Abstract (sommario):
The article reveals corporate social responsibility, business socialization, the essence, meaning and criteria of social business. Appropriate generalizations were made on the various scientific and theoretical views of economists on the assessment of corporate social responsibility. The characteristics, basic principles and philosophy of social business are explained in detail. The philosophy of social business is based on the fact that the investor is not given dividends on profits received from entrepreneurial activity, he receives only the amount of money invested, and the rest of the investment is invested in business development and the implementation of socially significant projects. The features of the formation of family farms (family business) as an important form of social entrepreneurship and development prospects at the regional level are revealed. Family business is a social business model in which family members participate in management and succession in family traditions. Famous family business firms have evolved and become large companies influencing the global economy. In the Republic of Azerbaijan, ABAD (Simplified Support to Family Business) provides support to family enterprises in the field of arts and crafts, as well as business planning, marketing, design, finance, accounting and legal assistance. Certification of manufactured products according to the “one-stop shop” principle, organization of logistics and sales is carried out by ABAD. Suggestions were made to increase the role of social business in improving the welfare of the population and in the sustainable development of the national economy.

Abstract (sommario):
Social movement is an organized effort by a significant number of people to change (or resist change in) some major aspect or aspects of society. Sociologists have usually been concerned to study the origins of such movements, their sources of recruitment, organizational dynamics, and their impact upon society. Social movements must be distinguished from collective behavior. Social movements are purposeful and organized; collective behavior is random and chaotic. Social movements include those supporting civil rights, gay rights, trade unionism, environmentalism, and feminism. Collective behaviors include riots, fads and crazes, panics, cultic religions, rumors. This paper deals with formation of social movement, emergence of social movement, social problems and social change.Academic Voices Vol.5 2015: 1-4

Abstract (sommario):
The economic shock caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the war situation in certain types of economic activity due to the destruction of the usual communication channels and the stoppage of employment in traditional workplaces contributed to the identification of SD as an essential tool for regulating social and labour relations. This paper examines three groups of factors that hinder the effective development of social dialogue in Ukraine. It was revealed that they are caused by the peculiarities of the business environment, the imperfection of state regulation and the underdevelopment of institutional support. It has been proven that today the question of the formation of representative bodies of subjects of social and labour relations capable of fully representing the collective interests of individual social groups and capable of carrying out a productive civilized social dialogue to resolve the most pressing issues and resolve conflicts remains open. There are given some reasons that negatively affect the process of institutionalization of the parties to the social dialogue (employers and employees) and limit their opportunities, in particular: public disappointment in the efficiency and effectiveness of trade unions, a decrease in the level of trust in them; weak organizational activity regarding attracting new members to the trade union, including due to the lack of an effective trade union information system; centralization and significant politicization of the processes of creation and activity of employers’ associations; inconsistency of legislation, modern challenges, in particular, failure to take into account the real structure of enterprises in terms of size; unformed representation of employers at the level of individual industries and others. The article also argues the need to develop and implement a systematic and effective communication strategy based on digital technologies to expand cooperation and facilitate communications between employers, trade unions, and relevant state bodies to ensure tripartite dialogue.

Abstract (sommario):
Without self-understanding we cannot hope for Enduring solutions to environmental problems, Which are fundamentally human problems. —Yi-Fu Tuan, 1974 Human beings interact both with the social world and nature. Both, economic development and stable environment are required for the continual improvement of lifestyle and living standards of the people in the society and for the Earth Community as a whole. But until now, the development was human oriented and limited to rich nations. The development was achieved by damaging the environment and over exploitation of natural resources which were nonrenewable. That caused instability of environment and crossed the threshold limit of environmental damage. The major challenge of our times is to find new and practical ways of drawing inspiration from the rich diversity of human experience as well as modern scientific insights in order to establish effective means of governing human behavior to ensure that we contribute to the prosperity of the whole Earth Community instead of destroying it.

Abstract (sommario):
Davamlı inkişaf konsepsiyası XX əsrin sonlarında meydana gəlmişdir. İlk baxışdan iqtisadi, ekoloji və sosial olmaqla üç hissədən ibarət olan bu konsepsiyanın əsas məqsədi təkcə iqtisadi inkişafın dəstəklənməsi deyil, eyni zamanda onun davamlı olmasını təmin etməkdən ibarətdir. Sonra isə bu konsepsiyanın davamı olaraq davamlı insan inkişafı konsepsiyası təklif edilmişdir. İnsan amilini ön plana çəkən yeni konsepsiyanın mahiyyətini aşkarlamaq və onun cəmiyyətdə sosial problemlərin həllində rolunu göstərmək üçün ilk növbədə “insan inkişafı” anlayışını aydınlaşdırmaq lazımdır. Məqalədə sosial probelmlərin həlli yollarından bəhs edilir, müasir dövrdə bu istiqamətdə aparılan islahatlar araşdırılır. Açar sözlər: sosial problem, gənclərlə iş, davamlı inkişaf, iqtisadi vəziyyət, cəmiyyət Huseyn Mardan Hajiyev Solutions to social problems Abstarct The concept of sustainable development emerged in the late twentieth century. At first glance, this concept, which consists of three parts, economic, environmental and social, aims not only to support economic development, but also to ensure its sustainability. Then, as a continuation of this concept, the concept of sustainable human development was proposed. In order to reveal the essence of the new concept that highlights the human factor and to show its role in solving social problems in society, it is first necessary to clarify the concept of "human development". The article discusses ways to solve social problems, and examines the reforms carried out in this direction in modern times.
