Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) problems, such as high relative humidity and microbiological (bacteria and mold) growth in accommodation and office buildings, can cause health effects for the occupants. People commonly have activities inside the buildings all day long. This study aimed to determine the impact of HVAC systems on IAQ parameters and microbiological growth. The study was conducted in accommodation and office buildings that had been identified with IAQ problems. The research methodology used a quantitative cross-sectional study design with statistical comparison analysis and statistical correlation analysis. The statistic results showed that relative humidity (RH) significantly had a strong correlation (r=0.520, 95% CI) with mold growth in ambient air of accommodation; O2 had a significantly strong correlation (r=0.541, 95% CI) with bacteria growth in ambient air at the office; VOC (r=0.853, 95% CI) and CO2 (r=0.803, 95% CI) had a very strong correlation with mold growth at office surface area. High humidity contributed to risk on IAQ (OR=50, 95% CI). Significant improvement was shown in relative humidity at all buildings, especially at the office, but mold and bacteria growth were offered only at the accommodation. Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation was needed to improve the IAQ and modify the HVAC system.

One advantage of highly automated vehicles is drivers can use commute time for non-driving tasks, such as work-related tasks. The potential for an auto-mobile office—a space where drivers work in automated vehicles—is a complex yet underexplored idea. This paper begins to define a design space of the auto- mobile office in SAE Level 3 automated vehicles by integrating the affinity diagram (AD) with a computational representation of the abstraction hierarchy (AH). The AD uses a bottom-up approach where researchers starting with individual findings aggregate and abstract those into higher-level concepts. The AH uses a top-down approach where researchers start with first principles to identify means-ends links between system goals and concrete forms of the system. Using the programming language R, the means-ends links of AH can be explored statistically. This computational approach to the AH provides a systematic means to define the design space of the auto-mobile office.

Abstract Many researchers have differed on the optimum values of Daylighting and Passive Indoor Thermal Comfort (DPITC) determinants in tropical climates. The study is aimed at developing a framework for optimising DPITC in singled-banked office buildings, during the activity period (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), in the temperate dry climate of Nigeria. It was achieved by evaluating the effects of orientation, window-to-wall ratio (WWR), R-values of external wall insulation material, and shading devices on DPITC. A quantitative research design using an explorative design approach was employed in the study as well as an experimental research strategy through simulation method to optimise DPITC. The study used the Federal Secretariat building of Nigeria as a prototype of a single-banked office building. The Google SketchUp Pro 2022 and OpenStudio 3.3.0 simulation tools were used to evaluate the prototype building from January to December 2023. The data generated was analysed using relevant statistical tools (MANOVA, ANOVA, column charts, graphs, and tables). The findings revealed that the best WWR for daylighting and passive indoor thermal comfort are 20% and 15% respectively, while the compromise value was 20%. It was also noted that the R-value of the external wall insulation material does not affect the daylighting of an office building but affects the passive indoor thermal comfort, where the optimum R-value was of 3.26 m2·K/W. The mathematical model was developed as A= 224.58 − 1254.84 WWR+ 102.87 PF − 4.11R … … .1 where A is orientation, WWR window-to-wall ratio, PF projection factor, and R is the R-value of the external wall materials.

Inventory management, especially those related to office equipment in an organization or company, is an important thing to do. Goods that are not managed properly have the potential to increase costs and inventory shortages. Inventory management is a solution to manage goods properly. Inventory management was then further developed using the periodic review method. This study discussed how the periodic review method is used to manage the needs of office stationery in universities. The waterfall method was chosen to be a reference in the development of information systems. The information system framework was divided into three parts, which consist of input, process, and output. The output of the information system was in the form of parameter information (R, s, S) for each item. The results of the study have shown that the periodic review method is very useful to use to make decisions about the right time and amount in determining the replenishment of goods in university.

Objective: Renal denervation (RDN) attenuates the sympathetic nervous system overactivity that characterizes patients with elevated blood pressure (BP). Given that accurate predictors of BP response to RDN remain to be identified and that metaiodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) scintigraphy allows non-invasive assessment of sympathetic nerve activity, we explored if the kidney, heart and lung MIBG uptake predict BP response to RDN. Design and method: Thirteen patients with difficult-to-treat hypertension underwent radiofrequency-based RDN. Before the procedure, clinical and pharmacological history, office and ambulatory BP values and cardiovascular risk factors were recorded. Patients also underwent preprocedural rest echocardiography and MIBG scintigraphy. After RDN, a follow-up visit was performed at 3 months, with registration of office and ambulatory BP values. We considered as responders (R) those patients showing a reduction of office BP values on unchanged BP-lowering treatment and those who reduced the number and/or dosage of BP-lowering medications while maintaining optimal control of office BP. Results: Seven patients were classified as R (1 woman, mean age 48±11 years), while 6 were non-responders (NR) (2 women, mean age 50±8 years). The reduction in office systolic and diastolic BP values from baseline to 3 months was significantly larger in R vs NR (p=0.01). Furthermore, the burden of BP-lowering medications after the procedure was reduced more significantly in R (-44%) than NR (-16%), p<0.01. Baseline heart rate was the only clinical parameter significantly different between R (median 82, IQR [67-98]) bpm vs NR (median 62, IQR [60-72]) bpm, p<0.05. In early MIBG acquisitions, the lung/mediastinum ratio on both sides showed higher MIBG uptake in R vs NR (p<0.05). In late acquisitions, only the left side showed a significant difference between R and NR (p<0.05). There was a higher MIBG uptake in the right vs. left lung in the whole population and in R vs NR. All other MIBG scintigraphy parameters were similar between groups. Conclusions: Among patients with difficult-to-treat hypertension, those responding to RDN showed a higher lung/mediastinum ratio at MIBG scintigraphy and a higher heart rate before the procedure. Further studies are needed to confirm these preliminary results.

Streszczenie:
Context: This study was founded on the notion that opportunities for individuals to improve their knowledge of and appreciation for design should be accessible to a broad population. If design is considered a driver in the development of environments that people encounter as part of their everyday activities, they may learn about design from those encounters. With a visual database of environments that include positive design examples, the population will benefit. Firstly, they have the capacity to use their informed encounters to contribute with some authority to discourse that shapes the future of their individual and collective surroundings. Secondly, they hold a greater expectation for design which can increase economic activity through design-related industry. Aim: The Australian post office (PostShop) was chosen as an example of an everyday environment that has the capacity to capture a large audience, due to an ever-increasing and proven catchment of the population-currently one in eighteen Australians will visit each day. To understand the role of design in the PostShop environment it is essential to understand the process through which the environment is developed, and those criteria that drive the final outcome. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the extent to which the key development drivers of the PostShop influence the inclusion of design as a driver. Background: To enable this investigation to take place within an established context, a review of background literature was undertaken. This included themes supporting design literacy; the history of the PostShop built environment; brand; fitout and landlord guidelines for the built environment; global postal models; organisational behaviour; the development process; and the role of design in improving economic growth.
Methodology: The qualitative approach was used during the research undertaken in this study. Semi-structured interviews were held with participants from Australia Post and other (external) organisations to capture data relating to the development process of the Postshop, and the role of design in that process. This data was categorised and coded according to themes that emerged from the interview data. This allowed the reduction of data for analysis and presentation. The presentation is primarily rich narrative descriptions and includes responses from interview participants. Key findings: The data uncovered thirty-three individual drivers that have contributed to the development of the postal environment over time. These drivers were presented to illustrate their changing importance over time, from early traditional post offices through to the current PostShop. Seventeen drivers were considered to be relevant today. These were distilled to four chief driver groups that influence the current PostShop. In rank order, these are : financial motivation: including minimisation of rental outgoings, capital fitout costs and business downtime during refurbishment; and queue operation organisational behaviour: including authority of internal opinion: and competition and personal imprimatur brand strategy: including the desire to be a modern retailer; national and tiered fitout standards; and measurement of the built environment as a brand medium external authority: including postal and other industry models; government pressure; and landlord guidelines.
Conclusions: The aim of this study was to investigate the extent to which the key development drivers of the PostShop influence the inclusion of design as a driver. It was concluded that: all chief driver groups limit opportunities for design to contribute as a driver towards enhanced PostShop success. Despite being one of the leading international postal providers in terms of economic results, the chief drivers fail to embrace further potential for economic growth. The chief drivers also prevent the PostShop acting as an everyday environment that could successfully enhance the design literacy of the one million Australians that visit each day.

Streszczenie:
Office buildings in hot humid Singapore appear to be designed for stable and uniform indoor conditions. It is proposed in this thesis that this is unnecessary, as occupant comfort expectations do not warrant it and energy is wasted as a result. A comfort-based approach to design is advocated, as a means of balancing user needs with the objective of energy conservation. This issue of how perception of comfort is linked with indoor stability emerged from the question, 'why do office buildings, despite Bioclimatic prescriptions for hot humid conditions, continue to be predominantly climate rejecting and active-run?' The literature was found to be polarised by arguments for architectural solutions that are climatically responsive and present lower energy costs, and those for engineered solutions that deliver greater, more consistent comfort, albeit through reliance on electro-mechanical systems. It is argued that comprehending the gaps in the literature, and between theory and application, requires a better understanding of occupant comfort. This would be an inside-out view of comfort and climate, predicated on how the occupant is affected by the building and the cognitive nature of comfort itself.Relying on a sample of office buildings, the thesis set out to establish the following:Prevalence of the climate-based approach, specifically Yeang's Bioclimatic ModelPrevalence of uniformity and stability of the indoor environmentOccupant perception of indoor comfort, both thermal and visual, particularly with regard to variability of ambient conditionsOccupant perception of various operational modes: passive, mixed and activeThese goals were addressed through observations of form, envelope and layout, occupant surveys and the monitoring of buildings in passive and active modes. It was found that the Bioclimatic approach is non-existent in the context of the Singapore office ++
building. In the case of two Bioclimatic buildings in Malaysia, the Model is not consistently applied. This disparity appears partly due to conflicting priorities, in particular style, cost and client pressures, and partly due to assumptions about occupant comfort. The Singapore office building was found to be predominantly active-run, operating within a narrow bandwidth of temperatures across most spaces. Occupant perception of variability outside the primary workplace, however, is one of acceptance, even preference. It was found through analysis of user feedback that the office building, on the basis of comfort expectations, could be divided into three activity zones: Work, Support and Transit. This 3-tiered structure was subsequently tested through a large-scale, longitudinal survey carried out across three spaces, each representing an activity zone, within a single building. The survey was accompanied by adjustments to the building's temperature settings to test the limits of acceptance in each zone. Findings from this exercise support the notion of a three-zoned office building, in which thermal conditions for each zone could be varied without affecting comfort. Energy figures that were monitored before and after the resetting showed drops of 7.1 % in chiller consumption and 2.9% in overall consumption. These findings led to a comfort-based, tri-modal proposal for office buildings in hot humid conditions, defined as the Psychoclimatic Model for its basis in comfort expectations and the interaction between climate, building and the occupant. The implications of the thesis outcome on regulatory control in Singapore and thermal comfort theory are discussed. Recommendations are made for future research into other building types and national context, plus a parametric study into the full energy-saving potential of the Psychoclimatic Model.

Over the last decade, globalization processes have intensified, and as such, global organizations relocated their secondary processes to new spaces specialized in operations (Peck 2018; Oshri, Kotlarsky, and Willcocks 2015). Most of the processes that are being externalized are Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) (Oshri, Kotlarsky, and Willcocks 2015). The global outsourcing hotspots are India, China and the Philippines, that concentrate over 80% of outsourced processes. At European level, Central and Eastern Europe has capitalized most of the outsourcing in the West, particularly in regards to German capital (Marin 2018; Dustmann et al. 2014). Almost half (45.4%) of the total foreign investments of German companies is outsourced to Central and Eastern Europe. In Romania 63.7% of the German foreign investments are processes that were outsourced to our country (Marin, Schymik, and Tarasov 2018). As Peck (2018) points out, the logic behind the process is finding the cheapest labor force pools. Initially, outsourcing was focused on industrialized labor, however, now it is mostly skilled and highly skilled workforce that is being outsourced (Pavlínek 2019). Even if it is work performed by white collars, it has a high level of repetitiveness; however, in sectors such as IT there are also R&D operations (Oshri, Kotlarsky, and Willcocks 2015). Cluj is an example of a city whose local economy and workforce composition changed dramatically after the 2008-2010 financial crisis. The city is one of the Central and Eastern European hubs that benefited from the globalization of outsourcing operations. In particular, Cluj-Napoca excels in four transnational fields: Information & Communications Technology, Business Support Services, Engineering, Research & Development and Financial Services. In 2018, Cluj-Napoca was one of the most developed cities in the European Union in the GDP per capita group 19.000 – 27.000 at Purchasing Power Parity, cities that made a credible commitment at European level to promote knowledge, culture and creativity. In particular, participation in global production chains has generated the emergence of two types of internal markets: An internal market for the well-paid labor force employed in internationalized sectors that consumes a series of dedicated products and services: hospitality (restaurants, cafes, bars), food stuffs (meat products, pastries, premium alcoholic products), lifestyle services (hair salons , spas, gyms), cultural services (festivals, theatres, operas), location services (real estate services, interior design services, furniture manufacturing services). A set of markets that serve the global capital in reproducing their location (cleaning services, security, construction of type A office buildings, human resources). Both domestic and internationalized markets are responsible for the impressive development of the city between 2008 and 2018. The GDP of the Cluj Metropolitan Area and the private revenues of companies have doubled in the last decade.

AbstractThe article deals with ethics governance systems in the field of research and innovation at the organisational level, both for organisations performing and funding research and innovation activities. In particular, it proposes and argues for a system called ETHNA System. Informed by a deliberative and participatory concept of ethics governance, as well as by the dimensions of responsibility in research and innovation – anticipation, inclusion, reflection and responsiveness – it proposes a modular design of ethics governance based on four mechanisms: a responsible research and innovation (RRI) Office(r); a Code of Ethics and Good Practices in research and innovation (R&I); an ethics committee on R&I and an ethics line. Moreover, to ensure continuous improvement, a system for monitoring the process and the achievement of results is provided. The system also offers specific details of the implementation process paying attention to four issues: research integrity, gender perspective, open access and public engagement.

In 2015, Office of Nuclear Energy of the U.S. Department of Energy established a research and development project at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory to evaluate the process control capability to produce a specific uranium/plutonium product from used commercial nuclear fuel using an aqueous co-decontamination separations process. The process is controlled using on-line instrumentation supported by a dynamic process model. The new program is called the CoDCon project. The result of the study will be a quantitative measure of the current capability to produce a specific U/Pu product, using U-IV to reduce plutonium to Pu-III and prepare a mixed product, the composition predicted by a dynamic model, measured with on-line instrumentation and controlled by the adjustment of process variables. This approach would be an alternative to the use of the PUREX aqueous separations process that produces separate plutonium and uranium products that are later blended to prepare the desired mixture. Since plutonium is always accompanied by uranium, the project will provide a safeguards-by-design tool for possible use in future commercial separations plant designs. The effectiveness of the design tool will be quantified using a methodology published by B. Cipiti, et al1. The paper describes the process and the control system used by the project and provides details on the current status of the research and development program. Since this advanced process control system may have international applications, arrangements will be described for possible foreign participation in the project.

Nowadays, the environmental issue has become increasingly important and has taken a leading role in the product design process. The product sustainability pass through the use of specific software tools supporting the design phase. Their integration, to build up a platform, is a key aspect toward the implementation of an effective eco-design approach. Even if the approaches presented in literature to create an eco-design platform aim to integrate environmental aspects during the design process, a proper tools integration is not existing. To overcome these limitations, the paper presents an eco-design platform in which tools for the improvement of the product environmental characteristics are contained. The tools of the platform are used to calculate the environmental impact of a product for each product life cycle phase: manufacturing, transportation, use and End of Life. The platform is completed by a tool containing the eco-design guidelines, also specific for the industrial sector of the company, used to suggest the designers how to improve the product eco-sustainability. The end users of the platform consist of designers from the design office but also from every department relevant for the project, mainly R&D, production, purchasing department, and quality. In particular, the following roles have been considered as users: designer, product manager, environmental manager and buyer. Designers and company experts use the same workspace, made of different tools. They can detail all the product life cycle phases, quantify the product performances, modify its characteristics and verify the improvements obtained without change the traditional design process in a radical way.

Streszczenie:
The BCR Corridors at QU are notorious for wayfinding difficulties of end-users in the building complex. These navigation problems appear to arise due to the repetitive similarity of individual parts in its modular design, highly localized impediments to readability and visibility such as shading device screens and temporary installations, and the relationship of those different parts composing the collective whole of the BCR Corridors to the immediate surrounding context of the QU campus (Figure 1). The purpose of the “Complexity and Use in Building Evaluation” research project (CUBE2: QUST-2-CENG-2019-12) is to build on the research success of the post-occupancy cluster in the first demonstration project (CUBE1: QUST-2-CENG-2018-9). It includes continuing to develop a detailed post-occupancy dataset of movement and space use in buildings at QU. The goal is to contribute positively to future design refinements, alterations, and design of new university buildings at QU. We want to help create a world-class center of education and research where space use, interaction, and innovation are tactically ‘woven’ into the design and planning of the campus at various scales of the built environment. In the CUBE1 study, Major et al. (2019) were able to graphically illustrate building program/use and movement/space use patterns. It included quantifying the relationship between movement and spatial layout, and the significance of other end-user activities such as sitting and interacting in the common areas of the QU Women’s Engineering Building. It also included identifying adaptive re-use of classrooms and storage spaces for laboratory and office uses, leading to a shortage of storage spaces in the building. There was a consistent relationship (R^2=0.68, p < 0.001) between sitting and interacting unrelated to accessibility or metric area, i.e., the availability of seating was the dominant factor for casual encounter, mostly of students. Finally, there was a weak but consistent relationship (R^2=0.38, p < 0.001) between spatial layout and movement flows using space syntax modeling when allowing for the strongly programmatic differences (classrooms versus faculty offices) in different wings of the building (Major et al., 2019) (Figure 2). The post-occupancy evaluation findings in the CUBE1 project were largely consistent with previous results of space syntax research over the last 30 years for generative layouts such as office buildings, colleges, and research laboratories. Those results include the generative role of spatial layout for movement and casual encounter in buildings, the prescriptive effects of strong programmatic aspects (in this case, classroom location and course schedules) in causing some spaces to over-perform/underperform for some types of uses, most usually movement, and the singular importance for the provision of seating to facilitate consistent and robust use of spaces whether at the building or urban level (Hillier and Penn, 1991; Hillier, 1996; Hillier et al., 1996; Major et al., 2019; Sailer et al., 2016).

Streszczenie:
The term UX is usually applied in the software field, but it is also used in the hardware product, space and service at present. Apart from the relatively mature UX evaluation methods in the automotive field, the construction of the UX evaluation system in the smart home appliance field is not perfect enough, and there is no exclusive, flexible, and universal evaluation system. One is that smart home appliances are different from traditional products, such as beds and office chairs, and do not require much brain thinking. Smart home appliances still have interfaces to interact with, but they are different from software products, such as mobile phones and computers, which require long-term interaction; Secondly, different household appliances also have their own characteristics, such as washing machines placing more emphasis on interface interaction, refrigerators placing more emphasis on space capacity, and water heaters placing more emphasis on installation; Thirdly, the usage tasks of existing household appliances are constantly changing according to lifestyle trends, and the emergence of new scenarios leads to changes in the task of evaluating smart household appliances. In addition, many evaluation systems have not been effective in improving the R&D process of household appliance in practice. Due to a lack of understanding of the product development process, the R&D design is unable to address the identified issues and truly assist in improving the product experience. In these cases, an evaluation system and application process mechanism for smart household appliances were built. This paper mainly studies four directions: (1) Combining industry analysis and home appliance attributes, define exclusive UX index specifically for home appliances. (2) Expanding UX index into a dynamic evaluation system, which can be reflected in: ① being applicable to different categories of household appliances, assigning index weights based on user, R&D personnel, and market feedback; ② It can be applied to users with different physical states, such as the elderly and ordinary people, to adjust the difficulty of passing the index; ③ It can be applied in different scenarios and tasks, analyzing lifestyle trends and market feedback, predicting the occurrence of new usage scenarios and tasks, and adjusting evaluation system testing tasks. (3) Integrate the UX evaluation system into the development process of new products, form a complete design and testing process, and help products achieve experience optimization continuously. (4) Based on three successful cases, point out the feasibility of the UX evaluation system for improving the home appliance experience and its positive impact on the market.

The operating boundaries and associated watch circles of an offshore drilling campaign are traditionally assessed by technical analysis including simulations of rig, riser and conductor/casing response to determine the mechanical limits and confirm the design limits. V a r i o u s inputs such as weather conditions, mud weights, tension settings and other critical operational aspects have to be defined in the office. The obtained results are then incorporated into a paper based Well Specific Operating Guidelines (WSOG). This traditional WSOG approach may prove particularly limiting in harsh environment and ultra-deepwater operations [1]. Traditional WSOG limits can be overly conservative, predicting excessive non-productive time and, in some cases, indicating too high risks. In some occasions these aspects may prevent planned drilling operations from being sanctioned. In 2016, Total Exploration & Production (TEP) drilled a complex well at a record water depth of 3,404 meters in challenging environmental conditions offshore Uruguay, with up to Beaufort 10 gales, 16m maxima waves and significant ocean current often above 2 knots. These extreme conditions for the drilling campaign highlighted the necessity of an enhanced Riser Management System (RMS). This paper presents the enhanced RMS, which includes among other features, the upgrade of the BOP inclinometers with high quality sensors, soil stiffness tracking, casing monitoring, wellhead integrity and fatigue monitoring, VIV detection functionality and enhanced operability monitoring. The paper further introduces the use of Dynamic Watch Circles (DWC) and Dynamic Operability Envelopes (DOE) based on real time monitored data and actual weather conditions. Finally, the paper discusses the potential benefits of implementing an electronic WSOG (eWSOG™) replacing the traditional WSOG for extreme drilling operations.

Coal combustion technology is required that is capable of: (1) co-producing electricity and hydrogen from coal while; (2) achieving high efficiency, low capital cost, low operating cost, and near-zero atmospheric emissions; and (3) producing a sequestration-ready carbon dioxide stream. Clean Energy Systems, Inc. (CES) and Siemens Power Generation, Inc., are developing this technology that would lead to a 300 to 600 MW, design for a zero emissions coal syngas plant, targeted for the year 2015, CES and Siemens received awards on September 30, 2005 from the U.S. Department of Energy’s; Office of Fossil Energy Turbine Technology R&D Program. These awards are designed to advance turbines and turbine subsystems for integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) power plants. Studies have shown [1–4] that replacing air with nearly pure oxygen and steam in a turbine’s combustion chamber is a promising approach to designing coal based power plants with high efficiency and near-zero emissions. Siemens will combine current steam and gas turbine technologies to design an optimized turbine that uses oxygen with coal derived hydrogen fuels in the combustion process under a DOE Turbine Development Project [5]. CES will develop and demonstrate a new combustor technology powered by coal syngas and oxygen under a DOE Combustor Development Project [6]. The proposed programs build upon twelve years of prior technical work and government-sponsored research to develop and demonstrate zero-emission fossil fuel power generation. The planned system studies build upon previous work conducted by private, public, and foreign organizations, including CES [7–9], DOE’s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) [10–12], Air Liquide (AL) [1,13], Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) [2], Fern Engineering, Inc. [14], and Japanese investigators [15, 16]. Streszczenie:
Microelectronics is a complex field with ever-evolving technologies and business needs, fueled by decades of continued fundamental materials science and engineering advancement. Decades of dimensional scaling have led to the point where even the name microelectronics inadequately describes the field, as most modern devices operate on the nanometer scale. As we reach physical limits and seek more efficient ways for computing, research in new materials may offer alternative design approaches that involve much more than electron transport e.g. photonics, spintronics, topological materials, and a variety of exotic quasi-particles. New engineering processes and capabilities offer the means to take advantage of new materials designs e.g. 3D integration, atomic scale fabrication processes and metrologies, digital twins for semiconductor processes and microarchitectures. The wide range of potential technological approaches provides both opportunities and challenges. The Materials, Processes, and R and D Challenges in Microelectronics Future Directions workshop was held June 23-24, 2022, at the Basic Research Innovation Collaboration Center in Arlington, VA, to examine these opportunities and challenges. Sponsored by the Basic Research Directorate of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, it is intended as a resource for the S and T community including the broader federal funding community, federal laboratories, domestic industrial base, and academia.
