Introduction. An important step in the development of our country's economy and world activity in general is the digitalization of production and economic processes. Historically, we live in a digitalization`s period. It is necessary to take into account the company`s scope, including the financial capabilities. The purpose of the paper is to study the digitalization`s development in the enterprise and its impact on the economy. Results. In the article presents the main software products for processing financial and accounting information in an enterprise. The computers structure use by Ukraine`s industry is given. An example of digitalization management of leading foreign companies is given. The author's vision of solving the problem of the digitalization`s development at the enterprise is presented. It is global and inclusive. Enterprises working on the introduction and development of digitalization of the following software products:ITSM 365, IntraService, vsDesk, OMNITRACKER, OTRS, Alloy Navigator, Alloy Navigator, ITMan, Pyrus Service Desk, 1С:ITIL. Foreign and large Ukrainian companies use: SAP, Project Expert, EViews. The highest mobile average of employees using computers, in% of the total number of employees in 2019 compared to 2018 in the transport`s scope, households, postal and courier activities increased оn 33 267 people or 6,5 %. Conclusions. Summarizing the results of the digitalization's study of the enterprise, we can following conclusions, namely: today's transformation processes are a driving force in the development of innovation and strategic planning. Of course, enterprise`s situational management with the use of the latest technologies is the development not only an individual enterprise, but also the whole of the country`s economy. The important factor in economic`s development is digitalization, which has penetrated into all spheres of the public life. On the digitalization`s development in our country are influencing hostilities and pandemic. These factors lead to a reduction in expenditures from the state budget. The government and local authorities need to seek help from developed countries, grants.

The digital economy is growing fast, especially in developing countries. Yet the meaning and metrics of the digital economy are both limited and divergent. The aim of this paper is to review what is currently known in order to develop a definition of the digital economy, and an estimate of its size. The paper argues there are three scopes of relevance. The core of the digital economy is the ‘digital sector’: the IT/ICT sector producing foundational digital goods and services. The true ‘digital economy’ – defined as “that part of economic output derived solely or primarily from digital technologies with a business model based on digital goods or services” – consists of the digital sector plus emerging digital and platform services. The widest scope – use of ICTs in all economic fields – is here referred to as the ‘digitalised economy’. Following a review of measurement challenges, the paper estimates the digital economy as defined here to make up around 5% of global GDP and 3% of global employment. Behind this lies significant unevenness: the global North has had the lion’s share of the digital economy to date, but growth rates are fastest in the global South. Yet potential growth could be much higher: further research to understand more about the barriers to and impacts of the digital economy in developing countries is therefore a priority.

The relevance of the research is caused by the importance of maintaining the competitiveness of the national economy in the conditions of forming and developing digital economy. The research objective is to analyze obstacles to the effective implementation of the strategy of digitalization of the domestic economy and factors that hinder it, which, in our opinion, are not given enough attention. The authors consider the influence of institutional features of modern Russian economy on economic behavior of business. The adverse institutional environment is considered the main reason which is slowing down digitalization of Russian economy and development of digital technologies by business. The analysis of the modern Russian institutional environment, in particular its important factors such as vulnerability of ownership rights and low institutional trust to the power, allows to draw the conclusion that they lead to the emergence and consolidation of new economic and behavioral norms, which become alternative mechanisms of the economic choice at implementing economic interests. Thearticle substantiates such a modern phenomenon of Russian economy as institutional alienation of reproduction functions of business at the social production. In this connection, there is a necessary to develop state actions for digitalization of economy at their coordination with a complex of actions for improving the institutional business environment, which is slowing down effective socio-economic development of the national economy.

The article is devoted to the analysis of foreign countries’ digital economy programs. The study considers Argentina, Brazil, India and Mexico cases. The authors assess the general state and level of digitalization of the economy of these countries and the national programs adopted for the digital economy development. Next, the article examines the first programs aimed at digitalization of the economy in foreign countries. The authors identify the main problems hindering the digitalization of the economy in Argentina, Brazil, India and Mexico, the characteristic features of each program and analyze the measures taken by states to improve their positions in the world in terms of the economy digitalization. As a result of the study, the authors found that the most successful from the economic development point of view are those countries where, firstly, the digitalization of the economy is supported by the current government, and, secondly, where the systems of institutions responsible for digitalization and communications between them are well developed. The article notes that common problems for states at present are the lack of a unified regulatory framework for the digitalization of the economy, as well as differences in regional development, which, of course, slows down the pace of progress in this direction.

Digitalization can increase resource and energy productivities. However, the production and usage of information and communication technologies (ICTs) require materials and energy, and the application of ICTs fosters economic growth. This paper examines whether digitalization helps or hinders an absolute decoupling of environmental throughput from economic growth. The paper combines the literature on “green IT” and “ICT for green” with studies on decoupling, i.e., the relationship between economic growth, technological change, and environmental throughput. The paper identifies several strains of the decoupling debate and connects them to the environmental implications of digitalization. We focus on the relation between digitalization and (1) the question of finite non-renewable energies, (2) the environmental Kuznets curve, (3) the role of energy consumption for economic growth, (4) efficiency improvements vis-à-vis rebound effects, and (5) the role of general purpose technologies for resource and energy demand. We find that the empirical basis regarding digitalization’s relation to these four aspects is still weak and hence, further research is needed. Comparing the mitigating and the aggravating impacts of digitalization, we conclude that a more active political and societal shaping of the process of digitalization is needed to make ICT work for global environmental sustainability.

Digital technologies play a crucial role in enhancing the competitiveness of the economy and promoting economic growth in many countries. The paper is dedicated to the development of digitalization in the modern economy of India and its impact on economic processes that determine the country's economic growth. We analyzed changes in unemployment, debit and credit card transactions, indirect tax revenues, exports, and trade volumes. In this work, we used analysis and methods of correlation-regression analysis. We found a positive relationship between the number of debit and credit card transactions for indirect tax collection. We confirmed that digitalization had influenced the growth of exports and trade volumes by increasing the role of e-commerce while not increasing the unemployment rate.

The purpose of the article is to develop the theoretical and conceptual foundations of adaptive management of business processes in the conditions of digitalization of the economy of Ukraine. The work improved the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the theory of adaptive management of business processes in the context of digitalization of the economy; the principles and criteria of adaptive management of business processes in conditions of digitalization are determined; the conceptual scheme of adaptive management of business processes based on the system-activity approach is substantiated, and a number of problematic issues that need to be resolved in the study of adaptive management of business processes in the context of the digitalization of the Ukrainian economy are identified. The paper presents the main hypothesis of this study. The concept of “adaptation” is identified according to systemic, process and reflexive approaches. The theory of adaptive management of business processes has been improved by introducing such concepts as: business process at the micro- and meso-levels in the era of digitalization of the economy of Ukraine; competence potential in the conditions of digitalization of the economy; adaptive management of the business process in the conditions of the impact of digitalization on business processes; reflexive and active environment of interaction and coordination of business processes in the era of digital transformation. Five blocks of theoretical and conceptual foundations of adaptive management of business processes in the conditions of digitalization of the economy are proposed and substantiated: 1) prerequisites for adapting business process management to the requirements of digitalization of the economy; 2) conceptual and categorical apparatus of the theory of adaptive management of business processes in the context of digitalization of the economy; 3) principles and criteria of adaptive management of business processes in conditions of digitalization; 4) problematic issues of adaptive management of business processes in the conditions of digitalization of the economy based on the system-activity approach; 5) subsystems of performance indicators of adaptive management of business processes in conditions of digitalization. Ways of further research on this issue are identified.

Background: The article examines the existing and designed technologies of railway transport, positioned as digital in the specialised literature Aim: Study of the process of digitalization of railways, considered as a condition for the digitalization of the entire national economy. The object of the study is freight rail transport in Russia. Methods: To analyze the digitalization process of railways, modeling of a closed production-consuming reproduction loop was applied. Results: An important condition for the digitalization of the national economy is the presence of a conditionally closed economic circuit, served mainly by rail and connecting consumers and the entire chain of producers. Such contours should be focused on the absolute needs of the population, which are the most predictable and stable from a quantitative point of view. This, in turn, contributes to the implementation of production and transport activities in a routine manner without human intervention based on digital technologies. Purpose. To identify the current level and trends of convergence to justify the directions of adjustment of approaches to the management of the national economy. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study is economic and mathematical modelling using Barro-regression and variational analysis. Integral indicators for the characteristics of the components of the studied chain are defined as the arithmetic mean of partial indicators of economic development (24 indicators), educational development (28 indicators), digitalization (12indicators) and national security (53 indicators), normalized by the method of natural normalization. To assess the pairwise, triple and complex convergent relationships in the studied chain, a multiplicative convolution of the corresponding integral indicators characterizing a pair, triple or four of the studied concepts, was performed. The sample consisted of 11 countries from Central and Eastern Europe (Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine). The research period includes 19992020. Findings. The existence of dynamic convergent links in the national security digitalization, education national security digitalization chains is confirmed, which indicates the need for further interstate integration of regulatory practices in the field of digitalization impact on the national security (including digital education effects). The links in the economy education, economy national security, education national security, economy education national security chains have a fairly high static level of convergence, which indicates the need to level the differences in national practices of regulation of these directions. At the same time, current trends in the digitalization of education and the digitalization of the economy remain quite diversified, which determines the need to apply specific national government practices in this area. Originality. Methodological principles of integrated assessment of convergent relationships in the economy education national security digitalization chain differ from the existing ones by using integrated indicators of characteristics of single, pair, triple and complex relationships within the studied chain to determine the levels of their - and -convergence. This allowed identifying the presence of the achieved level of convergence and dynamic convergent trends that arise in the process of economic and educational transformations in the context of overcoming security challenges in the national economy in the context of digitalization. Practical value. The achieved significant level of convergence of the economy, education and digitalization of the studied countries has been revealed, as well as stable convergent links of integrated development of their economy, education and national security have been formed. The results obtained can be used as a scientific substantiation of adjustment of directions of state regulation of economy and education in the conditions of digitalization and in the context of overcoming security challenges.

The formation of a digital economy is one of the current trends of our time, opening up new prospects and opportunities for the development of high-tech business, improving public administration, and improving the quality of life of people. However, digitalization contains challenges and threats, in particular to the national interests of the country in the economic sphere. The article analyzes the main risks and threats to economic security associated with digitalization and identifies two groups: risks resulting from digitalization and risks that hinder digitalization. It is noted that the maximum use of the benefits and advantages that digitalization brings, and the neutralization of potential threats require active regulation by the state. The most important document that determines the development of digitalization in the country is analyzed — the national program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” from the point of view of taking into account potential threats and risks of the development of digital processes in its constituent federal projects in order to neutralize their possible negative impact on the socio-economic sphere. Based on the assessment of the implementation of the national program, the types of risks that may hinder its effective implementation have been identified. In order to create an effective risk management system that arises in the process of digitalization, it is proposed to form at the federal level a unified standard classifier of the risks of implementing the digital transformation of the economy and, on its basis, a register of identified risks. The organization of systematic work to identify and neutralize risks will contribute to the successful digital transformation of the country.

Research methods - logical, comparative, analytical, scientific and methodological. The research hypothesis is that the methods and forms of digitalization of the economy depend on the qualifications of managerial personnel and feedback from the local population. Statement of basic materials. The great possibilities of digital presentation of information lead to the fact that digitalization forms already integral technological environments of “habitat” (ecosystems, platforms), within which the user can create for himself the friendly environment he needs (technological, instrumental, methodological, documentary, partnership, etc.) n.) in order to solve already entire classes of problems. Digital transformation is one of the main prerequisites and a powerful tool to create a sustainable industry and ensure sustainable development. To determine the impact of digitalization on the economic sustainability of an organization, a comprehensive analysis that includes three areas has been carried out in this paper. First, the impact of digitalization on indicators that characterize the sustainability of the organization has been studied. Second, the impact of digitalization has been analyzed with regard to the flow of business processes and the processes of value formation in the organization, which determine the sustainability of the organization. Third, modeling of the impact of digitalization on the performance of the organization using statistical data has been carried out. In our study we have used the methods of systemic, process-functional, correlation-regression and content analysis. The links between the sustainability of an organization and digital transformation strategies have been clarified and systematized, the impact of digitalization on the economic, financial, social, environmental, production, technological, marketing, investment, organizational and managerial sustainability of an organization has been studied. The influence of business models of the digital economy and Industry 4.0 technology on the business processes of an organization is systematized according to the stages of value creation and directions for ensuring sustainability. A methodical approach has been developed and tested to assess the impact of digital technologies on the development of economic entities using the example of the Ural Federal District. A statistical analysis of the introduction of digital technologies in organizations of the Ural Federal District has been carried out, the dependences between the indicators of use of information and communication technologies and the development of economic entities have been revealed. The directions for further research in the field of the impact of digitalization on economic sustainability and sustainable development of economic entities have been identified.

The article analyses the digitalization process of education during the pandemic. Thepandemic has accelerated the digitalization process of education and has shown both positive and negative aspects. The key digitalization strategies of education are noted, the specifics of the digitalization model of education are considered. For a more complete consideration of the digitalization process of education, the author uses the analysis of its socio-economic context, represented by the digital economy. The author considers the digitalization of education as the result of a natural process of the digital economy development, where the key factor is not the subject, but digital services. The digital economy is a complex super-system formed by network interactions and feedbacks of its constituent elements. The key characteristic of the development of this super-system is the formal elimination of the subject as an active participant in real economic relations, which leads to alienated forms of human existence. The author examines the manifestation of these alienated forms on the example of distance learning during the pandemic, as well as the impact of information and communication technologies on human thinking and behaviour. The result of this process is a socio-anthropological crisis, which actualizes the social challenges and risks of education digitalization. The author highlights the wide access to educational services, flexibility and high speed of human adaptation to information and communication technologies as positive aspects of the digitalization process of education. The negative side of the digitalization of education is, according to the author, excessive formalization of the educational and training process, which significantly affects the content of educational material, as well as motivational factors for learning and teaching. The experience of using digitalization indexes to assess the digitalization level of the economy has been summarized: it is advisable to use interval indexes that allow us to divide countries into groups according to the digitalization level. Using the linear regression model developed by the authors has made it possible to establish a direct statistical relationship between the I-Desi digitalization index and per capita Gross Domestic Product for a number of developed and developing countries: more developed countries carry out digitalization faster. It has been concluded that the digitalization of the economy and the implementation of fintech are based on innovative methods of obtaining, processing and transmitting information, that allows you to use the digitalization index methodology for assessing the digitalization of economic processes in development banks, and new indexes are needed to assess the level of fintech implementation in development banks.

Purpose. Substantiation of choice of the model of digitalization of domestic transitive economy and society, the implementation of which should prevent the development of negative consequences and strengthen the cumulative effect of positive factors. Methodology. Operationally, research was conducted based on the key provisions by economic theory and political economy, modern concepts of property, power and wage labor. Special research methods were used: grouping and systematization, logical generalization of major characteristics of the global digitalization of national economies. To achieve the purpose, general scientific methods of research on processes and phenomena were used, namely: methods of analysis and synthesis to create a methodological apparatus for studying the effects of digitalization on the social structure and economy of different countries. The application of the system-structural approach allowed developing and comparing models of digitalization of Ukrainian economy. Findings. Digitization is revealed in three aspects: process, result and factor of social and economic changes of the countries which are at different levels of development. Each of the aspects emphasizes the importance of digitalization in the transformations of economic sectors, significant changes in the economic, socio-cultural, institutional and legal systems of society. It is proved that digitalization exacerbates the issues of accelerated reindustrialization of industry on the basis of technological innovations, immediate solution of a complex of unemployment and employment problems, the emergence of new forms by non-economic exploitation. If ignoring the solution of the problems mentioned, a negative effect is inevitable: intellectual and technical backwardness, raw material orientation of the economy, critical disharmony of society, and others. The comparison of digitalization models showed that the implementation of the model of updating a range of industries can ensure the development of the digital sector and digital economy in Ukraine. Originality. The originality of the study is to find a model of digitalization that will be most conducive to progressive changes in the economy. One of such models is the model of complex renewal of industries under the conditions of Ukraines integration into the European digital market, which will ensure reindustrialization of production, stabilize the employment market, harmonize the social structure of society, and so on. Practical value. The results of the study can be used by government officials, scientists and business leaders in the process of adjusting the concept of digital economy and applying the proposed models of its implementation in accordance with the realities of the transitional state of all spheres of Ukrainian society.

The industrial revolution 4.0 and digitalization need to be addressed by all levels of government, including the nagari. Nagari or villages are the lowest centers of development and need to take this condition seriously. Obstacles in the field, the nagari does not yet have a structured program for digitizing and developing creative economy centers. The development of the Bisati Go Digital fostered Nagari program aims to help develop the economic potential of Bisati and develop a digitalization program to accelerate community economic development. Development of the assisted villages in Bisati is carried out using the village assistance method with the stages: 1) equalizing perceptions and socializing the program, 2) developing programs through mentoring village apparatus and community human resources, 3) forming a digitization committee, 4) collecting initial data on the potential of the nagari, 5) development of digitalization programs and the establishment of creative economy centers through focus group discussions. The target of the activity is the Nagari Bisati apparatus and the community of MSME actors as many as 25 people. The article explores the directions of digitalization development in Ukraine and presents key digital trends. The author analyzes the legal and regulatory documents on the basis of which the modernization and construction of digital infrastructure, strengthening of cyber defense, and further development of new digital technologies are carried out. It is determined that digitalization opens up new opportunities for Ukrainian business entities, in particular, the right to participate on a competitive basis in the European Union's Digital Europe Program until 2027 to build digital infrastructure with a total program fund of 7.6 billion euros. The author presents the structure of regulatory and legal support for digitalization processes, which specifies the purpose of regulatory instruments in the digital industry. The emphasis is placed on the fact that legal acts and regulatory instruments of the complex branch of legislation in the digital sphere create an important basis for realizing the opportunities for digitalization of the national economy. The activity of Ukrainian enterprises in the online environment is studied. The share of Ukrainian enterprises by type of economic activity that use digitalization tools as of 2021 is determined. It is noted that the only alternative way to further develop modern business is its digital transformation in today's highly competitive markets. An analysis of current trends in the use of modern information technologies by domestic enterprises indicates their significant role in the industrial and service sectors. It is noted that the digitalization of Ukraine's national economy should be focused on international, European and regional cooperation with a view to integrating Ukraine's information space into the European community. The purpose of this study was to identify ways to overcome the obstacles and problems caused by digitalization in the activities of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of digitalization on enterprises and scientifically justify strategies to overcome the challenges and obstacles to development. This goal necessitated a number of tasks: to analyze the documents issued by international professional organizations; to identify the advantages and disadvantages of digitalization from the perspective of enterprises; to substantiate strategic directions to overcome obstacles to the digitalization of the enterprise. The methodology of the study is based on the use of such methods and techniques of scientific knowledge as analysis, synthesis, description and comparison. The application of the methods made it possible to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of the impact of digitalization on the activities of enterprises. At the same time, the article identifies the main strategic trajectories of enterprise development in the digitalization of the economy. It is proved that the digitalization of the economy leads to the transformation of traditional production processes and is interconnected with technological innovations and organizational changes, modifies the corporate culture of any industrial enterprise. Digital transformation affects not only the production sphere of companies, but also the entire system of business organization and operation. All processes related to the production of a company's products are changing: some of them are being algorithmized, reducing the transaction costs of the company.

<p class="Summary"><em>The choice of this research topic is reasoned of the relevance of the digital economy in the modern world. It impacts the economies of various countries, both at the micro and macro levels, as well as their economic growth trends. The relevance of a systematic study of digitalization is a priority both at the global and regional levels. The aim of the study is a statistical assessment of the impact of digitalization on world economic development, as well as a digitalization assessment on all levels of the world countries. To achieve this goal, the following research tasks were identified: to assess the current level of development of the digital economy, study the impact of digitalization on GDP, and identify trends and prospects for digitalization as a global process. The methodology of the research conducted by the authors is based on general scientific methods of cognition: analysis and synthesis, historical and comparative methods. The study of the state and development of the digital economy conducted by the authors made it possible to identify and determine the motivational direction of introducing digital technologies by organizations and companies, due to obtaining competitive advantages. All conditions and opportunities have been created in full to implement the development of the digital economy in many countries.</em></p>

The article is devoted to analyzing realization of the declared recently thesis on general digital transformation of Russian economy and real situation connected with implementing national program and project “Digital Economy of the RF”. As an example a construction industry and agriculture are regarded. A conclusion is made that valuable digitalization of these industries is impossible without changing the economic strategy of the country. The present construction boom causes huge inflow of migrants, who cannot use digital technologies, and makes living in large cities more and more discomforting. And to speak on digitalization of agriculture on the whole doesn›t make sense at all. Fair realization of separate projects in different industries of agro-industry complex that allow getting maximally rapid effect from their introduction is possible.
