El articulo muestra algunos aspectos del proceso de colonización suscitado en los Llanos de Casanare, a partir de la expulsión de los Jesuitas en 1767, ejemplificados en la erección y crecimiento de la parroquia de San Carlos de Nunchía. En una primera parte se narran las principales causas y sucesos que suscitaron la erección y consolidación, desde 1770, de la Parroquia de Nunchía. Se destaca la migración que desde antes de la Revolución de los Comuneros de 1781, adelantaron pobladores de la provincia del Socorro a la región llanera y muy especialmente a la parroquia, pero que post movimiento comunero fue mucho más intensa. En una segunda parte, se cuenta el proceso de conformación del Estanco del Tabaco en los llanos de Casanare y Meta, cuya administración se estableció, en diciembre de 1790, en Nunchía, permitiendo su consolidación.Palabras Clave: poblamiento, jesuitas, migración, colonización, frontera, comuneros, estanco de tabaco, Nunchía. The Parish of Nunchia: Population Growth on the Colombian Eastern Plains After the Expulsion of the Jesuitas, 1770-1825AbstractThe present article discusses aspects of the colonization process that began in the Casanare plains after the expulsion of the Jesuits in 1767, as exemplified by the creation and growth of the parish of San Carlos de Nunchía. The paper begins with a narration of the primary causes and events that led to the creation and consolidation of the Nunchía Parish after 1770. Emphasis is given to the migration from the Socorro province (in central Colombia) to the Plains region and particularly to Nunchía, both before and especially after the failed ComuneroRevolt in 1781. The second part of the article describes the creation of the Estanco del Tabaco in the plains of Casanare and Meta, whose administration was established in Nunchía in December of 1790.Keywords: settlement, Jesuits, migration, colonization, frontiers, Comunero Revolt, Estanco de Tabaco, Nunchía.

Abstract (sommario):
This article examines the phenomenon of nunchi (being conscious of others’ or observing other people's state of mind, behavior, and situation) in Korean culture. Nunchi is different from Korean collectivism (We, affection) and Western European culture, where individualism is more important than the needs of society. In Korea nunchi is accepted as essential for forming a sense of solidarity in relations with people. Silence and observation are an important part of an individual's life and social interactions in Korean society. Observing the changes in the circumstances and the people around them in a group reveals the concerns of the Koreans for those close to them. The Koreans hide their opinions, do not speak directly, and tell white lies because they believe it is essential to avoid conflict with others. Korean politeness when they talk about their thoughts, either indirectly or with a hidden meaning, may raise questions from the Russians. In Korean society, it is necessary to keep an eye out. It is not a coincidence that the Westerns understood nunchi as a means of surviving in Korean society. However, the meaning of nunchi is not just a means to survive, but with the help of nunchi, Koreans try to predict other people's minds and understand their true desires in order to accurately understand and socialize with them. Nunchi is a basic Korean etiquette. It has deep historical roots and is closely related to collectivism.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perspektif Saputra dari channel youtube 1 Hari Sukses yang berjudul “Nunchi: Rahasia Orang Korea Memahami Perasaan Orang Lain”. Pada studi ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan simak catat karena sumber data yang diperoleh dengan menyimak narasi lisan. Hasil Studi ini menjelaskan bahwa Nunchi merupakan konsep Korea yang mengacu pada kemampuan untuk memahami emosi dan pikiran seseorang dengan cepat dan akurat dalam situasi sosial serta merupakan bentuk kecerdasan emosional yang melibatkan membaca suasana atau suasana ruangan dan menyesuaikan perilakunya. Studi ini juga menyebutkan bahwa Nunchi sangat dihargai dalam budaya Korea sebagai alat untuk membangun hubungan dan menavigasi lingkungan sosial yang kompleks. Ini juga merupakan keterampilan yang berharga dalam komunikasi antarpribadi, memungkinkan individu untuk beradaptasi dengan situasi sosial yang berbeda dan terhubung dengan orang lain pada tingkat yang lebih dalam. Meskipun mungkin ada batasan pada keakuratan Nunchi, mengembangkan keterampilan ini dapat menjadi aset berharga baik dalam lingkungan pribadi maupun profesional.

Abstract (sommario):
This study was conducted to understand the clinical competence, communication skill, and of nursing students, and to establish a method to improve clinical competence by identifying the relationship and mediating effect between them. The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effect of Nunchi in the relationship between clinical competence and communication skill of nursing students. The subjects of the study were 278 students in their fourth year of a four-year university in S and M cities. Data analysis was performed through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0. As a result of the study, clinical competence and communication skill showed a significant positive correlation with Nunchi, and Nunchi was found to have a full mediating effect in the relationship between clinical competence and communication skill. Based on the results of this study, it is believed that developing and applying a Nunchi improvement training program to improve clinical competence will be useful in improving the communication skills of nursing students.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of simulation-Based Education on nursing students' nunchi, communication skills and clinical reasoning ability. For the study, an experimental study with a one group pre-post design was used. The participants were 48, 4-years nursing students from S University in G-city, and participated in the 'Simulation-Based Education' course for 12 weeks from August to October 2022. parid t-test using SPSS program. Result, Nunchi(t=3.29, p=.003), Communication skills(t=2.51, p=.018) and Clinical reasoning ability (t=-4.98, p<.001) of nursing students significantly improved after application of simulation-based Education. In addition, the correlation between nunchi, communication skills, and clinical reasoning ability shows that clinical reasoning ability has a strong positive correlation with Nunchi(r=.644, p<.001) and communication ability (r=.629, p<.001). A relationship appeared. Additionally, the factor accounted for 41.9% of the variance in Clinical reasoning ability. Therefore, it is necessary to develop various clinical nursing scenarios of simulation-based training education to nursing subjects to improve clinical reasoning capabilities for nursing students'. It is believed that the period of education should be considered before clinical practice.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore and understand nursing students' nunchi experiences in clinical practice. Methods: Participants were nursing students in the third and fourth years who had clinical experience. A total of 20 nursing students were divided into three focus groups based on their grade levels and gender. Data were collected from December 2017 to March 2018 through focus group interviews and were analyzed via Colaizzi's phenomenological methodology. Results: The study results consisted of 5 theme clusters, 11 themes, and 24 subthemes. These clusters were: confusion about ambiguous behavioral standards, effort in following social norms, concern about getting hurt, physical and psychological exhaustion, and forming social attitudes. Conclusion: These results show that nunchi has positive and negative effects on the clinical practice of nursing students. We need to improve the causes of nunchi, which can have a negative impact on clinical practice.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of nursing students' nunchi and self-determination on clinical practice stress. Methods The subjects of this study were recruited from two universities located in U-city, and there were 123 nursing students. Data were collected from August 1, 2022 to November 30, 2022 using a Google questionnaire. The analysis method was performed by real number, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Hierarchical regression using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results Clinical practice stress in Nursing students showed a negative correlation with nunchi(r=-.255 p<.01) and self-determination(r=-.398, p<.001). As a result of Hierarchical regression analysis, self-determination (β=-.220, p<.05), clinical practice satisfaction: dissatisfaction (β=.460, p<.001), clinical practice satisfaction: average (β= .190, p<. 05) were found to be factors affecting clinical practice stress, and the explanatory power of these variables was 33.5% (F=11.238, p<.001, Adjusted R2=33.5%). Conclusions In order to reduce the stress of clinical practice, it is necessary to identify the difficulties that nursing students experience in the clinical field in detail, and seek a realistic clinical practice guidance strategy that supports students to find appropriate solutions while maximizing their self-determination. In addition, it is rnecessary to develop an educational program that can apply these teaching strategies.

Entre 2010 et 2020, environ 100000 Sud-Coréens de la péninsule ont migré vers l'île de Jeju en quête d'une vie « alternative ». Plus de la moitié de cette population est composée de jeunes dans la trentaine et la quarantaine. Ma thèse vise à résoudre un paradoxe que représente cette migration néo-rurale. Entreprise comme une volonté de contester le mode de vie urbain dans le pays, lui-même considéré comme compétitif, matérialiste et désolidarisant, comment comprendre qu’elle participe à son tour à l'expansion de cette même manière de vivre sur l'île de Jeju ?En se basant sur quinze mois d'enquête ethnographique sur l'île depuis 2016, cette étude aborde trois questions principales : pourquoi migrer ? Comment entreprendre une nouvelle vie sur l’île de Jeju ? Quelles sont les conséquences de cette migration sur la communauté locale ? Je propose d’abord le concept de « pseudo-effervescence sans collectif » pour cerner la détresse qui a conduit au départ des migrants. Ensuite, en retraçant leur transformation de chercheurs à marchands d'alternatives après leur installation sur l’île, je montre que la démarche des migrants, le mouvement des start-up et du « local lifestyle », ainsi que les politiques de développement de l’État, s’articulent autour d’un point commun : l’entrepreneurialité. Enfin, cette étude s’intéresse, d’une part, à la résistance des locaux contre le développement néolibéral de l’île à travers la politique du patrimoine et, d’autre part, au comportement de nunch’i des migrants qui révèle leur fatigue et leur défiance vis-à-vis d’autrui.Cette étude éclaire plusieurs aspects du néolibéralisme déchaîné dans le contexte sud-coréen, en passant par les souffrances au travail, la promotion de l’entrepreneurialité comme nouveau principe de vivre, l’émergence d’une nouvelle ruralité planifiée par l’État, ainsi que la prolifération de la violence symbolique et de la défiance mutuelle dans la vie sociale
In the 2010s, approximately 100,000 South Koreans migrated from the peninsula to Jeju Island in search of “alternative” lifestyle. More than half of this population consists of young adults in their thirties and forties. This study explores the paradox arising from this urban-to-rural migration: initiated as a challenge to the urban way of life in the country, considered competitive, materialistic, and lacking in solidarity, how does it ultimately contribute to the expansion of the same lifestyle on Jeju? Based on 15 months of ethnographic fieldwork on Jeju since 2016, this study addresses three key questions: Why do they migrate? How do they start a new life on the island? And what consequences does this migration have for local communities? First, I propose the concept of “pseudo-effervescence without group” to capture the distress that led to their departure. Second, by tracing the transformation of migrants from seekers to sellers of alternatives, I reveal how their new paths converge with the start-up culture, local lifestyle movements, and state-driven local development policies, all of which are rooted in the entrepreneuriality. Finally, I examine the resistance of locals to neoliberal development through kinship and politics of cultural heritage, and highlight the migrants’ nunchi behavior, which reflects their fatigue and distrust of others.This study sheds light on several aspects of neoliberalism unleashed in South Korea, including sufferings at work, promotion of entrepreneurship as a new life principle, emerging new rurality planned by the state, proliferation of symbolic violence and mutual distrust in social life
