Polymeric materials are widely used in every human endeavor (bottles, clothes, containers, toys, tools, etc.) due to their unique properties of chemical and mechanical resistance. They are, however, almost non-biodegradable, and their chemical recycling into monomers is difficult and costly, thereby allowing their accumulation into the environment. This review highlights recent advances in the use of deep eutectic solvents (DESs) as catalysts and/or green solvents in plastics degradation, with the aim of designing greener processes for polymers’ chemical recycling, by reusing their monomers. These greener processes, in combination with other catalytic approaches, are aimed at introducing plastics as feedstock into the synthesis of other materials, according to the circular economy principles.

The bond strength and stability of the intermolecular network structure of cellulose play a decisive role in the tensile strength and rupture resistance of paper. In this work, the surface morphology, the chemical composition, and the crystal structure of nanocellulose prepared from cotton fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to prepare cotton fiber nanocellulose by green solvent deep-eutectic solvent pretreatment combined with the ultrasonic method. Nanocellulose of different morphology and structure was used as a papermaking additive to explore its effect on the strength performance of the paper. The results show that the burst resistance index of the paper handsheets could be increased by 6.1% and 9.8%. The burst resistance index improved as the added amount of the NFC was increased.

Abstract Powdery mildew disease severity was assessed on ten eastern ninebark (Physocarpus opulifolius (L.) Maxim.) cultivars. The green foliage cultivar ‘Nanus’ was resistant to powdery mildew. Among the deep purple foliage cultivars, ‘ Seward’ Summer Wine® exhibited better resistance than ‘Monlo’ Diablo® and was nearly as resistant as ‘Nanus’. ‘Seward’ Summer Wine® is a hybrid between ‘Nanus’ and ‘Monlo’ Diablo® and probably derives its mildew resistance from ‘Nanus’. ‘Monlo’ Diablo® had reasonably good mildew resistance. Yellow foliage cultivars ‘Dart's Gold’, ‘Morning Star’ and ‘Nugget’, which were highly susceptible to powdery mildew, were unattractive due to substantial leaf drop, leaf disfigurement and shoot brooming. ‘Luteus’ exhibited better powdery mildew resistance than the other yellow foliage cultivars. ‘Mindia’ Coppertina® and ‘Center Glow’, two recent purple foliage introductions with orange-copper new foliage, exhibited levels of mildew intermediate between purple and yellow foliage cultivars. These ‘Monlo’ Diablo® × ‘Dart's Gold’ hybrids probably owe their reduced mildew resistance to their ‘Dart's Gold’ lineage.

Novel drug leads for malaria therapy are urgently needed because of the widespread emergence of resistance to all available drugs. Screening of the Harbor Branch enriched fraction library against the Plasmodium falciparum chloroquine-resistant strain (Dd2) followed by bioassay-guided fractionation led to the identification of two potent antiplasmodials; a novel diterpene designated as bebrycin A (1) and the known C21 degraded terpene nitenin (2). A SYBR Green I assay was used to establish a Dd2 EC50 of 1.08 ± 0.21 and 0.29 ± 0.02 µM for bebrycin A and nitenin, respectively. Further analysis was then performed to assess the stage specificity of the inhibitors antiplasmodial effects on the Dd2 intraerythrocytic life cycle. Exposure to bebrycin A was found to block parasite maturation at the schizont stage if added any time prior to late schizogony at 42 hours post invasion, (HPI). In contrast, early life cycle exposure to nitenin (prior to 18 HPI) was identified as crucial to parasite inhibition, suggesting nitenin may target the maturation of the parasite during the transition from ring to early trophozoite (6–18 HPI), a novel property among known antimalarials.

Modern Cannabis cultivars are morphologically distinguished by their leaflet shapes (wide for “Indica” and narrow for “Sativa”) by users and breeders. However, there are no scientific bases or references for determining the shape of these leaflets. In addition, these two categories contained mostly THC dominant (high THC) cultivars while excluded CBD dominant (high CBD) and intermediate (intermediate level of both THC and CBD) cultivars. This study investigated the phenotypic variation in 21 Cannabis cultivars covering three chemical phenotypes, referred to as chemotypes, grown in a commercial greenhouse. Thirty morphological traits were measured in the vegetative, flowering, and harvest stages on live plants and harvested inflorescences. The collected data were subjected to correlation analysis, hierarchical clustering, principal component analysis, and canonical correlation analysis with preassigned chemotypes. Canonical correlation analysis assigned individual plants to their chemotypes with 92.9% accuracy. Significant morphological differences were identified. Traits usable as phenotype markers for CBD dominant cultivars included light-green and narrow leaflets, a greater number of primary and secondary serrations, loose inflorescences, dense and resinous trichomes, and Botrytis cinerea resistance. Traits for intermediate cultivars included deep-green and medium-wide leaflets, more primary and secondary serrations, medium compact inflorescences, trichomes that are less dense and less resinous, and Botrytis cinerea resistance. Traits for THC dominant cultivars included deep-green and wide leaflets, large and compact inflorescences, dense and resinous trichomes, and Botrytis cinerea susceptibility. The results of this study provide a comprehensive profile of morphological traits of modern Cannabis cultivars and provides the first such profile for CBD dominant and intermediate cultivars. Additionally, this study included the traits of inflorescences, which have not been compared between three chemotypes in the literature. Phenotype markers identified in this study can facilitate preliminary cultivar identification and selection on live plants before or as a supplement to chemical and genetic analysis.

A novel electropolishing approach for Ti6Al4V was developed involving a zinc chloride (ZnCl2)-urea deep-eutectic polishing system, with current density of 0.6 A cm−2, temperature of 90 °C, stirring speed of 260 rpm, and polishing time of 10 min. The system achieved a polished surface with 73% reduction in surface roughness. Compared with other electropolishing processes, the system decreased material mass loss rate following electropolishing of titanium alloys, making it suitable for surface polishing of additively or conventionally melt-cast fabricated titanium alloys. Using the deep-eutectic solvent for electropolishing of Ti6Al4V not only improves surface hydrophobicity, but also enhances electrochemical corrosion resistance. Furthermore, compared with electropolishing behaviour in green nonaqueous solvents, a similar electropolishing mechanism occurred in deep-eutectic solvents, but the electropolishing efficiency in the ZnCl2-urea deep-eutectic system was higher, and its surface mass loss become lower than that of the sodium chloride-glycol electropolishing systems. The developed system provided a new approach for surface finishing of titanium alloys and has great potential for engineering applications.

Streszczenie:
Pecan leaf-variegated plant, which was infected with a novel badnavirus named pecan mosaic virus (PMV) detected by small RNA deep sequencing, is a vital model plant for studying the molecular mechanism of retaining green or chlorosis of virus-infected leaves. In this report, PMV infection in pecan leaves induced PAMP-triggered immunity (PTI) and effector-triggered immunity (ETI). PMV infection suppressed the expressions of key genes of fatty acid, oleic acid (C18:1), and very-long-chain fatty acids (VLCFA) biosynthesis, indicating that fatty acids-derived signaling was one of the important defense pathways in response to PMV infection in pecan. PMV infection in pecans enhanced the expressions of pathogenesis-related protein 1 (PR1). However, the transcripts of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) and isochorismate synthase (ICS) were downregulated, indicating that salicylic acid (SA) biosynthesis was blocked in pecan infected with PMV. Meanwhile, disruption of auxin signaling affected the activation of the jasmonic acid (JA) pathway. Thus, C18:1 and JA signals are involved in response to PMV infection in pecan. In PMV-infected yellow leaves, damaged chloroplast structure and activation of mitogen-activated protein kinase 3 (MPK3) inhibited photosynthesis. Cytokinin and SA biosynthesis was blocked, leading to plants losing immune responses and systemic acquired resistance (SAR). The repression of photosynthesis and the induction of sink metabolism in the infected tissue led to dramatic changes in carbohydrate partitioning. On the contrary, the green leaves of PMV infection in pecan plants had whole cell tissue structure and chloroplast clustering, establishing a strong antiviral immunity system. Cytokinin biosynthesis and signaling transductions were remarkably strengthened, activating plant immune responses. Meanwhile, cytokinin accumulation in green leaves induced partial SA biosynthesis and gained comparatively higher SAR compared to that of yellow leaves. Disturbance of the ribosome biogenesis might enhance the resistance to PMV infection in pecan and lead to leaves staying green.

Flood resistance in rice is very important in weed control, as weeds cannot overcome deep water. At present, there are no released varieties in Russia that would meet these requirements. The creation of such varieties will reduce production costs and pesticide load on the ecosystem. The object of the study was second-generation rice hybrids obtained by crossing the best varieties for economically valuable traits with samples carrying genes for resistance to prolonged flooding with water. To create double rice haploids resistant to prolonged flooding, the anther culture method was used, followed by molecular genetic evaluation of dihaploids for the presence of genes for resistance to prolonged flooding. An estimate of the growth energy under deep flooding was carried out according to our own method. As a result of the cultivation of anthers, 130 androgenic regenerated plants were obtained in 14 hybrid combinations. In terms of responsiveness to neoplasms, 60% of the panicles showed a positive result, while the rest 40% did not demonstrate callus formation. In total, 30 green regenerative lines were obtained from four rice hybrids, differing in visual morphological assessment. Large genotypic differences between the samples were revealed. These lines carry long-term flood resistance genes and can be used in rice breeding programs using dihaploids. As a result of the assessment of the growth energy in a number of obtained samples, the potential for rapid elongation of the first leaves, overcoming a large layer of water and accumulation of vegetative mass, was revealed.

Streszczenie:
Against the all-too-familiar backdrop of corporate scandal and greed, Charles Watson provides what he calls a blueprint to help working men and women, from the tops of organizations to the bottoms, step forward and help restore and defend the integrity of business. Step by step, he outlines fifteen fundamental commandments of honest business—from put people first to be your own person—common-sensical approaches to making decisions, solving problems, and taking action in ways that deliver results without compromising on principles. Using dozens of compelling examples, from companies large and small, Watson demonstrates how honesty, integrity, and trust are at the root of such essential business concepts as creativity and innovation, risk taking, collaboration, attracting and retaining talented people, and anticipating and exceeding customer expectations. He also tackles such complex issues as how to prevent an ethical ego from becoming arrogant and how to stand your ground when faced with unethical competition, resistance from above or below, or the temptation to take the path of least resistance. Ultimately, he provides practical, not abstract or theoretical, recommendations for developing individuals and organizations that encourage authentic relationships, act in ways that society admires, and have the boldness to initiate action with conviction. Watson also tackles such complex issues as how to prevent an ethical ego from becoming arrogant and how to stand your ground when faced with unethical competition, resistance from above or below, or the temptation to take the path of least resistance. He reminds us that integrity is derived from the Latin integritas—oneness, a consistency of purpose, word, and deed. Applying this principle, he provides practical, not abstract or theoretical, recommendations for developing individuals and organizations that encourage authentic relationships, celebrate positive achievements, act in ways that society admires, and have the boldness to initiate action with conviction. Ultimately, Watson demonstrates that with courage and humility you can, indeed, do well by doing good—not only at work, but in all aspects of your life.

Streszczenie:
The Renaissance has rarely been considered an important moment in the history of democracy. Nonetheless, as this volume shows, this period may be seen as a “democratic laboratory” in many, often unexpected, ways. The classicizing cultural movement known as humanism, which spread throughout Europe and beyond in this period, had the effect of vastly enhancing knowledge of the classical democratic and republican traditions. Greek history and philosophy, including the story of Athenian democracy, became fully known in the West for the first time in the postclassical world. Partly as a result of this, the period from 1400 to 1650 witnessed rich and historically important debates on some of the enduring political issues at the heart of democratic culture: issues of sovereignty, of liberty, of citizenship, of the common good, of the place of religion in government. At the same time, the introduction of printing, and the emergence of a flourishing, proto-journalistic news culture, laid the basis for something that recognizably anticipates the modern “public sphere.” The expansion of transnational and transcontinental exchange, in what has been called the “age of encounters,” gave a new urgency to discussions of religious and ethnic diversity. Gender, too, was a matter of intense debate in this period, as was, specifically, the question of women’s relation to political agency and power. This volume explores these developments in ten chapters devoted to the notions of sovereignty, liberty, and the “common good”; the relation of state and household; religion and political obligation; gender and citizenship; ethnicity, diversity, and nationalism; democratic crises and civil resistance; international relations; and the development of news culture. It makes a pressing case for a fresh understanding of modern democracy’s deep roots.

The information technology revolution is fraught with danger but it opens up possibilities for identity-formation, resistance, organization, and information-sharing that just might open a way forward. This chapter examines a third thread of religious resistance to mountaintop removal, a set of perspectives broadly listed under the category of nature-venerating spiritualities. Most basically, these forms of religious responses posit some sort of intrinsic, spiritual value in natural ecosystems. They often share similarities with biocentric arguments, particularly those associated with Deep Ecology and radical environmental movements. Nature-venerating spiritualities take many forms in the Appalachian movement, including the many types of dark green religion as described by Bron Taylor. Nature-venerating spiritualities are also expressed through a vernacular nature religion, or a localized expression of care for place based out of experience and work in Appalachia. The chapter describes several points where nature-venerating spiritualities entered the anti-mountaintop removal movement.

Artificial Intelligence in agriculture biology plays a vital role in the improvisation of crop production and enhances resistance against plant pathogens. Artificial intelligence brings about changes in crop production by predicting the gene data, showing the ability of plants to resist plant pathogens and environmental conditions. Machine learning methods, namely artificial, neural, and Deep Neural networks. Computational approaches were used to determine Plant Genomics. The main aim of this review study was to understand plant genomics data, predict plant genomes based on machine learning and reduce the cost of fertilizers and side effects. The seven important factors include soil moisture, the electric conductivity of soil solution, evapotranspiration, humidity, soil aeriation, and soil pH and air temperature. The red, green, and infrared channels of sensors in three layers of ANN were used for the determination of genomic data. Chemical fertilizers are used to kill pests damaging crops and affecting the ecosystem. Farmers and agricultural scientists are looking forward to implementing advanced machine learning techniques such as sensors mounted on vegetable and fruit orchards. The traps were manufactured and installed by using sensors to detect parasites infecting crops of agricultural importance. This review study was focused on computational data on plant genomics and promoting less usage of fertilizers to prevent carcinogenic and genomic diseases. The researchers performed an experiment and stated that eight master transcription factors are the most vital to enhance the ability to fix nitrogen from the atmosphere. Farmers are future artificial intelligence Engineers. Based on the review of the literature, it was evident that artificial intelligence enhances crop improvement for better productivity.

The Turkish people living on the lands of the Ottoman Empire, which was among the empires that collapsed after World War I, fought for independence against the Entente states under the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Pasha. After the occupation of Izmir on May 15, 1919, Uşak came to the forefront as a settlement that gave serious support to the activities of the Kuvâ-yı Milliye in Western Anatolia behind the front until it was occupied by Greek forces on August 29, 1920. The activities carried out by the Uşak Central Committee had a very important place in strengthening the resistance of the people behind the front against the Greek forces advancing towards the interior of Western Anatolia. In this process, while the spirit of the Kuvâ-yı Milliye was getting stronger and stronger, it is a remarkable development that a congress affiliated with the Bolsheviks was established in Uşak. The fact that non-Muslims, especially ethnic Greeks, acted together with the Greeks against the people of Uşak, who were subjected to occupation despite providing important services behind the front line against the advance of Greek troops, caused deep scars among the people who had lived together with them for centuries. While the Greeks, who were defeated with the Great Offensive launched from Afyon, could not hold on in Uşak and retreated towards İzmir, the Greek Commander-in- Chief General Trikupis, who was taken prisoner with his entourage, was brought before Mustafa Kemal Pasha, which was the clear sign of the end of the War of Independence. It was not easy to heal the wounds of this occupation period, which deeply shook the people of Uşak socially and economically, during the Republican period. In this study, archives, memoirs and printed works will be used to examine the socio-cultural and economic events that the local people experienced during this period.

Streszczenie:
This paper reports a theoretical study of the power performance and environmental footprint of high-speed vessels in calm deep water, paying particular attention to a high-speed catamaran cargo vessel Faltinsen [1]. The power analysis uses a modified version of the method of Doctors and Day [2]. One modification to their approach is that the wave resistance and free surface wave profiles, have been numerically predicted using two different linear potential flow field theories; Michell thin-ship theory (Yeung and Wan [3]) and the 3D Rankine panel method (Hess and Smith [4]), respectively. We have based the latter method on the combination of the Dawson [5] upstream finite difference operator and the ‘staggered grid’ technique (Jensen et al. [6]). In addition, this paper shows how the viscosity effects modeled on the free surface layer influence the behavior of the wave resistance curves as predicted by Michell’s thin ship theory. This was done by adopting the approaches described by Tuck [7] and Lazauskas [8]. The wave resistance models were verified and validated using the examples of Wigley monohull (Lazauskas [8], Tarafder and Suzuki [9]) and catamaran (Yeung and Wan [3], Tarafder and Suzuki [10]) analytical forms, as well as on the Tuck parabolic strut (Tuck [7]). Furthermore, the resistance models were extended using free surface profile estimates at selected Froude numbers and applied to the case of a high-speed catamaran cargo vessel. The numerical results obtained were compared with published results and their accuracy and application feasibility is discussed from the perspective of preliminary high-speed vessel design. Based on the discussion above, suitable wave resistance models were selected and combined with the modified Doctors and Day [2] method giving the total resistance of the high-speed catamaran cargo vessel in the interval of Froude numbers. Having the estimates of total resistance, enables the effective power to be found. The results were compared with known results and were found to be in good agreement. Through combination of the effective power and propulsion factors, the brake power of the generic propulsion system is predicted. Taking into account the type of vessel being analyzed, the most common type of the propulsion diesel engine was selected. Finally, knowing the indicative environmental footprint of the selected engine, emission levels of Green House Gases (GHG) and solid particles were obtained. The emission results are further discussed in an ecologically friendly high-speed vessel design perspective (IMO [11, 19]).

Streszczenie:
The Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI), introduced by the IMO [1] is applicable for various types of new-built ships since January 2013. Despite the release of an interim guideline [2], concerns regarding the sufficiency of propulsion power and steering devices to maintain manoeuvrability of ships in adverse conditions were raised. This was the motivation for the EU research project SHOPERA (Energy Efficient Safe SHip OPERAtion, 2013–2016 [3–6]). The aim of the project is the development of suitable methods, tools and guidelines to effectively address these concerns and to enable safe and green shipping. Within the framework of SHOPERA, a comprehensive test program consisting of more than 1,300 different model tests for three ship hulls of different geometry and hydrodynamic characteristics has been conducted by four of the leading European maritime experimental research institutes: MARINTEK, CEHIPAR, Flanders Hydraulics Research and Technische Universität Berlin. The hull types encompass two public domain designs, namely the KVLCC2 tanker (KRISO VLCC, developed by KRISO) and the DTC container ship (Duisburg Test Case, developed by Universität Duisburg-Essen) as well as a RoPax ferry design, which is a proprietary hull design of a member of the SHOPERA consortium. The tests have been distributed among the four research institutes to benefit from the unique possibilities of each facility and to gain added value by establishing data sets for the same hull model and test type at different under keel clearances (ukc). This publication presents the scope of the SHOPERA model test program for the two public domain hull models — the KVLCC2 and the DTC. The main particulars and loading conditions for the two vessels as well as the experimental setup is provided to support the interpretation of the examples of experimental data that are discussed. The focus lies on added resistance at moderate speed and drift force tests in high and steep regular head, following and oblique waves. These climates have been selected to check the applicability of numerical models in adverse wave conditions and to cover possible non-linear effects. The obtained test results with the KVLCC2 model in deep water at CEHIPAR are discussed and compared against the results obtained in shallow water at Flanders Hydraulics Research. The DTC model has been tested at MARINTEK in deep water and at Technische Universität Berlin and Flanders Hydraulics Research in intermediate/shallow water in different set-ups. Added resistance and drift force measurements from these facilities are discussed and compared. Examples of experimental data is also presented for manoeuvring in waves. At MARINTEK, turning circle and zig-zag tests have been performed with the DTC in regular waves. Parameters of variation are the initial heading, the wave period and height.

Abstract Preformed-particle-gel (PPG) holds promising potential for conformance control in fractured tight reservoirs because it enables mitigation of fracture channeling with insignificant leakoff. However, conventional PPG with weak and brittle network is severely vulnerable to shrinkage, breakage, fatigue and even degradation during extruding through narrow fractures that were much smaller than themselves, and finally results in the failure of gel treatment. Therefore, in this work, a new kind of nanocellulose-regulated robust particle-gel (N-PPG) was designed and prepared using high-modulus and green nanocellulose (NCF). The mechanical properties of N-PPG including hardness, springiness, resilience, chewiness and cohesiveness were assessed using a texture analyzer at the grain-scale. The results demonstrated that the presence of NCF (0.1 wt%) noticeably improved the mechanical properties of PPG, 49.5% increment of hardness, 29.3% of resilience, 86.3% of chewiness and 25% of cohesiveness. The swelling test showed that the salinity had slight effect on the swelling kinetics and equilibrium swelling ratio (SR) of N-PPG. N-PPG exhibited excellent tolerance to the acidic solution. After aging for 44 days, SR fluctuated slightly and maintained at 9 cm3/g. The gel skeleton was not collapsed, and the microstructure was similar to the control group (aged in the neutral solution). Upon transporting through the fractures, the porous media was packed using millimetric-sized glass beads to replicate proppant-filled fractures after hydraulic fracturing. N-PPG exhibited significantly higher resistance factor (Fr) and residual resistance factor (Frr), indicative of better performance in conformance control. The influence of particle size, velocity, and PPG elasticity on the transport and placement of PPG in fractures were investigated. Due to the preeminent mechanical properties, N-PPG was hardly broken even after being extruded out from pore-throat geometries with up to a particle-throat diameter ratio (Dg/Dp) of 15, whereas the control PPG was notably crushed, implying the low efficiency in deep applications of conformance control. The Fr of PPG in fractures analogously depended on Dg/Dp even if the superficial velocity (u) was varied from 0.72 m/d to 4.32 m/d. To fully consider the interaction between deformable particle and fluid in the complex pore-throat geometries, an Immersed Boundary-Lattice Boltzmann modeling (IB-LBM) was developed to numerically simulate PPG passing through a throat (50 μm). A spring-network model was used to capture the deformation of PPG. The grain-scale modeling yielded the pressure profile of PPG, from which a clog-deform-pass procession mode was defined.

Streszczenie:
Research For children, the excessive use of antibiotics treatment will damage the liver and kidney functions of children, produce drug resistance, affect the health of children, and traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of safety, effective and green, among which children moxibustion application has been widely recognized, and the family traditional Chinese medicine health equipment for children is of great significance. Current studies believe that moxibustion plays the function of dredging meridians and regulating the whole body through three aspects: thermal action, near infrared action and biochemical action. But for children, the skin is delicate, and the nerve is weak. The traditional diagnosis and treatment method of moxibustion has some problems, such as heavy smoke smell, difficult time and temperature control, and complex operation. Besides, the quality of electronic moxibustion products on the market is uneven, and children have not been subdivided. The product design of moxibustion instrument that fully considers the physiological and psychological characteristics of users can have good physiotherapy effect and user experience.Research objective: Emotional design has three different dimensions, namely instinct, behavior and reflection, to study the cognitive response and psychological experience of users to products and apply it in design. This paper aims to explore children as the target user group, focus on the specific situation of home care, summarize and analyze the characteristics and needs of users, design a wearable children's home moxibustion instrument that acts on the body surface and acupoints, and create a good physiotherapy experience for users through visual information and interesting design.Research methods: Based on emotional design, this paper discusses the three-level theory method of products and applies it to the design of wearable children's home moxibustion instrument. This paper mainly from three parts: firstly, population analysis and demand exploration. In this study, the characteristics of children groups are summarized by means of observation and user interview, and the internal needs of related users in the home environment are analyzed. The physical and behavioral characteristics of children are fully considered, the psychological and emotional needs of children are studied, and the three-level theory of emotional design is combined to create an interesting physiotherapy experience. Secondly, summarize the application of pediatric moxibustion in daily health care. Summarize the main health needs of users through preliminary investigation, study the multiple diseases in the childhood stage, and sort out the corresponding treatment methods as the theoretical basis of health care. Thirdly, analyze the transmission mode of information and design visualization. In the design, the wearable sensor and communication equipment are investigated and analyzed, and the user's psychology and interaction scenarios were studied through role-playing, service blueprint and other methods, to design the information interface and product interaction mode. Conclusion: This design starts from the collection of users' physiological signals, receives and transforms them into visual information, puts forward health care plan based on children's moxibustion as a theoretical basis, and adjusts users' physical conditions by applying moxibustion patches in line with children's group characteristics to the surface acupoints. Through the three-level theory of emotional design, users are centered, and emotions are taken as the starting point to analyze the group characteristics and potential needs of users, so as to provide design help for providing positive emotional guidance, creating good experience and satisfying deep needs.
