Pełny tekst źródłaThis research proposes to consider the collective work of the care teams at the hospital in an intercultural context and standardization. The crossbreeding of teams appears to be as a possible fix. Our approach is communicative, according to a comprehensive question. Our epistemological position is interpretativist. Our work focuses on a time of communication: succession inter team studied by Grosjean and Lacoste in 1999. The survey is conducted in the care’s unities of a regional hospital center. The analysis is based on a participant observation of thirty months, an immersion in the team and its activities. We realize also semi directive interviews, self-administered questionnaires and a log book to collect data of the discourse of the caregivers. Observation data are processes by a quantitative and qualitative analysis.Analysis of contents of the cargivers discourses emerged some results appear similar to Grosjean and Lacoste’s survey, but also that we consider being and the existence of a racial unthought in the health care’s team. The resulting discovery is a contribution to the discipline of science of information and communication. Also, our results include questioning: the integration of cultural diversity in the process of development of collective intelligence

Pełny tekst źródłaThe trilogy information - education - communication (IEC) represents a non-negligible mean for the health promotion for everybody in the workplaces. The improvement of a country's sanitary level implies human resources, infrastructures and equipments, a rigorous managing and an equitable social cover system. But it does not need any less mentalities and behaviours in favour of health from which the interest in a preserving and continuous IEC programme. The specific objectives of a strategy aiming at making a durable change in the behaviours and in instating a favourable culture to health are the generalisation of the occupational health services to the entire active population and the engagement of occupational health physicians in a national IEC program for a health for everybody in the workplaces. This process is as well looking forward to sensibilize and mobilise around the high priority themes all the social partners to optimise resources and diminish waist. This action plan stands on the improvement of the prestations in occupational health, the reinforcement of the media's role and the social mobilisation

Pełny tekst źródłaWith the growth of information and communication technologies, society and organizations are transforming, recomposing all sectors combined. The common paradigm shift is to change the economic and organizational paradigm linked to ICT, more precisely, to the digitalization of processes. The modes of exchange between men have evolved. Our Master 2 thesis (Digital, Organizational Reorganization andAppropriation of ICTs, Gravereaux, 2013) allowed us to understand that the real changes that operate in organization arebeyond the use of digital workspaces and ICT tools. Our thesis is part of the continuation of this preliminary work which offered us to question, in an introductory way, what could be the scope of the political dimension in the appropriation of digital technologies. This doctoral thesis aims at capturing, identifying, analyzing and conceptualizing, both theoretically and practically, the process of organizational transition that operates in the healthcare institutions through which the computerization of the care file And by the maturation of Hospital Information Systems. Having understood that we need to go beyond the uses to understand ICT appropriation, we will orient our reflections and investigations in order to confront this point of view and to give it an operational scope. The communicationa phenomena linked to changes and transformations in organizations are a central element of theserecompositions. The researcher must investigate and question these phenomena in terms of the particular understanding of a healthcare institution. The communicative look at a space, a experience, in transition, will try to update the conditions that participate in the appropriation of the new tools related to the traceability of care: the computerized form of the patient record. Our doctoral thesis proposes to make a contribution to current research questions by questioning the individual at work withregard to the politico-organizational issues related to the appropriation of the computerized patient record. These actors, who have come to be "studied", caregivers, doctors and administrative staff, are at the heart of this phenomenon of disruption, which affects the entire organizational system, at the same time as the organization. From a disruptive rupture, new forms of work organization, linked to changes in the practices of medical information, emerge, emerging from dissonances. In the same way, to support this emerging organization, the forms and standards of health management, are led to recompose and therefore to specialize. We are witnessing a global recomposition of health, whose components of the system tend to make contribution, collaboration, autonomy and translation, new fundamentals of management in health organizations accompanying the digital metamorphosis of routines actors
Inagnibomoua, Kader Kane. "L'essor des nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication au Gabon : quelles incidences perçues sur l'organisation du travail et la santé des employés?" Thesis, Paris 10, 2016. http://www.theses.fr/2016PA100031/document.
Pełny tekst źródłaThis doctoral thesis aims to assess the consequences of the integration of the new information technology and communication media (NITC) on the workforce in Gabon, concerning both the organisational field and the field of workforce health. More precisely, the objective of the current thesis focuses on three aspects. The first aspect concerns the factors which are bound to facilitate the use of NITC by the employees. The second aspect assesses the changes triggered by the use of NITC in the organisation of the employees’ work. Last but not least, the last aspect assesses the impact of NITC on the physical and psychological health of the employees. A questionnaire was applied on a sample of 136 employees who worked in the banking system in Gabon. The designed tool is structured in four parts: (A) an identification part comprising the socio-demographic variables (age, sex, marital status) and the socio-organisational ones (seniority, daily length of use and frequency of use of the NITC); (B) the Brangier and Hammes scale (2007), which measures the relation man-work-organisation starting from the model of symbiosis; (C) a 30-item questionnaire designed according to the research needs, based on the analysis of the categorial-thematic content of the discourses provided by employees in Gabon while describing their daily work routine. It focuses on the influence of NITC on the organisation of work (efficiency in work, communication practises, autonomy, information overload and professional isolation); (D) a questionnaire built in the same manner as the previous one, exploring the perceived connections between NITC and health at the workplace (physical issues, professional stress and professional well-being at work). Globally, the obtained results show that the connections that the employees in Gabon have with the NITC are strongly correlated with the way in which they use them. However, they do not indicate any connection between the use of NITC inside the organisations in Gabon and the organisation of work. Moreover, these results show that on the one hand the NITC are perceived as the source of physical health issues (particularly musculoskeletal issues) and psychological issues (particularly professional stress), but on the other hand they are also perceived as causing a certain psychological well-being (particularly when it comes to the working environment and the involvement in work/self-accomplishment). Finally, our work highlights two mediations: the sharing technologies (vs. assistive technologies) constitute a total mediator of the relation between the perception of the symbiosis between man-work-organisation and the perceived occurrence of the TMS (vs. depression). Our research also has an applicative dimension on short-term, but it opens the gate towards future research patterns aiming to improve the integration and development of NITC in Gabon on mid-term

Pełny tekst źródłaThe central issues of the research and its problem, we seemed to require non-not an approach limited to the only local context - here, Brazilian-, but to take an investigative look that also consider implications of the international context on the country in question. We needed to understand how the different actors involved in the definition of policies for the adoption of information and communication technologies in the field of health is communicated at all levels of political, global, regional or local action. These "actors", include the commitment of international organizations forming part of the United Nations, such as the world Organization of health, the International Telecommunication Union and those working in the context of Latin America, geopolitical region where the Brazil is located. Stressing the role of those organizations in the dissemination of models or « political recipes » in the world, our research took into account both the phenomenon of globalisation than the delicate question of international regulation. From the preliminary findings, we determined that research should focus on the study of normative characterization of the Brazilian Telehealth Program - Program Telessaúde Brasil Redes - facing the recommendations of international organizations on the issue, including organizations part of the UN working on a global or regional level, namely the Latin American continent in the case that interests us more particularly. The comparison (or confrontation) between these two poles seemed the best solution to check the global and the regional facing the local. Taking into account the reform context and other matters relating to public health in the Brazil and after checking the normative bases of the « Telessaude Brasil Redes program », we can consider that "its creation has been the consequence of compliance of international recommendations" or on the contrary, that "its creation is set to local features of public health Brazilian and other factors of internal policy. Getting to take a stand against this dichotomy, we have defined our two assumptions and our methods and research materials. It was necessary to demonstrate that international organizations rely on awareness-raising structures that are designed to promote the engagement of the Member States that they adopt models policies detailed in their recommendations. The demonstration of the presence of the structures of awareness demanded the definition of a method of analysis. To do this, we resorted to the analysis tools of discourse (AD) and the content analysis (AC) to highlight the relevant observable elements in documents and then associate them with the three structures of awareness identified: « legitimacy, efficiency and coercion. We've combined these three structures of awareness to a "process of acceptability." After defining the epistemological basis and the analysis corpus, have separated and analyzed two groups of documents, we have shown and interpreted the level of correlation between the observable associated with the normative framework of Telessaúde Brasil Redes program and the international recommendations on telehealth

Pełny tekst źródłaThis survey presents four situations of change in french hospitals and health clinics'professionnal techniques. These situations take place in inhouse training and developement interventions aimed at change, considering the money invested in them. Two method are used to identify a communicative structure, as well as to build a communicative analysis based on the four situations : - the method of phenomeno-structural analysis, inspired by levis strauss's structural analysis and phenomenology by husserl, modeled by alex mucchielli. Thanks to this method, a communication structure, result of the play played by the actors, has been brought out from situations of change. The logice behind the play is to make the change impossible. - the method of communicative analysis we have created using the six communicative process that take place in situation of communication,as identified by alex mucchielli. This method has helped us understand the different communicative phenomena which make change impossible. This survey has demonstrated that communicative analysis allows to model situations and, therefore, to compare their architecture. The analysis refines the comprehension of these phenomena and their possible treatment. We have come to the conclusion that current training and development techniques nourish the play of impossible change implicitly played by the actors. We suggest new training and development tehniques that take into account the elements of the situation and use the information and communication science concepts and tools render change possible with the actors

Pełny tekst źródłaBecause of the specific characteristics of health professionals that always directly involve the birth, life and death of a person and that may inevitably affect the rights of patients increasingly guaranteed by law, the particular control of the practice of these professions is assured by professional organisations. In Thailand, there are several professional organisations in the domain of health and medicine; they can be classified according to their structure: some are state bodies and take the form of a professional commission; others are professional councils that bring together practitioners of the same profession. Firstly, it is necessary to analyse their legal status, an always controversial question, regarding both their mode of activity, namely, whether the professional councils should be considered public or private entities; and regarding their structure, or precisely their corporate character. Analysis of the corporate character of professional councils allows us then to see the conflict between their internal organisation and their corporate character: in particular, the confusion and the centralisation of powers within a single committee holding the supreme power. Therefore, their organisation absolutely needs reform which will be proposed in the thesis. After that, will be presented the powers of professional organisations by classifying according to their legal nature: administrative power and disciplinary power, which is important because, in principle, control procedures applied to each power are distinct. However, due to the non-recognition by Thai administrative judge of the judicial nature of certain acts, their powers are subject to the same mode of control by administrative judge. This is another major problem that this thesis attempts to solve

Pełny tekst źródłaThis doctoral thesis originated in an activity clinic intervention in work psychology conducted at the Renault company in France. The intervention covered two activities: assembly line activities and industrial design. The thesis concerns the second activity conducted at the Renault Technocentre. The dialogical process deployed made it possible to reduce isolation at work by developing the psychological function of the group. The assumption put forward is that it is possible to demonstrate this development. The analyses characterise the situations of isolation producing utterances devoid of the existence of others as well as dialogues inhabited by others, a sign of the development of the psychological function of the group. The analyses raise questions concerning the establishment of a lasting dialogical process in the Renault engineering department. Theconclusion highlights the vital role of professional dialogue for efficiency and health at work

Pełny tekst źródłaThis thesis belongs to the field of rationalization studies in healthcare organizations. Its focus is on medical practices observed in multi-disciplinary meetings in the oncology ward of a hospital in South West France. We hypothesize that tension exists between the prudential and conjectural dimension of medical activity and the rationalization dynamics present across the organization. Technologies exist that structure medical knowledge and practices. They equip deliberative and interpretative medical practices. By studying these technologies, we can analyze a specific tension that exists in the depths of the observed conjectural practices. The thesis shows the different conceptions of uncertainty that are formalized in the technological dispositifs equiping medical knowledge and practice. It highlights those areas where objective and epistemic positions differ, and which therefore require articulation inside communicational, deliberative and interpretative processes

Pełny tekst źródłaThis CIFRE thesis within a health organization led us to focus on executive functions, involved in cognitive control in situations requiring an articulation of actions or thoughts directed towards a final goal. These processes enable to focus on a task (Attention), to memorize and manipulate information (Working memory), to adapt to new environments or rules (Mental flexibility, Inhibition) and more generally take part when habits and automatisms are not sufficient to achieve these goals (Planning, Strategy). As patients do not recognize their disorders (Anosognosia), their therapists find it difficult to involve them in their rehabilitation so that they regain a sufficient autonomy to return home. Through our participative Research-Intervention approach, we have set up a plural methodological framework anchored in the health organization. Inspired by Design Thinking, User Centered Design and Universal Design, we conducted multiple observations, interviews, creativity sessions and user tests with therapists and patients in an iterative manner throughout our research. This allowed us to consider their representations, linked to the dynamics of the lived situation, constructed in the course of action and dependent on the actors' strategies. Thanks’ to that, we dynamically co-designed S'TIM, an immersive therapeutic Serious Game based on the theories of mind, self-determination, commitment, and activity. A great deal of attention has also been paid to the Experience lived through the proposed scenario as well as to the possibilities of learning in a virtual universe before facilitating a transfer of what has been learned into everyday life situations. By their accompaniment, therapists play a primordial role here.S'TIM thus contains keys for action, ways of mobilizing these keys, and strategies for using them in a relevant way. It therefore includes and articulates a know-how, a knowledge-understanding and a knowledge-combining that positions it as a masterpiece of expertise. This approach can also be applied in other, multiple contexts, where commitment through a SG is the keystone of the project in any situation related to hybrid forms of learning. Finally, we studied the involvement of the learning organization in the project and its appropriation of the system. While it was stakeholder, changes induced at a micro level by digital technology have not really been translated into the organizational dynamics. We find again the question of perpetuation, of consolidation allowing a real rearrangement. Support is thus essential to observe a real shift in the relationship between patients and therapists, the starting point for the emergence of new therapeutic and then organizational forms that are generally more structuring

Pełny tekst źródłaCommunication is not important at all in french organizations. When it exists, the strategies of its carrying out are not fair. We limit and refer communication as the fact of a talk between persons, supposing an emotional and intellectual exchange in order to reach common goals. This definition applies to an operational method : "the dynamics of communication" which is compared to other strategies of communication. How do organizations apply social communication and strategies ? the "japanese model" gives a paradoxal answer because it is at his best inside and through a worldwide struggle outside. In france, a survey about 400 managers and 3000 employees conducted from 1977 to 1987 shows that social communication in organizations is rare but efficient. Most of strategies used by organizations, when they exists, are only incomplete, insignificant or unfair. The recent introduction in french organizations of "expression groups" and "total quality control" sticks to this result. A typology of managers behaviour is proposed to show that adepts using social communication constitute a low percentage for the benefit of a fringe of the working population (about 10%). This lack of social communication can be explained in our cultural background which puts forward every kind of open fight, forgetting in its essence interpersonal communication. The actors of the organization are thus shutting themselves up in the pursuit of a taylorian part which is transforming, if our society does not pay attention to it, this organization in a "totalitarian machine". In order to reverse this tendency, the author suggests to the rehabilitation of a general culture which is lacking, and to give every actor in the french organization the full control of means and methods of social communication

It is based on an empirical survey of knowledge management practitioners in the private, public and NGO sectors in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The major findings of this study are (1) that many knowledge management practitioners have not received any formal training in knowledge management, (2) that for most of them their practices are not informed by explicit knowledge management policies, (3) that there is no culture of sharing knowledge established within particular organisations, and finally (4) that knowledge managers are not using e-learning facilities to keep their knowledge of knowledge management current.

Pełny tekst źródłaThe increasing growth of health expenditure, accentuated by changes in health needs, has inevitably led to the introduction of a budgetary constraint within hospitals. These budgetary restrictions, denounced by the health professionals, caused a real discomfort within the hospitals imposing to envisage organizational reforms. Managerial innovations have thus become a possible response to the hospital crisis. However, their implementation may be hampered by obstacles related to the structural complexity of health organizations and the plurality of actors involved in them. The literature highlights the key role of the proximity manager in helping to overcome resistance by supporting the creation of a sense of innovation. Our research aims to specify the methods of influence of the proximity manager on the implementation of managerial innovation and its adoption by the actors of the organization. Based on an intervention research carried out in immersion for six months in a Luxembourg hospital, we support the implementation of a managerial innovation, Lean Management, within an outpatient chemotherapy service faced with organizational difficulties. The results of the research highlight the influence of the local manager on the adoption of managerial innovation and reveal factors that moderate the ability to mobilize these levers. Structural adjustments and the introduction of managerial support for the manager's autonomy support his missions to deploy innovation

Pełny tekst źródłaThis dissertation reports the results of a study made of the forms of communication employed by Judaeo-Christian religious groups when they saw themselves as movements, compared to when they had become organisations. Beginning with ancient Israel, the study documents how forms of communication become elaborated during the organisational phase of groups' existence. The forms of communication used in Christian religious groups are documented from the rime of the eady Christian Church, through the Reformation period, through the 17* century to present-day Christian groups. The dissertation also reports as a case study an empirical analysis of the forms of communication used by the Cell Church and churches with cell groups, both of which are inter-denominational and host regular informal gatherings. It is found that these gatherings display the onset phase characteristics of Christian movements. From a theoretical point of view the research reported here provides evidence in support for the following Christian Religious Communications Hypothesis: Christian religious groups will use a limited number offorms of communication when they perceive themselves as movements and they will expand their forms of communication, as they become organisations, which forms special instance of Klopper (2003)'s general Theory of the Optimisation of Human Communication: Humans optimise a variety of forms of communication within a culture, to ensure immediate direct personal survival and to maintain their culture as a fongterm indirect survival strategy. By confirming the validity of the Christian Religious Communications Hypothesis, the research findings also provide indirect validation for Klopper's general Theory of the Optimisation of Human Communication.

Deterministic organizational models do not account for the wide range of communication department structures, so in a second part the problem is considered from a new angle. Using complex decision models and an analysis of the different aims assigned to internal communication, a model of internal communication strategy is proposed which allows to develop : - a tool of characterization of internal communication strategies ; - some hypothesis about complex relations between communication structures and strategies

Pełny tekst źródłaThe Burkina Faso is one of the poorest countries of the world and where the health status of the population is one of the most alarming. From a presentation of the Burkina-Faso’s health system and its evolution, we analyze the specificities of Non Governemental Organisations and their intervention to appreciate in fine their contribution to an efficiency in the use of the ressources, and equity in health access. The first part considers health and the health system of Burkina-Faso, in the course of the transformations which accompany the changes of the institutional health policies: of the post independences, to Alma Ata, and to the Bamako Initiative, until the " return of the state " lauded by the international organizations. The second part deals with non-governmental organizations as actors of a new governance structure. It emphasizes on local NGOs, and on the comparative advantage they have in terms of proximity and of support, relatively to foreign NGOs. We do not evade the limits of their intervention which would not alone eradicate the major factor of the catastrophic health status, namely the extreme poverty of the populations connected to structural causes of economic, social and political nature

Pełny tekst źródłaThe topic of this thesis is about organisational communication. Its aim is to question ourselves about the type of communication that organises companies. How does the communication serve management, what are its overlaps, its interactions, the co-operation of the different parties, the coordination of the activities and how is it linked to the strategy. The organisational communication can be apprehended as a complex phenomenon that puts forward the interactions of individuals in a reality that is also created by the different actors. These communication processes wil be apprehended inside the company thanks to two concepts : internal marketing and internal communication. Internal marketing is a polysemous, concept ambivalent. On the operatioanl level, internal marketing is done through internal communication. Is internal communication truly organizing ? That was our questioning throughout this research. Internal communication is well anchored within the largest Maroccan companies. The modeling of the internal communication function in Morocco made it possible to release four phases of development, from the most rudimentary stage to the most advanced one. We compared thereafter our study to the internal communication French model, to establish the similarities and the differences, by integrating cultural diversities. This first research on the professionalisation of internal communication in Morocco deserves to be continued in order to extend it to a larger number of companies for a better assesment of the general trends in this field

Pełny tekst źródłaThis research is based on two analyses : the first one concerns a cultural and economic survey of the present market of professional advice in the field of internal communication. The other one reflects and investigates the actors' points of view from both sides (ie. Managers and consultants) on their practices in consulting. Although few statistics have been issued on professional advice requiring help from outside, this market, seems however to flourish mainly because of two positive trends. Firstly, internal staff is taken into account as a significant value for the organization. Secondly, the tendency for organizational communication to be considered as a global approach. First of all we found it necessary to define professional advice. Then we tried to bring about the influence of the concept of global communication on consultants' work in relation to the social and structural forms of advice companies as well as consulting methods. We concluded on the necessity for internal actors to participate in the consulting process in order to avoid suspicion and resistance and make the advicers' workmore efficient thus giving an opportunity for recommendations to be followed and assimilated by the organization

Pełny tekst źródłaThe field of intercultural communication has been explored for 40 years. The dimensions of cultures described by Hofstede (Hofstede, 1980) and Trompenaars (Troompenaars, 1996) became references for companies facing cultural differences problems. The company culture, which organizations try to manage, unifies employees of an organization around common goals, values and behaviours. However, there are multitudes of sub-cultures within organizations (Collier, 1988) which influence employees' behaviour. Indeed, the confrontation of culture can create culture shocks (E. Marx, 2001), although people joining a company can acculturate to the company culture (Deval, 1993). European organizations are particularly exposed to the multicultural communication problems. As a matter of fact, all theories agreed that there is no unified European culture (Camilleri, 1994). In this research we have been investigating what influences employees internal communication behaviors. By internal communication, we mean, all interaction between people within the organization (Mucchielli, 2001). A series of interviews has been conducted at the EEC (the research and development centre of the European Organisation EUROCONTROL), on a representative sample of staff, in order to identify the way that its employees communicate with colleagues. We have tried to identify a correlation between one of the identification factors (nationality, gender, grade, age, seniority, hierarchical position, status, etc. . . ) and the communication profile. The results show that there is a strong correlation between seniority and communication profile. No link with nationality was found

Pełny tekst źródłaThe market communication in organisations is vital to manage the competition. Studies have shown the importance of market communication in both private and public organisations.
Since the past decade market communication has been acknowledged as an instrument to provide the organisations target group with valid information.
This thesis is a study about the differences in market communication between private and public organisations. To manage this we asked ourselves the question:
“- What distinguish the market communication in a private respective a public organisation?”
We have done qualitative interviews to get the best result for our study. We have interviewed both types of organisations and our respondents have leading strategic position in their organisations.
Our research highlights important differences between private and public organisations in matter of tactics in market communication.
In conclusion the result shows a great difference in how an organization is managing their communicative strategies all depending on if it is a private owned company or a public organisation.

Pełny tekst źródłaWhat do historical representations recall in an applied communication perspective to the life of an organization or an institution, from the point of view of the contents of these representations but also from the point of view of how they are organized? We will look at both the diversity of the representations from the past, and the work of their staging, the valorisation of an organization and we are looking to determine if they are legitimate, and how they determine or not a requisite for truth and fidelity. In the first section we will consider the links between the past and communication by examining more particularly the forms of recourse to the past and the communicational scope. We also propose an analysis of the contents of the magazine “L’Expression d’Entreprise” over ten years, concentrating on the aspects relating to the history of companies, this allows us to envision these forms of memory “in practice”. In the second section entitled “the past orchestrated”, we are interested in the activity of agencies and museum terms, for which we propose a characterization. We insist notably on museum visits, accompanied with questionnaires by interviews, in order to collect out stated intentions. Are we looking at an artificial collective memory or an established communication activity ?

Pełny tekst źródłaThe purpose of our research is to determine the space influence on the employees'behavior within the institution. This research should allow us to answer the fundemental question being whether a given space could create in the employees a positive feeling about his institution. A thorough literature review, an ethnographic study as well as surveys conducted in two institutions, we reached the conclusion that space modification cannot improve the social environnement if the individual's position remains the same within the communication system. If we accept the fact that people perceive space as a result of a symbol of their position within the institution, it is legitimate to think that if this position has not changed, then there is no reason for space perception to be modified. If the employee has the feeling to misfit the organisazion, having no decision waking power, it is hard to believe that a new space could change his point of view on the management and the organization. On the contrary, if he had nothing to say about the change, he will perceive it as an additionnal proof of the management's neglectance

Pełny tekst źródłaThis study aims at defining the content of the concept of transition, the concepts related to it, and at demonstrating the relevance of this concept with regard to the study of change in productive organisations. Based on a patterning of the psychological and psycho-sociological aspects of a situation of transition, and on the analysis of three firms, this research proves that; 1- the appearance of transitions develops in two stages: in a first stage, the behaviours of the managing directors create a situation of deconstruction of social links and identities in the working environment. In a second stage, the wage-earners react by building up new social links focused on a collective project of social change, presented in terms of an acknowledgement of identity. 2- Resorting to the concept of transition enables to measure the capacities of a firm to adapt on the social level, and in certain cases to reveal a rationality of the individual and collective action based on the quest for identity and coming under the form of a rupture with the model of social links proposed by the firm

Pełny tekst źródłaCommunication applied to business is a particularly complex system of interacting elements. Communication in finance is a sowe what large share of global communication that companies quoted on the stock exchange marcket have to deal with. The impact and the results of such a communication way vary according to the target to be reached and the media used. In spite of the many theoretical tools and techniques available in finance communication, the tansmitter has to face many difficulties. They are due to the many targets to be reached, with attitudes, behaviour and expectations that may vary considerably. The annual report, an attractive but multi-targeted document, has changed condiderably over the years, both in contents and quality of print, sometimes beyond the basic requirements. Has finance communication, thanks to the many tools available, evolved into a new type of communication reaching a larger audience?

By means of a three-year study of everyday life in the company's top management division, it describes how a pervasive organizational ideology is experienced by members of the organization. The autors refers to Michel Foucault and Pierre Bourdieu to analyse this organizational-beahvior. He describes spaces, architecture, bodies, details and ritual of every day life in an ethnographic approach to show the nature of a managerial domination
