Pełny tekst źródłaPretendeu esta investigação averiguar os efeitos positivos que a prática de expressão dramática e teatro tiveram nos participantes do clube Teatreiros de Telheiras, promovendo o seu desenvolvimento pessoal, artístico e cultural. Desejamos também incentivar a integração desta disciplina, no ensino escolar e noutras instituições, como centros sociais. A investigação efectuada baseia-se nas experiências vividas ao longo das sessões do clube Teatreiros de Telheiras na escola E.B. 2+3 de Telheiras nº1, no qual participaram 13 alunos de idades compreendidas entre os 10 e os 14 anos. Durante o período de realização das sessões, compararam-se as diferenças nas atitudes das crianças, procurando influências da prática de expressão dramática e teatro no seu desenvolvimento pessoal, artístico e cultural. Com o intuito de contextualizar a investigação, começamos por traçar uma panorâmica das tendências contemporâneas em arte e educação, avançando depois para o jogo dramático e suas características, nomeadamente os benefícios que traz a nível do desenvolvimento pessoal, da gestão de conflitos, do efeito de catártico da arte descrito por Aristóteles e posteriormente desenvolvido por autores como Carr. Seguidamente, abordamos a relação entre a expressão dramática e a aprendizagem, surgindo-nos a actividade dramática como meio privilegiado de transmissão de conhecimentos. Na Segunda Parte da dissertação, identificamos as opções tomadas na metodologia empírica da pesquisa, avançando para a Terceira Parte, onde descrevemos a experiência do clube Teatreiros de Telheiras em três fases: concepção, implementação e retroacção/avaliação do projecto. Por último, nas Conclusões Finais, apresentamos os resultados do projecto deixando algumas recomendações baseadas nos dados obtidos.
This research sought to ascertain the positive effects that the performance of dramatic arts and theatre had on the participants of Teatreiros de Telheiras, promoting their personal, artistic and cultural development. Additionally, our aim was to promote the incorporation of this discipline in the educational system and other institutions, such as community centers. The study was based on experiences faced during the sessions of the drama club at school E.B. 2 +3 Telheiras nº1. There were a total of 13 participants, ranging in age from 10 to 14 years. During these sessions, differences in the children’s attitude were observed in order to evaluate the impact that the dramatic expressions and theatre performance had on their personal, artistic and cultural development. With the objective of contextualization, an analysis of the contemporary tendencies in art and education was performed. This was followed by a description of the dramatic play and its characteristics, particularly the benefits on personal development, conflict resolution, and the cathartic effect of art, as described by Aristotle and later developed by authors such as Carr. Furthermore, the relationship between learning and dramatic expression is considered, illustrating the use of dramatic activities as a preferred method of transmitting knowledge. The experimental methodology is described in the Second Part of this dissertation. Advancing to the Third Part, the experiences of the drama club are depicted in three phases: conception, implementation and retroaction/evaluation of the project. Ultimately in the Final Conclusions, the results of the project are presented, leaving some recommendations based on the data obtained.
