This thesis outlines a methodology for use by tactical operators to better understand the dynamics of the population whose support they are attempting to gain. Our methodology provides a heuristic model, called the "3 x 5 P.I.G.S.P.E.E.R. In this thesis, we focus on two important features of the genetics of populations that can be used to learn about human history: population structure and admixture. The Iberian peninsula has a complex demographic history, as well as rich linguistic and cultural diversity.
