The aim of this paper is to discuss the relationship between content, context and connectivity and suggesting a model of Dynamic Interplay. This is done in relation to a specific learning environment concerning cultural mediation, in casu the Kaj Munk Case of the EuroPLOT-project (an EU-supported research project under EACEA). In the development of this project several categories of content have been implemented in technology enhanced learning tools. These have been designed to support learning in different contexts and eventually the role of the connectivity of these learning objects and tools is discussed. Focus is here on The Kaj Munk Study Edition, The Conceptual Pond, Immersive Layers Design, and Generative Learning Objects (GLOs) which are applications affiliated with the Munk case. This paper explores the persuasive potential of the interplay between the different applications for the benefit of learning and reflection and a model of Dynamic Interplay is introduced. This is done with a primary inspiration from rhetoric particularly in the shape of the Aptum model and a focus on kairos. Possible benefits of this approach are discussed and several questions for further research are suggested.

Changes of quality traits such as grain sugar, starch, and protein content in full waxy and normal wheat in field grown samples was studied during grain filling. Compared to the normal line, the soluble sugar, sucrose and pentosan contents were higher in the waxy isoline. The highest pentosan content in waxy wheat was 22&ndash;27 days after flowering (DAF), while the highest fructan content was 7&ndash;12 DAF. In addition, the quality dynamic changes of two wheat lines were similar except for starch content during grain filling, the V<sub>max</sub> of starch synthesis were highest at 17&ndash;22 DAF in the waxy line, while this was at 22&ndash;27 DAF in the normal line. The results indicated that according to the different dynamic changes between waxy and common wheat, the quality of waxy wheat may be improved by optimum cultivation measures.

Clay-aggregate mixtures are frequently used in engineering practice. To improve the understanding of the effects of coarse particles on the dynamic behavior of clay-aggregate mixtures, series of stress controlled cyclic triaxial tests were performed on clay specimens with various glass bead contents. The results show that the initial shear modulus of clay-aggregate mixtures increased with the increase of the coarse aggregate content and the confining stress. At the confining stress of 100, 200, and 400 kPa, the addition of 32% coarse particles caused an increase in the initial shear modulus of 117%, 110%, and 67%, respectively. Moreover, the normalized shear modulus decreased and damping ratio increased with the coarse aggregate content, and the influence of the confining stress on the strain-dependent dynamic properties was negligible. The specimen with a higher coarse aggregate content was observed to have larger cyclic shear strength and smaller excess pore water pressure, but the effects of the coarse aggregate content became less pronounced under large cyclic stresses.

With soaring demands of Internet content services, content delivery network (CDN), one of the most effective content acceleration techniques, is applied into Internet services. Content routing functions in CDN are generally realized by load balancing system. Effectiveness of load balancing strategy determines response speed to users and user experience (UE) directly. This paper extracted the most important influencing factor of CDN loading from common network services and proposed the Variable Factor Weighted Least Connection. The proposed algorithm made real-time computing and dynamic regulation in considering of effect of network applications on server load index, performance changes of the server and workload changes. It has been applied in LVS kernel system successfully. The experiment confirmed that the CDN load schedule system with Variable-Factor-Weighted-Least-Connection could balance loads among cluster servers dynamically according to processing capacity changes of servers, thus enabling to provide users desired services and contents during high large-scale concurrence accesses of users.

This article introduces the principle and equipment of FDR for detecting the water content of subgrade. It also demonstrates the details of the 5TM sensor’s installation. By comparing the water content between excavation subgrade and fill subgrade, it illustrates that subgrade form has a significant effect to water content of subgrade, which also provides powerful basis for regular maintenance of subgrade and ensures the normal operation of the highway.
