Abstract (sommario):
Economic sanctions and countersanctions are expanding worldwide, posing spatially heterogeneous threats to most countries. The study aims to develop and test a methodology for assessing regional exposure to sanctions risks using Russian data. The share of foreign trade with the countries that introduced restrictions can be used to evaluate the exposure to new trade barriers. In several cases, this share exceeded 50 %, necessitating a rapid reorientation of product flows in Nenets, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Areas, Komi, and Murmansk region. The Kaliningrad, Kaluga, and Leningrad regions exhibit high import dependence in the production sector, particularly in the automotive industry, due to their active involvement in global supply chains. Sanctions against large legal entities created risks for the stability of regional economies but the increase in demand for domestic products offset this impact. Foreign enterprises exiting the market posed risks of disrupting production chains but also provided opportunities for local business development. Before some countries introduced sanctions, their companies had held more than 20 % of the market share in Kaluga, Moscow region, and the city of Moscow. However, the share of foreign firms that announced complete withdrawal exceeded 5 % of the market only in the Komi, Samara, Leningrad, and Moscow regions. An integral index of exposure was proposed based on the mentioned indicators. Its value is lower for the regions with a more diversified economy and foreign trade. The greatest risks were observed in the closely connected to the European Union northwestern territories of Russia: Karelia, Komi, Kaliningrad, Leningrad, and Arkhangelsk regions. In 2022, regions with a high index value were more likely to experience a decline in economic activity, but in 2023, this impact was less explicit due to economic adaptation and transformation. Based on the results of the study, some recommendations can be formulated.

Abstract (sommario):
The subject of this article is a monographic research of the Senior Scientific Associate of the Institute of Russian History of the Russian Academy of Sciences A. V. Belova, which is focused on the large-scale transformations that took place in urban life of the Russian Empire during the reign of Catherine II. The author of the monograph seeks to characterize the reforms based on the example of four provinces of Central Russia: Moscow, Yaroslavl, Vladimir, and Kaluga. This work vastly uses published and unpublished sources, as well as a significant array of research literature. The peer-reviewed work leans on the principles of historicism, reliability, objectivity; methodological framework includes systematic approach and comparative method. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the author attempts to give comprehensive characteristics to preparation, implementation and consequences of the city reform carried out by the Empress Catherine, attracting the materials from four Russian “indigenous” provinces. The author believes that despite certain doubts of both, contemporaries and future historians, especially of the liberal school, namely the reforms of Catherine the Great laid the foundations for the fundamentally new type of a city that met the requirements of the time.

Abstract (sommario):
The results of conservation of plants of the exposition of the calciphilous flora of the Main Botanical Garden of the Russian Academy of Sciences, listed in the regional Red Data Books of Central Russia, are shown. For 12 years, in the culture of GBS RAS, in the conditions of Moscow, 118 calciphilous species listed in the regional Red Books, represented by 77 genera from 34 families, were studied. Among them, in terms of introduction resistance, resistant ones prevail - 46% and highly resistant - 35.5%, weakly resistant - 13.5%, unstable - 5%. The main groups according to ecological confinement are considered: obligate (25%) and facultative (75%) calciphilic species. The experiment proved the importance of using special agricultural techniques for the successful adaptation of representatives of this group. In total, an average of 70% of calciphilous taxa of regional protected lists were tested. The representation of calciphilic species in the regional Red Data Books of Central Russia is different and is due to the natural features of the distribution of their classical habitats. In the regions of the Chernozem region, this figure ranges from 55% in the Belgorod region to 24% in the Tambov region. In the Non-Chernozem region: Bryansk, Ryazan, Tula regions, calciphilic species in relation to the total number of protected species also represent a significant part - 25%. For Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kostroma, Smolensk, Tver, Yaroslavl regions and the federal city of Moscow, calciphilic taxa represent an average of 9% of protected lists. The share of calciphilous species of categories: 0, 1, 2 in the regional Red Data Books of Central Russia averages 58%, which indicates a high vulnerability of this group and the need for ex situ study

Abstract (sommario):
The article describes the faunal and ecological features of two species of blackflies common on the territory of the SBI "Sports School of the Olympic Reserve for Equestrian Sports" in Kaluga: Wilhelmia equina (Linnaeus, 1758) and Odagmia ornata (Meigen, 1818), which can cause simuliidotoxicosis of animals. The studied species are very widespread. Species Wilhelmia equina: their habitat is in rivers of medium and small sizes, sometimes in streams, the flow rate of which is 0.25–0.6 m/s. Blackflies in preimaginal stages settle on aquatic vegetation and underwater objects. The preimaginal stage develops at a water temperature of 2–23 oC with content of oxygen dissolved in water of 51–88%. On average, 2–3 generations are recorded per year. The adults of the first generation fly out in late May – early June, the second generation in late July – early August and the third generation in mid September. Odagmia ornata: it lives in various water bodies from small streams to large rivers. Larvae and pupae inhabit vegetation in water bodies and various objects. The species is unpretentious to water temperature and develops at temperatures from 4 to 21 oC and water flow rate 0.3–0.9 m/s with the required content of oxygen dissolved in water 42–82%. Three generations are recorded per year. The emergence and pupation of the first generation of adults is observed in early and mid-May, when the water temperature reaches 8–10 oС, and the second generation in July when the water temperature is from 11 to 22 oС. The third generation is observed in late August – early September, when the water temperature is 16–19 oC. It is considered an active blood-sucking insect for domestic animals.

Abstract (sommario):
The problems of adaptation and integration of ethnic migrants into the Russian society become more and more acute, due to the intensification of migration processes in the modern world and the involvement of the Russian Federation in them. Nearly 38 million children participate in the international migration, and many of them meet difficulties with the access to qualitative education, and have to pass through an enduring and tricky way of linguistic, cultural, social and psychological adaptation. The structure of conventional cultural and communicative, natural and geographical contacts, interactions of a child with his family and relatives is destroying, a child is stressed and experiences the crisis of identity, has to rethink and reinvent values and social regulations. The listed problems contribute to the increase of social disadaptation of ethnic migrants’ children; generate the situation of their potential failure in the future. Inside the society, accepting migrants, these problems complicate the structure of interethnic relations and links, and sometimes it becomes a ground for inter-ethnic tension. In the Russian Federation, the problem of adaptation of children from the families of ethnic migrants also becomes quite urgent, especially in the sphere of education. The author of the article has been researching this theme during the latest 20 years, and in 2019–2020 this research is made in the frames of the project “Integration of the children of ethnic migrants’ families via education: the methodical and consultative support of schools and kindergartens in the regions of the Russian Federation”, where 32 educational organizations in ten regions participate. The article illustrates a series of problems connected with the adaptation of migrant children, using the materials of the research made in the Ryazan’ and Kaluga regions. These children are mostly migrants of one-and-a-half or the second generation, and their families came to Russia from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan. Several paragraphs refer to the problems of adaptation to school of the Gypsy children. Basing on the results of the analysis, the author names main restrictions that prevent schools from the organization of intensive work aimed at linguistic, social and cultural adaptation of ethnic migrants’ children. She also defines main problems restraining the integration of the children from ethnic migrants’ families into the Russian educational environment and Russian society.

Abstract (sommario):
The article deals with the evolution of Western theories of international relations in the postSoviet Russia, it analyzes the world view of Russian international scholars, as well as their reflection on the epistemological foundations of the probable Russian IR school. It states that pluralization of theoretical approaches continues in Russia, while liberalism is gradually givingup to realism on the way to the dominant theory. Constructivism is gaining popularity and postmodernism remains without followers. Russian international studies are structured by a long-standing debate about the identity of Russia. "Westerners" continue to argue with "Slavophiles."Sometimes these arguments translate into a cry for building independent national school of international relations, thereby exacerbating the problem of epistemological relativism. The bases for the school may be found in Russian spiritual philosophy, the Tartu-Moscow school of semiotics, Russian cultural studies, postcolonial tradition of national historical science.

Abstract (sommario):
Russia's cooperation with international community in finding ways of addressing global energy security, serves its national interests on international arena. International Institute of Energy Policy and Diplomacy (IIEPD) was established at MGIMO University in February 2000, in accordance with the decision of the Academic Council of the 30 th of November 1999 and in the framework of an agreement with the International Academy of the fuel and energy complex. IIEPD combines two important aspects of foreign policy studies - energy and diplomacy. For the first time in Russia it launched a multi-level training in the field of energy diplomacy and geopolitics, and international energy cooperation. The immediate cause of the creation of IIEPD was an urgent demand on the part of major government agencies and leading oil, gas and energy companies for specialists with qualifications necessary to address the issues in the international energy cooperation and integration of the Russian fuel and energy sector in the world economy: - Energy Policy and Diplomacy; - International law; - World Economy and Finance; - International Management and Marketing. Abstract (sommario):
Out of all the departments of political sciences in Russia - the Department at MGIMO-University is probably the oldest one. In fact it is very young. While MGIMO-University is celebrating its 70th anniversary the Department of Political Sciences turns 15. Despite the fact that political analyst is a relatively new profession in Russia, it acquired a legal standing only in the 1990s, the political science school at MGIMO-University is almost as old as the university itself. Unlike many other universities, focused on the training teachers of political science or campaign managers MGIMO-University has developed its own unique political science school of "full cycle", where students grow into political sciences from a zero level up to the highest qualifications as teachers and researchers, and campaign managers, consultants and practitioners. The uniqueness of the school of political science at MGIMO-University allows its institutional incarnation -the Department of Political Science - to offer prospective studentsa training in a wide range of popular specialties and specializations, while ensuring a deep theoretical and practical basis of the training. Studying at MGIMO-University traditionally includes enhanced linguistic component (at least two foreign languages). For students of international relations and political science learning foreign languages is particularly important. It allows not only to communicate, but also to produce expertise and knowledge in foreign languages.

Abstract (sommario):
The article examines the evolution of institutional international cooperation in the field of historical science and analyzes the role of Russia in this process at the present stage. Considering the crisis state of the International Committee of Historical Sciences, which for a long time determined the international contacts of historians, today there is a need to create new platforms for the international historical community. Russia can play a special role in this, having sufficient experience in organizing major scientific events and rich human resources to formulate the scientific agenda. Over the past two years, several events have taken place in Russia at once, in which, based on the principles of science diplomacy, a new impetus was given to the modernization of school curricula in history and methods of teaching history, taking into account the study of international experience. Based on the results of the international conference “History Textbook for the Future. A New Look”, with the participation of the author of history textbooks from around the world, an important decision was made to create an international working group, which at the first stage will develop methodological recommendations for secondary school teachers around the world on teaching specific topics from world history. It seems that this group will eventually turn into an international platform for the development of international cooperation between historians.

Abstract (sommario):
The current international processes and events, world politics at the beginning of the 21 century have once again clearly demonstrated that their meaning often emerges through the historical context without which the understanding of what is happening is hardly possible. Rector of MGIMO A.V. Torkunov in his talk on International relations as an educational discipline remarked that "as for sciences the basis of professionalism is mathematical skills and competencies, for international relations such a basis is history". Historical disciplines are taught at MGIMO from the very start of education process. MGIMO is one of the leading centers of research in the fields of history, political sciences and humanities. Here, in different years academics E.V. Tarle, L.N. Ivanov, V.G. Trukhanovskiy, A.L. Narochnitskiy and other prominent scholars and historians taught. Historical School of MGIMO has united important areas of historical science: the history of political processes in the twentieth century, modern history, the history of international relations and diplomacy, historical regional studies and cultural studies, oriental, philosophy and theory of history. The best traditions of the MGIMO historical school incorporated by its founders, make the foundation of its development at present. In 1992, the Department of MGIMO world and national history was established. The principle innovation was the combination of two components - historical education and historical science. This made it possible to present the story of Russia as an important part of the world history, opened up prospects for the implementation of comparative history, the synthesis of specific historical approaches and generalized global vision of civilization and human development. The historical school has realised a number of research projects, including "Alexander Nevsky" and the multi-volume "Great Victory", the work continues on a research project "Russia in the Modern World", and on a project "Synchronous History", etc.

Abstract (sommario):
Due to the modernization of education system, one of the most important task of educational organizations is to assist in the process of human selfactualization and self-development. According to the Federal state brand-new educational standard , to the Law on Education in Russia, and to the national educational initiative Our new school, the emphasis in educational practice is gradually shifts towards support for the formation of the personality of the individual, of his capacity for self-realization. As one of the conditions that can provide self-development of students in modern-term educational practice supports extracurricular activities, which today has a special role in the development and education of the younger generation. According to information on launch of FSES of primary education, extracurricular activities should be understood as educational activities carried out in the forms of non-class-lesson, and aimed at achieving the expected results of development of the basic educational program of primary education. The article presents the author´s vision of constructing models, that is to support self-development of students in extracurricular activities in the development of the FSES of primary general education in rural schools. The model is based on the principles of flexibility, variability, individualization, creative interaction of all participants of the educational process, and is to pay attention on individual characteristics of students and accept the regional features of educational environment of rural schools. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the structural components of the model, the conditions of its realization in educational practice. The structural model consists of three units: methodical, informational and psycho-pedagogical, their implementation relies are based on the adequate mechanisms for psychological and pedagogical support of students (active basis of claims for recognition of motifs in the hierarchical subordination ,domination of moral norms , the motive of self-acceptance and the desire for self-development, prevention and correction of negative psychological formations. An important aspect of the model is to provide the author´s technology-monitoring measurements of the results of its operations on each structural unit (methodical, psychological and pedagogical, informational). The proposed model of self-support of students in extracurricular activities in the development of the FSES of primary general education in rural schools, can be widely used in the regional educational practice in the context of the organization of extracurricular activities of younger students. Currently testing model is performed on the basis of rural schools of Yukhnovskiy area of the Kaluga region. The study is conducted with the financial support of the Government of RHF and the Kaluga region, the project 14-16-40007 a (r).

Abstract (sommario):
The authors analyze modern manifestations of violence in educational establishments, such as school shootings and cyberbullying. Cyberbullying and, to a greater degree, school shootings remain practically unresearched by Russian legal scholars, while foreign authors stress the necessity of their research with the purpose of identifying the determinants of deviant behavior and optimizing its prevention. The authors used the materials of criminal cases to study the criminological characteristics of cyberbullying and school shootings, and identified their close interconnection. They analyzed and specified the conceptual framework, offered a classification of school shootings, and described their main types. It is stated that mass murders in educational establishments are an independent criminal phenomenon not connected with the concept of a terrorist attack, involvement of young people into extremist activities or driving an adolescent to a suicide. A general criminological description of school shootings is presented: the authors show its dynamics in Russia and abroad and single out its key determinants. The criminological features of the personality of the criminal are described using the following indices: gender, age, education, specifics of upbringing, moral and psychological traits, specifics of goals and ambitions, etc. It is stated that in the overwhelming majority of cases attacks in educational establishments were carried out by males of 14–18 years old. Most perpetrators had skills in the use of firearms. The authors examined foreign publications on the topic and conducted a comparative analysis of the spread of school shootings and cyberbullying in Russia, the USA and the EU countries from the standpoint of situational approach. It was determined that the overwhelming number of cases of school shootings registered in the world history happened in the USA, while in the EU the cases were evidently sporadic. In Russia in the last seven years there has been a trend for annual mass murders in educational institutions. Using the analysis of foreign experience and the results of a large-scale interviewing of schoolchildren and teachers in different regions of Russia, the authors suggest measures of preventing school shootings and cyberbullying while taking into account specific national features.

Abstract (sommario):
The paper analyzes the relationship between private and public social transfers in Russia. The research relies on the data from the Russian Longitudinal Monitoring Survey (RLMS-HSE) carried out by the Higher School of Economics in 1994–2018. The household is the unit of the analysis, the method of logistic regression is applied. The study has shown that when a household receives public social transfers, it is less likely to receive private transfers. So, the findings appear to bear out the hypothesis that public transfers crowd out private transfers in Russia.

Abstract (sommario):
This article reviews the emergence and content of textbook system for “Mother School”, written by the court poet and educator Karion Istomin for Grand Duke Alexei Petrovich of Russia. The concept belonged to grandmother of Alexei Petrovich – Grand Duchess Natalia Kirillovna, who enrolled her son Peter to “Mother School” at the age of 3 instead of usual 5. The idea of preschool education was advanced by the prominent pedagogue John Amos Comenius based on his concept of developmental psychology. The very thought that a child is not a small adult and his perception transforms with age  was innovative for the Age of Scientific Revolution. In the countries of Central and Western Europe, where John Amos Comenius pursued his activity, promotion of this thought encountered difficulties. Although in Russia, where the works of Comenius enjoyed wide popularity, was created a solid foundation for assimilation of this thought. All children of the Romanov family (there is no records on education of their predecessors) received multiple educational toys and visual materials, which were purchased at first, and later illustrated in books. By combining the  Russian tradition with the ideas of Comenius, Karion Istomin the entire series of books, in which upbringing and education was in the form of pictures and poems to them. The most famous book, which retains its relevance today, is the unique Russian Alphabet Book (Bukvar). The author is first to examine the entire system of these textbooks, which mark gradual transformation from visual learning to logical.

Abstract (sommario):
The helminthofauna of Bombina bombina (Linnaeus, 1761) has been studied to an unequal degree in different parts of the habitat. Thus, it has been studied in more detail in the west of its range (in the countries of central and eastern Europe) and in less detail in the center (in Belarus and Ukraine). There were few data on helminths of this host in the east of its range (in Russia). For the first time, an inventory of the helminthofauna in B. bombina was carried out for populations in the Volga River Basin. The results of our own research are presented and supplemented with information from other authors. We summarized scattered data on helminths from 390 specimens of amphibians collected over more than 40 years in the territory of five regions: Kaluga and Samara regions, the Republics of Mordovia, Tatarstan and Bashkortostan. The helminthofauna includes 21 species from three classes: Trematoda (15), Chromadorea (5) and Clitellata (1). For each species, we give the systematic position, localization, places of detection, geographical distribution and characteristics of the life cycle. The leech Helobdella stagnalis (Linnaeus, 1758) was first recorded in the European fire-bellied toad in Europe. Four species of trematodes are new to this amphibian species in Russia: Haematoloechus abbreviatus (Bychowsky, 1932), Paralepoderma cloacicola (Luhe, 1909), larvae, Tylodelphys excavata (Rudolphi, 1803), larvae and Astiotrema monticelli (Stossich, 1904), larvae. Another species of trematode – Strigea strigis (Schrank, 1788), larvae – was first recorded in this host within the boundaries of the Volga Basin. A specific parasite is the trematode Haematoloechus abbreviatus (Bychowsky, 1932). The number and composition of the species of helminths of the European fire-bellied toad vary in different regions; the structure of the helminth fauna is generally stable and includes three groups of species: adult and larval stages of trematodes, adult nematodes-geohelminths. The results of the study create a database for further population studies and contribute to the development of ideas about the distribution and formation of the amphibian helminth fauna in Europe, Russia and the Volga Basin.

The frequency of myopia reached 26 % among of school graduates in 2000. In case of graduates from gymnasiums and lyceums — 50 %. The share of severe form of myopia 10–12 %. A pilot study was conducted. The prevalence of myopia was estimated in schoolchildren of 1, 5 and 11 classes in some Russian regions (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Igevsk, Ivanovo). Objectively cycloplegic refraction was studied in 3659 schoolchildren. During the entire period of being at school emmetropia was the most common type of refraction. In 5 and 11 classes myopia was more often refractive errors. The prevalence of myopia among 1th classes schoolchildren was 2.4 %, among 5th classes — 19.7 %, 11th classes — 38.6 %. In children studying in lyceums the prevalence of myopia was significantly higher (p < 0.01). Already in the 1 classes of gymnasiums and lyceums myopic children were 7.5 %, while in regular schools only 1.4 %. In 11 classes of lyceums the share of myopic children was 50.7%, in regular schools it was 30.9 %. This confirms the influence of education on the prevalence of myopia as an additive factor. The study of the myopia prevalence should be continued in different regions and municipalities to the subsequent development the rational programs for prevention of development and the progression of myopia in school.

Abstract (sommario):
The relevance of the article stems from the importance of a qualitative study of the tasks of inspection inspections of schools in Soviet Russia, which was used by the state as a control over the process of building a new school. A century later, inspection tasks have a similar focus. In addition, the inspection and control activities in the schools of the Kursk region in the first revolutions and the civil War have not been studied, which increases the relevance of the presented material. The purpose of the article is to define the tasks of inspecting schools in Russia in 1921-1923. The objectives of the article follow from the goal and are to: to determine the timing of the creation of the Soviet inspection apparatus of schools; to formulate the tasks of the inspection of the Soviet school; to indicate the specifics of the inspection of school institutions in the counties of the Kursk province. The methodology of the article is based on the principles of historicism, objectivity and consistency, which are supplemented by special methods, which include historical-legal, historical-comparative and historical-typological. Result. After the establishment of Soviet power in Russia, a new educational doctrine is being formed. Control over its implementation in schools was carried out by the inspection apparatus. It was built on new principles. The inspectors were faced with tasks related to monitoring the implementation of the instructions of the new government in the field of public education. The inspectors were trained in special courses, but the main professional criterion of the inspector was the acceptance and dissemination of the ideology of state power. In the Kursk region, the process of creating an inspection apparatus was completed in 1923, but a thorough study of schools in the outback began in 1924. An important area of control was the execution in school institutions of decrees, resolutions and orders of the Central Executive Committee and the SNK on public education. Based on the inspectors' reports, new directives were developed. Conclusions. The change of the state-political system in Russia predetermined fundamental changes in the education system, which were controlled by a specially created inspectorate. The education system was based on principles different from the "old" school. The goal of the Soviet government was to build a labor school and, as a result, the conformity of the educational and educational process with the principles of the labor school. The inspection apparatus, which controls the implementation of the ideological principles of power, was a supervisory body and a connecting element between educational institutions and public education departments.

Abstract (sommario):
Health is a comprehensive phenomenon with many determinants. The influence of environmental conditions on human health poses challenges for public health scientists. One of the main issues is the availability and relevance of the data on public health, including such indicators as morbidity and decease prevalence. In this study, we overcome this obstacle by using micro data on self-reported health from the Russia Longitudinal Monitoring Survey of Higher School of Economics. The study analyses the influence of environmental conditions on individual self-rated health in Russia, taking into account the heterogeneity of coefficients among self-rated health levels. We used generalised ordered probit model with random effects and embedded procedure for parallel line assumption violation testing. The characteristics of air, water and the quantity of pollutants in each region were considered as independent factors. The study showed significant negative influence of environmental factors on self-rated health throughout Russia. It is also demonstrated that higher self-rated health estimates are given by respondents whose level of education is no lower than that of vocational or trade school, who are married, and who are regularly engaged in physical activity. The results obtained can be used to improve regional state programmes aimed at improving the quality of life of the population in groups with different levels of health, for example, to the development and targeting of a set of health policy measures. Additionally, these findings can be utilised in programmes to improve the quality of the environment, which can increase the overall level of self-assessment of health in a particular region.

The article presents the author’s concept of institutionalization of Russian philosophical and cultural research at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE). The peculiarities of its creation and implementation are set by the direction of development, which characterizes the process of transformation of Russian universities into world-class project-research universities. The Institute is an innovative interdisciplinary project, which comprehensively carries out both fundamental research, expert-analytical, project-educational work, and educational activities in the broad subject area of Russian humanities research. This article introduces the scientific community to the main goals and objectives of a large institutional project in the field of research on the intellectual history of Russia, modern Russian studies, philosophy of Russian history and culture, philosophy of Russian literature and art, as well as the forms and directions of work and thematic content of the planned research center. In the medium term, the projected Institute is positioned as a scientific and expert-analytical platform, forming actual knowledge about Russia and influencing the intellectual process in Russia and abroad. It acts as a significant link in the scientific and educational ecosystem of a modern university, an example of which is the National Research University Higher School of Economics. The planned theoretical result, on the one hand, is the development of new methodological approaches in the study of spiritual, cultural and intellectual heritage of Russia, on the other hand – the enrichment of the tools of philosophy and cultural studies in their interaction with the methodology of other humanities. Justifying the practical significance of the project, the author believes that such an organizational model allows combining the academic level of research in the cultural history of Russia and the history of thought with the analysis and expertise of current socio-cultural processes and value transformations taking place in Russian society.

Abstract (sommario):
Artificial intelligence currently remains a topical issue for the development of content in school education in informatics and information and communication technologies. Artificial intelligence technologies are included in the school curriculum back in 2021 and are already being studied in almost half of secondary schools in Russia, and by the end of 2024 it is planned that artificial intelligence issues will be studied in most Russian schools. When studying these issues, schoolchildren often demonstrate increased motivation for the material. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to share with the pedagogical community the results of a survey of participants in the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence 2022 regarding artificial intelligence trends. Some results in the article are presented in comparison with the responses of schoolchildren to a similar survey in 2021. The expressed opinions of schoolchildren make it possible both to identify gaps in the modern school informatics course on this issue, and to identify new directions for the development of educational content that will be most in demand, according to modern schoolchildren, in their future professions in the context of the digital transformation of society.

Abstract (sommario):
Relevance. In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in the study of trepel, the mass fraction of zeolite in which reaches 50%. The purpose of this study was to assess the cytotoxic effect of the Zikeyevsky field trepel on the cells of the cow embryo lung (CEL).Methods. To characterize cytotoxicity, 6 fractions of trepel were selected (mining quarry — Zikeyevskoye deposit of Zhizdrinsky district of Kaluga region) with particle sizes: no. 1 — 0.03 mm, no. 2 — 0,03–0,06 mm, no. 3 — 0,09–0,15 mm, no. 4 — 0,15–0,3 mm, no. 5 — 0,3–0,5 mm. To determine cytotoxicity, zeolite suspensions were prepared on a DMEM maintenance medium in concentrations 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 1000 micrograms/ ml. As a model for determining the toxicity of trepeles, a transplanted cell line of CEL (epithelium of the lung embryo of a cow) obtained from a Collection of vertebrate cell cultures (ICiG RAS, Russia) was selected. The cells were grown on a DMEM medium with the addition of 10% fetal bovine serum ("HyClone", USA), penicillin and streptomycin (100 IU/ml each), 20 mM glutamine ("Sigma-Aldrich", USA) in 96-well tablets ("Costar", USA) at +37 °C in an atmosphere of 5% CO2. Cell viability was assessed by the activity of mitochondrial dehydrogenase according to the standard method. Statistical data processing was performed using "GraphPad Prism 6.0" software (USA). The experiments were carried out in 5 repeats, p ≤ 0.05 was taken as a statistically significant level.Results. It was found that concentrations of all fractions of trepels up to 100 micrograms/ml do not have a cytotoxic effect on the studied cells. A significant cytopathogenic effect is manifested in the concentration range of 300–1000 micrograms/ml; is in a positive correlation with the size of trepel particles — the proportion of necrotic cells when processing monolayers with maximum concentrations is up to 99.7±2.9%, which may be due to the mechanical effect of large mineral particles on cellular structures.

Abstract (sommario):
The research note focuses on the issues of eating behaviour of young people in Arkhangelsk. The authors analyze the dynamics of general indicators of morbidity and mortality from diseases of the digestive system in the regions of the Arctic zone and substantiate the relevance of nutrition studies in these regions. Based on the results of the survey conducted in 2018 at schools, colleges and universities in Arkhangelsk, the authors show that a significant part of the youth have irregular eating habits and characterise the structure of their own nutrition as unsatisfactory. University students show a greater commitment to balanced nutrition than college students, but it is college and university students that disregard frequency of nutrition, which can be a consequence of inadequate catering arrangement and its affordability at local schools.

Abstract (sommario):
Purpose: In an article prepared on the basis of the conclusion of the Russian Scientific Commission on Radiological Protection (RSCRP) at the Department of Medical Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences "Assessment of the radiological consequences of the Chernobyl accident after 35 years according to the National Radiation and Epidemiological Register" (NRER), the main conclusions of the large-scale radiation-epidemiological studies carried out. Material and methods: The work uses information NRER – liquidators of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident and the Branch Register of FMBA of Russia – liquidators. When assessing the excess relative risk of malignant neoplasms, the EPICURE. Results: The current status of the National Radiation and Epidemiological Register, which is currently functioning within the framework of the Law of the Russian Federation of 30.12.2012 No. 329-FZ “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in terms of ensuring that changes in the health status of certain categories of citizens are taken into account exposed to radiation". For the first time in an integral form, the article presents the medical radiological consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant for the population of Russia. It was found that an increase in the incidence of thyroid cancer due to incorporated exposure to 131I was found in a cohort of children and adolescents (28 856 people) who received radiation doses of more than 200 mGy in 1986. There was no increase in the incidence of thyroid cancer among the adult population. Analysis of the incidence of solid cancers in the territories of the Bryansk, Kaluga, Tula and Oryol regions contaminated with radionuclides did not reveal an increase in the frequency of this pathology for children and adults. It is shown that in the cohort of liquidators of the Chernobyl accident, who received radiation doses of more than 150 mGy (35 303 people), an increase in the incidence of leukemia during the first 11 years after the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and solid cancers was revealed in comparison with the spontaneous level. Conclusions: The article points out serious limitations associated with a high degree of uncertainty in the received personal dosimetric data on liquidators in 1986–1987. and the need to use the total dose from all types of radiation (professional, emergency, medical, natural) to calculate the radiation risk. RSCRP emphasizes the high urgency of continuing work on reducing the uncertainty of dosimetry data and assessing the radiological consequences of the Chernobyl accident based on a comprehensive analysis of the NRER data.
