U radu težim napredovati do filozofijskog cilja utvrđivanja što, ako išta, sve mentalne bolesti imaju zajedničko, pri čemu pokušavam objediniti velik podskup onih s relacijskom ili interpersonalnom dimenzijom. Jedna je glavna tvrdnja ta da, želimo li obećavajuću teoriju mentalne bolesti, moramo ići onkraj dominantnog zapadnog pogleda na mentalnu bolest / mentalno zdravlje koje se usmjerava na karakteristike intrinzične za osobu, kao što su bol / užitak, letargija / životnost, fragmentacija / integracija i lažnost / autentičnost. Druga je glavna tvrdnja ta da su relacijski aspekti mentalne bolesti teorijski plauzibilno razumljivi u smislu nemogućnosti osobe da se identificira s drugima ili pokazuje s njima suosjećanje, što su istaknute relacijske vrijednosti u afričkoj filozofijskoj tradiciji. Pokazujem da ova dva ekstrinzična svojstva dobro objašnjavaju nekoliko intuitivnih oblika mentalnih bolesti, uključujući, među ostalim, bivanje nasilnim, psihopatskim, narcističkim, teatralnim, paranoidnim i fobičnim.

Solidarity and mutuality constitute the basis for uniting various groups of people with a common interest in offsetting different risks. This paper briefly analyzes the meaning of the terms “solidarity” and “mutuality” as the basis of social security, then the emergence of social security and the current constitutional framework of the Republic of Serbia and the law of the European Union. In separate parts, the content and scope of mutuality and solidarity organized through mutual aid funds of craftsmen and merchants, according to the Guilds Decree 1847 and the mining and fraternal funds of miners from the Mining Code 1866 are investigated. The historical method is used to follow various types of care and assistance to briefly explain the reasons that led to their emergence, and later the social security institutions, while logical methods is deployed to draw conclusions about the characteristics of mutual insurance of craftsmen, traders and miners under these regulations. The paper deals with the analysis of the content and meaning of only those provisions and rules are relevant to the topic of this paper. Having in mind the dominant Ottoman system of state and economic organization at the beginning of the 19th century, which was equally marked by the struggle for liberation from the Turkish government, Serbia has made numerous advanced steps in the legislative sense. Apart from the fact that the Guilds Decree 1847 was of a reform character in relation to the feudal system and economic relations, it also relied on the tradition of solidarity and mutuality of fraternities when it regulated guild funds of mutual aid. The same applies to the mining-fraternal fund from the Mining Code 1866. How much the then state government in Serbia attached importance to these ways of insuring and securing craftsmen, traders and miners can be seen in the competence of the police to supervise the work of guilds. Besides, the Ministry of Finance and later the Ministry of National Economy were issuing consent to the fraternal fund of a number of mines and the text of the bylaws of the fraternal fund. T he guild and mining-fraternal funds were of an aleatory legal nature in relation to the risks of illness and death. Namely because the right to any compensation was ceasing with the termination of employment in the mine, without the right to a refund of paid deposits until then. Guild and mining social insurance was, by its nature, mandatory, of an adhesive nature based on entry into guild membership or an employment contract in the case of miners. This is an important difference in comparison to mutual insurance companies in which the status of a member is acquired by signing an insurance contract. Contributions through the payment of fees and additional, extraordinary contributions for unforeseen needs indicate that the guild and mining and fraternal funds were organized on the model of a mutual insurance company, without the intention of making a profit and exclusively for the benefit of its members.

Culture has an important effect on management and knowing the type of culture is valuable information for the management of any type of organization. The present investigation is carried out with the objective of knowing what type of organizational culture a faculty has in a Peruvian public university, applying the double S cube model, which supposes two variables; sociability and solidarity (double S). Applying the corresponding questionnaire, it is obtained that the faculty mainly has a fragmented culture in 03 of its academic departments and only in 01 department does it have a communal culture, the latter due to its significantly higher level of solidarity with respect to what the other 03 departments had. Among the consequences for management, it is pointed out that, the type of culture fragmented due to its characteristics will hinder some policies to improve the quality of teaching, research and social projection.

This article is dedicated to issues of social solidarity actions and it`s features in modern Sociology theoretical framework. The literature review reviled that definition of social solidarity is a complex concept, which is not distinct from related definitions. Separation of Social solidarity characteristics form a significant contribution of this article. They exist in the group, where respect, mutual feelings, trust, unselfishness, pride and suffer from loss or betrayal occur. The forms of social solidarity existence have a substantial role and operate on different levels: around, for and according to something. Solidarity ties have a great importance, which quality depends on the level of covetousness. Such ties can also be motivating factors. Article describes the human behavior in the relations of social solidarity, which varies depending on level of organization, roles (major and secondary), scale. Time factor could be found in the center of the social solidarity concept. It can unite the group and have a simultaneous impact in past, present and future. This article shows the value of social solidarity brought by motives of the group members and moral rules, which might or might not be followed.

U ovome radu prikazane su konvencije Međunarodne organizacije rada s posebnim osvrtom na konvencije u području zaštite zdravlja i sigurnosti na radu, kao univerzalna, pisana vrela suvremenih (kolektivnih i individualnih) radnih odnosa. Naime, prirodno pravo (ljudsko pravo, pravo čovjeka) čovjeka je da uživa pravedne i povoljne uvjete rada koji, napose, osiguravaju: pravo na plaću i naknade (jednake za jednake uvjete rada, odnosno jednake vrijednosti bez ikakvog razlikovanja), ravnopravnost muškarca i žene, pristojan život radnika i njihovih obitelji, sigurne i zdrave uvjete rada, jednaku mogućnost napredovanja, ograničeno radno vrijeme, odmor i dopuste, plaćene blagdane i drugo. Bez obzira na različite podjele konvencija, u radu su prikazane konvencije Međunarodne organizacije rada koje je Republika Hrvatska ratificirala (i to onim, kronološkim, redom kako su donesene) jer upravo „redoslijed“ donošenja konvencija kazuje o razvoju radnog prava, odnosno brige za radne i životne uvjete radnika. U sadržaju ovog rada posebni dio odnosi se na konvencije u području sigurnost i zaštite zdravlja na radu.

Very little literature is devoted to the effects of social risks in the social organization of the skyscrapers that are consistently associated with social disorganization. Some studies prove that crime, for example, as an aspect of social disorganization, strengthens the energy of a community, while others show that it leads to fragmentation. Drawing on the research of S. Saegert, Mr. Winkel and D. Cantillon, inventory of attitudes about the perception of living in skyscrapers buildings and their surroundings is composed . The study was conducted in two Sarajevo skyscrapers, and the aim was to identify important reactions of residents to social organizations in skyscrapers, participation in neighbourhood organizations, social capital, and security. Social organization at some levels is measured by the theory of social capital. Results in some respects suggest optimism and willingness of residents to participate in the social organization of skyscrapers, and some aspects are discouraging.

Polazeći od pitanja raskoraka između vjerskih uvjerenja i društvene prakse, rad iz perspektive socijalnog nauka Crkve obrađuje solidarnost kao socijalno načelo i moralnu krepost u njezinoj povezanosti s konceptom „postati bližnji“ na temelju socijalne enciklike pape Franje Fratelli tutti (2020.).Teorijski se sistematizira solidarnost kao načelo višedimenzionalne povezanosti te pitanje prijenosa solidarnosti između dimenzija. Proučava se solidarnost kao moralno-etička krepost kao i solidarnost pod vidom rasta čovještva bližnjega, ali i rasta čovještva osobe koja prakticira solidarnost (ultimum potentiae). Rezultati pojmovne analize enciklike Fratelli tutti u kombinaciji s elementima deskriptivne statistike pokazuju povezanost svih razina solidarnosti (mikro, mezo i makro) kao i paradigmatsko proširenje pojma bližnjega kroz novu sintagmu „postati bližnji“. Ona kao originalan doprinos enciklike dalje razvija formulaciju enciklike Sollicitudo rei socialis o tome kako se „strukture grijeha“ mogu pobijediti jedino dijametralno oprečnim stavom: zalaganjem za dobro bližnjega. Također sintagma pruža smjernicu za etičko pozicioniranje u odnosu na individualizam, osobito u njegovu ekonomskom obliku.

In the article, on the basis of the analysis of works, attraction of memoirs, periodicals, a wide range of scientific literature, application of various methods of legal knowledge, an attempt is made to reconstruct the creative way of the outstanding jurist A.S. Yaschenko, to determine his place in the history of domestic legal science, to assess the state and prospects for further research of his personality and creativity. The main directions and results of his scientific activity, the core direction of which was the search for social and legal ideal, are revealed. It is noted that this ideal was found by him in the idea of social solidarity, arising from the law of mutual dependence of society and expressed in the requirement of its reasonable organization, including the construction of a system of law based on respect and implementation of this idea. It is emphasized that the principle of public solidarity was put A.S. Yaschenko’s approach to the scientific development of various political and legal problems, especially the problem of natural law, in which he just saw the system of norms arising from the principle of social solidarity and can serve as a criterion for assessing positive legislation. The evidence of his merits in the understanding of the idea of social solidarity, in the development of Russian natural law thought, in the substantiation of the synthetic theory of law and the state, as well as a synthetic approach to the study of legal problems, in the identification of the objective relationship of law and morality, in the development of conceptual and methodological foundations of the Attention is paid to the growth of public interest in the idea of natural law and the need to return to it at a new level of understanding and adaptation to modern realities. As a result of the study, the author makes a reasonable conclusion about the modernity and relevance of A.S. Yaschenko’s scientific heritage for the successful solution of modern problems facing the Russian society and the science of law.

Nakon inicijalnih određivanja pojma, kratkog retrospektivnog ukazivanja na historijsku važnost zadruga u globalnim i u okvirima hrvatskog društva, odnosno navođenja pojedinih numeričkih pokazatelja koji indiciraju iznimnu relevantnost zadružnih organizacija u pojedinim, napose zapadnoeuropski zemljama, ali istovremeno ukazuju na blijedi značaj zadruga u Hrvatskoj danas. Središnji segment članka donosi nalaze jedne etape empirijskog istraživanja provedenog u finalnoj sekvenci 2018. kao dio radne aktivnosti u sklopu projekta „Uloga jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave u razvoju zadrugarstva“. Riječ je o kvalitativnom istraživanju, usidrenom na metodi polustrukturiranog intervjua, realiziranog na neprobabilističkom namjernom uzorku (N=11) koji je uključivao sugovornike različitih profila (reprezentanata zadruga, predstavnika jedinica regionalne i lokalne samouprave, djelatnika razvojnih agencija i sl.) u Međimurskoj županiji, kao primjeru razvijene mikro regije, odnosno u Sisačko-moslavačkoj županiji, primjeru slabije razvijene sredine u Hrvatskoj. Namjera je istraživanja bila ispitati u kojoj se mjeri zadruge pojavljuju kao relevantni dionik društvenog razvoja na regionalnom / lokalnom nivou, dijagnosticirati odrednice društvenog okruženja (eksterne faktore) koje imaju pozitivne odnosno negativne učinke na poslovanje zadruga, ali detektirati i intra-organizacijske čimbenike (interne faktore) koji djeluju na gospodarske, socijalne, odnosno opće performanse zadruga. Krucijalni nalazi ukazuju da se kao prepreka uspješnijem djelovanju zadruga pojavljuju određeni strukturni čimbenici kao što su nedostatno jasan i učestalo promjenjiv regulativni okvir, neinformiranost poslovnih subjekata o potencijalima zadružnog organiziranja, neprepoznavanje zadruga kao distinktivnog organizacijskog oblika, izostanak sistematizirane potpore radu zadruga, ali i određeni sociokulturni čimbenici poput stanovitog skepticizma samih članova/ica zadruga spram sudjelovanja u zadružnoj organizaciji. Potonje ukazuje na deficit društvenoga kapitala što se može vezivati uz značajke dominantne kulturne matrice obilježene stanovitim zazorom spram zadrugarstva kao negativne ostavštine socijalizma, premda se pri referiranju na socijalističko nasljeđe u pravilu iz vida gubi da tradicija zadrugarstva u Hrvatskoj u historijskom smislu ima znatno dublje korijenje. Poredbena crtica dvaju uspoređivanih slučajeva indicira da nisu prisutne suštinske razlike u načinu funkcioniranja zadruga u razmatranim županijama. Naposljetku se naznačuju određene grube konture smjernica u kojem bi pravcu valjalo djelovati s ciljem unapređenja zadrugarstva u Hrvatskoj.

Dobro organizirana stručna praksa i mentorski sustav ključni su za obuku budućih liječnika. Cilj stručne prakse je omogućiti studentima ne samo da stečeno teorijsko znanje upotpune s praktičnim vještinama u realnom okruženju nego i razvoj komunikacijskih vještina i etičnosti u kontaktu sa bolesnicima, suradnicima i ostalim dionicima u sustavu zdravstvene skrbi. Programi stručne prakse studenta medicine na studijskim programima u Republici Hrvatskoj omogućavaju studentima medicine stjecanje praktičnog iskustva i poboljšavanje praktičnih kliničkih vještina. Praksa se provodi na sustavan i odgovoran način koji omogućava postizanje predviđenih ishoda učenja. Sustav praćenja i ocjenjivanja kvalitete održavanja stručne prakse treba uključivati evaluaciju od strane studenata i mentora kako bi se osiguralo da se postižu zadani obrazovni ciljevi. Velika je potreba i za ujednačenim kriterijima i programom edukacije mentora usklađenih između medicinskih fakulteta u Republici Hrvatskoj.

I n t r o d u c t i o n . In modern conditions of the paid medical services market, the vector of competition development is shifting from the concept of classical marketing to relationship marketing, and in these circumstances the issues of forming, retaining and managing patient loyalty come to the fore. The authors propose to consider a fundamentally different approach to measuring patient loyalty by a medical organization. In their opinion, the most effective method for studying the level of loyalty in combination with economic indicators is the consumer loyalty index (English Net Promoter Score, NPS), developed and first introduced in 2003 by Fred Reichheld. T h e p u r p o s e o f t h e r e s e a r c h is to study the impact of patient loyalty on improving the economic efficiency of a medical organization providing paid medical services. M a t e r i a l s a n d m e t h o d s . A study was planned and conducted using the NPS methodology to study patient loyalty. The survey of patients was carried out through SMS messages in automatic mode using a service integrated into the medical information system (MIS) of a medical organization. Previously, patients provided consent to the processing and transfer of their personal data. The results of the survey and data on the actual payment for paid medical services for each respondent were integrated into a consolidated database for further statistical processing. R e s u l t s . The study involved 39320 patients of the dental clinic. The results obtained during the study period coincided with the calculations of Fred Reichheld and confirmed the relevance of the application of this methodology in the current conditions of the paid medical services market. It has been established that the loyalty of patients to a medical organization affects the increase in economic indicators, and achieving a sustainable growth rate of a medical organization and predictable positive financial indicators is impossible without creating a base of loyal repeat patients. In addition, increasing the level of loyalty of repeat patients has a positive effect on NPS, which is directly related to an increase in the average cost of medical appointment and net sales. C o n c l u s i o n . Thus, the level of patient loyalty has a direct impact on the main economic indicators of the medical organization activity.

The satisfaction of the population with medical care is considered today as one of the most important indicators of the health care system. At the same time, more and more attention is being paid to the time spent by patients in a medical organization when receiving outpatient care, as a factor affecting satisfaction with medical care in general. P u r p o s e of the study is to determine the opinion of patients about their time costs when visiting a medical organization that provides outpatient care. M a t e r i a l a n d m e t h o d s . The process of a patient’s referral to a polyclinic, a questionnaire for patients posted on the Internet on an open electronic resource Online Test Pad. The number of questionnaires is 509. Methods: analytical, sociological, descriptive statistics. R e s u l t s . During the surveys, respondents subjectively assess the time spent on various actions: communication at the reception desk, searching for an office, waiting for an appointment, etc., as well as the total time spent in a medical organization. In addition, the appearance at the polyclinic may be preceded by an appointment, which also takes time. Respondents were asked to estimate the total time spent in the polyclinic, as well as the time they are willing to devote to visiting it. The respondents’ assessment of the time spent shows significant time reserves: in the organization of an appointment and the work of the registry (clarifications, obtaining background information, obtaining coupons), navigation and, possibly, in the location of offices, in the organization of space in waiting areas. C o n c l u s i o n s . A tool for assessing the time spent by patients to receive care in a medical organization providing outpatient care has been developed and tested. There are significant differences in the length of time spent on making an appointment, including by phone and via the Internet. Significant reserves have been identified to reduce the total time required to visit the polyclinic. The developed tool is characterized by a short filling time, contains simple questions and allows you to quickly identify areas of necessary improvements.

For the effective work of employees, it is necessary to competently establish internal communication. To date, dozens of companies provide various network means of internal communication, but not all of them are suitable for a medical organization. P u r p o s e of the study is to study the network means of internal communication in a medical organization. M a t e r i a l s a n d m e t h o d s . Network facilities of internal communication, their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and systematized in the article. The definitions, types of communication networks and communication management are presented. The rules for the security of personal data when using network communication tools are described. A survey of employees was carried out to identify the main facilities of internal communication used, as well as satisfaction from them on the basis of the State Autonomous Healthcare Institution “City Polyclinic No. 21”. A SWOT based on the survey results analysis was carried out. R e s u l t s . 85 employees participated in the study. It showed that the main facilities of electronic internal communication used are the WhatsApp messenger and the electronic document management system. WhatsApp isn’t convenient for a significant part of employees to use, also there are too many working chats and messages in this messenger. Employees don’t often use the electronic document management system and there is a significant part of users who don’t like using it. F i n d i n g s . One of the most convenient facilities of internal network communication is a corporate social network, which, however, is difficult to implement and expensive in terms of costs. A more accessible means of internal communication is the Telegram messenger.

The Web site has become an integral part of organizations that use the power of the Internet and online communication platforms to build trust and strengthen relationships with stakeholders during and after a crisis. The COVID‑19 pandemic is an uncertain risk factor that requires ongoing analysis of interventions in order to make effective decisions. P u r p o s e of the study is to analyze user behavior pattern at medical organization website. M a t e r i a l s a n d m e t h o d s . The analysis of the website of the SamSMU Clinics performed using the web-analytics tool Yandex Metrics. The measurement periods has been done between January 2020 and June 2021. R e s u l t s . The results showed a change in visitor behavior during the pandemic in the direction of an increase in visits, a decrease in time and depth of browsing, and a change in the type of device used to access the site in favor of the smartphone. The main result was the need to make decisions to improve interaction with patients as part of the development of mobile health. F i n d i n g s . The COVID‑19 pandemic has had an impact on medical organization digital marketing. A behavioral shift of site visitors toward increased activity in the use of electronic registration and mobile devices has been revealed. To improve interaction with the target audience, it is necessary to categorize website content into different categories: for the patient, for medical students, and for medical staff.

Peripheral nerve diseases occupy an important place in the structure of morbidity, accompanied by temporary disability and invalidation of the population. In addition, these diseases lead to an increase in the citizens’ and state’s expenditure for maintaining health and active lifestyle. P u r p o s e of the study is to analyze and evaluate the routing of patients with carpal tunnel syndrome, formulate proposals for its improvement. M a t e r i a l s a n d m e t h o d s . The study used the following methods: analytical, expert assessments of medical organization employees who provide care to patients with diseases of the peripheral nervous system. The analysis of medical documentation of S. P. Botkin City Clinical Hospital have been carried out. The object of the study were patients treated in this hospital from 2007 to 2021. R e s u l t s . Analyzing the routing stages of a patient with carpal tunnel syndrome, attention is drawn to the violation of the priority of the patient’s interests not only within the rational use of his time, but also the duration of neuropathic pain syndrome. The timeframes of medical care are violated. In addition, in conditions of limited resources and lean production, budgetary funds are unreasonably spent on the examination of the patient. F i n d i n g s . Optimization of routing of patients with this pathology will contribute to the timely provision of high-quality medical care, which will reduce the time of temporary disability and avoid invalidation of population.

Taxation of the rich and wealth are among the hot topics of public interest. Using specific examples, the article highlights the latest initiative of a group of American multimillionaires to increase the level of tax rates for this super-rich category of taxpayers. Such an initiative can be considered a solidarity tax. Accordingly, the task was set to characterize the quantitative indicators of this initiative. The article is motivated by the striking fact that 400 American multi-billionaires possess a combined wealth worth 4.000 billion U. S. dollars! The role of the method of studying the problem was performed by the analysis of quantitative parameters and fiscal and administrative features of taxation of the rich. First of all, the results of the study consist in the interpretation of the multi-component concept of wealth as an object of taxation. The impossibility of a general income and property tax has been disclosed, such a tax exists only as an unrealized project. The fiscal and administrative reasons for the refusal of inheritance tax in 21 countries, including Austria, Canada, Sweden and Israel, are clarified. The arguments that property taxes harm the processes of creation of wealth and capital are presented, in connection with which in the United States the share of property taxes in the total amount of tax revenues has decreased from 42% to 14% compared to the beginning of the twentieth century. The most significant fiscal potential for strengthening taxation of the rich is found in taxes on income and profits. A quantitative and institutional analysis of existing wealth taxes in Norway and Switzerland is carried out. A serious fiscal-administrative problem with wealth taxes is the valuation of taxable assets. As for further research, wealth taxes have inexhaustible scientific and practical potential. The article substantiates the relevance of research on similar topics in Ukraine.

Abstract This article addresses emergent religious formations at protest scenes in the broader context of indigenous organization and identity-building. Our central example is the Standing Rock protest in North Dakota, 2016–2017, a local encampment-based event that quickly expanded into an international indigenous peoples’ movement. We argue that religion was a key register in the camps, during direct actions, and in solidarity actions around the world, primarily expressed through a limited selection of key terms: water is sacred, water is life, Mother Earth, and ceremony. We argue, moreover, that these terms, and “ceremony” in particular, were a crucial medium of inter-group and up-scaled cultural translations, allowing local identities to come forth as a unified front. Invoking Standing Rock religion(s) as an instance of the broader category indigenous religion(s), we suggest that these identity formations belong to a globalizing indigenous religious formation, anchored in, yet distinct from, discrete indigenous religions, and today performed and mediated in diverse arenas, crisscrossing and connecting indigenous worlds. We are concerned with the translations and comparisons at play, and with the sentiments and moodiness of religion in this particular case, fueled by the cause (a planned pipeline on ancestral lands), the brutality of police encounters, and the sharing of ceremonies, food, and fires at the camps.

The appeal of an organization, or belonging to a certain group depends upon the satisfaction each group member derives from his function within the greater system. In contrast to that, a frequent occurrence is the incidence of aggressive behavior within the organization system, motivated by the need to impose power. Individuals who refuse to comply with such a model of managing others, become themselves the victims and subjects to actions aimed at their social isolation. This paper aspires to identify the reason why majority of employees tends to accept the imposed subordinating position at the working place without complaint. The other issue the author is addressing is the drive behind individual solidarity with the leader, especially in cases when the leader in question demonstrates unjustified aggression towards certain employee(s).

U uvodnom dijelu rada objašnjena je uloga i značaj đačkog doma te utjecaj boravka u đač-kom domu na izgradnju mlade ličnosti. Kroz ostala poglavlja objašnjen je mo-del rada đačkih domova medresa Islamske zajednice kao tradicionalnog bašti-nika organiziranja škole s đačkim domom. Posebno je prezentirano upravljanje đačkim domom, zakonski okviri na kojima domovi funkcioniraju, organizacija odgojno-obrazovnog rada te modeli finansiranja đačkih domova medresa. Na kraju smo se osvrnuli i na brigu o sigurnosti đaka u domu.

Exchange between the nucleus and the cytoplasm is controlled by nuclear pore complexes (NPCs). In animals, NPCs are anchored by the nuclear lamina, which ensures their even distribution and proper organization of chromosomes. Fungi do not possess a lamina and how they arrange their chromosomes and NPCs is unknown. Here, we show that motor-driven motility of NPCs organizes the fungal nucleus. In Ustilago maydis, Aspergillus nidulans, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae fluorescently labeled NPCs showed ATP-dependent movements at ∼1.0 µm/s. In S. cerevisiae and U. maydis, NPC motility prevented NPCs from clustering. In budding yeast, NPC motility required F-actin, whereas in U. maydis, microtubules, kinesin-1, and dynein drove pore movements. In the latter, pore clustering resulted in chromatin organization defects and led to a significant reduction in both import and export of GFP reporter proteins. This suggests that fungi constantly rearrange their NPCs and corresponding chromosomes to ensure efficient nuclear transport and thereby overcome the need for a structural lamina.

P u r p o s e – to analyze the development of the availability of ophthalmological care in the Smolensk region after the organization of the work of the Smolensk medical diagnostic department. M a t e r i a l s a n d m e t h o d s . The analysis was carried out on the basis of data from the medical records of patients insured in the Smolensk region and received medical care at the Smolensk medical diagnostic department, as well as directly at the Kaluga branch of the S. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution. R e s u l t s . During the period of 2016–2021 activity of the Smolensk medical diagnostic department, diagnostic studies were carried out in 43274 patients, of which 2457 were children from 3 years old, the volume of ophthalmological care to residents of the Smolensk region was increased and expanded: 25972 surgical and laser interventions were performed in a one-day day hospital, of which 10692 were interventions in the treatment of cataracts, 8675 laser interventions were performed, 2689 interventions for various vitreoretinal pathologies, 2043 refractive and 694 anti-glaucomatous operations, 457 scleroplasty, 232 operations for strabismus, 246 oculoplastic operations, 132 implantations of corneal segments and 112 keratoplastics. C o n c l u s i o n . For residents of the Smolensk region, the staging period between the initial appointment with an ophthalmologist and the period of hospitalization has been reduced, which makes it possible to minimize the waiting time for the necessary treatment.

Jackson Women’s Health Organization (2022.) odbacio najvažnije dijelove svojih prijašnjih odluka o pobačaju te, može se slobodno reći, preusmjerio dosadašnji razvoj prava na pobačaj. Premda Dobbs nije priznao pravo fetusa na život, većina je sudaca odlučila da pobačaj nije temeljno ustavno pravo, nego spada u domenu “zdravstvenih i socijalnih propisa” te da se zakoni koji ga uređuju mogu ustavno propitivati samo prema tomu jesu li “racionalno povezani s legitimnim državnim interesom”. Rad je podijeljen u pet glavnih dijelova. U prvom se ukratko ukazuje na temeljna pitanja u suvremenim zakonodavnim raspravama o pobačaju. Drugi dio kritički izlaže glavne argumente iznesene u presudi Roe v. Wade (1973.), a treći to čini za odluku Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992.). Četvrti dio istražuje tektonski preokret do kojega je došlo nakon odluke Vrhovnoga suda u predmetu Dobbs te peti dio iznosi predviđanja što slijedi nakon te odluke.

International economic factors increasingly influence American trade and exchange policy, and interdependence also circumscribes the autonomous choice of domestic policies. But the growing concern of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) policymakers over the potential for macroeconomic policy coordination to enhance national as well as world welfare implies that international economic relations present opportunities rather than constraints under some circumstances. This suggests that understanding domestic economic policy choice within its international context involves not only how policy choices are made within the bounds of international constraints, but also when countries might cooperate to modify the constraints themselves. This research looks to four important historical cases for information on these questions: the first three are the series of cumulating crises in the international monetary system during the 1960s and early 1970s, the fourth is the energy supply shock of 1973 and the recession that followed. The article describes the process of policy selection in each of these cases, contrasting domestic versus international premises for policy choice. The economics literature has emphasized the magnitude of domestic welfare gains available from coordinated national economic policies. Although the cases considered here do not contradict the importance of payoffs, they underline the corresponding role of political, economic, and strategic uncertainty in conditioning elites' policy choices.

Goal. To evaluate the interim results of a pilot project on the organization of an independent unit of a city clinic that provides remote support to citizens – the Distant Consultation Center of the Government Autonomous Organization Healthcare “City Clinic No. 8” (hereinafter referred to as the DCC). M e t h o d s o f w o r k . To assess the effectiveness of the pilot project, a number of indicators of the work of the medical organization were analyzed before the start of the project and 12 months after the start of its implementation. The analysis was carried out in two way of work of the Distant Consultation Center: 1. the process of providing medical care to patients with acute respiratory viral infections / Influenza / COVID‑19; 2. the process of providing medicines to the Subsidized category of citizens. The volumes of work that can be transferred to the Distant Consultation Center from the department of primary care physicians care and from the emergency medical care are analyzed. The source of the data was the medical information system of the medical organization “URMO TO” (modules Registry, Control of realization, doctor’s ARM, Disability sheets, Additional processing). The period of work of the medical organization from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 is analyzed. Statistical processing of the results was carried out using the Statistica 6.0 application software package. Distance consultation was carried out via IP telephony, as well as using specialized Telemedicine software. R e s u l t s o f t h e w o r k . Before the organization of the DCC, the median indicator of the actual workload per hour of the covid team was 2,5 [2,3–2,7] patients, p<0,07. While the doctor of DCC carried out an average of 56,9 [44–68] remote consultations, which is an average of 8,8 patients per hour, p< 0,07. The median value of patients for prescriptions for Subsidized medicines before the start of the project was 4 [3–6] patients per day (p<0,07), on average 22.2% time of the initial consultation falls on patients requiring a Subsidized medicine. The median value of applications for the purpose of providing Subsidized categories of citizens with medicines when discharged by a medical assistant at the DCC was 1 [0–3] (p<0,08). Thus, this section began to occupy 0,06% in the structure of reasons for the initial appointment to the primary care physician. C o n c l u s i o n s . The organization of the work of the DCC allowed us to develop approaches, approve and adapt them to the processes of filling out the schedule of primary care doctors in order to increase accessibility to the primary consultations of the primary care physician’s department. Scaling up the organizational model and processes of the Distance consultation center of the Municipal Polyclinic No. 8 can serve as an effective tool in achieving the goals announced within the framework of the pilot project of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation “Incident 38” launched in 2022. T h e s c o p e o f t h e r e s u l t s . The presented experience shows the possibility of managing patients with respiratory viral diseases in outpatient polyclinic conditions on an ongoing basis, as well as the telemedicine format of care can be extended and adapted to non-infectious nosologies.

The study aims to explain what dimensions of the satisfaction of Croatian police officers with internal feedback are predictors of their readiness to explain their actions to citizens. The survey was conducted in 2020 on a convenience sample of 1260 police officers. The questionnaire measures satisfaction with feedback as one of eight dimensions of satisfaction with internal communication and police legitimacy in two dimensions of police and citizen interaction: accountability (citizens) – attitude and behaviour. The purpose is to compare feedback in internal and external police communication and examine to what extent the satisfaction of police officers with feedback contributes to the understanding of their attitudes and behaviour towards explaining actions to citizens. The results indicate the weak predictive power of variables that measure satisfaction with feedback in understanding the attitudes and behaviour of police officers related to explaining their actions to citizens. However, when introduced into the predictor model that contains the criterion variable "Behaviour related to explaining police actions to citizens" is the variable of attitude, the proportion of the variance explained increases significantly. The contribution of the paper is an analysis of the connection between internal and external communication of police officers in Croatia, and communication research is extremely important in police organizations in transition countries that undergo a transition from the traditional policing models to citizen-oriented policing models. A limitation of the paper is that only one aspect of internal communication has been examined in isolation. Therefore, new research should examine the complex nature of internal communication within a police organization in the context of the quality of police officers' relations with citizens, especially in relation to the willingness to explain police actions, as an important dimension of trust in the police.

Abstract (sommario):
The foreign policy orientation of the Former Social Federative Republic of Yugoslavia relied mostly on “third world” countries or the so-called Non-Aligned Movement. In line with the politically proclaimed principles, the cooperation was based on “active peaceful coexistence”, equality, independence, and staying out of inner problems of other countries, as well as mutual respect and solidarity. To strengthen and improve the safety interests and the leadership position within the Non-Aligned Movement, Yugoslavia wholeheartedly supported a variety of liberation movements. As a transit country with an extremely liberal visa regime, it was exposed to potential dangers to be a hideout for certain criminal, terrorist, and other groups. This was more than enough of a reason for trying to establish a “background base” of the “Carlos” terrorist organization in Belgrade. The security issue in the country was more complicated by the fact that in that period, there were around 12,500 different people from various Arab countries (not counting over 2,000 officers and non-commissioned officers trained in military schools) who were mostly students. Those persons belonged to numerous groups and organizations, all with their own conceptual, political and religious beliefs. They acted under different international influences. The security organizations and services had an obligation to carefully track their behavior and take certain measurements against individuals, groups, and organizations, to prevent their secret and illicit activities aimed against the interests of the state. In this sense, it is perfectly understandable that when the activities of the “Carlos” terrorist group were discovered, the problem had to be solved in order not to harm the international position and the credibility of Yugoslavia. The most powerful countries in the West (primarily the USA) have openly resented the benevolent attitude of the Yugoslavia authorities towards members of certain groups and organizations that have used terrorist methods in their acts. One of those cases was Abu el Abas, the senior executive of a fraction of the Palestine Liberation Organization. After unexplained circumstances after a hostage crisis in the Middle East, el Abas found himself in Belgrade.

Planning and managing the activities of a medical organization in the context of a biological challenge associated with the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID‑19) is an urgent task for the healthcare system, determining the possibilities of its functioning in the conditions of transformation and re-profiling of the bed fund, mobilization of human, material and technical resources. Based on the results of assessing the parameters of the activities of a medical organization, it is possible to systematize and streamline the work of its structural divisions. P u r p o s e of the study is to determine the optimal burden on medical workers, to establish factors that affect the duration of hospitalization and determining the outcomes of the disease among patients with COVID‑19. M a t e r i a l s a n d m e t h o d s . The retrospective continuous study of hospitalizations of 7576 patients was planned and conducted with an analysis of the duration of hospitalization, the dependence of the results of hospitalization on gender and age, as well as the impact on this indicator of the severity of the disease (using Pearson’s linear correlation coefficient (r-Pearson)) and analysis of survival by evaluating Kaplan-Meier. R e s u l t s . The results of the analysis showed that the average number of patients per doctor per month was 28,23 ± 13,27 patients [IQR: 16,93; 41,25]. The dependence of the duration of hospitalization on sex and age showed the absence of statistical significance between these indicators (r-Pearson = 0,079; p < 0,001). The dependence of the duration of hospitalization on the severity of the course of the disease showed no statistical significance between these indicators (r-Pearson = 0,04; p < 0,001). The risk of death was increased with the length of hospitalization. C o n c l u s i o n . This region of 15·2 kilobase pairs of DNA encodes ten cistrons and specifies the synthesis and functionality of sex pili. The order of the cistrons was previously shown to betraW, (S, Z),U, (V, R),Q, T, Y, X(those within parentheses could not be ordered with respect to each other). The organization was determined by complementation tests for the restoration of plasmid transfer between transposon Tn7or Tn501induced insertion mutants and point mutants representative of the ten cistrons. Polarity mutations induced by Tn7permitted the identification of three operons. CistronstraW, Z, S, U, V, RandQformed a large operon with transcription postulated to be in that order. The second consisted oftra Tandtra Yalso in that order and the third consisted of only one cistron,traX. Polarity was not observed with Tn501insertions as they still permitted full expression of cistrons distal to the site of insertion with respect to the proposed promoter. Despite the unexpected behaviour of this transposon it nevertheless led to the identification of two previously unidentified cistrons,traOandtraPbeing betweentraZandSandtraRandV, respectively.

Relevance. The N. V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute for Emergency Medicine is a leading multidisciplinary medical institution with a unique corporate culture. In its established work team, the heads of departments are carriers and indicators of values for the employees. P u r p o s e . To study the values of the heads of departments. M e t h o d s . Anonymous survey among two groups of heads: GrS (scientific departments) and GrC (clinical departments) using the methodology of assessing the value profile (questionnaires: SVS‑57, PVQ‑47) and labor motives (Martin-Ritchie questionnaire). F i n d i n g s . The questionnaires were filled out by 25 heads, of which GrS – 11 people (44%), GrC – 14 (56%). According to the Schwartz questionnaire, in the GrS, “Self-Direction” was in the first place in the value profile rating, “Benevolence” was in the second place, “Security” was in the third, and in the GrC, “Security” was in the first place, “Benevolence” was in the second, “Self-Direction” was in the third. Regression analysis was carried out in the general group: clustering was determined by the indicator “Universalism” (0.13). Its strong correlation with “Security” was revealed (k=0.73, p<0.01). According to the Martin-Ritchie questionnaire, the main motivating factor for people is the feeling of their own relevance in interesting and socially useful activities. In particular, the respondents for whom “Security” is not a priority want more recognition from other people than employees for whom “Security” is very important. The respondents ranking the “Security” value first prefer material incentives, but they also prefer to set challenging goals and achieve them. C o n c l u s i o n s . In the rating of value orientations among the heads of scientific and clinical departments, there are divergent values of “Self-Direction” and “Security”, which increases the risk of professional burnout. The priority motives of mid-level executives were identified. The data obtained during the CC monitoring can be used for the development of communication strategies within the clinic (including in the distribution of functional responsibilities), as well as for image-building activities aimed at the external environment.

R e l e v a n c e . The healthcare management system requires high-quality and rational use of the organization’s workforce, i. e. the skills of employees. The intentional potential of an employee is a set of needs, motives, etc., the «core» of the personality driving it to achieve a meaningful goal. The N. V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute for Emergency Medicine is a leading multidisciplinary medical institution with an established multi-level system and management culture, the quantitative assessment of the intentional potential of which is of great interest. P u r p o s e : to study the intentional potential of the heads of clinical and scientific departments. M e t h o d s . An anonymous survey was conducted among the heads of the scientific and clinical departments of the N. V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute for Emergency Medicine (2021), including two methods of S. Schwartz: assessment by the level of normative ideals (SVS) and by individual priorities (PVQ). The procedures of centering and ranking by the average values of each valuemotivational type were carried out. Next, the value-intentional consistency (VIC) and the coefficient of value oppositions (Cvo) were investigated. F i n d i n g s . No statistically significant differences in the VIC at the SVS and PVQ levels, as well as no differences in the Cvo at the SVS level in the groups of heads of clinical and scientific departments were revealed. Intrapersonal contradictions between the value oppositions «Security» and «Stimulation» at the PVQ level (p<0.05) were revealed, they are less pronounced in the group of heads of scientific departments. There were also no statistically significant differences in the other oppositions of value orientations of the PVQ level. C o n c l u s i o n s . The presented results can be used as additional factors in the planning and implementation of measures of sociopsychological management of scientific and clinical departments. In the professional selection for the relevant positions, the Cvo indicator is more informative. Differences between the groups of scientific and clinical heads in the «Security – Stimulation» Cvo were shown, the distribution of this indicator tends to be more pronounced among the group of scientific heads.

For its realization in practice, it calls for the functioning of a highly inclusive and integrated democratic system in which every idea and talent have an opportunity to develop and be applied in real life. Only in this manner it is possible to realize high development objectives of this great country which, spreading solidarity and democracy, integrates the will of the Party, people and state.

This music student activity unit community of Semarang or known as �Kumis�, has now grown as an organization with positive goals that interest some people in joining it. This study aims to determine how communication patterns of an organization in maintaining a relationship. This study was directed to the communication patterns of the Semarang �Kumis� community. This study made use of qualitative descriptive method. The technique of collecting data was conducted through participant observation supported by in-depth interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were thirteen informants. The paradigm used in this study was the constructivist one with the sociometric theory proposed by Jacob Moreno Levy and supporting theories, such as the West Turner Groupthink theory and Group Cohesiveness as main theories. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that in maintaining relationship, the communication patterns used by the Semarang Kumis community are categorized as horizontal or literal communication patterns. The relationship maintained is akind of relationship which forms solidarity among its members through the use of information and communication technology, such as Whatsapp social media platform. Also, frequent meetings or face-to-face gatherings among members allow them to maintain open communication as to minimize communication misunderstandings and cohesiveness in the Semarang Kumis community which keep cooperation and solidarity well. The number of respondents, who was only 13 informants, is certainly not able to describe the real situation since the object of this study only focused on communication patterns. Therefore, it is expected that the results of the study can be used as an example or reference in gaining information for further studies in the same field with different research object, regarding with a community�s communication patterns in maintaining relationship.

SummarySince the finding that plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) may influence the initiation and progression of acute myocardial infarction, the assay of PAI-1 in plasma using a variety of commercial kits has become commonplace. The need for a standard to define the activity of PAI-1 prompted an international collaborative study (ICS) to calibrate the functional potency of a lyophilised plasma PAI-1 preparation (92/654). Since PAI-1 inhibits the 2 major plasminogen activators, tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA) and urinary-type plasminogen activator (u-PA) in an equimolar manner it was important to establish the potency of the PAI-1 inhibitor in terms of both t-PA and u-PA neutralisation. While the ICS indicated a wide spread of data between the laboratories the mean value of 27.5 t-PA neutralisation units and 7.0 u-PA neutralisation units was confirmed by numerous assays at NIBSC using a tedious but technically reliable titration assay procedure. The plasma PAI-1 proposed standard (92/654) was stable at 20° C for 20 months.The Fibrinolysis Subcommittee of the Scientific and Standardization Committee (SSC) of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH), (meeting in Leuven, Belgium in September 1994) has recommended that the plasma PAI-1 (92/654) should be accepted as the International Standard for PAI-1 and should define a unitage in terms of both t-PA and u-PA neutralisation. Subsequently the Expert Committee on Biological Standardization of the World Health Organization (ECBS-WHO) meeting in Geneva, Switzerland in October 1995 approved plasma PAI-1 (92/654) as the International Standard.

The Supervisory Board of the Sports Joint stock Companies acts as the representative organ of the shareholders between the General Meeting and the Executive Board: the General Meeting elects (or privileged person/shareholder simply names) the members of the Supervisory Board, and the Supervisory Board appoints the members of the Management. From this point of view, one could see the General Meeting as the supreme body of the company. But the Supervisory Board, in the carefully balanced interaction of the three bodies, known as a system of "checks and balances", also has considerable independence from the General Meeting. According to the organizational organization of the Joint stock Companies, the general meeting is not superior towards the two other organs. In particular, the Supervisory Board and its members are not subjects to any instructions from the General Meeting. Neither the election of a member of the Supervisory Board by the General Meeting nor the appointment of a Supervisory Board member by a shareholder (entitled to name his representative) constitutes an imperative mandate for those members. On the other hand, the option of dismissal, which is legally available at all times, as a rule ensures that the Supervisory Board members will not act against the wishes of the General Meeting. Management measures cannot be delegated to the Supervisory Board. However, it must be determined by the Articles of Association or by resolution of the Supervisory Board that certain types of transactions may only be carried out with the approval of the Supervisory Board. By this right, the Supervisory Board will not become an executive body, equal with the Management Board, even in the case of transactions requiring approval: it can neither undertake the transactions in question itself, nor can it instruct the Executive Board to carry them out. The initiative remains with the Executive Board, which, even with the approval of the Supervisory Board, can still refrain from carrying out the business if it no longer considers it to be sensible and/or reasonable. The Management also remains fully responsible for the business with regard to liability; the approval by the Supervisory Board does not exempt them from an obligation to pay compensation for damages incurred. The Supervisory Board thus has the opportunity, by refusing its consent, to prevent the conduct of business intended by the Management Board.

The objective of this study was to determine uranium (U) and other metal(loid) concentrations (As, Cd, Cs, Pb, Mo, Se, Th, and V) in eight species of plants that are commonly used for medicinal purposes on Diné (Navajo) lands in northwestern New Mexico. The study setting was a prime target for U mining, where more than 500 unreclaimed abandoned U mines and structures remain. The plants were located within 3.2 km of abandoned U mines and structures. Plant biota samples (N = 32) and corresponding soil sources were collected. The samples were analyzed using Inductively Coupled Plasma–Mass Spectrometry. In general, the study findings showed that metal(loid)s were concentrated greatest in soil > root > aboveground plant parts, respectively. Several medicinal plant samples were found to exceed the World Health Organization Raw Medicinal Plant Permissible Level for As and Cd; however, using the calculated human intake data, Reference Dietary Intakes, Recommended Dietary Allowances, and tolerable Upper Limits, the levels were not exceeded for those with established food intake or ingestion guidelines. There does not appear to be a dietary food rise of metal(loid) ingestion based solely on the eight medicinal plants examined. Food intake recommendations informed by research are needed for those who may be more sensitive to metal(loid) exposure. Further research is needed to identify research gaps and continued surveillance and monitoring are recommended for mining-impacted communities.

El art. 2º de la Constitución establece el principio de solidaridad como un principio general de organización del Estado. Sin embargo, a la vista de otros preceptos constitucionales, hay que decir que el principio presenta un contenido esencialmente económico. Con todo, limitar el contenido del principio constitucional de solidaridad a lo estrictamente económico, esto es, a una equidistribución de la riqueza entre todas las regiones, sería una interpretación errónea. En efecto, el principio de solidaridad es un principio polivalente. Y así, es también un valor del ordenamiento constitucional y puede asimismo entenderse como una cláusula general que exige atender al interés común y no sólo al propio, en el ejercicio por los entes territoriales de sus respectivas competencias. No creemos que el contenido de este principio sea ilimitado, pero es cierto que el principio de solidaridad puede vincularse con algunos de los principios característicos que subyacen en el Estado federal o regional, como el de lealtad federal (la Bundestreue alemana) o el deber general de colaboración entre el Estado y las Comunidades Autónomas.The Art. 2 Constitution establishs the principle of solidarity as an general principle of organization of the State. Nevertheless, at the sight of other constitutional articles we must to say that it presents an essentially economic content. Even so, to confine the constitutional solidarity principle´s content to the strictly economic, that is, to a balanced distribution of the wealth between all the regions, it would be an erroneous interpretation. Indeed, the solidarity principle is a polyvalent principle. It is likewise a value of the constitutional order and, in like manner, it may be understood as a general clause that requires to meet the common interest and not only the own in the performance by the territorial bodies of its own scopes. We do not think that the content of this principle be unlimited, but it is true that the solidarity principle may be linked with some characteristic underlying principles of the federal or regional State such as the loyalism federal (the german Bundestreue) or the general obligation of collaboration between the State and the Autonomus Communities.

Digitalization of healthcare opens up opportunities for applying new approaches to the organization of medical care, improving its quality, optimizing the use of healthcare resources. Digital twin is one of the new approaches, a virtual model of a physical object with dynamic bidirectional connections between a physical object and its corresponding twin in a digital environment. Digital twins allow to study, create and test new hypotheses, conduct experiments and research in silico. T h e a i m o f t h e s t u d y is to describe the existing Russian and foreign experience in the practical application of digital twins in the field of healthcare. M a t e r i a l s a n d m e t h o d s . The literature review was conducted in Pubmed and Elibrary databases. Publications describing ethical and regulatory aspects, industrial, engineering or logistics applications were excluded. The articles have passed two rounds of peer review. R e s u l t s . Digital twins are used in clinical medicine to test new methods of treatment and the body’s response to them, to simulate the work of organs and tissues. The application of the technology for the development of precision therapy in cardiology, oncology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, orthodontic treatment, rehabilitation, intensive care is described. The digital twin can be used by health authorities to model patient behavior, predict the spread of the infectious process, the work of a medical institution and its structural units in order to optimize resources. C o n c l u s i o n s . The article provides an overview of technology and the main areas of application of digital twins for personalized medicine, public health and smart healthy cities. The prospects for using digital twins lie in the field of creating smart “healthy” cities and regions.

This study reports on the harvesting, ingestion, and contamination of American Indian tea Thelesperma megapotamicum grown on the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico. Uranium (U) and co-metal(loid)s (As, Cd, Cs, Mo, Pb, Se, Th, and V) have contaminated local soil and plants. Tea plants were gathered for analysis near U mining impacted areas. The study collected samples of wild tea plants (n = 14), roots (n = 14), and soil (n = 12) that were analyzed with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Tea harvesting activities, behavior, and ingestion information were collected via questionnaires. Harvesting took place in community fields and near roadways. Results indicate edible foliage concentration levels for Cd exceeded the World Health Organization (WHO) raw medicinal plant permissible level guidelines. Tea samples collected near high traffic areas had significantly greater Cd and Mo concentrations than those collected near low traffic areas (p < 0.001). Tea sample metal(loid) concentration levels ranged from 0.019–7.916 mg/kg. When compared to established food guidelines including the WHO provisional tolerable weekly intake (PTWI), reference dietary intake, recommended dietary allowance, and the tolerable upper limit (UL), Cd exceeded the WHO guidelines but none exceeded the PTWI nor the UL. These findings warrant improved standardization and establishment of universal guidelines for metal(loid) intake in food.

B a c k g r o u n d . The relevance and purpose of the research. Institutions of higher education (HEIs) are mostly city-forming objects, and the design of the surrounding territory affects their image, the aestheticization of the environment, and performs a decorative function. Today's challenges require the improvement of landscapes and architecture of higher education institutions, and this problem is urgent, because universities gather a large number of young people from different regions and countries of the world, who have to live and study in appropriate comfortable conditions. Mostly, the problem of organizing the territory is considered from the point of view of greening, rather than a comprehensive landscape project. Therefore, the formation of a holistic space of the university campus, taking into account modern scientific approaches to the design of landscape architecture objects in the conditions of global climate change, seems to be extremely relevant. The goal is to conduct an analysis of the features of the organization of the green zone of the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University campus (Exhibition Center campus) taking into account the requirements that are put forward to the higher educational institution. Research materials and methods. The object of research was the territory of the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University campus (Exhibition Center campus). M e t h o d s . Methods of searching for information in printed and electronic publications, searchable scientific databases, as well as methods of data analysis, comparison and generalization, field surveys, measurements on geodetic maps using the AutoCADin vector format. R e s u l t s . The standards for greening the territory of the ZVO were analyzed. The state of green spaces of higher educational institutions depends on the selection of plants adapted to climatic and soil conditions, as well as recreational loads. Most Ukrainian institutions of higher education do not meet the standards of "green universities". The functional zoning of the KNU campus (Exhibition Center) complies with building regulations, but the green area on the territory is distributed unevenly. It is necessary to pay attention to the use of phytoorganic background of green park plantings as an option of aerofitotherapy, taking into account modern data on the positive effect of biogenic volatile organic substances on the human body. C o n c l u s i o n s . The green zone is an integral element of the structure of educational campuses, when developing each of the design options for the solution of the territory, it is necessary to offer a new image that corresponds to modern trends in design and will make it possible to create a functionally sufficient and unique environment.

The aim of the study was to determine the job satisfaction levels of the personnel who worked in sports organization. 285 randomly selected people who worked in sports organization participated in this study. A form for personal information and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale (MSQ) developed by Weiss et al (1967) and checked for validity and reliability by Baycan (1985) were used in the study. Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis H and Dunn’s multiple comparison tests were used for the analysis of the data. A significant difference was found among the groups in terms of their job satisfaction scores with increasing age in the statement of wages earned for the profession.  Satisfaction levels in terms of wages showed significant difference as the educational levels of personnel decreased. It was stated that the personnel whose job satisfaction levels were generally moderate were not pleased in terms of payment and the chances for advancement. However, the personnel’s job satisfaction scores’ being moderate shows that payment alone does not affect job satisfaction.Â

The selection of suitable individuals for critical roles within the organization can significantly affect the business efficiency and performance of the organization. For this reason, this article presents a multiple-criteria decision-making procedure for candidates' assessment in the Information Technologies industry (IT) using the integrated PIPRECIA-S and WS-PLP methods. The introduced approach involved defining the criteria' significance with the help of the PIPRECIA-S, while the WS-PLP method was used to evaluate candidates and harmonize the views of decision-makers attitudes. The applicability of the suggested technique was reviewed in the situation of selecting an IT Project Manager in an IT company. However, it can easily be adapted for similar cases of candidate selection.

Abstract (sommario):
B a c k g r o u n d . The article provides a description of the Horn of Africa and examines recent security transformations for a number of states in the region. The Horn of Africa is a strategically important region for African and global trade and security. The organization of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development is the main platform for the settlement of complex interstate relations for the countries of the region. M e t h o d s . The following methods were used: analytical, historical, generalization. During the research, the authors relied on the principle of objectivism. R e s u l t s . In the region of the Horn of Africa, intense rivalry and competition between states is observed, which does not contribute to the consolidation and solution of security challenges, and as a result to the economic growth of the region as a whole. Numerous conflicts both within individual states of the Horn of Africa and between them undermine the stability of the region. Competition for the influence of extra regional powers also does not contribute to the consolidation of the states of the Horn of Africa. C o n c l u s i o n s . The conflictogenicity of the Horn of Africa develops according to the "spillover" effect, which emphasizes the interdependence of the security situation of the states of the region. Conflicts developing in different states of the region have a tendency to spread beyond the sovereign borders of the countries and have an impact on the destabilization of other states of the region. In particular, the long-term conflict in Somalia is affecting the destabilization of neighboring Kenya and Ethiopia. The conflicts in Sudan affect the security situation in South Sudan and Ethiopia, etc.

S: Management in the public sector represents the basic function of positioning and directing the economic and financial activities of state collectivities, that is, the public sector towards the execution of the set goals and tasks for which they were formed. According to classical understandings, the state should intervene in the economy only when the market mechanism does not contribute to optimally efficient solutions, and limit its interference in the economy to the following areas: preventing monopolistic behavior, neutralizing negative external effects and providing public goods. The functions of state bodies and organizations have a fiscal character. The fiscal character observed in this way primarily refers to the general state sector, and only in part of its competences and through agencies and commercial parts, so that these activities are marked as quasi-fiscal in order to emphasize that the primary activity of these agencies does not have fiscal features.

To determine the strategy of service management in medical institutions, the article discusses the basic concepts associated with services, gives goal-setting, defines the roles, properties and attributes of medical services, gives recommendations for managing services through the HIS. Service management is considered on the example of HIS Interin PROMIS Alpha (Interin Technologies, Moscow). P u r p o s e . Develop a strategy for managing medical services, define goals and objectives for managing services. Analyze the role of information technology in the implementation of medical services in the free market. M a t e r i a l s a n d m e t h o d s . Models for maintaining a catalog of medical services are analyzed. The experience of service management in medical institutions based on the existing regulatory framework has been studied. The characteristics of medical services that determine the features of their economic accounting are analyzed. The role of MIS in providing analytical and control tools, as well as mechanisms for configuring business processes is determined. R e s u l t s . The methodology and stages of transition to a centralized model of maintaining a catalog of medical services have been developed. The tools for managing the production of medical services are described. F i n d i n g s . The most effective production management strategy in the MO is a centralized (organizational and methodological) model based on a single catalog of medical services, the ability to perform which is evidence of the maturity of the organization.

The article presents an approach to quality control of treatment at the present stage. A trend of today – the use of a medical information system for quality control of the medical and diagnostic process (with special attention paid not to reporting to higher authorities, but to the organization of internal control in a medical organization). Possible tools and benefits are considered. P u r p o s e . Determining the capabilities of Hospital Information System for quality control of medical care. M a t e r i a l s a n d m e t h o d s . We analyzed the requirements of regulatory acts for the control of medical care, as well as the real needs of HIS users. An experiment on the formation of a set of tools for quality control of treatment was carried out using the example of Hospital Information System Interin PROMIS Alpha. We considered the prospects taking into account the results of the research of Ailamazyan Program Systems Institute of RAS in the field of working with clinical data banks. R e s u l t s . General requirements for internal quality control include 5 levels of control. The use of HIS is most in demand in the following areas: compliance with medical care standards, internal control tools (analysis of compliance with clinical recommendations, expert assessment of the quality of treatment, quality and safety of medical activities, format and logic control, etc.) and ensuring patient safety. The use cases of the HIS in these areas are illustrated by the example of the Hospital Information System Interin PROMIS Alpha. The prospects of the development of the direction consisting in transferring the main load from a person to an HIS and in attracting AI technologies and neural networks are considered. F i n d i n g s . The main problems of quality control are the need for the participation of highly qualified specialists and the high complexity of the process. These problems can be solved by shifting the control regulations from «after the fact» to «proactive» and «in real time» by using HIS, as well as involving knowledge-intensive technologies in this process with the involvement of artificial intelligence and neural networks
