A new type of source – 'Report' – is now available on our website.
This means that you can now generate bibliographic references for reports of organisations, corporations, institutions, etc. in accordance with the requirements of each appropriate international or national citation style (APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, ISO 690:2010, DSTU 8302:2015, and so on).
To do this, select 'Report' from the list of source types in the main menu on our homepage and fill in the available fields.
NB: If the cited document states the organisation as its author, write the organisation's name either in the author's last name or first name field, and we will take it into account in the final reference.
You can then convert your corporate report reference into any citation style available on our service in just one click. For example:
In Chicago Style – notes and bibliography (17th ed.):
The University of Auckland. The Power of Philanthropy: Annual Report 2019. Auckland: The University of Auckland, 2020. https://www.auckland.ac.nz/en/about-us/about-the-university/the-university/official-publications/annual-report.html.
In Harvard referencing style:
The University of Auckland, (2020). The power of philanthropy: annual report 2019 [online]. Auckland: The University of Auckland. [Viewed 21 January 2021]. Available from: https://www.auckland.ac.nz/en/about-us/about-the-university/the-university/official-publications/annual-report.html
