMPT, termasuk SD-SMP Satu Atap (SATAP) dan Tempat Kegiatan Belajar Mandiri (TKB Mandiri) yang diselenggarakan oleh masyarakat, baik negeri maupun swasta di seluruh provinsi di Indonesia, dana BOS dikeluarkan dalam empat triwulan untuk satu tahun (satu periode), berdasarkan prosedur yang ada dana BOS perlu di kelola secara relevan dan efektif. Dalam pelaksanaan dana BOS, ini dibagi menjadi 8 standar penggunaan atau aliran dana BOS yaitu: Pengembangan Kompetensi Kelulusan, Pengembangan Standar Isi, Pengembangan Standar Proses, Pengembangan Pendidikdan Tenaga Kependidikan, Pengembangan Sarana dan Prasarana Sekolah, Pengembangan Standar Pengelolaan, Pengembangan Standar Pembiayaan, Pengembangan dan Implementasi Sistem Penilaian. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 44 Mande Kota Bima, Kelurahan Mande, Kecamatan Mpunda, Kota Bima. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua yaitu: (a) Data primer atau data utama, dan (b) Data sekunder atau data pendukung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) SDN 44 Mande Kota Bima dalam pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) telah berjalan sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (JUKNIS BOS), (2) Faktor Pendukung, Adapun factor pendukung dalam pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) adalah sebagai berikut: (a) Dukungan Pemerintah dengan memberikan petunjuk teknis pengelolaan dana BOS dan sosialisasi tentang tata cara pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah dari Dinas Pendidikan, (b) Terjalinnya bentuk kerjasama yang baik dari pihak pengelola dana BOS, Komite Sekolah dan para Guru, Pemerintah (Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota bima), (c) Motivasi yang tinggi dan kinerja yang maksimal untuk mengembangkan kualitas pendidikan, (d) Dukungan dari para guru baik dengan sumbangan pemikiran maupun dengan dukungan tenaga. Sedangkan, Faktor penghambat, Adapun factor penghambat dalam pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) yaitu: (a) Waktu pencairan dana sering mengalami keterlambatan, (b) Anggaran yang diperoleh tidak sebanding dengan kebutuhan sekolah, (c) Sekolah dibatasi dalam melakukan perbaikan berat sehingga sekolah masih mengalami kekurangan ruangan, dan (d) Dana bantuan operasional sekolah belum mampu membiayai seluruh program sekolah secara merata/menyeluruh. Abstract School Operational Assistance (BOS) is a government program that is basically to provide funding for non-personnel operating costs for education units, targeting all SD / SDLB and SMP / SMPLB / SMPT schools, including One-Roof SD-SMP (SATAP) and Independent Learning Activities Sites (TKB Mandiri) organized by the public, both public and private in all provinces in Indonesia, BOS funds are issued in four quarters for one year (one period), based on existing procedures BOS funds need to be managed in a relevant and effective way. In the implementation of BOS funds , this is divided into 8 standards for the use or flow of BOS funds, namely: Development of Graduation Competencies, Development of Content Standards, Development of Process Standards, Development of Teachers and Education Personnel, Development of School Facilities and Infrastructure, Development of Management Standards, Development of Funding Standards, Development and Implementation of Assessment Systems This type of research uses a descriptive type of quality atif. The location of this study was conducted at SDN 44 Mande Kota Bima, Mande Village, Mpunda District, Bima City. data sources in this study consisted of two, namely: (a) Primary data or primary data, and (b) secondary data or supporting data. Based on the results of research and discussion, this study can be concluded as follows: (1) SDN 44 MandeBima City in the management of school operational assistance funds (BOS) has run according to the technical guidelines for managing school operational assistance funds (JUKNIS BOS), (2) Supporting Factors, The supporting factors in managing school operational assistance funds (BOS) are as follows: (a) Support The government by providing technical guidelines on the management of BOS funds and dissemination of procedures for managing school operational assistance funds from the Education Office, (b) Establishing good forms of cooperation from the BOS fund managers, School Committees and Teachers, Government (Education and Culture Office of the City of Bima ), (c) High motivation and maximum performance to develop the quality of education, (d) Support from pa The teacher is good with the contribution of thought and with the support of staff. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors, the inhibiting factors in the management of school operational assistance funds (BOS), namely: (a) Time of disbursement of funds often experience delays, (b) The budget obtained is not proportional to the needs of the school, (c) Schools are limited in making heavy repairs so that schools still lack space, and (d) School operational assistance funds have not been able to fund all school programs equally / thoroughly.
