Pełny tekst źródłaThe development of organizations is fulfilled by an intensive use of innovative projects and replicable methods of design thinking, of which part of the literature points out the non-situated approach. This thesis aims at understanding the conditions leading to a situated integration of design in organizations. At the crossroads of Design sciences and Information and Communication sciences, it appears that the concept of mediation can help us to consider "media" as the material, sensitive and symbolic possibility of opening up to transformations. This research was conducted within an R&D center in the metallurgy industry. At the end of this immersion, we are proposing an approach based on the notion of "weak sign", consisting in identifying what, within an organization based on systematic design, can give rise to design practices. Therefore, it is not about opposing these practices but rather to understand how they can complement each other. In order to develop this notion, we will present the three stages to process a weak sign: identifying, enhancing and assimilating. This approach affirms that potential for transformation already resides within an organization's infrastructure and corresponds to weak signs in design practices. It enriches the “media” centered approach to design by helping to define this activity as based on media and mediations. Finally, it makes it possible to initiate a reflection on the role of mediation in the act of design supporting an inventive relation to the system of classifications of a practitioner

Pełny tekst źródłaThis research project focuses on high power fiber lasers operated in the continuous regime. The main objective is the implementation of a 400-W fiber laser using ytterbium- doped double clad fiber. The wide variety of high power fiber lasers assembled during this work has enabled the study of the thermal effects, the power limitations and the behavior of the output spectrum. The study includes simulations that characterize the behavior of fiber lasers operated in the continuous regime. Different laser configurations were tested at a signal power of 100 W. The heat transfer in double clad fibers was analyzed to circumvent the difficulties caused by the important amount of heat generated by these lasers. The concept of contact resistance is brought in to explain the temperature rise of active fibers. This was necessary for the realization of single-mode fiber lasers with over 350W of output power. The output power was only limited by the availability of pumps. Several compromises were necessary to achieve the high output power and the diffraction-limited beam quality. Thus, the photodarkening of the ytterbium doped fiber is still an issue for this kind of lasers. A tool to predict the spectral broadening of high power fiber lasers has been developed. It is shown that four-wave mixing broadens the outpu t spectrum of these lasers as a function of output power. The broadening of the output spectrum has been experimentally verified by the implementation of various lasers with different configurations. A theoretical model is presented, which shows a good agreement with experimental data.

Tuning methods are developed with respect to the stringent specifications and limit the losses caused by the usual methods. The central frequencies of the superconductor filters are adjusted by taking into account the responsible and controllable physical parameters. An extra method is suggested to obtain a little frequency tuning after this first step and respect rigorously the specifications. Secondly, a 2D/3D static and electromagnetic analysis, based on the method of lines, of microwave planar tunable devices including ferroelectric thin-film is presented. Pełny tekst źródłaThe purppse of this thesis is to develop a methodology to study and analyse energetic aspects in mobile robots. In the first section we globally analyse the problematic question attached to the energy environment of the mobile robot and highlight the various factors which intervene in their energetic behaviour. In the second section the methods (double kinetic energy-power rate) and (effort-transitory effort-velocity used for actuators choice are analysed with bond graph models. One extension of the first method is proposed and for the second method a computer-aided choice of electro hydraulic servovalve-cylinder set is established and is based on the definition of planes representing the constraint of their maximal dynamic capabilities. The third section shows that the scattering formalism constitutes an alternative formulation to bond graph formalism for physical systems representation. An original procedure to match bond graph and scattering formalisms is developed in the fourth section. Based on these formalisms the method MACSYMEN (aided-Design Method of multi energetic systems) is developed and gives designers tools for qualitative and quantitative linear systems energy analysis. The last section illustrates for the legged robot RHESUS the developed software of this method

Pełny tekst źródłaThese last two decades, femtosecond laser technology has gained considerably in terms of maturity and reliability. These laser pulses enable materials micro-machining with minimal thermal collateral effects, thus allowing to work with an outstanding precision, even on materials highly sensitive to temperature. Nevertheless, the penetration of femtosecond processing into the industrial manufacturing market is limited due to an insufficient productivity. The current strategies consist of optimizing the processes on the one hand and increasing the average power of these laser sources on the other hand. Another way suggests increasing the femtosecond ablation process efficiency by delivering bursts of low-energy pulses instead of one highly energetic pulse.Recent works showed that using bursts of pulses at repetition rates on the order of GHz allows to reach ablation rates one order of magnitude higher than the ones obtained by standard femtosecond pulse machining. Nevertheless, these promising results are controversial, as other works point out levels of efficiency lower than expected, added to collateral thermal damages on the machined materials. A thorough study of this new ablation regime is thus necessary to ensure that its interest is justified on the one hand, and to point out the optimal configurations of its use on the other hand. Several optical oscillators delivering bursts of femtosecond pulses at GHz-level repetition rates and laser amplifiers have been developed to this purpose. These innovating laser systems benefit from great flexibility in terms of reachable laser parameters (pulse repetition rate and energy, number of pulses per burst notably). This flexibility allowed us to perform a thorough study of the GHz-ablation regime by numerous machining experiments on several materials of industrial interest. This study points out the influence of the different laser parameters and thus to explain the variety of results related to GHz-ablation and to guide the use of this regime under favorable conditions to reach an efficient and high-quality machining

Pełny tekst źródła“Laïcité” tends to be regarded by laymen as being directed against religious beliefs. Indeed, it can be difficult to distance oneself from the weight of history and from the representation of the early Third Republic as conquering, positivist and anticlerical. Certainly, one cannot disregard either the conflict that basically opposed the France of Reason and progress to the France of God and tradition, or the intense passions and excesses of the upholders of absolutism, were they “laïcards” or “papistes”. The intensity and complexity of the controversy were such that it survives in our collective subconscious, and, intuitively, we consider “laïcité” as being opposed to religion, and particularly to the Catholic Church. In contrast, the legal translation of “laïcité” has been much more moderate. The legislator, greatly assisted in this respect by a comprehensive and liberal administrative jurisprudence, concerned himself from the start with the preservation of individual freedom of conscience. Far from undermining religious beliefs, the Republic favoured pluralism in two ways. Firstly, by adopting the position of a strict neutrality of public services, thus allowing everyone to be free from a partisan state-controlled influence and therefore to identify more easily with republican values, whatever one’s chosen religious orientations. Secondly, by taking a more positive stance on the possibility of spreading ideas, notably by opening public media to religion or through state aid for the development of private education. However, this tolerance of religious beliefs could not be limitless, and the State reacted in order to combat a certain religious militancy that was particularly self-assured and invasive of the public arena. The State re-imposed a “laïcité” that was more restrictive of the expression of religious beliefs, so as to protect individuals from oppressive and immoderate proselytism, were they atheist, agnostic, or religious. Somewhat similarly, the Republic made the “churches” truly independent of the State, and vice versa, by the law of December 9, 1905, which actually targeted the Catholic Church. On this point also, clichés persist, and to consider total separation as the prerequisite of any “laïcité” is not only a delusion, but was never envisaged. The separation, although strict in certain aspects, nonetheless remains pragmatic, after having had to adapt itself to the resistance of the Catholic Church in Metropolitan France, to the very special local laws on religion in Alsace-Moselle, and to the diverse situations in the overseas territories. The result is legislation on religion that is both disparate and complex, but which has achieved a lasting religious balance. However, this balance is currently being called into question, on the one hand by an increase in religious activity, particularly that of the Muslim religion and of cults, and on the other hand by the sometimes radically different examples set by our European neighbours, and by France’s strong involvement in the construction of Europe jointly with other member States which, for the most part, are far from sharing our concept of “laïcité”

Pełny tekst źródłaIn industrial processes including agro and bioprocess, fouling is considered to be a complex and misunderstood phenomenon. Unit operations (including heat, mass and momentum transfers) are carried out in continuous, batch or fed-batch processes. During these operations, the products may evolve (chemical and biochemical reactions, microorganisms growth and activity, etc.) and fouling may occur with a wide range of kinetics from minutes up to years and dimensions from micrometers up to centimeters. Research issued from INRA led to develop a fouling sensor based on local differential thermal analysis and to patent this system. The device enables on-line and continuous monitoring of fouling propensity. Neosens company acquired an exclusive licence and develop and commercialize the sensor whose operating limits are known. In this work, our scientific and technological objectives are to break new locks through: (i) the realization of a fouling sensor based on microsystems technologies, (ii) the investigation and validation of an alternative thermal working mode and a method for fouling monitoring. Based on the previous work, our research deals with conception, realisation and integration of components based on microsystems technologies, integration of permanent and periodic thermal regimes with on-line data treatment and experimental validation at laboratory, pilot-plant and industrial scales for new geometries and configurations.This work led to metrology improvement and reliability. The resulting microsensor seems to be a complement of previous sensor regarding detection and quantification limits

Pełny tekst źródłaThe project-based organization, considered as a radical reorganization of work around one or more simultaneous projects, is nowadays widespread in large companies and public administrations. Many management science studies explain this wide dissemination by the capacity of this system to considerably reduce the time of production. However, like any production system, its performance also relies on the involvement of the employees working on the projects. Moreover, according to the managerial way of thinking, the project-based organization would be virtuous: by giving more autonomy to the employees in the act of production and by developing their skills through mobility and interdisciplinarity of work teams, it would be able to arouse their full commitment. However, some sociological and management science studies somewhat qualify this opinion: the project-based organization would be unsettling for workers, as well. This, which could seems to be contradictory first, makes necessary to study how the combination of work organization, management and computer systems, in the project-based organization, reforms the workers’ commitment system. To answer this question, this study is based on observations, a literature review and 108 interviews with technicians, engineers and executives from industrial design. They work in two large French companies of automotive and aircraft manufacturing industries, where the project-based organization is widespread. Structured in three parts, the demonstration takes place as follows. The first part shows that the constraints created by the organization of the work process, the management and the computer systems enable to mobilize employees in the act of production. Then, the second part reveals that the productive commitment of the employees does not mean that they legitimate and adhere to this form of work organization. In spite of the sources of satisfaction it has, the project-based organization is in fact unsettling and sparks off criticisms among workers. Finally, the third part of this thesis explains the reasons of the slight subversive side of these dissenting opinions and practices. The first of these reasons is that the discontent comes to an individual level; there are no go-betweens able to structure a collective and organized action. The second reason is that the project-based organization manages to stop criticisms by focusing to its individual part and by being deaf to its various manifestations. Finally, through its coercive power and its capacity to hush up the forms of protests made against it, the project-based organization manages to dispense with the full commitment of workers, which, as we will see throughout this thesis, has many consequences on their conception of work and health

Pełny tekst źródłaThis work deals with the study on high frequency noise when components and active circuits are working under large signal conditions. It could be the case for broadband receivers fitted with low noise amplifiers, which are desensitized by blocking signals. Mixers and oscillators are also under consideration. Firstly, a behavioural modelling is described and allows us to point out the interaction of white noise with a sinusoidal signal. The theoretical model is compared to several conditions of operation, and we obtained satisfying agreements. Many amplifiers are tested and compared; at least, the behavioural modelling is used to study their additive noise. The second part is dedicated to measurement techniques we have developed for this work. We are capable to measure noise figure and noise parameters of microwave active devices functioning with strong power signals. We also propose an original method which provides the four noise parameters of discrete components or amplifiers working under large signal condition. The results we have found are indirectly compared to residual phase noise measurements. After all, the last part affects the design of low noise amplifiers working under nonlinear condition. Various silicon bipolar transistors have been characterized, and a figure of merit have been set in order to find the best component taking into account noise figure and linearity. Finally, simulations and experimental results demonstrate the interest of designing circuits working under strong nonlinear regime

It deals with the construction of a technical data base and with a scheduling method that minimizes the number of set-up operations. Pour main parts can be distinguished. - In the first part, the PMS studied is described. - The second is a review of the different methods used to construct a production manufacturing system (the ones based on the physical system and the ones based on the information system ). The choice of MERISE method is justified - In a third part, some conceptual models are presented (describing routings, tools, fixtures, DNC programmes, etc. . . ). - At last a scheduling method that minimizes set-up times is proposed. This method uses mathematical tools, such as Galois lattice, interval graphs. A prototype of this method gives very good results in numerous examples: about 50 % of set-up operations can be avoided in all cases studied

The exploitation of the properties of these functions of exchange can be considered in two different ways of study : - The global approach, rather competive in terms of analysing the behaviour of the thermal, but no very efficient in localizing and orientating the intervenings for the thermic conceiving of the wrapping. – The modular approach, more adapted for dealing and making clear, in their entirely, the aspects inherent in the problem of sizing. The latter reduces the study of a complex system to the study of its components, which is best mastered. The applications of this work are shown in the elaboration of a method for sizing buildings in natural air conditioning in the Ivory Coast, and in the contribution it makes to a guide for air conditioning in the DOM

Pour analyser cette dynamique des connaissances dans l'organisation et pour éclairer le processus de conception, en faisant le lien entre ses dimensions individuelles et collectives, nous proposons dans cette thèse un détour par les formes de socialisation que nous entendons comme des modes d'action réciproque.
La modélisation que nous avons construite met en évidence l'existence de trois formes de socialisation - les formes cadrées, les formes moyennement cadrées et les formes non cadrées - en fonction du degré d'intensité de la socialisation entre les acteurs.
Ces formes de socialisation rendent compte de catégories différentes d'interactions qui apparaissent dans des temps et des espaces différents, ainsi que dans des communautés d'acteurs différentes.
Les formes de socialisation nous permettent de parler autant de la coordination et de la coopération que de l'apprentissage. Si nous les regardons par le prisme de l'apprentissage engendré par les interactions entre les acteurs, ces formes de socialisation nous apparaissent comme des formes d'apprentissage. Vues de cette manière, les formes d'apprentissage permettent de mettre en évidence la déviation de la trajectoire du processus d'apprentissage induite par le pouvoir ou par l'arbitrage.
Ces trois formes de socialisation sont interdépendantes et " s'alimentent " réciproquement : chacune d'elles a des limites qui induisent des dysfonctionnements palliés par les deux autres formes.
La manière dont ces trois formes de socialisation s'articulent est essentielle pour comprendre la dynamique des connaissances dans l'organisation, et, par là, les différents problèmes posés aux concepteurs ainsi que les solutions possibles de sortie de l'impasse.
La compréhension de la manière dont ces formes se maintiennent ouvre des voies nouvelles pour la gestion des connaissances dans l'entreprise.

Pełny tekst źródłaCity, Architecture and Port Identity during the Ancien Régime One of the most striking images of Brittany is the one of its ports and their maritime vocation. Under the Ancient Régime, the people living in ports, like those living in Nantes, St Malo or Lorient, were different. First, they had jobs linked with the maritime business and shipbuilding. Secondly, they were characterized as open-minded people who enjoyed travelling, the maritime culture and exoticism. And finally, they were open to the new visions of the XVIIIth century (le Siècle des Lumières). As far as the urban planning is concerned, the people living there developed their maritime space by building roads, quays, bridges and locks. The improvements gave to these districts an urban character, especially thanks to the political initiative of the negotiating group and the know-how of the engineers. The City appropriated the maritime space by implanting residences there intended to accommodate these port people; the negotiating group being the elite of this society. The architecture and the inside of the houses revealed social behaviours. Vannes and Auray are not port cities but they possess port districts. In these small cities of South Brittany, the characteristics were different from their models: Nantes, St Malo or Lorient. The instability of the policy, the unfavourable economy based on the grain trade, and the society dominated by the trade group but penalized by its culture and its education, set up a space and an architecture appropriated to the Breton cities, of ancient origin and from the bottom of the estuary. Today, these two cities,Vannes and Auray are trying to revalue their port district

Pełny tekst źródłaMixed fruit-vegetable cropping systems (MFVCS) are a promising way of ensuring environmentally sustainable agricultural production systems in response to the challenge of being able to fulfill local market requirements. They combine productions and make a better use of biodiversity. These agroforestry systems are based on a complex set of interactions modifying the utilization of light, water and nutrients. Thus, designing such systems requires to optimize the use of these resources : by maximizing positive interactions (facilitations) and minimizing negative ones (competitions). To reach these objectives, the system's design has to include the spatial and temporal dimensions, taking into account the evolution of above- and belowground interactions over a time horizon. For that, we define the MFVCAP using a discrete representation of the land and the interactions between vegetable crops and fruit trees. We formulate the problem as three models : binary quadratic program (BQP), mixed integer linear programming (MILP) and binary linear programming (01LP). We explore large models using exact solvers. The limits of exact methods in solving the MFVCS problem show the need for approximate methods, able to solve a large-scale system with solutions of good quality in reasonable time, which could be used in interactive design with farmers and advisers. We have implemented a C++ open-source solver, called baryonyx, which is a parallel version of a (generalized) Wedelin heuristic. We used a sensitivity analysis method to find useful continuous parameters. Once found, we fixed other parameters and let a genetic optimization algorithm using derivatives adjust the useful ones in order to get the best solutions for a given time limit. The optimized configuration could be used to solve larger instances of the same problem type. Baryonyx got competitive results compared to state-of-the-art exact and approximate solvers on crew and bus driver scheduling problems expressed as set partitioning problems. The results are less convincing on MFVCS but still able to produce valid solutions on large instances

Pełny tekst źródłaThis thesis studies the design and evolution of the risk regulation regime of nuclear safety in France between 1945 and 2017. Based on the concept of “risk regulation regimes” (Hood et al, 2001), we propose a model that identifies three periods, corresponding to three types of "philosophies". During the first period (1945-1969), an embryonic regulatory regime developed within CEA is characterized by "experimentation and autocontrol". The second period of "reasonable flexibility" (1969-1986) is marked by an institutional reorganization but leaves many room for maneuver to experts and operators, in a context of intensive industrial development. Finally, during the third period (1986-2017), a regime "in search of auditability" is the product of hybridization between the regime of "reasonable flexibility" and a standardized regime responding to international good practice (openness, transparency, and regulator’s and expert’s independence). To explain the evolution of the regime, we focus on one of its components, the rules, which we analyze as regulatory instruments, and we describe as "regulatory work" all activities and interactions of a group of agents who act to design, transform and implement these instruments (for our case, flooding rules and guides). We argue that regulatory work is at the same time cognitive, political, social and organizational, and, beyond producing an instrument, it results in exploring evolutions of the regulation regime, while building both the knowledge mobilized in regulatory instruments and interorganizational collective that shares them. This process would explain the relative slowness of the ongoing hybridization process

Pełny tekst źródłaNowaday, the challenge of the transition to carbon-free energy involves a systematic use of electrical energy with power electronics at the heart of the exchanges. To meet the challenges, power electronics requires increasingly high-performance devices to provide a high level of integration, high efficiency and a high level of reliability. Today, the power transistor, of the MOSFET type, made of silicon carbide (SiC) is a breakthrough technology that allows us to meet the challenges of integration and efficiency through their low level of loss and high switching speed. However, their limited reliability and low robustness at extreme operating conditions such as repetitive short-circuits are now hindering their expansion in industrial applications. In this thesis, an in-depth study of the short-circuit behaviour of an exhaustive set of commercial devices, describing all the structural and technological variants involved, was carried out on a specific test bench developed during the thesis, in order to quantify their short-circuit resistance. This study highlighted both generic and singular properties of SiC semiconductors for every Mosfet version such as a dynamic gate leakage current and a failure mode by a short-circuit grid-source leading, under certain conditions of use and for certain Mosfet structures, to a self-blocking drain-source. A systematic research of the physical understanding of the observed mechanisms was carried out by an approach combining an internal technological analysis of the failed devices and a fine electrothermal modelling. A compact electrothermal modeling extended to failure mode consideration has been established and implemented in circuit software. This model was confronted with numerous experimental results describing a short-circuit cycle up to failure. This model offers an interesting analytical support and also helps the design of protection circuits. Thus, as an application, a driver equipped with a digital processing part has been designed and validated in detection mode for several short-circuit scenarios but also potentially for the detection of the degradation of the power component grid. Other more exploratory work has also been carried out in partnership with the University of Nottingham to study the impact of repeated pulse short-circuit regimes on the aging of parallel chips with dispersions. The propagation of a first failure mode from a "weak" device was also studied. This work paves the way for the design of intrinsically safe and available converters by taking advantage of the atypical and original properties of SiC semiconductors and Mosfet in particular

Pełny tekst źródłaThe aim of this research is to question and clarify the use of the term event when talking about architectural realizations and the phenomena that occur around them. It has been conducted by analyzing three European tall building and business districts – the City, La Défense, and Frankfurt – which seem propitious for the location of events. Just like any other event, the architectural one is not viewed here as a spontaneous given which occurs in and of itself but as a construction in which a variety of actors take part, from the client who organizes the competition beforehand all the way to the media who, in the aftermath of the event, generate its reception. This construction is characteristic of recent times. The architectural event such as we define it is not a mere mode of existence of the event but the product of a special relationship to time which some historians see as being only preoccupied with the present and define thanks to the notion of regime of historicity. In the districts studied, the event takes the form of a staging of the existing by way of festivals or thanks to the completion of buildings which present themselves as timeless and devoid of any question of style. It no longer necessarily leads to a breach. But while this phenomenon has all gazes turned toward the architecture of the buildings, it also diminishes their architectural characteristics. By becoming an event in itself or being used for festive events, architecture is henceforth only considered through the angle of a limited number of typological questions and that of its ability to distinguish itself in order to be remembered. These two aspects are seen as the irreducible facets of architecture, those which cannot be dissolved in the event. They are the final levers of action for the architect who is faced with a demand for events

Then, compactness, weight and efficiency are primary requirements in modern aircrafts or Electric/Hybrid vehicles. The power electronics units in the on-board electrical networks have to be designed accordingly, as it is essential to achieve very compact designs and energy conversion efficiencies very close to the unity. The wide bandgap semiconductor materials are considered as the future technology in the realization of high efficiency switched-mode power supplies. Such materials are featured by fast switching behaviour and low power losses, which allows reducing the size of the passive elements and the cooling unit of the power converter. Considering these criteria, the objective of this study concerns the development of a procedure for the optimal design of a DC/DC boost converter 350V/3kW. The converter has been designed specifically for a powertrain application. In order to ensure the proper interaction with the load (DC/AC inverter and motor) and the micro-grid on-board, the design must take into account the stability and dynamic behaviour of the converter during a possible variation of the operating point, then its control strategy. To deal with the manifold technical solutions and in order to reach the best trade-off, a Pareto front genetic approach is proposed. The developed routine consent to obtain the most convenient design solutions in terms of efficiency and compactness, which ensure the stability and the compliance with the design specification on both steady state and transients modes

Given the respectivestrengths of HBT and CMOS devices, especially high speed applications benefit fromadvanced BiCMOS processes, that integrate two different technologies.For analog mixed-signal RF and microwave circuitry, the push towards lower powerand higher speed imposes requirements and presents challenges not faced by digitalcircuit designs. Accurate compact device models, predicting device behaviour undera variety of bias as well as ambient temperatures, are crucial for the development oflarge scale circuits and create advanced designs with first-pass success.As technology advances, these models have to cover an increasing number of physicaleffects and model equations have to be continuously re-evaluated and adapted. Likewiseprocess scaling has to be verified and reflected by scaling laws, which are closelyrelated to device physics.This thesis examines the suitability of the model formulation for applicability to production-ready SiGe HBT processes. A derivation of the most recent model formulationimplemented in HICUM version L2.3x, is followed by simulation studies, whichconfirm their agreement with electrical characteristics of high-speed devices. Thefundamental geometry scaling laws, as implemented in the custom-developed modellibrary, are described in detail with a strong link to the specific device architecture.In order to correctly determine the respective model parameters, newly developed andexisting extraction routines have been exercised with recent HBT technology generationsand benchmarked by means of numerical device simulation, where applicable.Especially the extraction of extrinsic elements such as series resistances and parasiticcapacitances were improved along with the substrate network.The extraction steps and methods required to obtain a fully scalable model library wereexercised and presented using measured data from a recent industry-leading 55nmSiGe BiCMOS process, reaching switching speeds in excess of 300GHz. Finally theextracted model card was verified for the respective technology

Jugeant préférable d'être en mesure d'intervenir dans les multiples tâches que nous assigne, en tant qu'enseignants, est un effort de mise à jour et d'adaptation afin de trouver des outils pour la prévention, détection et résolution de plusieurs questions liées à elle. En ce sens, le présent travail est basé sur une réalité de l'éducation – l' éducation artistique, dans la composante de l'enseignement vocationnelle de la musique – qui, cependant encore peu connu par la population générale et dans une certaine mesure par les entités mêmes qui la gèrent, agit comme un réservoir d'expériences d'enseignement et d' apprentissage dans toute la gamme des relations interpersonnelles qui méritent d'être analysés à la lumière d'un cadre scientifique rigoureux. L'urgence de la recherche réside dans une prise de conscience, de ma part et en tant que professeur du Conservatório Regional de Música de Viseu "Dr. Azeredo Perdigão", pour ce qui concerne le fait que, durant les dernières années, le secteur de l'éducation a subi plusieurs changements sous l'égide d'un projet global pour l'éducation de masse de la musique, conçu par le gouvernement qui a dirigé le pays jusqu’à 2011. Faisant partie de ce vaste engrenage, je suis porté à analyser la réalité spécifique de mon école ainsi que son cadre socio-organisationnelle, à partir d'une théorisation des questions lancées par les chercheurs dans le domaine des sciences de l'éducation. Par conséquent, ce qui est destiné à mettre en évidence, d'abord, est la nécessité d'analyser la typologie même de l'école, en particulier son type de conception et dans quelle mesure ce soutien scientifique peut ou non apporter une amélioration dans tous les processus adjacent à la réalité de l'école. Considérant l'école une construction sociocommunautaire, on la classifie comme un lieu où ils se déplacent divers acteurs, chacun avec différents rôles et comportements attendus. En regardant au loin l'idée de l'école comme un lieu de reproduction des inégalités sociales, ce qui est un argument commun, ce travail met l'accent sur l'urgence d'articuler ce qui est un bon savoir fondée sur une base scientifique rigoureuse, à un cadre de valences de toute une communauté qui soutient et renforce l'école de jour en jour. Autrement dit, il y a un accent mis sur l'urgence de mettre l'école au service des communautés locales, dans une logique de complémentarité. Dans le cas du Conservatório Regional de Música de Viseu, ce chemin est aussi le plus susceptible d'atténuer une certaine tendance à l'élitisme de l'enseignement vocationnelle de la musique et de parvenir à une participation réelle et effective du Conservatório à la construction de son propre identité, parallèlement à la relance que cela signifie en termes de renforcement de l'identité locale. Naturellement, cet itinéraire ne peut survenir sans l'efficacité d'un autre des piliers théoriques ici disséqué. Telle est l'autonomie des écoles, un élément qui prend encore du temps a sortir d'un cadre purement juridique en vue d'un plan d'action concret. Une école qui ne peut pas planifier sa propre action, ce qui peut passer par différentes actions telles que l'embauche de ses professionnels, est une école affaiblie du point de vue de son efficacité. En ce qui concerne le Conservatório, cet aspect est particulièrement visible, mais à l'opposé, puisque l'autonomie relative qui lui a permis d'avoir, depuis sa fondation en 1985, une approche solide et progressive à la communauté dans laquelle il opère, faisant le transfert de sa propre culture scolaire pour un plan extra scolaire. Tels que les étudiants sont évalués, également l'école le doit être. Cependant, cette évaluation doit détecter les problèmes et trouver des solutions, ce qui s'éloigne de l'idée commune derrière l'évaluation des performances. C'est alors seulement que nous pouvons savoir si on est en face d'une école qui est efficace ou non, à l'image de ce que le mouvement des écoles efficaces propose. La taille des écoles, désormais organisé en méga-groupes, a un impact de plus en plus négatif à la fois sur le champ de travail des enseignants que des élèves. On constate donc avec satisfaction que le Conservatório de Música de Viseu a pu se développer, en particulier depuis l'année scolaire 2007/08 (année d'entrée en vigueur du nouveau régime de fréquence articulé) selon des étapes solides, ce qui démontre que son autonomie et le type de culture scolaire qui incorpore (à l'image d'une petite école) viennent pour répondre aux besoins de leur mise à jour. Bien qu'il soit un peu différent aujourd'hui de ce qu'il était encore en 2007, le Conservatório a un corps de professeurs et d'étudiants qui essaie à tout prix de perpétrer toute une culture adjacente à un projet commun de lutte pour l'éducation musicale. L'unité de l'école vient d’un noyau de collaborateurs qui agissent au nom de l’école, parce qu’ils la voient comme la sienne. On peut dire que le sentiment d'appartenance est ce qui manque à la plupart les écoles, soient-elles issue de l'enseignement régulier ou vocationnelle. Dans cette école, l'enseignant peut encore rêver et vivre passionnément son métier selon une perspective d’apprentissage et de partage constants, entre collègues et étudiants. Cet article propose quelques formes d'action qui se trouvent plutôt sur un plan de prévention et correction de problèmes mineurs qui ont trait à la relative faiblesse de la structure administrative, en préservant toutefois la fonction de gain du Conservatório.
Currently, the challenge launched by education is as wide as the very definition of the term. Thinking it best to be able to intervene in the multiple tasks that education assigns us, as teachers, represents an effort to update and constantly adapt in order to find tools for prevention, detection and resolution of various issues related to it. In this sense, the present work is based on the reality of a less known education - the art education, specifically the musical vocational education - which is still somewhat unknown by the general population and to some extent even by the very entities that administrate it. This particular reality acts as a reservoir of experiences of teaching and learning across the whole range of interpersonal relationships and consequently deserves to be analyzed in the light of a rigorous scientific framework. The urgency of this research lies in the awareness, while teaching at the Conservatório Regional de Música de Viseu " Dr. Azeredo Perdigão”, regarding the fact that, in recent years, the education sector has undergone several changes under the umbrella of a global project for mass education of music, designed by the government that led Portugal till 2011. Being part of this extensive gear, I am induced to analyze the specific reality of my school, as well as its social and organizational features, theorizing from issues launched by researchers in the field of educational sciences. Initially, the enhance is put in the need to analyze the very type of school, particularly the kind of design that is being considered and to what extent this scientific support may or may not lead to improvements in all processes adjacent to the reality of school. Considering it as a socio-communitarian construction, school is a place where different actors, each one with different roles and behaviors expected, move. Looking away from the idea of school as a locus of reproduction of social inequalities, this argument virtually unanimous in terms of public opinion, this work lends emphasis to the urgency of articulating what is a sound knowledge based on rigorous scientific basis, within a favorable relational school context, to the valences of an entire community that supports and builds it day by day. That is, there is the stress on the urgency of putting the school at the service of local communities, in complementarity logic. Also in the case of the Conservatório Regional de Música de Viseu, this path is the most likely to mitigate a certain tendency toward elitism of the vocational education of music and to achieve real and effective participation of the Conservatório in building is own identity, parallel to the stimulus that this will mean in terms of strengthening the local identity. Naturally, this route cannot arise without a greater effectiveness of another theorical pillar discussed here. Such is the autonomy of schools, an item that is taking time to move away from purely legal framework to a concrete action plan. A school that cannot plan is own action, which can go through various actions such as hiring its own professionals, is a weakened school from the point of view of effectiveness. Regarding the Conservatório, this is particularly visible, albeit at the opposite pole, since the relative autonomy it possesses has allowed it to have, since its foundation in 1985, a solid and gradual approach to the community in which it operates, transferring is own school culture to the whole social plan about. As students are assessed, also the school that educates them should be. However, this assessment should be taken in order to detect problems and identify solutions, which departs from the common idea behind the performance evaluation. Only then we can know whether or not we are in the presence of a school that is effective, in the light of what the effective schools movement proposes. The size of the schools, now organized into mega-clusters, has an increasingly negative impact both on the field of the teachers’ and the students’ work. It is therefore noted with satisfaction that the Conservatório Regional de Música de Viseu has been able to grow, especially since the school year 2007/08 (when the new frequency articulated regime entered into force) with relatively safe steps, which demonstrates that its autonomy and the type of school culture it incorporates (as in the image of a small school) come to meet the needs of its own update. Although it is a little different today than it was until 2007, the Conservatório has a faculty and student body who tries at all costs to establish a culture adjacent to a joint project of fighting for music education. The unit of the school comes from a core range of collaborators who act on behalf of the school, because they feel it like theirs. And it may be said that this sense of belonging is what currently lacks the more in the majority of the schools, whether from regular or vocational type. In this school, the teacher still has room to dream and live passionately his profession in a perspective of constant learning and sharing, among colleagues and students. This paper proposes some forms of action that lie almost in a plane prevention and correction of minor problems due to the relative weakness of the administrative structure, preserving however the gain function of the Conservatório Regional de Música de Viseu.
