RESUMEN:El objetivo del artículo es aproximarnos a la controvertida biografía del comisario Manuel Brabo Portillo. El trabajo está basado en fuentes primarias y secundarias. El método utilizado es empírico. En el imaginario del mundo sindicalista revolucionario, Brabo Portillo era el policía más odiado, la reencarnación de la cara más turbia del Estado. Fue, así mismo, un espía alemán relacionado con el hundimiento de barcos españoles, el asesinato del empresario e ingeniero Barret y el primer jefe de los terroristas vinculados a la patronal barcelonesa. La conflictividad que afectó a España en el período de la Primera Guerra Mundial es fundamental para entender los orígenes del terrorismo vinculado al pistolerismo, que marcó la historia político social española del primer tercio del siglo XX.PALABRAS CLAVE: Brabo Portillo, pistolerismo, espionaje, sindicalismo, Primera Guerra Mundial.ABSTRACT:The objective of the article is an approach to the controversial biography of Police Chief Manuel Brabo Portillo. The work is based on primary and secondary sources. The method used is empirical. In the imagery of the revolutionary syndicalist world, Brabo Portillo was the most hated policeman, the reincarnation of the murkiest face of the state. He was also a German spy connected with the sinking of Spanish ships, the murder of businessman and engineer Josep Barret and the first head of the terrorists linked to Barcelona employers. Las herramientas informáticas han permitido la detección de diversas manifestaciones de mala conducta en investigación en la literatura científica. Organismos como The Office for Research Integrity (ORI), el Comité de Ética de la Publicación (COPE), el Retraction Watch y las academias de ciencias de los países, organizan cursos, seminarios e investigaciones para promover valores como la honestidad, la imparcialidad, la objetividad, la fiabilidad, la responsabilidad y el escepticismo en la comunicación científica. En este trabajo se analizaron 1.373 artículos registrados en PubMed entre 1959 y 2015, cuyo texto y nota de retractación eran de libre acceso. Se observó que los artículos retractados entre 2010 y 2015 casi duplicaron el acumulado de los 44 años anteriores. El error admitido, el plagio o autoplagio y la falsificación o fabricación de datos, se presentaron en 32,8 %, 23,7 % y 19,7 % de las ocasiones, respectivamente. En los primeros cuatro meses del 2015, se retractaron 37 artículos por revisoría falsa o influencia de los autores sobre los revisores, una modalidad de mala conducta en la investigación no detectada en estudios anteriores. Los porcentajes de artículos retractados de libre acceso en relación con los artículos de libre acceso publicados por año variaron de 0,0072 % (1/13.861) en 1966 a 0,0472 % (213/45.1021) en el 2013. El porcentaje de artículos retractados en relación con los artículos publicados provenientes de 54 países en el mismo periodo (1959 a 2015), varió entre 0,0042 % (1/23.761) y 0,2732 % (1/366). El número de artículos retractados con más de 10 autores fue menor que aquellos con 6 a10 o 1 a 5 autores. La retractación de 794 (57,8 %) artículos se presentó antes de los dos primeros años y 579 (42.2 %) después de dos años de su publicación. La retractación de 714 (52 %) artículos fue solicitada por los autores, de 485 (35,3 %) por los editores y de 70 (5,1 %) de común acuerdo por ambas partes. El 80,8% (1.110/1.373) de los artículos retractados habían sido citados. En el artículo se discute la importancia de promover la educación sobre la retractación y la corrección de la literatura científica para contribuir a la integridad de la ciencia y a la confianza de la sociedad en la comunidad científica. © 2016. The heavy metals are found naturally on the Earth's crust. Due to the astounding increase of the use of heavy metals, it has resulted in an imminent surge of metallic substances in both the terrestrial environment and the aquatic environment. The urbanization and industrialization have caused the heavy metals to leak into the environment through the runoffs. The dye from textile industry leaked into the system blocked the photosynthesis process of aquatic plants and toxified organisms. Various methods including mechanical filtering, ozonolysis, reverse osmosis, and adsorption have been invented to filter heavy metals and organic matters. Adsorption is the most economical and effective method. Nanotechnology have been widely used in improving adsorption and many other research areas related to suitable and environmental issues such energy, catalysis, sensors and remediations [1-33]. In this research project, the alginate–zeolite gel beads functionalized with carbon quantum dots is synthesized and applied for filtering heavy metals from water. The gel beads was characterized by using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS), and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). The over prescribing of broad-spectrum antibiotics has given rise to the multidrug resistance in bacteria. The antimicrobial resistance caused the medicines and treatments to become ineffective and became difficult to treat infection. In order to avoid the overuse of antibiotics, antibacterial material have been developed and applied in preventing bacterial infection, drug delivery, and medical implant. Nanomaterials materials show great potential in many applications [1-33]. Therefore, in our study, we designed nanosilica islands on graphene oxide template to disperse the silver nanoparticles and improve its antibacterial properties. Silver nanoparticles have been known for its exceptional antimicrobial properties. However, some bacteria were able to use their flagellum to cause the silver nanoparticles agglomerated. By using silica nanoparticles and graphene oxide, we not only avoid the agglomerated issues but also improve the antibacterial ability of the material. Our novel composite was characterized by using Powder X-Ray Diffraction (P-XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS), Tranmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). The silica nanoparticles and graphene template helped to form dispersed nanoparticles of 7 nm. The composite successfully eliminated 99.99% of Escherichia coli and Bacillus Subtilis within one hour. The issue of wastewater from the dyeing industry entering the environment has significantly impacted both humans and other species. The dye blocks the photosynthesis process of aquatic plants and causes oxygen depletion in the marine environment. The dye is difficult to remove from wastewater due to their aromatic chemical structure. When the dye enters to human body, it can cause cancer, cell damage, and life-threatening conditions. Different methods have been investigated to remove the dye such as precipitation, photocatalytic, ion exchange, and membrane filtration. Those methods were difficult to apply on wide scale due to either their high cost or low efficiency. Adsorption is still an economical and effective method due to the cheap production cost and the reusability of the materials. Nanomaterials have great promises in improving many issues related to energy, catalysis, biomaterials, sensing applications and designing novel adsorbent materials [1-31]. Nanosize adsorbent materials have been utilized and great affinity for removing inorganic and organic species. In this study, we develop a new method of modifying and activating the magnetic zeolite Y, as a nanoporous adsorbent by utilizing cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB). We applied mechanochemical synthesis method to combine CTAB with magnetic zeolite Y. The composite was applied to adsorb methylene blue. The adsorbing efficiency was monitored by UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The study showed that at 500 mg/L, the composite adsorbed 12% of methylene blue. At 1000 mg/L and 5000 mg/L, the composite adsorbed 71% and 100% of methylene blue, respectively. Contamination of water sources is a prevalent issue in some parts of the world. The threat of heavy metal ions and organic materials entering sources of drinking water has grown with mankind’s expanding industrialization. Heavy metal ions, such as nickel, are typically byproducts of metal finishing, and mining. When these ions are introduced into a water source, they can cause health issues in affected populations. These can range from developmental challenges in young or unborn children, to the development of certain types of cancers. Similarly, organic materials like methylene blue are byproducts of pharmaceutical and dye producing industries. Once these organic materials have entered the water in sufficient concentrations, consumption can lead to respiratory sickness and cancer. In addition, methylene blue are harmful to both marine and plant life as they can disrupt photosynthesis, stunt plant growth, and inhibit basic functions. With the contamination of water sources becoming more prevalent, new solutions are required to solve this problem. Activated carbon and zeolite are two cheap materials that have shown promise in use as contaminant removers. The price and commercial availability of these compounds could assist in promoting their accessibility in economically disadvantaged areas. Solid phase extractor is the most economical and effective method. Therefore, nanomaterials as adsorbents have been used in environmental remediation and in improving many other areas related to energy, catalysis, biomaterials and sensing applications [1-27]. The aim of this study is to synthesize and investigate the effectiveness of inorganic adsorbent such as zeolite and organic based adsorbent such as activated carbon and its composite between zeolite and activation carbon. These different adsorbents have been used for removal of organic pollutants and heavy metal contaminants. The absorption efficiency of these materials were monitored by UV-Vis Spectrophotometer. The pollution induced by the excessive use of heavy metal ions and organic matter in industrial operations results in direct and indirect discharge of pollutants into waterways, affecting human life and environment. For example, cobalt ions and radionuclide 60Co, 58Co, which are used in medicine, can be discharged into the environment during its manufacturing processes. Also, organic materials, such as phenolic components, carbohydrates, and so on, have a high toxicity to human. For example, methylene Blue (MB), ingestion of MB by humans can result in excessive perspiration, nausea, vomiting, neuronal apoptosis, burning sensations, and a variety of other harmful impacts on the body and surroundings. In our research group, nanomaterials have been extensively used in many research projects and applications such as catalysts, energy, photovoltaic, sensors, biomedical and environmental remediation [1-26]. In recent years, it has been discovered that a blend of nanoporous silicates such as Zeolite X (Ze) and activated carbon (AC) can minimize contaminants in waste water. Because activated carbons are often microporous and have large surface areas, they are particularly efficient at adsorbing low molecular weight compounds and larger molecules. The MB and Co(II) ions sorption capabilities of Ze-AC mixture and linked zeolite and activated carbon (Ze-L-AC) via disodium terephthalate linker. The resultant materials (Ze-L-AC composite and Ze-AC mixture) were characterized using Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR) and Surface area measurements. Also, this study was focused on the adsorption of MB and Co(II) ions in aqueous media. The effects of pH, temperature, time, masses and ionic strength were monitored using absorption spectroscopy. Generally, the Ze-L-AC composite removed MB and Co ions greater than the Ze-AC mixture. For example, the adsorbent capacitance for MB removal was 37 mg/g for Ze-AC mixture and 40 mg/g for Ze-L-AC. Also, the adsorbent capacitance for Co(II) ions removal was 40 mg/g for Ze-AC mixture and 44 mg/g for Ze-L-AC. Radioactive elements such as iodine (e.g., 129I or 131I isotopes), which is discharged into the environment as a result of nuclear detonations and reactor accidents, has a negative impact on human health and the ecosystem [1-3]. Radioactive iodine can be discharged as a direct aqueous pollutant when nuclear fission reactors are cooled with water. Both the Chernobyl and Fukushima nuclear disasters resulted in huge amounts of radioactive iodine being released into the atmosphere (the majority of which was subsequently deposited on the soil, where it leached into water), as well as directly into water bodies [1-3]. Medical is a secondary source of radioactive iodine, as radioactive isotopes are commonly employed for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. Also, seawater is a natural source of iodine, due to that, the iodine can move into drinking water aquifers, causing increased iodine levels. The removal of radioactive elements such as iodine have been the target of numerus studies using different adsorption methods. However, most of the research to far has concentrated on the adsorption of iodine gas or iodine from organic solvents. There have been few cases of iodine removal from water at room temperature [1-3]. Nanotechnology have been widely used in many research projects related to environmental issues such as suitable energy and remediations [4-21]. The major goal of this research is to synthesize and investigate different nanoporous silicates with different pore size based on synthetic and naturally occurring materials such as zeolites modified with silver to remove iodine from water with high selectivity. The resultant materials are thoroughly investigated, via numerous characterization techniques such as XRD, XRF, SEM/EDX, TEM, and BET surface area measurements. The adsorption study shows a great promises for the resultant composites. For example, iodine was removed from aqueous solutions using synthetic zeolite-13X-Ag (Ag-13X) nanocomposites. The Ag-13X composites results revealed a high removal efficiency (up to 84% removal of iodine from aqueous media) compared to 13X that remove only 22% of iodine under the same adsorption conditions. In this paper we briefly present the history and outlook on the development of two seemingly distant techniques which may be brought close together with a unified theoretical model described as common k-space theory. This theory also known as the Fourier diffraction theorem is much less common in optical coherence tomography than its traditional mathematical model, but it has been extensively studied in digital holography and, more importantly, optical diffraction tomography. cases, they should be protected. Many of these actions taken, especially in watersheds, can generate negative consequences for the whole community, especially when there is lack of planning of land occupation. His aim of this study was to analyze the dynamics of the use and occupation of the land from the use of the concepts of environmental conflict and hemeroby in the basin of the São Lourenço River in the municipality of Itaiópolis - SC, between 1977/79 and 2011. The
adoption of this basin is justified by the same form in the area of wealth, fueling the county seat. Regarding the methodological procedures were performed based on
bibliographic publications and public institutions and generating maps for the period 1977/79 and 2011. We identified five classes of land use: Urbanized Area, Culture,Forest, Grassland / Rural and Forestry. Classes of Environmental Conflicts adopted
were: use area corresponding area overused and underused area. Regarding hemeroby was identified the degree of human interference in the basin, based on the dependence of technological systems from the classes: Ecosystems natural, seminatural Ecosystems, Ecosystem (biotic) anthropogenic 1, Ecosystem (biotic) anthropogenic 2, and Tecno-ecosystems. The results showed that the most significant changes occur in the classes pasture / country, or is semi ecosystems and
class culture represented by Ecosystem (biotic) anthropogenic 1, the first of which was the one that lost area (-30.91%) and the second a more expanded (19.96%). The data presented in this analysis reveal that the use and occupation of the land in
the basin follow the trend of expansion in the activities related to agribusiness that constitute spatial configuration occurred generally throughout the municipality. The class corresponding usage totaled the largest parcel of land in the basin and the
main differences between aptitude and land uses are mainly in areas of permanent preservation.<br>Para suprir suas necessidades o homem iniciou uma constante transformação do meio dando-lhe outras configurações de acordo com novos interesses que vão surgindo, o que promove com frequência desajustes e cria situações conflitantes no
uso e ocupação da terra em áreas que em muitos casos, deveriam ser protegidas. Muitas dessas ações praticadas, de modo especial, em bacias hidrográficas, podem gerar consequências negativas para toda a coletividade, sobretudo quando há falta de planejamento na ocupação da terra. O objetivo desse estudo foi analisar a dinâmica do uso e ocupação da terra a partir da utilização dos conceitos de conflito
ambiental e hemerobia na bacia do rio São Lourenço no município de Itaiópolis - SC, no período de 1977/79 a 2011. A adoção desta bacia hidrográfica justifica-se pela mesma constituir-se em área de manancial, abastecendo a sede do município. Quanto aos procedimentos metodológicos foram realizados levantamentos bibliográficos com base em publicações de instituições e órgãos públicos e geração
de mapas para o período 1977/79 e 2011. Foram identificadas cinco classes de uso da terra: Área Urbanizada; Cultura; Floresta; Pastagem/Campestre e Silvicultura. As classes de Conflitos Ambientais adotadas foram: área de uso correspondente, área sobreutilizada e área subutilizada. Com relação a hemerobia foi identificado o grau de interferência antrópica na bacia, com base na dependência tecnológica dos
sistemas a partir das classes: Ecossistemas naturais, Ecossistemas seminaturais, Ecossistema (biótico) antropogênico 1, Ecossistema (biótico) antropogênico 2 e Tecno-ecossistemas. Os resultados permitiram verificar que as mudanças mais significativas ocorrem nas classes pastagem/campestre, ou seja ecossistemas seminaturais e na classe cultura representada pelo Ecossistema (biótico)
antropogênico 1, sendo que a primeira foi a que mais perdeu área (-30,91%) e a segunda a que mais se expandiu (19,96%). Os dados apresentados nesta análise revelam que o uso e ocupação da terra na bacia seguem a tendência de expansão
das atividades ligadas ao agronegócio que constituem configuração espacial ocorrida de maneira geral em todo o município. A classe de uso correspondente somou a maior parcela ocupada na bacia e as principais divergências entre a
aptidão e os usos da terra se encontram principalmente em áreas de preservação permanente.

Previous issue date: 2015-05-15<br>Não recebi financiamento<br>This thesis describes and analyzes from economic transaction cost (ETC) theoretical framework, formal agreements between ten citrus growers and a set of five citrus processors between 1978/79 to 2011/12 harvest seasons. The research uses an exploratory multiple-case study methodology, to deepen the historical relationships established, identifying transactional and
relational elements involved, besides the maladaptation problems. The main objective is to verify empirically contractual governance form in São Paulo citrus complex, in the view of new institutional economics (NIE) and the contracts economy, deepening problems of contractual incompleteness, ex-ante and ex-post opportunism and external/internal transaction enforcements requirements. The result of this academic work is a relational contract model proposition that should be implemented in the negotiation between citrus processors and growers, a new orange
box buy and sell contracts, supported by relational governance principles and arbitrated by an independent third party. This relational contract model could give greater governance stability and cohesion, reducing conflicts and also transaction cost between citrus growers and processors, modifying São Paulo citrus crises and stagnation that persist more than one decade.<br>A presente tese de doutorado analisa e descreve, a partir do referencial teórico da economia dos custos de transação (ECT), contratos formais estabelecidos entre dez citricultores e um conjunto de cinco empresas processadoras de laranja entre os anos safras de 1978/79 a 2011/12. A pesquisa utiliza a metodologia de estudo de múltiplos casos, de maneira exploratória, para aprofundar as relações contratuais historicamente estabelecidas, identificando os elementos
transacionais e relacionais envolvidos, além dos problemas de má-adaptação. O objetivo é
verificar empiricamente a forma de governança contratual no complexo citrícola paulista, sob a
lente teórica da nova economia institucional (NEI) e da economia dos contratos, aprofundando problemas de incompletude contratual, oportunismo ex-ante e ex-post e da necessidade de enforcements externos e internos à transação. O resultado alcançado foi a proposição de um modelo de governança contratual relacional, lastreado por princípios relacionais, que deveria ser implantado na negociação entre as empresas processadoras e citricultores, especificamente nos desenhos dos contratos de compra e venda de caixas de laranja e com a arbitragem de uma terceira parte. Este modelo relacional poderia ampliar a coesão e estabilidade transacional dos atores, além de reduzir os conflitos e o próprio custo de transação, transformando a conjuntura
de crise e estagnação da citricultura paulista que dura mais de uma década.

Tese de mestrado em Engenharia da Energia e do Ambiente, apresentada à Universidade de Lisboa, através da Faculdade de Ciências, 2014<br>Com o objetivo de atingir as metas propostas para 2020, a União Europeia tem vindo a publicar Diretivas no âmbito do desempenho energético de edifícios, cujo sector apresenta um grande potencial de redução no uso da energia, através de medidas de eficiência energética.
Como Estado-Membro, Portugal transpôs a Diretiva 2010/31/EU para a legislação nacional através do DL 118/2013 que inclui, entre outros, o Regulamento de Desempenho Energético de Edifícios de Comércio e Serviços (RECS), o qual sucedeu ao DL 79/2006 Regulamento dos Sistemas Energéticos de Climatização em Edifícios (RSECE) consequente da Diretiva 2002/91/EU.
Como tal, a presente dissertação compara a regulamentação atual (RECS) com a revogada (RSECE), com o intuito de compreender as alterações resultantes desta atualização. A comparação foi realizada através da sua aplicação a um caso de estudo, tendo-se verificado uma discrepância significativa ao nível da classificação energética, tendo o edifício obtido a classe A segundo o RSECE e Classe B-, segundo o RECS.
Esta diferença é justificada pelo método de apuramento dos índices de cada regulamentação. A classe energética atribuída segundo o RSECE depende do indicador de eficiência energética em condições nominais de utilização, IEEnominal, quando comparado com um valor de referência, IEEref, tabelado por tipologia de edifício. No RECS essa é obtida por comparação entre o indicador de eficiência energética em condições reais de utilização, IEEreal em que se contabilizam as fontes de energia renovável através de IEEren, com um indicador de referência, IEEref, obtido por simulação dinâmica.
No sentido de incrementar a classe energética do edifício foram estudadas medidas de melhoria, as quais não tiveram o sucesso esperado, visto que a classificação energética obtida com recurso às mesmas se traduziu numa classe energética B.<br>With the objective of achieving the proposed goals for 2020, the European Union has been publishing policies under the building energy performance, which sector has great potential for reducing energy consumption through energy efficiency measures.
Portugal, as a Member State, transposed the Directive 2010/31/EU into the national legislation, by elaborating the DL 118/2013 which includes, among others, the Regulation for Energy Performance of Commerce and Services Buildings (RECS), which succeeded the DL 79/2006 Building Regulation of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Energy Systems (RSECE) resulting from the Directive 2002/91/EU.
Therefore, this thesis compares the current regulation (RECS) with the revoked (RSECE), in order to understand the changes resulting from this update. The comparison was carried out by applying both to a case study, and there have been a significant discrepancy in terms of energy efficiency performance, the building obtained class A according to RSECE and class B- according to the RECS.
This difference is explained by the calculation method defined in each regulation. Therefore, according to RSECE the energy efficiency performance was assigned depending on the energy efficiency indicator in nominal conditions of use, IEEnominal, compared with a reference value, IEEref, tabulated by type of building. On RECS this is obtained comparing the energy efficiency indicator in real conditions of use, IEEreal in which the renewable sources of energy are accounted through the IEEren, with a reference indicator, IEEref, obtained by dynamic simulation.
In order to increase the energy efficiency performance of the building, improvement measures were designed, which have not had the expected success, since the energy efficiency performance obtained using these measures resulted in a B energy efficiency performance.

Dissertação de Mestrado em Ciências Jurídico-Forenses apresentada à Faculdade de Direito<br>By definition, parody evokes, for humorous purposes, a previous work, protected under copyright. Knowing a long tradition, parody proliferates in the most varied artistic expressions, proving its resistance to the passage of time. However, its acceptance by those who are parodied is not always peaceful.In this sense, this dissertation intends to study the conjugation between copyright, as exclusive rights, with the right to parody, a manifestation not only of the freedom of intellectual and artistic creation, but also of the freedom of expression - freedoms that correspond to constitutionally protected rights.Taking into account not only its basic characteristics, as well as its distinction from other figures, but also its ubiquity in artistic expression, the parodies that are legally relevant for the collision of rights to which we allude will be delimited.It will also reflect on the mechanisms that currently provide for parody in the Portuguese legal system, namely, its inclusion among the original works referred to in article 2 of the Code of Copyright and Related Rights. At the same time, the need for express provision of a parody exception will be addressed and we will reflect on how memes, via Directive 2019/790, in the context of the internet and the information society, have exported this conflict between the right to parody and copyright also for the digital world and paved the way for the inclusion of this figure among the list of free uses in Portugal, previously rejected within the scope of the transposition of Directive 2001/29/EC.Finally, we will analyse the transposition proposal (114/XIV/3ª) that emerged under the influence of this law and why we consider that the consecration of a parody exception does not weaken the position of the holder of rights of the parodied work.Throughout this dissertation we will critically appreciate the national and foreign jurisprudence and doctrine that has as its object the parody.<br>Por definição, a paródia evoca, com fins humorísticos, uma obra anterior, protegida no âmbito dos direitos de autor. Conhecendo uma longa tradição, a paródia prolifera nas mais variadas expressões artísticas, provando a sua resistência à passagem do tempo. Contudo, a sua aceitação pelos parodiados nem sempre é pacífica.Neste sentido, pretende-se com esta dissertação estudar a conjugação dos direitos de autor, enquanto direitos de exclusivo, com o direito a parodiar, manifestação não só da liberdade de criação intelectual e artística, como também da liberdade de expressão - liberdades essas que correspondem a direitos constitucionalmente protegidos.Atendendo-se não só às suas características basilares, assim como à sua distinção face a outras figuras, mas também à sua ubiquidade na expressão artística, delimitar-se-ão as paródias juridicamente relevantes para a colisão de direitos a que aludimos.Refletir-se-á ainda sobre os mecanismos que atualmente preveem a paródia no ordenamento jurídico português, nomeadamente, a sua inclusão entre as obras originais referidas no artigo 2.º do Código de Direitos de Autor e Direitos Conexos. Paralelamente, abordar-se-á a necessidade de previsão expressa de uma exceção de paródia e refletiremos sobre de que forma os memes, via Diretiva 2019/790, no contexto da internet e da sociedade da informação, exportaram este conflito entre o direito à paródia e os direitos de autor também para o mundo digital e abriram caminho à previsão desta figura entre o elenco das utilizações livres em Portugal, anteriormente recusada no âmbito da transposição da Diretiva 2001/29/CE.Por fim, analisaremos a proposta de transposição (114/XIV/3ª) que surgiu sob influência deste diploma e o porquê de considerarmos que a consagração de uma exceção de paródia não enfraquece a posição do titular de direitos da obra parodiada.Ao longo da presente dissertação apreciaremos criticamente a jurisprudência e doutrina nacional e estrangeira que tem por objeto a paródia.

Dissertação de Mestrado em Ciências Jurídico-Forenses apresentada à Faculdade de Direito<br>A grave crise económica que assolou Portugal nos últimos anos trouxe um conjunto de exigências que influenciaram o paradigma económico no nosso país com reflexo direto nas disposições legais. Recentemente, o Decreto-lei nº 79/2017 veio a introduzir um conjunto de novidades ao Código da Insolvência e Recuperação de Empresas e, mais concretamente, ao Processo Especial de Revitalização (PER) agora acompanhado do novo Processo Especial para Acordo de Pagamentos (PEPAP). Levou-se a cabo um conjunto de alterações aos processos pré-insolvenciais como medidas políticas necessárias à restruturação do mundo empresarial, ficando a cargo do Ministério da Justiça de proceder às mudanças legislativas referidas impulsionadas pelo Programa Capitalizar.O Decreto-Lei 79/2017 refletiu as intenções legislativas introduzindo um conjunto de alterações ao Código da Insolvência e da Recuperação de Empresas que passam essencialmente pelos seguintes objetivos :1) Aposta na credibilização do PER como instrumento de recuperação;2) Reforço da transparência e credibilização do processo; e3) Desenho de um PER dirigido às empresas, sem abandonar o formato para as pessoas singulares não titulares de empresas ou comerciantes. Assim, analisaremos desde a fase inicial de acesso ao processo através de um conjunto de requisitos formais e materiais que são exigíveis para recorrer a estes mecanismos, o seu âmbito de aplicação, a nomeação do administrador judicial provisório que ganhou autonomia própria, como também atentar-se-á em toda a fase negocial que é de grande importância, até ao encerramento do processo. Abordaremos em capítulo próprio, os acordos de financiamento, que são de extrema importância para o alavancamento das empresas e por fim, dedicaremos um capítulo ao estudo do novo processo especial – Processo Especial para Acordo de Pagamentos.<br>The serious economic crisis that has affected Portugal in recent years brought a set of demands that influenced the economic paradigm in our country with a direct effect on the legal provisions. Recently, Decree-Law 79/2017 came to introduce a set of news to the Insolvency and Business Recovery Code and more specifically to the Special Revitalization Procedure now accompanied by the new Special Procedure for Payment Schemes. A set of changes to the pre-insolvency proceedings were implemented as political measures necessary to restructure the business world, and the Ministry of Justice was responsible for making the legislative changes mentioned in the Capitalize Program.Decree-Law 79/2017 reflected the legislative intentions by introducing a set of amendments to the Insolvency and Business Recovery Code, which essentially have the following objectives:1) The credibility of the PER as a recovery instrument;2) Transparency and credibility of the process; and3) Drawing a PER aimed to companies, without abandoning the format for singular persons, not business owners or tradersTherefore, we will analyze from the initial stage of access to the process, through a set of formal and material requirements that are requested to access these mechanisms, it’s scope of application, the appointment of the provisional judicial administrator who gained autonomy, but also in the whole negotiating phase until the end of the process. We will study, in a separate chapter, the financing agreements, that are extremely important for the leverage of companies, and at the end, we will dedicate a chapter to the study of the new special process - Special Process for Payment Schemes.

Existem diferenças no regime entre um/a jornalista com contrato trabalho e um/a jornalista freelancer? Quais são os trabalhos jornalísticos que merecem protecção jus-autoral? Em que difere a lei portuguesa para outros ordenamentos jurídicos? Teremos em Portugal um verdadeiro direito conexo do editor? Quais as regras impostas por um contrato de edição? A Directiva 2019/790 veio trazer o fim da Internet, tal como a conhecemos? Quais as novas utilizações que passam a ser permitidas? Dentro dessas, quais as que são úteis para o jornalismo? Quais foram as principais mudanças que a Internet comportou nos meios de comunicação social? Qual é a responsabilidade das plataformas digitais? Quais são os fundamentos nas batalhas entre jornalismo e agregadores de notícias? Que implicações tem o artigo 15.º na actividade jornalística? Estas são algumas das questões gerais que esta dissertação pretendeu dar resposta a fim de estabelecer bases para se responder à pergunta: em que termos se deverá pautar a transposição do artigo 15.º da Directiva 2019/790 para o ordenamento jurídico português? A presente dissertação traça assim um percurso pelo regime de protecção autoral na actividade jornalística no ordenamento jurídico português e em termos de direito comparado, pela relação entre o/a autor e o/a editor/a em Portugal, pela exposição dos fundamentos e explicação do âmbito da Directiva 2019/790 e, por fim, pela análise do artigo 15.º da directiva, referente à protecção de publicações de imprensa no que diz respeito a utilizações em linha. A tão controversa Directiva 2019/790 veio estabelecer no seu artigo 15.º um novo direito conexo “sui generis” que pretende assegurar remuneração dos media por utilizações dos novos serviços em linha que surgiram com a Internet, como os agregadores de notícias ou os serviços de monitorização de meios de comunicação social.<br>Who holds the author right in the context of journalism: the journalist or the media companies? Is there a difference between a contracted journalist and a freelance journalist? Which journalistic works deserve author rights protection? What is the difference between Portuguese law and other legal systems? Do we have in Portugal a true publisher related right? What are the rules imposed by a publishing contract? Did the Directive 2019/790 bring the end of the Internet? What new uses are allowed? Which of these changes are useful for journalism? What were the main changes that the Internet made in the media? What is the responsibility of digital platforms? What is the basis for the battles between journalism and news aggregators? What implications does article 15.º have in journalistic activity?These are some of the general questions that this dissertation intends to explain, as to answer the question: in what terms should the transposition of article 15.º of the Directive 2019/790 into the Portuguese legal system be guided?Thus, the present dissertation traces a path through the regime of author rights protection in the journalistic activity in the portuguese legal order and in terms of comparative law, by explaining the relationship between author and the editor in Portugal, by exposing the fundamentals and giving insight in the scope of Directive 2019/790 and, finally, through the analysis of article 15.º of the Directive, concerning the protection of press publications regarding online uses.The so controversial Directive 2019/790 established in its article 15.º a new related right, “sui generis”, aiming to ensure media remuneration for the use of online services that emerged with the Internet, such as news aggregators or the monitoring services of social media.

O impacto do conflito de interesses numa empresa e, num país como Portugal, pode constituir um entrave ao desenvolvimento de uma economia, sociedade e, por vezes, um limite à sua internacionalização.
Na presente dissertação de mestrado, pretendemos explorar a temática dos conflitos entre sócios e, também, de todos os elementos que consideramos essenciais para o efeito.
Sob uma perspetiva concreta e deveras ilustrativa desses possíveis conflitos, analisaremos as implicações que o novo processo de conversão de suprimentos em capital social, aprovado a 30 de junho, pelo DL 79/2017, desencadeia perante a sociedade, os sócios e, até, para com os restantes stakeholders.
As alterações nos artigos 87.º a 89.º do CSC, introduzidas por este diploma, serão, então, o cerne e o foco de uma análise que se procura completa e exaustiva, contextualizada na conciliação dos deveres e princípios agregados à completude do processo, com o potencial futuro do mesmo nas sociedades comerciais portuguesas.
Assim sendo, procederemos a uma análise dos conflitos de interesse entre sócios e a forma variada como podem surgir. De seguida, passaremos ao estudo dos padrões de conduta dos sócios, destacando os deveres e direitos dos mesmos. E, por fim, como mencionado anteriormente, exploraremos o novo processo de conversão de suprimentos em capital social, sob a génese dos possíveis conflitos entre sócios.<br>The impact of conflict of interests in a company and, in a country like Portugal, can constitute an obstacle to the development of an economy, society and, sometimes, a limit to its internationalization.
In the present master's thesis, we intend to explore the theme of conflicts between partners and, also, of all the elements that we consider essential for the purpose.
From a concrete perspective and very illustrative of these possible conflicts, we will analyze the implications that the new process of converting supplies into share capital, approved on June 30, by DL 79/2017, unleashes before society, the partners and, even, for with other stakeholders.
The changes in articles 87 to 89 of the CSC, which emerged with this DL, will then be the focus and focus of an analysis that is sought to be complete and exhaustive, contextualized in the reconciliation of duties and principles, added to the completeness of the process, with the future potential of it in Portuguese commercial companies.
Accordingly, we will proceed to an analysis of conflicts of interest between partners and the varied manner in which they may arise. Then, we will move on to the study of the partners' standards of conduct, highlighting their duties and rights. And finally, as mentioned earlier, we will explore the new process of converting supplies into social capital, under the genesis of possible conflicts between partners.

O presente trabalho analisa as normas dos arts. 17.º-E, n.º8 e 222.º-E, n.º8 CIRE, relativas ao PER e ao PEAP, e mais especificamente a imposição que de ambas resulta para os prestadores dos serviços públicos essenciais nelas elencados. Esta consubstancia-se na manutenção do fornecimento do serviço sem a correspetiva cobrança do preço, durante o período em que decorram as negociações dos supracitados instrumentos pré-insolvenciais. Foi nosso principal desígnio demonstrar que a supra identificada imposição se mostra injustificada e atentatória de diversas disposições no âmbito do direito insolvencial, do direito civil e, por conseguinte e principalmente, do direito constitucional. Para cumprirmos tal objetivo, analisamos as principais temáticas convocadas por tais disposições, a saber: os requisitos, objetivos e subjetivos, dos instrumentos pré-insolvenciais em causa, o PER e o PEAP, e por contraposição a esses, os pressupostos do processo de insolvência, e bem assim, o regime dos serviços públicos essenciais, em especial as regras relativas à suspensão do fornecimento dos mesmos. Findo o nosso estudo, cremos que as disposições em análise, os arts. 17.º-E, n.º8 e 222.º-E, n.º8, colidem com as normas de direito da insolvência acerca do âmbito de aplicação do processo de insolvência, do PER e do PEAP, com normas civilísticas, mormente as relativas à figura da exceção de não cumprimento do contrato e, além disso, com normas constitucionais referentes à proteção da propriedade privada.<br>In this thesis were analysed the articles 17.º-E, n.º8 and 222.º-E, n.º8 CIRE, about PER and PEAP. They both sustein the fact that the essential public services providers can not cancel their functions during the negotiations period of those processes, even if they were not paid. Our main goal was to demonstrate that this imposition has no justification and, more over, collides with several branches of insolven\cy, civil and constitucional law. In order to achieve that, the principal themes were studied, such as: objectives and subjectives conditions required by PER and PEAP. In addiction the insolvency process terms and the rules of essential public services relatively to the suspension of them supply were also discussed. In conclusion, we believe that the dispositions analysed, the articles 17.º-E, n.º8 and 222.º-E, n.º8 CIRE, colided with the insolvency norms about the scope of application of insolvency process, PER and PEAP; with civilistic norms, mainly the ones relating to the plea of breach of contract and, more over, with constitutional norms refering to the private property protection.

Este proxecto desenvolveuse durante o curso 2018-2019 e ten como obxectivo presentar os resultados dunha avaliación da competencia bilingüe (i.e. galego e castelán) dos escolares galegos ao finalizar a educación secundaria obrigatoria atendendo ao disposto no Decreto 79/2010 (Disposición adicional 2ª). A análise céntrase nas destrezas de produción oral e escrita, por considerar que son as que informan mellor sobre a capacidade comunicativa dos individuos nas dúas linguas oficiais. Complementariamente explórase a competencia léxica e gramatical a través de probas centradas máis en saberes sobre as linguas ca na capacidade para activar eses saberes en contextos comunicativos auténticos. Os resultados obtidos póñense en relación con variables sociodemógraficas, sociolingüísticas e escolares para comprobar o efecto que teñen sobre as diferentes competencias avaliadas. Por último, analízase o perfil competencial dos estudantes e a influencia que tiveron na súa configuración o contexto familiar, pedagóxico e sociolingüístico.

The use of non-prescription drugs is widespread and has a major impact on the health of the individual user and society. In 2006, the British Crime Survey reported that 10% of adults had used one or more illicit drugs in the preceding year, with 3% reporting using a Class A drug. Over 11 million people in the UK are estimated to have used an illicit drug at least once in their lifetime (35%). Drugs abused vary in their intrinsic potential to cause addiction and, with it, more regular and harmful use. Drug users are influenced by trends and fashions, adopting new compounds such as crack cocaine and experimenting with routes of ingestion. Some drugs may become less popular over time, such as LSD, while others, such as cannabis, experience a revival as more potent strains (e.g. Skunk) are developed. A problem drug user is best defined as a person whose drug taking is no longer controlled or undertaken for recreational purposes and where drugs have become a more essential element of the individual’s life. The true economic and social cost of drug use is likely to be substantially greater than the published figures, which are derived from a variety of health and crime surveys which may overlook vulnerable groups such as the homeless. The majority of non-prescription drugs used in the UK are illegal and covered by the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. The drugs most commonly abused gave rise in 2003–4 to an estimated financial cost in England and Wales of 15.4 billion pounds to the economy, with Class A drugs such as heroin and cocaine accounting for the majority of this. Some 90% of the cost is due to drug-related crime, with only 3% (£488 million) due to health service expenditure, which is mainly spent on inpatient care episodes. This still represents a major health pressure, which in 2006–7 amounted to 38 000 admissions, in England, for primary and secondary drug-related mental or behavioural problems, and over 10 000 admissions recorded for drug poisoning. Clinicians in all specialities can expect to encounter harmful drug use, especially those working in primary care, A & E, and psychiatric services. Presenting problems are protean, ranging from mood disorders, delirium, and psychosis to sepsis, malnutrition, and hepatitis. Blood-borne infections such as hepatitis C and HIV are widespread, as contaminated needles and syringes are shared by up to a quarter of problem drug users. Even smoking drugs such as crack cocaine can lead to increased transmission of hepatitis C through oral ulceration and contact with hot contaminated smoking pipes. Amongst the UK population, over half of IV drug users have hepatitis C, a quarter have antibodies to hepatitis B, and, by 2006, 4662 had been diagnosed with HIV. Non-prescription drug abuse is a leading cause of death and morbidity amongst the young adult population (those aged 16–35). In 2006 there were 1573 deaths where the underlying cause was poisoning, drug abuse, or dependence on substances controlled under the Misuse of Drugs Act. The vast majority (79%) were male. Young men, in particular, are at greater risk of violent death through associated criminal activity such as drug supplying and from deliberate and accidental overdose. The male-to-female ratio for deaths associated with mental and behavioural disorder is 6:1.

AbstractNext-generation observational surveys in astronomy provide empirical data with increasingly high resolution and precision. After presenting the basic methods of population synthesis (via Conroy C, Ann Rev Astronom Astrophys 51:393–455, 2013; Maraston C, Mon Not Royal Astronom Soc 362:799–825, 2005), this paper argues for several related conclusions. The increased precision of the new methods requires the development of improved theoretical resources and models to provide the richest interpretation of the new data (as argued by Maraston C, Strömbäck G, Monthly Not Royal Astronom Soc 418:2785–2811, 2011). The measurement of physical variables and parameters in population synthesis is best understood using a model-based account along the lines of (Tal E, The epistemology of measurement: a model-based approach. Dissertation, The University of Toronto, 2012) and (Parker WS, Br J Philos Sci 68:273–304, 2017). Finally, in the case of population synthesis, improved empirical data does not dispense with the need for theoretical reasoning in post-data analysis. In fact, the high-resolution data used in next-generation population synthesis demands ever richer theories and models, a process that results in hybrid enrichment of theoretical and observational methods and results.

AbstractCOVID-19 disrupted existing processes and accelerated the rethinking of healthcare spaces, functions, and model of care, stressing the ineffectiveness of the territorial health network in the Italian National Health System (NHS). Within the framework of European Recovery Plan (Next Generation EU), Italy’s Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR) allocated €15.63 Bn in the Mission 6 “Health” to strengthen proximity networks, facilities, and telemedicine for territorial healthcare. Aware of the importance that the physical built environment plays in the process of care delivery and health promotion and prevention, €3 Bn has been allocated to the planning, design, and construction of two new low-care typologies in a vision of person-centered healthcare: the Community Home (Casa della Comunità-CdC), and the Community Hospital (Ospedale di Comunità-OdC). It has been estimated that 795 new CdCs and 381 new OdCs will completed before 2026 as novel buildings or renovation of existing healthcare facilities. Although in European context several best practices are present in terms of integration of healthcare architectures into the urban context (Spanish Health Centers or Swedish Primary Care Centers), the Italian experience is generally outdated, with some regional exceptions; there is the need to understand the architectural characteristics of such new typologies. Therefore, the aim of the paper is to shed light on the spatial, functional, technological, and organizational needs and requirements of CdC and OdCs and to map the different regional requirements in a systematic and structured framework. The methods adopted in the study include a review of national and regional guidelines, data collection from National agency for regional health services (AGENAS) databases, and comparison matrix development of the different requirements in Italian regions. The results will highlight technological and architectural implications of territorial health centers implementation.

La Loi n° 2019-791 du 26 juillet 2019 pour une École de la Confiance dispose de la création des pôles inclusifs d’accompagnement localisés (PIAL) et des accompagnant. e. s des élèves en situation de handicap référents (AESH-Réf.) et donc d’une nouvelle légitimation organisationnelle pour répondre à un impératif d’accessibilité français (Ebersold, 2021). Mais la fonction d’AESH-Réf. suscite de nombreuses interrogations, car la plupart des travaux académiques (Toullec-Théry et Nédélec-Trohel, 2010 ; Belmont et al., 2011, Nédelec-Trohel et al., 2012 ; Toullec-Théry, 2013 ; Maraquin, 2017) montrent préalablement une difficile intégration des AESH dans la communauté éducative. Comment dès lors accompagner cette professionnalité émergente (Jorro et De Ketele, 2011 ; Jorro, 2011) ? Notre recherche, à partir du cadre de la théorie anthropologique du didactique (Chevallard, 1999) et d’un dispositif de recherche en formation, contribue au développement praxéologique de ces nouvelles personnes ressources.

A partir da instituição da Rede de Cuidado à Pessoa com Deficiência, Portaria 793/2012, os Centros Especializados em Reabilitação (CER) foram delineados como um ponto de apoio à atenção à saúde dos territórios, sendo referência em atenção ambulatorial especializada em reabilitação e responsável pela realização de diagnóstico, tratamento, concessão, adaptação e manutenção de tecnologias assistivas no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Assim, a Unidade de Ensino e Assistência em Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional (UEAFTO) foi habilitada em CER II em 2013, atendendo inicialmente as deficiências nas modalidades físicas e intelectuais (UEPA, 2013). No ano de 2019, o referido CER expandiu suas ações, tornando-se CER III ao atender mais uma modalidade de deficiência, as deficiências auditivas (UEPA, 2021).

Os Centros Especializados em Reabilitação (CERs) são unidades ambulatoriais voltadaspara o atendimento a pessoas com deficiência Intelectual, física, auditiva e visual, as quais necessitam de um diagnóstico, avaliação, orientação e reabilitação. OS CERs, em parceria cominstituições de ensino e pesquisa, podem trabalhar com a concessão, adaptação e manutenção de tecnologias assistivas, estabelecendo-se como referência para a rede de atenção à saúde no território. Diante disso, quanto à Universidade do Estado do Pará (UEPA), a Unidade de Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional (UEAFTO) foi habilitada em Centro Especializado em Reabilitação Tipo II (CER II), em 3 de maio de 2013, quando ficou apta ao atendimento de dois tipos de especialidade: deficiência física e intelectual, conforme Portaria da SAS/MS n. 793 de 24 de abril de 2012. A Resolução 94, de 14 de setembro de 2017, aprova a habilitação do CER tipo II/UEAFTO em CER Tipo III/UEAFTO. Apenas em 3 de dezembro de 2019, a Portaria n. 3.164 habilitou o CERII/UEAFTO em CER Tipo III, passando a atender também pacientes com deficiência auditiva.

A cultura do tabaco é relevante economicamente e socialmente para a região do Sul do Brasil, por ser uma importante fonte de renda para a agricultura familiar. Assim, o objetivo do trabalho é analisar o conforto térmico dos trabalhadores rurais durante a colheita do tabaco, por meio do índice de temperatura e umidade (ITU) calculado com dados meteorológicos dos anos 2017/2018 e 2018/2019, na região do Vale do Rio Pardo. O estudo foi realizado em duas etapas: a primeira foi a aplicação de questionários a 80 trabalhadores com a cultura de tabaco; a segunda etapa, constitui- se da análise bioclimática realizada por meio do cálculo e interpretação do ITU. A colheita do tabaco na região do Vale do Rio Pardo é realizada nos meses de outubro e janeiro, nos turnos da manhã (07:00 às 11:00 h) e da tarde (14:00 às 19:00 h). A análise do conforto térmico, indicou que no período da manhã não há estresse calórico (ITU<74) e no período da tarde há desconforto térmico por calor (ITU 74 a 79), que é progressivo ao longo do período (ITU aumenta das 14:00 até as 18:00 h) e que pode ser potencializado com estresse físico acumulado ao longo do dia de trabalho.

Il lungo viaggio di questo volume inizia nella primavera del 2020, quando doveva tenersi a Venezia l’Incontro della Turcologia Italiana, il terzo dopo quello di Napoli del 2013 (La turcologia italiana – Continuità e nuove prospettive di ricerca) e quello di Firenze del 2016 (Soggettività, identità nazionale, memorie: biografie e autobiografie nella Turchia contemporanea). L’incontro doveva essere dedicato al nostro Maestro, Collega e Amico Giampiero Bellingeri. Il 2020 era l’anno del suo settantesimo compleanno, nonché del suo pensionamento, due occasioni per festeggiare con una specie di ‘Festschrift dal vivo’. Per i noti motivi pandemici l’incontro è stato rinviato più volte per svolgersi finalmente nel mese di luglio del 2022, a ridosso del 73esimo compleanno del festeggiato. Il presente volume è, con alcune modifiche e cambiamenti, il frutto dell’incontro. Si tratta anche di un omaggio a Giampiero Bellingeri perché gli argomenti trattati sono, per la maggior parte, quelli cari al nostro Hoca.

Objetivo: O objetivo do presente estudo foi caracterizar o perfil da produção pecuária da agricultura familiar maranhense e propor melhorias ao setor. Metodologia: Para isto foram usados dados secundários de caráter declaratório dos produtores rurais ativos, extraídos do Censo Agropecuário do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), realizado entre outubro de 2017 e fevereiro de 2018. Realizou-se levantamento de registros de propriedades rurais produtoras de bovinos (corte e leite), bubalinos, caprinos, ovinos, suínos e aves. Resultados: Verificou-se que 85,14% dos estabelecimentos contabilizados são pertencentes à agricultura familiar. Sendo 81,42% propriedades produtoras de bovinos, entretanto, esse percentual representa apenas 41,46% do efetivo total do estado. Já no que se refere a bovinocultura de leite observou-se que 78,34% dos estabelecimentos são pertencentes à agricultura familiar e sua produção leiteira participa com 62% do total no estado. Em relação à produção de pequenos ruminantes, aves e suínos observou-se um maior número de estabelecimentos e um maior efetivo de caprinos (66%), aves (51%) e suínos (79%) e de leite de cabra (60%), oriundos da agricultura familiar. Conclusão: Conclui-se que apesar da agricultura familiar representar a maior quantidade de estabelecimentos agropecuários no estado do Maranhão, registra-se uma forte redução da área ocupada, o que se deve, dentre outras coisas, à ausência de políticas públicas que propiciem o acesso à assistência técnica para apoiar o produtor e assim promover o desenvolvimento rural.

RESUMO A sociedade atual vive em um contexto tumultuoso, sendo comum as pessoas viverem de forma mais estressadas, se alimentando mal e convivendo cada vez menos com as pessoas, perdendo oportunidades de fazer e manter relacionamentos pessoais. Como este estilo de vida está saturado, gerando problemas de saúde aos indivíduos, existem diversos estudos que comprovam a tendência de que as pessoas buscarão um melhor aproveitamento do seu tempo, com um maior contato com a natureza, dando valor ao seu próprio bem-estar, prestando mais atenção no que consome e em como consome, assim como a valorização do prazer de estar em um meio social. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho é contribuir por meio da visão sistêmica e do design, o incentivo e a prática da filosofia Slow Food, e dessa forma, promover a preocupação com uma saudável forma de alimentação e a ação colaborativa entre as pessoas, em que um indivíduo possa cooperar com o outro, resgatando o convívio e socialização. Assim, pretende-se atuar em pequenas unidades urbanas externas, como prédios, condomínios, praças e avenidas com intuito de criação de um artefato que motive a prática dessa filosofia, assim como impulsione também as práticas colaborativas nestes locais, buscando a integração social e desenvolvimento econômico e ambiental, atendendo os princípios da sustentabilidade e o desenvolvimento local. O método de pesquisa usado é descritivo, em que se observou e analisou as situações e relações dos indivíduos, tanto de forma individual quanto as relações em sociedade. Os instrumentos escolhidos para coleta de dados foram o questionário, entrevistas e observações abertas, feitas informalmente ao decorrer das entrevistas. Neste trabalho integrou-se dois métodos de projeto, a ferramenta HCD/IDEO (Human Centered Design - Design Centrado no Ser Humano), usado como base, com técnicas para o entendimento dos desejos e necessidades da comunidade estudada e o Guia de projeto NASDesign/UFSC (Núcleo de Abordagem Sistêmica do Design/Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina), dividido em três fases: Sentir, Agir e Realizar, como complementação. Ao final, conclui-se que o modelo físico do produto proposto atende uma lista de requisitos divididos em três grande grupo: requisitos de produto, referentes à forma, materiais e texturas do objeto; requisitos do usuário, referente a necessidade entendida a partir do tipo de ambiente em que o produto está, e de como ele está sendo usado e aos requisitos do contexto de uso, que consiste nas necessidades do usuário observado durante a pesquisa.Palavras Chaves: design de produto, slow food, sustentabilidade. Introdução: A malária é uma doença infecciosa febril na qual o agente etiológico é um protozoário do gênero Plasmodium, transmitido ao ser humano pela picada do mosquito Anopheles infectados ou pelo compartilhamento de seringas, transfusão sanguinea ou até para o feto, na gravidez. É uma zoonose de distribuição mundial, prevalente em países tropicais e subtropicais. No Brasil, está mais presente nos estados da Região Norte. Objetivo: Analisar a ocorrência de casos de malária no período de 2015 a 2021 no Estado do Ceará, segundo as variáveis tempo, espaço e pessoa dos casos notificados. Metodologia: Estudo ecológico, com base em levantamento epidemiológico sobre a ocorrência de malária no Estado do Ceará, de janeiro de 2015 a agosto de 2021. Os dados foram obtidos no site do Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação - SINAN Net do Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde (DATASUS), respaldado pela Resolução n° 510 de 2016 do Conselho Nacional de Saúde. Resultados: Foram notificados 79 casos de malária no Ceará, de janeiro de 2015 a agosto de 2021. Nesse período, o ano de 2019 apresentou maiores casos com 24,05% (19/79) notificados e 1,27% (1/79) dos casos até agosto de 2021. Segundo a zona de residência, 58,23% (46/79) residiam em zona ignorada na notificação. Notou-se uma maior ocorrência da doença em pessoas de 20 a 39 anos, correspondendo a 48,10% (38/79) da população afetada, nos idosos de 65 a 69 anos, com 1,27% (1/79), e crianças de até 4 anos de idade, com 1,27% (1/79), sendo a população menos atingida. Além disso, a incidência da doença é maior em pessoas pardas e sexo masculino, com percentual respectivo de 83,54% (66/79) e 81,01% (64/79). Por fim, o grau de escolaridade pouco citado nos estudos epidemiológicos, mostra que pessoas com ensino médio completo são mais afetados pelo impaludismo, caracterizando 18,99% (15/79) e com educação superior incompleta, apresentando 1,27% (1/79), sendo o grupo menos afetado. Conclusão: Com a presença de casos de malária no Estado do Ceará, ressalta-se a importância de aprofundar-se nos estudos epidemiológicos, para compreender e entender a notoriedade da doença para a saúde no Estado.

In recent years there has been a large increase in advanced computer attacks targeting Norwegian authorities and businesses (PST, 2021). At the same time there is a great shortage of trained and qualified personnel within cyber- and information security (Cisco, 2018). To fill this demand supply gap there has been an increased focus to educate new personnel through exercises and training (Nikolova, 2017). To meet this increased demand the Norwegian government in cooperation with several private and public organizations and academia established the Norwegian Cyber Range (NCR) in 2018 (NTNU, 2019). NCR is an arena for testing, training, and exercising in cyber- and information security. Running the training and exercises in a realistic and safe environment is a demanding task, which requires a well-trained Exercise Control (EXCON) team. In a military context NATO’s Bilateral Strategic Command (BI-SC) Directive 75-003 – Collective Training and Evaluation appendix H;” Roles and responsibilities of the exercise control (EXCON)” (NATO, 2013), provides a clear plan for how to establish an EXCON team that can properly direct and control an exercise (NATO, 2013, pg. 166). In addition, Østby et. al have suggested how to build an EXCON team to train public emergency organizations (Østby et al., 2019). Neither of these specify how the EXCON-team itself should be trained. In this paper we present results from in-depth interviews which were conducted with information security and/or exercise experts from different Norwegian organizations with relevant EXCON experience, and suggest a future train-the trainer concept to meet the challenges found in the study.The result from the research shows that the development of exercise control teams is not prioritized by organizations, and not given time or resources for education or team development. Being part of an exercise control teams is a side job where organizations mostly rely on hiring external experts. Another key finding in this research is the importance of exercise planning competence amongst the exercise control team, for the exercises to be successfully executed. Results also shows that a core team of experts is necessary to continuously improve the exercises, and also the need for these experts participating in the preparation for exercises.References:Cisco. Introdução: Anemia ferropriva é uma condição em que a hemoglobina presente no sangue está reduzida em concentração como consequência da escassez de ferro no organismo. A principal causa de anemia ao redor do mundo é a deficiência de ferro. Embora apresente ampla distribuição na população de uma forma geral e considerável implicação clínica, os dados epidemiológicos permanecem inconsistentes, principalmente com relação a etiologia da doença. Objetivos: Descrever o perfil epidemiológico das internações por anemia ferropriva no estado de São Paulo. Material e métodos: Estudo observacional, descritivo, retrospectivo, de caráter quantitativo com dados referentes as internações por anemia ferropriva, obtidos através do Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde (DATASUS), sendo as variáveis de interesse: número de internações, sexo, faixa etária, cor/raça e valor total, analisados no período de novembro de 2011 a novembro de 2021. Resultados: No período de 2011 a 2021 foram registrados 25.241 casos de anemia por deficiência de ferro no estado de São Paulo, destes 57,9% eram do sexo feminino e 42,1% do sexo masculino. A principal faixa etária acometida foi a dos 70 a 79 anos de idade equivalendo a 18,9%, já a menos afetada encontrava-se entre os 5 a 9 anos representada por apenas 0,4%. No que concerne à cor/raça, a branca (62,8%) correspondeu a maioria dos casos, seguida pela parda (19,7%), negra (5,7%), amarela (0,8%) e indígena representada por 0%, além de 10,7% que estavam sem essa informação. Os anos que apresentaram maior número de internações foram 2017 e 2018, com 2736 (10,8%) e 2713 (10,7%) casos respectivamente. Ao longo do período em questão foram gastos R$ 9.320.022,41 como custo total das internações. Conclusão: O presente estudo permitiu observar que a maioria dos casos ocorreu em mulheres brancas, na faixa etária dos 70 a 79 anos, com predominância no ano de 2017. Tal doença acarreta implicações clínicas e custos consideráveis, necessitando mais estudos para uma melhor definição epidemiológica em território brasileiro.

Introdução: O Diabetes Mellitus caracteriza-se como um transtorno metabólico ocasionando uma hiperglicemia, tendo um diagnóstico de diabético o indivíduo que apresenta uma glicemia em jejum ?126 (mg/dl) e hemoglobina glicada ?6,5%. É considerada uma doença crônica frequente, constituindo um problema de saúde pública global. Existem fatores de risco considerados modificáveis, que são o tabagismo, etilismo, inatividade física, alimentação não saudável e obesidade. Conforme o Atlas da Diabetes, da Federação Internacional de Diabetes, no ano de 2021, 6,7 milhões de pessoas morreram no mundo em decorrência da doença. Logo, foram notificadas mais de 214 mil mortes, de pessoas entre 20 e 79 anos, em decorrência da doença no Brasil. Objetivo: Descrever a mortalidade por Diabetes Mellitus em Pernambuco segundo faixa etária, cor/raça e sexo, no período de 2017 a 2019. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa epidemiológica, fundamentada em dados secundários, cujas informações empregadas procedem do Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde. Para os devidos cálculos foi utilizado o Software Excel® 2010 para se alcançar mais precisam nos resultados. Resultados: Dos anos analisados foram notificadas 11.498 mortes por consequência do Diabetes Mellitus. Em relação ao sexo, as mulheres foram as mais afetadas 6.490 (56,4%), enquanto os homens registraram 5.008 (43,6%). A cor parda evoluiu mais ao óbito 6.528 seguida da branca 4.032, ambas com (56,7%) e (35%5), respectivamente. A faixa etária que mais morreu foi a de 80 anos e mais 3.689 (32%) em sequência a idade de 70 a 79 anos 3.418 (29,7%). Conclusão: Conclui-se que a diabetes é uma doença crônica com altos índices de mortalidade, afetando especialmente as mulheres, acometendo a população idosa com mais intensidade, sendo a cor parda a que mais evoluiu ao óbito. Os poderes públicos necessitam urgentemente criar estratégias que visem diminuir a mortalidade por tal enfermidade, incentivando a população a aderir práticas de vida saudável.

Introdução: A doença de Chagas é uma das principais doenças parasitárias no Brasil. Nessa perspectiva, os fatores socioeconômicos e ambientais historicamente afetam e modelam os perfis epidemiológicos da doença. Dessa forma, é de suma importância a caracterização desses grupos populacionais mais vulneráveis e o impacto na saúde pública para auxiliar em medidas preventivas e diagnósticos precoces, assim como aprofundar no conhecimento teórico. Objetivo: Descrever o perfil epidemiológico dos óbitos por doença de Chagas no estado da Bahia registrados nos anos de 2015-2019. Material e métodos: Estudo transversal, descritivo, realizado por meio de dados secundários disponíveis no Sistema de Informações sobre Mortalidade (SIM/DATASUS) entre 2015 e 2019. Resultados: No período analisado, os resultados mostram que 13,4% (2.978/22.154) dos óbitos por doença de Chagas no Brasil foram registrados na Bahia, correspondendo a 0,7% (2.978/449.591) de todos os óbitos da população baiana. Levando-se em conta o sexo, observou predomínio de 58,3% (1.739/2.978) no sexo masculino. Considerando cor/raça, 57% (1.695/2.978) eram população parda. Em relação à faixa etária, a que apresentou maior mortalidade para doença de Chagas foi entre 70 a 79 anos, com significativos 26,5% (791/2.978) dos óbitos. Quanto ao nível de escolaridade, nenhum grau de escolaridade sobressai em relação aos outros graus atingindo 30% de todos os valores. Compreendendo as macrorregiões leste da Bahia, principalmente os municípios de Salvador e Santo Antônio de Jesus, maiores índices com 48,3% (1.438/2.977). Conclusão: Diante da análise epidemiológica, evidenciou-se há significativa mortalidade na Bahia em relação ao Brasil nos últimos 5 anos e o perfil desses indivíduos se equivalem de análises literárias a níveis nacionais. Se destacando o baixo nível de escolaridade que em proporção atinge também o conhecimento das medidas preventivas da doença. Com vista de prevenir e aumentar expectativa de vida com bem estar é fundamental que haja mais estudos e fomentação de planejamento, estratégias e campanhas direcionadas a determinados públicos alvo, como no estudo observado as regiões do Leste da Bahia, e assim, objetivando surtir efeitos significativos quando bem empregados e benefício para toda a população.

Introdução: A pneumonia é uma doença inflamatória causada por diversos patógenos, como bactérias, vírus e fungos. Seus principais agentes etiológicos são o Streptococcus pneumoniae e o Haemophilus influenzae, sendo mais propícia diante de fatores relacionados aos hábitos de vida e condições socioeconômicas inadequadas. Objetivos: Determinar o perfil clínico-epidemiológico da mortalidade associada a pneumonia em Redenção, Pará. Metodologia: Foi realizado um estudo descritivo transversal sobre a frequência de óbitos decorrentes de pneumonia no município de Redenção no estado do Pará por meio do Sistema de Informações de Agravos e Notificações do Datasus. As variáveis analisadas foram: idade, sexo e agente etiológico, notificadas no período de 2010 a 2019. Resultados: Para o período analisado, foram notificados um total de 157 óbitos causados por pneumonia, apresentando uma média anual de 16. O ano com maior número de mortes registradas foi 2019 com 19,1% (30/157). Quanto ao gênero, os homens foram mais acometidos com 60,5% (95/157) das mortes. Em relação à faixa etária, os maiores números de mortes estão entre 70-79 anos e idade ≥ 80 anos, respectivamente 24,8% (39/157) e 21,7% (34/157). Em relação aos agentes etiológicos, apenas 15,3% (24/157) dos óbitos registrados apresentaram a identificação e confirmação de seus patógenos, enquanto nos outros 84,7% (133/157) os patógenos não foram especificados. Conclusão: Logo, ressalta-se que na cidade de Redenção na maior parte dos casos não há identificação dos agentes etiológicos associados à pneumonia. Portanto, faz-se necessário a implementação de medidas que busquem a efetividade do diagnóstico, com a realização de exames microbiológicos, a fim de proporcionar um tratamento mais assertivo, principalmente considerando a vulnerabilidade da população idosa bem como, os principais agentes etiológicos e a problemática associada a resistência bacteriana aos antimicrobianos, que pode dificultar o tratamento e piorar a evolução dos pacientes, elevando a mortalidade associada.

Tunu is a mature giant gas and condensate field locate in Swamp Area on Mahakam Delta, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The field has been in developed for more than 40 years and considered as a mature field. As mature field, finding an economic well has become more challenging nowadays. The deeper zone of Tunu (TMZ) has no longer been considered profitable to be produced and the focus is shifted more on the producing widespread shallow gas pocket located in the much shallower zone of Tunu (TSZ). Facing the challenge of marginal reserves in the mature field, Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) take two approaches of reducing well cost thus increase well economics, improving drilling efficiency and alternative drilling means. Continues improvement on drilling efficiency by batch drilling, maxi drill, maximizing offline activities and industrialization of one phase well architecture has significantly squeezed the well duration. The last achievement is completing shallow well in 2.125 days from average of 6.5 days in period of 2017-2019. Utilization of Swamp Barge Drilling Rig on swamp area had been started from the beginning of the field development in 1980. Having both lighter and smaller drilling unit as alternative drilling means will give opportunity of reducing daily drilling rate. Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) comes as the best alternative drilling means for swamp area. In addition, fewer and smaller footprint equipment requires smaller barges with purpose of less civil works to dredge the river and preparing well location. Drilling with HWU project has been implemented at Tunu area with 5 wells has been completed successfully and safely. HWU drilling concept considered as proven alternative drilling means for the future of shallow wells development.

Introdução: As políticas públicas de saúde mental apresentam várias modificações nas últimas décadas, indo de um atendimento centrado no hospital para um cuidado no território. A mudança do modelo de atenção possibilitou a ampliação da oferta do cuidado. A ferramenta do apoio matricial é um fator importante no cuidado, pois permite um novo modo de produzir saúde. Objetivo: Analisar a literatura em busca de conhecer como os profissionais da Atenção Primária em Saúde (APS) concebem e compreendem o Apoio Matricial em saúde mental e, as ações desenvolvidas. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, cuja busca dos estudos primários ocorreu nas bases PubMed, CINAHL e LILACS. Para análise foram incluídos estudos em inglês, português e espanhol, publicados em periódicos, no período de 2016 a 2021. Resultados: A busca resultou em 79 artigos, sendo 19 estudos utilizados para subsidiar a pesquisa. Dentre os artigos que compõem a amostra, os anos de 2016 a 2018 correspondem quatro estudos (21,05%) respectivamente, cinco (26,31%) ao ano de 2019 e dois (10,52%) ao ano de 2020. No que se diz respeito a região geográfica de onde advém os estudos analisados, há considerável concentração de publicações na região Nordeste com um percentual de 52%, seguida das regiões sudeste e Sul, correspondendo a um percentual de (37%) e (11%) respectivamente. Estudo evidência que apesar do restrito investimento em apoio matricial, por parte de muitos municípios, ainda assim a prática do apoio matricial se mostra efetivo para consolidação da atuação multiprofissional, além de ser uma ferramenta importante na consolidação da integralidade do cuidado. As atividades de apoio matricial favoreceram o acesso dos sujeitos em sofrimento psíquico pelas várias esferas do sistema de saúde, permitindo a ampliação do olhar dos profissionais dos serviços de atenção primária. Conclusão: O apoio matricial é uma importante ferramenta de capacitação das equipes de APS. Entretanto, observa-se que há ainda um longo caminho a percorrer para que os profissionais se responsabilizem pelo cuidado.

Introdução: O câncer de mama é uma doença causada pela multiplicação desordenada de células anormais da mama. Na maioria dos casos, quando tratados adequadamente e em tempo oportuno, apresentam bom prognóstico. Contudo, nota-se escassez de estudos recentes, na literatura, que mostrem esse panorama no Brasil. Objetivo: Explorar os aspectos sociais, demográficos e epidemiológicos dos óbitos de indivíduos com câncer de mama no território brasileiro em um período de oito anos. Material e Métodos: Estudo observacional, retrospectivo, de cunho quantitativo, com análise do período de janeiro de 2011 a dezembro de 2019 acerca dos dados sociodemográficos e epidemiológicos do Sistema de Informações sobre Mortalidade do SUS e dados populacionais de indivíduos de 0 a 80 anos no Brasil por meio do IBGE. Foi aplicada a estatística descritiva e análise de frequências relativa e absoluta. As variáveis utilizadas foram número de indivíduos no Brasil, óbitos por ocorrência, faixa etária, regiões brasileiras, cor/raça, sexo. Resultados: Com base no IBGE, o Brasil tinha cerca de 190.732.694 pessoas em 2010. Segundo os dados coletados no SIM, no período de 2011 a 2019, 141.098 pessoas faleceram em decorrência de Câncer de Mama, tendo as três maiores regiões: 50,66% Sudeste, 21,43% Nordeste e 17,56% Sul. Constata-se ainda que há prevalência de mortes acima de 50 anos, representando 23,77% (n = 33.540), seguido por 22,07% (n =31.146) de 60 a 69 anos; 16,3% (n = 23.117) de 70 a 79 anos; e 15,9% (n = 22.528) 40 a 49 anos. Percebeu-se também, uma prevalência de óbitos em mulheres, representando 98,8% (n=1.607) dos casos, enquanto indivíduos do sexo masculino, representaram 1,13%(n=139.480) e 0,007% (n=11) sexo ignorado. No que se refere à cor/raça, constatou-se predomínio de casos entre os pacientes declarados brancos 59,17% (n = 83.496), seguido dos declarados pardos 28,79% (n = 40.626), apresentando o menor número de casos entre os indivíduos declarados indígenas 0,09% (n = 127). Conclusão: Portanto, o presente estudo demonstrou que existe um risco relevante de morte entre mulheres brancas, principalmente após os 50 anos, na região sudeste. Dessa forma, é necessário o acompanhamento contínuo do mapeamento de casos, para promoção de saúde e prevenção da doença.

A vegetation classi?cation and map for Guadalupe Mountains National Park (NP) is presented as part of the National Park Service Inventory & Monitoring - Vegetation Inventory Program to classify, describe, and map vegetation communities in more than 280 national park units across the United States. Guadalupe Mountains NP lies in far west Texas and contains the highest point in the state, Guadalupe Peak (8,751 ft; 2,667 m). The mountain escarpments descend some 5,000 ft (1,500 m) to the desert basins below forming a complex geologic landscape that supports vegetation communities ranging from montane coniferous forests down to desert grasslands and scrub. Following the US National Vegetation Classi?cation (USNVC) standard, we identi?ed 129 plant associations hierarchically tiered under 29 groups and 17 macrogroups, making it one of the most ecologically diverse National Park Service units in the southwestern United States. An aspect that adds to this diversity is that the park supports communities that extend southward from the Rocky Mountains (?ve macrogroups) and Great Plains (one macrogroup) and northward from the Chihuahuan Desert (two macrogroups) and Sierra Madre Orientale of Mexico (three macrogroups). The remaining six macrogroups are found in the Great Basin (one macrogroup), and throughout the southwestern United States (remaining ?ve macrogroups). Embedded in this matrix are gypsum dunelands and riparian zones and wetlands that add further complexity. We describe in detail this vegetation classi?cation, which is based on 540 vegetation plots collected between 2006 and 2010. Full descriptions and diagnostic keys to the plant associations along with an overall plant species list are provided as appendices. Based on the vegetation classi?cation and associated plot data, the vegetation map was developed using a combined strategy of automated digital object-oriented image classi?cation and direct-analog image interpretation of four-band National Agricultural Imagery Program (NAIP) aerial photography from 2004 and 2008 and Landsat Thematic Mapper satellite imagery. The map is designed to facilitate ecologically-based natural resource management at a 1:24,000 scale with 0.5-ha minimum map unit size. The map legend is hierarchically structured: the upper Level 1 consists of 16 map units corresponding in most cases to the USNVC group level, and an additional map unit describing built-up land and agriculture; Level 2 is composed of 48 nested map units re?ecting various combinations of plant associations. A ?eld-based accuracy assessment using 341 vegetation plots revealed a Level 1 overall accuracy of 79% with 90% CI of 74?84% and 68% with 90% CI of 59?76% at Level 2. An annotated legend with summary descriptions of the units, distribution maps, aerial photo examples of map unit polygons, and representative photos are provided in Appendix D. Large wall-size poster maps at 1:35,000 scale were also produced following NPS cartographic standards. Outcomes from this project provide the most detailed vegetation classi?cation and highest resolution mapping for Guadalupe Mountains NP to date to support many uses including ?re, recreation, vegetation, and wildlife management, among others. The upper Level 1 map is particularly suited to landscape-scale, park-wide planning and linkages to its sister park, Carlsbad Caverns NP. The Level 2 mapping provides added detail for use at a more localized project scale. The overall accuracy of the maps was good, but because Guadalupe Mountains NP is primarily wilderness park, there were logistical challenges to map development and testing in remote areas that should be considered in planning management actions. In this context, some map units would bene?t from further development and accuracy assessment. In particular, a higher resolution mapping of McKittrick Creek riparian habitat at 1:6,000 scale or ?ner is recommended for this important habitat in the park. In addition, developing a structural canopy height model from LiDAR imagery would be useful to more accurately quantify woody canopy density and height to support ?re management and other habitat management issues. With respect to understanding vegetation dynamics in this time of rapid environmental change, the 540 vegetation plots themselves are su?ciently georeferenced and have the data resolution to be useful in detecting change at the decadal scales across much of the park. To this end, an additional recommendation would be to install more plots to ?ll the gaps among the main vegetation units of the park, both spatially and thematically. Overall, the Vegetation and Classi?cation Map for Guadalupe Mountains NP will support the park?s management e?orts and enhance regional understanding of vegetation and ecology of ecosystems of the southwestern United States.
