Streszczenie:
Separate bodies of research suggest that performance in spatial reasoning covaries with gender and with gender role. Typically studies employ a spatial task whose variance is then used to account for differences in scores between gender groups or variance in a measure of gender role. A methodological issue in such research is that the tasks used to represent spatial reasoning may be differentially available or differentially appealing as a function of gender. Also, authors tend to analyze data in terms of either gender or gender role but rarely both. A collection of personality assessments administered to 204 college students each contained a completed Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI-2) and a drawing of a human figure. Within MMPI-2 are three measures of gender role. Drawing talent is unquestionably spatial and has the advantage of being equally available and encouraged among the two genders. Male gender predicted drawing skill. Within both genders, self-perceived masculinity in gender role also predicted higher scores on the drawing skill. Outcomes are seen as compatible with Geschwind and Galaburda's 1987 formulation regarding the behavioral manifestations of fetal androgenization.

Teaching is a career in the modern era where teachers operate in social settings in addition to academic ones. We have included lessons on gender issues in our curriculum. Therefore, a teacher needs to have solid understanding of gender issues. A teacher is a force for change; they uphold gender equality in the classroom and, by influencing the next generation of thinkers, eradicate stereotypes from society. Based on instructional materials, a teacher develops techniques to build a gender-friendly attitude. Gender constructivist educators embrace innovative approaches, scrutinize classroom procedures, and cultivate a shift in perspective to establish a school environment that affords equal treatment to males and girls. Education institutions must provide a program where teachers receive training on gender issues and are made aware of the concerns in order to empower students to challenge societal gender stereotypes and biases. This will help students develop good attitudes toward gender issues. Encouraging gender equality in our society is a well-organized program on gender issues. Thus, the knowledgeable instructor needs to promote and draw attention to a culture that is gender-friendly.

Streszczenie:
Male (N=121) and female (N=135) high school girls’ basketball coaches responded to three forced-choice questions related to gender and role modeling. Both genders said they preferred coaching girls to boys. Male coaches thought female athletes preferred a male coach, female coaches thought they preferred a female coach. Coaches of each gender perceived themselves as equal or better role models than their counterparts. Coaches were then asked to rank order the importance of six coaching qualities previously identified as either expressive or instrumental. First they ranked the qualities in importance as they perceived them, then in the order they thought players would rank them. Coaches differed significantly by gender on the rankings of the qualities, as well as their perceptions of how athletes might rank the same qualities. Implications for modeling and young female athletes are discussed in relation to gender differences in these perceptions.

Streszczenie:
School bullying with reference to gender was performed in Kathmandu. The general aim of this research was to analyze the relationship between bullying and victimization with response to gender among Nepalese school adolescents. The study was correlational in design employing a pen-and-paper self-report survey. Within the survey, two separate instruments measured the criterion variables bullying and victimization. Participants were drawn from three private schools of Kathmandu. These schools were chosen in random selection. The number of participations was 104 school students. The study investigated the prevalence of bullying in the school with reference to gender. The result from the survey indicates that the boys are more bully than girls are. Boys have reported higher mean scores of physical bullying, verbal bullying, physical victimization and verbal victimization. On the other hand, girls have reported higher mean scores of indirect bullying and victimization. Gender differences in bullying and victimization were as expected and as social role theory and previous research would predict, with boys reporting higher direct and overall levels of bullying and victimization than girls. Similarly, and in accordance with the literature, girls reported higher levels of indirect bullying and victimization than boys are. There are a number of problems in Ukrainian society related to the role of women in society. A number of European countries, as well as in the USA, have done a great deal to recognize women's rights and to eliminate the gender-specific responsibilities of women. Instead, the stereotypes inherent in traditional societies persist in Ukraine, leading to less freedom for women. The notion that a woman should take care of children and the home continue to exist, while sexism against women is spreading. There are a number of problems associated with adopting the transgender people. The way to promote a tolerant attitude not only towards women but also to all members of the society is to promote the ideas of feminism and transfeminism in Ukraine.

Streszczenie:
Social media has become one of the most influential forces in the world today. Its rapid development speed, large user group, and robust interactive characteristics have profoundly changed peoples way of life and thinking. However, like two sides of the same coin, social media is quietly spreading the seeds of gender opposition. In the vast world of social media, the spread of gender antagonism takes many forms. First, the frequent gender stereotypes and sexist comments on social media create fixed stereotypes about gender roles. Such gender stereotypes limit perceptions and hinder the achievement of gender equality. Second, gender-antagonistic rhetoric and controversy on social media often spark heated debates and divisions. Many social topics, such as gender equality and gender identity, have become the focus of heated discussions on social media. However, due to heated rhetoric and entrenched positions, social media often becomes a hotbed of conflict and confrontation, hindering communication and understanding between genders. In response to the above questions, this paper focuses on the prioritization of social media on the width and breadth of gender antagonism through the subjects test of the awareness and communication impact of gender opposition in different places.

Specifically, the relation between family income and gender-role egalitarianism of 608 college students was examined by sex and age. Abstract After the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic, a heterogeneous protest movement emerged in Austria that managed to mobilize more than 20,000 people to protest against the prevention measures imposed by the government in February 2021. The preliminary results from the survey we conducted in January showed that an unusually large proportion of women participated in these protests. In this article, we aim at exploring the gendered aspects of the protests through the use of a frame analysis. Against the backdrop of an extensive public debate on the gendered ramifications of the pandemic, we also ask whether experiences of double burden were incorporated into the problem definition. We base our analysis on a mixed-methods approach that complements the results of a quantitative protest survey with qualitative interviews, social media analysis, and data from protest observations.
