Testo completoCoding practices are increasingly used in the field of software development. Their implementation ensures maintainability, readability, and consistency of the code, which greatly contributes to software quality. Most of these practices are implemented in static analysis tools, or linters, which automatically alert developers when a practice is not followed. However,more and more organizations, tending to create their own internal practices, encounter problems with their understanding and adoption by developers. First, for a practice to be applied, it must first be understood by developers, thus requiring properly written documentation. Yet, this topic of documentation has been little studied in the scientific literature. Then, to promote their adoption, it would be necessary to be able to extend existing analysis tools to integrate new practices, which is difficult given the expertise required to make these modifications. Packmind, a company based in Bordeaux, develops a solution to support developers in bringing out these internal practices through workshops. However, it suffers from the same issues mentioned above. In this thesis, we first focused on providing recommendations to the authors of practice documentation. To do this, we analyzed the documentation of more than 100 rules from 16 different linters to extract a taxonomy of documentation objectives and types of content present. We then conducted a survey among developers to assess their expectations in terms of documentation. This notably allowed us to observe that the reasons why a practice should be applied were very poorly documented, while they are perceived as essential by developers. Secondly, we studied the feasibility of automatically identifying violations of practices from examples. Our context, forcing us to detect internal practices for which we have few examples to learn from, pushed us to implement transfer learning on themachine learning model CodeBERT.We show that the models thus trained achieve good performance in an experimental context, but that accuracy collapseswhenwe apply them to real code bases

Testo completoUntil the French revolution, in the Pyrenean valleys of Aspe and Ossau, customs advocated male primogeniture practices (the ainesse), which allowed the first-born son to inherit the family property - the house. The egalitarian laws which came into effect during the french revolution, especially the law of Nivôse, year II, disrupted the traditional practices of property transmission and internal family equilibrium. In the first place, the younger siblings demanded the payment of their legal share of the inheritance, and then, their legal portion of the property. Meanwhile, first, born sons resisted the enforcement of the new laws in order to save the house. Actually, the Civil code was gradually adapted to traditional norms in so far that property owners could legally donate one extra share of the inheritance to the first-born son. White some families resisted the enforcement of the Code, the majority conformed to the new laws. Those who wanted to maintain the family property together elaborated inheritance strategies using mainly marriage contracts, testaments, and inheritance donation acts. Yet, a considerable number of families in Bearn took advantage of the enforcement of the code to reject all traditional practices altogether, adapting instantly to the precepts of the code and introducing the new egalitarian frenzy into the house

Testo completoBased on a three-year ethnographic study in several multilingual professional settings (an architecture firm, an intergovernmental organization and a professional social network) with an approach grounded in ethnomethodologically-inspired conversational analysis (CA) studies (Garfinkel, 1967;Schegloff, Jefferson and Sacks, 1974), our research seeks to discern the methods used by members incoordinating their actions to resolve problems, making decisions, and co-elaborating professional solutions,all with the help of a variety of linguistic resources.When we speak of “multilingualism” in the professional setting, the question of its consequences as a resource or obstacle is often posed. Rather than considering linguistic diversity as a phenomenon that preexists interaction in international professional settings, we will attempt to approach this “diversity” from an endogenous analytical perspective. In the framework of the European project Language Dynamics and Management of Diversity (DYLAN), this dissertation is therefore interested above all in the constraining versus non-constraining character of multilingualism in the accomplishment of an activity. In this respect, we will study the way in which social actors use multilingual language resources to organize their actions(Mondada, 2007), participate in their own manner in communicative activities, and treat difficulties linkedwith the use of a language in this very way. By taking into account limits of the resource or obstacle dichotomy, we will describe how multilingualism is a practice adjusted to the contingencies of the communicative situation from which it emerges.We are particularly interested in analyzing speech events featuring the coexistence of several “verbalrepertoires” (Gumperz, 1964), either as a group of conversational resources used in their linguisticcontinuity, or as a problem resolved locally by the progression of communication. In this dissertation, we have identified two main configurations of multilingualism in the workplace. This entails heterogeneity inverbal repertoires represented in an object of discourse and used by participants in the resolution of communicative problems. This heterogeneity displayed by the members themselves is observable inlinguistic choice topicalization sequences, word search sequences (Goodwin and Goodwin, 1986), and repair sequences (Schegloff, Jefferson and Sacks, 1977). This also entails heterogeneity that disregards all repertoire structuring concerned in languages. This has been recognized within disagreement or disalignmentsequences (Stivers, 2008) and in sequences inserted into specific formats of participation (Goffman, 1963,1981), in which multilingual resources are not topicalized, but rather, contribute to the practical accomplishment of the activity

Testo completoThe researcher community is currently rife with bitter debate about the possible convergence between corporate governance practices. The present study uses the concept of shareholder value to broach this topic in a theoretical framework integrating contributions made in the fields of management and economics by the contractualist (analysing the distribution of organisational rents) and cognitive (analysing how firms create value) schools of thought. Based on a sample of 200 large publicly listed companies, all global players featuring dispersed shareholdings, we show how between 1994 and 2004 there was a trend towards the convergence of governance practices (main hypothesis), as well as an acceleration therein (secondary hypothesis). We then analyse the drivers behind this convergence process and try to identify the basic corporate governance principles that apply to large listed companies. This study paves the way towards further research on listed companies and helps to build a new corporate governance theory synthesizing the contractualist and cognitivist perspectives

Testo completoThis contribution focuses on the study of the significant imbalance under Article L. 442-1 of the French Commercial Code (formerly Article L. 442-6). The questions it raises are numerous: knowledge and specificity of the regulations in commercial relations, legitimacy of the text, internal coherence of its provisions and putting it into perspective in the global system for fighting the significant imbalance. To answer this question, it is necessary to combine two approaches, one analytical and the other synthetic. The first one is to highlight, by a scientific method previously described, the way in which judges deal with this text. The aim is to achieve a more precise and effective knowledge of the rule in question. Each of its components is therefore the subject of a detailed analysis, namely the concept as such and its system. The results obtained then make it possible to adopt a synthetic approach in order to better address the delicate question of the structure between, on the one hand, this article and, on the other hand, the other texts that sanction the significant imbalance. They also make it possible to propose ways of improving the current Article L. 442-1, particularly with a view to a forthcoming reform

Testo completoThe Second Vatican Council and the 1983 Code of Canon Law are one and unique event in the Tradition of Catholic Church. Heirs of one each other, the canonists living complexity. The Code is the normative form of Tradition; the challenge is a concordance between a bottom and a form. A Code of laws is a masterpiece of the writing with its own logic lines. It embodies the “world views”. They arise from a process of formation of Church Law in the course of its meetings with the cultures of Greece, Rome, Judaism, the modern West. Serving a Code which is supposed to be a continuation of the Good News, canonists make the effort to remain faithful to the dynamism of the Word. There is here a tension between orality of the origins and forms of writings, which can identifies with the critical connexion between a content and a form. How in these conditions identify a providential character to a codified expression of the ecclesial norm ? How to maintain fidelity to the dynamism of the founder event of the Christian faith ? Through an anthropological, exegetical and historical course, our thesis shows a potentially conflictual relationship and is considering new practices for the future of the canon law

Testo completoOur doctoral research focuses on the influence of phonics instruction on first-grade students’ progress. Its purpose is to identify effective teaching practices and to contribute to the training of teachers. This research is part of a larger study conducted by Roland Goigoux, which aimed to assess the influence of reading and writing on the quality of learning.The first part of our research examines causal relationships between the characteristics of phonics instruction and students’ performances in decoding and spelling. First, we study the influence of the speed of teaching of grapheme-phoneme relationships (tempo) and of the decodable part of texts used to teach reading (rendement effectif). Our results reveal a significant influence of these two variables on the quality of learning, this influence being different according to students’ initial levels. Besides, we propose a planning of the phonics instruction based on the theoretical frequency of the grapheme-phoneme correspondences in texts written in standard French which can serve as references for the teachers. We also study the effects of the teaching time allocated to encoding tasks on reading achievement, effects which appear to be significant and positive but which vary according to the nature of the tasks and to students’ characteristics.In the second part of our dissertation, we attempt to analyze and document teaching practices of experienced first-grade teachers for training purposes. We analyze a reference situation of the teaching of reading and writing from the video recordings of thirty six collective sessions of reading. Then, we describe prototypical teaching scenarios and lay the foundations for a training intended to develop the professional skills of the teachers. Specifically, we raise the issue of the relationship between the resolution of decoding and understanding tasks and the autonomy that decoding success afforded the students. We finally present the digital platform we designed, which allows calculating the decodable part of texts used during reading instruction. This platform named Anagraph has been designed to help teachers plan the study of the grapheme-phoneme correspondences and to choose texts adapted to their teaching

Testo completoThis investigative work is part of the theoretical field of language instruction and bilingualism. Its purpose is the study of, and the reflection upon the harmonization of teaching practices in two primary schools belonging to the network of the Agency for French Instruction Abroad (AEFE) in Latin America: one in Santiago, Chili, and the other in La Paz, Bolivia. After a certain point in its development, this study extends to other schools in the AEFE network located in Latin America. The interlanguage of young learners is the matrix for this theorization work. A large part of the dissertation is dedicated to analyzing linguistic interactions in French class, Spanish class and bilingual class in order to grasp the pedagogical means used by instructors to deal with language features and in particular, inherent linguistic interferences. This analysis deals closely with the dynamics of articulation between the national language and the french language in daily classroom practices. This investigation uses theoretical reflections and field experiments to examine the taking into account of certain didactic parameters needed to implement a convergent instruction curriculum, on the one hand, and the conceptualization and implementation of an instructor training curriculum in convergent didactics, on the other hand
Este trabajo de investigación se enmarca en el ámbito teórico de la didáctica lingüística y del bilingüismo. Contempla el estudio y la reflexión sobre la armonización de prácticas de enseñanza y de aprendizaje en dos escuelas primarias asociadas a la red educativa de los centros de la Agencia para la Enseñanza Francesa en el Extranjero (A.E.F.E): la escuela de Santiago de Chile (Centro de la Alianza Saint-Exupéry) y la de La Paz en Bolivia (Centro del Colegio Franco Boliviano Alcide d’Orbigny). Testo completoThe Moroccan Family Code, which entered into force on 5 February 2004, encompasses all aspects of individual rights: marriage, filiations, divorce…It was drafted through the impetus given by the King Muhammed VI, with the desire to comply with international treaties signed by Morocco, with respect to Moroccan cultural traditions based on Islam. Substantial reforms have thus been adopted with a modern wording enshrining equality between men and women. The institution of divorce has thus been modernized in order to address the blatant inequality that existed between spouses in relation to the dissolution of matrimonial ties. The legislator has sought to establish a certain balance in favor of the wife who had an illusory divorce right under the empire of the former codifications. The New Family Code has certainly brought a substantial improvement to the right of Moroccan women to divorce through the judicialisation of this institution, through the institution of divorce on grounds of discord (shiqaq), through the broadening of grounds for dissolving matrimonial ties in favor of the wife… The benefits are very important; however their effectiveness essentially depends on the interpretation of the judges and their ability to evaluate each situation. After years of implementation, it would be opportune to consider the concretization of the Moroccan woman’s right to divorce by analyzing the achievements and efficiency of Moroccan judicial authorities in this matter. This absence of music teaching democratization at school is due to a lack of musical practice in elementary teaching, linked to inadequate teachers training in music and shortage of teachers in secondary school. The investigations developed throughout this work first reveal, that the politics of ministerial education management determine the changes in music teaching democratization; acces to this field and curriculum appropriate to social musical reality rely on the political. Then we will demonstrate that teachers practices depend on their musical culture and their relation to musical knowledge. Continuing education for teachers could be a factor in democratizing musical education in Côte d'Ivoire

The growing wealth of publications, the mutiplying of lectures and symposia devoted to this theme on the managerial scene are currently underlying the relevancy of this topical issue. Nevertheless, although the principal of an ethical approach is increasingly accepted in business life and even taken for granted, what does it include ? how is it exercised ? the purpose of this discertation is to make the issue clear by giving an accurate answer to these two questions. On the theoretical point of view the various traditional and contemporary arguments providing principals to management shall be therefore here presented. On the practical side, the intents and concerns as managerial policy shall be then analysed. Forty five such managers have been accordingly screened during specific research canvassing. As a result, four single ethical profiles and two types of organizational ethical climates have been defined. Testo completoImage rights are a concept derived from Nineteenth Century jurisprudence and have been mutating for a long time. If some kind of theoretical stability has now been established, it remains only relative because image rights are in fact excluded from French legislation. Image rights bring together different realities. They could concern the image of a work and derive from copyright, thereby concerning property law; or concern the features of individuals themselves.This study will deal with this second aspect, presenting a degree of legal complexity linked to inadequate legislation and the dominant role of jurisprudence in image rights. The shock of the encounter between a theoretical right having no proper juridical status and judicial practice leads de facto to evident legal uncertainty and instability which are completely incompatible with the notion of rights inherent to the human being as outlined by human rights theory. The questions raised by this study, which involve both the imperfections of the legal framework conferred on image rights and existing incompatibilities between theory and practice, have reached unsatisfactory conclusions. To being with, the first conclusion underlines that image rights remain based on a hybrid which seems more than ever contestable, and often contested, from a juridical point of view. And secondly, the excessively important role left to jurisdictions in image rights leads to disparities which are inconsistent with notions of equality, impartiality and dependability. Therefore, a comprehensive review of image rights, and the establishment of an independent statutory legal regime appear to be both necessary and inevitable

Testo completoOver the past few years, there has been an increasing interest in error correction decoders built out of unreliable components. Indeed, it is widely accepted that future generation of electronic circuit will be inherently unreliable, due to the increase in density integration and aggressive voltage scaling. Furthermore, error correction decoders play a crucial role both in reliable transmission of information and in the design of reliable storage systems. It is then important to investigate the robustness of error correction decoders in presence of hardware noise.In this thesis we focus on LDPC decoders built out of unreliable computing units. We consider three types of LDPC decoders: the finite-precision Min-Sum (MS) decoder, the Self-Corrected Min-Sum (SCMS) decoder and the Stochastic decoder.We begin our study by the statistical analysis of the finite-precision Min-Sum decoder with probabilistic components. To this end, we first introduce probabilistic models for the arithmetic and logic units of the decoder and discuss their symmetry properties. We conduct a thorough asymptotic analysis and derive density evolution equations for the noisy Min-Sum decoder. We highlight that in some particular cases, the noise introduced by the device can increase the correction capacity of the noisy Min-Sum with respect to the noiseless decoder. We also reveal the existence of a specific threshold phenomenon, referred to as functional threshold, which can be viewed as the generalization of the threshold definition for noisy decoders. We then corroborate the asymptotic results through Monte-Carlo simulations.Since density evolution cannot be defined for decoders with memory, the analysis of noisy Self-corrected Min-Sum decoders and noisy Stochastic decoders was restricted to Monte-Carlo simulations.We emulate the noisy SCMS decoders with various noise parameters and show that noisy SCMS decoders perform close to the noiseless SCMS decoder for a wide range of noise parameters. Therefore, one can think of the self-correction circuit as a noisy patch applied to the noisy MS decoder, in order to improve its robustness to hardware defect. We also evaluate the impact of the decoder scheduling on the robustness of the noisy MS and SCMS decoders and show that when the serial scheduling is used neither the noisy MS decoder nor the noisy SCMS decoder can provide acceptable error correction.Finally, we investigate the performance of stochastic decoders with edge-memories in presence of hardware noise. We propose two error models for the noisy components. We show that in some cases, the hardware noise can be used to lower the error floor of the decoder meaning that stochastic decoders have an inherent fault tolerant capability

Testo completoOur research is about the bilingual performances (Arabic-French, Kabylian-French) of two families originated from the Algerian immigrant community of the region of Rennes. It is first and foremost a micro-sociolinguistic and communicational research for it is concerned with the description, if not the analysis of the bilingual interactions between these two families. Whe have sudivided our work as follow : in the first part whe have set out the socio-historical and sociolinguistic situation of the informants milieu of origine, the sociolinguistic scene of the milieu of welcome, as well as the specificities of the Algerian immigration. The different facets of bilingualism and its consequences the alternation of codes and borrowing. Whe have tried in the second part to support the thesis according to which external factors are involved in every bilingual situation (interlocutors, themes of discussion, place) and play a role in the choice of languages. For this purpos we have adopted the grid of analysis proposed by D. Thas our issue was the following : Is theire a close correlation between linguistic choices and the above mentionned composents ? In the third part we have examined the functionning mode of code alternation in organizing our reflexion around a systematic classification of linguistic elements which favour the sliding from one language to another and demonstrating that these elements serve as mediators in the setting up of discourses strategies allow the speaker to aim at certain effects. Testo completoWhen studying the professional knowledge and background of FLE (French as a foreign language) teachers in Greece, we cannot be content with a cognitive approach that questions their knowledge with the only aim of formalizing their teaching into patterns of action. Most high School teachers in Greece are, from the start, disappointed with this one and only cognitive approach as taught by educational counsellors and trainers. This research/training is more concerned with anthropological matters, as it considers linguistic knowledge and speech practice as linked to the construction of the subject' identity. Through the teachers' life story, we can make "reflection" and "sensation" meet to form a heuristic way for research on educational training. The life story is also set in the history of speech forms and pragmatics of communication, hence it creates a sociolinguistic situation for the building of meaning, a meaning co-built in linguistic interactions between the scientist and the practitioners. We hope this study will help opening new perspectives on FLE didactics and educational policies in Greece

As part of education in general, the Christian education of children engenders rightsand duties for parents and for civil and religious authorities. Be it education in general or Christian education, parents are recognized as the first educators of their children since they gave birth to them. The civil end ecclesial authorities have the role to protect children’s rights to Christian education and to help parents in their mission. In the context of Réunion Island, which experienced a period of slavery, collided with these religious customs and traditions favoured by the interbreeding of the population. Hence the existence of “hybrid practices” or “double practice” making difficult, the Christian education. Despite this situation, the Christian faith took rootin Reunionese population. Our contribution wishes to recall the rights and duties of parents in Christian education, as well as those of the society and the ecclesial community. The implementation of management standards as regards the road delinquency, privileging systematic and fast penal answer, redefines the framework of ali the actors of the criminal justice system (police, substitutes of the prosecutor, judges and lawyers). More precise! y, the substitutes of the prosecutor and the judges put into question fundamental principles such as individualized judgments and autonomy. They align their practices on the ministerial directives, which are increasingly repressive. This work shows that the variation in criminal policy as regards road delinquency at the local leve! is the product of a top-down action, translating a "State into action" and not in "interaction". Testo completoThe king-lists, written in the Early Western Middle Ages, are chronological documents that mention the name of the rulers that ruled over the same people. The researchers mainly studied these sources to determine the duration of those rulers’ reigns. We propose to study these texts from both a philological and historical perspective. Our thinking is based on three areas of research : the drafting of lists, their distribution and their use. It makes possible to determine the features of this form of writing. First of all, we study three cases of lists that go with civil codes laws from the Early Middle Ages: the list of Lombard kings and the Edict of Rothari, the list of Visigoth kings and the Liber Iudiciorum, the list of Frankish kings and the Lex salica. We explain why and how theses documents are written and disseminated and, from that, we show that the copying of these texts, which express an intention about the royal past of a people, meets both political and ideological issues. In a second step, we propose a synthesis about the king-lists. We try to determine why these texts are part of the Roman written cultural heritage. The identification of their authors makes it possible to highlight the roles assigned to this document at the time of its creation and the methods used during the listing. It appears that the elaboration and circulation of theses are for practical uses as well as memory and political issues

This FSMS implementation turns out to be a difficult process for many FB managers because of the complexity of the available documents and methods. This thesis describes two original facilitating methods for the implementation of specific Codex requirements. The method known as "comprehensive hygiene management in food industries" is a rational system of organization for the implementation of GHP / GMP, while the "decision tree alternative method" makes it possible to avoid frequent failures in the use of the "Codex decision tree" for CCPs determination. Testo completoTwo main languages of Haiti (creole and french) are " mixed " in the context of socio-political, intercommunal and sociodidactics interactions. The periods of presidential elections from 2000 to 2011 have highlighted in public discourse dynamics ordinary "inter-resolectal" practices and its corollary of "socio-pragma-linguistic" insecurity. This oral dynamic is part of the history of the island and plantation society that colonial powers have imposed. This generates glottopolitic problems. Based on theories of context, called from a double interactionist and variationist anchor, this thesis attempts to question, diagnose, understand and change the problematic of the oral part of Haiti's education system. The results of the analysis show an unequal of educational, professional and academic achievement, because of the inadequacy and the breakout between school and extracurricular linguistic practices. A pragmatic approach is advocated for the teaching of haitian oral , with datasheets, to try to improve school practices by transposing ordinary practices in teaching

Testo completoThis research aims at studying the different aspects of language use at the levels of linguistic and identity repertoires in a multilingual environment; namely high schools in Aït Ourir, Haouz Province, Morocco. The analysis of conversations in the daily usage of languages revealed that Code Switching is a common practice among teachers as well as pupils; and that the weight of each language used depends more on its usefulness to the purpose of speaking. At the identity level, multilingual identity is dominant and the weight of each language is dependent up on the linguistic biography of the person surveyed. Thus, the relationship between the linguistic and identity repertoires is disproportionate. Indeed, synchronically comparing the languages in study confirmed that they don’t have the same weight at the two levels. The monolingual turn-taking is dominating whereas the monolingual identity is weak. On the other hand, the mixed turn-taking is meaningless whilst multilingual identity is significant. Moreover, the diachronic comparison enabled us to deduce that the change is ongoing in practice while it seems steady from adolescence to adulthood which shows that identifying in a language doesn’t depend on its practice

It articulates three levels of analysis : a socio-historical investigation of public policies and professionals thinking about the importance given to dementia in nursing homes; an ethnographic field survey in a limited corpus of nursing homes; an extension to a macro-sociological level to put this reality back into its national context.Facing the dominant sector-wide approach based on an “adaptation to a target population” model, by observing the experience of the professionals and the managers’ choices, we discover a more complex reality, fostered by a global approach which attempting to combine two issues: the cohabitation of the whole community of residents and the provision of good care for all. Two mains ways seem to be opposed, in a context of constant debates and occultations of alternatives, the first one based on segregation of people with dementia (specific care in special unit that is widely accepted as standard), the second one opposing this segregation. Beyond that, care is built as a subtle dialectic based not only on an hybridization of different forms of care but also on the creation of new practices. Specific is the standard, creation is the practice. As a result, the place given to people with dementia and the social function of a care that account them, are ambivalent. The label assigned to them submit their life to institutional constraints. In the same time, they receive a privileged treatment, that professionals want to extend to all residents. Dementia care appears then as a social laboratory for changes, applies for each residents

Testo completoA correlation between the writing performance of elementary classes’ students and the reading method used in the “CP” class was underlined in 2000 (Master’s study). The purpose of the present research is to confirm this impact and to describe the development of writing automatisms and psycho-cognitive process evolution, which are both essential for the writing processing, in reading and spelling. The students’ longitudinal follow up, from the CP to the CM2, shows that the CP teaching may have a positive impact on establishing the writing processes and the performances of young readers and writers. Certain types of errors in dictation, copy work and essay can be observed until the CM2. Three methods have been analysed: the “dumb dictations” inspired by M. Montessori, the Freinet Natural method and the AFL Protocol, which differ in their theoretical, educational and linguistic bases. They are compared with the mixed, analytic and synthetic approaches. The results show that one of the essential teachings is the teaching of the grapho-phonological code, which settles reading skills and facilitates the control of spelling set of rules. The research underlines a “teacher’s practice” effect for the mixed methods restricted to reading’s teaching in the CP class and a “method” effect for those approaches which organize the teaching on all three cycles of primary school. The results show the necessity of an efficient textual activity, in order to develop the writing skills. The observed trends show a less effect of the socio-cultural environment on the performances of those cohorts which have received a phonologically based learning of letter-sound rules

Bas?e sur le concept de repr?sentation (Chartier, 1990), rompant avec les anciennes id?es de sens intrins?que, absolu, unique, li?e aux pratiques complexes, multiples et diff?renci?es, qui construisent le monde comme repr?sentation. Testo completoThis doctoral degree dissertation has been written for a joint PhD, established between the Université de Limoges and the Université de Montréal. We examine four contemporary Quebecois novels: Myriam Beaudoin’s Hadassa, Éric Dupont’s La Logeuse, Abla Farhoud’s Le Fou d’Omar and Mauricio Segura’s Côte-des-Nègres. The novels were published in Montreal between 1998 and 2006. The most important objective is the study of the link between the heterolingualism of the Quebecois novel during the years 1995-2010 and the linguistic practice of the protagonists. We place literary heroes at the heart of our research. We make an interpretation by induction, as we decrypt the worldview of this literary heroes from the linguistic practice. This will allow us to determine the factors that could motivate the change of register and variety of language in specific situations. We use literary, linguistic and sociolinguistic methods. The analysis of the diegesis is based on Gérard Genette’s narratology theory. We use Philippe Hamon’s five differentiation processes and Boris Tomashevsky’s two individualization processes to establish the hierarchy of the literary characters. The results of the analysis of the diegesis are reproduced on a diagram. This type of diagram is our creation. Rainier Grutman define the heterolingualism like “the use of foreign languages or social, regional and historical varieties in literary texts” (translated by Nicole Nolette). We refer to the works of Rainier Grutman (1997) and Chantal Richard (2004) to analyse the form and function of hetorolingualism in our corpus. A sociolinguistic approach is based on Shana Poplack’s works and her variationist model of code switching and of borrowing (1988)

Testo completoPour résoudre ce problème , il faut des méthodes à la fois efficaces (coûts en temps et en mémoire modérés), sûres (qui trouvent tous les problèmes possibles) et précises (qui fournissent peu d'avertissements pour des problèmes inexistants). La recherche de ce compromis nécessite des recherches faisant appel à des domaines aussi divers que la logique formelle, l'analyse numérique ou l'algorithmique « classique ».
De 2002 à 2007 j'ai participé au développement de l'outil d'analyse statique Astrée. Ceci m'a suggéré quelques développements annexes, à la fois théoriques et pratiques (utilisation de techniques de preuve formelle, analyse de filtres numériques...). Plus récemment, je me suis intéressé à l'analyse modulaire de propriétés numériques et aux applications en analyse de programme de techniques de résolution sous contrainte (programmation semidéfinie, techniques SAT et SAT modulo théorie).

Testo completoThis study aims to examine the relationship between parenting practices used in childhood on one hand and the core symptoms of Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in adolescence on the other hand. Specific parenting practices ( involvement, positive parenting, monitoring/supervision, corporal punishment, appropriate discipline, harsh and inconsistent discipline, positive verbal discipline, praise and incentives and clear expectations) and aspects of family functioning were examined ( communication, problem solving, roles, affective responsiveness, affective involvement, behavioural control and general functioning) in relation to inattention and hyperactivity. The sample consisted of 36 participants involved in a 5 year study from childhood (6 to 9 years old) to adolescence (11 to 14 years old). The results do not show significant results in the relationship between parenting practices used in childhood and the core symptoms of hyperactivity and inattention in adolescence. There is a lack of longitudinal studies in this area and this study attempts to fill in this gap. However despite a lack of significant results, past research suggests an important relationship between parental psychopathology, which has been linked with ineffective parenting practices and the persistence of ADHD from childhood to adolescence. Future studies should focus on the relationship between parental psychopathology and the core symptoms of ADHD from childhood to adolescence, as well as the impact of parenting practices on these core symptoms.
