The question of the efficacy of psychoanalysis is a controversial subject. Evaluation is both a concern and a real challenge for clinicians who want to keep her place in the healthcare environment. If the empirical evaluation of its results and its effects was not an area invested in from the start, a review of the literature today confirms what clinicians already knew: psychoanalytic psychotherapies (PP) are effective and have effects. Empirical data, provided they are not taken "literally", also represent a wealth to think about and develop, but this requires a reversal of the codes. Thus, our approach does not meet the standard of a rigorous scientific methodology and is anchored in a fundamentally (inter-)subjective approach. The reflection now focuses on the development of specific evaluation methodologies, respecting the foundations of psychoanalysis (transference and associativity) and which attempt to do justice to the depth and complexity of the clinical material. Our general hypothesis is that it is possible to be in a process of evaluation of PP, as close as possible to the real conditions of the clinic, while respecting its foundations. More precisely, the analytical processes would be underpinned by transformational processes, which are themselves based on elements relating to the patient, the therapist and their relationship, which it is possible to highlight by a mixed evaluative approach. This approach consists of an exploratory and longitudinal approach to the emerging processes within PP of children carried out in an institute, using a standardized tool (CPQ) associated with the individual study of clinical cases. It is not a question of highlighting causal relationships (efficacy), but of highlighting the potential effects (effectiveness) of these transformations and their conditions of emergence. The fundamental goal is to put the clinic back at the center of research and at the origin of the evaluation process as we wish to share it. After a first part devoted to the history of the evaluation of psychotherapies, a critical discussion of the diversion of the Evidence-Based Medicine model applied to the field of psychotherapeutic practice is proposed. A literature review will highlight data from empirical research in the field of psychotherapy. After a commitment to the path of qualitative and processual research, we are reflecting on the very notion of psychoanalytic process from a theoretical angle, the specificities of children's PP and the place of parents in it. This reflection leads to laying the foundations and pointing out how complicated this concept is, which can't be fixed. After the methodological presentation, we present the first results from this research based on child PP conducted by trained therapists. It is possible to highlight certain configurations (emerging factors) specific to each psychotherapy. The discussion of the results will lead us to put them into perspective and to support the deeply intersubjective and unique aspect of each analytical path (process). Finally, a last part discusses the many limits of our research as well as the possible contributions and perspectives of such a device for practice, clinicians and their patients. Just like psychoanalysis itself, our approach is intended to be "open to revision"

This research aims to study the therapeutic processes involved in individual psychoanalytic psychodrama. It focuses on the deployment and use of transitional space and its effects on the subject. Based on a critical reasoning on the issue of psychotherapies' evaluation, this thesis proposes a methodological protocol aspiring to reconcile the specificities of analytic treatment and scientific criteria about this research area. Thus, this search will study the psychic functioning's change allowed by psychodramatic technique. To do this, we built a clinical tool bringing together specific's indicators to (re)-deployment and use of a therapeutic inter-play associated to an elaboration about psychodrama therapeutics operators. To assess this common practice in psychiatry, we use a process-results protocol based on standardized and aggregated intensive case studies. A meta-psychological thinking on the psychodrama's analytic process completes the study "objectified" results. Indeed, it seems necessary to elaborate its effects on the individual's deployment of transitional and associatives capabilities necessary in order to internalize his intra-psychic conflicts and subjective experiences

This research is the outcome of a long experience of groups- in particular of student teachers- and the questioning emerged from this experience and this public in the transferential phenomena and counter transferential, observable in this groupal work. From an experiment of practical analysis, as part of teachers' continuous training, professionally suffering, this thesis work targets to show how the psychic motions taking part in these groupal situations, show both motions which belong to the group's implementation, and motions strengthened by the teaching situations, whose class, essential pattern of mission and basic place of the teaching function. The question is to explore how these motions first build up on an " existence of the group" close to the primary forms of symbolization, based on alliances of paranoide movements : threats which may appear from persecutive ideas, linked to hierarchical, institutional and social report, facing-off the social function of the school. This forms of unconscious pacts and alliances evolve in the group work towards a "collective permission", to the depressive motion, from which affects of shame emerge. The sharing of these affects and the setting of their language representation would allow first their groupal elaboration before being incorporated by the people themselves. These mecanisms are due to the installation of a transfer of groupal basis and of a counter transfer whose diffraction seems a necessary phenomenon for the linking of intra-psychic, inter-psychic and trans-psychic levels, which means the establishment of teamwork as a possible transitionality between the internal groups and the real group, and at last to make links with the institution and the social fabric. This groupal evolution, relatively stable through the groups presented here, permits the setting up of an evaluation centered on this psychic motions producted by the group and its effect on the "transformation" of an individual psychic groupality
