Streszczenie:
Weibel electromagnetic instability has been studied analytically in relativistic plasma with high parallel temperature, where|α=(mc2/T∥)(1+p^⊥2/m2c2)1/2|≪1and while the collision effects of electron-ion scattering have also been considered. According to these conditions, an analytical expression is derived for the growth rate of the Weibel instability for a limiting case of|ζ=α/2(ω′/ck)|≪1, whereω′is the sum of the wave frequency of instability and the collision frequency of electrons with background ions. The results show that in the limiting conditionα≪1there is an unusual situation of the Weibel instability so thatT∥≫T⊥, while in the classic Weibel instabilityT∥≪T⊥. The obtained results show that the growth rate of the Weibel instability will be decreased due to an increase in the number of collisions and a decrease in the anisotropic temperature by the increasing of plasma density, while the increase of the parameterγ^⊥=(1+p^⊥2/m2c2)1/2leads to the increase of the Weibel instability growth rate.

Streszczenie:
In instability and economic turbulence, the wellbeing of households as market economy entities constitutes the financial-investment capacity of a region, the level of which is determined by the conditions of the competitive socio-economic environment. The paper aims to estimate the financial wellbeing of households on the example of the oblasts of the Carpathian region of Ukraine in instability. The study is based on a system-integral estimation method, which includes the implementation of three stages: (1) development of a system of indicators, (2) determination and substantiation of weight significance, and (3) construction of time series of empirical parameters of households’ wellbeing based on temporal and spatial approaches. The analysis reveals that the financial wellbeing of households differentiates in a competitive economic environment and with the spread of behavioral factors (COVID-19, consumer reflections). Among the oblasts of the Carpathian region of Ukraine, the highest values of empirical parameters of financial wellbeing were in Zakarpatska (0.537) and Chernivetska (0.459) oblasts (2019). Meanwhile, the level of the financial wellbeing of households is higher in Lvivska oblast by several indicators. The divergence of the Carpathian region from Ukraine by the level of the financial wellbeing of households was mostly observed in 2018–2019. Zakarpatska oblast was the leader by the level of the financial wellbeing of households in 2010–2019. The study is of the practical nature for framing the regional economic policy in terms of detecting the critical “pressure” of financial wellbeing on the economic growth of the region and economic ability to increase investment capacity. AcknowledgmentsThe study has been conducted within the framework of the Applied Research “Financial determinants of the provision of economic growth in the regions and territorial communities based on behavioural economy” with the support of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine (M. Dolishniy Institute of Regional Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the grant Reg. No. 2020.02/0215, 2020–2022).

Streszczenie:
In general the aim of this study is to investigate short-run relationships among macroeconomy, international trade and agriculture in Indonesia. Under such circumstances, the specific goals of this research is to analyze whicheconomic blocks that have most affected by instability, as well as producing instability in the economy. We apply the Vector Error Correction Model on monthly series data from 1993:01 to 2002:12. The main resultof this study shows asfollow: 1) that the asset financial and the commodity demand blocks the most producing instability in the economy. On the other hand, the export block producing the least instability to the economy. The finding suggest that government should concentrate attention on asset financial andthe commodity demand blocks in stabilizing the economy, as they are major sources of instability of the economy.2) To stabilize the commodity demand, it is also necessary to stabilize the financial market, as the assets demand block is the most contributor of the instability in the commodity demand block. In other words, money demand is the main source of instability. Because money supply is determined bygovernment, the disequlibrium error measure the excess supply of money in the market. This suggest that monetary policy that reduces the disequlibrium error can help stabilize the economy.JEL Classification: C22, F17, Q11, Q18Keyword: Instabilitas, Disequilibrium Error, perdagangan internasional, pertanian, VECM, fiscal policy

Streszczenie:
AbstractThe stability of the elbow is based on a combination of primary (static) and secondary stabilizers (dynamic). In varus stress, the bony structures and the lateral ulnar collateral ligament (LUCL) are the primary stabilizers, and in valgus stress, the ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) is the primary stabilizer. The flexor and extensor tendons crossing the elbow joint act as secondary stabilizers. Elbow instability is commonly divided into acute traumatic and chronic instability. Instability of the elbow is a continuum, with complete dislocation as its most severe form.Posterolateral rotatory instability is the most common elbow instability and can be detected at imaging both in the acute as well as the chronic phase. Imaging of suspected elbow instability starts with radiographs. Depending on the type of injury suspected, it is followed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or computed tomography evaluation for depiction of a range of soft tissue and osseous injures. The most common soft tissue injuries are tears of the LUCL and the radial collateral ligament; the most common osseous injuries are an osseous LUCL avulsion, a fracture of the coronoid process, and a radial head fracture.Valgus instability is the second most common instability and mostly detected in the chronic phase, with valgus extension overload the dominant pattern of injury. The anterior part of the UCL is insufficient in valgus extension overload due to repetitive medial tension seen in many overhead throwing sports, with UCL damage readily seen at MRI.

Streszczenie:
Vertebroplasty provides excellent pain relief and functional restoration for osteoporotic fractures. Short-term complications such as cement leak and embolism are well described. Incident fractures are the only well-reported long-term complications. The authors describe the cases of 5 patients who presented with back pain caused by instability or worsening neurological status 13 months (range 8–17 months) after vertebroplasty. They further classify this postvertebroplasty instability into intervertebral instability and intravertebral instability, depending on the apex of abnormal mobility. One patient presented with cement migration and progressive collapse of the augmented vertebral body. Another patient presented with an additional fracture. Both cases were classified as intravertebral instability. The cases of 3 other patients presenting with adjacent endplate erosion, vacuum disc phenomenon, and bridging osteophyte formation were classified as having intervertebral instability. Long-term effect of cements on the augmented vertebral body and adjacent endplates and discs is a cause for concern. Vertebroplasty acts as a mechanical stabilizer and provides structural support but does not bring about union. Micromotion has been shown to persist for years after vertebroplasty. This study describes persistent instability after vertebroplasty in a series of 5 cases. The authors propose that postvertebroplasty instability occurs due to collapse of soft osteoporotic bone and endplates around cement. All 3 cases of intervertebral instability were associated with an intradiscal cement leak. With increased longevity and higher functional demands of the geriatric population, the durability of this “rock (cement) between cushions (of osteoporotic bone)” arrangement (as seen in vertebroplasty) will be increasingly challenged.

Bladder instability is undoubtedly a major cause of incontinence. The condition is reasonably well-defined and advances in the last 20 years in the urodynamic diagnosis of the condition have stimulated a number of leading clinicians and research workers to focus their attention on this problem. The aim of this paper is to produce a better understanding of the unstable bladder.
