Abstract (sommario):
Development and enrichment are constant processes of language. Not an exception, and Ukrainian, whose vocabulary is constantly increasing. This happens both at the expense of neologisms, changes in the lexical meaning of the word, etc., and with the help of occasionalisms. Unfortunately, new words do not appear only in peacetime and are not always associated with positive concepts, word play, rich imagination of the author. Increasingly, we are witnessing the fact that occasionalisms form their own world, the Orwellian newspeak, that is, they have a propagandistic, manipulative connotation, especially if its creators are representatives of the moscow authorities. The events in Ukraine during 2014–2019 (the brazen annexation of Crimea by russia, the formation of the «dnr», the «lnr», attempts to join the federation all south and east of Ukraine, which caused resonance in the civilized world, albeit insufficient, including the energy dependence of the leading states from russian gas) have led to considerable social changes, including in the field of philology and journalism. One of the neologisms that became active in various texts related to the russo-Ukrainian war was the word Krymnash, whose appearance is related to the annexation of the Crimean peninsula by russia, which makes its meaning different in the texts depending on the parties to the conflict. If for russia it is a matter of pride, a desire to assert their dubious geopolitical successes, then Ukrainians use words with a similar component in an exposing, satirical context. Neologisms related to the debunking of moscow myths are especially powerful when representatives of the federation appropriate territories or persons that concern them only indirectly. The token Krуmnash has become a model for the construction of the turn out to be the case, considered at these statistics: name geographic regions, continents, islands, seas, rivers etc.; countries; surnames of famous people. It is important to find out about the productiveness of the word model, who will continue, the basis for the new name, approved in a lexical-syntactic way. Keywords: word formation, lexical-syntactic way, Krymnash (Crimea is our), language of mass-media, occasionalisms.

Abstract (sommario):
Steatohepatitis is hepatic steatosis with inflammation and, in some cases, hepatocyte balloon degeneration and fibrosis [1]. Steatohepatitis is a form of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which includes a wide range of conditions: from non-alcoholic steatosis (NAS) -fat deposition in the liver of more than 5% of the parenchymal mass without signs of damage to hepatocytes to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), which progresses with development fibrosis, cirrhosis and, in some patients, hepatocellular carcinoma [1]. The prevalence of steatohepatitis in the pediatric population, according to various sources, varies greatly. Thus, the recommendations of the North American Society of Pediatric Gastroenterologists, Hepatologists and Nutritionists (NASPGHAN) indicate that hypertransaminasemia occurs in 29-38% of obese children aged 2-4 years [1]. According to A. Sahota et al. [2], NASH was found in 12% of obese and overweight children. The joint recommendations for the diagnosis, treatment and preventionof obesity in children and adolescents of the Russian Association of Endocrinologists, the Russian Society for the Prevention of Non-Infectious Diseases, and the Association of Pediatric Cardiologists of Russia note that NASH is diagnosed in 12-26% of obese children and adolescents [3]. Obesity and overweight currently affect 25-30% of school-age children [4]. The situation is almost the same for preschool children. The COSI (Childhood Obesity Surveillance Initiative) study, conducted under the WHO programin Moscow in 2017-2018, summing up the dynamics of body weight for the entire preschool period, showed that among children aged 7 years, 27% of boys were overweight and 22% of girls, and obesity -in 10 and 6%, respectively [5]. Another Russian study assessing the physical development of children of middle and school age [6] also demonstrated a significant prevalence of obesity and overweight in this age group in Russian regions. Thus, at 11 years of age, obesity in boys was recorded in 18.6% of cases, ingirls -in 9.2%, and excess body weight -in 15.4 and 14.3%, respectively. At the age of 15, obesity was detected in 10% of cases among boys, in 3.6% of girls, and overweight in 11.5 and 10.5% of cases, respectively [6]. Based on these data, it can be assumed that the incidence of NASH in the pediatric population varies from 0.5 to 3%. It should be noted that the prevalence of obesity, and with it NAFLD, including NASH, is increasing throughout the world due to modern negative trends in the diet and physical activity of children [7].

Abstract (sommario):
Nijinska and her husband spend the 1914–1915 theatrical season in St. Petersburg (renamed Petrograd after Russia enters the war), where they are engaged by Narodny Dom. The following year they settle in Kiev, where they are hired to stage opera dances at the City Theater but soon begin producing evenings of ballet. In 1917 Nijinska tries to join her brother in Western Europe but because of the Russian Revolution is unable to secure travel papers. With Kochetovsky, she spends several months in Moscow, where she meets the avant-garde painter Alexandra Exter and drafts the first iteration of her treatise on movement. The family returns to Kiev where Nijinska opens the School of Movement in February 1919, only weeks after the birth of her son, Lev, and the Bolshevik invasion of the city. In the next two years Nijinska transforms her students into a performing group allied with the city’s left-wing arts community. Galvanized by her vision of a new dance, they applaud her first modernist solos and dance in her first plotless group works. Nijinska also collaborates with the avant-garde stage directors Les Kurbas and Marko Tereshchenko and with the artist Vadim Meller, whose paintings leave vivid impressions of her dancing. In 1921, with her mother and two children, Nijinska flees Ukraine and joins thousands of Russians in emigration.
