The main research theme of this study is to combine implementing image quality testing tool and improving process standardization. The issue is to clarify and match the process standardization and organization process improvement, while enhancing product quality and work efficiency to provide suggested methods of implementation and use for enterprise that decides to enter the video imaging product testing. This study addresses the combined needs for the creation and use of image quality testing tool with those for process standardization regarding organizational adjustment, cooperation process, division of responsibilities, to improve overall process efficiency and product quality. It uses a case study of S company, a video imaging product producer, as an example on estab-lishing a video imaging testing tool set combined with process standardization for improved operation efficiency. The study then provides analyses of operational performance and key success factors for improvement as a basis for future recommendations. This study finally proposes a method for image quality testing process standardization and evaluation with rec-ommendations for further improvements.
