The manual discusses the role of judicial practice in the implementation of the mechanism of legal monitoring on the Federal, regional and local levels. It justifies significance of judicial practice as an integral part of the legal monitoring, since it is the judiciary, which is constant- Janno being at the turn of sometimes conflicting interests to have the most complete information about the quality of legislation. Describes the theoretical and normative foundations of legal monitoring, its organization and influence on the development of procedural law and the legal system. Special attention given the anti-corruption monitoring. The work is aimed at resolving issues of implementation of legal monitoring in the activities of public authorities, business-structures, public organizations and other civil society institutions in order to make informed proposals on optimization of the Russian legislation. The monograph is devoted to mathematical and algorithmic support of mass data processing based on algebraic models. One of the most common classes of mass processing is considered - processing of highly active structured data. The construction of algebraic models of data and calculations and methods of proving their correspondence are analyzed. Three algebraic systems are studied, which can be used both as data models and as models of calculations. The algebraic and axiomatic methods of proving the correspondence of these models are investigated. A proof of their correspondence is given: homomorphism and isomorphism. The problem of optimizing the processes of mass processing of data presented in the form of algebraic expressions in the proposed algebra models is raised. The algorithms of synthesis and optimization of calculation of these expressions, the method of symmetric horizontal data distribution providing parallel implementation of calculation of algebraic expressions and generalization of the block algorithm of parallel matrix multiplication for the case of multiplication of multidimensional matrices are described in detail. Architectures of software and hardware complexes for effective parallel implementation of operations in the considered algebra models are proposed. A number of real-world examples illustrating the application of the proposed methods are given. For students, postgraduates and teachers of technical and physical-mathematical universities and faculties.

The monograph deals with the problem of choosing language tools for the creation of information technologies of intellectual decision support in the management of critical objects of the social sphere. It includes seven chapters: introductory chapter - system understanding of information technology of intellectual decision support; language of matrices; logical languages (calculus of statements and predicate calculus); language of semantic networks; language of fuzzy sets; language of frames; language of artificial neural networks; language of mathematical optimization. Examples of using these language tools to create information technologies for intellectual support of decision-making in various problem areas are given. It is oriented on students studying on the educational program of higher education: 09.03.02 - "Information systems and technologies" on a profile "Applied information systems and technologies", and also postgraduate students, oriented on protection of dissertations on a specialty: 1.2.3 - "Management in organizational systems". The material of the monograph will be useful for specialists dealing with practical issues of development and implementation of information technologies.

The monograph presents an approach to solving the problem of increasing the throughput and processing capacity of seaports in conditions of limiting their territorial dislocation and increasing the unevenness of external and internal cargo flows. The basis of the approach is the proposed system of the main parameters of the dry port and the methodology of simulation modeling of the functioning of the system "seaport - dry port". The material is illustrated with examples of the implementation of the developed approach, including model scenarios of multi-agent optimization of the parameters of the system under study. The proposed approach and the developed methodology can be used to justify management decisions on the balanced development of transport and logistics infrastructure of the regions hosting sea and dry ports. It is intended for specialists of transport and logistics companies, engineering and technical workers engaged in solving problems in the field of logistics, supply chain management and transport infrastructure design.
