In the education field, knowledge of the corporate world is very important. Authors have visited the Coca Cola Happiness Factory, Moon Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Greater Noida, and India's Only Happiness Factory Museum. The visit began with the introduction of the Coca-Cola Happiness Factory given by Mr. Saurabh Singh (Marketing Manager). The visit was to avail the practical knowledge about the Coca-Cola happiness factory and learned about the company and how the beverages are manufactured. Also highlighted is the beverage testing criteria. The author has seen the entire operational process of the Coca Cola product range (Like Limca, Mazaa, Kinley Water, Minute Maid, Coca Cola, Thumsup, Fanta, etc.) in bottles and cans of different sizes.

"Flavored carbonated beverages" are popularly known as "Soft Drinks" which typically contain carbonated water, a sweetener, and a flavouring agent. It may also contain caffeine, coloring, preservatives, and other ingredients. Soft drinks are the beverage of choice for millions of people, second only to water. The first marketed soft drinks in the Western world appeared in the 17th century, which were made of water and lemon juice sweetened with honey. There are no nutritionally beneficial components in soft drinks. Soft drinks mostly consist of filtered water and refined sugar. Bisleri International (Bisleri) re-entered the Indian soft drink market in February 2016 with the introduction of "Bisleri Pop." Bisleri, on the other hand, will face a number of hurdles in the coming days. To begin with, two multinational corporations (MNCs), Coca-Cola and PepsiCo, dominated the price and flavour pyramid in India's soft-drinks market. The case study of BISLERI POP, an Indian carbonated soft drink firm, focuses on some of the main problems, such as the company's competitive position, the strengths and weaknesses of its marketing strategies, consumer awareness, customer perception, cultural differences, and so on. This study was conducted using a descriptive research design. Google and other web sources were used to get primary data. In order to do a comparison analysis, information from Bisleri Pvt. Ltd. and other websites is used. Even though Bisleri Pop is one of the most well-known and respected bottled water brands in India, most people were not impressed by it.

The aim of this study was to compare the rehydration potential of a carbohydrate–electrolyte beverage with several varieties of milk following exercise-induced fluid losses. Fifteen male participants (age 24.9 ± 5.5 years, height 179.3 ± 4.9 cm, body mass 75.8 ± 6.6 kg (mean ± SD)) lost 2.0% ± 0.2% body mass through intermittent cycling before consuming a different beverage on 4 separate occasions. Drinks included cow’s milk (286 kJ·100 mL−1), soy milk (273 kJ·100 mL−1), a milk-based liquid meal supplement (Sustagen Sport (Nestle); 417 kJ·100 mL−1), and a sports drink (Powerade (Coca Cola Ltd); 129 kJ·100 mL−1). Beverages were consumed over 1 h in volumes equivalent to 150% of body mass loss. Body mass, blood and urine samples, and measures of gastrointestinal tolerance were obtained before and hourly for 4 h after beverage consumption. Net body mass at the conclusion of each trial was significantly less with Powerade (–1.37 ± 0.3 kg) than with cow’s milk (–0.92 ± 0.48 kg), soy milk (–0.78 ± 0.37 kg), and Sustagen Sport (–0.48 ± 0.39 kg). Net body mass was also significantly greater for Sustagen Sport compared with cow’s milk trials, but not soy milk. Upon completion of trials, the percentage of beverage retained was Sustagen Sport 65.1% ± 14.7%, soy milk 46.9% ± 19.9%, cow’s milk 40.0% ± 24.9%, and Powerade 16.6% ± 16.5%. Changes in plasma volume and electrolytes were unaffected by drink treatment. Subjective ratings of bloating and fullness were higher during all milk trials compared with Powerade whereas ratings of overall thirst were not different between beverages. Milk-based drinks are more effective rehydration options compared with traditional sports drinks. The additional energy, protein, and sodium in a milk-based liquid meal supplement facilitate superior fluid recovery following exercise.

While we wait for innovation new products to take over, the manufacturing is focusing for competitiveness and optimize the resources. TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is an important tool to bring the change, the tool ensures that by total participation and by effective implementation of TPM concepts Resource optimization can be achieved. There are 34641 Companies in the world and 3692 in India who have been certified by JIPM (Japan Institute of planned maintenance) for effective use of TPM and achieving the change in the form of results.7 plants has been certified in Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd. These companies are building High performance teams to move TPM to next levels. The challenge is labour flexibility and hence Labour flexibility is important issue in the design and development of “High performance teams “. TPM has many training tools and focuses more on relay training, Cross training builds on relay training. Hindustan Coca-Cola beverages pvt ltd has used the cross training in 2 plants and in 4 lines. A group of 15 operators were formed as Shilpakar ( Architect ),they were positive , influencing others and some of them were individualistic and not team player, some of them were also union leaders. This team was rejuvenated with their self-esteem, and with right attitudes, Team work, Sincerity and discipline which was hidden got exposed and blossomed. One of the executive (coach ) lead the activities with behavioural training programs - they were then rewarded with the leadership appreciation, this followed with Multi Skilling and bought team- work , self-respect and trust within the team. The team also had social side of family trekking and Training the Street vendor in FSSAI (Food safety & authorities of India) requirements. This team then was adequately recognised, rewarded and had achieved special status in the plant. Looking at this team, next set of operators had aspirations and were readily agreed to learn from this role model team. The role model team could train 4 more groups. Executives were mentors and reviewed the progress and review the progress of the new team. Once done they were recognised and appreciated.

Governments often provide space for operation to multinational companies (MNCs), but the state does not assess the impact these companies have on the area and its people. Such ill-informed decisions often cause environmental damages. Environmental governance connects the public policies, environment, and people. This article discusses the case of Plachimada, Kerala, India, which witnessed the establishment of a soft-drink bottling plant by Coca-Cola Beverages Ltd. With the commencement of operation, the near-by areas started experiencing conditions which were never felt before the advent of the soft-drink giant. The article will be highlighting the struggles of Adivasis through broad terms of environmental governance, human rights, public policy, and corporate social responsibility.

Social enterprise implementation in Taiwan faces challenges due to which is under the beginning stage, requires the establishment of management system, and lacks legal basis in incorporation registration. The aforementioned reasons might lead to the loss of interests in individual donations and the inability to fulfill social responsibilities. The thesis aims at the study of corporate strategy of financial management. Based on the research findings, the researchers suggest that the government should legalize social enterprise registration for individuals to make donations under the law. The thesis examines and discusses the following aspects of financial management of social enterprises. Firstly, financial accounting in social enterprises, including management accounting, tax management, investment management, and financing and working capital management. Secondly, human resources in social enterprises, including new characteristics in human resource management, management, and management and decision-making environment. Thirdly, marketing management in social enterprises, including marketing management and characteristics, marketing mix strategies, and marketing communication mix strategies. Lastly, a case study of Swire Coca-Cola Beverages Ltd., Taiwan Branch. The researchers enumerate the corporate history and background and analyze its financial management strategy by SWOT analysis, Porter five forces analysis, market analysis, and competitor analysis. The research findings confirm that social enterprises should be promoted in Taiwan. The goal of entrepreneurship is making a profit from the rich. It is less likely to make a profit from the disadvantaged when the entrepreneurs offer services and expect adequate profit in return. The common goals of social enterprises across the world include, first, to create corporate value for the rich, offer services, and generate operating profit; and second, to fulfill social responsibilities by pouring operating profit into social services.
