Abstract (sommario):
Background The aim of this study was to explore whether sail training using a VSail® simulator would allow people with spinal cord injuries (SCI) to learn to sail in a safe controlled environment and then sail competently on the water in wind of moderate strength (12 knots). A battery of physical tests and questionnaires was used to evaluate possible improvements in health and well-being as a consequence of participation in the trial. Methods Twenty participants were recruited with the assistance of their physicians from The International Center for Spinal Cord Injury, Kennedy Krieger Institute. Inclusion criteria were SCI >6 months previously, medically stable, with no recent (1 month or less) inpatient admission for acute medical or surgical issues. All neurological SCI levels (C1-S1) were eligible. All subjects followed a programme of instruction leading to mastery of basic sailing techniques (steering predetermined courses, sail trimming, tacking, gybing and mark rounding). Results Not all participants completed the study for various reasons. Those that did were seven males and six females, six with tetraplegia and seven with paraplegia. The mean age was 45 years (23 to 63) and the average time since injury was 14.7 years (2 to 38 years). At the end of the course subjects were able to perform the sailing maneuvers and navigate a triangular racecourse on the simulator’s display in 12 knots of wind within a pre-set time. At 6 weeks post completion of training most subjects showed a decrease in depression, physical and social limitations, and an improvement in physical tests. These improvements were maintained or increased in most participants by 12 weeks, but not others. Conclusions The primary objective of the trial was achieved as all participants who completed the VSail® training were able to sail on the water at the Downtown Sailing Center in Baltimore.

Abstract (sommario):
The shipping industry is important for the development of the world economy. Only merchant ships around the world sail more than 50,000 units to maintain the flow of international trade, and they employ more than 1.5 million sailors representing almost all nationalities of the globe. However, in terms of the impact of modern digital technologies, Morgan Stanley defines maritime transport as a «lagging sector».To ensure the sustainability of the shipping industry, the professional community has developed international frameworks and conventions that dictate various aspects of shipping such as design, operation, staffing and training. Among other things, it is important that the vessels are managed by highly qualified sailors. The requirements of the industry for professional training are focused on the training of seafarers who can not only manage ships effectively, but also ensure the care of the environment and the safety of passengers and crew members.According to the analysts of the International Maritime Organization, the prosperity of shipping requires a highX quality, motivated and properly qualified workforce, and, therefore, it is necessary to revise and bring the education and training of seafarers in line with the changing requirements and challenges of digitalization.

Abstract (sommario):
On-Board Training System (OBTS), which binds the simulator training with real equipment training and use of simulation technology, embedded simulation training into platform of real weapons, using real weapons system for high-fidelity training. OBTS can be used for training purposes to individual, department and whole ship while it is in port, under sail or in active service without disturbing its mission. This paper first introduces the principle of OBTS, and summarizes the status of the development of domestic and international on-board training system. Based on the training scale of system, OBTS is divided into three levels. Related technologies to achieve OBTS are analyzed. Navy's training system is shifted from the shore-based to on-board and from a single system to the level of cooperative training. Thus, the development of OBTS, and by the top-level design, introducing the design of OBTS in warship design phase has a very real sense to Navy.

Abstract (sommario):
The International Maritime Organization (IMO) since September 8, 2017, has implemented the Ballast Water Management (BWM) Convention as an effort to protect the maritime environment from ballast water pollution. The ballast water is water used by ships to maintain stability when the ship is unloaded to sail safely. This study aims to determine to what extent the understanding of PIP Semarang cadets in the 7th and 8th semesters of Post Sea Project to the BWM Convention. The research method used is an analytic description with a cross-sectional approach using questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The sample consisted of 49 cadets majoring in the Deck and Engine departments. The study results indicated that most of the respondents do not understand the BWM Convention correctly. On the question of when BWM was enacted, the correct answer was 2.04%. On the question of when Indonesia ratified the BWM, the correct answer was 0%. On the question of how the implementation of BWM for the D-1 standard (ballast exchange) was 2.04% and the D-2 standard (ballast treatment) is 4.08%. However, on the question about the importance of handling ballast water 34.69% answered correctly, which means that they know the dangers of ballast water and it is very important to handle it so as not to impact health and environment. The suggestion is to disseminate the information to cadets through seminars, including marine pollution courses or special training on ballast water.

Abstract (sommario):
The world of assisted reproductive technology is rapidly expanding worldwide with new improvements and constantly developed techniques. Two of the important factors affecting the success of any centre are the reproductive clinician and the embryologist. While training programme for reproductive clinician has been established, less so is said for embryologist. As the pioneer and leading fertility centre amongst universities in the country, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre (UKMMC) is making steps towards introducing a clinical embryology programme that is hoping to set a standard for embryologist training for the country and region. Fertility preservation is an area of assisted reproduction that is fast gaining recognition. It gives hope, especially to young oncologic patients for future reproduction. International success with ovarian tissue cryopreservation and reimplantation culminating with the first birth in 2004 gives hope to these patients. With the current plans of expansion and training of our reproductive centre, an oncofertility unit with ovarian cryopreservation facilities will be soon established to cater to the needs of the country.

The average quality of Chinese talents, especially international talents, is falling behind the international level. For the introduction of high-level international talents, the evaluation of the cultivation quality of high-level international talents is an important factor, and this work is a basis of the said matter. However, most of the existing works related to this topic are just about the definitions of high-level international talents, their features, and importance, or discussions of other aspects. This paper aims to study the evaluation of the cultivation quality of international talents based on deep learning. At first, the paper gave a framework for the ideas of international talent cultivation, established an Evaluation Index System (EIS) containing 4 basic elements for such evaluation, and emphasized the importance of the training and testing of professional business English. At first, the paper gave a framework for the ideas of international talent cultivation, and established an Evaluation Index System (EIS) containing 4 basic elements for such evaluation. Then, this paper proposed the evaluation flow, and adopted an Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) algorithm to the analysis of the quality change during the cultivation process of international talents. After that, for the change trend of the cultivation quality of international talents at different time scales, this paper applied a Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) network for training and obtained the corresponding predicted quality value. At last, experimental results verified the effectiveness of the proposed model in predicting the cultivation quality evaluation of international talents.

Abstract (sommario):
Legal transactions have permeated every aspect of our life. Much of this is accomplished through legal translators who, by their outputs, impact our personal and professional future. That said, this article seeks to tackle the challenges and opportunities in preparing legal translators for professional practice. The article is a quality review in its nature which adopts the descriptive approach. The interactionist perspective is adopted in this present article to examine the challenges faced by and the opportunities offered to legal translators under training. This examination is placed within the context of the rapidly evolving translation industry and its related interdisciplinary research, which covers the technology and legal translation, quality in legal translation, and training pathways for legal translators. The subjective perspective is acknowledged as the human experience is involved to explain the individual phenomena within broader context of legal translation profession. The article draws that there is a need to make changes in the legal translation status because we need to improve the translator’s perception of their role. Moreover, training models adopted to prepare legal translators have to be updated by revising the outdated practices of legal translation, and integrating the social role to face the new challenges as the translators are the intercultural mediators who facilitate the international legal communication.

Abstract (sommario):
Introduction:Internationally, Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) activities are conducted under the International Criminal Police Organization system for handling a large number of bodies during disasters. However, the police have taken the initiative and commissioned clinicians and dentists to estimate the cause of death and identify the deceased, under a unique system in Japan. In this presentation, we examine the problems in the current DVI activities in Japan through DVI training.Method:We held DVI training sessions three times in preparation for the occurrence of a large-scale disaster in Chiba Prefecture with Chiba Prefectural Police, Chiba Medical Association, Chiba Dental Association, local government staff in Chiba, and forensic staff in other institutions. We conducted desktop trainings using paper dolls, under a simulation of an aircraft disaster, and a natural disaster such as flooding and landslides caused by typhoon damage in the third session. After the training, participants reflected on their activities through a questionnaire. Results:In accordance with the conventional method, the police officers numbered the bodies, photographed and checked their personal belongings, followed by the estimation of the cause of death with a doctor, the preparation of documents. Subsequently, dentists collected postmortem findings and matched with antemortem data. On the other hand, police officers and local government staff interviewed the bereaved family members under simulations. In the post-survey, participants were generally satisfied with the training, but some said that it was difficult to understand the activities of other professions. Conclusion:In Japan, where there are no DVI teams, this training was a good opportunity for all the job categories involved in DVI activities to meet each other. While the activities conducted by each profession helped to improve skills, the collaboration among professions was poor. We would like to improve the quality of DVI activities by introducing a team system for collaboration among multiple professions.

Abstract (sommario):
The article is devoted to the generalization of international experience regarding the involvement of convicted women in work, professional training and education in order to promote their resocialization. The process of engaging convicted women in work and vocational training is analyzed on the example of countries with a developed penitentiary system, and the ways of solving their employment while serving their sentence are highlighted. It is noted that education and vocational training of convicts, in particular women, is an effective way to reduce the level of recidivism, and makes it possible to reduce the costs of maintaining offenders convicted of repeated crimes. World experience in this field is one of the most important sources of progressive innovative ideas. It is an integral part of international penitentiary cooperation. Today, the international cooperation of the penitentiary system of Ukraine is carried out in the following areas: implementation of international projects and implementation of foreign experience on humanitarian grounds; implementation of conclusions and recommendations of UN and Council of Europe bodies. The penitentiary system of our country has the closest ties with the countries of Germany, France, Switzerland, and England. Despite the national and other specificities of these countries, the application of their experience will save time and avoid mistakes in the development of the activities of institutions that carry out criminal punishments, take into account local conditions and significantly improve our system of resocialization of persons who are in prisons. It should be said that the experience of foreign countries in terms of labor involvement of those sentenced to imprisonment is divided, in some - labor involvement is mandatory, in others - it is carried out at his will. In Ukraine, those sentenced to imprisonment have the right to work on a voluntary basis on the basis of a civil law contract or an employment contract concluded between the convict and a natural person - an entrepreneur or a legal entity, for whom the convicts perform work or provide services. Thus, it is expedient to analyze the process of engaging convicts, in particular women, to work on the example of a country with a developed penitentiary system and to identify ways of solving their employment while serving their sentence. After all, professional training is one of the most important educational and rehabilitation programs that can be organized in prisons.

Abstract (sommario):
Contemporary nutrition guidelines promote a variety of periodized and time-sensitive recommendations, but current information regarding the knowledge and practice of these strategies among world-class athletes is limited. The aim of this study was to investigate this theme by implementing a questionnaire on dietary periodization practices in national/international level female (n = 27) and male (n = 21) middle- and long-distance runners/race-walkers. The questionnaire aimed to gain information on between and within-day dietary choices, as well as timing of pre- and posttraining meals and practices of training with low or high carbohydrate (CHO) availability. Data are shown as percentage (%) of all athletes, with differences in responses between subgroups (sex or event) shown as Chi-square x2 when p < .05. Nearly two-thirds of all athletes reported that they aim to eat more food on, or after, hard training days. Most athletes said they focus on adequate fueling (96%) and adequate CHO and protein (PRO) recovery (87%) around key sessions. Twenty-six percent of athletes (11% of middle vs 42% of long-distance athletes [x2 (1, n = 46) = 4.308, p = .038, phi = 0.3])) reported to undertake training in the fasted state, while 11% said they periodically restrict CHO intake, with 30% ingesting CHO during training sessions. Our findings show that elite endurance athletes appear to execute pre- and post-key session nutrition recovery recommendations. However, very few athletes deliberately undertake some contemporary dietary periodization approaches, such as training in the fasted state or periodically restricting CHO intake. This study suggests mismatches between athlete practice and current and developing sports nutrition guidelines.

Abstract (sommario):
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to identify themes on international experiences that impact culture and how these findings will intervene in understanding cross-cultural training programs. Thereby an attempt is made to: evaluate cross-cultural insensitivity influences on cross-cultural shock and willingness to adapt, identify cultural impressions over a short overseas period, provide some insights on cross-cultural training that will improve training practices for cross-cultural assignments. Design/methodology/approach A diary method was used to analyze the data using NVivo. This research uses diary studies because they have been popular in identifying factors that influence learners to learn, as well as found to be productive to achieve short term experiences. They allow for in-depth analysis, uncovering several findings unlike observation and interviews that cannot reach. In addition, diary text is said to give information on areas of social reality that are not contained in the text. Following this the study used the theme category frequencies to enable us to undertake non-parametric testing of contingency tables. Findings Several descriptors were identified in this study; the χ2-test indicates that there is a difference in cultural shock experiences on negative cultural sensitivity but no difference in positive cultural sensitivity which was found significant at the p=0.05 level. On the other hand there is a significant association between positive cultural sensitivity and willingness to adjust and no significant association between negative cultural sensitivity and willingness to adjust which was found significant at the p=0.05 level. Research limitations/implications This research shows how learning in higher education can take into account the experiences by which learners can use their knowledge and skills for future cross-cultural training in international careers. Practical implications These results can be useful in guiding vocational interests. The results of the research offer descriptors of an exploratory nature which can also be used as a reference analysis for consequent phases in cross-cultural training. Originality/value Research provides several descriptors on international culture such as culture shock, positive and negative intercultural sensitivity, and willingness to adapt, some of which were significant. Diary method to analyze data are used which is distinctive and unique to understand behavior.

Abstract (sommario):
The article is devoted to the problems of environmental education. The idea is expressed that the ecological education of the population is the most important means of overcoming the ecological crisis. A brief review of the definitions of the concept of “environmental education”, as well as some concepts of environmental education, is made. The main attention is paid to the complex concept of education, developed on the basis of the Moscow International University and the Laboratory for Cognitive Research of Consciousness named after Said Makhdikhon Sattorov under the guidance of Professor of RAE (RANS) Maira Makhaev. Methodological bases of the complex concept of training are revealed. The complex concept is based on the allocation of four blocks (the “knowledge” block, the methodological block, the skills and abilities block, the responsibility block), which are the parameters of any training. An idea was expressed about the possibility of introducing this concept into the system of environmental education, which will improve the quality of environmental education.

Abstract (sommario):
Albania is a country where very little has been said about intellectual and industrial property. The chosen topic is a necessary topic to be addressed as intellectual property is in great need of experts in this important field. Many certain individuals make works like in music, in various arts, poetry, various scientific articles, the production of a trademark in the market, but they do not know their rights and obligations arising from intellectual property. In this paper it is important treatment of the albanian legal framework versus the european legal framework related to intellectual property. The study of European Union directives and international court decisions is very important as it helps us make the necessary changes in the law by applying the principle of proportionality. It is also important in case of copyright infringement to have legal protection. Legal protection can be done with a lawyer or self-defense. Legal protection is very important as it is a principle recognized by the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). We live in the digital age where every service is available online, but high technology has brought many problems ranging from the physical and psychological formation of the child to the copyright infringement. This is a global issue and many websites have tried to protect the rights of copyright or inventor. Dealing with cases in a practical way would make the work more interesting, but also more practical. I have participated in conferences such as the NATO Model Conference, National and International Student Conferences and I have also conducted training in the field of legal protection of authors & inventors. In the trainings I participated in I received an important message was "Motivation is the important weapon of success".

Abstract (sommario):
Purpose – The purpose of this study is to account for gender gaps owing to a lack of education and training. Gender gaps pervade human activity. But little is known about forces reshaping gaps across career phases, from education to running a business. Such gaps may accumulate over one’s entrepreneurial career and widen or narrow due both to environmental forces that reconfigure the gap across career phases and to the gendering of competencies and benefits from education and training. Design/methodology/approach – A representative sample of 110,689 adults around the world was surveyed in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor. Gender-related effects were ascertained by odds ratios estimated by hierarchical modelling, controlling for country and attributes of individuals. Findings – Education and entrepreneurial training, both during and after formal schooling, are highly beneficial in developing competencies and during career phases – i.e. intending to start a business, starting a business, and running a business. Early gaps in human capital are reproduced as gaps in careers, and continuous disadvantages in the environment repeatedly widen gaps throughout a person’s entrepreneurial career. That said, gender gaps are reduced slightly over time as women gain greater benefit from training than men. Research limitations/implications – The cumulative effects of early gender gaps in education and training call for research on gendered learning, and recurrent gender effects across career phases call for research on gendering in micro-level contexts such as networks and macro-level contexts such as institutions. Practical implications – Understanding the gendering of human capital and careers has implications for policy and education aimed at developing human resources, especially for mobilising women. The finding that women gain greater benefit than men from training is informative for policies that foster gender equality and empower women pursuing careers. Originality/value – Conceptualising the entrepreneurial career as a sequence of several stages enables the assessment of gender gaps owing to initial disadvantages in education and to recurrent disadvantages on the career path.

Abstract (sommario):
Highlights There is a wide variance in neonatal and pediatric vascular access workforce models, training, and competency assessments. Pain control during procedures is critical for children, yet it is not consistently used. Procedural support has shown improved patient outcomes, yet is not standardly used for every distressful procedure. Core standards are needed to ensure proper training and support for the pediatric and neonatal vascular access clinicians. Background: Despite evidence to support best practice in neonatal and pediatric venipuncture delivery and procedural support, there are inconsistencies in practice. To inform future research, education, and workforce innovation, the Association for Vascular Access Pediatric Special Interest Group (PediSIG) developed and undertook a survey to describe the current vascular access practice for clinicians caring for neonatal and pediatric patients. Objective: Describe the current state of workforce models, training, and clinical practices surrounding pediatric and neonatal vascular access. Design: Cross-sectional, electronic survey using convenience sampling. Settings: International clinicians who provide vascular access (peripheral intravenous catheter insertion, venipuncture for blood sampling) for neonatal and pediatric patients. Methods: An electronic survey was developed by the PediSIG. The survey covered workforce models, clinician training and competency, pain relief, procedural support, and device securement. The electronic survey was then distributed to the PediSIG membership and shared among several neonatal/pediatric email lists. Data were analyzed descriptively, with an exploration of association between clinical outcomes, workforce, and training. Results There were 242 responses from 5 countries showing a wide variance of practice. Workforce models showed many different team names and responsibilities along with a variance of personnel and staffing hours. Clinician training was described as 4 hours or less by 44% (n = 69) of respondents. Less than half of the responses (47%; n = 99) reported having a formal procedure to escalate a patient to an expert care and not having a set number of max attempts before escalation. Only two-thirds (n = 115) of respondents said they had a standardized protocol for pain control and procedural support, with only 13% (n = 23) and 15% (n = 27), respectively, self-reporting that they always followed the protocol. Conclusions The respondents reported a wide variance in neonatal and pediatric vascular access procedures and the resources used to support this practice. Core standards need to be developed to help guide neonatal and pediatric clinicians and their institutions. Abstract (sommario):
The Philippine English curriculum aims to produce communicatively competent individuals, considering that Filipinos are known to be proficient in the use of the English language. However, there has been a poor performance of Filipino learners in international assessments, and their English proficiency has been declining over the recent years. The English curriculum in the Philippines plays a crucial role in the development of communicative competence of students. One of its principles that is said to be disjointed and is presumed to have affected the communicative competence of students is the spiral progression approach. Accordingly, this research aims to identify and to interpret the teachers’ implementation of the spiral progression approach in junior high school English in selected public schools in the second district of Ilocos Sur that could have influenced the communicative competence of students that prompted the Department of Education to revise the current Philippine curriculum. Findings revealed that teachers implemented the said approach. This was later substantiated through a documentary analysis and a semi-structured interview with the school managers. However, findings also revealed that there is an inconsistency in its implementation that can be linked to the poor performance of Filipino learners in international assessments. From these findings, it was concluded that teachers shall equip themselves with strategies and techniques through a series of training, and the reduction of learning competencies can address the broken continuity to ensure mastery. Hence, curriculum change is supported.

Abstract (sommario):
Background Existing evidence, predominantly from Western countries, has demonstrated that athletes’ hearts undergo structural, physiological, and electrical changes, leading to abnormal electrocardiogram readings that are said to be training-related. Athletes with non-training-related electrocardiographic abnormalities risk developing sudden cardiac death. The lack of studies on this issue in the Asian population warrants further exploration. Therefore, the aim of this study was to estimate the prevalence and predictive factors contributing to electrocardiogram abnormalities among athletes in Brunei. Methods A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on 100 athletes (median age 25.2 years) in 10 sporting disciplines, whose electrocardiogram readings and essential information was obtained. Results The prevalence of an abnormal electrocardiogram was 52% (95% confidence interval: 42.0%–62.0%), comprising training-related changes in 49% (95% confidence interval: 39.0%–59.0%) and non-training-related changes in 3% (95% confidence interval: 0.4%–6.4%). Athletes with a higher body mass index were 3.3-times (95% confidence interval: 1.47–9.58) more likely to have abnormal electrocardiogram readings. Athletes <25-years old (odds ratio = 0.25, 95% confidence interval: 0.07–0.81) and those who trained with low dynamic intensity (odds ratio = 0.33, 95% confidence interval: 0.12–0.93) were significantly less likely to have electrocardiogram abnormalities. Conclusions This is the first study reporting abnormal electrocardiograms among athletes in Brunei, which provides important information to relevant agencies involved in the preparation of Asian athletes for domestic or international competitions, particularly those with a higher body mass index and low dynamic training intensity.

IntroductionDifferences in psychiatry training vary substantially across Europe. Such organisations as the European Federation of Psychiatry Trainees (EFPT), the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology, and the European Psychiatry Association, have committed to offer international experiences based on the premise that it could foster international collaboration, aid early career professionals to progress professionally and spark discussion regarding different practices across Europe. To date, there are no studies that focus on the exchange experience in mental health professionals.ObjectivesWe present the synthesis of the first seven years answers from 2012 to 2019 to the post-exchange online evaluation form, which trainees had to fill in in order to receive an attendance certificate.MethodsThe present study analysed the answers of 182 psychiatry trainees or recent graduates who took part in the EFPT exchange program during 2012 and 2019 and filled in the internet-based evaluation form. The inclusion criteria were currently in training or recently finished training as a psychiatrist in Europe and filling in the questionnaire. The exclusion criterion was participation in the EFPT exchange program for the second or subsequent time. All trainees were systemically asked to complete the online evaluation form after the exchange period. The form includes sociodemographic, training in host country-related, and exchange experience-related questions. Experience measures were evaluated using the 4-point Likert scale. Data was anonymized before the analysis. The study followed the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.ResultsFrom the 198 individuals who filled the questionnaire, 182 were involved in final analyses. The majority of participants were females in the second half of their training. The average age was 29 years. The largest number of applicants were from Turkey, whereas the United Kingdom hosted the most participants. One-third of the participants had previous international exchange experience. Most trainees were exposed to both outpatient and inpatient treatment settings and were involved in educational or research activities. 96.7% of participants indicated that they were satisfied or very satisfied with the experience, 95.6% said that the exchange was useful or very useful, and 98.9% were likely or very likely to recommend exchange to colleagues. A description of trainees and exchange placements is presented in a table (couldn’t be uploaded).ConclusionsTo our knowledge, this study is the first to assess the experience of psychiatry trainees who went on exchange during their professional training. Vast majority of trainees were satisfied with their exchange, thought it would be useful for their clinical practice and would recommend it to their colleagues. These findings are in line with other studies that examined medical exchange experiences .Disclosure of InterestNone Declared

Abstract (sommario):
The peculiarities of financial audits conducted by the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine according to a methodology that meets the requirements of ISSAI are explored. The Financial Audit Manual with detailed instructions, audit procedures, and templates of audit documentation, elaborated by the Accounting Chamber and international partners in 2019, is considered. The analysis of the experience of 31 European SAIs showed that most of SAIs do not publish audit manuals, in particular, only SAI of Albania, Georgia, Lithuania, Moldova, and Romania provided free access to financial audit manuals. The methodological recommendations for conducting the financial audit by the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine, adopted and published in 2015, cover all the issues that are outlined in such manuals of SAIs from those countries..Besides, the risks of providing open access to the Financial Audit Manual, elaborated by the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine were detected. They are the risks of fraud by officials of audited entities, not detecting a material risks by auditors, the use of intellectual property of the Accounting Chamber for commercial purposes by other entities and reputational risks due to breach of agreements with international partners involved in the development of the manual. The Financial Audit Manual was tested on six financial audits conducted by the Accounting Chamber in 2019 and main results are analyzed in the paper. Significant deficiencies of internal control, fraud risks and risks associated with accounting, budgeting and financial reporting software, and the need of improvement in accounting policies, internal control and workflow in all audit entities were identified. Additionally,, the audit results are presented in a user-friendly format tailored to the needs of decision- makers, with an emphasis on issues that require rapid response. Based on the conducted analysis, the conclusions about the low quality of financial and budgetary reporting of public sector entities and the systematic nature of identified problems and risks were made. Thus, the importance of financial audits was emphasized and the proposals for further improvement of this type of audit of the Accounting Chamber were elaborated. In particular, updating of the legislation and internal documents, usage of modern information technologies and software for audits, translation of ISSAI, training for staff, changes in personnel policy, improvement of the quality control system.

Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Bahasa Inggris siswi-siswi Tata Busana SMK Muhammadiyah Bangunjiwo dengan memberikan pelatihan TOEIC (Test of English as an International Communication). Kata kunci: TOEIC; kompetensi Bahasa Inggris; SMKAbstract This Community Partnership Service activity aimed to improve the competence of English students at SMK (Vocational High School) Muhammadiyah Bangunjiwo by conducting TOEIC (Test of English and International Communication) training. TOEIC is a standard of English language proficiency measurement for SMK graduates who have been set by the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture. As a new department opened in the 2017/2018 school year, the Department of Clothing of SMK Muhammadiyah Bangunjiwo has never held a TOEIC training nor TOEIC test to improve and measure the English language skills of its students. In this program, the training was held for 17 meetings, of which 2 meetings were used for the TOEIC pre-and post-test for the participants. A total of 13 participants were listed as participants in this training. Pre-test and post-test were carried out to measure participants' scores before and after training. The results showed that out of 13 training participants, 3 participants did not participate in the training nor did they participate in the pre and post-test (inactive), 4 participants only followed the post-test, 3 participants got an increased score, 2 participants got a decreased score, and 1 participant got a constant score. Overall, it can be concluded that even though the results are not significant, there are positive attitudes and things shown by the participants. The indicator is the increasing number of post-test participants (10 people) compared to the pre-test (6 people) so that it can be said that the participants' motivation rises, and the number of participants who got an increased score (3 people) is more than the participants who got a decreased score (2 people,) so that it can be said that this training is quite effective in increasing the English competence of the participants. Keywords: TOEIC; English competence; vocational school

Abstract (sommario):
It is said that football matches are the second most important thing in the world. Football is currently one of the most popular sports and brings record numbers of people together in stadiums and in front of TV sets. For many years, players were allowed to consume the products they preferred at the times they subjectively deemed appropriate. However, today's soccer has evolved due to self-improvement and players following elite athletes. This change in approach to the sport has coincided with an increase in the pace and intensity of top soccer games over the past two decades. In addition, the commercialization of the sport has resulted in increasing demands and continually increasing the level of sportsmanship. Nutrition is an important part of the sports training program. International guidelines, based on scientific research, recommend amounts, types and timing of food intake to ensure excellent training while reducing injuries and trauma. In order to achieve metabolic optimization, there must be a balance between nutrition, training, and recovery. Energy should be provided from optimal sources, and maintaining an adequate energy balance is critical for those who engage in physical activity, especially professional athletes. Supplements and foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes are widely used, so knowledge of the indications for their use, as well as the risks posed by inappropriate use, is essential.

<p>This paper was inspired by the 2013 film Jobs, the docu-drama about Apple founder and longtime CEO Steve Jobs whose leadership style in some ways so contradicted contemporary leadership prototypes that he is sometimes said to depict the “anti-leader.” That film triggered this question: Are there attributes that, regardless of behavioral bent, those who lead innovation share? Through a review of academic and practitioner literature an “IN-factor” such leaders share emerges: The intention and insistence to be trailblazers. Though leaders of innovation travel different paths and are not all alike, though some are mavericks and others break through existing challenges, though some are founders and others are successors, though some are college educated and others are not, these “Imagineers” share ten signature traits which this paper establishes should it be helpful to contemporary leadership education, development, and training.</p>

Abstract (sommario):
For some time already, the international security community has been at a crossroads and looking for new right directions. The established operational guidelines have changed, and in some areas, it seems that they simply no longer exist. There are many factors which have had an effect on the relatively high level of security we have witnessed in the last few years. The financial crisis, which started to show its teeth in 2008 and 2009, has seriously changed the European armed forces, their structure, organization and development. Many comforted themselves that this does not constitute a significant problem, since we are relatively safe. Public opinion surveys in Slovenia revealed that most of all, people feel threatened by natural disasters and socio-economic situation. However, gradually but relatively quickly, everything has changed. In the spring of 2014, Crimea held a referendum on its annexation to the Russian Federation. The rattling of weapons began, provoking different reactions in the international community and resulting in altered relations between NATO and Russia. These changes were also discussed at the July NATO Summit in Warsaw. Two years earlier, in 2012, the media increasingly reported on the soaring migration problems in the Mediterranean Sea and difficulties suffered by Italy due to those phenomena. By the end of last year, migrations from the Southeast reached unimaginable proportions and gave a profound shock to the foundations of the European Union. Some terrorist attacks in European cities, which were said to be organized and carried out by migrants, had a significant impact on the altered understanding of the new (in)security. Some experts adopted a scientific approach to the new understanding of safety. The Defence Research Centre of the Faculty of Social Sciences, for example, published the results of a survey on the opinions of the Slovenian public regarding safety, which was carried out in 2015/2016. Among other things, the findings show that the recent migrant crisis has affected the Slovenian public, which perceives mass migrations as well as illegal and economic migrants as an important reason of concern. The authors of the survey observed a marked increase in the acceptance of the idea that in the protection of borders from illegal crossings, the Police are assisted by the Slovenian Armed Forces. A significantly high number of people also agreed with the idea that the armed forces should help in the fight against terrorism which, before the occurrence of mass migrations, was unthinkable. According to the authors of the survey, in the last three years, the support of the Slovenian public to the participation of Slovenia in international operations and missions has also grown by more than 20 percent. In addition, the proportion of the public which supports proposals to increase the defence budget has gone up. But will it actually increase, and how soon? We are still waiting for the new European defence strategy. We are anticipating new solutions, agreements between the decision-makers, etc. In the meantime, different authors went through various experiences. Some of them have decided to share them with our readers. In his article Fourth Generation Warfare: Geopolitical Framework to Slovenian Security (Part 1),Viktor Potočnik explores the issue of how geopolitics impacts the global security situation, what are the contemporary security risks and how they can affect Slovenia. In ensuring national security, the Slovenian Armed Forces play an important role. Consequently, Potočnik raises the question of whether they have a sufficient level of readiness to withstand potential risks, and presents the facts which he believes can have a key influence on the Slovenian national security. Cyber threats represent one of the most modern forms of security threats. In the previous issue of the Contemporary Military Challenges, Vinko Vegič provided the definition of cyber threats. This issue continues this theme with the article NATO and Cyber Deterrence, written by Staša Novak. According to her, NATO is de facto already pursuing certain elements of cyber deterrence based on strong defence, declaratory policy and responsive measures. However, responsive measures are not NATO offensive cyber capabilities, but the possibility of a collective defence response to a cyber attack, which implies a response with all available means. The increased number of migrants on their way to a better future has surprised many people in the Balkans, although numerous institutions and individuals had warned of this possibility before. Some experiences and responses of Slovenia’s neighbour, Hungary, are presented in an article by József Padányi and László Földi, titled Lessons Learned for the Hungarian Defence Forces from the Deployment of Engineer Obstacles during the 2015 Europe-Wide Mass-Migration Emergency. The article focuses mainly on the activities of the Hungarian armed forces. Metodi Hadji-Janev and Marija Jankuloska point out that the region of South- Eastern Europe has witnessed some examples of terrorist attacks and observe that the use of drones for countering global terrorism proved to be effective. Their article The Challenges of Drone Usage by Southeast European Countries examines the possibilities of their use in the home region. In his article titled Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant and the International Fight against It, József Kis-Benedek discusses the origins of this phenomenon and its manifestations in various Middle East countries, as well as the response of those countries and other international actors who share an interest in this part of the world. He also calls attention to the question of the Kurds and the emergence of volunteer fighters who are coming to Syria and Iraq to fight. The Battalion Battle Group and the evaluation of its training is the subject of the article titled Battle Group Training Cycle, in which Aleš Avsec compares the methods of training of these units in the Slovenian Armed Forces with the training of similar units in the United States of America. Is it even possible to compare two countries which are that different?

Abstract (sommario):
AimsMental health disorders in children are largely unrecognized in low- and middle-income countries like Pakistan. Teachers, due to their interactions and time spent with children, are important elements in promoting child mental health. Despite this, little importance is given to school mental health (SMH) in the country, and teachers’ training in SMH is almost non-existent. With less than ten child and adolescent psychiatrists, recruiting teachers is vital to provide mental health care to children and adolescents, the majority of the country's population. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a SMH training intervention for teachers in Pakistan.MethodA 3-day training intervention was planned for school teachers in collaboration with International Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions. The School Mental Health curriculum by the World Health Organization and Stan Kutcher's Mental Health Literature were adapted after literature review and discussions with experts, and administered as Blended Learning. The intervention was evaluated using pre-workshop, post-workshop and overall feedback surveys. SPSS 25.0 (IBM Corp., Armonk, N.Y., USA) software was used for descriptive analysis. For open ended questions, central themes were identified, tabulated, and analyzed descriptively.ResultA total of 63 participants registered for the workshop. The participants’ mean age was 36.0 years, with 86% women and 14% men. Participants were mostly teachers, however, principals, administrators and counsellors also attended. Participants’ reasons for attending were that they wanted to ‘increase their knowledge’ and learn ‘practical management’ of mental health issues. When asked about student wellbeing, 43% participants said it was a neglected area. Overall, 86.9% of participants felt the objectives were met well or very well and 87.61% stated there was adequate time for discussion. In addition, 90.47% participants responded that facilitators explained concepts well and 94.39% said facilitators answered questions well. Half of all Blended Learning activities were viewed by more than 50% of participants. Activity views decreased by 63.41% from the pre-workshop activities to day 3 activities. Improvements suggested by participants included taking a more problem-solving approach and focusing on the local context.ConclusionEvidence-based SMH interventions that train teachers are much-needed in the local resource-constrained settings. This intervention met its objectives effectively, however, Blended Learning was not well-received. We have studied learning analytics and identified the potential learner's profile of teachers as students. Adult learning principles should be implemented in future endeavours. This is a flagship project for future international collaborations between mental health professionals for cross-cultural knowledge exchange.

Abstract (sommario):
The relevance of the article is that transplantation and donation of human organs could not appear in science and clinical practice at the same time. Thus, in contrast to surgery, which has developed and improved gradually, for the successful transplantation of human organs and tissues, it is necessary in the first place a significant baggage of scientific knowledge, starting with how the human body works. it takes place by completing the advanced skill of vascular suturing, knowledge of immunology and much more. Thus, it was not until the end of the 19th century that scientists came close to the idea that not only damaged tissues on the human body could heal - by closing a surgical incision or a wound on a bruised knee, but also the ability to isolate the tissue completely or completely. organism. The purpose of the article is to analyze foreign experience in the use of transplantation opportunities for organ transplantation, as well as opportunities for the implementation of positive experience in the Ukrainian realities. In the articles highlighted the risk of involvement with the opening of the market for the provision of trade management services of donor organizations. It was found that during the implementation of such activities an important point is to ensure the safety of nuclear transparency of the process, selection with the help of donors (obtaining voluntary consent from the individual, which allowed the use of its organs), providing a licensed challenge to human response. with the medical practice with the applied training, and ending the possible prosecution of persons who provide compliance with the relevant medical operations. It is emphasized that the Spanish system has created such a reliable legal and sanitary base that only in these conditions the advanced world figures on transplantation became possible. Today in Spain there is a presumption of positive permission - if a Spaniard has not said the opposite about life, he is automatically transferred to the scale of potential donors. Naturally, it became possible to pass such a law only when the society was ready for it, and when the system guaranteed you full reliability of all procedures provided by the legislation of the country.

Abstract (sommario):
The article attempts to assess the necessity for a mentoring system in medical institutions in Moscow. It presents the results of a sociological study, conducted in 2019, which include the analysis of expert interviews (among the experts were heads of the medical institutions subordinate to Moscow Department of Health, institutions of secondary vocational education, additional vocational training, and relating higher educational institutions). Starting with consideration of the issues concerning the attitude of experts to the topic of mentoring, the author identified the need to introduce mentoring in medical institutions, as well as the conditions for organization of effective functioning of the mentoring system, such as choosing a mentor, encouraging him, the timing of mentoring, etc. The author emphasizes that the institution of mentoring is necessary both to help new employees adapt and to help young professionals gain practical skills. According to experts, there is a gap between basic theoretical training and practical experience of young employees, which can be filled with the help of a mentoring system in medical organizations. Analyzing the expert interviews, the author comes to the conclusion that due to the lack of a legal basis for the mentoring system inRussia, it should be said that mentoring is proactive. This article also provides a review of international experience, recommendations of international organizations concerning the personnel crisis in medicine, and the main problems of the world health systems hampering achievement of the millennium goals and economic growth. Among the main barriers highlighted by WHO are the following: lack of medical personnel, uneven geographical distribution of medical workers, lack of access to medical services among the population, poor quality of medical care, etc.

Abstract (sommario):
The purpose of the article is to analyse the market of the environmentally friendly cars in Ukraine within the training of specialists in repairing and maintaining electric vehicles in Ukraine. Taking into consideration international trends, the prospects for their use in Ukraine are very relevant. However, the speed of the adoption of legislative decisions leads to the inhibition of this process. As a result, the infrastructure is not developing in this direction. The potential buyer of an electric vehicle pushes away the purchase of an electric vehicle due to the lack of service, since it is almost impossible to find highly skilled personnel who can service and repair electric vehicles. Therefore, the issue of the personnel support within this area remains unsolved. The content of the notions “competence” and “specialist in the repair and maintenance of electric vehicles” have been determined. A specialist of the specified profile should be an expert on the scheduled maintenance of electric vehicles; be good at certification issues, diagnostics and repair of high-voltage batteries and electronic systems, maintenance of chargers, repair of hybrid installations, etc. The educational institutions where training specialists in repairing and maintaining electric vehicle is carried out have been analyzed. There are many educational institutions which provide training in the area of “Automobile Transport”; however, the training of specialists in maintaining and repairing electric vehicles has not been not carried out within this area. A great number of unsolved issues substantiate the reason for the above said: the legislative framework, material, technical and methodological support, including the issues devoted to the training of university instructors majoring in special disciplines as well as to the internship courses intended for the teachers and masters of practical training within the system of professional (vocational) education. The curriculum on the discipline “Hybrid and electric transmission of vehicles” has been elaborated and proposed. The proposed curriculum involves the mastering of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in determining the characteristics of hybrid and electric transmission of vehicles; it can serve as a professional qualification program for training specialists in the repair and maintenance of electric vehicles in Ukraine. Keywords: electric vehicles, hybrids, specialists in the repair and maintenance of electric vehicles, competence, curriculum.
