Streszczenie:
Makrozoobentos adalah biota yang hidup di dalam substrat maupun menempel di permukaan dasar perairan. Makrozoobentos memiliki peran penting dalam eksositem akuatik, yaitu sebagai sumber makanan biota perairan dan sebagai detritus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman makrozoobentos di Situ Gintung, Situ Bungur dan Situ Kuru. Titik pengambilan sampel terdiri dari 5 stasiun dengan masing-masing 3 ulangan. Faktor fisik kimia makrozoobentos diuji dengan t-test. Hasil t-test menunjukkan di Situ Gintung dan Situ Bungur hanya nilai pH yang berbeda (p<0,01), sedangkan Situ Kuru memiliki kondisi fisik kimia yang berbeda dengan Situ Gintung dan Situ Bungur (p<0,01). Makrozoobentos yang ditemukan di ketiga lokasi pengamatan seluruhnya terdiri dari 10 famili dan 16 jenis. Makrozoobentos dari jenis P. canaliculata terlihat mendominasi pada lokasi Situ Gintung. Sedangkan pada lokasi Situ Kuru jenis T. tubifex ditemukan lebih mendominasi. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman (H’) di Situ Gintung (1,74) dan Situ Bungur (2,29) yang tergolong sedang, mengindikasikan kedua perairan tercemar sedang. Sedangkan nilai indeks keanekaragaman Situ Kuru (0,92) yang rendah, mengindikasikan perairan tersebut tercemar berat.Kata kunci : keanekaragaman, makrozoobentos, Situ Gintung, Situ Bungur, Situ Kuru

The superconducting joints of superconducting in situ MgB2 wires have been of great interest since the first MgB2 wires were manufactured. The necessity of joining fully reacted wires in applications such as NMR brings complexity to the methodology of connecting already reacted wires sintered under optimised conditions via a mixture of Mg + 2B and subsequential second heat treatment to establish fully superconducting MgB2 joints. Some of the data in the literature resolved such a procedure by applying high cold pressure and sintering at a low temperature. A topical review publication did not address in depth the question of whether cold sintering is a potential solution, suggesting that hot pressing is the way forward. In this paper, we discuss the potential joint interfacial requirements, suggesting a thermo-mechanical procedure to successfully form a superconductive connection of two in situ reacted wires in the presence of Mg + 2B flux. The critical current at 25 K of the researched junction achieved 50% Ic for an individual in situ wire.

Distinctive features of ex situ plant populations (outside natural habitats) are manifested during the formation and development of groups of individuals mainly in the process of their introduction and acclimatization. The experience and practice of using terms for ex situ plant populations has been analyzed. Information about artificially created plant groups is generalized. The results of the analysis concerning the definition of the term "ex situ plant population" and its use in relation to introduced plants are presented. The list of definitions for the following terms are given: "initial population", "introductive population", "introductive coenotic population", "introduced population", "cultivated populations", "agro population", "cultural population", "hybrid population", "artificial population", "experimental population", "spontaneous population". It has been stated that modeling, forming and copying methods are used to form ex situ plant populations. It has been noted that ex situ plant populations can be formed and developed independently or artificially formed. The scheme of distribution of ex situ plant populations by the degree of genetic integrity, ability to reproduce, duration of existence, size and stage of development, place and style of formation of the initial population is proposed. It has been established that groups of genetically homogeneous individuals of artificial plant groups that freely cross each other and for a long time reproduce offsprings can be characterized as populations. Such populations are the result of purposeful human activity on the introduction and cultivation of plants, and are largely dependent on anthropic influence. The study of their structure and dynamics is a prerequisite for predicting and evaluating the success of introductions and preventing threats of spontaneous propagation and uncontrolled, unwanted naturalization of plants under new growth conditions.

Spatial planning analysis is a way to identify the location and area of a site based on spatial structure and spatial patterns. The research aims to discuss Spatial Analysis of Site Conservation in Banten Province: Case Study of Situ Kadupayung, Pandeglang Regency, Banten. The research method uses survey methods and uses Geographic Information System (GIS) analysis, as well as site area and contour analysis methods. The research results show that the area based on the KIB in Situ Kadupayung is 40,000 m². From the results of GPS RTK measurefments, it is known that the area of Situ Kadupayung is 34,462 m2 / 3.44 Ha. The difference between the measurement results and the goods inventory card (KIB) data at Situ Kadupayung is -5.538 m² / -0.55 Ha. There are 2 (two) factors that can cause large differences between Goods Inventory Card (KIB) data, namely 1) Internal Factors: Measurement techniques used (methods and tools); Errors in inputting measurement results data; 2) External Factors: Natural Factors, namely sedimentation, and Non-Natural Factors (Society). The purpose of the article is to determine approaches to the museification of paleontological heritage objects on site within the framework of current museological landscape and environmental approaches. In domestic practice, natural heritage is considered in the context of cultural, and the problems of its preservation are investigated from the standpoint of conservation measures. The reasons for the low museification of natural heritage objects are revealed. Methods of preservation of paleontological objects by museum means are developed on the basis of the well-established methodology of museological practice of archaeological heritage museification, optimal ways of their exposition interpretation are determined. It is revealed that the main method of museification of paleontological objects is conservation, the identified finds can be exhibited in a separate building or directly in situ, in this case it is necessary to erect a glass dome or pavilion over the object. To enhance the attractiveness of the object in the exhibition space, graphic or virtual reconstruction can be used. Based on this technique, an open-air museum can be created, which will ensure the preservation and comprehensive museification of unique natural objects.

Both in-situ and ex-situ conservation methods are critical for protecting biodiversity and ensuring the sustainable use of natural resources. In-situ conservation allows species to thrive in their natural environments, maintaining ecological interactions and evolutionary processes. It is cost-effective, promotes public participation, and preserves entire ecosystems. However, it requires large areas of land and can be challenging to implement in regions with high human population density. Ex-situ conservation provides an additional layer of protection for species that are critically endangered or whose habitats are severely threatened.
