In this work, we propose two cooperative passivity-based control methods for networks of mechanical systems. By cooperatively synchronizing the end-effector coordinates of the individual agents, we achieve cooperation between systems of different types. The underlying passivity property of our control approaches ensures that cooperation is stable and robust. Neither of the two approaches rely on the modeling information of neighbors, locally, which simplifies the interconnection of applicable systems and makes the approaches modular in their use. Our first approach is a generalized cooperative Interconnection-and-Damping Assignment passivity-based control (IDA-PBC) scheme for networks of fully actuated and underactuated systems. Our approach leverages the definition of end-effector coordinates in existing single-agent IDA-PBC solutions for underactuated systems to satisfy the matching conditions, independently of the cooperative control input. Accordingly, our approach integrates a large set of existing single-agent solutions and facilitates cooperative control between these and fully actuated systems. Our second approach proposes agent outputs composed of their end-effector coordinates and velocities to guarantee cooperative stability for networks of fully actuated systems in the presence of communication delays. We validate both approaches in simulation and experiments.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of information technology on the effectiveness of the internal control system in the Bina Citra Women's Cooperative in Menganti Gresik. The research method used is qualitative, involving cooperative heads, cooperative treasurers, and cooperative members as informants. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with cooperative members and management, direct observation of activities in cooperatives, and study of documents such as cooperative SOPs, financial reports, and information technology usage policies. The results of the study show that cooperative members have a positive perception of the influence of the use of information technology in increasing the effectiveness of the cooperative's internal control system. Information technology helps in prioritizing customer service, preventing fraud, and reducing the risk of fraud

The study examines the transformation of the legal status of agricultural cooperatives in Russia from the period when the Provisional Government came to power to 1929, the period when this type of cooperation was liquidated as a separate entity. The study demonstrates changes in cooperative legislation after the February Revolution of 1917 until the late 1920s — from expanding the democratic foundations of cooperative societies to the complete abolition of agricultural cooperation as a separate type of this socio-economic movement. The legislation of the Provisional Government on cooperation, including agricultural, expanded the rights of agricultural societies, established a unified legal status for all types of cooperatives, introduced the concept of a “cooperative society” into legal circulation for the first time, allowed cooperatives to form unions, and outlined a clear algorithm for the organization of cooperative activities. The period of “war communism” was characterized by extremely harsh measures regarding the state control of cooperatives. During the New Economic Policy, the legislator adopted imperial cooperative legislation, granting democratic rights and freedoms to cooperatives. This was driven by the difficult financial situation of the population, especially peasants, and the acute shortage of food products. The policy of building a socialist state determined the further fate of agricultural cooperation, as well as cooperation in general, transforming it from a private-law institution into a public-law one and thereby depriving it of the fundamental principles on which it had been built for several decades.

The development of agricultural robots is an increasingly popular research field aiming at addressing the widespread labor shortages in the farming industry and the ever-increasing food production demands. In many cases, multiple cooperating robots can be deployed in order to reduce task duration, perform an operation not possible with a single robot, or perform an operation more effectively. Building on previous results, this application paper deals with a cooperation strategy that allows two heterogeneous robots to cooperatively carry out grape harvesting, and its implementation is demonstrated. More specifically, the cooperative grape harvesting task involves two heterogeneous robots, where one robot (i.e., the expert) is assigned the grape harvesting task, whereas the second robot (i.e., the helper) is tasked with supporting the harvesting task by carrying the harvested grapes. The proposed cooperative harvesting methodology ensures safe and effective interactions between the robots. Field experiments have been conducted in order firstly to validate the effectiveness of the coordinated navigation algorithm and secondly to demonstrate the proposed cooperative harvesting method. The paper reports on the conclusions drawn from the field experiments, and recommendations for future enhancements are made. The potential of sophisticated as well as explainable decision-making based on logic for enhancing the cooperation of autonomous robots in agricultural applications is discussed in the context of mathematical lattice theory.

All over the world want organizations to be sustainable, like organizations in Indonesia. Corporate governance (CG) implementation is a must in an organization. The application of corporate governance in Indonesia is applied to organizations in the form of cooperatives. The study aimed to determine factors of corporate governance in women corporative of East Java, Indonesia. Factors that include corporate governance are internal control, the rules for members, annual member meetings. The object of this study was 159 Cooperatives in East Java, Indonesia. The implementation of coporate governance in women's cooperatives has been going well, judging by the cooperative's performance appraisal. The implementation of internal control still needs to be improved. Cooperative members have mostly fulfilled their obligations as members through payment of basic contributions and mandatory contributions. The meeting held by members of most women's cooperatives was carried out on time. Cooperatives are microfinance institutions for cooperative members. Cooperatives are organizations that are established for the welfare of members. Implementation of corporate governance in women's cooperatives will improve cooperative performance.

Cooperatives are a different organization with other businesses, such as BUMN and BUMD or government organizations. The uniqueness of cooperatives is that cooperatives are business units that have multiple identities in which each cooperative member is the owner and user of cooperative services. In order to be able to compete with other financial institutions, the cooperative must be able to determine a policy and strategy that must be developed and improved. One policy that can be taken to assist the development of cooperatives is the effectiveness of management control systems. Internal control is an activity that is influenced by the organization, coordinated methods and provisions to maintain organizational wealth, check accuracy, and reliability of accounting data, to improve business efficiency and encourage compliance with company regulations. The cooperative internal control system is influenced by several factors, namely the size of the cooperative, the type of cooperative, and the management experience of management. This study has the purpose of 1) whether the size of the cooperative influences the quality of the internal control system in cooperatives in Tabanan Regency. 2) whether the type of cooperative influences the quality of the internal control system in cooperatives in Tabanan Regency. 3) whether the management experience affects the quality of the internal control system in cooperatives in Tabanan Regency. This study uses primary data in the form of answers to questionnaires from supervisors and directors of cooperatives in Tabanan district. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling technique so that the sample in this study amounted to 35 cooperatives. The analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that 1) the size of the cooperative has a positive effect on the quality of the internal control system. 2) types of cooperatives have a positive effect on the quality of the internal control system. 3) management management experience has a positive effect on the quality of the internal control system.

Agricultural cooperation in Russia is considered today as the most important condition for the successful functioning of the agricultural sector of the economy, as well as the development of rural areas and communities. However, as the results of theoretical and empirical analysis of domestic cooperative practices development demonstrate, cooperative activities, despite significant efforts by the State to support cooperation, are still low in efficiency. At the same time, one of the reasons for the current situation in the activities of agricultural consumer cooperatives is that their organizational model (traditional cooperatives) is unable to realize its potential in a new (rapidly changing) economic environment (both global and national). In this connection, the article 1) reveals the peculiarities of the conditions in which domestic cooperatives operate, as well as the problems they face in implementing strictly traditional principles in their organizational structure; 2) justifies the need to transform both the model of cooperatives and the formal and informal institutions that determine the development of cooperation in rural space; 3) highlights the main directions of traditional cooperative principles modification to bring cooperative structures to the new level of efficiency and competitiveness. The main result of the research is the conceptual definition of three alternative models of business-type cooperatives with different strategies, as well as different degrees of individualization property rights, control, and management. The common features of the proposed varieties of contemporary entrepreneurial cooperatives include the restriction of membership, the application of up-to-date financial instruments to enhance additional investment opportunities, the involvement of a wide range of participants in cooperative activities (as members, specialists, managers), and the implementation of various motivational tools for rapid expansion of cooperative activities. In conclusion, the author presents the algorithm of organizational and institutional changes, which are necessary for the successful introduction of the entrepreneurial model of agricultural cooperatives into domestic economic practice.

Reliability is a key factor for application-oriented Underwater Sensor Networks (UWSNs) which are utilized for gaining certain objectives and a demand always exists for efficient data routing mechanisms. Cooperative routing is a promising technique which utilizes the broadcast feature of wireless medium and forwards data with cooperation using sensor nodes as relays. Here, we present a cooperation-based routing protocol for underwater networks to enhance their performance called Stochastic Performance Analysis with Reliability and Cooperation (SPARCO). Cooperative communication is explored in order to design an energy-efficient routing scheme for UWSNs. Each node of the network is assumed to be consisting of a single omnidirectional antenna and multiple nodes cooperatively forward their transmissions taking advantage of spatial diversity to reduce energy consumption. Both multihop and single-hop schemes are exploited which contribute to lowering of path-losses present in the channels connecting nodes and forwarding of data. Simulations demonstrate that SPARCO protocol functions better regarding end-to-end delay, network lifetime, and energy consumption comparative to noncooperative routing protocol—improved Adaptive Mobility of Courier nodes in Threshold-optimized Depth-based routing (iAMCTD). The performance is also compared with three cooperation-based routing protocols for UWSN: Cognitive Cooperation (Cog-Coop), Cooperative Depth-Based Routing (CoDBR), and Cooperative Partner Node Selection Criteria for Cooperative Routing (Coop Re and dth).

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo comparar el uso del aprendizaje cooperativo en la clase de educación física del nivel secundario de dos centros educativos y verificar su relación con la responsabilidad individual. El estudio fue cuasiexperimental, solo con post test. Después de confirmar las características psicométricas del Cuestionario de Aprendizaje Cooperativo, se hicieron comparaciones de los puntajes obtenidos en las escalas del cuestionario entre el grupo experimental y el grupo control. La hipótesis planteada fue que los participantes del grupo experimental obtendrían puntuaciones más altas que los del grupo control en el factor Responsabilidad Individual. Los participantes del grupo experimental fueron 104 estudiantes, quienes participaron en una unidad didáctica cooperativa y luego llenaron el cuestionario. Los participantes del grupo control fueron 154 estudiantes, quienes no participaron de una unidad didáctica cooperativa, pero sí llenaron el cuestionario. Para poder validar las escalas del cuestionario se realizó un Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio (AFC) con el software Amos 22 para comprobar que se mantenían los 5 factores propuestos originalmente. Encontrando como resultado que las medias de puntuaciones en el cuestionario siempre fueran más altas en el grupo experimental. Como era de esperar, la única diferencia estadísticamente significativa fue encontrada en el factor Responsabilidad Individual. Lo cual lleva a la conclusión de que, las clases cooperativas sí mejoraron notablemente una competencia necesaria para un mejor aprendizaje. Abstract. The objective of this article is to compare the use of cooperative learning in the physical education class at the high school level of two educational centers and to verify its relationship with individual responsibility. The study was quasi-experimental, with post-test only. In addition to confirming the psychometric characteristics of the Cooperative Learning Questionnaire we compared the scores obtained on the scales of the questionnaire between the experimental group and the control group. The expected hypothesis was that the participants in the experimental group would obtain higher scores than those in the control group on the Individual Responsibility factor. The participants of the experimental group were 104 students, who participated in a cooperative teaching unit and then filled out the questionnaire. The control group participants were 154 students, who did not participate in a cooperative teaching unit but did fill out the questionnaire. To validate the questionnaire scales, a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was performed with the Amos 22 software to verify that the 5 originally proposed factors were maintained. As a result, we found that the mean scores in the questionnaire were always higher in the experimental group. As expected, the only statistically significant difference was found in the Individual Responsibility factor. This leads to the conclusion that cooperative classes did significantly improve one necessary skill for better learning.

Large-scale cooperation is a hallmark of our species and appears to be unique among primates. Yet the evolutionary mechanisms that drove the emergence of humanlike patterns of cooperation remain unclear. Studying the cognitive processes underlying cooperative behavior in apes, our closest living relatives, can help identify these mechanisms. Accordingly, we employed a novel test battery to assess the willingness of 40 chimpanzees to donate resources, instrumentally help others, and punish a culpable thief. We found that chimpanzees were faster to make prosocial than selfish choices and that more prosocial individuals made the fastest responses. Further, two measures of self-control did not predict variation in prosocial responding, and individual performance across cooperative tasks did not covary. These results show that chimpanzees and humans share key cognitive processes for cooperation, despite differences in the scope of their cooperative behaviors.

Air pollution control refers to a vital issue in the integrated and coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. As impacted by the fluidity of air pollution, air pollution control cannot be achieved independently by a single local government in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and a long-term mechanism should be established for regional coordination and cooperative control. However, in the pursuit of maximising benefits by the participating parties, difficulties in effective coordination between the various control bodies occurred and a dilemma was created in the cooperative control of air pollution in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Based on the existing research, this study first builds an evolutionary game model to analyse the evolutionary path and stability of cooperative alliance of air pollution control behaviour in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Second, this study explores the core elements of reaching alliances and consolidating cooperative control among cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Last, in combination with the simulation results, this study compares the feasibility of cooperative control among cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region with and without central government constraints. As indicated from the results, without the constraints of the central government, intergovernmental cooperative control is correlated with intercity public benefits, cities’ own benefits, and air pollution losses, whereas it is not effective since it cannot control the phenomenon of “free-riding” by cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Under the control of the central government, a stable strategy among cities can evolve toward a fast and efficient cooperative management. To achieve air pollution control effectively, the air pollution control alliance should be formed in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the benefits of cooperation lay the basis for reaching cooperative control. The mentioned findings highlight that (1) the benefits of cooperation lay the basis for cooperative control, (2) punitive policies of central government increase the evolutionary rate of cooperative control, and (3) cooperation costs determine the long-term stability of the alliance.

Las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito-COAC, son sociedades de personas autorizadas por la ley para efectuar intermediación financiera y, mediante sus productos financieros y no financieros, dar respuesta a los problemas de sus socios con eficiencia económica, financiera, social y ambiental. Por ello el propósito de la investigación se encamina a determinar, si además de la práctica financiera desarrollan buenas prácticas de gestión social y si miden aquello e informan los resultados a sus grupos de interés. En esta investigación se describe la situación de las cooperativas, analizando la aplicación de metodologías de gestión social, necesarias pero aún no muy conocidas. Para ello se apoya en la información directa de las cooperativas y la revisión de información de fuentes secundarias, de organizaciones como: Alianza Cooperativa Internacional (ACI) hoy Cooperativas de las Américas, Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria, los organismos de integración cooperativa existentes en el Ecuador, entre otras. La investigación determina que dichas empresas solidarias privilegian los temas de control y supervisión, lo financiero más que lo social, lo cual las aleja del cumplimento de su rol y objeto social. AbstractThe credit unions-COAC are societies of natural people which are authorized by law to carry out financial intermediation and through its financial and non-financial products respond to the problems of their partners with economic, financial, social and environmental efficiency. Therefore, the purpose of this research is aimed at determining whether besides financial practice it is developed good social management practices and whether they measure and report the results to its stakeholders. In this research the situation of cooperatives is described, analyzing the implementation of social management methodologies, which are necessary but not well known yet. For this purpose, it relies on direct information of cooperatives and review of information from secondary sources, organizations such as: International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) today Cooperatives of the Americas, Superintendence of Popular Economy and Solidary, the existing agencies of cooperative integration in Ecuador, among others. The investigation determined that such solidarity companies privilege the issues of control and supervision of the financial part rather than the social one, which moves away from the fulfillment of their role and social objective.

The objective to determine internal control system and HR competence on financial reports at the Abiansemal Distrik Cooperative, which consists of savings and loan cooperatives and multi-business cooperatives. The population were all employes of the Abiansemal Sub-district Cooperative, as many as 489 employees. The sample used was 199 employees of the Abiansemal District Cooperative. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, sampling with consideration. Analys used multiple liniar regresion analysi. The results of the analysis show that the internal control system and human resource competence have effect on the quality of financial reports at the Abiansemal Sub-district Cooperative.

Smooth repayment of credit is one thing that greatly affects operational activities and cash flow circulation. So that the implementation of good internal control can affect the smooth return of credit to cooperatives and do not cause large accounts receivable. This research was conducted at the Lingga Artha cooperative located in Banjar Aseman Abiansemal Badung. The number of cooperative employees is 11 people, with the composition of 1 manager, 3 credit department, 1 cashier, 1 savings officer, 5 collectors. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive method, namely by collecting data and describing and explaining the data and information obtained on the basis of relevant theories to get conclusions. Based on the results of the interview, it can be found that the Lingga Artha Cooperative has not implemented the 5 aspects of internal control properly, this has led to substandard and non-current credit repayments. Besides that, it also affects other aspects of the cooperative's business, which can harm the cooperative itself and especially its members. Of the several cases of credit repayment stagnation, one of which is borrowing large amounts of credit but with guarantees that are not in accordance with credit lending procedures, and not reviewing the borrower in terms of credit risk, namely character, capacity, collateral and condition, in addition to that in terms of Information and communication is needed in disbursement of loans where the cooperative must get as much information as possible about the current condition of the borrower. The separation of responsibilities must also be clarified and the amount of collateral must be adjusted to the size of the loan. Supervision from related parties must also be tightened so as to minimize fraud and negligence of responsibility. Some things that can be done to anticipate negligence in the application of internal control are expected to be able to provide training for cooperatives to understand how important internal control is in running a cooperative business.

Limited by the load capacity of UAVs, it is difficult for an integrated radio frequency (RF) system aboard a single platform to have both wide-area and comprehensive battlefield sensing capabilities. One possible approach to solve this dilemma is to use multiple UAVs to perceive the scene cooperatively and simultaneously. To this end, this paper mainly discusses the cooperative task planning strategies facing cooperative UAVs with integrated RF systems when performing several tasks simultaneously. First, considering the complexity of the planning problem, the physical model for UAV formation cooperation is discussed. Then, based on the irregular and ad hoc characteristics of cooperative UAV networks, the essential compositions for UAVs cooperation are formulated that includes input information and planning constraints as well as evaluation indicators. Furthermore, to solve the given task planning problem, four new planning strategies are targeted designed for different planning purposes. Finally, a simulated cooperative UAV multitask planning scenario including cooperative detection, cooperative localization, and jamming is designed. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of these strategies as well as their advantages, disadvantages, and the multiscenario adaptability of each strategy.

They contribute to the sustainable and intensive economic growth and to the promotion and development of social market instruments. Due to their specific principles of organization and functioning, cooperatives are distinguished from all other forms of corporate typology, as well as from the state bodies, the nonprofit legal entities etc. Their characteristic features are manifested at national and cross-border European level. The principles on the basis of which cooperatives develop their activities and differentiate them from other organizational and legal establishments are emphasized in a number of acts of the European Union such as Council Regulation (EC) No 1435/2003 of 22 July 2003. The Statute for a European Cooperative Society (SCE) points out that their activity is based on „the specific features of cooperatives” and that „cooperatives are primarily groups of persons or legal entities with particular operating principles that are different from those of other economic agents”. The article analyzes the national legal frameworks and the European regulatory framework of the cooperative principles: voluntary and open membership, democratic member control, member economic participation, autonomy and independence, education, training and information, cooperation among co-operatives and concern for community.The relationships between them as well as those in the context of the normative regulation of cooperative values are explored.

ABSTRACTA multi-agent engagement scenario is considered in which a high-value aircraft launches two defenders to intercept two homing missiles aimed at the aircraft. Under the assumption that all aircrafts have first-order linear dynamic characteristics, a combined multiple-mode adaptive estimation (MMAE) and a two-way cooperative optimal guidance law are proposed for the target–defenders team. Considering the full cooperation of the target and both the two defenders, the two-way cooperative strategies provide the analytical expressions for their optimal control input, enabling the target–defenders team to intercept the missiles with minimal control effort. To successfully intercept the missiles, MMAE is used to identify the guidance laws adopted by the missiles and estimate their states. The simulation results show that the target cooperating with the defenders to perform lure manoeuvres for the missiles can improve the guidance performance of the defenders as well as reduce the control effort of the defenders for intercepting the missiles.

Abstract The agricultural branch of the Portuguese cooperative sector assumes an important role in rural development and in the inter-cooperation with local, regional, national, and international structures. Given the principles and values that guide cooperatives, they have a greater responsibility in respecting the pillars of good governance such as transparency, integrity, and accountability. However, cooperatives may not be exempt from corruption. The objective of this paper is to assess farmers’ perception of corruption in the agricultural cooperative sector and to analyse if that level depends on their personal characteristics, on farm-specific characteristics, and the relations with the cooperative. With data collected through a survey, a logistic model was estimated to analyse the impact of personal characteristics of farmers and of their farms in the odd of score very high the level of corruption in the agriculture cooperative sector. Results suggest that farmers perceive high levels of corruption and that gender, age, turnover, and seniority as members of the cooperative are relevant predictors of the said level of corruption. These results raise awareness for the greater need of social accountability, more attention for management and supervisory bodies for the ethics of governance, as well as the need to implement internal control systems.

The Sharia Funding, Savings, and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) BUEKA Walidah Mulia (BWM) is a national sharia secondary cooperative established by the Aisyiyah Central Executive Labor Economic Council. Each provincial secondary cooperative has three primary sharia cooperatives. KSPPS BWM is the parent of national cooperatives as a strategic driver in reviving and assisting secondary/primary cooperatives. The problem faced by KSPPS BWM is that the capacity of human resources (managers) in organizational governance is not standardized. The purpose of empowering KSPPS BWM is to increase the capacity of managers in cooperative governance according to Cooperative Governance Standards. The applied methods in the program were socialization, education, focus group discussions (FGD), mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of the empowerment show that the capacity of KSPPS BWM cooperative managers in terms of knowledge and skills of standard cooperative management increases. The implication of the service program is that the performance of KSPPS BWM cooperative management increases and is able to carry out the control function to better managed secondary/primary cooperatives.

The specific objectives were to: examine the impact of internal audit on performance of thrift and credit cooperatives, ascertain the impact of control activities on performance of thrift and credit cooperatives, determine the impact of communication and information on performance of thrift and credit cooperatives, find out the impact of monitoring activities on performance of thrift and credit cooperatives. This study made use of an ex-post facto research design. The population consists of forty (40) thrift and credit cooperatives in Cross River State. The study employed multiple regression analysis to measure the degree of relationship between variables tested in the study. Based on the analysis, the following findings were made; Internal audit had a significant impact on the performance of selected thrift and credit cooperatives; Control activities had a significant impact on the performance of selected thrift and credit cooperatives; Communication/information had a significant impact on the performance of selected thrift and credit cooperatives. And monitoring activities had a significant impact on the performance of selected thrift and credit cooperatives. The study recommended that emphasis should be placed on the control of presenting pay slip evidence before loan application is considered to ensure that members do not take loans that cannot be effectively repaid within the stipulated period. The Cooperative societies should have specific guidelines on the implementation of necessary internal controls on granting and repayment of loans.

Connected and automated vehicle technologies have the potential to significantly improve transportation system performance. In particular, advanced driver-assistance systems, such as adaptive cruise control (ACC) and cooperative adaptive cruise control (CACC), may lead to substantial improvements in performance by decreasing driver inputs and taking over control of the vehicle. However, the impacts of these technologies on the vehicle- and system-level energy consumption, emissions, and safety have not been quantified in field tests. The goal of this paper is to study the impacts of automated and cooperative systems in mixed traffic containing conventional, ACC, and CACC vehicles. To reach this goal, experimental data based on real-world conditions are collected (in tests conducted by the Federal Highway Administration and the U.S. Department of Transportation) with presence of ACC, CACC, and conventional vehicles in a vehicle platoon scenario and a cooperative merging scenario. Specifically, a platoon of five vehicles with different vehicle type combinations is analyzed to generate new knowledge about potential safety, energy efficiency, and emission improvement from vehicle automation and cooperation. Results show that adopting the CACC system in a five-vehicle platoon substantially reduces the driving volatility and reduces the risk of rear-end collision which consequently improves safety. Furthermore, it decreases fuel consumption and emissions compared with the ACC system and manually-driven vehicles. Results of the merging scenario show that while the cooperative merging system slightly reduces the driving volatility, the fuel consumption and emissions can increase because of sharper accelerations of CACC vehicles compared with manually-driven vehicles.

This paper discusses the design theory of a human-cooperative robot that has the capability of realizing both personal safety and cooperative work. The design parameters discussed in this paper include the safety materials, motion control, collision conditions, and safety standards that are necessary for realizing the symbiosis of robots with humans. To be concrete, the paper describes the modeling of shock-absorption materials, construction of an emergency stop system and a joint compliance control system, determination of collision simulation conditions, and the selection of a head injury standard equation. Next, the paper simulates collisions between a cooperatively working human and a robot by combining the parameters and straightens out the effects of various parameters regarding anticollision safety (presupposing collisions). Furthermore, the paper derives, based on experiments, a method of determining the parameters that are necessary for actually designing the system. Finally, the paper proposes safety guidelines and design points regarding human-cooperative robots by integrating the results of the above experiments and discussions.

The objective of this paper is to present a methodology for designing cooperative control laws for individual agents that guarantee collision avoidance in multiagent systems. The proposed avoidance control laws are easy to design and implement, and may be directly appended to the optimal control laws of the individual agents within the cooperation framework. The avoidance control laws are computed using value functions that resemble the behavior of barrier functions in the static optimization theory. The most attractive feature of the proposed optimization scheme is the fact that the avoidance laws are active only in the bounded sensing regions of each individual agent, and they do not interfere with the agents’ individual optimal control laws outside of these regions.

Then based on the consistency theory and graph theory, a distributed time cooperative guidance law is designed, which can ensure that the impact time of all UAVs can be quickly consistent in a limited time. Next, the cooperative guidance problem is expanded from two-dimensional plane to three-dimensional space, the motion model between UAV and target in three-dimensional space is established and the expression of time-to-go estimation under time-varying velocity is derived. Finally, according to whether there is the communication among UAVs under the condition of time-varying velocity, a multiple UAVs three-dimensional cooperative guidance law based on desired impact time and a multiple UAVs three-dimensional cooperative guidance law based on coordination variables are designed, respectively. The simulation results show that the cooperative guidance law with finite time convergence on two-dimensional plan and the three-dimensional cooperative guidance law with impact time constraint proposed in this paper are effective, which can both realize the saturation attack under the time-varying velocity.

Cooperative micro-robotic scent tracking vehicles are designed to collectively “sniff out” locations of high scent concentrations in unknown, geometrically complex environments. These vehicles are programed with guidance and control algorithms that allow inter cooperation among vehicles. In this paper, a cooperative guidance and control algorithm for scent tracking micro-robotic vehicles is presented. This algorithm is comprised of a sensory compensation sub-algorithm using point source cancellation, a guidance sub-algorithm using gradient descent tracking, and a control sub-algorithm using proportional feedback. The concepts of social rank and point source cancellation are new concepts introduced within. Simulation results for cooperative vehicles swarms are given. Limitations are discussed.
