Abstract (sommario):
The article addresses those publications by Russian scientists on sociological aspects of social time, which are little known. In our opinion, all of them are pioneering in the area of sociology of time. The focus is on such concepts as «the past, the present, and the future time, their content and correlation»; «time as the process of change»; «using time and control over time»; «time of an individual and time of a social system»; «biological time» as a step towards social time. It is indicated, that the first sociological study on time budgets was conducted in Petrograd in 1921-1922 by P.Sorokin. We tried to remain within the field of sociology, understanding sociology as a science about functioning and changes in social systems; these social systems are presented by the subsystems of the subjects, their activity, and relations between them, «immersed» into the cultural-institutional environment. When working at this article, the authors focused on those statements of the researchers which are of conceptual significance for both the science and the solution of real time-budget problems.

Abstract (sommario):
This writing aims to analyze the sociological aspects of multicultural Islamic religious education. Multicultural Islamic religious education is a solution to the plurality of Indonesian society in accordance with the democratic principles adopted by the Indonesian nation. Multicultural Islamic religious education is an important aspect in building the nation's next generation. Sociological aspects in multicultural Islamic religious education are fundamentally reflected by the existence of conducive cooperation between Islamic religious education in the family, school and community environment, good educational control will be realized. In a sociological context, the family is the first and foremost institution known to children. In this case, his parents are the first to be known and provide educational values. Then the school environment, the school at this time is a need for everyone to get an education from school. Schools in this case have two important aspects, namely individual aspects and social aspects. On the one hand, schools are tasked with influencing and creating conditions that allow optimal development. Furthermore, the community environment, a diverse society such as in Indonesia often creates the potential for friction or even conflict. Therefore, differences are a necessity in a pluralistic society. Differences must be accepted as a necessity. Such acceptance will lead to people's attitudes that can accept existing differences. This is what will produce students who have good morals, who will not only make their parents and teachers proud, but also the community as users of educational outcomes.

Abstract (sommario):
This study analyses the timing of first entry into marriage of Hungarian men and women born between 1916 and 1967. Marriages take place at a considerably earlier age than the West European average, and at the same time show significant differences between cohorts. In the course of the analysis we consider the social and economic circumstances which affect the timing of entry into marriage, and we connect the variables of men and women's educational attainment with their age at marriage. In each cohort we examine the sociological characteristics of those who marry significantly earlier or later than the average for their generation, i.e. than the “normal” age.

Abstract (sommario):
Although the origins of pacifism date back to the biblical times, it Is in the 19th century that this phenomenon intensified and first pacifist organizations were created. In Poland, the notion of pacifism is connected with the activity of the “Wolność i Pokój” (Freedom and Peace) social movement, which was active mainly in the 1980s. Above all, it questioned the legitimacy of compulsory military service, as well as the text of the oath sworn at that time. Later, these postulates found partial continuation in the “Objector” association, which conducted educational, informative and mutual aid activity. With time, other communities and organizations emerged to propagate peace and question militarism, and the pacifist movement postulates were included in the programmes and goals of other organizations and informal groups.

Abstract (sommario):
In recent years, a discussion about the dissatisfaction of scientists with the current state of sociology has intensified in the world sociological community. In this situation, various ways of raising the scientific level of sociology as a whole are proposed. One of them was proposed by B. Latour in the framework of the actor-network theory (ANT), the theoretical concepts of which were further developed in the works of his like-minded colleages. Representatives of the Russian sociology are actively involved in a versatile study of the contribution made by the ANT to the development of sociology. The article studies the basic provisions of the actor-network theory concerning the subject specifics of sociological knowledge, the fundamental difference between the definition of understanding the subject of ANT sociology and the definitions given by traditional sociological trends and paradigms, as well as the consequences of this innovative understanding for the formation of methodological principles for studying social reality. The authors also dwell on the consideration of the most fundamental and controversial methodological innovation of ANT - the “turn to things” and the introduction of the concept of heterogeneity of agents into the understanding of social processes. Particular attention in the article is paid to the analysis of the meaning of the term “actant”, innovative for sociology, borrowed by the ANT from the semiotic theory of narrative and incorporated into sociology and ontology of the network of associations of heterogeneous actants. Concerning the disagreements between the actor-network theory and the sociological mainstream of our time, the authors dwell on the criticism by ANT theorists of the sociological "metaphysics of social forces", understood as a way of theoretical legitimation of social inequality. The purpose of the article is to clarify the unity and interconnection of the key innovative positions of ANT in sociological methodology, and through this, to substantiate the significance and heuristic potential of the innovations proposed by the actor-network theory for raising the scientific level of sociology in the study of social reality. As a result, the authors demonstrate the methodological turn of ANT, that makes possible overcoming the gap between sociological theory and social and political practice, thus opening the way for building a new attitude of sociology to reality, returning it to solving not only scientific, but also social and practical problems.

Abstract (sommario):
The article discusses the problems of urban development of the contaminated territories of Saratov aimed at improving this territory. Particular attention is paid to the substantiation and necessity of using in sociological studies of a modern city such a concept as a socio-territorial community, which is interpreted as a form of social life, where a certain set of individuals has the same type of relationship to a specific territory. Glebutchev ravine was chosen as a contagious model polygon. Throughout almost the entire history of the city, the contaminated areas have been a zone of uncomfortable living attracting the poorest segments of the city’s residents. Urban development of these territories is associated with a number of social and environmental problems, for example, with the need for mass resettlement, demolition of illegal buildings, settlement of land disputes, etc. In the course of analyzing the materials of the author’s sociological survey of macrophotography, the bulk of the residents (65%) note the need of improving the ravine. At the same time, 30% of respondents want to improve living conditions by building a shopping and entertainment center, 45% want to see only pedestrian and transport accessibility and 35% believe that the creation of parks and recreation areas is necessary.

Abstract (sommario):
Information and communication technologies have become an integral factor in the daily lives of people over the last decade. Although their usage allows significant advantages, there are still a lot of people in the world who do not use such technologies. In industrialized countries, the reason for this is not in economic factors, but age seems to be a significant determinant of the digital divide. Recently, however, the number of older adults taking advantages of the Internet has been growing. Numerous authors state that a key aspect of successful aging is to remain actively involved in life in old age. In this regard, it is pointed out that online communication and new media present many new opportunities and challenges for the social inclusion of older people. The aim of this paper is to examine the attitudes and opinions of older people towards the use of the Internet and the reasons for its use. The research was conducted using the 2019 survey method on a sample of 240 people over the age of 65 residing in the Šibenik-Knin County in the Republic of Croatia. The results of the survey show that, although more than half of the respondents have an Internet connection, only a fifth own a computer or a laptop. One third of the respondents uses the Internet every day, and most of them did not attend a course to help them use it. They point out that they easily mastered the rules of the network, in which their family members gave them a support and help. Respondents most often search the Internet for the purpose of informing, especially about daily events, then for the entertainment, cultural education and communication with others. More than half of them have a profile on social networks, mostly on Facebook. Despite all this, they do not emphasize the great impact of the Internet on their lives, and believe that the Internet often takes up a lot of free time. Also, more than half of the surveyed population does not use the Internet because they are not interested in it, do not have the financial means to buy a computer. The reason is that they are suspicion of endangering their own security and privacy. However, those not using the Internet state that their accessing to information is not limited because of that. They also point out that the only motivation for starting using the Internet would be the necessity of communicating with their families.

Abstract (sommario):
The paper by Sergiy Kurbatov and Mariya Rohozha “The Mission of University in the Western European Culture”(Part II) is devoted to the analyses of transformation of the university as social institution and cultural phenomenon in our time, which we started at the first part of this paper, that was published in “Philosophy of Education”, 2017, № 2 (21)). If the previous paper of these authors included a long chronological period from the origin of the university in late Medieval time up to the 20th century, the current paper is concentrated on analyses of radical challenges, that university faced at the end of the 20th century and at the beginning of the 21st century. For example, such popular in contemporary English language literature concept as the end (or the death) of university is observed. The authors tried to analyze sociological attempts to measure the main university activities in the form of international university rankings and the possibilities to develop in Ukraine the ideal models of university, which any system of university rankings have. The special stress was made on the influence of COVID 19 pandemic on transformative processes and institutional development of universities in the nearest future. The main challenges of the 21st century are crucial for the university, because this institution lost monopoly of producing and distribution of advanced knowledge for the first time in history. From the tactic viewpoint, university is less competitive than the different training programs and online courses, it is too conservative and bureaucratic one. But the authors think that in strategic perspective university has a chance for renovation, proving the old maxima that the values and spiritual dimensions of being and the relevant environment are crucial for human being. Almost the millennium of university history proves its ability to pass through the dramatic historical transformation and to continue to maintain its essence.

Abstract (sommario):
The article is dedicated to revealing the specific features of fashion as a system of cultural and aesthetic values, as well as a contradictory social phenomenon which plays an important role as a symbolic regulator of mass society. The purpose of this article is to study the mechanism of creation of the sign and symbolic world of fashion, new models and patterns of behavior, evident and hidden functions of fashion in the era of globalization. Attention is focused on the fact that fashion, as one of the central phenomenon of the modern world, has become an industry based on the principle of rationality, for the production of original trends, in line with the trends and challenges of modern times. It reflects social reality, and people who actively contribute to changing its fashion patterns set in motion models of social reality. It is the sociological study of fashion that can contribute to its most adequate description and explanation. This is due to the fact that the process of spreading and changing fashion patterns is characterized by the value attitude of people both to things and to other people. The result of such an attitude is the social division of people into groups. A fashionable thing, which is desirable for a person, at the same time becomes for him a desirable image of the social status and interpersonal relations to which a person aspires. The article analyzes modern fashion in terms of symbolic conditionality and symbolic reality characterized by features of sociality, temporality, ambivalence and spectacularity. The main attention of authors of the study is devoted to the analysis of the specific behavior of a human-consumer, for whom the sign and symbolic world of fashion is not only a means of self-expression, but also an opportunity to fill the spiritual vacuum and feel a lost sense of stability. Attention is also focused on the importance of solving the problem of ethics of responsibility of modern fashion, which is the determinants of all relations in the sphere of contemporary consumer society.

Abstract (sommario):
The article analyzes the methodological aspects of the study of the sociological concept of law in the USA. It is noted that the most important question of a methodological nature is the question of the sociological concept of law in US jurisprudence of the 20th century. as a subject of research of historical and legal science, or its constituent history of political and legal studies. Given the fact that the sociological concept of law is one way or another studied by the philosophy of law, the theory of law, the question arises about the relationship between these sciences. The subject specificity of the history of legal thought and the history of the philosophy of law is shown. The relationship between the history of legal thought and the history of the philosophy of law is revealed to be of methodological importance for the study of the sociological concept of law in the jurisprudence of the USA of the 20th century, as it allows the formation of a methodology of knowledge based on philosophical and legal approaches and principles and a special methodological toolkit (methods and techniques) of the theory of law and philosophy rights Philosophical and legal conceptual approaches and principles have a worldview character in research and allow the use of concepts of the theory of legal understanding. In other words, the category sociological concept of law and as a result of its development sociological legal understanding has a philosophical meaning. The filling of this content took place with the help of various approaches and directions of general theoretical jurisprudence, in particular anthropological, etymological and legal. approaches of legal sociology. At the same time, this content (meaning) has a specific historical layer of knowledge. The content of the category “meaning” in the history of legal thought finds its fulfillment in the fact that it is connected with the understanding of the specifics of the studied era, the identification of its peculiar properties, the understanding of the studied teaching in its modern scientific and theoretical significance and cognitive value, the clarification of objective social significance (social meaning) and personal meaning (personal meaning) in the reproduction of past historical reality, reconstruction of historical situations.

Abstract (sommario):
The purpose of this study was to explore situations experienced by 12 health-care providers working in two nursing homes. Individual interviews, using a narrative approach, were conducted. A phenomenological–hermeneutical method, developed for researching life experiences, was applied in the analysis. The findings showed that good care situations are experienced when the time culture is flexible, the carers act in a sovereign time rhythm, not mentioning clock time or time as a stress factor. The results are discussed in terms of anthropological and sociological theory: time as event and action and flexible time cultures. Care settings for persons with dementia represent many challenges, such as a heavy workload and time strain. Time ethics is a construction, understanding time used in caring for persons suffering from dementia, which involves a mature, responsible and flexible nursing approach to these patients.

The paper is devoted to the problem of historical development of university community through the lenses of understanding of university mission. The authors undertake critical reflections of the scheme of evolution of university mission, which was elaborated by American researcher John Scott, as far as add some theoretical and methodological suggestions to this scheme. In this respect, typical for late medieval university mission of teaching and corporate based building of university community in the modern times are supplemented by the mission of research. At the same time, university is incorporated in the system of arising nation-state as a tool for preparation highly-qualified bureaucrats for its apparatus. In postmodern times in the context of globalization and certain emancipation of the university from the state such aspects of university mission as the different forms of civil service or the third mission of university become more and more important.

Abstract (sommario):
Introduction. In today’s globalising world, science acquires a crucial importance: integrating humanity within the framework of solving global problems, it becomes one of the leading factors in social development, facilitating work and diversifying leisure time, as well as serving as an instrument of transformations in the political sphere. Undoubtedly, the social aspects of contemporary science are capturing the attention of a huge number of researchers. However, it is not clear that all areas of the sociology of science treat the object of their study in the same way.Aim. A lack of reflection on the unity or otherwise in the understanding of the essence of science in the various fields of sociological research makes it difficult to compare different theories of the institutional, cultural, social and communicative contexts of scientific development. An urgent methodological task therefore consists in developing an understanding of the various definitions of the concept of “science” used in the framework of contemporary sociological analysis of this phenomenon. Results and scientific novelty. In this paper, two dominant sociological views on science – as an experimental-mathematical approach to cognising the world and as a system of representations in general – are compared. We conclude that while researchers studying institutional aspects of science tend to interpret it in terms of the “heritage” of post-Enlightenment European rationalism, constructionist and communicatively-oriented researchers tend to approach science as the system of knowledge and cognition that is formed in any human society, having its own specific sociocultural features in each respective case. While each of these two approaches undoubtedly has its own methodological potential, in order to provide such a diverse field of studies with a common ground, it would be necessary to balance them with a third aspect. We argue that this balancing role, since both common for all mankind and unique for every culture, could be played by Heidegger’s conceptualisation of science as “the theory of the real”.Practical significance. In order to avoid a pluralism of incompatible theories, it is important to continually pose the question “what is the object of study when conducting a sociological study of various scientific phenomena?” – as well as to understand the “limits of applicability” of the particular interpretation of science on which basis sociological analysis proceeds.

Abstract (sommario):
The article considers the concept of human rights in terms of sociology of law. The modernization and expansion of the interpretationof human rights in the context of the sociological approach are emphasized. It is noted that the term “human rights” is quite comp -lex, its semantic meaning is multifaceted, it can be interpreted as philosophical, as political (if demonstrated, for example, as an objectof political will), as legal (if positioned, for example, as a subject of judicial protection), and as sociological (if studied as a social phenomenonby means of public opinion). From the sociological point of view, the understanding of the term “human rights” encompassesseveral aspects expanding its content. Firstly, the main purpose of human rights is to ensure the individual’s dignity, the conditions forthe realization of his or her rights, including: a) the system of international and national norms enshrining the individual’s status, therules of relations between individuals and between an individual and a state; b) a social opportunity provided by a norm and protectedby the state and belonging to a specific subject. Secondly, human rights, along with other sociological terms and categories, are integratedinto sociology as they are directly and inextricably linked to various aspects of public life.It is emphasized that without ensuring the rights and freedoms of all social strata and groups, it is impossible to create a fullfledgeddemocratic system. At the same time, it is through the structures and institutions of civil society that the basic rights and freedomsof all citizens are ensured, including those who are under investigation, serving sentences or having been declared incompetentdue to any reason. It is concluded that human rights in its sociological interpretation are a phenomenon integrated in society, which has its ownexpressed social nature, internal and external subject relations and interdependence of various aspects; human rights belong to everyone, and their ensuring serves as a guarantee for socially active behavior. From the sociological point of view, this synthesis of nume -rous aspects of the concept of human rights allows proposing the concept of human rights, according to which they are the object ofsociological study of reality, its integral component.

Abstract (sommario):
The aim: Is to study the levels of influence of the Christian spiritual tradition on the attitude of medical students to abortion, which necessitated a comparative analysis of Christian ethics and the main approaches of secular bioethics regarding artificial termination of pregnancy; analysis of the results of sociological research taking into account the peculiarities of religious self-identification of medical students. Materials and methods: The complex nature of the studied issue necessitated the application of interdisciplinary approaches, philosophical, general scientific and special sociological methods of collecting, processing and analyzing information. Certain differences between Christian moral guidelines and attitudes towards artificial termination of pregnancy were found in a questionnaire study conducted by a sociological group of the Bogomolets National Medical University (hereinafter – NMU) in 2020. The object of the study were first and sixth year students and postgraduate students of NMU (N = 375). Results: Based on a comparative analysis of the evaluative judgments of three groups of respondents (1 group – those who identified themselves as Christians; 2 group – those who are uncertain with their attitude towards religion; 3 group – those who consider themselves non-believers) regarding artificial termination of pregnancy, it was found that the attitude of medical students-believers towards this problem differs from the more liberal approaches of the respondents of the second and third groups, and, at the same time, has significant differences with Christian moral guidelines on this issue. Conclusions: A comparative analysis of the main approaches of secular bioethics and Christian ethics to the issue of artificial termination of pregnancy allows us to conclude that the Christian position is distinguished by the recognition of sacredness, inviolability of human life, inalienable dignity and value of human being from conception to the natural end of life. This determines the special importance of the Christian spiritual tradition in overcoming the manifestations of abortive mentality in contemporary Ukrainian society.

Abstract (sommario):
Social processes are setting in motion a crisis of global biodiversity loss, yet those who study social processes are largely absent from discussions about this crisis. Recognizing that developing a single general sociological theory of the causes and consequences of biodiversity loss is infeasible, the purpose of this article is to engage a wide array of sociological traditions that, whether or not they have thus far incorporated environmental problems, focus on theoretical issues that we believe must be confronted if a sociological conversation about the global crisis of biodiversity is to take place. These traditions include those in environmental sociology, relational sociology, the sociology and geography of scale, and historical sociology. We, where necessary, redirect aspects of these traditions to incorporate nonhuman actors, more general biophysical processes, and the longue durée of evolutionary time. We then illustrate our perspective by detailing the spread of Kudzu, an invasive species that is having a significant impact on biodiversity in the American southeast. Our overall goal is to initiate a broad sociological exploration, one unhampered by subdisciplinary boundaries, into why and how human social processes are setting in motion an increasing rate of global biodiversity loss.

Abstract (sommario):
Women are part of society. Therefore, it is a precondition that they become part of discussions in sociology. How does this discipline see women? This paper aims to respond to two research questions: How did sociologists, particularly in the classic era, talk about women? What is influence of feminism to the study on women in sociology? To answer these two questions, I conduct a library research by reading and analyzing literatures relevant to the topic. Some aspects that become my attention are the perspectives of classic sociologists on women, respond of feminists to them, and changes that happen in sociology as the result of those feminists’ challenges. My reading on those literatures shows that in its early development, sociologists perceived women as inferior individuals in society. Feminism, in particular the second wave of feminism brings significant influences to those views. Sociology at present time places women in more egalitarian position. Studies on women in sociology also develop significantly.

The article is based on the materials of a sociological study conducted in 2021 in the city of Barnaul. The author emphasizes the importance of personal responsibility for the preservation and strengthening of one's own health. Notes the importance of human behavior in relation to their health as a necessary factor of their physical and mental well-being. On the basis of a questionnaire survey of students of Altai State University, some features of the self-preservation behavior of students during the spread of the coronavirus pandemic were studied. The analysis showed that the majority of respondents are aware of the importance of maintaining health, but at the same time do not actively engage in the preservation and restoration of health. Students lack the skills and abilities to lead a healthy lifestyle. According to the survey, the coronavirus pandemic did not have a special impact on certain aspects of the self-preservation behavior of students. Only a small part of the respondents tried to change their habits during the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, including vaccination. The sociological study revealed the attitude of modern student youth to the anti-covid measures taken. The results of the study indicate that one of the functions of the university in modern realities should be the work on changing the behavior of young people in relation to their own health, on the formation of healthy lifestyle skills.

Abstract (sommario):
AbstractFor a long time, sociological analysis of professional work has differentiated professionalism as a special means of organizing work and controlling workers and in contrast to the hierarchical, bureaucratic and managerial controls of industrial and commercial organizations. But professional work is changing and being changed as increasingly professionals (such as doctors, nurses, teachers, social workers) now work in employing organizations; lawyers and accountants in large professional service firms (PSFs) and sometimes in international and commercial organizations; pharmacists in national (retailing) companies; and engineers, journalists, performing artists, the armed forces and police find occupational control of their work and discretionary decision-making increasingly difficult to sustain. This paper begins with a section on defining the field and clarifying concepts. This is followed by a second section on the concept of professionalism, its history and current developments. The third section discusses convergences between Anglo-American and Continental European systems of professions and the general, wider applicability of particular explanatory theories and analytical concepts in the field. Section four examines internationalizing processes affecting professions. Markets for professional services are increasingly international and professional regulation is now a matter for international professional federations as well as national and regional states. The final section provides summary and considers consequences for aspects of professionalism as an occupational value in the global world.

The study of health cultures and the factors influencing them is a relatively new field of knowledge, dedicated to researching the mutual influence of culture and health. The article is devoted to the concept of health culture and its modern understanding in anthropological and sociological research. The author considers the evolution of the health culture concept based on modern research and outlines the key topics of scientific works devoted to the study of health culture and the peculiarities of its understanding. The research shows that culture influences all stages of disease treatment and health maintenance, from the choice of language and behavioral patterns to understanding the uniqueness of the disease and diagnoses by the individual. The prospects of this concept are determined based on various aspects of its consideration. Currently there is no generally accepted definition of the health culture concept. Peoplel's individual characteristics and individual understanding of health in the context of different cultures and their differences are considered to be important aspects of the concept. At the same time, in anthropological and sociological studies, the very concept of culture, as fundamental and formative for health behavior is replaced by individual meanings of understanding one’s health.

Abstract (sommario):
Abstract: This article examines how the French socialist thinker Charles Péguy (1873-1914) used the metaphor of diagnosis of social ills in De la grippe (1900). This text serves as the entrance point into the complex history of the metaphor of diagnosis around the beginning of the twentieth century, as it dwelled in the border regions of historical, sociological and philosophical discourses. Péguy seems at first to follow the contemporary tendency to use the metaphor of diagnosis as a means to denounce ready-made historical and sociological theory. However, the metaphor of diagnosis also foregrounds aspects irreducible to epistemological concerns. The diagnostician thus introduced a paradigm for the frank communication of inconvenient truths from an engaged position, at the same time as the Dreyfus Affair imprinted the persona of the “engaged intellectual” on the modern social imaginary.

Approaches from various perspectives (historical, ethnological, anthropological, sociological) draw attention to two major aspects relating to the periodicity of food intake: the extreme cultural diversity and the continual modifications which have occurred over time and space. The various cultural models change and are subject to multiple influences, for example, cross-cultural, economic and historical. In addition, there are interactions between the models. The definitions of food intake and frequency play a major role in building up consumers' perceptions. These various perceptions are multiple (perception of self, of food and its virtues, the rules and moral values of consumption) and finally influence behaviours. Finally, and taking into account the systems of beliefs, the very nature of feeding behaviours may carry feelings of guilt for the subject. The study of real behaviours and their relationship with health is still incomplete for reasons of methodology and also of conceptual definition. In future, data collection has to take into account real behaviour as well as subjective perceptions and value judgements. A specific effort has to be made in the future to develop methodology. This should allow the collection of reliable data and particularly comparisons between studies, without oversimplifying and distorting cultural specificities.

Abstract (sommario):
The article presents the experience of applying sociological analysis in relation to one of the central concepts of labor economics – the reproduction of labor resources. Accordingly, the three stages of this phenomenon – formation, distribution and usage – are characterized by the processes occurring at each of the designated stages. The importance of paying attention to these social aspects of the implementation of the stages of re-production processes in the field of labor resources for a more balanced consideration and coordination of the interests of social groups to solve problems in the labor sphere is shown. The discussion of the issue of work-ing time duration from the perspective of historical concepts (K. Marx, E. Durkheim) and modern scientific community is considered. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that reproduction of labor resources is impossible without compliance with a number of conditions, including the optimal ratio of material remuneration and quali-fication of an employee, providing opportunities for professional growth and accumulation of knowledge, set-ting standards for working hours based on labor productivity.

Abstract (sommario):
The demographic aging of population typical for many countries requires much more financial and material resources to meet the needs of the post-working-age population. For the Republic of Belarus, the problem of population aging is highly relevant for the share of the elderly grows annually. The article focuses on the social-demographic characteristics and quality of life of the older generation in Belarus. The article is based on the data of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus and the results of the sociological research “Belarus: Family, Stability of Family Relations, and Birth Rate in the Changing Social-Economic Conditions” conducted within the international research program “Generation and Gender”. The authors present a sociological-statistical approach to the analysis of the key characteristics of the elderly’s life in contemporary Belarus, which combines the information resources of sociology and statistics. The authors consider the general statistical data on the population aging and the elderly’s features and the sociological indicators revealing the perception of life at the older age. The assessment of the older generation’s life is presented as a set of indicators of the quality of life, which includes both objective statistical data and estimates of the older people’s satisfaction with various aspects of their life. For the first time in Belarus the quality of life of the 60-69- and 70-79-year-old cohorts is studied not only through statistical data but also taking into account their own assessments of various aspects of their lives, which allows to identify the most relevant issues for the social programs aimed at meeting the needs of the older generation.

Abstract (sommario):
This article discusses the problem of Islamic education from a theological and sociological point of view. The emergence of normative and verbalist Islamic education curriculum distorts the universality of Islam. Islam that is contextual in space and time, always in contact with sociological aspects, should be understood as something that can change its partiality dynamics continuously, even though there is a universal thing that is maintained as a normative belief. On the other hand, the failure of education to produce educational output that is dignified and virtuous has caused some people to distrust the world of education in developing the character and ethics of children. The vote of disbelief is getting stronger with the emergence of the National curriculum model which gives a greater portion of general subjects than religious subjects. This paper is a criticism of the development of the world of education in Indonesia, with the hope that education stakeholders make changes to the education system and the applicable curriculum.

Abstract (sommario):
Video is an important new instrument for sociological research, sometimes welcomed as the ‘microscope’ of social science. It provides access to important and otherwise difficult to examine aspects of human interaction. Moreover, because video captures practice in its lived production as ‘another next first time’ (Garfinkel 2002), it makes it possible to study practical creativity - the way in which people invent new practices. In this paper, I probe the microscope metaphor through concrete examples from my work with landscape architects and computer scientists in participatory technology research and design projects.

Annotation: Girls enrolled in junior courses do not belong to the fertile age group. Therefore, as a rule, when an unplanned pregnancy occurs, problems arise due to the lack of knowledge of educational and sociological aspects related to both health and training of a pregnant woman. At the same time, it is difficult for pregnant women to combine the problems of learning with the problems of gestation. Undergraduate students aged 18-19 do not belong to the fertile age group. Therefore, as a rule, when an unplanned pregnancy occurs, they have health and learning problems.
