Dans les conflits armés et les situations d'urgence complexes actuels, les civils sont plus nombreux à souffrir que les combattants2. Après la guerre froide, il était possible de délimiter des zones de troubles où les civils enduraient de grandes souffrances; mais on pouvait aussi circonscrire une zone de stabilité où fonctionnait un système complexe d'assistance humanitaire visant à alléger les souffrances des civils. Les médias mettaient l'accent sur la souffrance mais, jamais auparavant dans l'histoire, un tel kaléidoscope d'acteurs de l'humanitaire s'était efforcé de fournir des secours d'urgence lors de conflits armés ou de situations d'urgence complexes.

Abstract (sommario):

Cet article porte sur un dispositif de groupe d’analyse de la pratique coconstruit dans le cadre d’une recherche collaborative menée avec des intervenantes et des intervenants sociaux de proximité de milieux communautaires et de centres de pédiatrie sociale en communauté à Montréal. Levier médiateur pour rapprocher recherche-pratique, ce dispositif a permis de prendre des situations d’intervention complexes comme point de départ d’une compréhension sociologique de l’intervention avec les familles en situation de vulnérabilité. L’article offre un aperçu du déroulement de ce groupe d’analyse de la pratique et des savoirs qu’il a permis de coproduire. D’une part, la présentation d’une des situations complexes co-analysées met en lumière la réflexivité des personnes participantes et le potentiel de cet espace groupal pour enrichir le sens des situations et de leur pratique. D’autre part, l’explicitation d’une convention de pratique au fondement de l’organisation hiérarchique de ce monde social, à savoir « la primauté de l’évaluation diagnostique », permet d’appréhender la marginalisation des acteurs au plus près des enfants et de leur famille en situation de vulnérabilité.

Abstract (sommario):

Les personnes amputées de membre inférieur doivent faire face à des situations de marche plus complexes que la marche sur sol horizontal telles que la montée et descente des escaliers, des pentes et la marche sur devers. L’appareillage et la rééducation des patients amputés visent à garantir une autonomie de déplacement dans l’ensemble des situations de la vie courante. Les composants prothétiques actuels permettent de restaurer les fonctions nécessaires à la marche sur sol horizontal. Les nouvelles technologies contribuent à l’amélioration de leurs fonctionnalités. Cependant peu d’entre eux sont capables de faciliter la marche dans des situations complexes. L’objectif de la recherche menée au Centre d’études et de recherche sur l’appareillage des handicapés est d’améliorer la compréhension des fonctions à restaurer pour ces situations contraignantes. L’analyse de la marche de sujets amputés et de sujets asymptomatiques permet la quantification par des paramètres biomécaniques des adaptations à chaque situation. Les résultats attendus visent à améliorer les composants prothétiques et les protocoles de rééducation afin de garantir une autonomie maximum aux personnes amputées de membre inférieur.

Introduction. The problems of organisation of continuous medical education and the need for accreditation of specialists in the main areas of disaster medicine bring to the fore the development and realisation of electronic educational and methodological complexes as a fundamental component for implementing supplementary professional advanced training programmes. Purpose of the study: to present a uniform methodology for the development and application of electronic educational and methodological complexes based on modular technology, iterative approach and expert evaluation method. Methods. The empirical pedagogical research was based on the results of observation, experiment and content analysis of the educational process organised for the Federal state budget-funded institution Nikiforov All-Russian Centre for Emergency and Radiation Medicine under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the main areas of disaster medicine from 2017 to 2023, based on the module technology, iterative approach and expert evaluation method. Results. A number of electronic educational and methodological complexes were developed and successfully implemented in the distance learning system of Nikiforov All-Russian Centre for Emergency and Radiation Medicine under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, being based on the uniform methodology and State standard (GOST) R 55751-2013: “Medical assets and resources of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia used to eliminate medical consequences of emergencies”, “Organisation of a system of medical and evacuation measures during elimination of emergency situation consequences”, “Statistical indicators of morbidity among the staff of the Federal Fire-Fighting Department of the State Fire-Fighting Service under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia”, “Actions to protect personnel in the event of radiation emergencies”, “Radiation safety in public health organisations”, “Aeromedical evacuation of victims in emergency situations”, “Technology of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation at pre-hospital and in-clinic stages”. In 2022 and in the first quarter of 2023, more than 300 trainees from different regions of the Russian Federation successfully completed an instructional course. Conclusion. A uniform methodology makes it possible to standardise the educational process, to apply similar approaches and solutions, and also serves as a model for designing electronic educational and methodological complexes for other specialities. The electronic educational and methodological complexes developed and implemented in the distance learning system of the Federal state budget-funded institution Nikiforov All-Russian Centre for Emergency and Radiation Medicine under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia have no analogues in the system of continuous medical education of the Russian Federation developed for basic five-year programmes.

Basé sur des entrevues avec des professionnels offrant des services spécialisés dans le domaine du TSA, ce texte propose une typologie des pratiques d’intervention à l’interface de la justice et du champ psychosocial. Il met en lumière les défis considérables que rencontrent les personnes présentant un TSA dans leurs efforts pour s’intégrer dans la société et le travail d’équilibriste déployé par les intervenants pour encadrer et favoriser les opportunités.

Cet article s’intéresse aux tâches complexes proposées en Belgique francophone en guise d’exemples d’outils permettant d’évaluer les compétences en mathématiques des élèves en fin d’enseignement primaire (6e année). En confrontant les résultats de deux recherches portant sur une même tâche complexe (observation d’élèves lors de la résolution de la tâche en petits groupes, d’une part, et observation de situations d’enseignement menées en groupe-classe, d’autre part), le présent article tente d’apporter un éclairage aux questionnements suivants : 1) Quelles exploitations collectives les enseignants proposent-ils pour aider les élèves? 2) Prennent-ils en compte les erreurs et les difficultés des élèves? 3) S’appuient-ils sur leurs démarches efficaces? Globalement, si les résultats montrent que les enseignants s’appuient partiellement sur les difficultés des élèves et sur les démarches qui se sont avérées les plus efficaces lors l’observation des élèves en situation autonome de résolution, ils révèlent également un guidage directif de la part des enseignants et un implicite quant aux raisons guidant certains choix de démarches plutôt que d’autres risquant in fine de ne pas suffisamment soutenir le développement des compétences visées.

Abstract (sommario):

Basic principles to develop technologies and methods of intelligent situational analysis for information and analytical support of the system (network) of cognitive situational centers of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation based on modeling situations in generalized conceptual spaces have been developed. As anexample, the component composition of the complex conceptual space of the regional socio-economic system includes “subject” conceptual spaces of freshwater ecosystems in the western part of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and the lower atmosphere of the Earth at high latitudes. An approach to the formation of a complex conceptual space based on "subject" conceptual spaces and capable of providing a classification of situations in industrial and natural complexes from an interdisciplinary point ofview is proposed.

AbstractThis paper generalizes, in two senses, work of Petzl and Sharp, who showed that, for a $\mathbb{Z}$-graded module $M$ over a $\mathbb{Z}$-graded commutative Noetherian ring $R$, the graded Cousin complex for $M$ introduced by Goto and Watanabe can be regarded as a subcomplex of the ordinary Cousin complex studied by Sharp, and that the resulting quotient complex is always exact. The generalizations considered in this paper are, firstly, to multigraded situations and, secondly, to Cousin complexes with respect to more general filtrations than the basic ones considered by Petzl and Sharp. SummaryIt has been shown that the most important inhibitor of plasmin is α2-antiplasmin, however, other protease inhibitors are able to inhibit this proteolytic enzyme as well. The contribution of the various protease inhibitors to the inhibition of plasmin in vivo has never been quantitatively assessed.To assess the relative contribution of the different protease inhibitors on the inhibition of plasmin we developed a series of sensitive immunoassays for the detection of complexes between plasmin and the protease inhibitors α2-antiplasmin, α2-macroglobulin, antithrombin III, α1antitrypsin and C1-inhibitor, utilizing monoclonal antibodies that are specifically directed against complexed protease inhibitors and a monoclonal antibody against plasmin.It was confirmed that α2-antiplasmin is the most important inhibitor of plasmin in vivo, however, complexes of plasmin with α2-macroglobulin, antithrombin III, α1antitrypsin- and C1-inhibitor were also detected. Particularly during activation of fibrinolysis complexes between plasmin and inhibitors other than α2-antiplasmin were detected. It was observed that during different situations the inhibition profile of plasmin was not constant e.g. in patients with diffuse intravascular coagulation plasma levels of plasmin-α1-antitrypsin and plasmin-C1-inhibitor were increased whereas in plasma from patients who were treated with thrombolytic agents complexes of plasmin with α2-macroglobulin and with antithrombin III were significantly elevated.In conclusion, we confirmed the important role of α2-antiplasmin in the inhibition of plasmin, however, in situations in which fibrinolysis is activated other protease inhibitors also account for the inhibition of plasmin in vivo. Further investigations to assess the role of the various protease inhibitors in the fibrinolytic system can be assisted by the assays described in this study.

Abstract (sommario):

Introduction. The methods of managing the process of professional training of managers based on the concept of consistent development of a set of professionally significant qualities by conducting simulation games and exercises with students are considered. At the same time, the formal model of the complete training process of the head is presented in the form of the sum of efforts spent on the implementation of private learning processes that allow students to form a cumulative ability to carry out managerial activities. Accordingly, the training of the head is considered successful, provided that the results of passing all stages of training have an acceptable value. Dynamic modeling of the development of situations using actual modeling scenarios based on real situations, the use of semantically significant terms and concepts familiar to managers from the subject area of management of organizational structures, allows you to bring the model situation as close as possible to the real activity of the manager, due to which it is expected to receive high efficiency of their training. Tasks of the work. Development of methods based on modeling situations characteristic of the activities of managers, and conducting simulation games with students, exercises based on the training software and hardware complex in order to improve the practical training of managers. At the same time, it is proposed to implement intelligent management of the educational process by using cognitive maps, and to use models of organizational systems functioning at the regional level for information support. Methods. The dynamic modeling method based on cognitive maps is applied. Predicate calculus methods, situational management methods, including situational modeling and situational analysis are also applied. Results and discussion. The considered methods increase the practical orientation of training, projecting the intended activity of students on the educational process, in connection with which there is a correction of the content of training sessions in the direction of increasing the expediency of the training. To implement the proposed methods in the educational process, it is proposed to use specialized training software and hardware complexes, in connection with which their composition and main functions are considered. Conclusions. The presented methods make it possible to improve the organization and implementation of the educational process on the basis of a situational approach aimed at improving the effectiveness of training managers and strengthening its practical orientation. Abstract (sommario):

Functional safety is a latent characteristic of hardware and software complexes (HSC) and is objectively characterized by consumer satisfaction with the HSC behavior. The paper considers an approach to solving project management problems based on the dynamic characteristics analysis of functional safety of conflict situations in the project management system. To analyze situations that arise when managing HSC projects, it is possible to use models known as system archetypes. The information essence of situations and the foundations of multi-aspect modeling are considered. The methodological basis of the research is a combination of dynamic models of parameters that characterize functional safety and structural models, corresponding to conflict situations that arise when ensuring the required level of functional safety. Examples of multi-aspect modeling of situations where manifestations of latent defects act as events are considered. As a result of the research, the information essences of situations are determined, the conceptual foundations of multi-aspect modeling of situations that arise when managing the HSC functional safety are proposed, and the basic stages of building a system of structural and dynamic models of situations at different stages of the HSC life cycle are identified. The results obtained can be used to make decisions about the advisability of making changes to the system structure for ensuring the functional safety of hardware and software complexes.

Résumé Les nouvelles réalités socioculturelles de la société québécoise offrent l’occasion de repenser les cadres de travail habituels dans le domaine de la santé mentale, en particulier pour ce qui concerne le processus de l’évaluation clinique. Bien qu’elle conserve une certaine part d’objectivité, l’évaluation est en effet fortement teintée par le contexte socioculturel au sein duquel se sont développés nos outils théoriques et nos grilles évaluatives. Les mandats respectifs des institutions auxquelles sont rattachés les intervenants colorent également les façons de penser et de faire des professionnels. Dans cet article, les auteurs soulignent la nécessité de la prise en compte de ces dimensions institutionnelles et politiques au-delà de la simple reconnaissance des différences culturelles en jeu. RésuméL'apport des sciences sociales a été marquant pour démontrer que l'approche législative de la première heure en matière de discrimination était erronnée quant au fondement individuel et intentionnel de ce phénomène. Les études sociologiques ont identifié des sources et des effets socio-culturels qui ont permis de mettre en lumière les dimensions collectives et perceptuelles d'un phénomène qui s'avère social et complexe avant d'être individuel. D'autre part, un survol des principaux arrêts de la Cour suprême du Canada démontrent une évolution juridique de la notion même de discrimination vers la reconnaissance de l'existence d'un concept unique aux variables ṣimples ou multiples, homogènes ou complexes mais surtout indissociables. L'article se termine par une présentation sommaire de l'approche systémique. Ce modèle d'analyse des phénomenes complexes est introduit comme un outil utile et pertinent dans l'étude de situations de discrimination dite systémique.

Le travail clinique auprès des jeunes issus de cultures minoritaires ou métissées nous oblige à réfléchir sur les modes d’intégration des dimensions socioculturelles dans les pratiques de soin. À cet effet, l’ethnopsychiatrie constitue un outil privilégié pour réfléchir sur les pratiques cliniques institutionnelles, en particulier en ce qui concerne les situations complexes requérant des approches multimodales. Ce texte reprend certains concepts situés au coeur de la pensée et la pratique ethnopsychiatrique, à savoir ceux relatifs à la continuité, à la multiplicité et à l’articulation des espaces. Le terme de « dispositif à géométrie variable », élaboré par Moro souligne en particulier l’importance de la mobilité et du dynamisme du cadre de travail dans les prises en charges cliniques transculturelles. Autour de la présentation d’une situation clinique complexe, nous proposons un modèle d’intégration de la culture dans un contexte de clinique externe de pédopsychiatrie. Nous proposons le terme de « pédopsychiatrie culturellement sensible » pour évoquer les adaptations du cadre ethnopsychiatrique dans notre travail auprès des jeunes issus de l’immigration.

Perroux s'intéressait aux travaux de Prigogine, un des fondateurs de la pensée complexe. Ce dernier avait introduit la notion de structure dissipative auto-organisatrice dans les systèmes thermodynamiques irréversibles loin de l'équilibre. Un système est complexe s'il peut être compris au moyen de la pensée complexe telle que définie par Morin et, à condition d'être représentable mathématiquement, s'il est doté d'une dynamique complexe au sens mathématique du mot. Cette dynamique complexe correspond aux propriétés asymptotiques (par application de la loi des grands nombres et existence de points fixes) d'un système d'équations différentielles déterministes auquel est donnée une interprétation stochastique tant par Prigogine en thermodynamique que par Arthur en science économique. Tout comme Perroux, Arthur examine des situations de rendements croissants sujettes à effets de rétroaction positive et à effets de réseau. Ces situations permettent de rendre compte de l'évolution de la technologie et de la localisation de l'activité économique parmi d'autres phénomènes. Dans le cadre de l'économie évolutive, Kaufman étudie la connectivité du tissu mouvant des relations économiques par le truchement des paysages d'aptitudes tandis que Holland étudie ces relations par le truchement d'algorithmes génétiques. Ces situations permettent de rendre compte de la multiplicité des usages de nouveaux produits et de leur combinaison avec des produits déjà existants ainsi que des stratégies adaptatives à leur égard.

The article presents the situational characteristics of the next stage of court proceedings as an element of the basic court methodics, which in its content should disclose the activities of the court at all stages of the court proceedings, give recommendations on its choice, conduct proceedings, use the most appropriate means of influencing specific court situations, presented by complexes of procedural actions and tactics of their carrying out at various stages of court proceedings.The analyzed stage includes the preparatory part of the trial, clarification of the circumstances established during the pre-trial investigation, and verification of their evidence. Situations at this stage are characterized by the fact that the court with the participation of the parties conducts a direct examination of all evidence necessary to substantiate the sentence or other decision that may be made as a result of the trial.The example of the situational characteristics of the central part of the proceedings demonstrates what a basic judicial methodics can look like, which contains recommendations on the decisions and actions of the presiding judge in a given situation of a certain stage of the general procedure of criminal proceedings. The structure of this model, which will continue to be filled with new elements, can theoretically be used as a sample for building criminalistic methods of certain types of court proceedings, and applied as a set of practical advice for judges to resolve specific court situations. It is stated that the key issue that radically affects the choice of tactics of the trial is to determine the order of submission by the parties of the evidence collected by them, which includes the order and method of their study. Variants of the sequence of judicial examination of evidence are presented, in particular in multiepisode cases, in cases of crimes committed by criminal groups, in situations where the accused deny their guilt. The issue of the possibility of using in court the testimony of the accused, victims and witnesses obtained during the pre-trial investigation was considered.

The fall in the ruble exchange rate and the fall in demand for wood led to significant financial difficulties for logging companies. The situation was also affected by the abnormally warm winter of 2019—2020, as a result of which considerable amounts of harvested wood simply could not be exported. These situations aggravated the problems associated with the death of domestic forest engineering, and even more acutely raised the question of the need to create logging complexes based on domestic machines. In recent years, after the introduction of sanctions against Russia, our country localized the production of road and agricultural machines. Unfortunately, this has not been done for the forest engineering industry, which, in fact, has ceased to exist in Russia. For a relatively quick partial import substitution in forest engineering, it is advisable to use well-developed road and agricultural machines as basic machines, applying the principle of modular construction of complexes to them.

Abstract (sommario):

The steady-state biouptake of metals from complex media is outlined for the case of two different uptake routes. The analysis comprises the limiting situations of inert and labile complexes, and distinguishes between bioinactive and bioactive (lipophilic) complexes. Depending on the dynamic features, fluxes of the different species may be either coupled or uncoupled. The role of the lipophilic ligands may be important in the overall uptake process. Some specific cases are discussed.
