Dalam seni wayang, terdapat kearifan lokal yang bermanfaat untuk membangun karakter dan jati diri bangsa Indonesia yang tergambarkan melalui cerita dan watak para tokohnya. Pembangunan karakter yang berlandaskan kearifan lokal sebagai jati diri bangsa Indonesia bagi generasi muda sangatlah penting untuk mencetak anak bangsa yang cerdas, berkepribadian, dan berahklak mulia. Terlebih lagi jaman sekarang dimana anak-anak Indonesia sudah mulai luntur karakter aseli sebagai bangsa Indonesia karena tergerus globalisasi dan kecanggihan teknologi. Rasa hormat dan sopan santun kepada orang yang tua mulai pudar. Sifat yang individualistis lebih ditonjolkan sehingga terasa tidak humanis lagi kepada sesamanya. Itulah yang disebut sebagai istilah kids jaman now. Melihat hal tersebut, diperlukan media pendidikan karakter yang tepat untuk anak-anak. Media pendidikan karakter yang diilhami oleh budaya asli bangsa Indonesia seperti komik wayang anak Pandawa. Melalui media komik wayang anak Pandawa, akan dibangun karakter dalam diri anak dengan penanaman nilai-nilai kearifan lokal, yaitu mengenalkan cerita dan tokoh-tokoh wayang Pandawa. Semua tokoh dalam cerita wayang memiliki karakter yang bersumber dari kepribadian asli bangsa lndonesia. Filosofi kehidupan dalam cerita wayang dan karakter tokoh pewayangan perlu untuk dimaknai lebih mendalam karena esensinya sangat berguna bagi kehidupan, terlebih lagi untuk disampaikan pada generasi muda. Oleh sebab itu, komik wayang anak Pandawa diperlukan sebagai media untuk memahami filosofi kehidupan dalam cerita wayang dan karakter tokoh pewayangan sehingga mampu diserap dengan mudah oleh anak-anak. AbstractWayang have been embodied and become part of the life of the Indonesian people, especially Java. In the art of wayang, there is a local wisdom that is useful to build the character and identity of the Indonesian people which is depicted through the stories and character of the characters. Character building based on local wisdom as the identity of the Indonesian people for the younger generation is very important to create intelligent, personality, and noble children of the nation. Even more so today, where Indonesian children have begun to wear off their original character as Indonesians because of the erosion of globalization and technological sophistication. Respect and courtesy to old people are fading. The individualistic nature is more highlighted so that it feels no longer humanistic to others. That is what is called the term kids today.Seeing this, the right character education media for children is needed. Media of character education inspired by the indigenous culture of the Indonesian people such as the Pandawa puppet comics. Through the Pandawa puppet comic media, characters will be built in the child by planting the values of local wisdom, namely introducing stories and figures of the Pandawa puppets. All characters in wayang stories have characters derived from the original personality of the Indonesian nation. The philosophy of life in wayang stories and puppet character needs to be interpreted more deeply because its essence is very useful for life, moreover to be conveyed to the younger generation. Therefore, the Pandawa puppet comics are needed as a medium to understand the philosophy of life in wayang stories and puppet characters so that they can be absorbed easily by children.

This study is motivated by the low basic literacy problem of children. Based on news from Republika (Darma, 2020) states that the ability to process information through literacy or literacy culture in Indonesian society is very low. Chairman of the Indonesian Literacy Culture Development Forum Satria Darma said, based on research results from international institutions, the literacy culture of the Indonesian people is very low compared to other countries in the world. The reading position of Indonesian students ranks 57th out of the 65 countries studied (PISA). "PISA said, the literacy results of students in Indonesia are below level three and one, only 0.4% have literacy level four," he said. Based on these problems the researchers were moved to conduct a study about family education in strengthening basic literacy in children. in order to contribute to knowledge about how family education is to strengthen basic literacy in children. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the problems in this study are described clearly based on the theory of family education in strengthening literacy in children so that they become provisions in educating children. from this research, it produces knowledge and ways to educate families to strengthen basic literacy in children.

Riset ini berisi tentang apabila memelihara semangat nasionalisme dalam benak generasi muda semenjak masa anak- anak akan membuat mereka lebih tangguh terhadap pengaruh negatif serta pergantian moral yang menjadi- jadi di masa globalisasi. Jadi, dengan memantapkan moralitas serta etika lewat pembelajaran Pancasila, generasi muda Indonesia bakal lebih siap buat hadapi globalisasi serta mempertahankan fakta diri Indonesia dikala yang bersamaan. Nilai kebudayaan yang jadi ciri bangsa Indonesia, semacam gotong royong, silahturahmi, ramah tamah dalam warga jadi keistimewaan dasar yang bisa menjadikan masing- masing orang warga Indonesia untuk mencintai serta melestarikan kebudayaan bangsa sendiri. AbstractCitizenship is fundamental in human life. A person who has the right to citizenship will be guaranteed in the constitution and this requires the state's responsibility to protect. However, there are actually some people who are stateless due to the state's withdrawal to their citizenship. This happened to Indonesian citizens who joined the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) after the Indonesian Government issued a statement that excluded its responsibility for Indonesian citizens who joined the ISIS organization. The Indonesian government statement also affects children who follow their parents to join the ISIS organization. Due to stateless parents, it is difficult for the child rights to be protected by the state, because the child's legal status is unknown. This legal research aims to unravel the legal status of ex-ISIS Indonesian citizen children and the responsibility of the Indonesian government to ex-ISIS Indonesian citizens.Keywords: State Responsibility; Legal Status; Human Rights;AbstrakKewarganegaraan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Seseorang dengan memiliki suatu kewarganegaraan terhadap suatu negara maka orang tersebut akan mendapatkan hak-hak asasi yang dijamin dalam konstitusi negara tersebut dan hal ini menimbulkan tanggung jawab negara tersebut untuk melindungi hal tersebut. Namun, pada faktanya terdapat beberapa orang yang berstatus tanpa kewarganegaraan akibat negara melepas kewarganegaraannya. Hal ini terjadi pada Warga Negara Indonesia yang bergabung dengan organisasi di Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) setelah Pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan pernyataan melepas tanggung jawab terhadap Warga Negara Indonesia yang tergabung dengan organisasi ISIS tersebut. Pernyataan Pemerintah Indonesia tersebut juga berdampak pada anak dibawah umur yang mengikuti orangtua mereka untuk bergabung dengan organisasi ISIS. Dengan orangtua mereka berstatus tanpa kewarganegaraan maka hak asasi anak tersebut sulit untuk dilindungi oleh negara, dikarenakan status hukum anak tersebut tidak diketahui. Penelitian hukum ini bertujuan untuk menegaskan status hukum Anak Warga Negara Indonesia eks ISIS serta tanggung jawab Pemerintah Indonesia terhadap Anak Warga Negara Indonesia eks ISIS.Kata Kunci: Tanggung Jawab Negara; Status Hukum; Hak Asasi Manusia.

Raba Ege Village is one of the villages located in the sub-district of West Wewa, Southwest Sumba Regency. This is where the community service activities are held. Based on the results of observations and surveys conducted, it turns out that children in Raba Ege village still lack understanding and knowledge in Indonesian. As a result of this problem, children in Raba Ege village are very embarrassed when they meet people from outside Sumba (migrants). As a form of responsibility and concern, this community service is present as an answer to these needs. The goal is that children in raba ege village can become individuals who are responsible for themselves and help children in raba ege village to be able to communicate using Indonesian. The implementation of this community service uses the method of translators, sign language, surveys, discussions, and is supported by literature studies. The results obtained from this effort are that children in Raba Ege village can communicate (speak) using good and correct Indonesian.

Tulus is one of the Indonesian singers who is currently successful in performing jazz-pop songs. This study was raised because communication through song lyrics has an influence on young people who listen to jazz-pop music. This research seeks to understand and examine the views of Indonesian youth towards the pop jazz genre, especially in Tulus' album, "Manusia". This research uses the theory of public opinion and mass communication to identify opinions among young Indonesians in obtaining personal satisfaction. Using qualitative methods, this research collects and analyses data from questionnaires of young Indonesians aged 18-24 years in the Jabodetabek area regarding their opinions on the jazz-pop album on the album "Manusia" by Tulus. The results show that the album succeeded in communicating the message it wanted to convey through the song lyrics to young people. Therefore, this research highlights the importance of communication through song lyrics. Penyanyi Tulus merupakan salah satu penyanyi Indonesia yang hingga saat ini sukses membawakan lagu-lagu jazz-pop. Kajian ini diangkat karena komunikasi melalui lirik lagu memiliki pengaruh terhadap anak muda yang mendengarkan musik jazz-pop. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk memahami dan mengkaji pandangan pemuda Indonesia terhadap genre pop jazz khususnya dalam album milik Tulus, "Manusia". Penelitian ini menggunakan teori opini publik dan komunikasi massa untuk mengidentifikasi opini di kalangan anak muda Indonesia dalam memperoleh kepuasan pribadi. Dengan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari kuesioner terhadap anak muda Indonesia berusia 18-24 tahun di wilayah Jabodetabek mengenai pendapat album jazz pop pada album “Manusia” karya Tulus. Hasilnya menunjukkan album berhasil mengkomunikasikan pesan yang ingin disampaikan melalui lirik lagu kepada anak muda. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya komunikasi melalui lirik lagu.

Penelitian ini mengkaji bahasa lagu anak berbahasa Indonesia. Lagu anak berbahasa Indonesia adalah lagu yang diperuntukkan dan dinyanyikan oleh anak-anak sesuai dengan perkembangan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik lagu anak (LA) secara musikal dengan memperhatikan kata-kata atau lirik yang ada dalam lagu anak berbahasa Indonesia. Karakteristik lirik dan karakteristik musikal yang saling menyatu merupakan harmoni yang indah dalam lagu anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Analisis yang diterapkan adalah metode holistik yang dipergunakan untuk melihat LA dari beberapa perspektif melalui wawancara dan angket yang diperoleh dari praktisi musik dan praktisi pendidikan, guru, orangtua, siswa dan awam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lagu anak berbahasa Indonesia mempunyai beberapa karakteristik secara lirik dan musikal yaitu 1) pola ritme yang diulang secara musikal, 2) melodi yang diulang secara musikal, 3) motif yang diulang secara musikal, dan 4) kata-kata yang diulang secara musikal. Fungsi lagu anak berbahasa Indonesia selain untuk belajar bahasa juga mengandung nilai pendidikan dan karakter positif untuk anak dengan kata-kata bermakna positif pada lirik-liriknya. The Characteristics of Musical Lyrics on Indonesian Children Songs.The study tries to examine the discourse of Indonesian children songs. Indonesian children songs are songs that are composed for and sung by children in accordance with the child development stages. The purpose of this study is to describe the discourse of Indonesian children songs which describe their musical characteristics by giving more attention on words or lyrics of the songs. The characteristics of lyrics and musical characteristics that belong to each other are mainly a beautiful harmony in children songs. This study uses a descriptive method. The holistic method is employed to analyze children songs from some perspectives by doing the interview and distributing questionnaires to musicians, educators, teachers, parents, students, and common people in terms of composition background, the actual condition, and the resulted effect. The result shows that the Indonesian children songs have their own lyrics and musical characteristics as the followings: 1) the pattern of repeated musical rhythm, 2) the musically-repeated melody , 3) the repeated musical motives, and 4) the musically-repeated words. The function of Indonesian children songs is to learn a language of which the songs may also contain positive education values and characters for children by showing the meaningful words in the lyrics.

This study aims to examine a task to maintain harmonious cooperation between religions that arises from the many acts of intolerance that lead to a culture of arbitrariness, rebellion, chaos, and radicalism among the Indonesian people. The solution is to teach young children to be tolerant of their families. This study examines how Christian families help grow and build tolerance values in young children. The methodology used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data obtained comes from a review of the selected bibliography and some analysis of research findings related to the urgency of the value of tolerance as a Christian religious education lesson in the family for early childhood.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji suatu tugas untuk menjaga kerjasama yang harmonis diantara agama-agama yang timbul dari banyaknya tindakan intoleran yang mengarah pada budaya kesewenang-wenangan, pemberontakan, kekacauan dan radikal di kalangan bangsa Indonesia. Solusinya adalah dengan mengajarkan anak usia dini untuk menjadi toleran dalam keluarga mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana keluarga kristiani membantu menumbuhkan dan membangun nilai toleransi pada anak usia dini. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data-data yang didapat bersumber dari kajian daftar pustaka yang sudah diseleksi dan beberapa analisa dari temuan-temuan penelitian terkait urgensi nilai toleransi sebagai pembelajaran Pendidikan agama Kristen dalam keluarga bagi anak usia dini.

The adoption of children in Indonesia is a long standing tradition with varied motives and goals depending on the customs of the people of a region or those who adopt children. Due to the large number of child adoptions, the government has issued several regulations relating to child adoption in the form of law, government regulation and Ministerial regulation. This study wants to examine the extent to which these regulations have accommodated the rights of adopted children in the family. This research is included in the study of normative law with the aim of analyzing the rules of adoption of children in Indonesia through a human rights approach or in Islam known as maqashid al-shariah.

Children as part of citizens, they have the same rights as other citizens, which must be protected and respected by every citizen and State. Family is the first education in shaping a child's personality. The way of parenting and habits that are often done will be reflected in the child's personality. Rapid technological developments have the potential to make it difficult for people, especially children, to distinguish the real world virtual world. On this matter, this article wishes to discuss: 1) how are the conditions and behavior of children in Indonesia at this time? 2) how is the role of parents in supervising children in the use of internet media to realize the protection of children's rights, 3) and realize sustainable child protection. This study uses normative juridical research with a legislative approach. The current behavior conditions of children in Indonesia according to the latest data, at least 30 million children in Indonesia are internet users, and digital media is currently the main choice of communication channels they use, and many are misdirected in using the internet. When the use of social media and digital media is growing rapidly among young people, parental support and digital media integration in education are still lagging behind. So it's time to catch up with 9 recommendations. Sustainable child protection is the ideal of child protection laws, therefore child protection that is sustainable in accessing internet media should also be monitored.

This paper is a field research which examines Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character on Early Childhood Education. This research is very interesting because the Multicultural Education is assessed on the basis of Indonesian character, while Indonesian must have character as Indonesian people. Furthermore, the Indonesian character needs to be applied early on, especially in early childhood education institutions. In addition, this research is the descriptive one with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. In this paper, there are three questions; first, how is the concept of Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character according to SALAM?, second, how are the basic principles of learning model development on Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character in SALAM?, third, how is the implementation of Multicultural Education based on the Indonesian Character in SALAM?. The objectives of this research are: first, to know the concept of Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character on early childhood in SALAM, second, to know the basic principles of learning model development on Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character on early childhood education in the school (SALAM), and third, to know the implementation of Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character on early childhood in SALAM.Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang meneliti Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada Karakter Indonesia di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini sangat menarik karena Pendidikan Multikultural dinilai atas dasar karakter Indonesia, sementara Indonesia harus memiliki karakter sebagai orang Indonesia. Selanjutnya, karakter Indonesia harus diterapkan sejak dini, terutama di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Selain itu, penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of Indonesian Basic Competence in Understanding Children's Stories. After the use of crossword puzzles for mentally retarded students. The subjects in this study were mentally retarded students in class X SMALB-C, totaling 3 people, consisting of 3 female students. This classroom action research was carried out at SPLB-C YPLB Cipaganti, Bandung City with the supervisor of a teacher with the initials DD. Based on the results of the study, that the use of crossword puzzles can improve learning outcomes of Indonesian Language Basic Competence Understanding Folklore. The use of these teaching aids helps increase student concentration and motivation, fosters a joyful learning atmosphere and students are more interested in learning in a relatively long time. This classroom action research was carried out in three cycles, with each cycle having one meeting and covering four stages, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection stages. Referring to the purpose of this study, the research instruments used in this study were tests and non-tests. The test is used to see the increase in learning outcomes of Indonesian Basic Competence Understanding children's stories, while the non-test is used to see the improvement in the quality of the learning process which is reflected by the attitudes of children in learning, student activities and teacher activities during learning. From the data obtained during the study and then processed and analyzed, the results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes. Indonesian. with Basic Competence Understanding Children's stories. there is a significant difference. The score achieved before the improvement was 43%, in cycle 1 it was 55%, in cycle 2 it was 76% and in cycle 3 it was 90%. From the score obtained in cycle 3, which is 90%, it has exceeded the minimum completeness criteria that have been determined at the beginning of the study, which is 70%. Thus, these results indicate that the use of crossword puzzles can improve learning outcomes of Indonesian language learning with Basic Competence in Understanding Children's Stories for mentally retarded students in class X SMALB-C at SPLB-C YPLB Cipaganti, Bandung City. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia Kompetensi Dasar Memahami cerita Anak. Setelah penggunaan alat peraga Teka-Teki Silang pada siswa tunagrahita. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa tunagrahita kelas X SMALB-C yang berjumlah 3 orang, terdiri dari 3 orang siswa perempuan. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan di SPLB-C YPLB Cipaganti Kota Bandung dengan oserver seorang guru yang berinisial DD. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa penggunaan alat peraga Teka-Teki Silang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia kompetensi Dasar Memahami cerita Rakyat. Penggunaan alat peraga ini membantu meningkatkan konsentarasi siswa dan motivasi, menumbuhkan susasana pembelajaran yang penuh kegembiraan dan siswa lebih tertarik untuk belajar dalam waktu yang relatif cukup lama. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, dengan masing-masing siklus satu pertemuan dan meliputi empat tahapan, yaitu : tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Mengacu pada tujuan penelitian ini, maka instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan non tes. Tes digunakan untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia Kompetensi Dasar Memahami cerita anak, sedangkan non tes digunakan untuk melihat peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran yang dicerminkan oleh sikap anak dalam pembelajaran, aktivitas siswa dan aktivitas guru saat pembelajaran. Dari data yang diperoleh selama penelitian kemudian diolah dan dianalisis, diperoleh hasil yang menunjukan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar belajar. Bahasa Indonesia. dengan Kompentensi Dasar Memahami cerita Anak. terdapat perbedaan yang cukup signifikan. Adapun skor yang dicapai sebelum perbaikan adalah 43 %, pada siklus 1 sebesar 55%, pada siklus 2 sebesar 76% dan pada siklus 3 sebesar 90%. Dari skor yang diperoleh pada siklus 3 yaitu 90% sudah melebihi kriteria ketuntasan minimal yang telah ditentukan diawal penelitian yaitu sebesar 70%. Dengan demikian hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa penggunaan alat peraga Teka-Teki Silang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar belajar Bahasa Indonesia dengan Kompetensi Dasar Memahami cerita Anak pada siswa tunagrahita kelas X SMALB-C di SPLB-C YPLB Cipaganti Kota Bandung

PERSPEKTIF ANAK MUDA TERHADAP LGBTAbstractThe LGBT community is a group of people who are engaged in same-sex sexual activity. Concerning about religion, Indonesian still consider LGBT as a sin, therefore, they do not approve same-sex marriage. However, this perspective has questioned now since in fact, some start to be open minded and accept LGBT’s existence, even few are involved in the LGBT communities. One of them is Gaya Nusantara, which is initiated by Indonesian gay lived in Surabaya. This community functions as a forum for Indonesian gay to share ideas and experience aims to actualize themselves. Regarding to this phenomenon, this study was arranged using a case study research which aimed to figure out the Indonesian youth’s perspective towards LGBT. The researchers used questionnaire as the instrument to get the data with 4 questions covered the perspective of the youth. The subject of the research was 100 hundred youth from 14 cities and towns in Indonesia. The significance of the study informed the LGBT phenomenon among the youth to Indonesian parents and teachers as someone who take responsibility in educating the children so that they are not influenced by this social phenomenon.Key word:LGBT, LGBT perspective, Indonesian youth’sperspective AbstrakKomunitas LGBT (lesbian, gay, biseksual, transgender) adalah sekelompok orang yang terlibat dalam aktivitas seksual sesama jenis. Namun, perspektif ini saat ini masih dipertanyakan karena pada kenyataannya beberapa mulai berpikiran terbuka dan menerima keberadaan LGBT, bahkan ada beberapa yang terlibat dalam komunitas LGBT. Salah satunya adalah Gaya Nusantara yang digagas oleh gay Indonesia yang tinggal di Surabaya. Komunitas tersebut berfungsi sebagai forum bagi gay Indonesia untuk berbagi ide dan pengalaman yang bertujuan untuk mengaktualisasikan diri. Sehubungan dengan fenomena tersebut, studi ini diatur menggunakan penelitian studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perspektif pemuda Indonesia terhadap LGBT. Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk mendapatkan data dengan 4 pertanyaan tertutup tentang perspektif pemuda. Subjek penelitian adalah 100 ratus pemuda dari 14 kota besar dan kota kecil di Indonesia. This research aims to explore the role of the family in shaping the character of early childhood. The method used is qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. The results are as follows: character education is a way to make Indonesian children and their people have commendable and civilized moral behavior. In reality, there are still school children who do not have noble character. One of the contributing factors is the lack of a moral basis that parents instill in the child's self and soul. Building character in early childhood is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand. It needs a very careful approach. The role of parents is very necessary because they are the first to interact with children. The things that parents teach at an early age will form the basis of the child's character and will continue to carry over until he grows up. Parents need to introduce good things to children as the basis for forming their character and morality.

In terms of language, the trend of Indonesian language is being favored by new parents in this Minang land to teach children speak. The occurrence of this mixing will cause the Minangkabau language to disappear from its language users. Especially the young generation who will continue the next struggle. Religion, activating activities back to the surau in instilling religious values. This economic, cultural, linguistic and religious aspect represents the young generation of Minagkabau's capital to win the competition in the Asean Economic Community (MEA) market.

The emergence of the child-free phenomenon in Indonesia where the community is still guided by existing cultural values, does not adhere to child-freedom in forming a family. People believe that the purpose of marriage is to give birth to the next generation of families, even the term "many children is a lot of fortune" until now has been used as jargon for Indonesian people. One of them is in the Batak community who still adhere to the value principles of hagabeon, hasangapon, hamoraon. Hagabeon are descendants in Batak society are children born with the aim of continuing the family clan. The importance of descent in Batak society is inseparable from the philosophy of anakkonhi do hamoraon. This study aims to explain the importance of descent for the Batak community and the views of the Batak community in Tarutung City towards the childfree phenomenon. This research is descriptive qualitative using ethnographic and sociological approaches. Sources of data in this study are the results of interviews with several key informants and literature studies that support this research. The results of the study found that in the culture of the Batak people, descent is an important thing in a family. Children are the absolute successors of descendants, especially for boys who have a role to carry on the family clan so that it does not become extinct and is not excluded from the previous family kinship. Apart from being the successor of the family, children will also find their role in every family event. This is what causes the Batak family community to not want child-freeism in their family. Childfree will indirectly eliminate the function and role of the family where so far the family in a sociological view has father, mother and children.Munculnya fenomena childfree di Indonesia di mana masyarakatnya masih berpedoman pada nilai-nilai kebudayaan yang ada, tidak menganut childfree dalam membentuk keluarga. Masyarakat percaya bahwa tujuan dari pernikahan adalah melahirkan generasi penerus keluarga, bahkan istilah banyak anak banyak rejeki hingga sampai saat ini dijadikan jargon bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satunya dalam masyarakat Batak yang masih memegang nilai pandangan hidup yakni hagabeon, hasangapon, hamoraon. Hagabeon merupakan keturunan dalam masyarakat Batak adalah anak-anak yang lahir dengan tujuan meneruskan marga keluarga. Pentingnya keturunan dalam masyarakat Batak tak terlepas dari filosofi “anakkonhi do hamoraon di au”. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pentingnya keturunan bagi masyarakat Batak dan pandangan masyarakat Batak di Tarutung Kota terhadap fenomena childfree. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnografi dan sosiologis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil wawancara dengan beberapa informan kunci dan studi kepustakaan yang mendukung penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa dalam budaya masyarakat Batak, keturunan adalah hal penting dalam berkeluarga. Anak adalah penerus keturunan yang sifatnya mutlak terlebih bagi anak laki-laki yang punya peran untuk meneruskan marga (clan) keluarga agar tidak punah dan tidak tersinggirkan dari kekerabatan keluarga yang ada sebelumnya. Selain sebagai penerus keluarga, anak juga akan mendapati perannya dalam setiap acara keluarga. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan masyarakat keluarga Batak tidak menginginkan paham childfree dalam keluarga mereka. Childfree secara tidak langsung akan menghilangkan fungsi dan peran dari keluarga di mana selama ini keluarga dalam pandangan sosiologis yakni ada ayah, ibu dan anak.

These games have many positive values such as honesty, cooperation and solidarity. In this digital era, Indonesian children no longer know traditional games because of the rapid advances in technology and environmental factors. Since early childhood they have been introduced to online devices and games. Therefore, Traditional Games Returns community create a campaign to invite and teach Indonesian children to play traditional games as an effort to prevent gadget addiction since early stage. This research aims to explore the implementation of Traditional Games Returns community campaign model to prevent gadget addiction in children using the Oostegard campaign model. This research uses qualitative approach and data collection techniques by conducting interviews. The sources in this study were campaign practitioners, child clinical psychologists and the core team of Traditional Games Returns community. The results of this study indicate that this community campaign model is in accordance with the Oostegard campaign model by fulfilling elements of the problem, campaign, knowledge, skills, attitudes, behaviour and reduced problems. Abstract: There are many factors behind why Indonesian people do not like literature, so the impact is the lack of interest in reading in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. Introducing the library as a means of information which is an absolute necessity of the community in the information age needs to be done. Awareness of the importance of this library should be fostered since childhood, therefore the thing that needs to be done is to provide adequate facilities / good for children's libraries. But before moving in that direction, the children's soul must be understood and what kind of information is needed by the children. Therefore it is necessary for the active involvement of various parties such as parents, teachers and the government to foster interest in reading early on by introducing the library early on. However, it is difficult to expect children and adolescents to come to the library without any precise effort and resources pull from the library itself. The lack of attention to the elements intended to extend the reading interest of Indonesian people, especially for people in rural areas.Keywords: Library, Early ChildhoodAbstrak : Banyak faktor yang melatarbelakangi mengapa masyarakat Indonesia kurang suka ke pustaka, maka dampaknya adalah kurangnya minat baca di Indonesia khusus lagi bagian pedesaan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya keterlibatan secara aktif dari berbagai pihak seperti orangtua, guru dan pemerintah untuk menumbuhkan minat baca sejak dini dengan memperkenalkan perpustakaan sejak dini.Akan tetapi, sulit mengharapkan anak-anak dan remaja untuk datang ke perpustakaan tanpa ada upaya yang jitu dan daya tarik dari perpustakaan itu sendiri. Studying conducted by the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) depicts that illegal marriage is one of significant factors causing the neglect of children in the country. The government attempts to solve the problem through the way of isbath (the legal procedure to register a marriage in the governmental authority) and stating a legalisation of the parental origin of the children. This way is important in order to get recognition by the state and the people, as well as to save children born from illegal marriage. In fact, however – as this article finds out – not all the courts have granted the request of making legalisation of the parental origin of the children as happened in the case No. 0136 / Pdt.P / 2016 / Pa. Kab. Kdr. The judges’ decidendi ratio (legal hermeneutics) at considering the case, is implementing the Law No. 1 (1974) on Marriage, Article 3 (2) and 4. The legal decision made by the judges has had direct implications for the children such as weakening the legal standing of children, discrimination and violating the basic human rights of the children.

Abstract This study aims to describe the cultural meaning in the Besale tradition of Suku Anak Dalam Batin Sembilan which is in the Tanjung Lebar Village Bahar Selatan District Muaro Jambi Regency. The research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. After that the data obtained in the form of words on equipment, people, and the way/process of implementing the besale tradition. Data obtained from three informants. The techniques used to obtain data are observation, interview, listen, record and note. Then the data obtained were analyzed using the qualitative data analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study are the cultural lexicon and cultural meaning of the besale Suku Anak Dalam Batin Sembilan tradition in form of names of equipment, people and ways consisting of words that use Suku Anak Dalam Malay and words that use Indonesian but with different pronunciations. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan leksikon budaya dan makna kultural pada tradisi Besale Suku Anak Dalam Batin Sembilan yang berada di kawasan Desa Tanjung Lebar Kecamatan Bahar Selatan Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Setelah itu data yang diperoleh berupa kata pada perlengkapan, orang dan cara/proses pelaksanaan tradisi besale. Data diperoleh dari tiga informan. Adapun teknik yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data yaitu observasi, wawancara, simak, rekam, dan catat. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah leksikon budaya dan makna kultural dari tradisi besale Suku Anak Dalam Batin Sembilan yang berupa nama-nama perlengkapan, orang dan cara yang terdiri dari kata yang menggunakan bahasa Melayu Suku Anak Dalam Batin Sembilan dan kata yang menggunakan bahasa Indonesia akan tetapi dengan penyebutan yang berbeda.

ABSTRACT Religious Moderation has been discussed by the government through the Minister of Religious Affairs. Religious Moderation is done because lately there are many troubling things related to certain religions. So that Religious Moderation is very much needed for the Unity of the Republic of Indonesia. With those reasons, this article was written because there is a phenomenon in terms of children's character education in increasing tolerance. Religious Tolerance in Indonesia is needed to educate children to be more compassionate and have an attitude that respects each other both in the family environment and in the Indonesian community. There are several families in Indonesia who have different beliefs, and they can live in harmony without disputes. This intrigued the author to write this article, in the author's circle there is 1 family that can live harmoniously and harmoniously despite adhering to different beliefs, namely Hinduism and Islam. Children who grow and develop in the family seem very harmonious and can always appreciate others. This proves , the need for the character of Tolerance in the form to be able respect and love each other between people.

Learning during the Covid19 pandemic is certainly not a condition commonly experienced by the Indonesian people, including in Kuningan Regency. This unusual condition, of course, triggers several problems faced by the learning implementers. The problems that often occur during this pandemic are not only for teachers and students, but also for parents at home. Learning with the online method and home visit certainly makes the intensity of togetherness between students and parents at home during school hours to be more than before. Parents' unpreparedness in accompanying children to learn is a problem that tends to emerge during the COVID-19 pandemic. The unpreparedness of the parents to accompany the child to study at home certainly makes the mental condition of the parents less healthy and will also affect the mental condition of the child. Children do not find comfort and motivation to learn. Pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid19 tentu bukan kondisi yang biasa dialami oleh masyarkat Indonesia termasuk di Kabupaten Kuningan. Kondisi yang tidak biasa dihadapi tersebut tentu memicu adanya beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaksana pembelajaran. Masalah yang banyak terjadi saat pandemi ini bukan hanya dari guru dan siswa, tapi juga terjadi pada orang tua siswa di rumah. Pembelajaran dengan metode daring dan home visit tentu menjadikan intensitas kebersamaan siswa dan orang tua dirumah pada jam sekolah menjadi lebih banyak dibanding sebelumnya. Ketidaksiapan orang tua dalam mendampingi anak belajar merupakan masalah yang cendrung muncul di masa pandemi covid19 ini. The purpose of marriage is to form a happy, eternal and prosperous family. A harmonious family life also arises when a child is blessed. However, some people prefer to have children without a marriage bond. This causes problems in terms of inheritance distribution. This article highlights the Indonesian Government's efforts to reduce Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) in the tourism industry as a realization of supporting the sustainable development agenda, in order to create a society that is more alert to sexual violence against children. CSEC in the tourism industry usually involves perpetrators from foreign and domestic tourists who place children in physical and mental sexual harm. This issue affects the ability of national governments to protect their citizens in the context of sustainable development. Through the lens of international regimes and human security, this article reveals two main points. First, the Indonesian Government's efforts are in line with the mandate in the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography (OPSC). Second, the Indonesian Government, led by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (KPPPA) together with the Ministry of Tourism and the Directorate General of Immigration, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, has a series of national programs/plans to reduce Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) in the tourism industry, namely (1) the declaration of Child Friendly Districts/Cities; (2) creation of child-friendly rural tourism free from exploitation; (3) establishment of a Community-Based Integrated Child Protection network; (4) stipulation of PP No.70 of 2020 concerning Chemical Castration; and (5) tightening the rules for entry and stay permits for foreigners. This series of efforts carried out by the Indonesian government can direct, shape mindsets and sensitize the Indonesian people to combat CSEC in the tourism industry in order to achieve sustainable development by 2030.

The research method used in this article is a descriptive method of analysis using a philosophical normative approach. The results of this research are the philosophical basis of adopted children over adoptive parents according to the Compilation of Islamic Law namely in the Indonesian context, the philosophical basis of the applicable law is Pancasila, as the way of life of the Indonesian nation. Then the provision for adopted children to receive 1/3 of the inheritance of their adoptive parents is actually a fair distribution according to legal justice, if the main heirs do not object, while if the heirs object and harm the heirs then the obligatory will is not allowed carried out because it has the potential to harm the offspring of the heir who in fact is the main heir, this is as Raws said, the main interest of justice from laws made by the State is to guarantee the stability of human life.

This study aims to analyse how the communication strategy is applied in socializing the Child Identity Card program. The study was conducted at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bogor Regency and Cibinong District Region. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive study using two concepts, namely the communication strategy concept of R. Wayne, et al in Effendy and communication strategy barriers Ruslan. The results of this study note that the communication strategy step adopted pays attention to all components in communication. Even so, the results of the study showed that the socialization of the Children’s Identity Card program was still included in the Dukcapil program of the Indonesian Movement to be Aware of Population Administration so that for the child’s own identity card program currently the emphasis was on online media and the service went directly to the community. The process of achieving a communication strategy can be said to be good even though it is still not evenly distributed as a whole in the district of Bogor because there are still people who do not know the socialization carried out and are aware of the importance of the Child Identity Card program.

Metode penulisan ini adalah kajian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan eksploratif. Dapat disimpulan bahwa peran pendidikan agama Islam merupakan: (1) fondasi dalam keluarga untuk membentuk perilaku dan moral anak-anak dan mengetahui batasan baik dan buruk, (2) berfungsi untuk membentuk manusia yang percaya dan ketaqwaan kepada Allah SWT, (3) fondasi utama dan berperan dalam pendidikan moral bagi pembangunan masyarakat Indonesia seluruhnya. Abstract Based on data released by the Central Bureau of Statistics, the number of autism in Indonesia in 2010 is estimated to reach 2.4 million people. In that year, the population of Indonesia was 237.5 million people with a growth rate of 1.14 percent. The number of people with autism in Indonesia is estimated to have an increase of about 500 people every year. It is necessary to make efforts to hone the special skills of children with autism that adjust to the stage of its development. The development includes all aspects of language development, social, emotional, and physical development of the child's motor. Professionals often focus on emotional, social, and family issues only whereas motor development is also an integral part in the life of an autistic child. Based on the data source, this research is a field research using qualitative research methods that is analyzed descriptively. The number of subjects in this study is 5 children. Respondents were taken based on purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation and the data was analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicated that the sensory integration (SI) exercise includes 7 areas namely, vestibular, tactile, propioceptive, visual, auditory, gustatory, and olfactory. Exercise development was tailored to the conditions and characteristics of children, because between one child and another child was different. The progress of motor sensory training had five subjects and all of which had different characteristics of ability. The progress or speed in responding to their exercise stimulation was affected by age, environmental stimulation, and home-based exercise. Abstract: Children are human beings who have not reached adulthood. They have right to live safely and comfortably and to avoid violence. In reality, it is often encountered a violence on children. There are several factors of violence against children, namely: first, a ‘perception’ that sees the status of parents who occupy an important role in social life of children. The relationship between children and parents has a strong emotional bond; second, with regard to the above ‘perception’, of course, it has a very complex implication at all, including the unbalanced relationship between children and parents, the emergence of violence against children by their own parents; third, a system and tradition, that have been embraced by the paternalistic people, becomes the reason to put the children’s status under that of the parents. To provide protection for children, the Indonesian government has made Undang-Undang on children protection, as outlined in Undang-Undang No. 23 tahun 2002. It can generally be classified as follows: first, the right of survival; second, the right of growth and development; third, the right to get protection includes protection against discrimination, abuse and neglect, protection for children without family and protection for refugee children; and fourth, the right of participation which includes the right to express their opinion/view in all matters relating to the fate of the children.Keywords: Violence, protection, child, socio-juridical

This study discusses the communication patterns of parents in educating boys and girls in terms of choosing a mate or the position of children in the Chinese Indonesians family. This study uses family communication patterns in interpersonal communication theory. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The data were obtained from Chinese Indonesians family or community from Medan, North Sumatera, but they are living in Jakarta, Indonesia. The pattern of communication is seen from the selection of a mate such as the prohibition of marrying people who have the same clan. Boys take precedence over girls. Women occupy the lowest level or position or are lower than men because only boys are able to continue the family clan. Likewise in the case of choosing a mate where boys are free to choose a partner while girls must obey and accept whoever their parents choose. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai seperti apa pola komunikasi orang tua dalam mendidik anak laki-laki maupun perempuan dalam hal pemilihan jodoh atau kedudukan anak dalam keluarga Tionghua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pola komunikasi keluarga dalam teori komunikasi antar pribadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh dari narasumber keluarga atau masyarakat Tionghua asal Medan, Sumatera Utara, tetapi menetap di Jakarta, Indonesia. Pola komunikasi dilihat dari pemilihan jodoh seperti larangan menikah dengan orang yang memiliki marga yang sama. Anak laki – laki lebih didahulukan atau diutamakan daripada anak perempuan. Perempuan menduduki tingkatan atau posisi terendah atau lebih rendah dari laki-laki karena hanya anak laki-laki yang mampu meneruskan marga keluarga. Begitupula dalam hal pemilihan jodoh di mana anak laki-laki bebas memilih pasangan sedangkan anak perempuan harus taat dan menerima siapapun jodoh yang menjadi pilihan orang tuanya.

Jamu telah diterima oleh masyarakat Indonesia sebagai bagian dari pengobatan tradisional. Usia 6-12 tahun anak sudah memiliki dunia sekolah yang lebih serius walaupun ia tetap seorang anak dengan dunia yang khas, masa ini ditandai dengan perubahan dalam kemampuan dan perilaku. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak membuatnya lebih siap untuk belajar dibanding sebelumnya, anak juga mengembangkan keinginan untuk melakukan berbagai hal dengan baik. As a kind of traditional medicine, herbs play an important role in curing people in developing countries. Research and Development division of the Ministry of Health states that 50% of Indonesian people drink herbs either to keep them healthy or to recover from illness. Herbs have been accepted by Indonesian people as a part of traditional medicine. Children at the age of 6-12 years old has had more serious schooling world though their world is still distinctive. This period is signified by chances of abilities and behaviors. Growth and development of a child makes him or her more ready to learn the he or she has been in the previous stages. He or she also develop will to do things better. The program was aimed at promoting the profession of pharmacist, sharing knowledge the risk of consuming on healthy drink and informing the benefits of drinking herbs and traditional medicine for students of Public Elementary School 1 of Boyolali. The method of the service was made interesting with drinking herbs together, collecting various kinds of traditional medicinal plants, and testing their knowledge on them and socializing the risk of consuming healthy drinks, knowledge on the benefits of drinking herbs and traditional medicine. This community service was positively received by the school so that in the weekly schedule, drinking milk and herbs together for young children were added. And for the young children, it was really useful and able to instill the children’s love to Indonesian traditional medicinal plants.

Using a qualitative method with a literature study approach, it can be concluded that the value of pride in loving the homeland in the frame of the Christian faith in caring for harmony must be expressed in the sense that it is the pillar and basis of the people's belief that the value of Indonesian unity in Bhinneka Tunggal Ika has the right to exist in every soul and body of the nation's children. which is actualized through harmony despite the various differences. And moreover, believers have a commitment to continue to love their homeland as a pride in living together and become the basis of society in the Theological Ethics which is in line with the values of Pancasila. AbstrakEducation is the most important aspect for the Indonesian nation. The field of education is one component that has a large enough role to create quality human beings. In Indonesia, education is divided into two, namely formal and non-formal education. Poverty is a factor that makes many students drop out of school. The high cost of education makes people choose to work for their children instead of going to school. The Smart Indonesia Community is one of the communities that provides educational counseling to disadvantaged communities in the Pondok Labu Pemulung Village, which is under the auspices of the Creative Counseling House Foundation. The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the role of the Smart Indonesia Community in carrying out teaching and learning activities and the influence of the community on increasing children's enthusiasm and motivation to learn. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data used in the study were observation and interviews. The location used in this research is the scavenger village, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the Smart Indonesia Community is able to provide educational facilities, education, collaborate with foundations in providing education and facilities, as well as providing technical skills such as package schools.

Anak muda yang menganut ideologi radikalisme merupakan isu yang harus dicermati di tengah bonus demografi yang tengah berlangsung di negeri ini tidak terkecuali pada salah satu daerah di Kota Magelang yaitu di Kampung Karanggading. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meneguhkan nilai keindonesiaan melalui kegiatan bermain sambil belajar dan kegiatan cinta lingkungan sebagai upaya meningkatkan rasa cinta tanah air, budaya,� keagamaan dan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini diantaranya dengan beberapa tahapan program dongeng nusantara bagi anak, program outbond, belajar dan bermain bagi anak dan program bersih lingkungan bagi anak. Hasil kegiatan pengabidan kepada masyarakat ini diantaranya kegiatan dongeng nusantara, outbond dan kerjabakti menumbuhkan budaya anti kekerasan dan radikalisme dan masyarakat Kampung Karanggading, khususnya anak-anak mendapatkan pemahaman nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari.�Kata kunci: nasionalisme; deradikalisai; anak usia dini.��Abstract This Community Service Activity is motivated by the involvement of young people and especially children in the impact of radical ideology. Young people who adhere to the ideology of radicalism are an issue that must be observed in the midst of the demographic bonus that is taking place in this country, not least in one area in the Magelang City, in Kampung Karanggading. The purpose of this community service is to strengthen the value of Indonesianism through play activities while learning and loving activities in an effort to increase the patriotism, culture, religion and environment. The methods used several stages of the Indonesian fairytale program for children, outbound programs, learning and playing for children and a clean environment program for children. Abstrak Novel Anak Semua Bangsa karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Novel ini berlatar belakang kolonial Hindia Belanda. Pada kenyataannya, dalam kehidupan manusia sering terjadi banyak kasus diskriminasi yang dilakukan oleh para penguasa dan dialami oleh kaum tertindas. Diskriminasi pada novel Anak Semua Bangsa karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer tercermin dalam gambaran betapa menderita dan terpuruknya bangsa pribumi Jawa akibat kekejaman yang dilakukan penjajah Belanda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk diskriminasi dalam novel Anak Semua Bangsa karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dan implikasinya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif.. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data dari novel Anak Semua Bangsa karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan wujud datanya yaitu penggalan wacana dan kalimat yang mengandung diskriminasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 48 data yang mengandung empat bentuk diskriminasi, yaitu diskriminasi suku/etnis, ras dan agama/keyakinan sebanyak 26 data (54,17%), diskriminasi berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan gender sebanyak 8 data (16,67%), diskriminasi terhadap penderita penyakit menular sebanyak 2 data (4,16%), dan diskriminasi karena kasta sosial sebanyak 12 data (25,00%). Kata kunci: diskriminasi, novel dan implikasi. Abstract Novel Children of All Nations by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. This novel has a colonial background in the Dutch East Indies. In fact, in human life cases of discrimination often occur by the authorities and experienced by the oppressed. Discrimination in Pramoedya Ananta Toer's novel Anak Semua Bangsa is reflected in the description of the suffering and decline of the Javanese indigenous people due to atrocities committed by the Dutch colonialists. This study aims to describe the forms of discrimination in the novel Children of All Nations by Pramoedya Ananta Toer and their implications in learning Indonesian in high school. This research uses a qualitative approach, a type of descriptive research. The source of data in this study is the novel Children of All Nations by Pramoedya Ananta Toer with the form of data that is discourse fragments and sentences that contain discrimination. The results found 48 data containing four forms of discrimination, namely ethnic / ethnic, racial and religious / belief discrimination as much as 26 data (54.17%), discrimination based on gender and gender as much as 8 data (16.67%), discrimination against infectious disease sufferers as much as 2 data (4.16%), and discrimination because of social caste as many as 12 data (25.00%). Abstrak Gaya hidup dari kegiatan liburan perlahan-lahan berubah seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi. Jika sebelumnya liburan menjadi kebutuhan tersier, saat ini akivitas liburan menjadi kebutuhan sekunder untuk kelas menengah, terutama kebutuhan anak-anak muda. Saat ini, anak-anak muda menjalani liburan dengan gaya hidup hedonisme dan hal itu semakin populer di kalangan mereka. Banyak hal yang menyebabkan tumbuhnya gaya hidup hedonisme tersebut, salah satunya karena hadirnya media sosial, seperti Instagram dan Youtube. Penelitian ini berasumsi bahwa iklan promosi wisata yang dipublikasikan di Youtube juga memiliki peran dalam menumbuhkan gaya hidup hedonisme di kalangan anak-anak muda ketika melakukan aktivitas liburan. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah iklan promosi wisata berjudul “An Exploration of The Wondrous Labuan Bajo” yang dipublikasikan oleh Wonderful Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan teori semiotika Roland Barthes, terdapat tanda-tanda konotatif pada iklan yang mengarahkan kepada gaya hidup hedonisme ketika menjalani liburan, seperti berlibur di kapal phinisi dan penginapan mewah, serta perlengkapan gadget canggih yang dapat melakukan swafoto dan swavideo di mana saja. Ketika dikaji menggunakan empat kata kunci studi kultural, yaitu (1) budaya dan praktik tentang tanda, (2) teks dan khalayak, (3) materialism dan non-reduksionalisme, dan (4) kekuasaan, iklan pariwisata ini cenderung menampilkan produk yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok elit dan tidak memberikan suara kepada kelas menengah ke bawah, seperti pengusaha UMKM di Labuan Bajo. Maka, bisa disimpulkan bahwa kelompok elit memiliki peran dalam menanamkan budaya hedonisme di dalam kegiatan wisata melalui iklan pariwisata Wonderful Indonesia. Previously, vacation became the tertiary needs for people, but nowadays, it is becoming the secondary needs for middle class, especially for young people. The aim for vacation is not only for refreshing, but also enhance the existence of young people. Therefore, the hedonism lifestyle in vacation activities is inceasingly among young people. Many things induce the growth of the hedonism lifestyle, and one of which is due to the presence of social platform, such as Instagram and Youtube. This research assumes that tourism advertising that published on Youtube Wonderful Indonesia also have a role in fostering the hedonism lifestyle among young people. The object of this research is tourism promotion advertising tittled “An Exploration of The Wondrous Labuan Bajo” that published by Wonderful Indonesia. Based on the analysis using Roland Barthes’s semiotics theory, there are several connotative signs were seen in the advertisement tourism which directs to the hedonism lifestyle, such as vacation on phinisi ship and luxury resort. Furthermore, young people also bring sophisticated gadget that can do selfies anywhere to show their existence. This research also examined using four keyword of cultural studies, namely (1) culture and signifying practices, (2) texts and readers, (3) materialism and non-reductionism, and (4) power. The result describes that these advertising video tend to display products from elite class and do not give the voice for lower and middle class, such as MSME entrepreneurs in Labuan Bajo. Abstrak:Akhir-akhir ini, banyak perempuan yang mengakhiri kehamilannya dengan cara aborsi. Setiap tahunnya data pelaku aborsi di Indonesia bukan semakin menurun namun sebaliknya. Data yang dihimpun Komnas Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI) menemukan dalam kurun waktu tiga tahun (2008-2010) kasus aborsi terus meningkat. Pada 2008 ditemukan 2 juta jiwa anak korban Aborsi, tahun 2009 naik 300.000 menjadi 2,3 juta janin yang dibuang paksa. Sementara itu, pada 2010 naik 200.000 menjadi 2,5 juta jiwa. 62,6 persen pelaku di antaranya adalah anak berusia di bawah 18 tahun.. Lalu, bagaimana sebenarnya tanggapan dari pihak medis, yuridis, dan hukum Islam dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan ini? Tiga elemen ini sangat memengaruhi tindakan masyarakat. Dalam hal ini, para medis melihat bahwa aborsi hanya dapat dilakukan jika perempuan tersebut terindikasi penyakit yang mengancam hidupnya jika kehamilan itu tetap dipertahankan. Sedangkan hukum di Indonesia menindak tegas pelaku aborsi dan pada mereka yang membantu melakukan aborsi tersebut, namun aborsi juga dapat dilakukan pada korban perkosaan. Sedangkan dalam pandangan Islam, aborsi yang dilakukan secara sengaja adalah perbuatan yang benar-benar melanggar hukum apabila usia kehamilan sudah mencapai 120 hari. Tiga peraturan tersebut seharusnya dapat berkolaborasi agar mencapai keinginannya untuk mengurangi praktik aborsi, karena jika salah satunya tidak ada kesesuaian hukum dan ketidakpastian peraturan hal itu hanya akan membantu para pelaku aborsi muncul lebih banyak lagi.Abstract:Nowdays, there were many womans stopped their pregnancy by abortion. Every year, data of prepators of abortion in Indonesia not to be decrease but going to be on the increase. Data that are collected by Komnas Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI) founds in three years (2008-2010), abortion case was going to be increase. In 2008 was found 2 million souls of child becomes the victims of abortion. In 2009, it was increase 300.000 souls become 2,3 million. While, in 2010 it was increase to 200.000 becomes 2,5 million souls have been died by abortion. 62,6% of the prepators were did by youngs people under 18th. Then, how the medical, juridical, and Islamic law responds about these problems? These three elements are very influence to the act of societies. In this case, the medical view that abortions can only be applied if the woman indicated life-threatening disease. Whereas, in Indonesian law firm action against the perpetrators of abortion and those who assist abortion. but abortion may also be performed on rape victims. Whereas, in the view of Islam, abortion is absolutely intentional unlawful if the age of the baby are 120 days and more. These three things need to collaborate in order to achieve the desire to reduce the practice of abortion, because if one of them there is not suitable law and uncertain regulations these will only help the perpetrators of abortion many more.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masyarakat Sunda, yang dewasa ini sudah sedikit menggunakan bahasa Sunda dalam mendidik anak-anaknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan anak pada usia 4-5 tahun dalam menguasai kosa kata dalam bahasa Sunda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Untuk teknik yang digunakan dalam mengunpulkan data adalah wawancara tidak terstruktur. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah enam orang anak TK Aisyiyah, dengan pertimbangan jenis kelamin dan umur. Tiga orang anak laki-laki dan tida orang anak perempuan dijadikan sumber data, usia responden ada dalam rentang 4-5 tahun. Sumber data dipilih secara acak. Dalama menggunakan kata ada berbagai macam kata untuk satu acuan yang sama. Bahasa yang digunakan belum sempurna, bahasa Sunda masih dicampur oleh bahasa Indonesia. Kemampuan menguasai kosa kata murid TK ada dalam kategori kurang, dari 149 kata yang sudah diujikan terhadap enam anak TK. Kemampuan anak dalam memahami bahasa Sunda dari data yang sudah didapa adalah 55 kata (36,85%) dan 71 kata (47%) belum diketahui oleh anak. Kemampuan paling tinggi anak TK 5 yang mampu menguasai 67 kata (44,97%), kamampuh tertinggi kedua adalah anak TK 6 yang mampu menguasai 60 kata (40,2%), kemampuan tertinggi ketiga diperoleh anak TK 4 yang mampu menguasai 55 kata (36,85%), kemampuan tertinggi keempat adalah anak TK 1 yang mampu menguasai 53 kata (35,56%), kemampuan tertinggi kelima yaitu anak TK 3 yang mampu menguasai 51 kata (34,17%), dan kemapuan terendah yaitu anak TK 2 yang hanya mampu 47 kata (31,54%). Dilihat dari kelompok kata yang banyak dikuasai oleh anak adalah istilah kekerabatan yakni 91,67%, kemudia kata bilangan pokok sebanyak 83,88%. Golongan kata ketiga yang banyak diukuasai oleh anak TK adalah kata kerja pokok 81,81%, kemuudian nama anggota badan yang mampuh dikuasai 75,54%, istilah keadaan/sifat pokok dikuasai sebanyak 75%. Golongan yang paling sedikit dikuasai anak adalah kata ganti dan kata petunjuk. Kosa kata yang paling sesuai dengan umur anak adalah kata yang berhubungan dengan istilah kekerabatan sebanyak 91,67%, kata bitangan pokok 83,33%, kata kerja pokok 81,81%, nama anggota tubuh 75,54%. Sisanya adalah kata yang kurang sesuai adalah kata ganti dan kata petunjuk 75% karena jumlah kata yang dikuasai siswa paling sedikitAbstractThe background of this research is based on how Sundanese people rarely use Sunda language in educating their children nowadays. The main goal of this research is to describe children abilities, 4-5 years old, in understanding their Sunda language vocabularies. The descriptive method is used to do this research. The researchers do the unstructured interview technique. The respondents of this research are six students from Aisyiyah kindergarten. Three of them are men and three of them are women who are 4-5 years old. The data sources are chosen randomly. In using words, there are some words which have same reference. The Sunda language, which is used, is not perfect. People still combine Sunda language and Indonesian language in one time when they are speaking. From 149 words which have been tested to kindergarten students’, their abilities are still not good. From the data which have been taken, students’ abilities in understanding the words are they know 55 words (36,85%) and do not know 71 words (47%). The highest is from student 5 who understands 67 words (44,97%), the second is from the student 6 who understands 60 words (40,2%), the third is from student 4 who understands 55 words (36,85%), the fourth is from student 1 who understands 53 words (35,56%), the fifth is from student 3 who understands 51 words (34,17%), and the last is from student 2 who only understands 47 words (31,54%). From the data, it can be seen that the most known words by kindergarten students are words about relationships which is 91,67%, and then cardinal numbers which is 83,88%. The third is the verbs which is 81,81%, and then the name of parts of body which is 75,54%, the term of situation/characteristic which is 75%. The least terms which are understood by students are pronouns and direct words.

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat baca masyarakat Indonesia terutama pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan peningkatan literasi siswa antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan peningkatan literasinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 15 Sungailiat dengan sampel sebanyak 44 siswa kelas 1. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan model quasi eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes uraian dengan jumlah 20 butir soal Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu terdapat perbedaan peningkatan literasi kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol, dengan signifikansi data p<0,05; dan uji t dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol memiliki perbedaan sebesar 3.070. Serta kenaikan literasi antara kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan sastra anak dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model konvensional terdapat perbedaan sebesar 17,3%. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan literasi anak. Abstract This research is motivated by the low interest in reading Indonesian people, especially at the elementary school level. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in the increase in student literacy between the experimental class and the control class and to find out how big the difference in the increase in literacy is. This research was conducted at SDN 15 Sungailiat with a sample of 44 first grade students. The method used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental model. The data collection technique used is a test. The instrument used is a description test with a total of 20 items. The data analysis technique used is the t-test. The results of the study are that there are differences in the increase in literacy between the experimental class and the control class, with a data significance of p<0.05; and the t test of the experimental class and the control class has a difference of 3,070. As well as the increase in literacy between the experimental class using children's literature and the control class using the conventional model, there is a difference of 17.3%. The results of this study are expected to help students in improving children's literacy.

Forests are a mandate and gift from God Almighty bestowed on the Indonesian people. SAD live in groups in a community, and their lives cannot be separated from the forest and its natural surroundings. The root of conflict and neglect of MHA rights in forest areas is the lack of legal certainty regarding acknowledging the existence of MHA, customary areas, and traditional rights. The state also does not recognize the boundaries of customary territories, which results in the seizure of indigenous peoples' territories. This study aims to examine and analyze the certainty of land rights of indigenous tribal communities in forest areas. This research is normative legal research, using a statutory approach and sources of primary and secondary legal materials with data collection techniques, namely literature study, and analyzed qualitatively. The results obtained are that for the sake of realizing legal certainty, the rights of the SAD community must first be determined that SAD is included as one of the MHA and these elements meet the SAD to be recognized as MHA. However, in reality, SAD is not recognized as MHA; the rights to justice, protection, and legal clarity have been hampered by efforts to defend and defend their ulayat rights. The fundamental problem of MHA's territorial claims in forest areas stems from the absence of legal recognition as legal subjects

Healthy in Health Act No. 36 of 2009 Chapter 1 Article 1 states that health is a state of well-being of body, soul and social that allows everyone to live productively socially and economically. The ASEAN Tobacco Control Report (2019) reveals that more than 30% of Indonesian children start smoking before the age of 10. That number reached 20 million children. (Kurniawati 2019). This fantastic number is based on data on the number of Indonesian children aged 0-14 years based on the 2010 census, which exceeded 67 million people. (Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia Health Bulletin 2014) General objective of the research, "Knowledge of factors related to the incidence of child smoking in RT 08 RW 04 Selayar village, Banta Banteng Village, Rapocini District, Makassar City. 2019. This type of research is analytic with a cross sectional approach, research variables are socioeconomic status, parent models, peers. The research was conducted from July to October 2019, located RT 8 RW 4 Selayar Village, Banta-Banteng Village, Rapocini District, Makassar City 2019. The population was 53 people, the sample obtained was 37 people. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between socioeconomic status and child smokers, parent models and child smokers and peers with the incidence of child smokers. To overcome this problem, it is recommended that parents always try and commit to slowly quit smoking and gradually reduce smoking gradually. Laporan Pengendalian Tembakau di ASEAN (2019) mengungkapkan lebih 30% anak Indonesia mulai merokok sebelum usia 10 tahun. Jumlah itu mencapai 20 juta anak. (Kurniawati 2019). Jumlah fantastis itu merunut pada data jumlah anak Indonesia usia 0-14 tahun berdasarkan sensus 2010, yang melebihi 67 juta orang. (Depkes RI Buletin Kesehatan 2014) Tujuan umum penelitian, “Diketahuinya factor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian perokok anak di RT 08 RW 04 kampung Selayar Kelurahan Banta Banteng Kecamatan Rapocini Kota Makassar.2019. Jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, variable penelitian status social ekonomi, model orang tua, teman sebaya. Penelitian dilaksanakan Juli s.d Oktober 2019, berlokasi , RT 8 RW 4 Kampung Selayar Kelurahan Banta-Banteng Kecamatan Rapocini Kota Makassar 2019 Populasi berjumlah 53 orang, sampel yang diperoleh 37 orang. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan antara status sosial ekonomi dengan perokok anak, model orang tua dengan perokok anak dan teman sebaya dengan kejadia perokok anak. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut disarankan agar orang tua senantiasa berusaha dan berkomitmen untuk secara perlahan berhenti merokok dan secara perlahan mengurangi mengkonsumsi rokok secara bertahap.

Children are an important asset for the future of the nation. As the next generation of the nation, children should have their needs met both physically and mentally. An orphanage is a professional service institution that is responsible for providing care and replacement services for neglected children. With this orphanage, abandoned children can be protected and sheltered by responsible and professional people who are able to manage the orphanage properly. The parenting style applied at the Rumah Bakti Kasih Anak Indonesia Orphanage uses a family approach, namely by replacing the role and position of parents, which is applied according to the conditions of foster children, using a democratic parenting pattern. Panting helps children get an education and get character education that they must get from an early age. MHowever, of course there are disadvantaged children whose needs are difficult to meet, for example, children who have become orphans. Therefore, the orphanage as one of the social services exists to ensure the needs of these disadvantaged children. The existence of this research aims to review the social services provided by the Rumah Bakti Kasih Anak Indonesia Foundation both in quality and quantity. This research collected data using literature studies, and observations through direct interviews with the orphanage administrators. And from the results of this survey we found that the orphanage at the Rumah Bakti Kasih Anak Foundation was quite good at shaping the character of the orphans

A moral crisis is a precarious condition in a society or group in which there is a deterioration or damage to actions, attitudes, morals and character. This moral crisis is seen in Indonesian society, both among young people, even parents and even small children. This moral crisis is indicated by the proliferation of acts that approach adultery or even adultery, the culture of smoking or even illegal drugs and intoxicants (khamr). In addition, the existence of a community that is disturbing the community or even criminal and brutal acts that have mushroomed in the community has also triggered a moral crisis. Not only that, but there are still many more indications of a moral crisis found in society. Abstrak Krisis moral adalah suatu kondisi genting dalam suatu masyarakat atau kelompok yang mana terjadinya kemerosotan atau kerusakan perbuatan, sikap, akhlak dan budi pekerti. Krisis moral ini terlihat di dalam masyarakat Indonesia, baik itu pada kalangan pemuda, orang tua bahkan kalangan anak kecil sekali pun. Krisis moral ini terindikasi dengan maraknya perbuatan yang mendekati zina atau bahkan zina, kebudayaan merokok atau bahkan obat-obatan terlarang dan minuman memabukkan (khamr). Selain itu juga adanya komunitas yang meresahkan masyarakat atau bahkan tindak kriminal dan brutal yang menjamur di masyarakat juga memicu adanya krisis moral. Tidak hanya itu, namun masih banyak lagi indikasi krisis moral yang terdapat di dalam masyarakat.
