The chiral diphosphine 1 reacts with [(diolefin)Rh(THF)2]PF6 (diolefine: 1.5-cyclooctadiene, norbornadiene) to form the complexes 4 and 5. The structure of 4 was determined by single crystal X-ray analysis. 4 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21. The lattice constants (at 180 K) are: a = 974.0(6); b = 3889.2(29); c = 1309.4(5) pm; β = 105.25(4)°. The hydrogenation of methyl-α-acetamidocinnamate in the presence of 5 yields (R)-N-acetylphenylalanine methyl ester with 33% enantiomeric excess.

Two routes to the title compounds are evaluated. First, a ca. 0.01 M CH2Cl2 solution of H3B·P((CH2)6CH=CH2)3 (1·BH3) is treated with 5 mol % of Grubbs' first generation catalyst (0 °C to reflux), followed by H2 (5 bar) and Wilkinson's catalyst (55 °C). Column chromatography affords H3B·P(n-C8H17)3 (1%), H3B· P ((CH2)13 C H2)(n-C8H17) (8%; see text for tie bars that indicate additional phosphorus–carbon linkages, which are coded in the abstract with italics), H3B· P ((CH2)13 C H2)((CH2)14) P ((CH2)13 C H2)·BH3 (6·2BH3, 10%), in,out-H3B·P((CH2)14)3P·BH3 (in,out-2·2BH3, 4%) and the stereoisomer (in,in/out,out)-2·2BH3 (2%). Four of these structures are verified by independent syntheses. Second, 1,14-tetradecanedioic acid is converted (reduction, bromination, Arbuzov reaction, LiAlH4) to H2P((CH2)14)PH2 (10; 76% overall yield). The reaction with H3B·SMe2 gives 10·2BH3, which is treated with n-BuLi (4.4 equiv) and Br(CH2)6CH=CH2 (4.0 equiv) to afford the tetraalkenyl precursor (H2C=CH(CH2)6)2(H3B)P((CH2)14)P(BH3)((CH2)6CH=CH2)2 (11·2BH3; 18%). Alternative approaches to 11·2BH3 (e.g., via 11) were unsuccessful. An analogous metathesis/hydrogenation/chromatography sequence with 11·2BH3 (0.0010 M in CH2Cl2) gives 6·2BH3 (5%), in,out-2·2BH3 (6%), and (in,in/out,out)-2·2BH3 (7%). Despite the doubled yield of 2·2BH3, the longer synthesis of 11·2BH3 vs 1·BH3 renders the two routes a toss-up; neither compares favorably with precious metal templated syntheses.

In the title compound, [Cu(C4H12P2S2)2]BF4, both diphosphine disulfide molecules bind to the CuIatom, as chelating ligandsviathe S atoms, forming a monovalent cation with a slightly distorted tetrahedral coordination around the CuIatom. The average Cu—S distance is 2.350 (15) Å, with small but possibly significant differences within each chelate ring. Ligand P=S distances average 1.964 (3) Å, and the P—P distances are 2.2262 (13) and 2.2166 (14) Å. The ligand chelate rings are twisted in opposite directions, with one in the λ and one in the δ configuration. Although the anisotropic displacement parameters of the F atoms of the anion are quite large compared to that of the B atom, difference Fourier syntheses indicate only one set of sites for the F atoms. In the crystal, possible C—H...F hydrogen bonds may stabilize the orientation. The B—F distances, uncorrected for libration, average 1.359 (6) Å.

AbstractThe bis(γ-alkoxypropyl)phosphines RP(CH2CH2OR′)2 1-4 were prepared by the reaction of RPLi2 (generated by lithiation of RPH2 with n-BuLi) with ClCH2CH2OR′. Deprotonation of the alkyl group R of RPH2 by n-BuLi and other side reactions leading preferably to diphosphines of the formula R [R′O(CH2)2]PP[(CH2)2OR′]R are responsible for the low yields of 1-4. The bis(propionate) analogues PhP(CH2CH2CO2R′)2 5 and 6 were readily accessible by hydrophosphination of methyl and ethyl acrylate with phenylphosphine, whereas the corresponding compounds RP(CH2CO2R′)2 7 -14 were best prepared by desilylation of RP(SiMe3)2 with C1CH2CO2R′. A similar reaction between R2PSiMe3 and the commercially available R - (+) - ClCH(CH3)CO2Me resulted in the formation of the chiral phosphinoesters R2PCH(CH3)CO 2Me 15-17. In the case of 15 and 16 partial racemation took place during the preparation, whereas 17 could be isolated in an enantiomerically pure form.

A variety of triphosphines [(Et2N)2P]2PR 4a–h, [(iPr2N)2P]2PR 5a–e and [Ph2P]2PR 9e–g [R = Cy (a), tBu (b), Mes (c), Me3Si (d), tBuMe2Si (e), ThexMe2Si (f), iPr3Si (g), Ad (h), H (i)] has been obtained by the reaction of the dilithiated primary phosphines RPH2 la–h with 2 equiv. of the chlorophosphines (Et2N)2PCl 2, (iPr2N)2PCl 3 or Ph2PCl 8. Methanolysis of the trimethylsilyl substituted derivative [(iPr2N)2P]2P(SiMe3) 5d yields the hydrogen substituted triphosphine [(iPr2N)2P]2PH 5i. The lithiated diphosphine (iPr2N)2P–P(SiMe3)Li 6 reacts with the chlorophosphine 2 to give the unsymmetrically substituted triphosphine (iPr2N)2P–P(SiMe3)–P(NEt2)2 7d. The compounds have been chracterized by their NMR and mass spectra. The structures of 4d and 9g have been determined by X-ray diffraction, representing the first structures of uncomplexed triphosphines.

The design of iron clusters featuring a bimetallic core and several protonation sites in the second coordination sphere of the metal centers is important for modeling the activity of polymetallic active sites such as the H-cluster of [FeFe]-hydrogenases. For this purpose, the syntheses of complexes [Fe3(CO)5(κ2-PPh2NR2)(μ-pdt)2] (R = Ph (1), Bn (2)) and [Fe3(CO)5(κ2-PPh2NR2)(μ-adtBn)(μ-pdt)] (R = Ph (3), Bn (4)) were carried out by reacting hexacarbonyl precursors [Fe2(CO)6(µ-xdt)] (xdt = pdt (propanedithiolate), adtBn (azadithiolate) with mononuclear complexes [Fe(κ2-pdt)(CO)2(κ2-PPh2NR2)] (PPh2NR2 = (PPhCH2NRCH2)2, R = Ph, Bn) in order to introduce amine functions, through well-known PPh2NR2 diphosphine, into the vicinity of the triiron core. The investigation of the reactivity of these triiron species towards the proton (in the presence of CF3SO3H) and the influence of the pendant amines on the redox properties of these complexes were explored using spectroscopic and electrochemical methods. The protonation sites in such triiron clusters and their relationships were identified. The orientation of the first and second protonation processes depends on the arrangement of the second coordination sphere. The similarities and differences, due to the extended metal nuclearity, with their dinuclear counterparts [Fe2(CO)4(κ2-PPh2NR2)(μ-pdt)], were highlighted.

Depuis une trentaine d'année, l'obtention de composés chiraux énantiopurs tient un rôle prépondérant dans la synthèse de molécules biologiquement actives, tout particulièrement dans les domaines de la pharmacie de l'agrochimie et de la parfumerie. Cet engouement pour la synthèse énantiosélective a conduit à la mise au point de multiples ligands chiraux et notamment les diphosphines chirales par atropoisomérie initiées par les travaux de Noyori et Takaya. Nous nous sommes intéressés à la synthèse de nouveaux ligands hétérocycliques bidents et chiraux par atropoisomérie par des voies de synthèse originale où une double construction des hétérocycles sera mise en œuvre dans l'étape clé. En parallèle, nous avons aussi développé une approche de synthèse permettant l'obtention de mono et bis phosphonates atropochiraux utilisant des allènes comme précurseurs de la synthèse<br>Atropisomeric diphosphine ligands play a crucial role in the synthesis of enantiopur molecules, particularly in pharmaceutical, agrochemical and flavors industries. Growing demand in asymmetric synthesis, impose to develop news ligands by rapid, economic and effective strategies of synthesis. This optically pure ligand was combined with multiples transition metal to form catalyst what will have used wide variety of entioselective reaction type.Over the past few years, a new family of ligands has emerged, possessing biheterocyclic skeleton and thus allowing the introduction of different steric and electronic interactions. We will report a efficient syntheses of the new atropisomeric five-membered heterocyclic diphosphines with original strategy of synthesis whose the main stages consist in a double heterocyclic construction. In the second part, we will develop an approach permitting to obtain atropochiral phosphonates with a similar strategy of synthesis from allenylphosphine oxides or allenylphosphonates as precursors

Cette thèse présente des avancées dans la synthèse et l'utilisation en catalyse énantiosélective de structures bicycliques à phosphore optiquement actif: les 1-phosphanorbornadiènes (1-PNBD). Le premier chapitre est consacré à une étude bibliographique sur les diphosphines chélatantes à phosphore asymétrique et leurs performances en catalyse énantiosélective. Le second chapitre décrit la mise au point et les performances catalytiques d'une nouvelle famille de diphosphines mixtes 1-PNBD-Phosphine. Le troisième chapitre reporte la synthèse d'un bis-1-PNBD de symétrie C2 par réaction de McMurry. Les tests catalytiques réalisés permettent de démontrer l'efficacité de cette nouvelle structure, en hydrogénation des oléfines et sur des réactions de couplage de type Heck asymétrique ou Tsuji-Trost. Le quatrième chapitre reporte l'emploi de cette nouvelle structure pour stabiliser des nanoparticules de palladium. Les résultats obtenus en C- et N-alkylation allylique, ainsi que la possiblité de recyclage de ce type de catalyseur démontrent l'intérêt de cette approche. Le dernier chapitre présente une nouvelle voie d'accès aux 1-phosphanorbornanes. Ces phosphines sont difficilement accessibles par synthèse directe. Grâce à une étude physico-chimique, il a été démontré que les phosphanorbornanes possèdent un caractère basique prononcé par rapport aux 1-PNBD. Ceci pourrait permettre d'élargir le champ d'application de la structure 1-PNBD en catalyse asymétrique.

Le memoire est consacre a la synthese de nouvelles diphosphine chirales et a leurs applications en catalyse enantioselective. La premiere partie est une analyse bibliographique des grandes realisations de la catalyse enantioselective. La synthese de nouvelles diphosphines chirales fait l'objet d'une deuxieme partie. Le choix s'est porte sur des analogues de la diop et de la cb-diop (1,2-bis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)cyclobutane ou les motifs diphenylphosphino ont ete remplaces par des motifs 2,5-diphenylphospholyle et 3,4-dimethylphospholyle. Les (r,r)- et (s,s)-dippop, (r,r)-dimpop, (s,s)-cb-dippop et (s,s)-cb-dimpop ont ainsi ete preparees avec des rendements depassant 70%. Les caracterisations par rmn #1h, #1#3c et #3#1p sont sans ambiguite et ont permis de mettre en evidence des variations de conformation en fonction de la temperature. L'etude de la complexation de l'une de ces diphosphines, la (r,r)-dippop, avec le nickel, le palladium, le platine et le rhodium, connus pour leur activite en catalyse enantioselective, fait l'objet de la troisieme partie. Les spectres rmn de ces complexes ont permis d'apprecier la conformation de la (r,r)-dippop en solution et, dans certains cas, de preciser leur geometrie. La quatrieme partie rend compte de l'evaluation des associations rhodium/(r,r)-dippop pour l'hydroformylation du styrene et l'hydrogenation de l'acide z--acetamidocinnamique. Dans le premier cas, les exces enantiomeriques sont faibles. Par contre, les resultats de l'hydrogenation enantioselective sont plus prometteurs. Bien que le systeme rhodium/(r,r)-dippop soit moins actif que le systeme rhodium/(r,r)-diop, il conduit a des exces enantiomeriques voisins. Pour les deux reactions, la (r,r)-dippop et la (r,r)-diop conduisent a des produits qui sont enantiomeres. Les ligands ferrocéniques chiraux constituent l'une des plus grandes classes d'auxiliaires chiraux utilisés en catalyse asymétrique. Nous décrivons, ici,. La synthèse d'un nouveau groupe de diphosphines ferrocéniques. Ces ligands, dans lesquels les deux groupements phosphorés sont portés par les chaînes latérales greffées en positions 1 et 2 sur le noyau ferrocénique, sont synthétisés à partir de N,N-diméthylaminoéthylferrocène optiquement pur. Ces ligands ferrocéniques ont ensuite été testés en catalyse asymétrique. Parmi les réactions envisagées, l'hydrogénation de cétones prochirales par transfert d'hydrogène, a particulièrement retenu notre attention. Cette réaction de formation d'alcools secondaires chiraux est catalysée par le ruthénium, en présence d'isopropanol comme donneur d'hydrogène. À notre connaissance, cette étude constitue l'un des premiers exemples d'obtention d'un excès énantiomérique non négligeable (64 %) dans une telle réaction avec des diphosphines pour ligand.

Ce manuscrit présente le développement de nouvelles diphosphines et phosphoramidites atropoisomères dissymétriques et leurs applications en catalyse énantiosélective. Dans une première partie, nous nous sommes intéressés à la synthèse de deux nouvelles diphosphines atropoisomères dépourvues de symétrie C2. Ces nouveaux ligands optiquement purs, appelés MeO-NAPhePHOS et TriMe-NAPhePHOS, possédent chacun un squelette biaryle dissymétrique obtenu par couplage intramoléculaire diastéréosélectif entre deux cycles aromatiques reliés par une agrafe chirale. L'évaluation de ces ligands dans des réactions de catalyse énantiosélectives a montré leur véritable efficacité. En effet, de très bonnnes sélectivités ont été obtenus en hydrogénation asymétrique catalysée par des complexes du ruthénium, pour la réaction d'addition-1,4 d'acides boroniques sur des cétones a,b-insaturées catalysée par des complexes du rhodium et pour la réaction de cycloisomérisation d'énynes-1,7 catalysée par des complexes du palladium. De plus, les propriétés stériques du MeO-NAPhePHOS et TriMe-NAPhePHOS ont été réalisées grâce à des calculs de modélisation moléculaire. Des tests comparatifs d'hydrogénation asymétrique réalisés avec nos deux ligands, le BINAP et le MeO-BIPHEP ont montré que les caractéristiques géométriques des diphosphines atropoisomères étaient hautement corrélées aux énantiosélectivités observées. Dans une deuxième partie, nous avons utilisé l'approche synthétique développée pour l'obtention de nouveaux ligands phosphoramidites dissymétriques présentant un phosphore stéréogène. Leur évaluation en catalyse énantiosélective, comme l'hydrogénation et les additions conjuguées, a montré qu'il était indispensable de disposer de ligands énantio- et diastéréomériquement purs afin d'identifier l'espèce la plus active et sélective.

La première approche fut de synthétiser les unités de base et de les caractériser cristallographiquement afin de connaître l'arrangement spatial du polymère. Les unités de base étaient constituées du métal, d'une bis(diphénylphosphine)alcane et d'un ligand monodentate, le (tert -butylisonitrile) t-BuNC ayant approximativement le même encombrement stérique que le dmb. Étant donné que l'obtention de cristaux favorables à l'analyse cristallographique n'est pas toujours facile, d'autres analyses comme la RMN 31 P, l'ATG et la DRX de poudre ont dû être effectuées dans le but d'obtenir des informations sur la structure moléculaire du matériau. À la suite de l'étude de la conformation des unités de base et des polymères, l'étude des propriétés photophysiques de ces nouveaux matériaux a été faite. L'effet des groupements phényles sur les diphénylphosphines compliquait les données photophysiques. Nous avons donc décidé de remplacer les diphénylphosphines par des diméthylphosphines. Cette nouvelle approche a été étudiée en profondeur (structures cristallographiques, analyses photophysiques à l'état solide, en solution et à 77K)."--Résumé abrégé par UMI.

La synthèse de phosphines secondaires borane dérivées d’aminoacides ou de dipeptides, et leur application pour la préparation de ligands ou le greffage du fullerène, est décrite. Elle se fait sans racémisation avec des rendements atteignant 98%, par alkylation de phosphines borane primaires avec un dérivé γ-iodo aminoacide, dans les conditions de transfert de phase. Les diphosphines tertiaires dérivées d’aminoacides, obtenues après une seconde alkylation avec des rendements atteignant 70%, sont parmi les premiers exemples de diphosphines greffées par une liaison P-C sur la chaine latérale d’un aminoacide. Les mono et diphosphines dérivées d’aminoacides ont été testées en catalyse d’allylation ou d’hydrogénation asymétriques catalysées par des complexes de palladium ou de rhodium. D’un autre côté, un complexe de cis platine a été préparé à partir d'une diphosphine dérivée d'un aminoester. Ses propriétés cytotoxiques ont été testées sur des lignées cellulaires ovariennes cancéreuses A2780. Dans une seconde partie les phosphines secondaires borane d’aminoacides et de peptides ont été utilisées pour le greffage du fullerène, par hydrophosphination en transfert de phase. L’étude électrochimique du dérivé fullerène d’aminoester de benzyle, a permis d’établir que ce composé se décomposait par électrolyse, avec coupure de la liaison P-C, pour libérer le fullerène et la phosphine secondaire borane aminoester. Ces travaux ouvrent de nouvelles perspectives pour la chimie des dérivés phosphines ou fullerène d'aminoacides et de peptides<br>The synthesis of secondary phosphine borane amino acids or dipeptides and their applications for the preparation of chiral ligands or for the grafting of fullerene, is described. These compounds were synthesized in good yield (up to 98%) without racemization. The principle of the synthesis is based on the alkylation of primary phosphine borane with a γ-iodo amino acid using phase transfer conditions. Tertiary diphosphine amino acids are obtained with 70% yield after a second alkylation. These compounds are one of the first examples of diphosphine grafted with a P-C bond on the side chain of amino acid. First of all, mono and diphosphine amino acid derivatives were used in asymmetric allylic substitution with palladium precursor or in asymmetric hydrogenation with rhodium precursor. In another hand, a cis platinum complex was synthesized with 60% yield from the diphosphine amino acid derivative. The cytotoxic properties of this complex were tested against human ovarian carcinogenic cell lines A2780. In the second part, the secondary phosphine borane amino acids and peptides have been used for grafting fullerene C60 by hydrophosphination using phase transfer conditions. The electrochemical study of the fullerene amino benzyl ester derivative has shown the cleavage of the P-C60 bond by electrolysis, affording the free fullerene and the secondary phosphine borane amino ester moiety. This work opens new perspectives for the chemistry of fullerene and phosphine derivatives of amino acids and peptides

Cette thèse examine les défis posés par l’accès incertain aux éléments chimiques, exacerbée par un paradigme économique linéaire de leur exploitation. L’étude se concentre sur le bore et le phosphore, dont l’utilisation et le recyclage restent sous-étudiés. Le bore, crucial dans diverses industries, nécessite des processus énergivores pour être transformé en hydroboranes actifs, utilisés en chimie fine. Deux voies existent pour leur synthèse : la méthode industrielle à partir de borate, et la réaction de BCl₃ avec un donneur d’hydrure. Utiliser H₂ comme agent réducteur pourrait améliorer ces processus. Cette recherche explore la synthèse d’hydroboranes [9-BBN]₂ et [Cy₂BH]₂ à partir de leurs dérivés halogénés et triflate, avec une base et H₂. Le criblage des bases a montré que les trialkylamines, surtout NEt₃, sont efficaces. La réaction repose sur un mécanisme type paire de Lewis frustrée pour activer le H₂. Il s’avère également que les dialkylboranes peuvent catalyser l’hydrogénolyse d’autres chloroboranes, en particulier de BCl₃, permettant d’obtenir HCl₂B·NEt₃ et H₂ClB · NEt₃. Enfin, cette stratégie a été étendue au phosphore, optimisant l’hydrogénolyse des chlorophosphines en diphosphines. La méthode, efficace pour divers substrats, procède en trois étapes : hydrogénolyse du catalyseur, transfert d’hydrure, et condensation en diphosphine, assistée par NEt₃. Ces transformations ont été modélisées chaque fois par théorie de la fonctionnelle de la densité (DFT) et présentent des temps de réactions souvent longs (jusqu’à plusieurs jours), mais avec en général de bons rendements (> 70 %) en conditions douces de pression et température<br>This thesis examines the challenges posed by uncertain access to chemical elements, exacerbated by a linear economic paradigm of their exploitation. The study focuses on boron and phosphorus, whose usage and recycling remain understudied. Boron, crucial in various industries, requires energy-intensive processes to be converted into active hydroboranes, used in fine chemistry. Two methods exist for their synthesis: the industrial method from borate, and the reaction of BCl₃ with a hydride donor. Using H₂ as a reducing agent could improve these processes. This research explores the synthesis of hydroboranes [9-BBN]₂ and [Cy₂BH]₂ from their halogenated and triflate derivatives, with a base and H₂. Base screening showed that trialkylamines, particularly NEt₃, are effective. The reaction relies on a frustrated Lewis pair mechanism to activate H₂. It was also found that dialkylboranes can catalyze the hydrogenolysis of other chloroboranes, particularly BCl₃, yielding HCl₂B· NEt₃ and H₂ClB·NEt₃. Finally, this strategy was extended to phosphorus, optimizing the hydrogenolysis of chlorophosphines into diphosphines. The method, effective for various substrates, proceeds in three steps : catalyst hydrogenolysis, hydride transfer, and base-assisted condensation into diphosphine. These transformations were modeled each time using density functional theory (DFT) and often present long reaction times (up to several days), but usually with good yields (> 70 %) under mild pressure and temperature conditions

Dans la première partie de ce travail, nous avons réalisé une étude préliminaire qui avait pour objectif d’étendre la série de complexes dinucléaires du fer [Fe2(CO)4(k2-P2N2)(μ-dithiolate)], comprenant des ligands diphosphine de type P2N2, à des complexes possédant un pont azadithiolate en vue d’étudier leur comportement en milieu acide et le rôle des différentes bases présentes dans la seconde sphère de coordination de ces composés. Les nouveaux complexes [Fe2(CO)6(k2-PPh2NR2)(μ-adtBn)] (R = Ph, Bn)) ont été obtenus par réaction entre le précurseur [Fe2(CO)6(μ-adtBn)] et les diphosphines cycliques PPh2NR2 (avec R = Ph, Bn). Ces complexes ont été caractérisés spectroscopiquement et structuralement. Nous avons aussi montré que les modes de coordination de l’anion (tcnsR)-, dans l’ensemble des complexes sont très différents et affectent, par conséquent, les réseaux cristallins d’une manière très importante. Ceci permet de dire que la longueur de la chaine alkyl de l’anion (tcnsR)- ne devrait pas être le seul paramètre structural affectant les températures de transition. Le type de groupement CN (N3, N4, N5 ou N6) intervenant dans la coordination devrait alors jouer un rôle important dans l’empilement des entités moléculaires dans le réseau cristallin et par conséquent, les interactions intermoléculaires qui sont à l’origine des caractéristiques de la transition de spin (température de transition, coopérativité,…), devraient être affectées par le mode de coordination de l’anion. Dans la seconde partie, nous avons réalisé la synthèse de notre dipolarophile à partir de la sérine et la préparation des dipôles (oxydes de nitriles). La condensation de ces derniers avec la dehydroalanine nous a permis l’obtention de nouveaux α-aminoesters isoxazoliniques. Ces nouveaux α-aminoesters isoxazoliniques ont été obtenus d’une façon très accessible, et dans des conditions douces par la réaction de cycloaddition 1,3-dipolaire. Les résultats obtenus confirment l’utilité de cette réaction comme étant une voie très efficace pour former des nouveaux isoxazolines avec des bons rendements<br>In the first part of this work, we realised a preliminary study to extend the series of dinuclear iron complexes [ Fe2(CO)4 (k2-P2N2) (μ-dithiolate)], including diphosphine ligands type P2N2, to complexes having an azadithiolate bridge, in order to study their behavior in acid medium and the role of different bases present in the second coordination sphere of these compounds. The new complexes [Fe2 (CO) 6 (k2-PPh2NR2) (μ -adtBn)] (R = Ph, Bn)) were obtained by reaction between the precursor [Fe2(CO)6(μ -adtBn)] and the cyclic diphosphines PPh 2NR2 (with R = Ph, Bn). These complexes have been spectroscopically and structurally characterized. We have also showed that the anion coordination modes (tcnsR)– in all these complexes are very different and affect, consequently, crystal lattices in a very important way. This suggests that the length of the alkyl chain of the anion (tcnsR)- should not be the only structural parameter affecting transition temperatures. The type of CN grouping (N3, N4, N5 or N6) involved in the coordination should then play an important role in the stacking of molecular entities in the crystal lattice as a result the intermolecular interaction, which are the origin of the spin transition characteristics (transition temperature, cooperativeness, ...), should be affected by the coordination mode of the anion.In the second part, we have realized the synthesis of our dipolarophile from serine and the preparation of dipoles (nitrile oxides). Their condensations with dehydroalanine allowed us to newly obtain isoxazolinic α-aminoesters. These novel isoxazolinic α-aminoesters were obtained in an accessible method, and under mild conditions by the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction. The obtained results prove the usefulness of this reaction as being a very efficient way to form new isoxazolines with good yields
