Higher education in Ukraine, as one of the prerequisites for national security and competitiveness of the country, needs to be reformed, first of all in the context of improving the quality of educational services. Educational quality studies have confirmed that the educational system does not adequately address the needs of customers and those who receive education. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to study the theoretical aspects of the institutional provision of the quality management process of higher education. Methods of dialectical cognition, comparative analysis, content analysis and a comprehensive approach to the analysis of transformations in the field of higher education are used in this work. A prerequisite for ensuring the quality of higher education is the definition of the hypostasis of the relevant procedures, among which process, functional and evaluation are identified. It is established in the article that the institutional environment in the field of education is an ordered set of legally established norms and informal rules that determine the conditions for the functioning of institutions of higher education, structure the relationship between the subjects of the educational process and are formed within the educational system. The article deals with a wide network of organizations that form the institutional environment of the national higher education, which, according to the levels of government, are divided into international, national, regional and local. It is noted that state agencies for ensuring the quality of education have the largest share in the formation of the institutional environment of the educational sphere. This often leads to a conflict of interest of stakeholders, which can be solved by the introduction of the Institute of Independent Educational Auditors.

Purpose Lean thinking (LT) has been implemented in various manufacturing and service sectors. But, only a few published research articles have developed a framework describing the procedure for implementing LT in an educational institute. The purpose of this paper is to develop and demonstrate a framework that can provide a structured procedure for the implementation of LT in an educational institute. Design/methodology/approach Various LT tools and techniques applicable in educational institute were identified by reviewing the relevant literature. By adopting an action research methodology (ARM) for a time period of 28 months, the processes in a case institute were studied; wastes in the process were identified and various solutions were proposed and implemented. Findings A comparison of the performance measures before (Batch 1) and after (Batch 2) implementation of solutions provided interesting insights into the effectiveness of LT. In both the batches, absenteeism in the class was found to increase across the terms. But the magnitude of increase was lesser in Batch 2. Results also showed that the number of unfilled seats (poor utilization) in an elective course in the second year of the program drastically reduced in Batch 2. Finally, a framework that can guide LT implementation in educational institutes was proposed. Research limitations/implications The current study describes only the initial stages of implementation in an educational institute. Hence, some of the benefits discussed are expected in the long run which can be assessed by carrying out a longitudinal study. Future study can attempt to empirically validate the proposed framework in multiple educational institutes and theoretically explain the reasons behind the results obtained. Practical implications ARM can be used as a tool by practitioners to study the behavioral aspects of employees of educational institutes toward LT implementation. The proposed framework and its demonstration can assist employees in educational institutes to implement LT. Positive results obtained in this study can further motivate the educational institutes to consider LT as a potential tool for improving the processes. Originality/value This is the first study to develop and validate a framework for structured implementation of LT in the processes of an educational institute. The study is also unique in empirically capturing the impact of LT implementation of an educational institute by analyzing the archived data.

Higher Educational Institutes hold a central and vital role in the knowledge economy. Knowledge generated by these institutes needs to be collected and disseminated to bring about improvement in not only student learning and performance, but also in educational practices, processes and the society in general. Sadly, in many institutes, this knowledge is rarely recognized, captured, analysed or utilized. Apart from the need for improved learning outcomes, rapid growth in educational data and technology has motivated several educational institutes to implement Knowledge Management (KM). KM is the key to enable educational institutes reach their goals and achieve their objectives. This paper explores the basic concept of KM and addresses the need of KM in higher educational institutes by proposing a framework to improve knowledge processes and practices in academia. This paper also highlights the role of data mining in facilitating KM in higher education through a case study that focuses on aspects of student management. Using data mining methods of pattern discovery and association rule mining, interesting patterns have been discovered from academic data that can be used for effective pedagogical decision making. The applications and challenges faced in the implementation of KM within higher educational institutes have also been briefly discussed.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate elements of socio-academic-related sustainability in educational institutes and propose a structure of an advising system that can aid the most critical stakeholders in such educational institutes, i.e the student. Hence, after reviewing the contemporary University Social Responsibility (USR) Venn diagram, the paper focuses on the need to develop a social and academic responsibility advisor (SARA) system as a catalyst toward fulfilling social responsibility to the most important stakeholder and alternatively leads to enhanced sustainability of such educational institutes. Design/methodology/approach A combination of research methods used in this paper, defined as by identifying the need for SARA from a literature survey. By distributing a questionnaire to students investigating their desire of an academic advisor system and by establishing a focus group to study the academic and social aspects and its implications to students’ “quality of life” as an essential aspect toward the educational institutes' sustainability. Various issues related to the features of the SARA discussed. Findings Literature review shows only a few articles combine both aspects of advising activities (social and academic), most of which are not interrelated to the sustainability of educational institutes. This paper highlights the need and connectivity of SARA to contemporary USR sustainability. The descriptive statistics of the questionnaire showed about 86 per cent of student participants interested in applying the proposed features. The outcome of the focus group resulted in more detailed features of academic and social aspects of the expected SARA system. Research limitations/implications The proposed features of SARA described where the inter-related social and academic activities could be managed, logged and used by students. The proposed “heterogeneous study group” was investigated by observation implemented in four different courses in two different semesters. The result was not conclusive, and further study recommended. Even though this experimentation was not conclusive, the lesson learned from this study highlighted different issues associated with “study groups” within a course. Practical implications Applicability of SARA would enhance the quality of life of students in general and provide a mechanism to motivate low aptitude students to get engaged with study and projects with high-aptitude students. Social implications Avoiding the “feel” of isolation by some students due to the inability to find study partner who can also act as mentor to a study group. The proposed “Heterogeneous study group” would provide a mechanism for “Practiced student-to-student Social responsibility”. Originality/value The paper highlights and proves the need for SARA in contemporary USR where SARA can act as a catalyst for enhancing the socio-academic zone of the reviewed USR Venn diagram. Features of SARA identified as an outcome of the study in this paper. Proposal of “Heterogeneous Study Group” was proposed as mechanism of “social learning”. “Group health” testing was proposed as a criteria resulted from a balance between collaboration, social affinity and project effort.

Employee Job satisfaction is an indication of how happy you are with your job. A person will feel confident and enthused about their work if they adhere to this value of job satisfaction. Teachers play a crucial role in the delivery of knowledge in higher educational institutes, As a result, it is no wonder that the subject of their job satisfaction frequently comes up in conversation. Job-satisfaction theories from Maslow to Lock have all been proposed to try to explain or understand the phenomenon of job satisfaction and motivation. Factors that contribute to employee job satisfaction change over time and cultural aspects are very important very analyzing these theories. In this study, a descriptive research design is used, and conclusions are drawn using a theory-based approach. According to the findings, job satisfaction of academic staff can be improved by implementing theories of satisfaction/motivation in higher educational institutes. Job satisfaction of academic staff leads towards the delivery of quality education resulting in student satisfaction and better university performance. This study has several implications for researchers and policymakers that it makes no difference whether theories are correct or incorrect; rather, it is determined by the environment in which they are used. Theories must be redesigned to incorporate the most recent results in human psychology.

In recent years, India has emerged as a host to several students from various countries. It tenders cheap and affordable education to the globe. Post liberalization, economic boost to the Indian economy was attained due to educational tourism also. The major facade here is the adaptation of the international students to the Indian environment. One of the major aspects which positively contributes towards cultural adaptation among these sojourners is cultural intelligence. Researchers argued that the concept of cultural intelligence is significant for international students who are short term visitors in a foreign country. It is important for them to develop cultural intelligence competency, that is, metacognitive, cognitive, motivational and behavioural cultural intelligence as these capabilities lead to their cultural adaptation. In this context, the present study has been conducted with an aim to understand the relationship between the different facets of cultural intelligence and psychological adaptation of international students. The present study has also analysed the level of cultural intelligence and psychological adaptation among international students to understand the components of these dimensions which are less developed among international students. Data has been analysed using various statistical techniques, that is, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), mean and structural equation modeling (SEM). Results of the study have depicted a lower level of cultural intelligence among international students in India. Authors have concluded that behavioural cultural intelligence has shown a direct and positive relationship on the psychological adaptability of international students. These results, therefore, have practical implications for educational institutes and policymakers as it will help in drafting a policy framework for Indian higher educational institutes (HEIs).

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to chart the development of financial services education from its origins in the insurance industry to the current offering for people who wish to work in the life and non-life insurance industry. Financial services education within Ireland has evolved over time. Originally perceived to be an outpost of the British Insurance Institute, it is the responsibility of a variety of institutes that operate in the financial sectors, covering a range which includes insurance, banking and credit unions. Where tertiary education was optional, it is now a requirement of the regulator that people working in this sector have achieved at least this standard. Additionally, specialist qualifications for those working in the industry are being developed with academic involvement, as the institutes work to provide professional qualifications. Design/methodology/approach – To compare and contrast the Irish regulatory requirements, an analysis of other European Union (EU) national requirements was conducted, illustrating differences in education and current certification requirements. Findings – Educational requirements in Ireland go a long way in terms of ensuring that workers in financial services are adequately skilled in terms of academic, professional, ethical and continuous professional development (CPD). The Irish system covers a lot of aspects of financial services minimum competency code that is implemented in other EU jurisdictions, and in some cases, it has a unique approach in CPD. Practical implications – Serves as a comparable study of minimum competency requirements of EU for financial services employees and highlights differences in requirements across borders. Originality/value – This is a unique study of minimum competency code that has been implemented by financial regulators across EU member states and its impact in the industry in terms of raising the requirements of people involved in the sector.

The transition to new formats of education interprets the need for us to search for new methods of managing educational organizations. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to lean manufacturing as one of the most effective management methods. After all, it is the introduction of lean manufacturing that will allow us to form a management concept based on a constant striving to improve all processes occurring within educational institutions and eliminate all types of losses. Also, lean production involves the involvement of each employee in the optimization process and maximum focus on the end consumer, that is, applicants and their parents. One of the directions is the creation of a completely new model of university management - the model of “change management”. Change management is designed to help any educational institution find a way out of this situation, to promote the formulation and implementation of the set goals of a new level, which are designed to positively influence the emotional component of the team, which ensures the conditions for the breakthrough development of the university through digitalization of all aspects of activity for the transition to competitive educational and scientific - the research model.

The development of modern information-communication technologies has enabled the development of electronic knowledge distribution channels that expand the effective level of general and specialist education. This trend is also present in higher education because higher education institutions and institutes increasingly rely on the use of modern information-communication technologies in their operations. The effects of the use of personal computers, the Internet and global social networks are multiple in the higher education system as well. In the process of acquiring new knowledge, developing creativity, as well as ensuring greater activity in the process of education, new learning technologies, with the use of multimedia systems, created the prerequisites for the engagement of all individual and collective resources. The most important source of the state’s competitive advantage is the ability to educate and retain highly educated personnel in the field of information technologies. From that aspect, the paper discusses information technologies as a scientific discipline and general conditions for education in the field of information technologies. The impact of technical and pedagogical changes on education in this area is analyzed with particular attention. It is known that information technologies are suitable for vocational education, and the modern environment sets specific requirements regarding the applicability of knowledge acquired in higher education institutions. The dynamic and turbulent market emphasizes the applicability of knowledge as a key requirement in the educational process. These short researches propose new educational modules that should structure teaching in the field of information technologies in accordance with the global demand in this sector. Every society strives for a more efficient and economical system of education, and therefore the issue of the use of new information technologies in education comes down to the problem of creating a theoretically ideal model of the use of these technologies at all levels of education and work.

The Groningen Institute Model for Management in Care Services aims to prepare medical students for their complex tasks as family physicians, based on the CanMEDS framework. Although initially developed for pharmacy students, the present paper reports on the eight-year experience with GIMMICS for family physician students at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. The Groningen Institute Model for Management in Care Services is a training game that simulates real-life situations in a structured and supervised setting. It offers students the possibility to practice clinical, practical, and communicational skills. Students install and manage their group practices, hold consultations with simulated patients, participate in several assignments and collaborate with pharmacy students. Feedback sessions showed that the training game is well-received by the students. A self-assessment questionnaire comprised of 23 questions on significant aspects of the seven CanMEDS roles showed significantly higher scores at the end of the game for 17 questions (p<0.05, Wilcoxon signed-rank test ). GIMMICS is a valuable linking pin between the different learning methods in medical education and clinical practice, helping students to improve themselves in the CanMEDS roles. However, simulation-based medical education requires significant time and resource investment.

Regional library local history is a comprehensive library activity requiring special professional training. The author reveals the issue of teaching library local history at library higher schools; searched educational publications on local history in the electronic catalogues of libraries and bibliographic indices. It was revealed 48 academic publications on library local history for 1930-2014. The study objective is to trace the evolution of educational publications on the problems of teaching librarian local history in a library higher school. It was presented the analysis of textbooks on the following features: types of educational publications, authors, scientific schools and content. The study revealed expanding diversity of educational publications on library local history, from single programs, lectures to textbooks, educational-methodical complexes and electronic textbooks. At the same time, it was found out a lack of new integrated textbooks, «fragmentation» in teaching and representing certain aspects of local librarian history in educational work, insufficient number of electronic textbooks and absence of interactive electronic educational materials for universities. The fundamentals of teaching local librarian history were started by two scientific schools in St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture and Moscow State Institute of Culture. The formation of the library local history as an educational course is associated with the name of N. V. Zdobnov. The largest contribution to the development of educational-methodological support for library local history was made by A. V. Mamontov and N. N. Shcherba. The substantive aspect of educational-methodological support for library local history can be divided into three stages. The first stage (1930-1970) is related to the study of local history bibliography only. The second period (1980-1990) is characterized by creating a number of editions covering general problems of regional studies of library local history and library activities on local history study. In 1990s preconditions appeared to expand study of various aspects of library local history. IIt was connected with changes in the state policy of regional development, as well as a growing interest in regional/local history information. The third stage (2000-2010s) of the evolution of educational publications is related, on the one hand, to a more expanded study of some specific aspects of library local librarian (bibliographic processing of local history documents, local history fund or management of local history activities, etc.), on the other hand, to a complex representation of regional studies in cooperation of libraries, archives, museums and other institutions dealing with issues of local history in the region.

For the formation and development of tomorrow’s highly effective Manager model it is not already enough of competences from the area of only classic management and/or classic emotional and even business leadership. The optimum combination of universal values and strategic anticipation, social leadership, universal and special management technologies is necessary. Aspects of innovation process management on organization’s holistic development have been considered, main groups of higher school’s development strategies have been marked, and two types of innovative processes in the education system have been characterized in this paper. The author emphasizes that the traditional association of efforts in the training of specialists through a formal merger of several structures is ultimately ineffective. More productive will be the consolidation of efforts (in parallel with formal associations) through contractual relationships, creation of basic chairs at enterprises, strategic alliances, consortia, network organizations, educational and industrial groups, technology parks, business parks, innovative educational and industrial clusters, in other words, through creation of formal virtual structures. These chairs should become such points for growth of future organizational structures for graduates’ training, in other words, they should become mini-academies, which will provide the high level training, and development of science. The paper talks about creation of new forms and organization experiences for training of managerial human resources of new generation through formal virtual structures creation with authorities, high educational institutions, business representatives, secondary school institutions, preschool facilities. This project implementation requires the allocation of several stages. The first one is creation of Institute of management (as faculty) as the core organizational structure in the form of high educational institution unit. A sample structure of such Institute has been proposed, the practical experience of such structures formation has been placed in the clearest light. In the process of their development the Institutions can be transformed into more complex structures (e.g., academies, management universities), combining the traditional organizational structures with creation of strategic formally virtual associations with various educational and industrial structures at the municipal, regional, Federal, and international levels

And from past few decades, service sector particularly education sector has been neglected in terms of quality improvement efforts or we can say that quality improvement strategies are not being implemented in the education sector. Day by day the number of educational institutes is increasing and most of them are being managed by private management. As profitability is their major concern, therefore the aspect of quality is being overlooked. Today the higher educational Institutions are exposed with global competition and facing a lot of problems such as low graduation rates, higher drop-out rate, less employability etc. Therefore educational organizations must adapt six sigma methodologies to improve the quality of higher education. Although the method of applying statistical process control in education industry is really challenging but in this thesis we take a primary step to search out a solution for the education sector so that they can improve the quality of higher education.

Pharmaceutical companies routinely engage physicians, particularly those with prestigious academic credentials, to deliver educational talks to groups of physicians in the community to help market the company's brand-name drugs. These speakers receive substantial compensation to lecture at events sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, a practice that has garnered attention, controversy, and scrutiny in recent years from legislators, professional associations, researchers, and ethicists on the issue of whether it is appropriate for academic physicians to serve in a promotional role. These relationships have become so contentious that three years ago the pharmaceutical industry trade association, the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), adopted voluntary guidelines stating that drug companies should stop giving doctors free pens, calendars, sports bags, or tickets to entertainment events. Further, numerous medical associations, such as the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and the Institute on Medicine as a Profession (IMAP), and government bodies such as the Institute of Medicine (IOM) have recommended that medical schools and teaching hospitals prohibit or strongly discourage faculty from participating in so-called industry Speakers Bureaus — promotional events designed solely to market pharmaceutical products.

The article deals with the prospects of creating a new tool for collecting reliable statistical and administrative information on the development of education – the system of educational management indicators "Solid Info" for stimulating the development of education in Ukraine. The relevance of the study is also linked to its importance in providing up-to-date and objective educational statistics in the field of education when making informed decisions because inaccurate data can lead to mismanagement in the implementation of public education policies. In order to create a system of Solid Info indicators (i.e. reliable information that can be trusted), world experience in developing information support for education was analyzed, focusing in particular on studies by the OECD, UNESCO, the World Bank, etc. Proposals have been made for the structure of Solid Info indicators, namely to group them into five main modules containing information on students, teaching staff, material and technical support for the educational process, local financial resources allocated to the development of education in a certain area, and data concerning inclusive education. Thus, the above indicators will reflect the key characteristics of the state of the educational situation in the regions and the country as a whole, making it possible to quickly identify the problematic aspects of the educational network and to рrioritize the efforts of managers to promote education in the regions. Currently, one of the main priorities is to develop methodological approaches to the development of a system of educational management indicators to improve Ukraine’s educational policy, which should be based on appropriate information system (for example, software and hardware complex "Automated Information Complex of Educational Management" (SHC "AIСEM") that is administered by the SSI "Institute of Educational Analytics"). It was concluded that the system of educational management indicators Solid Info will contribute to increasing the level of informational validity of management decisions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Departments of Education and Science of regional and Kyiv state administrations, as well as senior managers will be able to rank the achievements of local governments, monitor changes in indicators and identify trends relevant to governance at all levels (territorial community, district, region, country).

Purpose – This study aims to utilized the item response theory (IRT) rating scale model to analyze students’ perceptions of assessment practices in two universities: one in Jordan and the other in the USA. The sample of the study consisted of 506 university students selected from both universities. Results show that the two universities still focus on paper-pencil testing to assess students’ learning outcomes. The study recommends that higher education institutes should encourage their teachers to use different assessment methods to assess students’ learning outcomes. Design/methodology/approach – The convenience sample consisted of 506 selected university students from the USA and Jordan, and participants were distributed according to their educational levels, thus: 83 freshmen, 139 sophomores, 157 juniors and 59 seniors. (Note: some students from both universities did not report their gender and/or their educational level). The USA university sample consisted of 219 students from three colleges at a major university in the southeast of the USA studying for arts and sciences, education and commerce and business qualifications, of whom 43 were males and 173 were females. The study used the Students Perception of Assessment Practices Inventory developed by Alquraan (2007), and for the purpose of this study, the RUMM2020 program was used for its rating scale model. Findings – Both universities, in Jordan and the USA, still focus more on the developmental (construction of assessment tasks), organizational and planning aspects of assessment processes than they do on assessments of learning and assessment methods (traditional and new assessment methods). The assessment practices that are used frequently in both universities based on the teachers sampled are: “(I27) I know what to study for the test in this class”, “(I6) Teacher provides a good environment during test administration” and “(I21) My teacher avoids interrupting students as they are taking tests”. This indicates that teachers in the selected universities have a tendency to focus on the administrative and communicative aspects of assessment (e.g. providing a good environment during test administration) more than on using different assessment methods (e.g. portfolios, new technology, computers, peer and self-assessment) or even using assessment practices that help students learn in different ways (e.g. assessing students’ prior knowledge and providing written feedback on the graded tests). Originality/value – This is a cross-cultural study focus assessment of students learning in higher education.

This study, therefore, aims to suggest an activation plan for coffee museum by investigating the current state of these museums. Especially, I investigated a direction to develop the coffee culture in the museological aspect by focusing on the educational function. In order to strengthen the education of coffee museum, first, the work should be done by hiring educational experts: commentator and teacher. Second, exhibition and education should be strengthened to increase professionalism, and connect the result of coffee culture research to the museum education. Third, coffee museum's programs should be connected with various festivals and coffee exhibition in the community to enlarge openness, and visiting coffee museum should be performed. As this study was performed on the registered coffee museums only, broad studies that contain nonregistered museums and coffee culture facilities are needed in the future. However, I hope this study can be a little help as a reference for the current coffee museum.

Streszczenie:
The purpose of this article is a theoretical and methodological analysis of strategic planning of the united territorial community in conditions of decentralization of power and local self-government reform. The methodological basis is the general aspects of the economic theory and theory of public administration. Methods of research are based on general scientific and special methods of cognition. System, structural and evolutionary approaches are used to identify the essence of the categories "territorial community", "the capacity of the territorial community" and "strategy of development of the territorial community"; the methods of analysis and synthesis allowed to reveal the peculiarities of strategic planning of the development of the united territorial communities, the abstract-logical method was used for theoretical generalization and formation of conclusions. The main aspects and results of the research are applied in the educational process in the development and teaching of normative and special courses "Economics and Governance", "Decentralization and development of territorial communities", "Public-private partnership" at the V.I. Vernadsky Taurida National University for the master's students Public Administration program. The scientific novelty is as follows: 1. With the addition of systemic, structural and evolutionary approaches, it is found that the definition of the term "territorial community" should take into account historical, territorial, ecological, sociological, selfgoverning, economic and political aspects. The concept of "capacity of a territorial community" is defined as the ability to perform the functions entrusted by the legislation directly to the community and local self-government authorities to ensure its life and development. The configuration of the capacity of the territorial community was substantiated, its components (internal and external capacity) were clarified. 2. The principles and stages of strategic planning of the development of a united territorial community under conditions of decentralization of power and local self-government reform, which are important for the success of the strategic planning of territorial development are considered. It is proved that the principles should be considered in close connection with a certain stage of the strategy of the development of the united territorial communities. The algorithm of strategic planning of the development of a united territorial community based on the principles of strategic planning of sustainable development of territories is proposed. 3. It is grounded that the effectiveness of the strategy of the development of united territorial communities depends to a large extent on the way of its development. Practical experience in creating strategies in Ukraine has identified five methods for developing strategic plans for the development of territories, of which the long-term partnership method (three partnerships between government, community and business) with the participation of experts is most effective. This description of each method is given, their strengths and weaknesses are determined. 4. It is grounded that in the conditions of the reform of local self-government the issue of formation of updated (project) competencies of local self-government employees becomes relevant. At the present stage, the demand for a new style of thinking of managers is being formed, the continuation of which is an updated organizational culture of management, the traditional qualifications of today's local government officials are not enough to work in new environments where the project becomes a leading tool for change, achievement of goals, funding unit and one the main means of attracting additional resources to the united territorial communities. The main results can be used by public authorities and authorities, local government authorities, research centres and institutes, and higher educational institutions (proposals for the organization of strategic planning of the development of united territorial communities through institutions of mediation of power, business and community).

The implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies has become increasingly central in the design, construction and maintenance of both civil structures and infrastructures. As more and more software houses develop new BIM software solutions and a wide range of private and public stakeholders employ them, several educational institutes across the globe strive to expand their teaching portfolio to encompass learning and teaching of BIM. This dataset deals with the perceptions expressed by all the civil engineering undergraduate students who attended an academic course specifically about BIM at University of Stavanger (UiS), Norway, during the second semester 2022. The survey was divided into five parts and collected information regarding as many overarching aspects: socio-demographic data, perceptions about BIM before and after course attendance, satisfaction about the academic course and the way it was conducted. Considering the very moderate sample size (28 students) and potential biases due to the specific context of the University of Stavanger, the dataset can provide a useful insight into teaching approaches and future curriculum development, rather than indicating major and generalized trends in BIM education. As the questionnaire responses shed light on the feedbacks and perceptions expressed by university students dealing with BIM for their first time, the formed dataset can offer a straightforward appreciation of students’ cognitive behaviour in BIM education.
