Untuk itu diperlukan pula peran aktif manajer dalam memahami dan mengelola orang-orang yang ada dalam organisasi. Pengelolaan sumber daya insani harus dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani (MSDI) ini tidak saja mengandalkan pada fungsi manajemen seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengendalian, namun pada implementasinya, mengandalkan pada fungsi operasional manajemen SDM seperti rekrutmen, seleksi, penilaian prestasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta praktek pemberian kompensasi.Kata kunci: manajemen, fungsi, organisasi, keberadaan Basically, each organization will not be separated from the existence of human resources that can help carry out a series of activities in achieving organizational goals. One of the important resources in management is human resources. The importance of human resources can be felt in managing a company or organization. Regardless of the advancement of technology today, the human resource factor is still very much needed in playing a role for the success of an organization. The quality of human resources is an absolute requirement to start development. In the view of Islam everything must be done in an orderly and orderly manner and should not be carelessly. The role of human resources in this matter greatly determines the pace of a company/organization to run directed. Human resources are human potentials as a driving force for an organization to realize its existence. Islamic human resources require an education program that is entirely pure sharia and not contaminated with conventional elements. In essence, reliable human resources based on sharia must be placed on the foundation of spiritual awareness (servants of Allah) and rational (khalifah Allah). There is no contradiction between spiritual consciousness and rational consciousness in Islamic economics. As servants of Allah, humans become obedient creatures who always carry out Allah commands and stay away from His prohibitions, and as Allah's khalifah, humans become successful and successful creatures through the support of science.

This study aims to determine the impact of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance mediated by organizational ambidexterity. The unit analysis for this study is employees who work at Bina Insani University, located in Bekasi City, West Java Province. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were 100 Bina Insani University employees. Total respondents are 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires through the census method. Data were analysed using Partial Least Square. This study confirms that market orientation does not influence marketing performance significantly. However, it confirmed the direct impact of positive and significant entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. This study also confirms the role of organizational ambidexterity as a mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and marketing performance but not in the relationship between market orientation and marketing performance. Thus, Bina Insani University needs to always improve the implementation of its entrepreneurial orientation and organizational ambidexterity to ensure the improvement of its marketing performance.

Employee recruitment is carried out with the main goal of a company or organization being to find and determine employees who match the company's criteria so that later they are able to make changes to the company because quality employees will certainly increase the company's quality as well. And every company has a different way of recruiting employees. The results of this study indicate that CV. AL Mubarakah combines external and internal sources in recruiting employees. The method used is a closed method and various recruitment processes carried out by CV. Al Mubarakah is starting from the preparation of a recruiting strategy, searching for job applicants, making a pool of applicants, and interviews to select prospective new employees. Supporting factors in the recruitment are easier search for applicants, vacant vacancies are filled faster, employees work more flexibly and relaxed. The inhibiting factors for recruitment are the closed implementation method, it is more difficult to get qualified employees, compensation policies and external environmental conditions.

Abstract Efforts to improve information security are so important to an organization that not only in planning but up to the stage of information security. In reality, there is a lack of awareness of the organization of its importance that it causes the occurrence of security issues such as spam so that it affects the business process of the organization. This study examines the evaluation of the completeness (readiness and maturity) of the Information Security Management System (SMKI) at the Private Higher Education Institution of Bina Insani as measured using the Information Security Index (KAMI). Evaluation carried out refers to the ISO / IEC 27001 information security standard regarding information security requirements. Population and sample of this research consist of 4 working unit that is BAAK, BKEU, PMB and BSIJ & UPT so total amount 20. Sampling technique used is non probability sampling that is saturated sampling. The evaluation results of both the preparedness and maturity of the ISMS are at a very low level with the dependence on the role of information and communication technology at the organization at a moderate level. The level of completeness is at a low level with a score of 167 out of a total of 588 and the level of maturity is at level II. Meanwhile, to obtain ISO / IEC 27001: 2009 certification minimum level of information security is at level III. To achieve the level of maturity of Higher Education Bina Insani need to make improvements gradually starting from kesadaraan importance of information security, such as knowledge sharing and information security related training. Keywords: Information Security, Index KAMI, ISO 27001 Abstrak Upaya meningkatkan keamanan informasi sangat penting pada sebuah organisasi, tidak hanya dalam perencanaan akan tetapi sampai dengan tahap penerapan keamanan informasi. Pada kenyataannya ditemukan kurangnya kesadaran dari organisasi akan pentingnya hal tersebut sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya masalah keamanan informasi sehingga berdampak pada proses bisnis organisasi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang evaluasi kelengkapan (kesiapan dan kematangan) Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Informasi (SMKI) yang ada pada Lembaga Pendidikan Swasta Perguruan Tinggi Bina Insani yang dievaluasi menggunakan Indeks Keamanan Informasi (KAMI). Evaluasi yang dilakukan mengacu pada standar keamanan informasi ISO/IEC 27001 mengenai persyaratan keamanan informasi. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 unit kerja yakni BAAK, BKEU, PMB dan BSIJ & UPT sehingga jumlah secara keseluruhan 20. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling yakni sampling jenuh. Hasil evaluasi baik kesiapan dan kematangan SMKI berada pada tingkat yang sangat rendah dengan ketergantungan peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pada organisasi pada tingkat sedang. Untuk tingkat kelengkapan berada pada tingkat yang rendah dengan skor 167 dari total 588 dan tingkat kematangan berada pada tingkat II. Sementara untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi ISO/IEC 27001:2009 minimal level keamanan informasi adalah berada pada tingkat III. Untuk mencapai tingkat kematangan tersebut Perguruan Tinggi Bina Insani perlu melakukan perbaikan secara bertahap mulai dari kesadaraan pentingnya kemanan informasi, seperti sharing knowledge dan pelatihan terkait keamanan informasi. Henry Mintzberg is both Cleghorn Professor of Management Studies at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and professor of organization at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. His research deals with issues of general management and organizations; his current focus is on the nature and styles of managerial work, as well as forms of organizing and on the strategy formation process. He also heads up a team of people from five universities around the world, a group working to establish what they hope will be “next generation management education”—specifically, a master's program aimed at the “development in context” of practicing managers. His own teaching activities focus on ad hoc seminars for experienced managers and work with doctoral students. Over the years, he has worked with a number of substantial family firms and contributed to a film about a patriarchal Canadian grocery family enterprise, Steinberg's. Mintzberg received his doctorate and master of science degrees from MIT's Sloan School of Management and his mechanical engineering degree from McGill. Mintzberg is the author of the Nature of Managerial Work (1973), The Structuring of Organizations (1983), The Strategy Process (a textbook with James Brian Quinn, now in its third edition), Mintzberg on Management (1989), The Rise and Fall of Strategic Planning (1994), and the Canadian Condition: Reflections of a “Pure Cotton ” (1995). He has written about a hundred articles, including two Harvard Business Review McKinsey prize winners, “The Manager's Job: Folklore and Fact” and “Crafting Strategy.” FBR talked to Mintzberg about planning, collaboration, boards, governance and his new management program.

This study aims to analyze the impact of human resources management on the innovativeness of employees and the role of total quality management practices as mediator in this relationship. Innovativeness is an important issue for all organizations as one of the critical success factors in surviving and, achieving and maintaining a competitive advantage. In order to build an innovative organization structure, intellectual capital and therefore human resources management attract a lot of attention in the literature. And choosing the right person, shaping an environment for developing skills and abilities, and promoting innovative efforts with an ideal career management become a serious issue. On the other hand, total quality management stands out as a phenomenon that has the potential to reinforce the effect of human resources management on innovation. These relationships were tested by empirical study. For this purpose, a questionnaire was formed from the scales developed in the literature and field study was applied to employees in an enterprise operating in the aviation sector. As a result of the field study, a data set of 252 people was obtained. Firstly, the construct validity was tested by applying validity and reliability tests. And then the hypotheses were tested through structural equality modeling. As a result of the analyses, we found that strategic human resources management has significant and positive effect on total quality management practices and innovation. Total quality management practices have a significant and positive effect on innovation. The mediating role of total quality management in this relationship has been partially confirmed.

The commitment of human resources in an organization is very important and influences the work relations. Organizational commitment cannot be separated from the term loyalty. Loyalty and commitment is a unity that has a confusing meaning. In simple terms, loyalty means how long employees work and obey the leadership's orders. This shows that maintaining commitment is an obligation for leaders. The commitment of human resources within the Bali BinaInsani Islamic Boarding School cannot be separated from the authority and power of the kiai as a leader. The kiai in the pesantren organization is the holder of full authority and power who can determine the path in maintaining the commitment of human resources of religious.

Abstract. Religious character development in schools plays a crucial role in education, especially in Islamic schools. This research explores the Islamic Personal Development Program at SMA IT Fitrah Insani in West Bandung Regency, focusing on planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques including case studies, interviews, and observations. The results reveal that the planning of this program involves strong collaboration among various stakeholders, encompassing curriculum development, materials, modules, and implementation strategies. The organization of the program includes a comprehensive organizational structure, with active monitoring by mentor teachers and involvement of parents in the evaluation. To ensure program effectiveness, there is a need to enhance the organizational system and coordination among stakeholders. The program implementation involves students leading various activities to train their leadership skills. Although the program is effective in shaping the religious character of students, there is a recommendation to diversify teaching methods and initiate the program in the morning. Regular evaluations of the program are conducted by various parties, including the school principal, mentor teachers, class guardians, and parents. The evaluations indicate parental satisfaction with the program, although suggestions for improvement are provided. This research supports previous findings that involving various parties in program evaluation provides a more holistic understanding of its effectiveness. In conclusion, the Islamic Personal Development Program at SMA IT Fitrah Insani has been successful in cultivating the religious character of students, although there is room for improvement at each stage. Abstrak. Pembinaan karakter religius di SMA IT Fitrah Insani Kabupaten Bandung Barat memiliki peranan vital dalam pendidikan, khususnya di lingkungan Islam. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi Program Bina Pribadi Islami di SMA IT Fitrah Insani Kabupaten Bandung Barat dengan fokus pada aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus, wawancara, dan observasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program ini melibatkan kerjasama yang erat antara berbagai pihak, melibatkan pengembangan kurikulum, materi, modul, dan strategi pelaksanaan. Pengorganisasian program mencakup struktur organisasi yang komprehensif, dengan pengawasan aktif oleh guru pembina dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam evaluasi. Untuk memastikan efektivitas program, perlu ditingkatkan sistem pengorganisasian dan koordinasi di antara stakeholder. Pelaksanaan program melibatkan siswa dalam memimpin berbagai kegiatan untuk melatih kemampuan kepemimpinan mereka. Meskipun program ini terbukti efektif dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa, ada saran untuk memvariasikan metode pengajaran dan memulai program di pagi hari. Evaluasi program secara berkala dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru pembina, wali kelas, dan orang tua. Evaluasi ini menunjukkan kepuasan orang tua terhadap program, meskipun memberikan saran untuk perbaikan. Penelitian ini mendukung temuan sebelumnya bahwa melibatkan berbagai pihak dalam evaluasi program memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang efektivitasnya. Kesimpulannya, Program Bina Pribadi Islami di SMA IT Fitrah Insani telah berhasil dalam membina karakter religius siswa, meskipun masih terdapat ruang untuk peningkatan di setiap tahap.

ABSTRACT Introduction : Human resources in BMT UGT Sidogiri in Indonesia have an important role in the development of a company and demonstrate its service capabilities, as evidenced by the large number of customers who raise funds to BMT. The way to find human resources in BMT is by way of recruitment. Recruitment is an important aspect in finding human resources so that they can provide maximum service and performance. This study aims to determine the Human Resource Management at BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan Branch. Methods : This type of research is field research, which in essence is a method to find specifically and realistically what is happening at some point in the community. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Results : The results of this study are as follows: First, the recruitment system at BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan Branch is very good using two methods, namely internal and external recruitment. In addition, there are special considerations in the recruitment system, where these considerations are prioritized for prospective employees from the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School Alumni who are not required to be graduates of sharia banking and sharia economics. Because the most important thing in being an employee of BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan Branch is an inner bond so that it will create employees who have high loyalty to the organization. Therefore, from the use of these methods and special considerations, BMT can find human resources who have high loyalty and capabilities that can be developed. Second, while in the process of fulfilling the professional demands of BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan Branch using a strategy by means of training and evaluation. Where the training is carried out at the end of the year which is carried out for 5 days and the evaluation is carried out every day for employees and every month for the head of BMT. This article discusses the role and involvement of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in overseeing the Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) institution, especially in relation to the protection of illegal BMT customers. After the legislation and enactment of Law Number 1 of 2013 about Microfinance Institutions (UULKM), the establishment, guidance, regulation, and supervision of BMTs have changed. BMT organizations that originally could have been in the form of cooperative, foundation, limited liability companie, and even non-governmental organization, now must be in the form of cooperative or limited liability companie. However, in terms of guidance, OJK still needs to coordinate with ministries that carry out cooperative and domestic affairs, and therefore LKM guidance are actually under three authorities: OJK, the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, and the Ministry of Home Affairs. Whereas in terms of regulation and supervision, authority is absolutely in OJK. The validity of UULKM also requires BMT to obtain a business license from OJK, and if not, the status means illegal. Taking the BMT (illegal) Global Insani case as an example, this article shows the role of OJK in BMT supervision has been expanded, from the institutional to the consumer protection aspects. Consumer protection efforts that can be done by OJK are through the mechanism of complaint, investigation, reporting, and prosecution. Abstrak Artikel ini membahas peran dan keterlibatan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dalam mengawasi lembaga Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT), terutama dikaitkan dengan perlindungan nasabah BMT ilegal. Pasca dibentuk dan diberlakukannya Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2013 tentang Lembaga Keuangan Mikro (UULKM), maka pendirian, pembinaan, pengaturan, dan pengawasan BMT menjadi berubah. Organisasi BMT yang semula dapat berupa koperasi, yayasan, perseroan terbatas, dan bahkan kelompok swadaya masyarakat, saat ini harus berbentuk koperasi atau perseroan terbatas. Namun demikian, dalam hal pembinaan, OJK masih perlu berkoordinasi dengan kementerian yang menyelenggerakan urusan koperasi dan dalam negeri, dan karenanya LKM sesungguhnya berada di bawah tiga otoritas, yaitu OJK, Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM, dan Kementerian Dalam Negeri. Sedangkan dalam hal pengaturan dan pengawasan, kewenangan secara absolut ada pada OJK yang. Keberlakuan UULKM juga mewajibkan BMT memperoleh izin usaha dari OJK, dan jika tidak, statusnya berarti ilegal. Dalam artikel ini ditunjukkan, dengan mengambil contoh BMT (ilegal) Global Insani, peran OJK dalam pengawasan BMT telah diperluas, dari aspek kelembagaan hingga aspek perlindungan konsumen. Perlindungan konsumen yang dapat dilakukan OJK ialah melalui mekanisme pengaduan, penyelidikan, hingga pelaporan dan penuntutan.

Human resource management must be managed properly in an effort to increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency in a company, and this is one of the most important factors for the organization. This research aims to find out whether MSDI practices such as recruitment, selection, performance appraisal, training and development, and compensation are based on Islamic values and to find out whether financial management at Al-Bayani Cikarang Islamic Elementary School is in accordance with these values. Islamic values as the system adopted. The theory adopted in this study uses data analysis which is carried out in steps such as collecting, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted using a qualitative research approach. Qualitative research is conducted to build knowledge through understanding and discovery. As for the research results obtained, in carrying out MSDI practices the institution has implemented Islamic values in accordance with Islamic law as outlined in the vision and mission of the institution. As time goes by and the development of the era, the school begins to follow current developments, financial management has been carried out systematically, which is carried out with banks. However, in my opinion, even though the school has collaborated with the bank, the two banks are not Islamic banks.

Human resources are people who work in an organization's environment who are usually called employees, staff, personnel. This study examines how human resources play a crucial role in the smooth operations of Baznas institutions, which are the entities responsible for managing zakat. With the aim of seeing how far the principles of human resource management are applied at the institution. The method used in this research is field research with a descriptive approach. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data sources, where primary data was obtained from direct interviews with Baznas leaders in metro cities, while secondary data was obtained from journals and books. The results of the research show that the metro city Baznas has implemented human resource management well in accordance with legal and sharia provisions, such as selection, recruitment, assessment and training, the selection and recruitment carried out by the metro city Baznas has met the requirements set by the agency. center, so that things like intimidation and fraud do not occur. Furthermore, the assessment and training process for metro city Baznas staff is quite good, because in this process the supervisors carry out the training and assessment so they can see the extent of employee performance and find out how much potential and responsibility the human resources at city Baznas have metro.

This study analyzes the relationship between the Global Innovation Index (GII) and GDP per capita for the countries of the world, developed in cooperation with the International Business School (INSEAD), Cornell University (Cornell University) and the International Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). This relationship was determined using correlation-regression analysis. According to the results of the analysis, the average level of the GII index in the appropriate groups of countries according to their incomes increased with the increase in GDP per capita. This fact proves that innovation is an important factor in the economic development of countries and policymakers should pay more attention on research and development to achieve innovatitive development.

Various players in the human rights arena range from social movements and grassroots organizations to bar associations, business associations, and informal networks. As one of the most influential actors, civil society organizations (CSOs) perform multiple functions for establishing, protecting, and advancing human rights at the national and international levels. This study aims to examine the activities and mobilization strategies of human rights organizations in Turkey. Drawing on the work of Glasius, I argue that even though Turkish domestic human rights organizations have been vocal as human rights monitors and norm shifters, they remain marginal actors as lawmakers in promoting and protecting human rights. While human rights organizations use naming and shaming and litigation strategies in human rights monitoring, framing is commonly used in norm-shifting, and advocacy strategies are used in law-making. This study focuses on documents of CSOs by using the content analysis method and contributes to academic discussions by examining the relationship between human rights and civil society in Turkey.

The concept of soft power and cultural diplomacy with assessing humanitarian diplomacy activities has been seen as the primary motivation in Turkey’s international relations studies, especially in the last 20 years. In this study, in the Syrian crisis that has left its 10th year behind, activities carried out both in and outside of Turkey’s boundaries were discussed in the context of humanitarian diplomacy and the subject was evaluated in all aspects. In the study, which consists of two main parts, firstly; the concept of humanitarian diplomacy, which symbolizes one of the last stages of public diplomacy, was mentioned. In the second part of the study, in the context of the management of the migration phenomenon in the Syrian crisis studies conducted with public institutions and non-governmental organizations under the coordination of AFAD Presidency were determined. In the conclusion part of the study, all kinds of crises beyond Turkey’s borders besides ensuring its security, evaluations have been made on the benefits and contributions of the countries in the region, Europe and world peace. Özet Kültürel ve yumuşak güç kavramları ile birlikte değerlendirilen insani diplomasi faaliyetlerinin, Türkiye’nin uluslararası ilişkilerde özellikle son 20 yılda ortaya koyduğu çalışmalarda temel motivasyon kaynağı olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, 10. yılını geride bırakan Suriye krizinde, Türkiye’nin hem sınırları içinde hem de sınırları dışında yürüttüğü faaliyetler insani diplomasi bağlamında ele alınmış ve konu tüm yönleriyle değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. İki ana bölümden oluşan çalışmada öncelikle; kamu diplomasisinin geldiği son aşamalardan birini sembolize eden insani diplomasi kavramı ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde, Suriye krizinde meydana gelen göç olgusunun yönetimi bağlamında AFAD Başkanlığının koordinesinde kamu kurumları ve sivil kuruluşlar ile birlikte yapılan çalışmalara değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde ise Türkiye’nin sınırları ötesinde yaşanan her türlü krizde, sadece kendi güvenliğini sağlamanın ötesinde bölge ülkeleri, Avrupa ve dünya barışına olan fayda ve katkıları konusunda değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur.

Philanthropy is a concrete form of generosity. At present there are many social institutions and organizations that are actively carrying out philanthropic activities. Campaigns to raise public funds, which will later be used for socio-religious and humanitarian activities, are carried out in various ways, be it through advertising in print and electronic mass media, as well as through social media. the rise of philanthropic activities aimed at encouraging and improving the standard of living of the dhu'afa in Indonesia can be motivated by various factors, it could be that the spread of philanthropic activities is a response from society to the weak role of the state in alleviating poverty, or it could be due to other factors such as awareness of faith which is getting stronger. In Islam, the concept of philanthropy is known as zakat, infaq, shadaqah (ZIS) and waqf. These terms refer to the act of giving, which implies sharing, generosity, social justice as well as mutually reinforcing human beings. The “Gemma Insani Indonesia Foundation” is one of the institutions that takes part in philanthropic activities. One of the factors behind the emergence of this institution is due to a sense of concern, as well as concern for the wider community, especially the people in West Java. This study aims to provide an overview of the Gemma Insani Foundation, along with its roles and contributions through the activity programs they carry out. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, by analyzing data sourced from social media accounts (Website & Instagram), literature studies as well as interviews from one of the Foundation's volunteers. The research results show that the Gemma Insani Indonesia Foundation plays an active role in efforts to improve people's welfare, with program activities carried out covering several aspects of life, including in the social, educational and entrepreneurial fields.

The purposes of employees training are to improve, develop, and enhance their skills. In an organization, the scoring of employees’ performance has very essential role in making decision effectively related to the whole process of human resource management. This research purposes to reveal how far the training influences the performance of employees of BMT Sidogiri in Surabaya and SidoarjoThis research used quantitative approach with saturated sampling method (atechnique of sampling if the entire member of population is used). Consequently it is called census research. It investigates 34 employees who work as account officer. Data collected with questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linier regression.The result of this research shows the human resource training variable simultaneously and reliably can influence the employees’ performance based on the result of F test is 65,390 with significance level is 0,000. The contribution of human resource training is 92.1% with the rest is the other variables. Partially, all human resource variable influences to the employees’ performance according to t test result (the each level of training instructor variable, training participants variable, training method, training material, and training facility is less than 0,05). Training facility is the dominant variable regards to the employees’ performance with 0,374 beta level.

The proposed methodology for assessing readiness for innovations is based on the annual ranking of The Global Innovation Index of Cornell University, the French Business School and Research Institute (INSEAD), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and official EU statistics. An analysis was carried out of Ukraine’s readiness for innovation in comparison with EU countries in the area of "The Conditions for Creating Innovative Potential, Level of Innovation Potential, Conditions for Realization of Innovative Potential, Realization of Innovative Potential". A cluster analysis of countries regarding the level of preparedness for innovation based on the indicators was also made. The strengths and weaknesses of Ukraine as an innovative country are highlighted, practical recommendations are also given for improving the level of innovative development in the country.

The World Health Organization (WHO) defines healthcare human resources as one of the basic building blocks of the health system. Human resources drive the health system. The WHO has reported a global shortage of health workers. When the demand for healthcare is higher than the supply, problems can arise in terms of healthcare human resources and delivery. Some studies suggest that there is an insufficient number of healthcare employees in Turkey, whereas others report that the number of healthcare workers is sufficient in some health fields. The Covid-19 pandemic, which has influenced the whole world, has also changed the profession choices of young people, who are now placing the professions related to healthcare at the top of their list. Therefore, both the demand for and the interest in the healthcare sector and the related occupations are likely to increase. As health human resources planning grows in importance, carrying out this study during the pandemic period becomes critical. Considering the importance of health human resource planning and university education, and focusing on the human resources trends in the healthcare sector, this study analyzed the number of health-related faculties and programs, student quotas, academic staff, and the number of students per faculty member. The findings indicate that the number and student quota of all the healthcare programs and faculties have increased rapidly in the past decade; however, the number of academic staff in some programs remains insufficient.

Purpose Undocumented Central American migrants in Mexico are legally eligible for free access to the public health system through the new Instituto para la Salud y el Bienestar (INSABI) health program, but many experience structural vulnerability and stigmatization that prevent them from accessing health-care facilities. The purpose of this study is to investigate the discrepancy between the migrants’ Human Right to health, proclaimed by the Mexican Government and supposedly guaranteed by law, and the reality of the migration process. Design/methodology/approach This study reviewed relevant literature on the health risk factors, social and structural vulnerability, stigmatization and structural violence experienced by undocumented migrants as obstacles to their Human Right to health. It also reviews the current legal framework in Mexico and internationally. Findings This review demonstrates the lack of implementation of the current legal framework in Mexico and identifies a set of complex obstacles to effective access to health for undocumented migrants. Although the migration process itself was not found to be directly associated with major health issues, the social conditions of the migratory journey expose the migrants to serious threats, especially sexually transmitted diseases and tuberculosis. Practical implications This paper makes 10 practical recommendations for interventions collectively involving the state, international and civil organizations and the migrant community. These are especially relevant since the implementation of the INSABI health program in 2020. Social implications The paper lays the basis for influencing Mexican health system stakeholders to improve the health of migrants. Originality/value The sociological barriers to health access for undocumented populations in Mexico have not been fully explored. In addition, this paper provides a unique reflection on opportunities and challenges linked to the 2020 health system reform.

Abstract Student Activity Units (UKM) are student organizations where students with similar interests, hobbies, creativity, and orientations for extracurricular activities on campus gather. In the recruitment process of UKM members, it is currently conducted manually, where biodata forms are distributed to prospective members and collected by the UKM committee. The function of E-UKM BIU is to assist students and UKM committee members in facilitating the recruitment process of new members by utilizing E-UKM BIU. As it evolves, data from each UKM in Universitas Bina Insani is required. Additionally, there is also student data involved in the registration process, where the input data will be stored in a database and retrieved for the registration process conducted by the students. The software used in developing BIU E-UKM is Android Studio and Java, while the database utilizes SQLITE. Keywords: Android, Digitalization, Student Activity Unit (UKM), Prototype Abstrak Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) adalah organisasi kemahasiswaan tempat para mahasiswa yang memiliki minat, hobi, kreativitas, dan orientasi yang sama untuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di kampus berkumpul. UKM dalam proses rekrutmen anggota masih dilakukan secara manual dimana dengan menggunakan biodata yang dibagikan kepada calon anggota dan dikumpulkan kepada pengurus UKM. Fungsi E-UKM BIU adalah untuk membantu mahasiswa dan pengurus UKM dalam memfasilitasi proses rekrutmen anggota baru dengan memanfaatkan E-UKM BIU. Dalam perkembangannya dibutuhkan data dari setiap UKM yang ada di Universitas Bina Insani, selain itu juga terdapat data mahasiswa dalam proses pendaftaran dimana data input akan disimpan dalam database dan data tersebut akan diambil untuk proses pendaftaran yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam pengembangan BIU E-UKM adalah Android Studio dan Java, sedangkan database menggunakan SQLITE. At present, the major acoustic emission (AE) standards in the world mainly consist of American, European, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Chinese standards. The status of the four groups of standards is analysed in this paper and compared based on quantity and type. A comparative analysis of the content of certain similar standards is carried out. Compared with ISO and European standards, the quantity of American and Chinese standards is larger due to the rapid conversion of new technologies into standards. European standards are well-principled and systematic and the general standards provide the basis for all AE testing and standard development. ISO standards, even when dealing in part with similar content, seek to be consistent with European and American standards, to have a distinct presentation of methodologies and to follow the principles of developing standards for new technologies.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impacts of stock market and banking sectors development on a country’s efficiency in transforming its innovation input into output. Design/methodology/approach This study employs a generalized method-of-moments panel estimator to examine the role of stock market and banking development in influencing innovation efficiency. Findings Findings show that a country’s stock market development is positively related to its innovation efficiency ratio. Countries with more developed stock markets have relatively higher efficiency in transforming innovation input into innovation output than those with less developed stock markets. There is no evidence that innovation efficiency is influenced by banking sector development. However, when stock market and banking sectors are modeled together, while stock market development retains its positive influence, the findings indicate that banking sector exerts negative impact on innovation efficiency. Practical implications The findings provide useful insights to guide policy decisions for a country’s innovation agenda in enhancing its innovation performance. The findings imply that stock market development should be embraced as one of the key policy areas in order for a country to be more efficient in transforming its innovation input into innovation output. Originality/value This paper provides first evidence using data sourced from Global Innovation Index report, first available in 2007 and published by Cornell University, INSEAD and the World Intellectual Property Organization.

The current Pancasila student character program is being promoted as an effort to recover from the crisis of students' character. The presence of student management based on Islamic boarding schools is expected to assist students in achieving the values ​​contained in the Pancasila student character. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe student management based on Islamic boarding schools in realizing the Pancasila student character at SMA Madina Citra Insani Samarinda. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model is used to analyze the data found. The research findings on student management based on Islamic boarding schools in realizing the Pancasila student character begin with the stages: (1) planning, including the determination of character values, socialization, and the arrangement of daily programs; (2) organizing, including the arrangement of the school's organizational structure; (3) implementation, including formal and non-formal education, organizations, and extracurricular activities; (4) supervision by the school principal and the pesantren's astidz. Meanwhile, the program activities include the analysis of student needs (AKPD), new student admissions (PPDB), selection, school environmental introduction period (MPLS), placement and specialization of students, development and guidance of students, reporting on students, as well as graduation and alumni.

The goal of this work is to research the corruption component of innovative activities in modern Russia from the standpoint of economic criminology and to develop recommendations for reducing it with the purpose of facilitating innovative economy. The authors use structural-functional, systemic, problem and logical analysis, methods of statistical (horizontal and trend) analysis and the method of formalization. The information and analytical basis of this work is the materials of official statistical reports of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation on criminal situation in January - December 2013-2016 and in January - September 2017. The authors also use the materials of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the long-term prognostication of social and economic development of Russia until 2030, and the materials of the International Business School INSEAD, Cornell University and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on the Global Innovation Index for 2013-2017. The authors analyze the prerequisites for these crimes linked to the gaps and drawbacks in contemporary Russian legislation from the standpoint of economic criminology and present practical recommendations for eliminating them. They supplement the current legislation for corruption in the innovative area. It is expected that the practical implementation of these recommendations will contribute to the successful detection and solving of corruption crimes in the area of innovation as well as their prevention because a clear definition of such crimes will provide an evidence base, a threat of punishment will lower their appeal, while automation and public control will reduce opportunities for committing these crimes.

Visegrad Group is a group of four countries in Central Europe, namely the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary. These countries share not only a similar history, but also similar economic development (measured for example by Gross Domestic Product (GDP)) and geo-political ideas. Nowadays, the economic development of every country and its competitiveness on the world market is supported by the creation of innovation (knowledge-based economy), especially from an Industry 4.0 point of view. The aim of this article is to compare the Visegrad Four (V4) from different perspectives. Firstly, the comparison of GPD development is done, next the analysis of foreign trade. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of changes in innovativeness and competitiveness of the V4 economies over a period of 5 years. The Global Innovation Index (GII) shows the level of innovation of most countries in the world. Reports publishing GII were established thanks to the cooperation of Cornwall University with INSEAD (fr. Institut européen d'administration des affaires) Business School and World Intellectual Property Organization. The Summary Innovation Index (SII) was used in the European Innovation Scoreboard, as well as the Global Competitiveness Report and Global Competitiveness Index (GCI). The analysis shows that all members of V4 are so called moderate innovators. The Czech Republic begins to diverge from other member states in terms of SII, GII and it has been increasing its GCI as well. Poland occupies one of the last positions in the V4 innovation ranking, where Hungary was the weakest in terms of competitiveness in 2016. However, the mutual connection between GDP and above mentioned indexes shows relatively surprising results.

<p>While ensuring public safety and fighting against criminals the police are given exceptional powers such as the use of force to protect themselves as well as others in the process of fighting criminals. In a democratic society the limits of the use of force given by the state to the police is regulated by law. Misuse of power by the police, regarding humanitarian concerns, in terms of philosophical dilemmas and political implications has great impact on people. Use of force is defined as; use of physical strength and any equipment in increased proportion to neutralize acts of resistance or attack. The power to use of force is a direct intervention to the fundamental rights and freedoms of persons. Therefore, use of excessive force is considered as a direct violation of human rights. There have been numerous researches and studies about Police use of force. However, the complex structure of use of force, and it association with many factors creates a lot of limitations in this area. Therefore, the researchers have systematized the use of force by the police and focused on situational and institutional factors. Individual factors affecting the use of power and force by the police officers are defined as; The age of the police officer, education level and occupational experience. Regarding situational factors the researchers have focused on characteristics like; type of event that the police officer has encountered the public and the characteristics the suspects. Regarding explaining the Institutional factors it is focused on; the affect of the police culture (subculture) and service delivery philosophy of de unit that the officer is working at.</p><p align="left"> </p><p align="left"><strong>Özet</strong></p><p align="left">Kamunun güvenliğini sağlama ve suçlularla mücadele etme görevini yerine getirirken polise hem kendisini hem de başkalarını koruması ve suçlularla mücadele edebilmesi için zor kullanma gibi bir takım istisnai yetkiler verilmiştir. Demokratik toplumlarda devletin polise vermiş olduğu zor kullanma yetkisinin sınırları hukuk tarafından düzenlenmiştir. Polisin sahip olduğu gücü suiistimal etmesi insani kaygılar, felsefi ikilemler ve politik sonuçlar açısından halk üzerinde büyük etkilere sahiptir. Zor kullanma; direnme ve saldırı karşısında bu fiilleri etkisiz hale getirecek derecede artan nispette bedeni kuvvet her türlü teçhizatı kullanmak şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. Zor kullanma yetkisi kişilerin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine doğrudan bir müdahaledir. Bu nedenle zor kullanma yetkisinin aşılması doğrudan insan hakları ihlali sayılmaktadır. Polisin zor kullanması ile ilgili sayısız araştırmalar ve çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Ancak, zor kullanmanın kompleks yapısı ve çok çeşitli nedenlerle ilişkili olmasından dolayı bu alanda oldukça fazla sınırlamalar vardır. Bu nedenle, araştırmacılar polisin kuvvet kullanmasını sistematize ederek bireysel, durumsal ve kurumsal faktörlerin üzerinde durmuşlardır. Polis memurlarının güç ve kuvvet kullanmasını etkileyen bireysel faktörler; polis memurlarının yaşı, eğitim seviyesi, mesleki tecrübesi gibi karakteristikleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Durumsal faktörler; polislerin halk ile karşı karşıya geldikleri olayların cinsi ve şüphelilerin karakteristikleri üzerinde yoğunlaşmıştır. Kurumsal faktörler; polisin memurlarının görev yaptığı polis biriminin kurumsal kültürü ve hizmet anlayışının etkilerini açıklamaya çalışmaktadır.</p>

Pengendalian penyakit pada ikan budidaya harus dilakukan sedini mungkin apabila sudah terlihat gejala-gejala ikan terserang penyakit khususnya penyakit bakterial akibat serangan bakteri Aeromonas hydrophila. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar tidak terjadi kematian massal pada ikan, kegagalan produksi dan kerugian ekonomi bagi para pembudidaya. Upaya pengendalian dapat dilakukan dengan pemakaian bahan kimia seperti antibiotik (oxytetracycline, oxolinic acid, erytromycin, streptomycin, dan kanamycin). Namun, penggunaan antibiotik sintetis yang terusmenerus dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi lingkungan perairan, resistensi patogen, dan residu antibiotik yang berdampak pada kesehatan konsumen dan pemasaran. Penggunaan bahan alami yang mempunyai senyawa antimikrobia seperti daun sirih (Piper betle L) diharapkan mampu menghambat quorum sensing Aeromonas hydrophila sebagai pengontrol virulensinya terhadap organisme lain dan dapat meningkatkan system kekebalan tubuh ikan budidaya. Selain itu, penggunaan bahan alami jauh lebih ramah lingkungan, murah, dan tidak bersifat karsinogen. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) di desa Gontoran Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Hasil kegiatan diharapkan berjalan lancar dan mampu mendorong masyarakat untuk dapat menangani dan mencegah penyebaran penyakit bakterial pada ikan nila dengan penggunaan bahan alami, sehingga penggunaan antibiotik sintesis dapat diminimalisir.Target luaran yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah kemampuan masyarakat dalam penanggulanangan penyakit ikan menggunakan bahan alami akan lebih meningkat dan penulisan artikel ilmiah pada jurnal pengabdian Abdi Insani Universitas Mataram.

Objetivou-se analisar o nível de conhecimentos dos alunos de geografia da Universidade Federal do Acre sobre a disciplina de geografia da saúde e inseri-la nos debates acadêmicos no estado do Acre. A coleta de dados ocorreu em um minicurso realizado na Semana Acadêmica do Curso de Geografia 2013, na Universidade Federal do Acre/UFAC. Utilizou-se duas formas de metodologia: a) diagnostico para analisar o conhecimento preexistente dos alunos e; b) avaliação posterior ao curso. No diagnóstico os elementos foram mensurados, em principio, por critérios qualitativos com base em entrevistas roteirizadas com perguntas abertas e fechadas, já na avaliação posterior utilizou-se a perspectiva quantitativa com base em questionário estruturado. Assim, percebeu-se que o conhecimento dos alunos sobre a temática ainda é muito incipiente: há ausência de componente curricular nos cursos de geografia e consequente inexistência de debates sobre o tema na universidade. O minicurso proporcionou um avanço sobre o conhecimento da temática e consolidou o aprendizado sobre o assunto, além de despertar nos participantes um olhar geográfico das doenças. Espera-se que essa associação espaço/doença possibilite a reflexão sobre os fatores determinantes das doenças dentre as características lugares e produza atitudes voltadas para a prevenção de doenças e promoção da saúde.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to verify the developed hypothesis on the basis of comparison of remote education and traditional education in terms of its effectiveness at the micro-level, as well as to determine the presence, degree and nature of correlation between the share of remote education and level of development of economic systems of separate states (macro-level). Design/methodology/approach The methodologies of this paper are based on the system approach and include methods of research investigation such as problem, logical, comparative analysis, synthesis and formalization, as well as a purposely designed author’s method of assessment of the effectiveness of remote education and traditional education. In addition to the specified methods, this methodology also includes the methods of correlation and regression analysis which are used by the authors to determine the presence and degree of correlation between the share of remote education and the state of macro-level economic systems. The authors have analyzed the correlation between the share of remote education in the higher education structure according to the summarized data of the ICEF Monitor and the existing studies and publications on this topic (y) with indicators of macro-level economic systems such as GDP, billions of dollars (x1); GDP per capita (x2); Education Index according to the United Nations Development Program (x3); Knowledge Economy Index according to The World Bank Group (x4); and the index of innovative development of socioeconomic systems according to INSEAD, WIPO and Cornell University (x5). The econometric analysis of the mentioned factors was performed after that. Findings The authors have come to conclusion that remote education is indeed much more effective at the micro-level, since it allows the students to receive similar educational services with greater convenience, a wider choice of higher educational institutions and at a lower cost compared to traditional education. At the same time, no negative influence of remote education on the macro-level economic system has been revealed; on the contrary, a positive, albeit slight, influence similar to traditional education has been found. For this reason, promotion of the formation and development of remote education is recommended instead of limitation, since it allows modernizing the educational system for the benefit of both supply and demand. Originality/value The research contributes to the development of the concept of socioeconomic development of economic systems through clarification of influence of remote education on it.

Different national cultures within Western Europe have very different models of what constitutes a 'well-functioning organisation'. Looking at the nations with the largest economies in the European Union (the French, Germans, Italians and British), the author considers how some of these different models (the 'pyramid', the 'machine', the 'family' and the 'market') have influenced the company laws of the countries in which they are prevalent. The piece then considers the implications for European Union company law of the variations between the predominant national models. Strengths and weaknesses of the various ideal types of organization and other possible models are considered. This article will examine companies in the quartet of European Union countries which have an annual GDP exceeding 1.5 trillion euros: Germany, France, the UK and Italy. Very broadly, two of them, France and Italy are Southern European (traditionally mainly Catholic) in culture as well as geographically, the other two are Northern European (historically mainly Protestant). The four nations remain diverse in economic structure, and particularly in average company size and the use of capital markets, although (with Germany being much the largest) the scale of the economies is similar. These major European Union countries also have different pre dominant models of effective corporate organisation, regulation and management. The discussion will contend that the diverse sets of regulations in part stem from, and are connected to, varied models of what constitutes a 'well-functioning organisation' in the four nations. These pervasive 'ideal types' of the effective organisation might be expected to influence what governments, shareholders and other stakeholders expect of the major companies and how corporate leaders behave. In the European Union, it is argued that national cultures, including views of what constitutes a well-functioning organisation, still provide the basis for social interaction including business activity. Some implications of these underlying differences of perspective for greater co-ordination of company law at European Union level will also be addressed. The strengths and weaknesses of the various 'ideal types' of organisation will be considered. Finally, some possible alternative conceptions of the 'well-organised' company in the 21st Century will be discussed. The continuing diversity of national cultures between Germany, France, the UK and Italy is reflected in their nationals' preferred ways of conceptualising organisations, including major business organisations. Hofstede quotes Owen J Stevens' study at INSEAD Business School - "The majority of the French tended to resolve [a conflict] by referring to the hierarchy; the British, through horizontal negotiation; and the Germans, through the establishment of procedures. Stevens identified the implicit model of a well-functioning organization for the French as a pyramid, that for the British as a (village) market, and that for the Germans are a well-oiled machine." As far as Italy is concerned, the 'family' model remains most salient. These observations led the current author to further examination of those models in the national contexts as they connected to company law. Questions of the adequacy or otherwise of those mental pictures also arose.

Introduction. The revitalization of innovation in the global dimension has a significant impact on the competitiveness of the national economy. The intensification of innovation processes requires the use of innovative strategies. There is a significant differentiation of countries in terms of competitiveness and innovative development. At the present stage of reforming, the development of the economy on an innovative basis becomes one of the priorities of strengthening the competitiveness, modernization of the institutional base and effective use of the innovative potential of innovative integration of Ukraine and the EU.Hypothesis of scientific research. It is envisaged that the use of strategic priorities and mechanisms for utilizing Ukraine's innovation potential through the implementation of European practices of managing targeted innovation programs will allow developing programmatic measures to strengthen the existing and modernize the competitive advantages of innovative integration of Ukraine and the EU.The purpose of the article is setting priorities and developing a system of means of enhancing Ukraine's competitiveness on innovative grounds in the context of European integration.The research methodologyis the use of the European Innovation Scoreboard, the Innovation Index of the EU Member States. In the course of the study, the methods of systematization and taxonomy were used.Results: the position of Ukraine in the global and innovation ratings, the EU innovation scoreboard, the place of Ukraine in it, the position of Ukraine in the ranking of the countries of the world according to the Global Competitiveness Index, the Global Competitiveness Index. The analysis of differences in the development and implementation of innovative development strategies of EU Member States and Ukraine is conducted, the organizational and economic toolkit of innovative integration of Ukraine and the EU is substantiated.Conclusions: proved that macro-level competitiveness research in an innovative context is based on the methodology of calculation of such indicators as: IMD and WEF global competitiveness indices; global innovation development indices from Boston Consulting groupe and INSEAD; Eurostat European Innovation Rating (EIS); Bloomberg Agency Global Innovation Ratio (GIQ); international innovation index; composite eco-innovation index; the patent activity rating of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) allows you to find out the main directions of innovative integration of Ukraine and the EU.

Neste trabalho investigou-se a utilização da metodologia ativa denominada Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas (ABP) nos cursos técnicos integrados ao Ensino Médio da Rede Federal de Educação Profissional, Científica e Tecnológica (Rede Federal) brasileira. Para isso, primeiramente, realizou-se um estudo bibliométrico para identificar trabalhos relacionados ao tema, publicados nos últimos cinco anos, cujas referências subsidiaram conceitualmente a confecção do questionário sobre a metodologia ABP. Neste contexto, questões organizacionais, de infraestrutura, de formação e aceitação da metodologia ABP foram implementadas com o objetivo de mensurar o quanto essa metodologia está difundida entre as práticas pedagógicas dos docentes que atuam na Rede Federal. Posteriormente, o questionário eletrônico foi enviado às unidades desta rede para que fosse divulgado aos seus docentes. A amostra da pesquisa foi constituída por quinhentos e trinta docentes pertencentes a trinta e sete Institutos Federais, de todas as regiões do Brasil, e do Colégio Pedro II. Os resultados indicaram que, conceitualmente, a metodologia ABP é bem aceita, entretanto, ainda existe uma dificuldade em inseri-la na prática pedagógica cotidiana, embora haja o incentivo dos campi para aplicação de metodologias ativas e possibilidades de capacitação na área. Como fator limitante, observou-se que a organização curricular dos cursos técnicos integrados da Rede Federal dificulta a utilização de metodologias ativas. Por fim, observou-se que as questões cotidianas de elevada carga horária de trabalho e salas com grande quantidade de alunos impactam na redução do tempo disponível para a preparação das aulas, impedindo a evolução, mudança e autoavaliação das práticas docentes. Investigating the use of the PBL methodology in the brazilian Federal Network in the context of technical education integrated to the high school Abstract In this work, we investigated the use of the active methodology called Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in Technical Courses Integrated to High School of the Brazilian Federal Network of Professional, Scientific, and Technological Education (Federal Network). For this, at first, a bibliometric study was carried out to identify works related to the theme in the last five years, whose references conceptually subsidized the questionnaire about the PBL methodology. In this context, organization, infrastructure, training, and acceptance of the ABP methodology were implemented aiming to measure how much this methodology is disseminated among the pedagogical practices of teachers working in the Federal Network. Subsequently, the electronic questionnaire was sent to teachers who work in the Federal Technical High School. The research sample consisted of five hundred and thirty teachers belonging to thirty-seven Federal Institutes, all over Brazil, and Colégio Pedro II. The results indicated that, conceptually, the PBL methodology is well accepted; however, there is still a difficulty in inserting it in the daily pedagogical practice, although there is an incentive from federal educational institutes for applying active methodologies and training possibilities in the area. As a limiting factor, it was observed that the curricular organization of the integrated technical courses of the Federal Network makes it challenging to use active methodologies. Finally, the daily issues of high workload and classrooms with many students impact the reduction of time available to prepare classes, preventing the evolution, change, and self-assessment of teaching practices. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penelitian terdahulu mengenai sustainabilitas keuangan lembaga keuangan mikro, melalui pendekatan best practice perbankan dilakukan penelitian untuk merekontruksi kembali hasil penelitian terhadap aspek-aspek dari sustainabilitas lembaga keuangan mikro, yaitu aspek-aspek yang terkait dengan kelembagaan (institutional). <p>O referido estudo apresenta o Sistema Único de Assistência (SUAS) enquanto espaço socioocupacional no Serviço Social Brasileiro, bem como trajetória da Política de Assistência Social e da profissão de Serviço Social, associando o atual cenário no que diz respeito ao SUAS, à profissão e à relação entre ambos. Destacamos aqui que todo o direito é tido como social e a Constituição Federal formalizou a Assistência Social como um direito do Cidadão, uma política que surge para resgatar a cidadania, com o objetivo de emancipa-lo e inseri-lo em um ambiente digno de vida, de oportunidades e de mudanças, através de programas, projetos e ações sociais que venham a impactar positivamente na vida desse sujeito de direitos. Utilizou-se como referência para a pesquisa a legislação brasileira, livros, artigos e periódicos referentes à Política Pública de Assistência Social e ao Serviço Social. O SUAS foi inspirado no modelo do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), com atendimento e organização dos serviços em bases regionais (abrangências municipal, estadual ou regional), tem como objetivo garantir o direito à assistência social e proteção das famílias e indivíduos em situação de risco e vulnerabilidade social, descentralizado e participativo, que tem por função a gestão do conteúdo específico da Assistência Social no campo da proteção social brasileira. Consolida o modo de gestão compartilhada, o cofinanciamento e a cooperação técnica entre os três entes federativos que, de modo articulado e complementar, operam a proteção social não contributiva de seguridade social no campo da assistência social. A intervenção profissional na política de Assistência Social não pode ter como horizonte somente a execução das atividades arroladas nos documentos institucionais, sob o risco de limitar suas atividades à “gestão da pobreza” sob a ótica da individualização das situações sociais e de abordar a questão social a partir de um viés moralizante. Isso significa que a complexificação e diferenciação das necessidades sociais, conforme apontada no SUAS e na PNAS, e que atribui à Assistência Social as funções de proteção básica e especial, com foco de atuação na “matricialidade sóciofamíliar”, não deve restringir a intervenção profissional, sobretudo a do/a assistente social, às abordagens que tratam as necessidades sociais como problemas e responsabilidades individuais e grupais.</p><p><strong>Palavras chave:</strong> Assistência Social. Serviço Social.</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAT</strong></p><p>This study presents the Unique System of Assistance (SUAS) as a socio-occupational space in the Brazilian Social Service, as well as a trajectory of the Social Assistance Policy and the Social Service profession, associating the current scenario with regard to the Unified Social Assistance System, the profession and the relationship between them. We emphasize here that all right is considered as Social and the Federal Constitution formalized Social Assistance as a right of the Citizen, a policy that arises to rescue citizenship, with the aim of emancipating it and inserting it into a living environment worthy of life, opportunities and changes, through programs, projects and social actions that will positively impact the life of this subject of rights. The Brazilian legislation, books, articles and periodicals related to the public policy of social assistance and Social Work were used as reference for research. SUAS was inspired by the Unified Health System (SUS) model, with service and organization of services on a regional basis (municipal, state or regional coverage), with the objective of guaranteeing the right to social assistance and protection of families and individuals in situations risk and social vulnerability, decentralized and participatory, whose function is the management of the specific content of Social Assistance in the field of Brazilian social protection. It consolidates the mode of shared management, co-financing and technical cooperation between the three federative entities that, in an articulated and complementary way, operate the non-contributory social protection of social security in the field of social assistance. The professional intervention in the Social Assistance policy can not only have as a horizon the execution of the activities listed in the institutional documents, under the risk of limiting its activities to the "management of poverty" from the point of view of individualization of social situations and of addressing the social question from a moralizing bias. This means that the complexity and differentiation of social needs, as pointed out in SUAS and PNAS, and which assigns to Social Assistance the functions of basic and special protection, with a focus on "family-based matricity", should not restrict professional intervention, especially the social worker, to the approaches that address social needs as individual and group problems and responsibilities.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Social Assistance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya tentang audit syariah dan perannya dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan syariah di lembaga keuangan syariah (LKS). Penelitian ini juga menguraikan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh LKS dan solusi dalam mengimplementasikan audit syariah. Sebanyak 308 publikasi diperoleh dari database Google scholar, Emerald Insight, Research Gate, Crossref, Microsoft Academic and Pubmed yang diakses dengan perangkat lunak Publish or Perish (PoP) dalam kurun waktu 2008-2021. Studi ini menerapkan analisis bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer, yang mengubah metadata publikasi menjadi visualisasi sesuai dengan co-occurrence. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa audit syariah telah diterapkan di beberapa negara yang didominasi oleh Malaysia. Sebagian besar praktik audit syariah merupakan bagian dari fungsi audit internal. Audit syariah diidentifikasi sebagai mekanisme untuk memastikan kepatuhan syariah. Tantangan utama dalam pelaksanaan audit syariah antara lain: kurangnya kerangka dan standar audit syariah yang menyebabkan perselisihan di antara praktisi LKS, kurangnya auditor syariah yang berkualitas yang memiliki pengetahuan syariah yang memadai dan terlatih dengan baik, audit syariah dianggap menciptakan masalah inefisiensi. Peran komite tata kelola syariah dan dewan pengawas syariah direkomendasikan agar lebih optimal untuk memastikan efektivitas audit syariah. Penelitian ini memberikan pembahasan komprehensif tentang audit syariah, perannya dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan syariah, tantangan dan solusi yang ditawarkan belajar dari berbagai negara. ABSTRACT This study aimed to map out previous studies on sharia auditing and its role in improving sharia compliance in Islamic financial institutions (IFIs). It also outlined the challenges faced by IFIs and solutions in implementing shariah audit. A total of 308 publications were obtained from the Google scholar database, Emerald Insight, Research Gate, Crossref, Microsoft Academic and Pubmed which were accessed using the Publish or Perish (PoP) software in the 2008-2021 period. This study finds that sharia audits have been implemented in several countries, dominated by Malaysia. Most shariah audit practices are part from internal audit function of IFIs. Sharia audit is identified as a mechanism to assure shariah compliance. The main challenges in implementing sharia audit include: a lack of framework and standard of shariah audit that led to dispute among IFIs practitioners, a lack of qualified shariah auditors who have an adequate shariah knowledge and well trained , shariah audit identifed creating an efficiency issue. The role of the shariah governance committee and the shariah supervisory board may be optimized to ensure the effectiveness of shariah audit. This study provides a comprehensive discussion of shariah audit, its role in improving shariah compliance, challenges, and solutions offered learned from various countries. Türkiye tarih boyunca insani yardım konusunda gerek yurtiçinde gerekse uluslararası platformda bulunmayı görev bilmiştir. Bu alanda güçlü bir geleneğe sahip olan, özellikle son yıllarda birçok sivil toplum kuruluşuyla birlikte sahada aktif bir şekilde var olan Türk milleti pandemi döneminde de bu çabasını istikrarlı bir şekilde sürdürmüştür. Bu çalışmada konuyla ilgili yapılan literatür taraması sonucunda çalışma yapacağımız alanı sınırlandırmak ve somut verilerin ön planda olması düşüncesiyle; Kovid-19 sürecinde Türkiye ve İİT üye ülkelerine ait sosyal sorunların baş gösterdiği durumların neler olduğu, bu durumlara karşı alınan önlemlerin neler olduğu ve yapılan uygulamaların bulunup bulunmadığı konuları araştırılmak istenmiştir. Özellikle Türkiye’nin İslam ülkelerinde insani yardım faaliyetlerine bu bağlamda yer verilecektir.

Soğuk Savaş döneminde sadece Batı dünyasına yönelik dar bir çerçevede dış politika anlayışını benimseyen Türkiye, çok sayıda bölgeyi göz ardı etmiştir. Bu kapsamda Afrika kıtası da Türkiye’nin geri planda tuttuğu bir coğrafya olarak dikkat çekmektedir. Ancak Soğuk Savaş’ın sona ermesiyle beraber değişen uluslararası sistemin de etkisiyle Türkiye, dış politikasını revize ederek çok boyutlu bir anlayışla hareket etmeye başlamıştır. Dış politikadaki bu yeni anlayışla beraber, daha önce ihmal edilen Afrika kıtası da öncelikli bir alan haline gelmiştir. Farklı coğrafyalarda var olabilmenin savaş veya ekonomik ambargo gibi uygulamalardan ziyade insani diplomasi anlayışıyla gerçekleştirilebileceği varsayımına dayanan çalışmada, Türkiye’nin Afrika’ya yönelik gerçekleştirmiş olduğu insani yardım faaliyetleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, Türkiye’nin Afrika’ya yönelik faaliyetleri yumuşak güç kavramı ekseninde ele alınmış ve söz konusu faaliyetlerin kamu diplomasisi ve sivil toplum kuruluşları aracılığıyla yürütüldüğü çıkarımında bulunulmuştur. Gerçekleştirilen bu yardım faaliyetleri, kimlik ve kültür gibi kavramlara odaklanan konstrüktivizm temelinde değerlendirilmiş ve buna dair çıkarımlar yapılmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmada, gerçekleştirilen yardım faaliyetlerinin uzun vadede Türkiye’nin sahip olduğu imajı olumlu bir şekilde etkileyeceğine dair çıkarımlar da bulunmaktadır.
