<p>To better manage and control the embedded devices located in the remote Intranet, the functional requirements of the Internet accessing the Intranet need to be effectively solved. This paper studies and implements a network model of external network accessing intranet network and realizes the network model’s function by programming. At the same time, an experimental platform is built to test the performance metrics of the network model, such as the maximum load and CPU utilization, device connection success rate, user access response time, and other performance parameters. The test results show that the network model can meet the network scale of at least 3000 intranet devices and has high practical value and application prospects.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

The Internet of Things enables experts of given domains to create smart user experiences for interacting with the environment. However, development of such experiences requires strong programming skills, which are challenging to develop for non-technical users. This paper presents several extensions to the block-based programming language used in App Inventor to make the creation of mobile apps for smart learning experiences less challenging. Such apps are used to process and graphically represent data streams from sensors by applying map-reduce operations. A workshop with students without previous experience with Internet of Things (IoT) and mobile app programming was conducted to evaluate the propositions. As a result, students were able to create small IoT apps that ingest, process and visually represent data in a simpler form as using App Inventor’s standard features. Besides, an experimental study was carried out in a mobile app development course with academics of diverse disciplines. Results showed it was faster and easier for novice programmers to develop the proposed app using new stream processing blocks.

This article focuses on Internet-based real time control, such as remote bilateral teleoperation. In such applications, it is required that the control loop be closed through a time delayed network. This paper focuses on two control strategies (based on wave variables and a time forward observer), bandwidth issues, and some related programming details. Experimental results of bilateral teleoperation via the Internet between Atlanta and Tokyo are given. The system used is a two-degree-of-freedom haptic interface, bilaterally coupled to a simulation (implemented on a windows NT based computer) of a similar system.

JiTT is a kind of new teaching mode which is supported by information technology, promoting students' learning participation and effective teaching. The development of mobile Internet and the popularity of BYOD provide a new impetus for JiTT. On the basis of discussing the connotation and implementation process of JiTT, this paper analyzes the advantages and characteristics of using mobile network to support JiTT. Combined with the characteristics of mobile network technology and JiTT which involves two stage teaching and three key issues, the JiTT model based on mobile network was constructed. Finally, taking "animation programming foundation" as an example, JiTT was designed and carried out by supporting of Moso teach. Research shows that the proposed JiTT model based on mobile network is feasible, and the mobile network provides a strong support for effective preview, feedback and active learning.

COVID-19 has spread to various countries and affected many sectors, including education. New challenges arise in universities with study programs related to computer programming, which require a lot of practice. Difficulties encountered when students should setting up the environment needed to carry out programming practices. Furthermore, they should install a text editor called Integrated Development Environment (IDE) to support it. There is various online IDE that supports computer programming. However, students must have an internet connection to use it. After all, many students cannot afford to buy internet quotas to access online learning material during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to these problems, this study compares several online IDEs based on internet data usage and the necessary supporting libraries' availability. In this study, we only compared eleven online IDEs that support the Python programming language, free to access, and do not require logging in. Based on the comparative analysis, three online IDEs have most libraries supported. They are REPL.IT, CODECHEF, and IDEONE. Based on internet data usage, REPL.IT is an online IDE that requires the least transferred data. Moreover, this online IDE also has a user-friendly interface to place the left and right sides' code and output positions. It prevents the user from scrolling to see the results of the code that has been executed. The absence of advertisements also makes this online IDE a more focused appearance. Therefore, REPL.IT is highly recommended for users who have a limited internet quota, primarily to support the learning phase of computer programming during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to gain insight into justice-involved women’s preferences for an internet-based Sexual Health Empowerment (SHE) curriculum. Design/methodology/approach The authors analyzed data from four focus groups conducted with 52 women in a minimum-security county jail in a Midwestern US city. Findings Women reported daily access to the internet while in the community and use of the internet for searching about health concerns. Four themes emerged in the discussion about preferences for an internet-based SHE curriculum, that it cover healthy sexual expression, how to access resources, video as an educational modality and a non-judgmental approach. Practical implications Justice-involved women are potentially reachable through internet-based health education. Their preferences for content and modality can be used to inform internet-based sexual health programming designed specifically for this population. Using this modality could offer easily disseminated, low-cost and consistent messaging about sexual health for a vulnerable group of women. Originality/value Though internet-based health education programming has been widely utilized in the general population, less attention has been paid to if and how these programs could be utilized with a vulnerable group of women who move between the justice system and communities. This exploratory study begins to fill that gap.

This research is done through numerous steps including analysis of needs, designing the devices and system, software programming, device integration, device testing, and maintenance. This research developed Internet of Things based scale with sensor load cell and HX711 module as weight sensor component, Node MCU as microcontroller component, battery as voltage source, and firebase as database to store the result of body weight measurement. Android application developed with Android Studio, visual studio code, and java programming language. Internet of Things based scale is functioned to measure body weight in real-time which connected to android application to display body weight, calculate Body Mass Index (BMI), calculate daily calories needs including Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Total Energy Expenditure (TEE), provide information of food calories and exercise and total calories recording to monitor daily intake and output.

Considering the complex network characteristics of mobile ad hoc network, a new MANET accessing Internet model was proposed. In this model, transmit power was adjusted by residual energy of the node, and added long-range edge in network to make MANET with more obvious small world characteristics. On this basis, the paper proposed a gateway programming model, which introduced a decision node to harmonize the utilization of gateways and routes. The model, as the basis of the gateway configuration, optimized the placement of the gateway. The simulation results indicate that the performance of delay, overhead and throughput has promoted after the model was introduced, which validates the validity of the model.

In order to improve the comprehensive effect of Urban Traffic Control System (UTCS) and Urban Traffic Flow Guidance System (UTFGS), this paper puts forward a collaboration optimization model of dynamic traffic control and guidance based on Internet of Vehicles (IOV). With consideration of dynamic constraints of UTCS and UTFGS, UTCS is taken as the fast variable, and UTFGS is taken as the slow variable in the collaboration optimization modeling. The conception of Variable Cycle Management (VCM) is presented to solve the mathematical modeling problem under the background of the two variables. A unified framework for VCM is proposed based on IOV. The delay and travel time are calculated based on lane-group-based cell transmission model (LGCTM). The collaboration optimization problem is abstracted into a tri-level programming model. The upper level model is a cycle length optimization model based on multi-objective programming. The middle level model is a dynamic signal control decision model based on fairness analysis. The lower level model is a user equilibrium model based on average travel time. A Heuristic Iterative Optimization Algorithm (HIOA) is set up to solve the tri-level programming model. The upper level model is solved by Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA II), the middle level model and the lower level model are solved by Method of Successive Averages (MSA). A case study shows the efficiency and applicability of the proposed model and algorithm.

The exponential growth of IoT devices connected to the Internet has led to the need to develop a new technology for managing them. The challenges posed by the implementation of IoT networks have emerged in the control and management of IoT applications and networks that become difficult to maintain, the programming of IoT devices. In addition, IoT devices are not designed to allow centralized management and control. Things get even more complicated when the IoT administrator has to manually configure all distributed IoT devices to add each new feature to the network. Software-Defined Networking - SDN solves existing network-level problems by providing the ability to build increasingly complex IoT-based systems in a simpler and more flexible manner. The paper aims to detail the evolution of SDN and IoT networks and an analysis of the benefits and challenges of SDN and IoT integration.

Global online sales for products, where many are substantially identical or deceptively similar, are the cause of a growing number of trademark (TM) infringement lawsuits. This research proposes an intelligent trademark legal precedent recommendation system to assist trademark owners to find relevant past cases, laws, and judgments to form legal arguments to defend against infringement. Judicial precedent and applicable laws from the USA are used to construct an ontology of trademark litigation knowledge. The ontology is used to analyze potential infringement cases with similar laws and precedents used to resolve previous legal disputes. The analysis provides a basis for proceeding with legal action necessary to protect a company's brand equity when arguing potential trademark infringement. Using the Python programming language, the precedent-based recommendation system provides a means for continuously updating trademark case data and assists TM owners to quickly identify similar cases to support infringement allegations.

Abstrak- Pemrograman Desktop adalah program aplikasi yang mampu beroperasi tanpa mengandalkan jaringan internet. Penggunaan program desktop biasanya digunakan untuk membuat program yang akan dioperasikan tanpa memerlukan jaringan internet dengan area kerja berada disatu lokasi saja. Sedangkan program web pemakaiannya sangat bergantung pada jaringan internet agar bisa menghubungkan antar pengguna. Pilihan menggunakan program desktop atau program berbasis Web ditentukan oleh kebutuhan dan implementasinya. Jika implementasinya hanya untuk lingkungan perusahaan yang berada di satu tempat, program sebaiknya menggunakan program berbasis desktop. Namun, jika perusahaan memiliki lokasi terpisah di beberapa daerah, penggunaan program berbasis web lebih tepat. Namun banyak programmer, terutama pemula yang enggan menggunakan pemrograman desktop karena dalam membuat laporan harus menggunakan aplikasi pembuat laporan khusus seperti Crystal Report. Kesulitan yang dialami untuk menggunakan aplikasi khusus ini adalah tidak tersedianya aplikasi dalam sistem sehingga perlu diadakan secara khusus. Dalam membuat laporan kadang dirasa agak rumit karena tampilan laporan harus diseting secara manual. Sedangkan dalam bahasa pemrograman berbasis web untuk menampilkan informasi bisa langsung dibuat dengan mudah dalam program itu sendiri tanpa harus menggunakan aplikasi tambahan. Jadi membuat laporan dengan program berbasis web lebih mudah. Untuk menghindari kesulitan para pemrogram dalam membuat laporan tentang program desktop, peneliti mengintegrasikan program berbasis Web dengan pemrograman berbasis desktop dengan tujuan mempermudah membuat laporan. Kata kunci: Pemrograman Desktop, Implementasi, Integrasi, Crystal Report. Abstract- Desktop Programming is an application programmer capable of operating without relying on the internet network. The use of desktop programs is usually used to create a program that will be operated without the need for internet network with work area located in one location only. While the web program in use is very dependent on the internet network that can connect between users. The choice of using a desktop program or a Web-based program is determined by its needs and implementation. If the implementation is for a single enterprise environment the program should use a desktop-based program. However, if the company has a separate location in some areas the use of web-based programs is more appropriate. But many programmers, especially beginners who are reluctant to use desktop programming because the report must use a special report maker application such as Crystal Report. The difficulty experienced to use this particular application is the unavailability of apps in the system so it needs to be held specifically. In making the report is sometimes considered a bit complicated because the report view must be manually setup. While in web-based programming language to display information can be directly made easily in the program itself without having to use additional applications. So making reports with web-based programs is easier. To avoid the difficulty of programmers in making reports about desktop programs, researchers integrate Web-based programs with desktop-based programming in order to facilitate reporting Researchers perform desktop-based integration with web-based programming to make reporting easier. The term Internet of Things as a component of Future Internet is a recent fast growing global network infrastructure which extends Internet with a sensors and actuators shield. The paper presents a hands-on learning kit based on an open standard embedded computer connected to Internet enabling live data processing. The system uses cloud programming tools to add significant value to the education purpose, by including up-to-date innovative technical approaches and pedagogical values for improving the attractiveness and efficiency of the education activities in the engineering area. The learning goal intends to develop the Internet of things as new universe based on smart objects, connected to the Internet via adequate sensors and actuators. This can be an essential tool for a deeper understanding of the main concepts in physics, informatics and math, even in the early steps of learning. Based on cloud programming resources, the hardware-software components use the latest version of low power 32-bit embedded computer development platform and process interfaces to allow data monitoring, remote physical experiments, mobile world supervising, and collaborative project development. As an open standard learning tool, the kit offers a new computational framework able to serve in scientific experiments and discovery-based learning. This study was strongly motivated by the European Union recommendation to support and enrich the university curriculum by engaging students in hands-on engineering and design activities.

Principles required for secure electronic voting using the Internet are known and published. Although the Internet voting functionalities and technologies are well-defined, none of the existing state-sponsored Internet voting approaches in use incorporate a total Internet-based system approach that includes voter registration, the voting process, and vote counting. The distributed Internet voting architecture concept discussed in this article uses a novel thin client approach to Internet voting. The architecture uses existing technologies and knowledge to create a viable whole system approach to Internet voting. This article describes various aspects and processes necessary to support an integrated approach. The application programming interface software for many of the critical functions was developed in Python and functionality tested. A virtual network, including a cloud-based functionality, was created and used to evaluate the various conceptual aspects of the proposed architecture. This included the concepts associated with programming and accessing smart cards, capturing and saving fingerprint data, structuring virtual private networks using tunneling and Internet Protocol Security, encrypting ballots using asymmetric encryption, using symmetric encryption for secret cookies, thin client interaction, and creating hash functions to be used within a blockchain structure in a Merkle tree architecture. The systems’ primary user targets are individuals remotely located from their home voting precincts and senior citizens who have limited mobility and mostly reside in assisted living facilities. The research supports the contention that a cybersecure Internet voting system that significantly reduces the opportunity for mail-in voter fraud, helps to ensure privacy for the voter, including nonrepudiation, nonattribution, receipt freeness, and vote acknowledgment can be created using existing technology.

Streszczenie:
Over the last few years many frameworks allowing programming mobile applications have been created. Some of them are based on programming languages typical for internet application programming - HTML or JavaScript for example. This paper presents a comparison of three cross-platform environments: PhoneGap, NativeScript and Appcelerator. Using each of these environments an application with identical functionalities was created. The application was designed for Android operating system. Implemented tests allowed for determining which one of the application framework is the most efficient with respect to the time needed for executing respective functions. Obtained results are shown and analyzed.

Internet of thing (IoT) is a concept that aims to expand the benefits of internet connectivity that is connected continuously. Internet of things (IoT) can be used in buildings to control electronic equipment such as room lights that can be operated remotely via a computer network. This study aims to build a remote control device by utilizing internet technology to carry out the mobile-based light control process. The research was conducted by building a prototype and mobile-based application using the python programming language. In this study, there is a control feature, namely one light control which is used to turn on one lamp and two controls used to turn on the lamp simultaneously.

Implement this model on the design of Internet of Vehicles terminal, the simulation results show that this model can make the performance of network improved in highway environment regardless of complex road conditions domain and provides a theoretical basis for programming real-time detection strategy and preventing worm destructive epidemics in vehicular Internet of things.

The Internet of Things (IoT) relates to the process of utilizing computer networks to plan and model Internet-connected things. The Internet of Things (IoT)-based m-healthcare technologies have provided multi-dimensional functionality and real-time resources over the last few years. These apps provide millions of individuals with a forum to get wellness alerts for a healthy lifestyle constantly. Several aspects of these systems have been revitalized with the introduction of IoT devices in the healthcare sector. This work proposed a data-driven disease signal analytics by inventing a novel combination learning approach. The proposed Combination learning integrates different machine learning models to price disease signal for different options by leveraging the availability of a large amount of data through solving a sequential quadratic programming problem. The proposed approach demonstrates its superiority in prediction accuracy and strong model independence by overcoming traditional model-driven approaches' generalization issue. The findings illustrate the efficacy of the task for an effective disease signal diagnosis. It could be a modern and useful health approach to adopt the proposed procedure with potential changes and incorporate it into a low-cost unit.

Internet users generally want a quick access time when visiting a website page to get the desired information. In the research conducted in the writing of this journal, the researchers wanted to show and explain the several important factors that influence the speed of access from a website page, as well as analyzing based on technical factors. Where the main discussion in this study will focus more on the evaluation of technical factors starting from the programming side (server side programming and client side programming) and also the design of the user interface using web pages using minify CSS along with the use of AJAX technology. The results to be achieved from this study are to identify how much influence the technical factors mentioned above have on the speed of visitor access to a web page, apart from other technical factors such as internet network speed, devices and areas where users can access website page.

<span>The development of the internet in this era of globalization has increased fast. The need for internet becomes unlimited. Utility functions as one of measurements in internet usage, were usually associated with a level of satisfaction of users for the use of information services used. There are three internet pricing schemes used, that are flat fee, usage based and two-part tariff schemes by using one of the utility function which is Bandwidth Diminished with Increasing Bandwidth with monitoring cost and marginal cost. Internet pricing scheme will be solved by LINGO 13.0 in form of non-linear optimization problems to get optimal solution. The optimal solution is obtained using the either usage-based pricing scheme model or two-part tariff pricing scheme model for each services offered, if the comparison is with flat-fee pricing scheme. It is the best way for provider to offer network based on usage based scheme. The results show that by applying two part tariff scheme, the providers can maximize its revenue either for homogeneous or heterogeneous consumers.</span>

However, problems of efficient storing and reasoning those massive heterogeneous sensor data collected from variety kinds of sensing equipment need to be resolved to implement Internet of Things in agriculture. This paper explores the architecture of Internet of Things in agriculture with heterogeneous sensor data, and proposes a design of implementation to Internet of Things in agriculture based on cloud computing. The design is based on two-tier storage structure of HBase, which is a distributed database with high scalability. It access database using MapReduce model, a distributed programming framework. Hence, this design provides scalable storage, efficient data access, and eases other processing of sensor data.

Abstract : Excessive use of the internet can interfere with health so that it will be classified as internet addiction (internet addiction) which can have an impact on the health of users and their social life. A solution is needed for the increasing growth rate of internet users every year, especially in Indonesia. Until now, there are no findings or an application for diagnosing internet addiction that can be used in general so that it can reduce the intensity of surfing in cyberspace. Therefore, for the initial stage it is necessary to have an application that can diagnose the initial internet addiction. By utilizing computer programming algorithms such as PHP and supported by inference engines such as Case Based Reasoning (CBR) so that it can replace an expert to be able to diagnose early symptoms by utilizing a knowledge base such as symptoms or facts about a disease, especially internet addiction. Based on the test results, the system designed can provide predictive values about internet addiction, then the machine will perform a search and issue the results of the diagnosis and the best possible solution. Keywords: Expert System; Case Based Reasoning; Internet Addiction. Abstrak : Penggunaan internet yang berlebihan dapat mengganggu kesehatan sehingga akan tergolong dalam internet addiction (kecanduan internet) yang dapat berdampak pada kesehatan pengguna dan kehidupan sosial mereka. Diperlukan suatu solusi atas meningkatnya angka pertumbuhan pengguna internet setiap tahunnya khususnya di Indonesia. Hingga saat ini belum adanya temuan atau sebuah aplikasi untuk mendiagnosa kecanduan internet yang dapat digunakan secara umum sehingga dapat mengurangi intensitas berselancar di dunia maya. Oleh karena itu untuk tahap awal perlu adanya suatu aplikasi yang dapat mendiagnosa awal kecanduan internet tersebut. Dengan memanfaatkan algoritma pemrograman komputer seperti PHP serta didukung oleh inferensi engine seperti Case Based Reasoning (CBR) sehingga dapat menggantikan seorang pakar untuk dapat mendiagnosa gejala awal dengan memanfaatkan basis pengetahuan seperti gejala-gejala atau fakta mengenai suatu penyakit khususnya penyakit kecanduan internet. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem yang dirancang dapat memberikan nilai prediksi tentang penyakit kecanduan internet, kemudian mesin akan melakukan penelusuran serta mengeluarkan hasil diagnosa dan kemungkinan solusi terbaik. This web-based e-commerce is designed to help chip manufacturers sell their products and make it easier for consumers to get chips through internet technology. The web design method uses the prototype method starting with conducting needs analysis, interface design and programming and utilizing PHP programming as a programming language, MySQL as a database, XAMPP as a server and the Codeigniter framework version 4. Chips are a food that is much loved by people of all ages. This has caused many people to start a business selling chips, ranging from home industries to larger production. However, not a few of the chip entrepreneurs have difficulty managing the sale of their chip products to chip consumers such as students, workers and the general public. This is also a result of the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus which is experienced globally, including Indonesia, making it difficult for chip manufacturers to market their products and manage their sales. On the chip consumer side, they also find it difficult to get chips amidst pandemic conditions and busy activity. The difficulties of chip manufacturers and chip consumers can be overcome by developing a system in the form of e-commerce that can be accessed by chip consumers by adapting internet technology. The results of this design produce a web-based e-commerce selling chips by taking a case study in the chips business in Padang City, West Sumatra Province.

With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and Industrial Internet of Things, many industrial control systems have high requirements for the security of the system itself. Failures of industrial control equipment will cause abnormal operation of industrial control equipment and waste of resources. It is very meaningful to detect and identify potential equipment abnormalities and failures in time and implement effective fault tolerance strategies. In the Industrial Internet of Things environment, the instructions and parameters of industrial control equipment often change due to changes in actual requirements. However, it is impractical to customize the learning method for each parameter value. Aiming at the problem, this paper proposes a fault diagnosis model based on ensemble learning and proposes a method of updating voting weights based on dynamic programming to assist decision-making. This method is based on Bagging strategy and combined with dynamic programming voting weight adjustment method to complete fault type prediction. Finally, this paper uses different loads as dynamic conditions; the diagnostic capability of the Bagging-based fault diagnosis integrated model in a dynamically changing industrial control system environment is verified by experiments. The fault diagnosis model of industrial control equipment based on ensemble learning effectively improves the adaptive ability of the model and makes the fault diagnosis framework truly intelligent. The voting weight adjustment method based on dynamic programming further improves the reliability of voting.

This paper briefly describes the current security situation of the mobile Internet, compares the difference between mobile terminals and PC terminals in terms of security, and discusses the security-related research of mobile terminals. After analyzing the feasibility and expected effect of the implementation of access control in a mobile terminal, we propose a Willingness-based Access Control scheme for mobile Internet. We design and complete the pay function with variable difficulties on the basis of MD5. Then, we build an experimental environment with mobile phone programming, test the scheme and analyze the results. The conclusions are given in the final.

The Internet of Things has focused on new systems, the so-called smart things, to integrate the physical world with the virtual world by exploiting the network architecture of the Internet. However, defining applications on top of smart things is mainly reserved to system experts, since it requires a thorough knowledge of hardware platforms and some specific programming languages. Furthermore, a common infrastructure to publish and share resource information is also needed. In this paper, we propose a software architecture that simplifies the visual development and execution of mash-up applications based on smart things, exploiting Internet Web protocols and their ubiquitous availability even on constrained devices. We have developed a distributed architecture that allows to create and control mash-up applications in an easy and scalable way, without specific knowledge on both hardware and programming languages. In addition, we have also defined a centralized public database deployed on the Internet, to manage and share physical resource information. The effectiveness of the proposed framework has been tested through a real use case and experimental results have demonstrated the validity of the whole system.

Abstract— The purpose of this paper is to show the design technique and programming of an autonomous robot prototype that can go to a predetermined location and return to its starting place utilizing the Global Positioning System (GPS). An HD camera along with an ultrasonic sensor and two IR sensors is used to provide necessary data from the real world to the robot to avoid obstructions, by following GPS Waypoints. A smart algorithm was introduced for path planning and re-planning. The robot can modify its direction using a digital compass reading and input from sensors by computing the heading angle from the current GPS point. This self-navigation mobile robot's accuracy was evaluated in several locations and is quantified in terms of heading angle and path length from the starting point to the goal point.

Wooden box designing is usually carried out in SolidWorks or such general CAD systems. By secondary development on general CAD system using high level programming language such as Visual Basic, we can create a dedicated CAD system for wooden box. However these dedicated systems are mostly local computer based and not easy for sharing on Internet. In this paper, a web-based CAD system for wooden box has been established by combining PHP language and MySQL database with a localized dedicated CAD system for wooden box. With this system, we can design wooden boxes on the webpages without the installation of any CAD software in local computers, thus sharing the design system and results on Internet.

In cloud computing, since the program runs in cloud, it can be written in programming language and maintained only in the cloud after compilation. Due to the heterogeneous nature of the edge node platform, many tasks are migrated from the cloud to the edge terminal. It is not easy to realize the programming under the edge computing, and the maintenance cost is also high. At the same time, because the programmable is a high-risk activity, it has high security requirements. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs a programmable and blockchain security scheme based on the edge computing firework model, realizes the programming of the internet of things (IoT) gateway firework node under the edge computing, and appreciates the safe transmission and storage of programmable data through the blockchain system. The experimental results show that this scheme not only facilitates the user's programming, enhances the real-time performance, and saves the data transmission cost, but also ensures the security and reliability of the system.
