Abstract (sommario):
The article examines aspects of the quality of products and services, defines its social character and the factors that determine it. Three factors form the social character of the quality of products and services: the needs of society and individuals; market relations; the insurance of consumers against risks (health insurance and insurance). The question of the difference between consumer value and utility value and value and value is fundamental to determining the social quality of the quality. User value and utility are the two aspects of quality. Your quality is in the product or service. Consumer value is a property and value is a public property. It reflects the public nature of the work of the commodities producers through the exchange of the market. The basis of this exchange is the merciful value of the commodity. The social nature of the quality of products and services is "the commitment of producers to the needs of society and the individual", irrespective of the type of production. The social aspect is at the heart of all other aspects. Therefore, when assessing the quality of a hospital, we are actually evaluating not so much the organization itself but its commitment to the health of society.

Abstract (sommario):
The article analyzes the ethno-linguistic aspects of social policy in the context of the formation of Kazakhstani identity, their relationship with socio-political stability, political modernization. Practice has shown that reliance on ethno-national identity leads to an aggravation of inter-ethnic relations, which results in an increase in tension and an increase in emigration, which peaked in 1994. Expectations of a socio-economic nature (the dynamics of economic growth, and, as a result, expectations of an improvement in the financial situation, an increase in the social and property status), and, on the contrary, pessimistic expectations are variable, and the ethnic and linguistic characteristics of society are stable and constant. Social policy is aimed at solving current, medium-term and long-term economic, social problems, fulfilling strategic tasks, but the fruitfulness of social policy is determined by whether the goal of a strategic nature is set - the integration of social groups into a single community. The relationship between the state and society, social policy should take into account the ethnic and linguistic characteristics of society for such integration and the formation of a supra-ethnic, civic identity.

The social aspects of environmental problems are no less important for preserving the quality parameters of the environment than numerous energy and technical aspects. In the context of increasing environmental problems and difficulties in the relationship between man and nature, it seems extremely important to appeal to the consciousness and thinking of man and humanity. An effective means of influencing a person’s system of beliefs and values is education. Therefore, the article’s appeal to pedagogical potential as one of the significant means of solving environmental problems seems quite relevant. Education system prepares specialists capable of solving environmental problems associated with industrial production and energy-saving technologies.

Abstract (sommario):
ABSTRACT This manuscript is aimed at discussing the plural nature of the main conceptual, theoretical and methodological features of the social representations in their various manifestations. As a base to discuss the topics, we used the main texts that amalgamated the vision of the main researchers of psychology, sociology and nursing. According to Moscovici, social representations correspond to acts of thoughts in which subjects relate to the object, and that object through some process is replaced by symbols, turning it into a representation in the subject's mind. This process involves different mechanisms of contextualization, processing, construction and interpretation by sociocultural and linguistic aspects. In the transdisciplinary perspective, social representations emerge as a multidimensional field that permits questioning the nature of knowledge and the relationship individual-society, implanted in the main post-modern epistemological currents.

Abstract (sommario):
Social enterprises are given special attention from a scientific and public policy point of view. In everyday life, we see them as organizations that can provide solutions to various social problems. From an academic perspective, they represent a new research topic with its own interdisciplinary nature. They have been examined mainly from the point of view of management and organizational culture. In terms of scientific analysis, the newly developed research area of social economy and social enterprises is still in the conceptualization phase. The theoretical and methodological framework for research measurements need to be finalized. In this study, we seek to answer the question of how social economy—in particular, the perception of social enterprises in international and Romanian literature—is changing as a result of economic and social changes in space and time. We examine the factors along which definitions of the social enterprise within social economy are attempted, and the indicators that facilitate the investigation of the social impact of social enterprises.

Abstract (sommario):
The article is devoted to the actualization and substantiation of the dual nature of legal regulation. The methodological basis of the study is a pluralistic approach to law and dualistic dialectics. In the aspect of the conflict nature of social development as one of the determinants of the social nature of law, the author states the methodological significance of conflictological legal understanding for the actualization of the dualistic nature of legal regulation in the unity of its regulatory and protective principles. The author proceeds from the hypothesis that legal regulation has as its subject the ordering and protection of social relations in the order of establishing regulatory and protective norms, which corresponds to the essence of law. The indicated dualism of the subject of legal regulation is used for its dual characterization at the level of positive and negative aspects, expressing the correlation of the dichotomy of the regulatory and protective functions of law with the dichotomy of positive and negative types of social relations. The argumentation of the positive and negative principles of legal regulation is based on institutional and legal means.

Abstract (sommario):
Critics of liberalism and even some liberal theorists themselves have criticized a liberal emphasis on autonomy, because they associate autonomy with self sufficiency. That association reinforces the worst aspects of atomistic individualism: social isolation, insulation from the views of others, and a rejection of society's values and interests. But the association of autonomy with self-sufficiency is uncalled for; those who see that association are mistaken, for self-sufficiency represents not a fulfillment of autonomy but the abandonment of it. Autonomy, it is argued, has a social nature: It not only develops through sociality, but it also requires sociality for its exercise. In short, to be autonomous one must know one is autonomous; to know one is autonomous requires giving an account to others of the reasons for a decision or action. The social nature of autonomy may incline theorists to see persons as communitarian or socially situated selves. But communitarians such as Charles Taylor find the self defined in part by communal boundaries and thus see them as context-dependent. Autonomy is bounded by language, not community. It is both context-free and context-related, but not context-dependent. Liberal theorists who champion autonomy should therefore abandon any notions of selves as social atoms or isolates and build liberalism on the implications of autonomy's social nature. Part of those implications is that social institutions that foster and exercise autonomy must involve dialogue or communicative exchange. The most important and effective institutions of that kind are those of direct democracy.

Abstract (sommario):
The article is devoted to the study of the nature of social obligation, its genesis and variants. It has been established that historically social obligations have arisen with the emergence of the beginnings of morality in human society and the awareness of human responsibility towards one another within their community. In the future, with the development of humanity and the diversity of social interactions, the institute of obligation was modified to take on new features. Thus, if in the early periods of existence of human society, it was impossible to speak about their belonging to the legal field, given the absence of any, at least minimal, fixation of this category at the normative level, then the development of law and legislation led to the emergence of legally binding obligations. It has been researched that social obligation means a socially recognized need for a certain behavior of a person, a kind of proper or useful, which is objectively conditioned by the needs of existence and development of other persons, social groups, nations, humanity. The article also analyzes that, depending on the particular nature of the emergence of specific social obligations, the characteristics of the subject that establishes them, and defines the guarantees of its implementation, distinguish varieties of social obligation. Allocated moral obligations, religious obligations, corporate, professional, legal and other obligations. Moreover, the author considers it inappropriate to completely differentiate between these phenomena, since all of them, as embodiments of certain socially necessary behavior, are interconnected and can be considered as a logical continuation of each other. In addition, it is emphasized that the substantive characteristic of a legal obligation as a special type of social obligation is a "legal necessity". The latter, on the one hand, indicates that the obligation exists and develops within the limits of the lawful and statutory conduct required by law. On the other hand, it expresses the content of the obligation and its inherent behavior. The "need" to disclose the obligation plays the same role that the "opportunity" plays in the concept of the rights and freedoms of the individual.

Abstract (sommario):
The peer-reviewed two-volume monograph Social Networks: A Comprehensive Linguistic Analysis (2021) is devoted to the study of the existence of language in modern social networks. The first volume covers the general issues of the linguistic study of Internet communication, its linguocognitive and discursive aspects, as well as its characteristic speech genres. The second volume provides a description of linguo-personological, conflictological and linguo-didactic aspects of communication in social networks. Each volume has a predetermined structural sequence: an introduction by the scientific editor, three chapters, and an off-text bibliographiс list. Social networks in today’s world implement mainly the integrative function of language, aimed at overcoming spatio-temporal restrictions. An auxiliary machine translation option provided for major international Internet platforms also aims to remove the language barrier. The disintegrative potential of social networks, as an antinomic pandan of the integrative function, is manifested in the physical isolation and anonymization of users. The leading trends in the intralinguistic nature of media interaction should be recognized as the determination of industry terminologies as well as the hybridization of texts (turning them into hypertexts by supplying hyperlinks, supplying them metacommunicative symbols, etc.). The extralinguistic features include the massive nature of Internet bilingualism. In general, social networks continue the transhumanistic mission of language in the virtual space: to serve as a means of overcoming the negative aspects of being through the mediatization of man and society, which is expressed by such properties of Internet communication as achronism, acentricity (rhizomorphism), hybridity and alinearity.

de Vries, Walter Timo. "Social Aspects in Land Consolidation Processes". Land 11, n. 3 (21 marzo 2022): 452. http://dx.doi.org/10.3390/land11030452.

Testo completo
Abstract (sommario):
Land consolidation is an instrument that readjusts land parcel shapes and reallocates land rights in order to minimize farmland fragmentation, optimize agricultural output, and generate optimal living and working conditions in rural areas. The optimization and reallocation algorithms typically rely on monetarized values of land parcels, soil quality, and compensation amounts. Yet, land management interventions also need instruments for socio-spatial optimization, which may be in conflict with the monetary ones. Many non-monetary values are qualitative in nature. Hence, there is a research gap in how such values can be detected and incorporated, such that they can create a multi-dimensional land consolidation outcome. This study applies a situational analytical approach to investigate how, where, and when social values and belief systems play a role in land consolidation cases in three different study areas. This process enables the qualitative detection of which types of social values are central during land consolidations and which ones are most essential when evaluating outcomes of land consolidation. The synthesis derives that the incorporation of aims—such as addressing socio-spatial affinity, need for equity and fairness, human recognition, and good neighborship—is possible through an innovation in land consolidation practices, social valuation methods, and/or socially responsive land consolidation laws.

Abstract (sommario):
This research underlines the growing importance of critical studying the role of globalization in the context of the problem of ensuring human security. In the global open economy, direct changes in the nature of economic activity and social interaction significantly increase the weight and importance of the factors that affect social, political and economic stability. By carrying out an analysis of the data reflecting the results of the social, economic and political consequences of COVID-19, the authors try to provide useful insights into the patterns inherent in the economic, social and political processes. Studying the dynamics of pandemic development allows to examine in more detail the connection between the economy, social security and political stability, paying attention to the nature of social, economic and political processes and the scale of their interdependence. According to the results of the research, the main threats arising from the pandemic in the field of economic, social and political components of national security have been established. It is displayed that the social, economic and political security spheres within the State are interrelated. Due to the relationship between them, the lack of stabilization in one of these areas can generate potential danger and changes of negative nature in other areas. Most of the risks and threats identified by the authors flow out of each other, which makes them also interrelated. In the view of the authors, public expectations as to political and economic interactions in the field of ensuring national and global security require the government to make significant changes and transform its view on important aspects of the organization of social, economic and political life of society, in accordance with global challenges.

Abstract (sommario):
The article discusses the validity of the contractual theory of the origin of the state. Arguments of opponents and supporters are given. Their arguments in support of the existence of this theory are expressed. It is indicated that the natural language of communication has a conventional character, and is an unmanifested collective agreement. It is indicated that new generations join this convention in the process of socialization. From this it is concluded that the idea of the state and the relationship (interaction) with it also has an unmanifested contractual nature. The content of the social contract is considered. It is proposed to use hermeneutical methodology, in particular, the principle of questioning, for the study of such a contract. It is indicated that with the help of this principle, it is possible to identify the unmanifested content of the social contract. It is indicated on the questions and answers that underlie the contract. In the course of the study, the questions that the text of the contract can answer are identified, the ideas of the members of the society about interaction with the state are established. The article highlights the issue of the subjects (participants) of such a contract. It is concluded that the main of them are social groups. The largest group is the "people", which can also be considered as a hermeneutic community, that is, a community of people united by a single picture of the world and language. It is pointed out the importance of taking into account the provisions of the social contract in lawmaking and in the interpretation of law.

Abstract (sommario):
This article describes some aspects of an Italian didactic-pedagogic experiment about interaction between “town” pupils and natural environments. The project's general philosophy is to try to make pupils aware of our condition as “biocultural beings,” as results of biological, technological, and cultural co-evolution. The presence of extensive natural, cultural, and technological resources at the site where the experiment takes place favors such an awareness. Some examples of teaching techniques designed especially to introduce pupils to the difficult but necessary subject matter of co-evolution are also described. Such teaching techniques have as their main goal to make the pupils themselves able to construct a logical network of questions, rather than in teachers giving them already prepared answers. The as yet unresolved problems, which concern the training of teachers steeped in traditional methods, are also briefly described.

Abstract (sommario):
In this paper, I claim that "information" is a social construct, is created and tailored on purpose by somebody for somebody else or collectively, accepted, believed, or propagated through social interactions. In particular, I argue about the essential social nature of several crucial aspects of information in IT and specifically in relation to Information Agents. After situating this view of information within the broader perspective of Social Artificial Intelligence — the new AI paradigm — I analyize the intrinsic social aspects of information ontology, search and access, presentation, overload, credibility and sources, value. The issue of real "collaboration" in providing information deserves special attention and I introduce our theory of over-help and of the ability to provide something different from what is requested in order to satisfy the real need beyond the request. In the second part, I focus on the crucial role of trust (an intrinsically social and cognitive notion) for dealing with information and sources especially on the web. My objective is to claim that: if information per se is a social construct, then its technology should be socially designed and integrated, and that machines must be involved in real social relationships because they have to mediate them among humans. It is necessary incorporating some part of this social knowledge and capability in the information technology itself, especially in adaptive and interacting "agents" and MAS.

The article completes the series of publications about the nature and essence of the social Christian doctrine. The authors attempted to scientifically comprehend and generalize the features of the development of religious thought in Russia, consider issues of interfaith relations in the post-Soviet space, the ideas of Russian religious thinkers, the influence of social ideas on the spiritual, religious life and worldview in Russia. The article summarizes and answers questions about new knowledge regarding Christian social doctrine, develops the idea of insufficient study and attention on the part of scientists, representatives of the church and statesmen to Christianity as a social phenomenon. In a period of serious trials and the absence of a clear ideology, Christianity as a social institution, absorbing humanistic and moral values, is ready to take on paternalistic, regulating functions between the state and society in the social aspect, in the state aspect, the role of a conductor and mediator in the development of social justice, in the economic aspect – the development of the social aspects of the market economy, in the spiritual and moral aspect – the active dissemination and agitation of the principles of spirituality, moral values and traditions, the humanization of social relations between the individual and society, between public institutions. The article summarizes the conclusions about the similarities and differences between the Protestant, Catholic and Orthodox approaches within the framework of the Christian faith to issues of social justice, human rights, freedom of choice, including economic activity and entrepreneurship, as well as similarities, common origins and points of contact with social, liberal and socialist doctrines. Practical recommendations and guidelines are given for the popularization of Christian social teaching and the dissemination of its educational and humanitarian functions.

Abstract (sommario):
Abstract Social farming (SF) has been developing dynamically in the Czech Republic in the last 10 years and enterprises are emerging and operating where the necessary conditions and environment are created for various people from target groups. The practice in the Czech Republic is to a large extent based on international practice and follows the basic outlines of the practice of mainly European countries. In these facilities, these persons often find employment or engage in various occupational therapy programmes in the provision of social services. Thus, in this analysis, we qualitatively focus on the identification of the basic factors why these farms come into existence and what are the main determining aspects for their functioning, which are based on the long-term experience of running a farm under the social farming concept. A guided qualitative interview method was chosen with respondents who have been operating in the country for a long time in the framework of the analysis, thus bringing in stimulating experiences that accompany them in their activities. The analysis is thus essentially a first experience in this field and raises a number of further questions that could be further deepened and refined, including in an international context.

(1600-1662) about the Kings of Kartli and Kakheti (research and publication of sources). For thorough study of Iran-Georgian relationships in 16th – 17th centuries research of Georgian-Persian historical documents is of particular interest. These historical documents provide valuable data about social, administrative and state institutes in Georgia.Georgian-Persian historical documents describe dynamically the political, social and religious processes that have taken place in Eastern Georgia due to intervention of Safavid Iran in 16th-17th centuries. Studying of the separate segments of diplomatic monuments – interrelations between Georgian and Persian texts provide precise illustration of Georgian reality and specific nature of political, social and religious relations between Iran and Georgia.Research of Georgian-Persian bilingual deeds clearly shows attempts of Iran to intervene into Georgian landholding system and its substitution with Iranian-Moslem one; Invocation of Georgian kings and the legends on their Persian seals clearly demonstrate the political and religious influence to which they were subjected as a result of Safavid censorship. Based on all these, we can imagine specific nature of operation of Georgian secretariat-chancellery, see the movement of the documents from their composition to their entry into legal force and the term of their effectiveness.Studying of the seals on Persian and Georgian texts of diplomatic monuments allowed identification of important chancellery officials participating in issuance of Georgian-Persian documents, as well as in their consideration and approval.Georgian texts of bilingual documents, with their contents and structure, were entirely based on Georgian traditions of paperwork while the Persian texts complied with Iranian requirements. Iranian diplomatic formulas were adapted to Georgian reality.Georgian-Persian historical deeds provide unbiased description of severe reality resulting from religious and political power of Iran in Eastern Georgia; and Georgians had to fight for maintaining their state, national and religious identity.

Abstract (sommario):
The problem of the interaction of nature and society is ontological in nature, and identifies the direction of the existence of humanity as a single planetary system. The actualization of the concept of “world” relative to the historical process falls at the end of the 19th - beginning of the twentieth century due to the leveling of economic and cultural national characteristics, the formation of a system of labour division at the interstate level, the growth of the role of the media in intercontinental communication. In the twentieth century the existence of capitalist and quasi-socialist social and economic systems affects the development of the world community as a process due to competition and interdependence. This influenced on the directions of the implementation of the scientific and technical revolution, namely on the correlation between material overproduction and the spiritual development of a person and humanity as a whole, which in turn led to a crisis in environmental consciousness. An increase in the sphere of activity and knowledge, the formation of a new system of industrial relations, technological pollution of the environment led towards a global environmental crisis at the beginning of the 21st century. Solving the problem of ecological consciousness at the present stage has become not only the task of describing the vectors of scientific researches in the sector of societynature interaction, but is the main basis for both the development and the existence of civilization as a whole.

Abstract (sommario):
Election violence has the potential to threaten the peace and security of many nations and destabilize the social fabric. Scholars have argued that women and children bear the greatest burden in times of violence compared to men. The main purpose of this study was to assess the nature and aspects of gender integration during election violence in Kibera slum, Kenya. The study was guided by social integration theory by Emille Durkheim and employed the descriptive research design. Fischer formulae as suggested was used to arrive at the sample size of 384 respondents; S = X2 NP (1-P) / d2 (N-1) + X2 P (1-P). Data were collected by use of interviewee assisted questionnaires and unstructured interview schedules. Data were analyzed by use of the statistical packages for social scientists (SPSS version 17). Data were presented in form of frequency tables, bar graphs, pie charts and verbatims, Measures of data analysis used included the chi square, mean, R spearman’s rank order correlation. The study established that Kibera residents had a moderately cordial relationship with each other during election violence. Majority could seek help or be helped, buy property or land, marry or be married and employ or be employed by someone outside their ethnic, social class political and religious affiliations. Election violence had a negative relationship with ethnic affiliations, social class, political affiliation and religious affiliation aspects of gender integration, that is, an increase in election violence would lead to a decrease in gender integration. Generally, women were more integrated compared to men. The study recommends that NGOs, CBOs and FBOs enhance their non-partisan advocacy and carry out civic education to enlighten Kibera residents and Kenyans at large on the importance of gender integration especially during the elections.

Abstract (sommario):
A considerable number of empirical studies argue that economics experts differ from other groups with respect to their public policy preferences and their behavior in certain social dilemmas. Economists are more likely to regard allocation via markets as “fair” than other people and they seem to adjust their behavior and expectations to the actor-model presumed in the elementary neoclassical theory. Some trace back such observations to influences related to the economics education. An alternative view is that economics attracts individuals with preferences that differ from those of non-economists. While the literature on the matter is growing, a comprehensive picture of the nature and sources of the differences has not yet emerged. This article reviews research based on the survey, experimental, and field evidence collected since 1990 to detect, characterize, and explain the differences. It points at some problems inherent to the methodology that dominates the existing research. Primarily, it directs attention to some psychological and social-psychological aspects of training and socializing economists that have not found adequate recognition so far, but should be considered, to better understand the phenomena in question.

Abstract (sommario):
Under conditions of growing competitive pressure, a role of universities in the development of innovations at both national and regional levels increases. At the same time, there is a shift from the dominant cooperative ties between the state and the enterprises in an industrial society to the ties between the state and enterprises and universities in the knowledge society. This work performed characterization of Germany by the level of innovative development. 4 types of Regional Innovation Systems were identified: innovation core, strong business- innovators, clusters with high level of governmental support, innovation periphery. Further, the territory was investigated for the formation of the research and educational function of universities and 5 types of regions with different types of universities (leading, high, medium, underdeveloped and backward) were identified. An analysis of the laws governing university participation in innovation processes has shown that their innovation activity is formed under the influence of both the regional innovation environment and institutional factors. In the western part of the country, the nature of research activity of universities is driven mainly by their intensity of cooperation with businesses while in the eastern part it is determined by the level of state support for R & D.

Abstract (sommario):
The development of effective strategies and making operative decisions in the emergency management system should be based on a comprehensive assessment of the vulnerability of social systems. To this end, it is necessary to develop its theoretical and methodological foundations in the direction of ensuring its comprehensiveness. The author formulated a definition of vulnerability as a property of the social system, characterized by the degree of susceptibility, sensitivity to the harmful effects of hazardous events and at the same time the degree of ability to cope with them, resist and recover from them. The main vulnerability factors are analyzed, such as disposition, exposure to the effects of disaster, catastrophe; susceptibility and resilience. Four components of social vulnerability (economic, social, environmental, physical) and the main indicators for their assessment are highlighted. It is shown that economic vulnerability characterizes the potential impact of hazards on economic processes, property or certain sectors of the economy; social – refers to certain population groups who are not able to cope with disasters, their relations, the nature of relations with society; environmental – includes indicators that characterize the impact of hazardous events on the natural environment (flora, fauna, ecosystems, biodiversity); physical – determines the possibility, potential of a certain element or system to undergo changes or sustain damage under the influence of natural or anthropogenic hazards. An analysis of mental vulnerability is proposed, which includes not only the attitudes of individuals or groups in relation to the world around them, including dangers and threats, but also the general way of thinking, certain knowledge and skills to overcome problems. A logical-structural scheme of social vulnerability research has been developed, which enables a comprehensive selection of indicators for each of its components (economic, social, environmental, physical and mental) through the prism of exposure, susceptibility and resilience. Comprehensive assessment of social vulnerability is a prerequisite for developing measures to reduce it, which can prevent human, physical and economic losses.
