We have worked hard with our catalogues and have some great news for you today.
First, a disadvantage of the online catalogues is the incorrect representation of the names of editors, compilers, and other contributors, as well as of the names of corporate authors. We have carried out a massive analysis of our catalogues and have updated the metadata, so that the information would be more precise and so that you could cite the sources automatically more easily.
Second, we have updated our Open Library catalogues, therefore you can now reference automatically a great number of new sources.
In total, over 32.5 million records have been updated or newly created.
