Abstract Surgery for ear, nose and throat (ENT) diseases most often aims to improve quality of life (QoL). The extent of having QoL as an outcome in papers included in evidence-based medicine databases is not known. In primary sinonasal surgery, the QoL outcomes and predictors and usability of various QoL instruments need more clarification. The aim was to: 1. Find out with a systematic literature review how the Cochrane database currently includes the QoL dimension. 2. Investigate the effect of primary sinonasal surgery on QoL, to identify predictors of QoL outcomes and to compare QoL instruments. In total 160 adults undergoing primary septoplasty (SP) or endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) were recruited in 2010–2014 with 206 controls for a prospective matched cohort study. QoL was measured with a disease-specific Sino-Nasal Outcome Test–22 (SNOT–22) and generic RAND–36 before surgery and 12 months after surgery. Retrospective Glasgow Benefit Inventory (GBI) was also used. QoL was an outcome measure in 10% (3 out of 30) of trials included in Cochrane databases on most common ENT surgeries. The use of QoL since the year 2000 has increased. The total SNOT–22 score improved in both patient groups after surgery, almost to the level of the controls, In the SP group (N=64) from 34.9 to 19.1 and in ESS (N=70), from 35.1 to 19.3. The control cohort’s SNOT–22 was 17.7 at entry and after follow-up, 15.3 (N=165). RAND–36 and GBI also improved after surgery. The best predictor for a good QoL outcome in multivariate analysis after surgery was a high preoperative (≥20) SNOT–22 score in the SP and ESS groups (adjusted odds ratio 10; 95% confidence interval 1.6–64 and 12; 2.5–55, respectively). In receiver operating characteristic curve analysis, the highest preoperative SNOT–22 total score of 30 was the most sensitive (74%) and specific (70%). GBI seemed to be the most sensitive instrument to detect a change, but the three instruments in this study agreed in only about 10% of the patients who had the worst impact before surgery or best outcome. The results suggest that papers on the Cochrane databases on ENT surgeries have rarely addressed the QoL outcome. Septal deviation and recurrent acute or chronic rhinosinusitis lowered QoL. Primary surgery on these conditions improved QoL almost to the level of the control population, which was not symptom-free either. A high preoperative SNOT–22 total score was the best predictor of a beneficial outcome. The QoL instruments identified different patients experiencing the best improvement after surgery
Tiivistelmä Korva-, nenä- ja kurkkutautien (KNK) kirurgia tähtää useimmiten elämänlaadun (EL) parantamiseen. EL:n huomioinnin yleisyys näyttöön perustuvien tietokantojen sisältämissä tutkimuksissa ei ole tiedossa. Primaareissa nenäleikkauksissa EL:n tulokset, ennustekijät ja eri mittareiden käytettävyys kaipaavat lisätietoja. Tarkoituksena oli 1: Tutkia systemaattisella kirjallisuuskatsauksella miten nykyiset Cochrane-suositukset huomioivat EL:n. 2: Tutkia primaarin nenäkirurgian vaikutus EL:uun, tunnistaa EL:n ennustekijöitä ja vertailla eri mittareita. Yhteensä 160 primaariin nenän väliseinäleikkaukseen (VL) tai sivuonteloiden tähystysleikkaukseen (ESS) tulevaa aikuista ja 206 ikä- ja sukupuolivakioitua verrokkia osallistui etenevään kaltaistettuun kohorttitutkimukseen vv. 2010-2014. EL mitattiin tautispesifillä Sino-Nasal Outcome Test -22:lla (SNOT–22) ja yleisellä RAND–36:lla ennen leikkausta ja 12 kk leikkauksen jälkeen. Kolmantena mittarina käytettiin taannehtivaa Glasgow Benefit Inventoryä (GBI). Cochrane-tietokannan yleisimpien KNK-leikkausten tutkimuksista 10 %:ssa (3 30:stä) sisälsi EL-tuloksia. Vuoden 2000 jälkeen EL:n käyttö on lisääntynyt. SNOT–22 kokonaispistemäärä parani VL- ja ESS-ryhmissä lähes kontrollien tasolle, VL-ryhmässä (N=64) 34.9:stä 19.1:een ja ESS-ryhmässä (N=70) 35.1:stä 19.3:een. Kontrollien SNOT–22 oli alussa 17.7 ja seurannan jälkeen 15.3. Myös RAND–36 ja GBI paranivat leikkauksen jälkeen. Monimuuttuja-analyysissä hyvän EL-tuloksen paras ennustetekijä oli korkea leikkausta edeltävä SNOT–22 sekä VL- että ESS-ryhmissä (vakioitu vetokertoimien suhde 10; 95 % luottamusväli 1.6–64 ja 12; 2.5–55, ryhmittäin). ROC (receiver operating characteristic) -käyräanalyysissä leikkausta edeltävä arvo 30 antoi parhaan herkkyyden (74 %) ja tarkkuuden (70 %). GBI vaikutti herkimmältä aistimaan muutoksen, mutta mittarit olivat samaa mieltä vain noin 10%:ssa niistä potilaista, joilla oli huonoin EL ennen leikkausta tai paras tulos leikkauksen jälkeen. Tulosten mukaan Cochrane-tietokannassa olevat KNK-tautien kirurgian tutkimukset ovat ottaneet harvoin elämänlaadun huomioon. Nenän väliseinän vinous ja toistuva äkillinen tai krooninen sivuontelotulehdus laskivat EL:ua. Näiden tautien primaarikirurgia paransi EL:n lähes samalle tasolle kuin kontrolliryhmällä. The distribution of suspended algae was investigated in a 69-km length of a small lowland river in the UK, the Nene (annual median discharge at km 91.7 =6 m(^3) s(^-1). Variations in chlorophyll a data collected between 1975 and 1998 by water management organisations at km 91.7 were evaluated against a range of physical and chemical variables. Interpretation was aided by additional sampling between 1993 and 1997.The latter half of the 24-year period had significantly higher temperatures and sunshine-hours and significantly lower ammonium concentrations. Discharge, temperature and sunshine-hours were significant predictors of chlorophyll concentration, particularly between January and June, and spring chlorophyll maxima ranged from 106 to 276 µg L(^-1).Centric diatoms were the most abundant taxa in the main-river and, in the absence of other limiting factors, appeared to be restricted by the availability of silica. There was also evidence that the centric diatoms suffered from severe parasitism. Inter-year phytoplankton abundance was most variable in the summer, and years with abundant submerged macrophytes had particularly low phytoplankton numbers. Spring phytoplankton peaks occurred earlier and had smaller amplitude at downstream sites than those further upstream. Average spring chlorophyll concentrations (April - June) increased significantly between km 22.4 and km 43.9, thereafter remaining high to km 91.7. Spatial trends were attributed to changes in channel morphology, retention time, dead zones, longitudinal variations in current velocity, temperature and silica limitation. An appraisal of the Utermöhl method of counting phytoplankton was made and a new technique proposed, called 'spaced fields'. The spaced fields method accurately identified small changes in phytoplankton abundance and was used to identify short-term temporal and small-scale spatial trends in the Nene.

Abstract (sommario):
The annual science fiction anthology series The Best Japanese SF started publication in 2009 and showcases domestic writers old and new and from a wide range of publishing backgrounds. Although representative of the second golden era of Japanese science fiction in print in its diversity and with an emphasis on that year in science fiction, as the volumes progress the editors’ unspoken agenda has become more pronounced, which is to create a set of expectations for the genre and to uphold writers Project Itoh and EnJoe Toh as exemplary of this current golden era. This thesis analyzes the context of the anthology series’ publication, how the anthology is constructed, and these two writers’ contributions to the genre as integral to the anthologies and important to the younger generation of writers in the genre.

Introducció:
L'etiologia de les escoliosis idiopàtiques (EI) i els factors relacionats amb la progressió de la corba són insuficientment coneguts. Els objectius del present treball foren: 1) Estudiar la relació entre la velocitat de creixement de la talla i la velocitat de creixement de l'angle, 2) demostrar que l'estabilització del creixement de l'angle té lloc al mateix temps que l'estabilització del creixement de la talla, 3) demostrar que la relació entre la talla i l'angle es modifica pel tractament i l'evolutivitat de la corba, i 4) avaluar la utilitat del signe de Risser com a factor predictiu en les EI de l'adolescent.
Pacients i mètode:
Estudi retrospectiu d'una cohort de 132 noies que complien els criteris d'inclusió: EI de l'adolescent, angle de Cobb ≥10º, data de menarquia coneguda, seguiment mínim de 2 anys en controls semestrals. Les principals variables recollides foren: talla i angle per a calcular les velocitats de creixement de talla i d'angle, progressió de ≥4º/any, tipus de tractament i signe de Risser. Els increments de talla i d'angle al llarg del període d'estudi es van ajustar segons diferents models de regressió curvilínia. Es considerava que el creixement s'estabilitzava quan el pendent, calculat entre dos punts de temps consecutius, canviava de signe o s'apropava a 0. Els coeficients de correlació entre la talla i l'angle per a mesures repetides es van estimar intra i intersubjectes.
Resultats:
L'edat mitjana de diagnòstic i de menarquia fou de 11.6 (DE 2.47) i 12.8 (DE 1.18) anys, respectivament. El pic de velocitat de la talla tenia lloc 1 any abans de la menarquia en tota la mostra. El pic de creixement de l'angle s'observava només en les corbes progressives 1 any pre-menarquia. La funció cúbica fou la que millor ajustava els valors de la talla (R2=0.329) i el pendent canviava de signe un any post-menarquia. La funció potència fou la millor per a l'angle (R2=0.038), essent el pendent proper a 0 al voltant de la menarquia. Al comparar la talla mitjana en cada període amb la del període immediatament anterior, s'aprecien diferències estadísticament significatives fins els 2.5-3 anys post-menarquia, tot i que després del primer any les diferències foren clínicament irrellevants. Respecte als valors mitjans d'angle, les diferències foren significatives en els mesos previs a la menarquia. El signe de Risser quan es produeix el pic de màxima velocitat de creixement fou 0 en el 91.5% dels casos; en el moment de la menarquia fou de 0 en el 52.9%; un any post-menarquia fou 0 en només el 2.1% de les noies, presentant valors d'un rang de 1 a 4 en percentatges diversos.
Conclusions:
1. L'evolució no lineal de l'angle va impedir utilitzar la velocitat de creixement d'aquest en l'estudi de la progressió de les EI. De tota manera, s'aprecia una relació estadísticament significativa entre els valors absoluts de talla i angle, essent més forta en el grup de nenes tractades amb observació, i no sotmeses a la inferència de l'ortesi.
2. Es demostra que el creixement tendeix a l'estabilització un any després de la menarquia per als valors de la talla i al voltant de la menarquia per als valors de l'angle.
3. Hi ha un creixement estadísticament significatiu fins als 2.5 anys post-menarquia per a les noies amb observació i en els 6 mesos abans a la menarquia per a les noies tractades amb ortesi i/o amb corbes progressives.
4. Un signe de Risser de 0 informa d'una alta probabilitat de progressió potencial de la corba, però altres estadiatges del Risser no són d'utilitat per a determinar el final del creixement de la talla i de la corba.
Background:
Ethiology of idiopathic scoliosis (IS) still remains inadequately known, as well as factors related to curve progression. It is commonly accepted that a relation between curve progression and growth exists, but there is a lack of prospective studies on this matter in the medical literature. Main objectives of the present study were: 1) To study the relation between height growth velocity (HGV) and angle growth velocity (AGV) in IS, 2) to demonstrate that angle growth stabilisation occurs at the same time that height growth stabilisation, 3) to demonstrate that the relation between height and angle is modified by treatment type and curve progression and 4) to assess utility of Risser sign as a progression predictor in adolescent IS.
Patients and methods:
Retrospective study of a cohort of 132 girls who met the inclusion criteria: Adolescent IS, Cobb angle ≥10º, menarche date known, follow-up of at least 2 years in 6 months controls. Main variables collected were height and Cobb angle to calculate HGV and AGV, progression ≥4º/year, treatment (observation or bracing) and Risser sign. Several curvilinear regression models adjusted height and angle changes over time. The slope between each consecutive time points (first derivative function) was calculated. Growth was considered stabilised when slope changed its sign or was negligible. Height and Cobb angle correlation coefficients for repeated measures were estimated within subjects.
Results:
Mean diagnosis and menarche age were 11.6 (SD 2.47) and 12.8 (SD 1.18) years, respectively. Peak height velocity occurred 1 year before menarche in progressive and no-progressive groups. However, angle growth peak was observed only in progressive curves, and occurred 1 year before menarche as well. Cubic was the best function for height (R2=0.329) and slope changed sign at one year post-menarche. Power function was the best for Cobb angle, but with a small adjustment (R2=0.038), slope was negligible around menarche time. When comparing mean heights values in every period with the previous ones, we observed statistically significant differences till 2.5-3 years post-menarche, although after the first year differences were clinically irrelevant. As to mean angles, differences were significant since 1 year pre-menarche to menarche. Risser at time of maximal progression risk (1 year pre-menarche) was 0 in 91.5% cases; at menarche (angle stabilisation) was 0 in 52.9%; at 1 year post-menarche (height stabilisation) was 0 in only 2.1% girls, with values ranging 1 to 4 in different percentages.

Conclusions:
1. The lack of a linear evolution of angle did not afford to find a correlation between HGB and AGV. Nevertheless, it exists a statistically significant relation between height and angle absolute values that is stronger in the group of girls managed only with observation, not interfered by orthosis effect.
2. The mathematical model used demonstrates that growth tends to stabilisation at one year after menarche (for height values) and around menarche date (for angle values).
3. There is a statistically significant growth till 2.5 years after menarche in girls managed with observation and in the 6 months previous to menarche in girls managed with brace and/or progressive curves.
4. A Risser sign of 0 informs of a high probability of potential curve progression, but other Risser stages are not useful to determine the end of height and curve growth.

The aim of this research is to know the relationship between children’s evaluations on their subjective well-being and food. We used an exploratory and multiple-method cross-sectional study with students from the last years of primary school. The first phase of the study has focused on the quantitative analysis of the data obtained through 371 questionnaires applied to students aged 10 to 12 of 18 in the Osona region. These data were triangulated with qualitative information obtained from 16 semi-structured group interviews conducted at 6 schools with a total of 112 children. The work done has allowed us to study children’s well-being without using models applied on adults, and to identify the relationship and influence that children have attributed to food on their well-being. The results obtained open the door to further studies taking into account both issues, and identify indicators related to nutrition that may contribute to explain children’s well-being.
L’objectiu d’aquesta investigació és conèixer la relació entre les avaluacions que els nens/es fan del seu benestar subjectiu, i les que fan sobre la alimentació. S’ha realitzat un estudi exploratori transversal multimètode. La primera fase de l’estudi s’ha analitzat quantitativament les dades obtingudes a partir de 371 qüestionaris aplicats a estudiants de 10 a 12 anys de 18 centres d’educació primària de la comarca d’Osona. Aquestes dades s’han triangulat amb les informacions qualitatives obtingudes a la segona fase, a partir de les 16 entrevistes grupals semiestructurades realitzades a 112 nens/es de 6 escoles. El treball ha permès estudiar el benestar infantil sense partir dels models utilitzats amb adults i identificar la relació que els nens/es han atribuït a l’alimentació sobre el seu benestar. Els resultats obren les portes a seguir estudiant aquestes temàtiques i identificar indicadors relacionats amb l’alimentació que poden contribuir a explicar el benestar dels nens/es.

Aquesta recerca se situa en el marc d’una escola d’educació infantil i primària; concretament, a l’escola El Martinet. La recerca posa la seva mirada envers els nens i les nenes de l’escola amb l’objectiu de desvelar, descriure i interpretar quina és la cultura que creix en relació amb la seva forma d’estar a l’escola tenint en compte les opcions pedagògiques que aquesta escola ha pres. La recerca s’aborda des de dos paradigmes: la fenomenologia i el construccionisme, i s’encara des d’un pensament abductiu que la fa créixer des d’atendre l’inesperat i sorprenent de la mateixa investigació. Parteix d’entendre la investigació com una recerca envers l’experiència educativa, una experiència viscuda per la mateixa investigadora però alhora, també, d’entendre el que es mira com una experiència vital per als infants, des de mirar l’educació com un esdeveniment important en la vida de les persones. La recerca pren forma a través de l’etnografia visual. Mitjançant un treball de camp prolongat, s’han enregistrat diferents fotografies justament per a descriure i interpretar el que ha vist la mateixa investigadora. En aquest procés també s’han tingut en compte les aportacions d’un nou camp en desenvolupament, el de l’etnografia sensorial, amb l’objectiu justament de compartir el vist i sentit des de la idea que l’espectador/lector també ho pugui veure i sentir. Alhora, buscant un diàleg intersubjectiu, també s’han recollit aportacions dels mestres de l’escola en forma de fotonarracions (un instrument dissenyat per a aquesta recerca) per a complementar i contrastar el material elaborat per la investigadora. També s’han considerat diferents publicacions pedagògiques de l’escola com a materials per a l’anàlisi. La recerca conclou amb un informe etnogràfic, una narrativa que busca narrar-se des d’una poètica pedagògica i que pretén compartir les reflexions que es deriven de la interpretació dels resultats de l’anàlisi de dades. Un relat que s’aventura en la interpretació de l’expressat pel mateix fenomen i que, alhora, li dona veu, visibilitat i encoratja altres a pensar-lo.
This research is within the framework of a school for elementary and primary education; specifically, a school called El Martinet. The research puts the attention at the boys and girls of the school with the aim of revealing, describing and interpreting the culture that grows in relation to their way of being at the school, taking into account the pedagogical decisions that the school has taken. The research is approached from two paradigms: phenomenology and constructivism, and it is faced by abductive thinking that makes it grow by taking into account the unexpected and surprising of the same research. Parts from understanding research as an examination on educational experience, an experience lived by the same researcher, but at the same time, from understanding what is viewed as a vital experience for children, seeing education as an important event in people’s lives. The search takes shape through visual ethnography. By means of a long field work, different photographs have been taken precisely to describe and interpret what the same researcher has seen. In this process, the contributions of a new field in development, that of sensorial ethnography, have been taken into account, with the objective of sharing the sight and sense from the idea that the viewer/reader can also see it and feel it. At the same time, looking for intersubjective dialogues, contributions from the teachers of the school in the form of photonarrations (an instrument designed for this research) were also collected to complement and contrast the material developed by the researcher. Various pedagogical publications of the school have also been considered as materials for analysis. The research concludes with an ethnographic report, a narrative that seeks to explain with pedagogical poetry and that aims to share the reflections that are derived from the interpretation of the results of the analyzed data. A story that advances in the interpretation of what is expressed by the same phenomenon and which, at the same time, gives voice, visibility and encourages others to think about it.

The study of socio-cognitive skills, and their relationship with executive functions, has generated a large number of studies. In order to assess these skills in children with Down syndrome, we administered a battery of theory of mind tasks, a test of emotion comprehension, and several executive function tasks, to a group of 30 children with Down syndrome aged between 4 and 12 years. Two groups of children with typical development were used as control groups, one for chronological age and the other for linguistic level. The results indicate that participants with Down syndrome have similar socio-cognitive abilities compared to their peers with the same language level and thus, that these skills improve with increasing age. In executive functions we observed differences between the diverse components evaluated, and we can conclude that executive functions are good predictors for socio-cognitive abilities in children with Down syndrome
L’estudi de les habilitats sociocognitives, i la seva relació amb les funcions executives, ha generat un volum important d’estudis. Amb l’objectiu d’avaluar aquestes capacitats en infants amb síndrome de Down, hem administrat una bateria de tasques de teoria de la ment, un test de comprensió emocional, i diverses tasques de funcions executives, a 30 infants amb síndrome de Down d’entre 4 i 12 anys, així com també a dos grups d’infants amb un desenvolupament típic; un d’ells de la mateixa edat cronològica, i l’altre amb un nivell lingüístic similar. Les dades indiquen que els participants amb síndrome de Down tenen unes habilitats sociocognitives similars a les dels seus companys amb el mateix nivell lingüístic i que aquestes milloren amb l’increment de l’edat. En les funcions executives s’observen diferències en el domini dels seus components i es mostren com un bon predictor per al domini en les habilitats sociocognitives en nenes i nens amb síndrome de Down

Abstract Acute rhinosinusitis (ARS) is a common condition often treated with antibiotics, even though the cause is usually viral. Despite the commonness of ARS, there is limited evidence on the development and diagnosis of bacterial cases. So far, we lack prospective studies where the bacterial cause would have been confirmed with a bacterial culture of the paranasal sinus aspirate. The purpose of the study was to investigate the course of ARS with a prospective inception cohort study among young adults with ARS, using sequential and standardized methods. To differentiate viral and bacterial ARS, maxillary sinus aspiration and a bacterial culture were used as a reference standard for bacterial ARS. Fifty conscripts with ARS were recruited between February and April 2012. Eight patients (16%) had a positive culture from the maxillary sinus aspirate at 9–10 days and thus, had bacterial ARS. Viral and bacterial coinfection resulted in extensive paranasal mucosal abnormalities and increased symptoms during the episode. The paranasal mucosal abnormalities developed rapidly and remained relatively constant during the episode in both bacterial and non-bacterial ARS. A change in inflammatory biomarker levels indicated both local and systemic inflammatory responses, which were strongest at the onset of symptoms. Symptoms or their changes were of little use in diagnosing bacterial ARS, but secretion seen in the nasal cavity, posterior pharynx or middle meatus predicted bacterial ARS quite well. These results suggest that bacterial infection may modify symptoms and paranasal abnormalities already at the beginning of an ARS episode, although the spread of paranasal abnormalities may not be an etiological factor in the development of bacterial ARS. ARS involves local and systemic inflammatory responses, which are strongest at the beginning of the episode. Examination of the nose and throat is recommended for diagnosing bacterial ARS
Tiivistelmä Nenän äkillinen sivuontelotulehdus on tavallinen tauti, jonka hoitoon käytetään paljon antibiootteja, vaikka sen aiheuttaja on useimmiten virus. Bakteerin aiheuttaman tautimuodon kehittymisestä ja diagnostiikasta ei ole julkaistu tutkimuksia, joissa potilaita olisi seurattu taudin alusta lähtien ja bakteerin olemassaolo olisi varmistettu nenän sivuontelosta otetulla bakteerinäytteellä. Tämän väitöskirjatyön tarkoituksena oli selvittää nenän äkillisen sivuontelotulehduksen kulkua käyttämällä toistuvia, standardisoituja menetelmiä. Bakteerin aiheuttama tauti todettiin poskiontelopistolla ja bakteeriviljelyllä. Tutkimukseen osallistui viisikymmentä (50) äkilliseen ylähengitystieinfektioon sairastunutta varusmiestä keväällä 2012. Kahdeksalla (16 %) potilaalla todettiin bakteerin aiheuttama tauti poskiontelopiston avulla 9–10 päivää oireiden alkamisen jälkeen. Viruksen ja bakteerin sekainfektio aiheutti laajemmat sivuonteloiden tulehduslöydökset ja voimakkaammat oireet kuin pelkän viruksen aiheuttama tauti. Sivuonteloiden tulehduslöydökset kehittyivät nopeasti ja pysyivät sekä bakteerin että viruksen aiheuttamassa taudissa varsin muuttumattomina. Tulehdusmerkkiaineiden muutokset osoittivat sekä paikallisen, että yleisen tulehdusreaktion, jotka olivat voimakkaimmillaan taudin alussa. Oireet tai niissä taudin aikana tapahtuneet muutokset eivät osoittautuneet hyviksi merkeiksi bakteerin aiheuttaman taudin toteamiseksi, mutta eritteen näkyminen nenässä, nielussa tai keskikäytävässä ennakoi hyvin bakteerin aiheuttaman sivuontelotulehduksen toteamista. Bakteeri saattaa vaikuttaa oireisiin ja sivuonteloiden tulehduslöydöksiin jo nenän äkillisen sivuontelotulehduksen alussa, mutta tulehduslöydösten laajuus ei välttämättä liity bakteerin aiheuttaman taudin kehittymiseen. Nenän äkilliseen sivuontelotulehdukseen liittyy paikallinen ja yleinen tulehdusreaktio, jotka ovat voimakkaimmillaan taudin alussa. Potilaan nenän ja nielun tutkiminen on tärkeää bakteerin aiheuttaman nenän sivuontelotulehduksen toteamiseksi

To comply with the European Union Water Framework Directive (2000), National Governments are required to achieve good chemical and ecological status of freshwater bodies. Fine sediment has been shown to be a major cause of the degradation of lakes and rivers, and as a result research in geomorphology has been directed towards the understanding of fine sediment dynamics. It was identified by a review of published literature that at present a paucity of information on sediment dynamics existed for the East Midlands, UK. The use of tracers within a sediment fingerprinting framework has recently become a heavily used technique to investigate the sources of fine sediment pressures. However, uncertainties associated with tracer behaviour have been cited as major potential limitations to sediment fingerprinting methodologies. At present few studies have quantified the uncertainties associated with tracer use, or the exact reasons why different tracers are producing different sediment provenance results. This thesis had two aims based on these gaps in published literature. First, to assess the impact of sediment sampling methodology, tracer selection, particle size corrections and organic enrichment corrections on a fine sediment fingerprinting study. Secondly, to develop a partial sediment budget for the Upper Nene river basin and its major tributaries. The results of this thesis were presented in two parts. The first part investigated Aim 1 when fingerprinting; historically deposited sediment, suspended sediment and recently deposited sediment. The second part investigated Aim 2 by constructing a fine sediment budget for the Nene river basin, consisting of; sediment yield, sediment provenance, floodplain sediment accumulation and channel bed sediment storage. A mean difference of 24.1% between the predicted contributions of sediment originating from channel banks was found when using nine different tracer groups to fingerprint the river sediment samples. When fingerprinting contributions from urban street dusts mean differences between tracer group predictions were lower, at between 8% and 11%. There was little indication that organic matter content and / or particle size caused differences between tracer group predictions. Within-source variability in tracer concentrations, and small contrasts between the tracer concentrations of the sediment source groups, were identified as probable causes of inherent uncertainty present in the fingerprinting analysis. It was determined that the ratio of the percentage difference between median tracer concentrations in the source groups and the average within-source tracer concentration coefficient of variation could indicate the likely uncertainty in model predictions prior to tracer use. When fingerprinting historically deposited sediment, a reservoir core was fingerprinted with the least uncertainty, with tracer group provenance predictions ~28% apart and with consistent down-core trends. When fingerprinting an on-line lake core and four floodplain cores, differences between tracer group predictions were as large as 100%; the down-core trends in changing sediment provenance were also different. The differences between tracer group predictions could be attributed to the organic matter content and particle size of the sediment. There was also evidence of the in-growth of bacterially derived magnetite and chemical dissolution affecting the preservation of tracer signatures. Despite the prior indications that organic matter and particle size were causing tracer non-conservatism in historical sediment cores, data corrections were found to often be ineffective at reducing the differences between tracer group predictions. The corrections were found to either have no effect on, or increase the mean differences between, tracer group predictions when fingerprinting river sediment. The sediment budget identified that the annual sediment yield of 13 - 19 t km-2 yr-1 for the Nene is low in comparison to other UK catchments. Channel banks were found to be the dominant sediment source in the Nene, typically contributing between 60% and 100% of the sediment. Rates of sediment accumulation on the Nene’s floodplain was found to be highly variable (920– 7,200 t km-2 yr-1); the presence of flood defences were likely to be a cause of this variability, and have caused a reduction in the accumulation rate since 1963. It was found that large quantities of sediment accumulated on channel beds during periods of low flows (~ 28% of the annual sediment yield), which was flushed from the bed by a series of flood events (leaving <1% of the annual sediment yield in temporary storage). An original contribution to research was made by quantifying the uncertainties associated with tracer use in a fine sediment fingerprinting investigation, as well as identifying the probable causes of the observed uncertainty. The fine sediment dynamics of the Nene basin were also investigated for the first time, and it was identified that the high contributions from channel banks in the Nene were highly a-typical for UK catchments.

La Síndrome X Fràgil (SXF) és la segona causa més comuna de discapacitat intel·lectual de base genètica, per darrere de la trisomia 21, i la primera causa de discapacitat intel·lectual hereditària. En el cas dels homes, al comptar tan sols amb un cromosoma X, el fet de ser portadors de la mutació completa de el gen FMR1 provoca una absència total de la proteïna FMRP mentre que, en el cas de les dones, comporta una disminució parcial ja que el cromosoma amb el gen FMR1 sa serà capaç de sintetitzar certa quantitat de FMRP. Tot això implica que la clínica en homes sol expressar-se de forma més greu que en les dones. Aquest fet ha influït en què la gran majoria d'investigació científica s'hagi centrat en descriure el fenotip neurocognitiu dels homes afectes i que el nombre d'investigacions realitzades en dones sigui significativament inferior. La present tesi s'estructura en base a 4 articles. Aquests representen el nucli de la investigació que té com a objectius principals estudiar la relació entre diferents àrees del perfil neurocognitiu i la conducta adaptativa en noies amb el diagnòstic de SXF; així com el risc de patir assetjament escolar en el paper de víctima i la seva relació amb el seu nivell d'adaptació funcional. Tots ells compten amb una mostra de 26 noies amb SXF i 14 noies de grup control aparellades per edat i capacitat intel·lectual total, amb edats entre els 7 i els 16 anys.

En el caso de los varones, al contar tan solo con un cromosoma X, el hecho de ser portadores de la mutación completa del gen FMR1 provoca una ausencia total de la proteína FMRP mientras que, en el caso de las mujeres, conlleva una disminución parcial ya que el cromosoma con el gen FMR1 sano será capaz de sintetizar cierta cantidad de FMRP. Todo esto implica que la clínica en varones suele expresarse de forma más grave que en las mujeres. Este hecho ha influido en que la gran mayoría de investigación científica se haya centrado en describir el fenotipo neurocognitivo de los varones afectos y que el número de investigaciones realizadas en mujeres sea significativamente inferior. La presente tesis se estructura en base a 4 artículos. Éstos representan el núcleo de la investigación que tiene como objetivos principales estudiar la relación entre diferentes áreas del perfil neurocognitivo y la conducta adaptativa en chicas con el diagnóstico de SXF; así como el riesgo de sufrir acoso escolar en el papel de víctima y su relación con su nivel de adaptación funcional. Todos ellos cuentan con una muestra de 26 chicas con SXF y 14 chicas de grupo control emparejadas por edad y capacidad intelectual total, con edades comprendidas entre los 7 y los 16 años.
Fragile X Syndrome (FXS) is the second most common cause of genetic-based intellectual disability, after trisomy 21, and the leading cause of inherited intellectual disability. In males, since they have only one X chromosome, the fact of being carriers of the complete mutation of the FMR1 gene causes a total absence of the FMRP protein while in females, it leads to a partial decrease, since the chromosome with the unaffected FMR1 gene will be able to synthesize a certain amount of FMRP. All this implies that the clinical manifestations in males tend to be more severe than in females. This has influenced the fact that the majority of scientific research has focused on describing the neurocognitive phenotype of affected males and that the number of investigations carried out in females is significantly lower. The present thesis is structured on the basis of 4 articles. These represent the core of the research whose main objectives are to study the relationship between different areas of the neurocognitive profile and adaptive behavior in girls diagnosed with FXS; as well as the risk of suffering bullying in the role of victim and its relationship with their level of functional adaptation. All of them have a sample of 26 girls with FXS and 14 girls of control group matched by age and total intellectual capacity, with ages between 7 and 16 years old.

Resumo: A bateria de uma escola de samba é o agrupamento responsável pelo desenvolvimento ritmo-musical deste tipo de agremiação carnavalesca. Até certo ponto, ela contribui para a definição da identidade da escola, impulsionando o desfile através do toque de padrões rítmicos executados por dezenas de instrumentos de percussão, agregados em diferentes naipes. Além disso, se constitui num espaço privilegiado de interação e socialização dos seus integrantes. Este trabalho é um estudo sobre a bateria da escola de samba Nenê de Vila Matilde, criada em 1949 por um grupo de amigos da zona leste de São Paulo, liderado por Alberto Alves da Silva, que emprestaria seu apelido à instituição carnavalesca. Pode-se dizer que a trajetória da escola foi marcada, por um lado, pela incorporação de elementos organizacionais, estéticos e musicais dos cordões do carnaval paulistano e, por outro, pelas influências do modelo carioca de escola de samba. Através do estudo histórico do carnaval de São Paulo, da abordagem etnográfica da escola e de análises musicais dos padrões rítmicos da bateria da Nenê, o trabalho busca demonstrar como estas influências transformaram o fazer musical deste agrupamento. O processo de transformação do carnaval paulistano dialoga diretamente com as novas configurações assumidas pela bateria da Nenê de Vila Matilde nas últimas décadas, que participa deste processo de maneira ativa, através da introdução de elementos típicos das agremiações cariocas e da fusão destes com características do samba e do carnaval paulistas.
Abstract: The percussion band (bateria) of a samba school is the group responsible for the rhythm-musical development of this type of carnival community. To a certain extent, it contributes for the definition of the school identity, driving the parade on by playing rhythm patterns executed by sets of ten percussion instruments, associated in different groups. Moreover, it is constituted in a privileged space of interaction and socialization of its members. This work is a study of the percussion band of Nenê de Vila Matilde samba school, created in 1949 by a group of friends from the east zone of São Paulo, led by Alberto Alves da Silva, who later would loan his nickname to the carnival institution. It is possible to affirm that the pathway of the school was marked, on the one hand, by the incorporation of organizational elements, aesthetic and musical of the cordons (cordões) from São Paulo's carnival and, on the other hand, by the influences of Rio de Janeiro's pattern of samba school. Through the historical study of the carnival in São Paulo, ethnographic approach of the school and musical analyses of rhythm standards of Nenê's percussion band, the work intends to demonstrate how these influences have changed the musical making process of this group. The process of São Paulo's carnival changing dialogues directly with the new arrangements assumed by Nenê de Vila Matilde's percussion band in the last decades, which takes part on this process in an active way, through the introduction of typical elements from Rio de Janeiro's groups and the fusion of these with characteristics of the samba and the carnival from São Paulo.

This thesis is concerned with developing an archaeological theory of movement. Movement forms one of the most important phenomena of human life. It is an essential component of being, action and identity indeed without it we cease to live. Notwithstanding, human pedestrian movement remains little theorised within prehistoric contexts and when it is considered is usually restricted to seasonal mobilities or patterns of movement around and within the architectures of Neolithic monuments. This thesis goes beyond this narrow focus by examining movement as an integral facet of quotidian life. Notably, this thesis outlines how the bodily engagement of individuals creates a sense of space, place and architecture - essentially how the world comes into being. This point of departure, from contemporary archaeological narratives, states that gestures, movements and mobilities physically create the fabric of place, architecture and landscape, can transcend such physical features and transform them. Alongside this theoretical perspective, a Geographical Information System (GIS) methodology has been developed in which past movement can be foregrounded and analysed. In particular, this methodology elucidates general patterns of prehistoric mobility for three study areas within the Great Ouse, Nene and Welland river valleys, situated in the East Midlands/East Anglia. Through using a theoretically informed humanistic GIS methodology, changes in movement from the Late Mesolithic to the Middle Bronze Age (5000 - 1300 cal BC) have been analysed for each river valley study area. This wide temporal range has been chosen as it represents a dynamic period in British prehistory which encompassed broad-scale changes in patterns of mobility - from mobile lifeways to more tethered lives. How these transformations were played out in the Great Ouse, Nene and Welland river valleys is outlined in a series of narratives.

A lo largo de estos años de existencia del grupo de investigación se han ido desarrollando un volumen de casos donde se comenzó a evidenciar un hecho: niños y adolescentes llegaban derivados a la consulta por problemas de aprendizaje, pero éstos no siempre respondían a que tuvieran unos procesos cognitivos por debajo de la media. Por tanto, no se explicaba su bajo rendimiento escolar. Ante estos casos nos planteamos como intervenir en esta realidad educativa. Indagando descubrimos que la mayoría de estos también tenían problemas a nivel emocional. La pregunta inmediata que nos hicimos fue: podemos llegar a pensar que quizás los procesos emocionales influyen directamente en los procesos cognitivos? El estado emocional influye directamente en los procesos cognitivos?Los procesos cognitivos y emocionales son un todo inseparable? Estas dudas son las que me llevaron a proponer esta investigación: ver la relación que puede haber entre los procesos cognitivos y los procesos emocionales, evidentemente, siempre centrados desde el Modelo Humanista- Estratégico (modelo del grupo de investigación): a nivel cognitivo, Teoría PASS de la Inteligencia; a nivel emocional, la Teoría del Procesamiento Cerebral de las Emociones.
Se plantea la tesis estructurada en dos partes: Parte teórica: explicación de la Unidad de Neuropsicopedagogía del Hospital Dr. Trueta de Girona (UNPP) donde se realiza la investigación, revisión teórica de procesamiento cognitivo, procesamiento emocional y su relación mutua. 2.- Parte práctica: objetivos, metodología, resultados, análisis- discusión, implicaciones educativas y conclusiones.
El objetivo general es establecer una relación entre el procesamiento cognitivo y emocional a partir de la relación de los procesos cognitivos PASS con problemas emocionales en niños y niñas de entre 5 y 16 años. Para conseguirlo se pretende: 1. Establecer la relación entre procesamiento PASS y los efectos de la intervención emocional según el Modelo Humanista - Estratégico; 2. Analizar la relación entre procesamientos cognitivos PASS y los efectos de la intervención cognitiva según la Teoría PASS de la Inteligencia; 3.Comprobar si los procesos PASS varían en el transcurso de más de seis meses sin ningún tipo de intervención ni emocional ni cognitiva, 4. Comprobar si los resultados obtenidos en los tres primeros objetivos se diferencian entre ellos para determinar el componente emocional en los procesos cognitivos PASS, y 5. Establecer orientaciones prácticas para la intervención psicopedagògica considerando la relación de procesos emocionales, cognitivos y aprendizaje.
Para poder llevar a cabo esta investigación, la metodologia utilizada es: una metodologia cuantitativa ya que se realiza una investigación experimental enmarcada como un diseño mixto 3x2 con el primer factor ínter sujeto y el segundo factor intra sujeto. Y por otra parte, una metodologia cualitativa. ya que en la primera muestra se realiza una intervención psicopedagógica en base emocional a cuarenta casos de la UNPP, y en la segunda muestra se realiza una intervención psicopedagògica en base cognitiva a treinta casos de la UNPP.
Los resultados comparativos nos corraboran afirmativamente la hipotesis y objetivos, facilitando realizar un analisis-discusión muy interesante aportando las implicaciones educativas que acarrean, y por consiguiente llegando a las conclusiones. De entre éstas destacamos principalmente:
1. La intervención emocional es eficaz para mejorar el rendimiento cognitivo, si tenemos en cuenta que a pesar que no se ha realizado intervención cognitiva se ha producido una mejora en el rendimiento escolar.
2. La intervención cognitiva PASS es eficaz para la mejora del rendimiento cognitivo y la desaparación de las dificultades de aprendizaje cuando el origen de estas es cognitivo.
3. En las diferencias en planificación se observa que se ha producido un incremento mayor y sustancial en el grupo que ha recibido intervención emocional.
4. Y por consiguiente, podemos decir que la emoción se interrelaciona con la cognición a través del procesamiento cognitivo de planificación.
Since the existence of the group of investigation, many children and teenagers have been developing apprenticeship problems. This event was not a consequence of cognitive processes in every case, for this reason, the low scholarship efficiency was hard to explain. Confronting this situation, we discovered that the most of them had emotional problems also. The every next question that appeared was: Does the emotional situation affect cognitive problems directly? Do cognitive processes and emotional situations go together? This questions are the things that motivated this investigation, looking for the relationship that could appear between these situations, utilizing a theory model: Model Humanista- Estratégico (Pérez, Timoneda 2001).

The thesis is structured in two separated parts: the theoric part, which explains the Unit of neuropsicopedagogy (UNPP) from the Hospital Dr. Trueta de Girona (Spain), where the investigation was developed. The practice part analyzes the objectives, methodology, outcomes, educative implications and conclusions.
The principal aim to determine the real relationship between people's cognitive process (based on the PASS Theory) and the emotional process (based on Humanist-Strategic Model) in children with emotional problems and learning difficulties (age: 5 to 16). That's why we had to:
1.Establish the relationship between PASS processes and effects of emotional intervention done (based on Humanist - Strategic Model)
2.Analyse the relationship between PASS processes and effects of cognitive intervention done (based on PREP - PASS Theory)
3. Verify PASS processes change without any type of intervention done during six months.
4.Prove if the results in the three first objectives discriminate among them in order to determine the emotional component assessing the PASS cognitive processes.
5. Establish practice orientations for pedagogic intervention considering the relationship between emotional process, cognitive process, and learning.
To be able to develop this investigation the method to be utilize is: a quantitative methodology which performs an experimental investigation, mix design 3x2 with a first factor inter subject and a second factor intra subject. And other hand, a qualitative methodology: The emotional intervention carried out in forty cases in UNPP and the cognitive intervention carried out in thirty cases in UNPP.
The comparative outcomes do verify the hypothesis and the objectives. In consequence an analyses - discussion is developed, that the contributes to the education. The most important conclusions to emphasize are :
1. The emotional intervention is efficient to improve cognitive efficiency when the origin of learning difficulties are emotional.2. The cognitive intervention based on PASS is efficient to improve cognitive ability. Moreover, thanks to the cognitive intervention the learning difficulties disappear when their origin are cognitive.
3. In the planning differences you can see that a higher increase has been produced in the group that has received emotional intervention. In the control group no change has been produced. 4. And finally, we want to point out the most important conclusion: the emotion is related to the cognition through the planning process. That's why, it's impossible to separate cognition from emotion. Both of them have a strong relation.

L'estudi aprofundeix en la interrelació entre aquesta interpretació preadolescent d'aquests estereotips publicitaris i l'aparició d'indicis d'una simptomatologia pròpia dels trastorns del comportament alimentari relacionada amb l'intent infantil de començar a adequar-se a uns determinats cànons estètics habituals en la publicitat adreçada a un públic objectiu adult. La present recerca analitza de forma comparativa la publicitat adreçada al públic objectiu adult i la que es dirigeix a un públic infantil, tot parant especial atenció a les similituds i a les divergències de les fórmules persuasives utilitzades, als hàbits difosos a través dels espots estudiats i a la generació d'estereotips físics, psíquics, socials i culturals.
Doctoral thesis that determines the process through preadolescents addopt values and stereotypes created and diffused by means of conventional and non-conventional advertising. Secondly, the research analizes the possible incidence of this process on future adolescent Eating Disorders. The study deepens on the relation between this preadolescent interpretation of the advertising stereotypes, and the apparition of signs of a symptom characteristic of Eating which use to appear on adult advertising. The research establishes, from a comparative point of view, the advertising strategies used for an adult target and the creative discourse addressed to children, paying special attention to resemblances and divergencies on the persuasive structures used on the advertising strategies, the behaviour habits diffused through the spots, and the generation of phisical, psychic, social and cultural stereotypes.

L'estudi es planteja els significats que generen la cosmovisió andina, sabers ancestrals i cultura indígena en els aprenentatges escolars bilingües kichwa-castellà en un context escolar i comunitari de contacte cultural. Fonamentant-se en el dret de les entitats indígenes equatorianes a rebre ensenyament escolaritzat amb pertinença cultural i lingüística com a garantia per a la conservació de coneixements, llengua i cultura pròpies, aquesta investigació examina percepcions de l'educació comunitària intercultural bilingüe en sis comunitats indígenes de Saraguro Equador, mitjançant tècniques d'investigació quantitativa i qualitativa. La mostra comprèn 730 nenes i nens estudiants, 293 pares i mares de família i 100 docents. La investigació es concentra en com l'educació comunitària indígena promou aprenentatges escolars en llengua quítxua, per al reconeixement, manteniment i difusió dels sabers, cosmovisió i tradicions a través de l'escola. Per respondre la complexitat de la pregunta d'investigació es dissenya un model de metodologia amb enfocament mixte, en què es combina tècniques de recerca, mètodes, enfocaments, conceptes i llenguatge quantitatiu i qualitatiu en el mateix estudi. Els resultats indiquen que les percepcions d'aprenentatges escolars, la comunicació a les famílies i les comunitats indígenes sobre cosmovisió andina, sabers ancestrals i contacte cultural estan relacionades amb l'ús espontani i determinat del llenguatge. En conclusió, es pot afirmar que, amb les mostres obtingudes i el disseny metodològic aplicat, es detecta un major ús de la llengua castellana en els processos d'aprenentatge i avaluació escolar, quan les comunitats volen mostrar la seva vida i el seu entorn i en projectes culturals liderats per les escoles, però amb participació de les comunitats indígenes. D'altra banda, les percepcions de llengua indígena tendeixen a projectar elements més definits a la cultura local i empren dimensions d'epistemològiques tradicionals per referir-se a la recuperació i valoració de la seva cultura en els contextos de l'escola i la comunitat. Tot i això, es pot concloure que l'ús d'un o altre idioma no reflecteix una desviació dels valors, l'organització o els elements culturals d'aquestes comunitats indígenes.

La muestra comprende 730 niñas y niños estudiantes, 293 padres y madres de familia y 100 docentes. La investigación se concentra en cómo la educación comunitaria indígena promueve aprendizajes escolares en lengua kichwa, para el reconocimiento, mantenimiento y difusión de los saberes, cosmovisión y tradiciones a través de la escuela. Para responder la complejidad de la pregunta de investigación se diseña un modelo de metodología con enfoque mixto en el que se combina técnicas de investigación, métodos, enfoques, conceptos y lenguaje cuantitativo y cualitativo en el mismo estudio. Los resultados indican que las percepciones de aprendizajes escolares, la comunicación en las familias y en las comunidades indígenas sobre cosmovisión andina, saberes ancestrales y contacto cultural están relacionadas con el uso espontáneo y determinado de un lenguaje. En conclusión, se puede afirmar que, con las muestras obtenidas y el diseño metodológico aplicado, se detecta un mayor uso de la lengua española en los procesos de aprendizaje y evaluación escolar, cuando las comunidades quieren mostrar su vida y su entorno y en proyectos culturales liderados por las escuelas, pero con participación de las comunidades indígenas. Por otro lado, las percepciones de lengua indígena tienden a proyectar elementos más definidos a la cultura local y usan dimensiones de epistemología tradicional para referirse a la recuperación y valoración de su cultura en contextos de la escuela y la comunidad. A pesar de esto, se puede concluir que el uso de uno u otro idioma no refleja una desviación de los valores, la organización o los elementos culturales de estas comunidades indígenas.
The study considers the meanings generated by the Andean worldview, ancestral knowledge and indigenous culture in bilingual Kichwa-Spanish school learning in a school and community context of cultural contact. Based on the right of Ecuadorian indigenous entities to receive school education with cultural and linguistic relevance as a guarantee for the conservation of their own knowledge, language and culture, this research examines perceptions of bilingual intercultural community education in six indigenous communities of Saraguro Ecuador, through quantitative and qualitative research techniques. The sample comprises 730 student girls and boys, 293 parents and 100 teachers. The research focuses on how indigenous community education promotes school learning in the Kichwa language, for the recognition, maintenance and dissemination of knowledge, worldview and traditions through the school. To answer the complexity of the research question, a mixed approach methodology model is designed in which research techniques, methods, approaches, concepts and quantitative and qualitative language are combined in the same study. The results indicate that the perceptions of school learning, communication in families and in indigenous communities about the Andean worldview, ancestral knowledge and cultural contact are related to the spontaneous and determined use of a language. In conclusion, it can be affirmed that, with the samples obtained and the applied methodological design, a greater use of the Spanish language is detected in the learning and school evaluation processes, when the communities want to show their life and their environment and in cultural projects led by schools, but with the participation of indigenous communities. On the other hand, indigenous language perceptions tend to project more defined elements to the local culture and use dimensions of traditional epistemology to refer to the recovery and appreciation of their culture in school and community contexts. Despite this, it can be concluded that the use of one or the other language does not reflect a deviation from the values, organization or cultural elements of these indigenous communities.

Abstract (sommario):
The main objective of this piece of research was to look in greater depth at the relationship between the phonological processing abilities and the orthographic processing abilities in Catalan, Spanish and English of dyslexic children aged between 8 and 14. We based the research on the Linguistic Interdependence Hypothesis and the theory of orthographic depth. We administered a battery of tasks to evaluate phonological processing and orthographic processing abilities. The results indicate that the development of phonological and orthographic abilities in dyslexic people is lower than in the control group, We also found a very slight dependency relationship between phonological processing skills in Catalan and in Spanish and orthographic processing skills in English in both groups. The results do not allow sufficient comparison of the two theories to be made
L’objectiu de la investigació ha estat aprofundir en la relació entre les habilitats de processament fonològic i les habilitats de processament ortogràfic en llengua catalana, castellana i anglesa, en infants dislèctics de 8 a 14 anys. Hem sustentat la investigació en la teoria de la interdependència lingüística i la teoria de la profunditat ortogràfica. Per a fer-ho, hem administrat una bateria de tasques per avaluar les HPF (consciència fonèmica, lectura de pseudoparaules i repetició de pseudoparaules) i les HPO (lectura homòfons, elecció homòfons/pseudohomòfons, fluïdesa ortogràfica en les tres llengües i codificació ortogràfica expressiva). Els resultats, indiquen que el desenvolupament de les HPF i les HPO en els dislèctics és inferior que el grup control .També s’ha trobat una relació de dependència molt discreta entre les HPF en català i castellà i les HPO en anglès en ambdós grups. Els resultats no permeten contrastar suficientment les dues teories
