Nous analysons des arguments économiques utilisés dans des prises de décision en politique publique environnementale. Pour cela, nous appliquons une méthodologie d’étude de cas à la question des boues rouges de Gardanne. Notre étude met en évidence des « aides » à la décision qui prétendent s’appuyer sur la science économique, mais échouent à remplir des critères minimaux de rigueur et d’objectivité. Nous utilisons cette étude de cas pour formuler des idées que des études ultérieures pourront tester : (i) l’aide à la décision en politique environnementale ne s’appuie que très peu sur la science économique ; (ii) pourtant elle est submergée par le vocabulaire économique, ce qui suggère (iii) qu’en se donnant des atours scientifiques illusoires, les prétendues (selon les critères proposés ici) aides à la décision usant de ce vocabulaire économique risquent de mettre à mal la légitimité des politiques environnementales au lieu de participer à les justifier.

La production d’alumine via le procédé Bayer génère des résidus toxiques – les « boues rouges » – qui constituent en volume un des plus importants déchets industriels au monde. Plus la production d’alumine s’accroît, plus cette part de résidus potentiellement toxiques et sans valeur marchande augmente. Que faire de ces restes de la production ? Comment les requalifier et les revaloriser ? Dans le cas étudié ici du site de Gardanne (Bouches-du-Rhône, France), l’exploitant industriel a entamé au tournant des années 1990 une démarche de Recherche & Développement destinée à la requalification et la valorisation marchande de ces boues en une ressource nouvelle. Mais faire d’un tas de boue toxique un produit commercialisable ne répond pas à une trajectoire linéaire. La stratégie de marchandisation développée par l’industriel va faire face à des contraintes techniques, réglementaires, économiques, politiques et territoriales. Nous montrons que ces contraintes sont interdépendantes et se recoupent dans l’épreuve clé que rencontre l’ingénierie, celle de la maîtrise de la matérialité.

Гарданова в работе над переводом фольклорных текстов для будущего сборника «Дигорские сказания по записям дигорцев И.Т. Собиева, К.С. Гарданова и С.А. Туккаева», с переводом и примечаниями В.Ф. Миллера. Отмечено участие М.К. Гарданова в работе над «Осетинско-русско-немецким словарем» В.Ф. Миллера The article highlights the scientific ties of the outstanding Russian scientist V.F. Penggunaan cara manual dalam perawatan gardan, khususnya saat penggantian oli berkala mengalami beberapa tahap yang merepotkan. Selain itu, derat baut tap pada trasmisi dan gardan yang sering rusak akibat cara yang salah dan tidak hati-hati. Hal ini mengakibatkan terjadinya kebocoran oli pada gardan. Penggunaan alat yang lama tidak optimal, sebab alat yang lama hanya bisa melakukan pengisian gardan saja. Namun, pengurasan oli hanya bisa dilakukan secara manual sehingga hasil perancangan diperoleh desain alat yang dapat menguras dan mengisi oli gardan sekaligus. Metode dalam pembuatan alat ini menggunakan metode DFM dan DFA. Pada manufakturing ini diharapkan dapat menjelaskan proses pembuatan alat ini. Alat yang dikembangkan ini diharapkan mampu membantu mekanik dan masyarakat dalam proses perawatan gardan lebih mudah.

Цель статьи – показать взаимосвязь ключевых процессов истории Осетии второй половины XIX – первой четверти XX в.: модернизации общества, в первую очередь распространения образования, и социальной борьбы с деятельностью одного из первых осетинских педагогов и просветителей Соломона (Царая) Кайтуковича Гарданова. На основе фрагментарной информации из различных источников впервые составлено полное жизнеописание С.К. Гарданова, ряд сведений ранее в научной литературе не публиковался. Анализ развития системы образования в Северной Осетии, а также аграрных отношений в Дигории – регионе проживания С.К. Гарданова, позволил включить события его жизни в исторический контекст. Показано, что Россия вкладывала большие финансовые и кадровые ресурсы в образовательные проекты в Осетии, что дало возможность С.К. Гарданову закончить в 1867 г. приходскую школу в селе Вольно-Христиановское и продолжить образование во Владикавказском реальном училище. С середины 1870-х гг. Соломон Гарданов более полувека преподавал в школах Осетии, горной и плоскостной Дигории. Показано, что, наряду с работой учителя, Гарданов активно участвовал в общественной жизни. Он распространял знания среди взрослых жителей, был одним из организаторов кружка, ставящего целью разрешение конфликта за землю с помещиками в пользу крестьян. В 1884 г. он стал одним из руководителей крестьянского бунта в Вольно-Христиановском, за что был сослан на о. Чечень в Каспийском море. После ссылки Гарданов продолжил учительскую работу, принимал участие в первых съездах учителей Осетии. В 1919 г. он составил адаптированный учебник русского языка для детей горцев, для которых русский язык не являлся родным. Во время Гражданской войны участвовал в партизанских действиях на стороне большевиков-керменистов. Педагог и общественный деятель, Соломон Кайтукович Гарданов занимает достойное место в истории осетинского просвещения. The study aims to show the relationship of the key processes of the history of Ossetia in 1850–1925: the modernization of society (primarily, the development of education) and social struggle, with the activity of one of the first Ossetian teachers and educators Solomon (Tsarai) Kaitukovich Gardanov. For the first time, a full-scale biography of S.K. Gardanov was compiled from fragmentary information in various sources. Some information has not been published in the scientific literature before. The analysis of the development of the education system in North Ossetia, as well as agrarian relations in Digoria, the region of S.K. Gardanov’s residence, allows the events of his life be included in a historical context. It is shown that Russia invested large financial and organizational resources in educational projects in Ossetia, which allowed S.K. Gardanov to graduate from a parish school in the Volno-Khristianovskoye settlement in 1867 and to continue his education at the Vladikavkaz Real School. Then he taught in schools of Ironeti, and mountain and plain Digoria for more than half a century. Along with working as a teacher, S.K. Gardanov actively participated in public life. He spread knowledge not among children only, but also among adult peasants. He organized an educational community, which aimed to resolve the conflict between landlords and peasants. In 1884, he became one of the leaders of the peasant revolt, because of which he was sent into exile to the Chechen Island in the Caspian Sea. After his exile, S.K. Gardanov continued his teaching work, took part in the congresses of teachers of Ossetia. In 1919, he wrote an adapted textbook of the Russian language for Ossetian children for whom Russian was no their native language. During the Civil War, S.K. Gardanov participated in partisan actions on the side of bolshevik-kermenists. Solomon Kaitukovich Gardanov, a teacher and public figure, occupies a worthy place in the history of the Ossetian education.

ZusammenfassungDer Beitrag untersucht das Bild der Deutschen vom Gardasee in der Phase der Durchsetzung des Massentourismus in der zweiten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts. Der Gardasee war eine der ersten Auslandsdestinationen und ein wichtiges Scharnier zwischen Bildungs- und Badeurlaub, Alpen- und Strandtourismus. Die quellengestützte Analyse des touristischen Blicks auf den „Lago“ nutzt neben historischen Beobachtungsstudien vor allem unterschiedliche visuelle Medien wie Reisekataloge, Ortsprospekte, Reiseführer, Fotoalben und Webseiten. Dabei wird der Wandel von dem an Goethe orientierten romantischen Blick auf die malerische Landschaft zum geselligen Blick, zum Konsumvergnügen des Dolce Vita deutlich. Hinzu kam eine immer stärkere Sportifizierung der Natur durch Surfer, Mountainbiker und Kletterer. Aus dem „anmutigen Garten“ wurde so eine lebhafte „Partymeile“ und eine gut erschlossene „Sportscape“.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui langkah pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis flash pada mata pelajaran Sistem Pemindah Tenaga Materi Gardan 2) Mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis flash yang dikembangkan berdasarkan tinjauan penilaian ahli isi, ahli media, dan tanggapan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Validasi materi mendapatkan persentase nilai 95.45% yang termasuk kategori sangat baik. Validasi ahli media mendapatkan persentase nilai 89.05% yang termasuk kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan untuk uji coba skala kecil mendapatkan persentase nilai 90% yang termasuk katagori sangan baik. Dan pada uji coba skala besar mendapatkan persentase nilai 97.07% yang termasuk katagori sangan baik. Rerata skor yang didapatkan dari 4 langkah penilaian yaitu 93.05% yang masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Oleh karena itu media ini layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaranKata Kunci : Kata kunci: flash, kelayakan, media, Sistem Pemindah Tenaga Materi Gardan. This study aims to: 1) Know the steps of developing flash-based learning media on the subjects of the Gardan Power Transformer System 2) To know the feasibility level of the flash-based learning media developed based on the assessment of content expert, media expert, and student responses. The results showed that: Content Validation get percentage value 95.45% which belongs very good category. Validation of media experts get 89.05% percentage of excellent category. While for small-scale trials get a percentage value of 90% which includes the category of good. And on large-scale trials get a percentage value of 97.07% which includes good category. The average score obtained from the 4 assessment step is 93.05% which fall into very good category. This joint article by a classical philologist and a musicologist deals with Jiří Cropatius (a figure documented between 1569 and 1580). Until now, he has been known as a composer who achieved what no other Czech had ever done: getting his music printed by Angelo Gardano in Venice. Current research on sources has allowed us to expand greatly our knowledge about Cropatius’s life. In light of new discoveries, Cropatius is now seen as not only a musician, but also an expert on Latin, Greek, and Hebrew, the languages in which he also wrote poetry. We learn more about his life and, in particular, about his journey to the Holy Land. Cropatius’s Masses, issued in print by Gardano in 1578, have not been preserved, but we can get an idea of what kind of composer Cropatius was from two preserved voices from a manuscript of his Mass for five voices now kept at the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin.

A number of scholars have begun to explore the activities of music-printers in sixteenth-century Italy. The first music-print produced by movable type was issued by Ottaviano Petrucci in 1501, and by the 1540s improvements in printing techniques, and particularly the introduction of single-impression printing, had set music-printing on a firm commercial footing, first and foremost in Venice, the centre of the printing trade on the peninsula. The two chief Venetian music-printers in the mid-century, Antonio Gardano and Girolamo Scotto, headed commercial enterprises the organisation of which merits close study by economic historians. But the activities of these and other music-printers must also be examined for their effect on contemporary musical culture. Through their editorial policies and commercial strategies, printers such as Gardano and Scotto had an undeniable influence on the composition and dissemination of music in this period, creating and defining a market or markets for their wares which increasingly directed the activities of contemporary composers.

Truk merupakan kendaraan yang berfungsi sebagai pengangkut barang untuk didistribusikan ke suatu tempat. Truk adas juga disusun beberapa komponen salah satu komponennya adalah poros gardan. Poros gardan merupakan poros penggerak yang berfungsi meneruskan gaya penggerak dari differential ke roda. Seringkali terjadi kegagalan pada gardan belakang, hal ini tentunya akan mempengaruhi laju distribusi barang. oleh karena itu penelitian diperlukan ketika kegagalan lebih lanjut terjadi untuk meminimalkan kegagalan di masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode, yaitu fraktografi dan pengujian komposisi. hasil pengujian komposisi didapatkan bahwa material tersebut merupakan baja paduan dengan standar AISI 4140 dan tidak ditemukan masalah. Dari pengamatan fraktografi hingga pengamatan visual, ditemukan bahwa beach mark merupakan karakteristik dari pembebanan berulang. Pada saat diperoleh perbesaran terdapat retak sebelum terjadi beachmark dan sebelum ujung sesar terdapat permukaan yang rata akibat konsentrasi tegangan pada saat komponen poros poros mengalami kegagalan. A truck is a vehicle that functions as a carrier of goods to be distributed to a place. The truck is also arranged fennel several components one of the components is the axle shaft. Often there is a failure on the rear axle, this will certainly affect the rate of distribution of goods. therefore research is needed when further failure occurs to minimize future failures. This study uses two methods, namely fractography and composition testing. the results of the test composition obtained that the material is an alloy steel with AISI 4140 standards and no problems were found. From fractographic observations to visual observations, it is found that the beachmark is a characteristic of repeated loading. When an enlargement is obtained there is a crack before the beachmark occurs and before the end of the fault there is a flat surface due to stress concentration when the axle shaft component fails.
