Abstract (sommario):
Les pales d’une éolienne sont soumises à des chargements aérodynamiques, génèrent des écoulements extrêmement complexes. Nous nous intéressons à la dynamique des écoulements autour des pales d’éolienne à axe horizontal en rotation. Ce papier présente une méthode de simulation numérique pour la prédiction de l’écoulement autour d’une éolienne à axe horizontal opérant en régime instationnaire, tridimensionnel turbulent utilisant l’approche basée sur les équations de Navier-Stokes moyennées (URANS) en utilisant le code ‘CFX’.Un maillage structuré a été adopté en utilisant la technique des interfaces (interface frozen rotor) entre le corps mobile (la pale) et le corps fixe (l’entourage). Le modèle de turbulence SST a été utilisé pour décrire l’écoulement turbulent. Les résultats de simulation ont été comparés avec les résultats expérimentaux, pour les conditions de rotation. En général, des bonnes concordances ont été notées. Une attention spéciale est portée sur les effets instationnaires, conséquents de rotation du rotor qui est mise en évidence par le calcul des pressions fluctuantes sur l’interface entre les parties fixes et mobiles en aval et en amont de la machine. Une analyse fréquentielle de ces signaux en utilisant une transformée de Fourier discrète (FFT) afin d’analyser le comportement instationnaire de la pale.

Abstract (sommario):
Abstract The methodology of simulation of a rotorcraft flight has been developed and applied to simulate several stages of flight of light helicopter. The methodology is based on coupling of several computational models of Computational Fluid Dynamics, Flight Dynamic. The essence of the methodology consists in calculation of aerodynamic forces acting on the flying rotorcraft by solving during the simulation the Unsteady Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes (URANS) equations. In this approach, the rotorcraft is flying inside the computational 3D mesh modelling the space filled with the air. The flight simulation procedure is completely embedded in the URANS solver ANSYS FLUENT. Flow effects caused by rotating blades of main or tail rotor are modelled by application of the developed Virtual Blade Model (VBM). In this approach, real rotors are replaced by volume discs influencing the flow field similarly as rotating blades. Time-averaged aerodynamic effects of rotating blades are modelled using momentum source terms placed inside the volume-disc zones. The momentum sources are evaluated based on the Blade Element Theory, which associates local flow parameters in the blade sections with databases of 2D-aerodynamic characteristics of these sections. Apart of the VBM module, two additional UDF modules support the simulation of helicopter flight: the module responsible for modelling of all kinematic aspects of the flight and the module gathering the momentary aerodynamic loads and solves 6 DOF-Equations describing a motion of the helicopter seen as solid body. Exemplary simulation of helicopter flight, starting from a hover, through an acceleration and fast flight until a deceleration and steep descent, has been discussed.

Abstract (sommario):
Despite their simplicity, photovoltaic (PV) modules are often arranged in structures that can be affected by severe and complex wind loads: in this context, the wind flow and the dynamic excitation induced by vortex shedding can introduce unexpected aeroelastic responses. This work introduces a novel wind tunnel application of experimental techniques to address this issue by the use of flow visualisation and video postprocessing, through the optical flow algorithm. Numerical simulations based on unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes (RANS) models are performed and compared against the experimental wind tunnel tests on a PV panel that was also instrumented with pressure taps. A setup with a 65∘ tilt angle was examined because, based on preliminary analyses, it was considered interesting for the free flow–wake transition associated with the dynamic response of the PV panel. The comparison of the experimental and numerical average wind fields supported that the proposed optical flow method was appropriate for characterising the wake of the panel, because there was enough seeding to perform the video postprocessing. Experiments and numerical predictions were compared as regards the average pressure distribution on the panel surfaces, and the average percentage was in the error of 7%; this supports that the URANS method was capable of reproducing the average behaviour of the panel, as well as for the selected configuration, which is particularly challenging. Furthermore, the simulated and measured power spectral densities of the wind speed were compared, and this resulted in the numerical model quite faithfully reproducing the frequency of the peak at 5 m/s, while the error was in the order of 20% for the 10 m/s case; this supports that, despite the URANS approach being affected by well-known critical points regarding the simulation of instantaneous quantities, it can be employed to elaborate information that can be particularly useful for the structural design of the panel. This kind of result can be considered as a first step, obtained with simplified and affordable methods, towards a characterisation of the dynamic behaviour of a PV panel in a real-world setup.

Abstract (sommario):
The paper substantiates the need for the introduction of solar tracking systems for photovoltaic plants and presents a brief review of the scientific and technical literature on the development of solar trackers. Principal scheme of a heliostation with a dual-axis solar tracker of Orenburg State University has been designed. A comparative analysis of the generated electricity by a statically located solar module and a solar module with the dual-axis solar tracker is represented. Data for analysis have been obtained in Orenburg (Russia) using the developed automated system for remote diagnostics and monitoring of photovoltaic system parameters and a wireless weather station HP2000. The use of a dual-axis heliotracker for the solar plant in the conditions of the Southern Urals has allowed to increase the generation of electricity by 34.7% compared to a statically located PV panel.

Research subject. The Takata formation of the Emsian tier of the Lower Devonian (D1tk) in the Urals is a reservoir of Devonian diamonds. Aim. Confirmation and determination of the diamond-bearing conditions of the reservoir. Materials and Methods. Generalization of primary and interpreted geological information. Lithofacial analysis. Historical and geological reconstruction. Cartographic analysis and geological and cartographic modeling in the ArcMapESRY GIS environment using the ModelBuilder module. Results. The Takata formation is part of the Emsian tier of the Lower Devonian. Tectonically, the Takata formation is located in the West Ural Folded Zone. The diamond content in the Urals is spatially related to the outputs of the Takata formation. The industrial diamond-bearing capacity and the highest density of diamond placers are located in the Vishersky, Chykmansky and Chusovskoy diamond-bearing regions of the Northern and Middle Urals within the Perm Krai. In the early Devonian, the Takata Sea existed in the Vishera diamond-bearing area; a large river with a delta flowed in the direction from northwest to southeast. The sediments of the formation comprise the facies cycle: flood-plain - channel alluvium - delta sediments - underwater-delta - marine sediments. Diamonds are concentrated in the thickness of coarse-grained alluvium, small-pebble basal conglomerates that formed on the land-sea boundary of the paleocontinent of the Russian Plate. Three facies types of the Takata formation section are distinguished: continental, coastal-marine and marine. Its diamond-bearing capacity is associated with the continental and coastal-marine sediments of the formation within the Perm Region. To the north and south of the diamond-bearing areas of the Perm Krai, the Takata formation is represented by marine sediments. According to the geodynamic model based on the geological section of the Northern Urals, the alluvial and coastal-marine Takata diamond placers were formed in the early Devonian as a result of the demolition of material from the Russian Plate. The sources of destruction were rocks of the Precambrian, Ordovician and Silurian. The main spatial-geomorphological criterion for searching for diamond-bearing conglomerates of the Takata formation is the maximum distance of demolition from these conglomerations to placers, equal to 500 m.

Abstract (sommario):
Critical thinking skills are a crucial aspect of the 21st century, playing a fundamental role in various areas of life, yet they are still not optimally developed in classrooms. This research aims to develop critical thinking skills through the Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) module for biology students. This study uses a nonrandomized control-group pretest-posttest design experiment involving three classes as the experimental group, positive control, and negative control. This research sample consisted of 67 biology students from Universitas Negeri Malang across three classes. Data collection techniques employed pretest and posttest questions on critical thinking skills. Data analysis was performed using ANCOVA. The results of the ANCOVA test on the biology students' critical thinking revealed a significance of learning at 0.036 (less than 0.05), thus it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, indicating a difference in critical thinking between students using the ADI module, ADI model, and PowerPoint. The ADI module proved effective in enhancing the critical thinking skills of biology students, with significantly higher posttest results compared to other learning models. The development of this module also included the integration of interactive videos about the conditions of garbage mountains and leachate water pollution at the Supit Urang Malang landfill, providing a more realistic context for the students

Abstract (sommario):
Object. Multi-proxy analysis of 265 cm long sediments core of Lake Turgoyak, one of the deepest lakes of the Southern Urals, is presented. Materials and methods. The lake ecosystem changes was reconstructed based on diatom, radiocarbon dating and geochemical analysis. Statistical treatment of the surface sediments composition and hydrochemistry data of 56 lakes from Southern and Middle Urals lakes database allowed to obtain geochemical indexes for reconstruction of water parameters: index of organic matter content (ОМ = LOI550ºС/(Al2O3 + TiO2 + Na2O + K2O)) and index of salinity (ММ = LOI950ºC/LOI550ºС). Results. Radiocarbon dating shows that sedimentation in Lake Turgoyak was began more than 12 cal kyr BP ago. Each of six lithological units of sediments core is characterized by its own geochemical features and associated with global (11.8, 11.2, 8.2 cal kyr BP) and regional (12, 10.3 cal kyr BP) climate events of the Northern Hemisphere. Four main stages of Lake ecosystem development were identified: 1) the beginning of lake sedimentation (>12.1 cal kyr BP); 2) the stage of a subsaline shallow-water lake (12.1–11.2 cal kyr BP); 3) the stage of a freshwater lake with increased water-level (11.2–8.0 cal kyr BP); 4) the stage of water organic matter increase (<8.0 cal kyr BP). Conclusions. High content of mesohalobic diatoms and salinity module values showed significant increase of lake water salinity as response to Early Holocene climate warming (11.8–11.2 cal kyr BP). Pantle-Buck’s Saprobity Index and OM values pointed to the lake water organic matter increase due to the next climate warming since 9–8 cal kyr BP. Thus, Lake Turgoyak water parameters were reapeatedly changed during the Holocene. However the response of lake ecosystem was different in different periods of its development.

Abstract (sommario):
Abstract The article presents the validation of two methods for analyzing the aerodynamic properties of the aircraft wing concerning aeroelastic effects. The first method is based on low-cost computational models (Euler–Bernoulli Beam Model and Vortex Lattice Method [VLM]). Its primary objective is to estimate the wing’s deformation early in the design stages and during the automatic optimization process. The second one is a method that uses solutions of unsteady Navier–Stokes equations (URANS). This method suits early design, particularly for unconventional designs or flight conditions exceeding lowfidelity method limits. The coupling of the flow and structural models was done by Radial Basis Functions implemented as a user-defined module in the ANSYS Fluent solver. The structural model has variants for linear and nonlinear wing deformations. Features enhancing applicability for real-life applications, such as the definition of deformable and nondeformable mesh zones with smooth transition between them, have been included in this method. A rectangular wing of a high-altitude long-endurance (HALE) aeroplane, built based on the NACA 0012 profile, was used to validate both methods. The resulting deflections and twists of the wing have been compared with reference data for the linear and nonlinear variants of the model.

Abstract (sommario):
The article is devoted to the development of a programme (built-in module) on literature based on the involvement of a regional component in the content of literary education of students of general education and specialized schools of the Udmurt Republic, as well as other national schools of the Volga region and the Urals. Knowledge of their national literature, literature of neighbouring peoples, and familiarization with the treasury of the spiritual culture of their people contribute to the patriotic education of the younger generation. The content of the module consists of sections devoted to the work of the most significant representatives of the literature of Udmurtia and Russian writers who influenced the formation of the cultural code of the region (V. Korolenko, M. Khudyakov, K. Mitrey, K. Gerd, M. Petrov, G. Krasilnikov, V. Ar-Sergi, V. Vladykin and many others). The programme module can be implemented both within the framework of the work curriculum for literature, and at the profile level in the form of an elective course. In accordance with the requirements of the federal state educational standard of secondary general education the course realizes innovative approaches, such as: system-activity, competence, personality-oriented contributing to the creation of an innovative learning space. Productive techniques and technologies (technologies of thoughtful reading, reading and writing for the development of critical thinking, research and project activities, ICT technologies, etc.), and the widespread use of Internet resources contribute to the formation of both subject and metasubject competencies. In addition to theoretical knowledge, students will acquire and improve practical skills in research, work with various sources, analysis and comparison of various texts including in the national language.

Abstract (sommario):
This paper describes the results of epidemiological analysis of a cohort of nuclear workers hired at the main facilities of “Mayak” Production Association located in the city of Ozyorsk in Southern Urals of the Russian Federation. Previous malignancy as a risk factor for second cancer in a cohort of 22,373 workers occupationally exposed to ionizing radiation has been analyzed in a retrospective study with more than 60 years of follow-up. Information on main radiation and non-radiation risk factors (attained age, sex, tobacco smoking), as well as the dose of exposure to occupational ionizing radiation has been obtained for the analysis using the data from cancer register as well as other main population registries created in Epidemiological Laboratory of Southern Urals Biophysics Institute. Poisson’s regression realized in the “Amfit” module of “Epicure” statistical package has been applied for risk analysis. Excess relative risk per 1 Gy of absorbed dose of external gamma radiation and internal alpha radiation has been calculated using linear model. Among the 2,471 cancer cases accumulated in the study cohort to the end of follow-up 6.4% of second cancer cases have been diagnosed among workers occupationally exposed to protracted external gamma- and internal alpha radiation. The relative risk of second cancer (except for non-melanoma skin cancer) among nuclear workers with previously diagnosed cancer was about 4 times higher after a decade compared with those cancer patients who had single cancer only. The results showed that previous malignancy along with main non-radiation factors is statistically significant carcinogenic risk factor among nuclear workers exposed to protracted occupational radiation. W pracy przedstawiono możliwości prowadzenia pomiarów chemicznych z zastosowaniem przenośnego spektrometru fluorescencji rentgenowskiej z dyspersją energii EDXRF w atmosferze helu. Metodyka badawcza wraz z tworzeniem modeli i interpretacją danych powstała w oparciu o zastosowanie aparatu XRF firmy Bruker, model Tracer 5g. Prowadzenie pomiarów w atmosferze helu umożliwia obniżenie progów detekcji dla pierwiastków lekkich, w tym określanie udziałów sodu (Na) i magnezu (Mg) oraz pierwiastków wchodzących w zakres spektrometrycznego profilowania gamma: potasu (K), uranu (U) i toru (Th). Jednym z elementów nowej procedury pomiarowej jest przygotowanie preparatów w formie pastylek, przy użyciu prasy hydraulicznej o sile nacisku do 25 ton. Pomiary w atmosferze helu mogą być wykonywane jedynie na materiale skonsolidowanym (lita skała, rdzeń wiertniczy lub twarda pastylka). Materiał do badań został pobrany z rdzeni wiertniczych, następnie skwartowany i rozdzielony na poszczególne analizy. Wyniki analiz XRF uzyskane metodą, w której zastosowano przepływ helu, porównano z wynikami pomiarów wykonanych standardową aparaturą XRF, chemicznych badań laboratoryjnych, analiz składu mineralnego XRD oraz badań naturalnej promieniotwórczości gamma. Analizy XRF bez możliwości prowadzenia pomiarów w atmosferze helu wykonane zostały aparatem Titan S1 (firmy Bruker). Badania przeprowadzono na próbkach skał pochodzących z dwóch otworów wiertniczych – P4 (19 próbek) i J1 (11 próbek). W przypadku P4 dysponowano dokładnymi pomiarami laboratoryjnymi ICP-MS (ang. Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry), ICP-OES (ang. inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry) oraz wynikami XRD, natomiast w J1 – wynikami badań radiometrycznych i mineralnych. W próbkach z otworu J1 występowały skalenie oraz dolomit, co umożliwiło przetestowanie budowy modeli uwzględniających te minerały w odniesieniu do wyznaczenia udziałów sodu i magnezu. W końcowej części pracy przedstawiono wykresy korelacyjne dla wybranych, najważniejszych pierwiastków budujących matrycę skalną, modele mineralno–chemiczne zbudowane na ich podstawie oraz wykresy korelacyjne dla spektrometrycznych pomiarów gamma.

Abstract (sommario):
The article considers the development of a heavy-class robotic ground combat system based on the BTR-4E armored personnel carrier. Analysis of samples the heavy class combat robotic ground complexes showed that they can be developed on the basis of serial crewed military vehicles HMMWV (AM General), M-ATV (Oshkosh), BMP-3 (Russia), T-72 (Russia), M113 (Israel), Patria AMV (Finland) or create a new design MDARS (AM General), Black Knight (BAE Systems), "Uran-9" (Russia), TYPE-X (Milrem Robotics). They are made on a tracked or wheeled platform. What unites this class of robotic ground combat systems is a remotely controlled combat module with a 25-30 mm cannon, anti-tank guided missiles, a machine gun and a grenade launcher, which can be controlled from a distance. A comparative analysis of the tactical and technical characteristics the BTR-4E armored personnel carrier with military vehicles with a 30 mm cannon in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been performed. As a result, the choice of BTR-4E armored personnel carrier as the basic crew unit for the construction of a heavy class robotic ground combat system has been substantiated. The analysis of the design of control drives of the power plant, transmission, braking system, steering system and combat module installed on the BTR-4E armored personnel carrier was carried out in terms of the possibility of implementing remote control of movement and fire. The structure of a combat ground robotic complex based on the BTR-4E armored personnel carrier with different variants of remote control panels, means of establishing communication channels and construction of a remote control station is proposed. For example, the driver's remote control panel may be designed on the basis a tablet or on the basis a simulator for full simulation of control commands. Remote controls for the commander and gunner can be designed on the basis of regular controls and be similar to them for quick training of the crew to work. Communication between remote control units and the controlled armored personnel carrier can be arranged using ultrashort-wave radios or via the 4G, 5G mobile network. The remote control point can also be developed on the basis a BTR-4E armored personnel carrier, a military vehicle or deployed on the ground. It depends on the concept of application of the heavy class combat ground robotic complex.

Subject and Purpose. The sporadic radio emissions coming from the Sun in a broad frequency range contain a lot of important information concerning the solar corona, parameters of the radio frequency sources therein, and the parameter variations resulting from active processes on and about the Sun. These have been the reasons for recent launches of the space missions intended for stud- ying the Sun and its corona, such as the Parker Solar Probe (PSP) and the Solar Orbiter. The present work is aimed at demonstrating effectiveness of the ground-based support for the space missions, the PSP before all, which is provided by the large Ukrainian radio telescopes of the decameter wavelength range. Another purpose has been cross-calibration of the space-borne radiometer against calibrated data from a ground-based instrument. Methods and Methodology. One of the remote diagnosis techniques widely used with respect to the solar corona is to analyze parameters of the radio frequency emissions from sources lying at a variety of altitudes within the corona. The methodology of such joint, space-borne/terrestrial investigations suggests simultaneous observations of certain individual events during closest approach of the space probe PSP to the Sun, with analysis over a widest possible frequency range. The data obtainable within overlapping fre- quency bands are proposed for calibrating the on-board radio receivers of the space probe. Results. The methodology proposed for joint, space-based / terrestrial observations has been substantiated. Data from the UTR-2 and URAN-2 radio telescopes and the space probe PSP have been used to plot the dynamic and the polarization spectra of the June 9, 2020 solar bursts, with identification and comparison of the relevant individual events. A joint dynamic spectrum of these bursts has been obtained for the frequency band of 0.5 to 32 MHz. The calibrated data from the ground-based radio telescopes have allowed performing cross-calibration of the HF receiver in the FIELDS-PSP data taking module within the frequency band of 10 to 18 MHz. Conclusions. The paper has provided evidence of an effective ground-based support for the space mission PSP on the part of large Ukrainian radio telescopes. Examples of joint observations have been given, and a methodology described which is employed for cross-calibrating the HF receivers of the FIELD-PSP module. Prospects are outlined of further ground-based support for solar space research missions.

The article considers the development of a heavy-class robotic ground combat system based on the BTR-4E armored personnel carrier. Analysis of samples the heavy class combat robotic ground complexes showed that they can be developed on the basis of serial crewed military vehicles HMMWV (AM General), M-ATV (Oshkosh), BMP-3 (Russia), T-72 (Russia), M113 (Israel), Patria AMV (Finland) or create a new design MDARS (AM General), Black Knight (BAE Systems), "Uran-9" (Russia), TYPE-X (Milrem Robotics). They are made on a tracked or wheeled platform. What unites this class of robotic ground combat systems is a remotely controlled combat module with a 25-30 mm cannon, anti-tank guided missiles, a machine gun and a grenade launcher, which can be controlled from a distance. A comparative analysis of the tactical and technical characteristics the BTR-4E armored personnel carrier with military vehicles with a 30 mm cannon in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been performed. As a result, the choice of BTR-4E armored personnel carrier as the basic crew unit for the construction of a heavy class robotic ground combat system has been substantiated.The analysis of the design of control drives of the power plant, transmission, braking system, steering system and combat module installed on the BTR-4E armored personnel carrier was carried out in terms of the possibility of implementing remote control of movement and fire. The structure of a combat ground robotic complex based on the BTR-4E armored personnel carrier with different variants of remote control panels, means of establishing communication channels and construction of a remote control station is proposed. For example, the driver's remote control panel may be designed on the basis a tablet or on the basis a simulator for full simulation of control commands. Remote controls for the commander and gunner can be designed on the basis of regular controls and be similar to them for quick training of the crew to work. Communication between remote control units and the controlled armored personnel carrier can be arranged using ultrashort-wave radios or via the 4G, 5G mobile network. The remote control point can also be developed on the basis a BTR-4E armored personnel carrier, a military vehicle or deployed on the ground. It depends on the concept of application of the heavy class combat ground robotic complex.

В статье приведены результаты воздушного лазерного сканирования двух участков в подтаежной зоне Зауралья в долине р. Тобол. Данные участки являются опорными для изучения восточного варианта иткульской культуры переходного времени от бронзового к раннему железному веку, памятники которого представлены слабо укрепленными поселениями (городищами) с круговой планировкой - территория с остатками сооружений наземного типа в виде приподнятых площадок оконтурена по кругу слабо выраженными в рельефе валом и рвом. Целью работ являлось тестирование LiDAR для выявления слабо выраженных в рельефе объектов восточного варианта иткульской культуры на площади боровых участков в долине Тобола; определение условий съемки; выявление характерных признаков объектов при дешифрировании результатов сканирования. Методы исследования включали лазерное сканирование территории с помощью беспилотного летательного аппарата DJI matrice 300rtk и лидара ZENMUSE L1, обработка результатов сканирования проводилась с использованием программ DJI Terra, Agisoft Metashape и ArcMap 10.3. В результате работ была обследована значительная территория, получены материалы для цифровой модели рельефа с разрешением 6 и 10 см на пиксель, уточнены конфигурация и привязка к рельефу известных городищ восточного варианта иткульской культуры, выявлены новое городище и поселение. The paper describes the results of airborne laser scanning of two locations in the areas adjacent to the Trans-Urals taiga region in the Tobol river valley that are reference locations for studying the eastern variant of the Itkul culture dating to the transition from the Bronze Age to the Early Iron Age. The sites are poorly fortified settlements built with circular planning. The area with remains of surface constructions that look like raised sites is encircled with an earthen wall and a ditch weakly defined in the terrain. The study was aimed at testing test LiDAR as a method used to identify features ascribed to the eastern variant of the Itkul culture which are poorly defined in the terrain and are located in pine wood areas of the Tobol valley, determine survey conditions, and identify characteristic traits of the features in interpretation of scanning results. The methods of the study included laser scanning of the area by a DJI matrice 300rtk drone and a ZENMUSE L1 with a lidar module. The scanning results were processed using DJI Terra, Agisoft Metashape and ArcMap 10.3 software. The results are as follows: a large area was surveyed; materials for a digital terrain model with resolution of 6 cm and 10 cm for pixel were obtained; the configuration and location of known Itkul hillforts of the eastern variant in relation to the topographical relief were clarified; a new hillfort and a new open settlement were discovered.

L’étude d’une turbine éolienne à axe horizontal (HAWT) soumise à des conditions de fonctionnement en présence de vent est très complexe, car la machine est soumise à une variation instantanée de la vitesse et de la direction du vent, qui peut conduire inévitablement les aubes de turbine en phase de décrochage dynamique. L’intensité de ce phénomène conduit à une baisse soudaine du coefficient de portance et donc à la dégradation de ses performances aérodynamiques. Ce présent travail est une simulation numérique bidimensionnelle de la variation instantanée de la direction du vent par rapport à la pale de turbine, comparée aux données expérimentales disponibles dans la littérature. L’effet de la variation de l’angle d’incidence d’un profil S809 est donc étudié en utilisant une approche URANS pour prédire le décrochage. La modélisation de la turbulence est assurée à l’aide des modèles. Le logiciel Fluent est utilisé pour la résolution numérique des équations URANS. Les résultats numériques sont comparés aux données expérimentales rapportées par la littérature. Les résultats montrent l’importance de prendre en compte le comportement de l’écoulement instationnaire dans les analyses afin d’obtenir une estimation précise des charges aérodynamiques qui agissent sur l’éolienne.

Aircraft contrails contribute to climate change through global radiative forcing. As part of the general effort aimed at developing reliable decision-making tools, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of implementing a Lagrangian ice microphysical module in a commercial CFD code to characterize the early development of near-field contrails. While engine jets are highly parameterized in most existing models in a way that neglects the nozzle exit-related aspects, our model accounts for the geometric complexity of modern turbofan exhausts. The modeling strategy is based on three-dimensional URANS simulations of an aircraft nozzle exit involving a bypass and a core jet (Eulerian gas phase). Solid soot and ice particles (dispersed phase) are individually tracked using a Lagrangian approach. The implemented microphysical module accounts for the main process of water-vapor condensation on pre-activated soot particles known as heterogeneous condensation. The predictive capabilities of the proposed model are demonstrated through a comprehensive validation set based on the jet-flow dynamics and turbulence statistics in the case of compressible, turbulent coaxial jets. Simulations of contrail formation from a realistic nozzle-exit geometry of the CFM56-3 engine (short-cowl nozzle delivering a dual stream jet with a bypass rate of 5.3) were also carried out in typical cruise flight conditions ensuring contrail formation. The model provides reliable predictions in terms of the plume dilution and ice-particle properties as compared to available in-flight and numerical data. Such a model can then be used to characterize the impact of nozzle-exit parameters on the optical and microphysical properties of near-field contrails.

Der Artikel analysiert Frauengräber sowie ihren Status in Gräbern, in denen keine oder unklare Hinweise auf die soziale Stellung der bestatteten Frauen vorliegen. Dabei werden alle bekannten Frauengräber aus Kurganen sowohl im Zentrum der Bestattungssitte als auch in der Peripherie erfasst. Die Mehrzahl aller Untersuchungen mit Deutungen zur sozialen Stellung der Bestattungen beruhen ausschließlich auf Ergebnissen in Form räumlicher Analysen der Bestattungen unter Einbezug solcher Grabbeigaben wie Waffen oder persönlichem Schmuck. Aufgrund dieser Feststellung sollten jegliche kontextuelle Information sowie nichtmetrische osteologische Beobach tungen einschließlich der Analyse musculoskeletaler Stress-Marker zum besseren Verständnis der so zialen Organisation, von Status und Geschlecht eingesetzt werden. Im Beitrag werden archäologische und anthropologische Modelle und Daten miteinander kombiniert und ins Verhältnis gesetzt, dies im Gegensatz zum Großteil der bekannten Forschungen über Frauen, die sich anderer Methoden bedienen. Die Autoren analysierten insgesamt 133 Bestattungen mit 143/144 Personen von zwölf Gräberfeldern aus dem Einzugsgebiet des Tobol. Der Großteil dieser Bestattungen wurde direkt vor Ort von Osteologen untersucht. Die im Beitrag präsentierte Stichprobe umfasst 42 Frauengräber. 19 dieser weiblichen Skelette konnten aufgrund einer günstigen Skeletterhaltung zur Beobachtung musculoskeletaler Stress-Marker und aktivitätsbedingter Pathologien herangezogen werden. Die Verwendung detaillierter bioarchäologischer Analysen lieferte neue Informationen zum Geschlechterverständnis sowie hinsichtlich der sozialen Identität, aber auch weitergehende Informationen bezüglich der Sargat.Cet article présente les résultats d’analyses de tombes de femmes et considère leur statut social, en particulier dans les cas où leur position sociale semble incertaine. Les tombes féminines connues à l’intérieur des tumuli (ou kourgans) ont été retrouvées tout aussi bien à la périphérie des tumuli qu’au centre, comme sépultures centrales. Elles ne se distinguent pas toutes par des marqueurs nets de leur statut social. Jusqu’à présent la plupart des interprétations sociales se sont exclusivement basées sur les données fournies par l’analyse spatiale des inhumations ainsi que sur l’inclusion de certaines catégories d’objets déposés en milieu funéraire, telles les armes et les parures. Pourtant toute forme d’information sur le contexte des trouvailles, ainsi que l’étude des traits ostéologiques non-métriques, y compris l’analyse des marqueurs musculo-squelettiques du stress, devraient être mises à contribution pour une meilleure compréhension de l’organisation sociale, du rang et du rôle des sexes. Ainsi nous soulignons les corrélations qui existent entre les modèles archéologiques et les données anthropologiques, contrairement à la plupart des travaux sur les femmes conduits à ce jour, qui se basent sur d’autres méthodes. Notre analyse a porté sur 133 sépultures (représentant 143/144 individus) provenant de 12 nécropoles de la région du bassin du Tobol ; ces inhumations ont pour la plupart été examinées par de spécialistes en ostéologie sur le chantier-même ou ont fait l’objet d’un examen détaillé en laboratoire. L’échantillon comprend 42 femmes, et le degré de conservation des différents éléments de ces squelettes nous a permis d’identifier des marqueurs musculo-squelettiques du stress ainsi que des pathologies liées à certaines activités sur 19 d’entre elles. La mise en oeuvre d’analyses bioarchéologiques détaillées fournit ainsi de nouvelles données permettant de mieux comprendre le rôle des sexes et l’identité sociale du Sargat en général.This paper analyses female burials and their status, especially in graves where their social position seems unclear. Female burials from kurgan mounds are recorded at the periphery of the kurgan area as well as in central graves. Not every female burial displays clear status markers. Most social interpretations have been based exclusively on mortuary evidence in the form of spatial analyses of interments and on the inclusion of certain categories of grave goods such as weaponry and personal adornments. But all forms of contextual information, as well as non-metric osteological observations, including the analysis of musculoskeletal stress markers, should be employed for enhancing our understanding of social organisation, status and gender. We therefore emphasise the correlation between archaeological models and anthropological data, unlike much of the research to date on females dealing with gender studies. We analysed a total 133 burials (representing 143/144 individuals) from 12 cemeteries in the Tobol river basin, the majority of which was examined by on-site osteologists or analysed in detail in a desk-top study. The sample includes 42 female burials; of these, the preservation of skeletal elements made it possible to observe musculoskeletal stress markers and activity-induced pathology on 19 female skeletons. The use of detailed bioarchaeological analyses provides new information for understanding gender and social identity and contributes to knowledge of the Sargat in general.В статье анализируются погребения женщин старшей возрастной группы и их социальный статус, включая те комплексы, в которых социальная градация не столь очевидна. Несмотря на то, что все известные на сегодняшний день женские захоронения зафиксированы как в центре подкурганной площадки, так и на периферии, статусные различия этих индивидов невыразительны. Как правило, все существующие социальные реконструкции были основаны на данных погребальной обрядности: анализ пространственной организации кургана и/или присутствие оружия и украшений среди предметов сопроводительного инвентаря. В этой связи, чрезвычайно важным для понимания социальной организации, статусных различий и гендерных отношений древних популяций видится не только изучение археологического контекста, но и неметрических остеологических признаков, включая исследование мест прикрепления мышц и связок. Не менее показательно также то, что изучение статуса женщин в древних обществах проводится преимущественно в рамках концепции гендера, тогда как основное внимание авторы статьи сосредоточили на сопоставлении археологического контекста и данных физической антропологии. Всего было проанализировано 133 погребения (143/144 индивида) из 12 могильников Притоболья, большинство из которых были раскопаны с участием полевых антропологов либо антропологические определения посткраниального скелета были выполнены в ходе камерального исследования. Женская выборка представлена 42 захоронениями; из-за сохранности костного материала только 19 женских скелетов были доступны для исследования мест прикрепления мышц и связок, и определения степени дегенеративно-дистрофических поражений суставов. Предпринятое биоархеологическое изучение не только вводит в научный оборот новые данные для понимания гендерной и социальной идентичности, но и дополняет общее представление по археологии саргатской общности.

Abstract Background Globally, millions of people suffer from repeated fungal infections affecting the skin, keratinized tissues, and mucosal membranes. Approximately 1.7 million cases result in death with an elevated incidence rate among immunocompromised people that may later result in severe infections. Among the causative agents, Candida albicans are the most prevalent fungi inducing subcutaneous to invasive candidiasis. Although they are commensals in human body alteration in gut or prolonged treatments results in candidiasis. Several virulence proteins of C. albicans are involved in infections and secreted aspartic proteases2 (SAP2) plays an important role among them by causing damage to the reconstituted human epithelium. In the present study, phytochemicals from Heliotropium indicum, Grona triflora, Ziziphus mauritiana, Atalantia racemosa, Coccinia grandis, Caryota urens, Aristolochia bracteolata, Evolvulus alsinoides, Pyrus communis and Commelina benghalensis were studied against SAP2 with the help of bioinformatic tools to understand their binding efficiency. Results The phytochemical structures were retrieved from PubChem database and the target protein structure was retrieved from PDB database with ID:3PVK. ADME profiling for phytochemicals was performed with Qikprop module, followed by docking with protein using Schrodinger software. Docking studies showed that Indicine-N-Oxide from H. indicum scored the significant glide score of − 5.54 kcal/mol. Finally, antifungal studies against C. albicans were conducted using several extracts of plants containing phytochemicals with considerable glide scores on docking studies. The Ethyl acetate leaf extract of H. indicum prominently inhibited the fungal growth when compared with the control. Conclusion Identification of effective therapeutic candidates for the treatment of fungal infection is facilitated by the potential of H. indicum to hinder fungal growth and the interaction of their phytocompounds with fungal targets paves a way for developing a novel drug.

A long-term stationary experiment was conducted to examine for the purpose nine field crop rotation patterns different in the number of fields (four to six), set of crops, and their succession in crop rotation. The respective shares of legumes, oilseeds, and cereals in the cropping pattern were 17 to 33, 17 to 40, and 50 to 67 %. It has been established that in case of no-till field crop cultivation the economic efficiency of plant production depends on the set of crops and their succession in rotation. The most economically efficient type of crop rotation is the soya-winter wheat-peas-winter wheat-sunflower-corn six-field rotation with two fields of legumes: in this rotation 1 ha of crop rotation area yields 3 850 grain units per ha at a grain unit prime cost of 5.46 roubles; the plant production output return and profitability were 20,888 roubles per ha and 113 %, respectively. The high production profitabilities provided by the soya-winter wheat-sunflower four-field and the soya-winter-wheat-sunflower-corn-winter wheat five-field crop rotation are 108.7 and 106.2 %, respectively. The inclusion of winter wheat in crop rotation for two years in a row reduces the second winter wheat crop yield by 80 to 100 %, which means a certain reduction in the grain unit harvesting rate to 3.48-3.57 thousands per ha of rotation area and cuts the production profitability down to 84.4-92.3 %. The relevance of the topic has to do with an increased global interest in this region. The paper is aimed at considering the basic principles of developing and the procedure of testing seismic instruments for use at ultralow climatic temperatures. In this paper the indicated issue is considered through the example of a seismic module designed for petroleum and gas exploration by passive seismoacoustic methods. The seismic module is a direct-burial portable unit of around 5 kg in weight, designed to continuously measure and record microseismic triaxial orthogonal (ZNE) noise in a range from 0.1 to 45 Hz during several days in autonomous mode. The functional chart of designing the seismic module was considered, and concrete conclusions were made for choosing the necessary components to meet the ultralow-temperature operational requirements. The conclusions made served for developing appropriate seismic module. In this case, the components and tools used included a SAFT MP 176065 xc low-temperature lithium cell, industrial-spec electronic component parts, a Zhaofeng Geophysical ZF-4.5 Chinese primary electrodynamic seismic sensor, housing seal parts made of frost-resistant silicone materials, and finely dispersed silica gel used as water-retaining sorbent to avoid condensation in the housing. The paper also describes a procedure of low-temperature collation tests at the lab using a New Brunswick Scientific freezing plant. The test results proved the operability of the developed equipment at ultralow temperatures down to -55°C. In addition, tests were conducted at low microseismic noises in the actual Arctic environment. The possibility to detect signals in a range from 1 to 10 Hz at the level close to the NLNM limit (the Peterson model) has been confirmed, which allows monitoring and exploring petroleum and gas deposits by passive methods. As revealed by this study, the suggested approaches are efficient in developing high-precision mobile seismic instruments for use at ultralow climatic temperatures. The solution of the considered instrumentation and methodical issues is of great practical significance as a constituent of the generic problem of Arctic exploration. The article analyzes the results of treatment of patients with excess length of the second metatarsal bones that underwent osteotomy with and without osteosynthesis. The results of treatment of patients who underwent metatarsal shortening due to classical Weil-osteotomy with and without osteosynthesis were analyzed. The first group consisted of 34 patients. They underwent classical Weil osteotomy. The second group included 44 patients in whomosteotomy of the second metatarsal bone were not by the screw. When studying the results of the treatment in the immediate postoperative period, weeks 6, 12, slightly better results were observed in patients of the first group, while one year after surgical treatment the results in both groups were comparable. One year after surgical treatment, there were 2.9% (1 patient) of unsatisfactory results in the first group and 4.5% (2 patients) in the second group. Considering the comparability of the results of treatment in remote postoperative period, the choice of concrete method remains with the operating surgeon. Methods. A prospective 3-year study of 86 healthy dogs (aged 1-7 yrs) of different breeds and of both sexes. Echo homogeneity and echogenicity of the stomach and intestines wall were determined by the method of Silina, T.L., et al. (2010) in absolute values ​​of average brightness levels of ultrasound image pixels using the 8-bit scale with 256 shades of gray. Results. Quantitative echogenicity indicators of the stomach and the small intestine wall in dogs were determined. Based on the numerical values ​​characterizing echogenicity distribution in each layer of a separate structure of the digestive system, the coefficient of gastric echogenicity is determined as 1:2.4:1.1 (mucosa/submucosa/muscle layers, respectively), the coefficient of duodenum and jejunum echogenicity is determined as 1:3.5:2 and that of ileum is 1:1.8:1. Clinical significance. Datieva, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00046 Abstract: The aim of this work was to assess the functional reserves of the body to quantify individual health; adaptation, psychophysiological characteristics of the health quality of medical students in different seasons of the year. When studying the temporal organization of physiological functions, the rhythm parameters of physiological functions were determined, followed by processing the results using the Cosinor Analysis program, which reveals rhythms with an unknown period for unequal observations, evaluates 5 parameters of sinusoidal rhythms (mesor, amplitude, acrophase, period, reliability). The essence of desynchronization is the mismatch of circadian rhythms among themselves or destruction of the rhythms architectonics (instability of acrophases or their disappearance). Desynchronization with respect to the rhythmic structure of the body is of a disregulatory nature, most pronounced in pathological desynchronization. High neurotism, increased anxiety reinforces the tendency to internal desynchronization, which increases with stress. During examination stress, students experience a decrease in the stability of the temporary organization of the biosystem and the tension of adaptive mechanisms develops, which affects attention, mental performance and the quality of adaptation to the educational process. Time is shortened and the amplitude of the “initial minute” decreases, personal and situational anxiety develops, and the level of psychophysiological adaptation decreases. The results of the work are priority because they can be used in assessing quality and level of health. Tsvetkov, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00047 Abstract: The present study of comparison methods based on the triadic model introduces the following concepts: the relation of comparability and the relation of comparison, and object comparison and attributive comparison. The difference between active and passive qualitative comparison is shown, two triadic models of passive and active comparison and models for comparing two and three objects are described. Triadic comparison models are proposed as an alternative to dyadic comparison models. Comparison allows finding the common and the different; this approach is proposed for the analysis of the nomothetic and ideographic method of obtaining knowledge. The nomothetic method identifies and evaluates the general, while the ideographic method searches for unique in parameters and in combinations of parameters. Triadic comparison is used in systems and methods of argumentation, as well as in the analysis of consistency/inconsistency.
