Orias, Vargas Maria Alejandra. "La littérature migrante hispano-américaine d'expression française depuis les années 1960". Electronic Thesis or Diss., université Paris-Saclay, 2024. http://www.theses.fr/2024UPASK002.
Testo completoThis thesis aims to study the French language that emerged from Hispano-American migrant literature from 1960 to the present. As a language of communication and culture, French is also a language of creation beyond its linguistic boundaries. It has thus become the language of adoption for European writers besides French-speaking countries, as was the case for the Irishman Samuel Beckett and the Romanian Emil Cioran. Crucially however, the fact that some Spanish-American writers have also chosen French for their literary work is less well known. This study sheds light on this phenomenon from the 1960s onwards considering two lines of research. Firstly, we build on the history of representations of French literature and culture in Latin America to enrich it with contemporary contributions through a corpus of recent authors: the Argentinians Silvia Baron Supervielle, Hector Bianciotti, the Cuban Eduardo Manet and the Chilean Luis Mizón. Secondly, we propose a cross-analysis of these Spanish-American writers who, going beyond being settled in France, have used French language in a poetic approach. These two axes are necessary to better understand this type of migrant literature, which focuses on the experience of exile and the process of deterritorialization and reterritorialization. At the central point of this process is the emergence of an in-between space in which both to rethink and negotiate the relationship between territory and identity due to displacement have realigned borders. This process enabled the authors to dissociate language from identity in order to make the transition to French, which differs from assimilating the language and culture of the host country or denying their own culture, let alone abandoning their mother tongue. French becomes the material for creating a new language that cannot be assigned to a specific literary field. The only space to which this language belongs is a virgin space born between French and Spanish

Testo completoThe purpose of this work is to study in an innovative way the origins of French Hispanism. A study of the first scholarly journals in thefield of Hispanism (Hispanic Journal, Bulletin Hispanic, Latin American Review) reveals how these companies operate and the role played by more than six hundred employees within the period 1890-1930. This information was cross-referenced both with the study ofpublications and with published and handwritten correspondence. 4,804 articles and reviews, 529 books and 1,712 letters exchangedbetween Hispanists were examined in 25 institutions in seven countries (France, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, UnitedStates). These documents make it possible to build a prosopography of the actors and to lead an analysis of their networks, giving anoverview of the scholarly relationships and the importance of each person in the new field. The correspondence study also allows one toaccess the content of exchanges between French Hispanists and their European and American counterparts. This work highlights the interests of the different actors, their belonging to diverse groups, their motivations, their political ideas, agreements and disagreements when it comes to defining what a hispanist is. The thesis reveals that French Hispanism is at its origin afield where two academic poles (Bordeaux-Toulouse and Paris) and an extra-university center are opposed and trying to impose theirvision of the future of the domain
Gonzalo, Ferreyra Luis. "Philosophie et politique chez Arturo Andrés Roig". Paris 8, 2012. http://www.theses.fr/2012PA083474.
Testo completoStemming from the juxtaposition of philosophical discourse and “the political”, this thesis analyses the allers-retours of Arturo Andrés Roig’s philosophical reflection. This problematic has led us to examine its philosophic-political-pedagogical radicalisation on the one hand, and the curriculum occultum, on the other. The first underlines the turning point in his thinking, which would materialize over the course of the 1970s philosophy of liberation and lead to the emergence of his Latin-American period. The second concept will highlight, despite these shifts and ruptures produced in his contemporary thought, Roig’s loyalty to the preceding period, that is to say, to Classical philosophy and notably, to Platonism. A large contribution of this thesis is to break from established academic commentary of Roig’s work. Instead, we sought to depict and examine a philosopher and his struggle in the context of the institutional and political circumstances in which his philosophical discourse is produced. The confrontation of Roig’s philosophical and academic discourse, which separates him from his political engagement during the 1970s, allows us to establish a new perspective that emphasises his philosophic uniqueness : we will consider him not only as an engaged thinker and Marxist philosopher, but also one concerned with the neglected or forgotten, spiritualist, Platonist, pedagogue and “reformist”

Testo completoAs migrant subjects, Latin Americans are mostly identified in the US context, where they constitute a significant foreign population. However, with a significant quantitative evolution in Europe and France, they are beginning to find a place in European studies on international migration. If due to their cultural and historical ties, Latinos are mostly present in countries like Spain, Portugal or Italy, the Latin American communities also exist in France. Among them, political exiles from South American dictatorships is the most visible category. To a lesser extent, that of international students too, and since the 1980s, economic migrants emerged as a new profile. Considered as an "example of integration", this idealized image of Latin American refugees leaves behind certain aspects that are essential and inherent to integration, such as participation in the host society and especially access to the labor market. Supported by life stories, this doctoral research aims to analyze their life paths, with attention to the strategies they put in place to make possible a labor insertion increasingly restricted by the migration policies that concern them as non-European nationals. To do this, our discussion considers both the subjective element (perceptions, experiences, resources ans strategies mobilized) and the structuring ans objective elements such as migration policies and the different social relations migrants establish in the host country
Bouscharain, Anne. "La poétique de Battista Spagnoli de Mantoue (Bucoliques, Silves, Parthenices) et sa réception en France au XVIè siècle, à partir de l'édition des Syluarum Sex Opuscula (Paris, Josse Bade, 1503)". Paris, EPHE, 2003. http://www.theses.fr/2003EPHE4061.
Testo completoThe poet B. Spagnoli Mantuanus (1447-1516) had acquired great fame in Renaissance Europe. Often compared to Virgil, he drew his celebrity from his earlier works : the eclogues of Adulescentia, the Parthenice and the Silvae. From the end of the Quattrocento, an original poetic art arises through his works, combining the author's spirituality and the influence of the theory on literary style and emotional inspiration of Angelo Poliziano based upon Statius and Quintilian. In the Silvae - the 1503 anthology providing obvious evidence - Mantuan embraces the Alexandrian tradition brought back into fashion by Poliziano. He does this in order to take for himself the principle of an improvised epideictic writing, adapted to his ingenium and oriented towards self-expression. Arguing for the mediocritas of Horace, he promoted modern virtue and Christian meditation on glory and salvation. He chose to define the simplicity of a spontaneous celebration of faith as a writing principle, as opposed to the high poetic styles he considered to be impersonal and beyond reach. The influence of his poetry on the French poets of the Marot generation and the Pleiade is explained by the freedom of style inherent to the principles that Mantuan selected for his own poetry. These lie inbetween brief extemporary writing and search for erudite variety, as illustrated by the fragile impromptu of the Silvae where a refined celebration arose in his confession about the world and virtue. The afore-mentioned French authors, following Erasmus and various humanists of the 16th century, did consider him as a model of the lyrical poetry of the Renaissance, allying spirituality, praise and familiar inspiration
Amauri, Gallegos de Dios Osbaldo. "Regeneración de la ciudad letrada : intelectualidad y participación política en Octavio Paz, Gabriel García Márquez y Mario Vargas Llosa". Thesis, Toulouse 2, 2018. http://www.theses.fr/2018TOU20019.
Testo completoWe propose in this thesis an analysis and comparison of intellectual paths and political postures of Octavio Paz, Gabriel García Márquez and Mario Vargas Llosa, which it allows to understand Latin America’s intellectual history in the second half of the 20th century. During the 1960’s Latin American intellectuals were marked with Cuban revolution and world’s political context: Cold War, Vietnam War, Prague’s invasion and student protests around the world. Paz, García Márquez and Vargas Llosa were part of this period, that’s why with this work we compare them as intellectuals and they have different postures. The main objective of this thesis is to compare their intellectual involvement, within the context of Latin American and French intellectual history (concepts and theories in 20th century). For this reason, we analyze and compare theirs ideological formations, intellectual conjunctions and disjunctions, involvement in four conjunctures (Cuban revolution, Coup d’État in Chile, Sandinism in Nicaragua and EZLN in Mexico) and theirs intellectual figure’s representations. Therefore we show that in Latin America we find intellectual involvement at the end of the 20th century, which allow us to propose a “lettered city’s regeneration”
