People who follow Marc Ancel's theory of criminal policy say that mass media is one way to keep people from getting into trouble. It turns out, though, that when it comes to child crimes, the media has an impact on how many crimes happen. Mass media has been shown to have an effect on children's development, so this is a good thing. A child may have a strong desire to do bad things because of pictures, readings, and movies. It's important to look at one part of social policy that deals with public mental health problems (social hygiene), both as individuals in the community and as parents and caregivers. This includes both the well-being of children and adolescents and the community as a whole.Keywords: Integral Penal Policy; Non-Penal Policy; Child Crime AbstrakSebenarnya apabila memperhatikan teori kebijakan kriminal yang dikemukakan oleh marc Ancel, mass media adalah salah satu sarana yang digunakan untuk melakukan pencegahan kejahatan. Namun dalam kaitan kejahatan anak, mass media justru berpengaruh terhadap timbulnya suatu kejahatan. Hal ini dibenarkan karena mass media dipahami berpengaruh pula terhadap perkembangan anak. Keinginan atau kehendak anak untuk melakukan kejahatan kadangkala timbul karena pengaruh gambar-gambar, bacaan dan film. Salah satu aspek kebijakan sosial yang patut mendapat perhatian ialah penggarapan masalah kesehatan jiwa masyarakat (social hygiene), baik secara individual sebagai anggota masyarakat maupun kesejahteraan keluarga termasuk kesejahteraan anak dan remaja serta masyarakat luas pada umumnya.Kata Kunci: Integral Penal Policy; Non Penal Policy; Kejahatan Anak

La dialogie a été développée dans les années 1920 par Mikhaïl Bakhtine, théoricien russe de la littérature. Il a développé ce concept afin d’étudier les oeuvres de Dostoïevski, avant de l’étendre plus généralement à la communication. Dans le contexte artistique, la dialogie se manifeste à travers la représentation de dialogues, favorisant une description dense et des réponses non totalisantes. Dans la photographie documentaire, l’auteur.e adopte une approche dialogique, en reconnaissant l'autre comme un sujet autonome. L'oeuvre résulte d'une interaction constante avec les interlocuteur.ice.s du terrain. Cette thèse explore l'approche dialogique dans la photographie documentaire à travers une perspective ethnographique, méthodologique et épistémologique. La première partie se concentre sur mon terrain de 2012 à 2017 avec un groupe de "zonard.e.s" : le projet ZONE 54. La seconde partie établit des liens entre les principes de la dialogie, le projet ZONE 54, et d'autres documentaires dialogiques de photographes tels qu’Allan Sekula, Susan Meiselas, Marc Pataut et Gilles Saussier<br>Dialogy was developed in the 1920s by the Russian literary theorist Mikhail Bakhtin. He developed the concept in order to study the works of Dostoyevsky, before extending it more generally to communication. In the artistic context, dialogy entails the representation of dialogues, favoring thick description and non-totalizing responses. In documentary photography, the author adopts a dialogic approach, recognizing the other as an autonomous subject. Dialogic works promote sustained interaction with the interlocutors in the field.This thesis explores the dialogic approach in documentary photography from an ethnographic, methodological and epistemological perspective. The first part focuses on my own fieldwork from 2012 to 2017 with a group of "zonard.e.s": the ZONE 54 project. The second part links the fundamental principles of dialogy, the ZONE 54 project, and other dialogic documentary works by such photographers as Allan Sekula, Susan Meiselas, Marc Pataut and Gilles Saussier

The research area of this doctoral thesis is determined by the interaction between legal and technical disciplines such as the Industrial Property (IP) and the industrial or product design respectively. The area they have in common awakens interest from the perspective of identifying a resource that contributes to the key aspect of design and creativity in the search for different and innovative products.
One of the main features is that while industrial design can incorporate into a single product ornamental, distinctive and technical functions, the IP system manages these aspects separately. That is why we can say that industrial design is related to the IP through the different types of protection: industrial design, marks (three-dimensional) and patents.
In this regards, IP governs the aspects related to the protection of creative methods, additionally it has available the resources of patent databases, identified and consolidated by companies that traditionally considered the industrial property in theirs process design. However, in this research it has been detected additional contributions from judicial interpretations and administrative clarifications of the legal affairs in patents, trademarks and designs.
The aforementioned contributions have an impact on the design process in the research phase (analysis of information, establishment of legal-technical, legal-ornamental and legal-distinctive requirements); in the identification of new guidelines for developing conceptualization phase (variation or addition of new ornamental, functional or distinctive features), and in the validation phase (innovation). Additionally, the structure of the patent document has provided guidance for the inclusion of additional information in the documentation phase (technical report on innovation).
Furthermore, feedback from professionals and students groups linked to the area of design has been a key factor when developing guidelines for the implementation of the proposed legal tools. Likewise, the opinion of many companies, considered under this study, associated to the design that has had about the IP and design, which has determined that innovation is a highly valued criteria, therefore a methodology that helps to identify the contribution to the "state of the art" of their proposals would be very well accepted; similarly a design methodology that allows companies to minimize the risks of industrial property.
The research findings can be summarized with the following products:
1. Study on the role of design and industrial property, applied to the consuming design companies associated to the Industrial Design School of the Faculty of Architecture and Design, University of Los Andes, Venezuela.
2. Value Added Method (MEVA) based on legal considerations such as the identification of common and different elements.
3. Guidelines: Legal-distinctive related to the subject of three-dimensional marks; legal-ornamental related to the subject of industrial design; legal-technical related to patent, extrapolated as design guidelines.
Finally, it can be concluded that Industrial Property joins the disciplines that work with product design, illustrating their contribution through the MEVA, which seeks to promote innovation and the registration process to guide the designer in developing new concepts, validating their contribution with respect to competing products, substantiating the emphasis (distinctive, ornamental, technical) of the product and familiarizing it with legal-distinctive, legal-ornamental, legal-technical guidelines of the Industrial Property.<br>El área de investigación de esta tesis doctoral se determina por la interacción entre las disciplinas jurídicas y técnicas, como la propiedad intelectual (IP) y el diseño industrial o producto, respectivamente. El área que tienen en común despierta interés desde el punto de vista de la identificación de un recurso que contribuye al aspecto clave del diseño y la creatividad en la búsqueda de diferentes e innovadores productos. Una de las principales características es que mientras que el diseño industrial puede incorporar en un solo producto ornamental, funciones distintivas y técnicos, el sistema IP gestiona estos aspectos por separado. Es por ello que se puede afirmar que el diseño industrial está relacionada con la propiedad intelectual a través de los diferentes tipos de protección: diseño industrial, marcas (tridimensionales) y patentes. En este respecto, IP regula los aspectos relacionados con la protección de los métodos creativos, además, tiene a disposición los recursos de bases de datos de patentes, identificados y consolidadas por las empresas que tradicionalmente se consideran la propiedad industrial en el diseño de procesos de ellos. Sin embargo, en esta investigación se ha detectado contribuciones adicionales de interpretaciones judiciales y aclaraciones administrativas de los asuntos legales en patentes, marcas y diseños. Los aportes antes mencionados tienen un impacto en el proceso de diseño en la fase de investigación (análisis de la información, el establecimiento de los requisitos técnico-jurídica, legal-ornamental y jurídico-distintivos); en la identificación de nuevas directrices para el desarrollo de la fase de conceptualización (variación o adición de nuevas características ornamentales, funcionales o distintivos), y en la fase de validación (innovación). Además, la estructura del documento de patente ha proporcionado orientación para la inclusión de información adicional en la fase de documentación (informe técnico sobre la innovación). Por otra parte, la opinión de los profesionales y los grupos de estudiantes vinculados al área de diseño ha sido un factor clave en el desarrollo de directrices para la aplicación de los instrumentos jurídicos propuestos. Del mismo modo, la opinión de muchas empresas, considerado en este estudio, asociada al diseño que ha tenido sobre la propiedad intelectual y el diseño, lo que ha determinado que la innovación es un criterio de gran valor, por lo tanto, una metodología que ayuda a identificar la contribución al "estado del arte "de sus propuestas serían muy bien aceptado; igualmente una metodología de diseño que permite a las empresas para minimizar los riesgos de la propiedad industrial. Los resultados de la investigación pueden resumirse con los siguientes productos: 1. Estudio sobre el papel del diseño y de la propiedad industrial, aplicado a las empresas de diseño de consumo asociados a la Escuela de Diseño de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Universidad de Los Andes, Venezuela Industrial. 2. Valor Método Agregado (MEVA) en base a las consideraciones legales, tales como la identificación de los elementos comunes y diferentes. 3. Directrices: Jurídico-distintivo en relación con el tema de las marcas tridimensionales; jurídico-ornamentales relacionados con el tema del diseño industrial; técnico-jurídica en relación con las patentes, extrapolado como pautas de diseño. Por último, se puede concluir que la Propiedad Industrial se une a las disciplinas que trabajan con el diseño del producto, lo que demuestra su contribución a través de la MEVA, que busca promover la innovación y el proceso de registro para guiar al diseñador en el desarrollo de nuevos conceptos, validando su contribución con respecto a la competición productos, que justifique el énfasis (distintivo, ornamental, técnica) del producto y familiarizarse con las directrices legales distintivo, legales ornamental, jurídico-técnicos de la Propiedad Industrial.

The purification procedures from the crude extract of the mushroom comprised gel filtration chromatography on Sephacryl s200 and ion exchange on Resource Q column. The purified lectin agglutinated all types of human erythrocytes with preference for trypsinized type O erythrocytes. The haemagglutinating activity is dependent of Ca 2+ ions and was strongly inhibited by the glycoprotein bovine submaxillary mucin (BSM) up to the concentration of 0, 125 mg/mL. The C. cristata lectin (CcL) was stable in the pH
range of 2,5-11,5 and termostable up to 80 ?C. CcL molecular mass determined by gel filtration on a Superose 6 10 300 column was approximately 140,3 kDa. SDS polyacrilamide gel electrophoresis revealed a single band with a molecular mass of
approximately 14,5 kDa, when the lectin was heated at 100 ?C in the presence or absence of ?-mercaptoethanol. CcL induced activation of murine peritoneal macrophages in vitro resulting in the release of nitric oxide (NO), reaching the maximum production at 24 h. In experimental paw oedema model in mice, CcL showed proinflammatory activity being able to induce oedema formation. Cell viability of HepG2, MDA 435 e 3T3 cell lines was examined after 72 h of incubation with CcL in different
concentrations (0,5-50 ?g/mL). CcL inhibited HepG2 cells growth with an IC50 value of 50 ?g/mL. In the present work, the observed immunomodulatory and antiproliferative
effects indicate CcL as a possible immunomodulator compound, interfering in the macrophages immune response, taking possible anti-parasitic, anti-tumoral effects or diagnostic and/or therapeutic<br>Uma lectina de 140,0 kDa foi purificada e caracterizada a partir do extrato prot?ico do fungo Clavaria cristata. This thesis investigates various aspects of international trade. In the first chapter, I study the effect of exporting on firms productivity. Specifically, I examine the extent to which export shocks are transmitted along the production chain through input-output linkages. I find that when firms expand into foreign markets, the increase in the derived demand for intermediates boosts the productivity of domestic input suppliers. In the second chapter, I focus on the determinants of markups at firm-product level. I find that when firms start to export new products, the effect on markups depends on the product characteristics. While, on average, markup adjustments do not appear to play a role, for more differentiated products I find evidence of an increase in markups. In the third chapter, I study the relation between exports and patent innovation. Results show that export shocks have a positive effect on firms' innovation. Firms invest the extra profits from the export market to finance the sunk costs of innovation.<br>Aquesta tesi investiga diversos aspectes del comerç internacional. En el primer capìtol analitzo els efectes de l'exportaciò sobre la productivitat de les empreses. En particular, estudio en quina mesura els xocs d'exportaciò es transmeten al llarg de la cadena de producciò a travès d'enllaços input-output. Trobo que quan les empreses s'expandeixen en els mercats estrangers, l'augment de la demanda derivada d'inputs intermedis impulsa la productivitat dels proveïdors d'aquests inputs. En el segon capìtol em centro en quins sòn els determinants dels mark-ups a nivell dels productes de cada empresa. Trobo que quan les empreses comencen a exportar nous productes, els efectes sobre els mark-ups depenen de les caracterìstiques dels productes. Mentre que en mitjana els ajustaments dels mark-ups no semblen exercir cap rol, si que ho fan per als productes mès diferenciats. En el tercer capìtol estudio la relaciò entre l'exportaciò i l'innovaciò de patents. Els resultats mostren que els xocs d'exportaciò tenen un efecte positiu en les empreses d'innovaciò. Les empreses inverteixen els beneficis addicionals del mercat d'exportaciò per finançar els costos enfonsats de la innovaciò.

Cette thèse vise à éclairer le rôle économique de la science et de la technologie dans le cadre du capitalisme. À cette fin, elle s’enracine d’abord dans une discussion des thèses développées à ce sujet par Karl Marx à l’égard du capitalisme industriel qu’il avait sous les yeux. En tenant compte de la transition du capitalisme industriel au capitalisme avancé, elle s’intéresse ensuite au rôle que joue la production scientifique et technologique dans le contexte spécifique du capitalisme avancé. Prenant le contrepied de la théorie de l’« économie immatérielle » développée par Michael Hardt et Antonio Negri, l’objectif de cette thèse est double. Elle vise, d’une part, à mettre au jour et reconstruire la façon dont Marx problématise le rapport de la science et de la technologie à la dynamique économique de son époque et, de l’autre, à éclairer les modalités et les enjeux liés à l’intégration de la production scientifique et technologique au sein de la dynamique économique contemporaine<br>This dissertation aims to clarify the economic role of science and technology within capitalism. To this end, it is first rooted in a discussion of the ideas elaborated by Karl Marx on this topic in respect with the industrial capitalism that was unfolding before him. Taking into account the transition from industrial to advanced capitalism, this dissertation then seeks to question the economic role of scientific and technological production into the specific context of advanced capitalism. Supporting an opposing view to the theory of “immaterial economy”, as developed by Michael Hardt and Antonio Negri, this dissertation has a twofold objective. On the one hand, it aims to uncover and reconstruct the way Marx problematizes the relationship of science and technology to the economical dynamics of his time and, on the other hand, to clarify the issues relating to the integration of scientific and technological production into contemporary economical dynamics

Previous issue date: 2009<br>CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior<br>Este trabalho objetivou avaliar durante um ciclo de cultivo de Litopenaeus vannamei com periodicidade quinzenal de 20/09/08 a 05/12/08 a comunidade planctônica e os
parâmetros abióticos em duas estações dentro de um viveiro no município de Curuça,
Estado do Pará. Foram medidos transparência, pH, oxigênio dissolvido, salinidade e
temperatura, sendo os quatro últimos registrados na superfície e próximo ao fundo e
realizadas coletas para o estudo do microfitoplâncton, zooplâncton e clorofila “a”. A
temperatura variou de 31,5ºC a 35ºC. O oxigênio dissolvido variou de 4,2 mg/l a 15,5
mg/l. O pH manteve-se ligeiramente alcalino, entre 8,1 e 9,4. A menor salinidade foi
26,9 e a maior, 30 ppm. A transparência diminuiu de 55 cm para 17 cm. Clorofila a teve
um mínimo de 2,33mg/m3 e um máximo de 471,34 mg/m3. Foram identificados 95 taxa

crassirostris os principais responsáveis pela sua dominância. A maior densidade
registrada para o zooplâncton foi de 162.000 org/m3 no início do cultivo (20/09) e a
menor foi 375 org/m3 no dia 05/11. A diversidade também foi baixa tendo médias de
1,34 bits/ind e 1,10 bits/ind nas estações 01 e 02, respectivamente. Entre as principais
conclusões: a comunidade microfitoplanctônica foi dominada pelas diatomáceas, sendo
os principais gêneros responsáveis por esta dominância: Pleurosigma, Nitzschia e
Navicula e a divisão Bacillariophyta foi o grupo mais importante tanto em termos de
riqueza quanto de densidade; a classe dinophyceae revelou estar melhor adaptados em
águas mais claras; os copépodos foram dominantes, sendo Acartia lilljeborgi, Oithona
hebes, Oithona oswaldocruzzi, Parvocalanus crassirostris e Euterpina acutifrons as
espécies que mais contribuíram para esta dominância; Clorofila “a” respondeu aos
maiores aportes de ração durante o cultivo, aumentando com o tempo; as variáveis
físico-químicas que sofreram influência do cultivo, variando significativamente ao longo do tempo foram: pH, oxigênio dissolvido e transparência e o viveiro investigado foi considerado homogêneo avaliando sua profundidade e área.<br>This work aimed at to evaluate during a cycle of cultivation of Litopenaeus vannamei
with biweekly periodicity from 20/09/08 to 05/12/08 the community planktonic and the
abiotic parameters in two stations inside of a pond in the municipal district of Curuça,
State of Pará. They were measured transparency, pH, dissolved oxygen, salinity and
temperature, being the last four registered in the surface and close to the bottom and
accomplished collections for the study of the microfitoplankton, zooplankton and
chlorophyll “a”. The temperature varied from 31,5ºC to 35ºC. The dissolved oxygen
varied from 4,2 mg/l to 15,5 mg/l. The pH stayed lightly alkaline, between 8,1 and 9,4.
To smallest salinity it was 26,9 and the largest, 30 ppm. The transparency decreased of
55 cm to 17 cm. Chlorophyll a had a minimum of 2,33mg/m3 and a maximum of 471,34
mg/m3. They were identified 95 taxa and Bacillariophyta was the most important group,
being Navicula, Pleurosigma and Nitzschia the main ones responsible for her
dominance. The largest density registered for the microfitoplankton was of 104.400 org/l
in the beginning of the cultivation (20/09) and to smallest it was 3.600 org/l in the last
collection (05/12). The diversity average for the fitoplakcton in the Station 01 was 1,49
bits/ind and in the Station 02, 1,43 bits/ind. They were identified 34 taxa zooplanktonic,
being Copepoda the most important group and Acartia lilljeborgi, Euterpina acutifrons,
Oithona hebes, Oithona oswaldocruzzi and Parvocalanus crassirostris the main ones
responsible for her dominance. The largest density registered for the zooplâncton was of
162.000 org/m3 in the beginning of the cultivation (20/09) and to smallest it was 375
org/m3 in day 05/11. The diversity was also low tends averages of 1,34 bits/ind and 1,10
bits/ind in the stations 01 and 02, respectively. Enter the main conclusions: the
microfitoplanktonic community was dominated by the diatom, being the main ones
responsible for her dominance: Pleurosigma, Nitzschia and Navicula and the division
Bacillariophyta was the most important group so much in wealth terms as of density; the
class dinophyceae revealed to be better adapted in clearer waters; the copepods were
dominant, being Acartia lilljeborgi, Oithona hebes, Oithona oswaldocruzzi, Parvocalanus
crassirostris and Euterpina acutifrons the species that more they contributed to this
dominance; Chlorophyll “a” answered to the largest ration contributions during the
cultivation, increasing with the time; the physio-chemical variables that suffered
influence of the cultivation, varying significantly along the time was: pH, dissolved
oxygen and transparency and the investigated pond was considered homogeneous
evaluating her depth and area.

Sa présence est attestée dès le commencement des pratiques artistiques et artisanales pendant l’Antiquité. La prise de conscience de son existence et de son utilité au sein de la société a toutefois été exacerbée au XVIIIe siècle, notamment lors de la révolution française de 1789, moment de sa construc-tion et de sa reconnaissance juridiques.Le droit de la propriété industrielle, à partir des événements révolutionnaires devient en effet l’enjeu d’une élaboration aussi bien intellectuelle que juridique. De nombreux débats de la part des créateurs et inventeurs font rage auprès des institutions politiques afin que ce droit soit reconnu et normalisé. L’aboutissement de ces combats intellectuels, grâce aux multiples ré-flexions de la doctrine et de la jurisprudence transforme le droit de la propriété industriel en un droit normatif s’inscrivant dans l’ordonnancement juridique.Au-delà de cette organisation législative, le droit de la propriété industrielle est également le sujet de nombreuses interrogations quant aux circonstances politiques et économiques qui ont permis son éclosion. Many debates on behalf of the creators and inventors show rage regarding the political institutions, so that this right is acknowledged and standardized. The result of these intellectual combats, thanks to the mul-tiple reflections of the doctrines and jurisprudence transforms the patent right into a normative right falling under legal scheduling.Next to this legislative organization, the right of the industrial property is also the subject of many interrogations as for the political and economic circumstances, which allowed it's blos-soming. In her early twenties, Eliza Orme decided to enter the legal profession, enlisting the help of Helen Taylor, the stepdaughter and assistant of John Stuart Mill. Orme’s award-winning performance in her university courses attracted the attention of other mentors, some of whom tried to help her secure a position, not in one of the Inns of Court (which remained unthinkable) but by working as a junior in a barrister’s chambers. That was unsuccessful. Later, guided by another mentor, she established her own chambers in Chancery Lane, the legal district, and began working there with Mary Ellen Richardson. They were conveyancers and patent agents, and both were directors of the Nineteenth-Century Building Society (an organization for financing real estate transactions). Some of their legal work was legitimate because unregulated, while the more lucrative, regulated, opportunities came about when senior barristers paid for Orme and her associates to prepare legal documents which would appear under the official (male) signature. In an enthusiastic letter to Taylor, Orme described their chambers as ‘a miniature Girton’. There is evidence of discrimination and challenges, including a fellow-student who sought to appropriate a scholarship she had earned and a newspaper column speculating on the matrimonial ambitions of someone who had led her class in Roman Law. To counter this, Howsam offers a letter from an American woman lawyer describing Eliza Orme and Reina Emily Lawrence working together in a busy, well-appointed office: ‘a fine chaos’. Orme persisted through the challenges and prospered, along with Richardson, Lawrence and other women colleagues. The chapter ends with Leslie Howsam’s informed speculations about the level of Orme’s commitment to legal practice—was that the extent of her ambition, or was it a step on the way to exercising her passionate interest in contemporary politics?

It is true that the importance of incentivizing innovation and encouraging investment in creative activities was recognized on a general scale only in the wake of industrialization, leading to the enactment in many countries of patent laws, modern-style copyright laws, or industrial design laws. Before that, protection for those achievements had only been granted in the form of privileges, serving the interests of particular trades or professions, and ultimately those of the sovereign. The period of industrialization also saw the emergence of the first trade mark laws in the modern sense that entitled the proprietors of such marks to enjoin others from using the same marks or a similar sign for their own products.

After the Fukushima accident the development and implementation of additional safety features has become more and more important. In March 2014 AREVA filed a patent for the invention of a mobile heat exchanger module in the outer shape similar to the outer geometry of a fuel assembly called Advanced Cooling Tube (ACT) [1]. Since January 2015 there is a full scale test facility in the German headquarters of AREVA in Erlangen to test the performance of such a mobile heat exchanger. In spring 2015 there were investigations running to implement the ACT into the spent fuel pool of a nuclear power plant in Switzerland. In the meantime, these investigations were finished and a contract has been signed. This paper gives an overview about the main facts of the Advanced Cooling Tube as a mobile heat exchanger in the shape of a fuel assembly for spent fuel pools, how it can be implemented in any nuclear power station and what the advantages of this product are. Further information about the performance and requirements of this special heat exchanger will be given.

Crash tests conducted by Ford, General Motors, and other automakers have shown that localized accelerations on various objects, including seatbelt buckles, can experience many multiples of the center of gravity acceleration (sometimes exceeding 500 g's) due to contact with other objects within the vehicle or from elastic and plastic deflections of the vehicle structure. In March of 1959, the Cummings [18] pivoting cover buckle patent recognized that the moving parts should be so balanced that "the buckle will not open under the influence of inertia." This paper follows the development of the modern lock for the latch buckle design concept through its evolution. After a discussion of the realization of the inertial potential for unlatching of the buckle from numerous patents and testing, seatbelt locking mechanisms will be discussed by category, followed by a short summary of the inertial blocking mechanisms. These designs will be described, patents for each listed, examples given of vehicles where they have been installed, and the inertial capability of each buckle type catalogued. From this discussion, the reader should have a clear understanding of the capabilities of the modern lock for the latch seatbelt buckle and the roots from whence it has been developed.

These depositions can cause a serious degradation of or cessation of production flow and require additional maintenance of facilities. In the context of a subsea environment, the loss in revenue and intervention costs are even more substantial. A novel solution has been developed in the form of an inline physical sensor, containing a nanoscale particle coating, that can prognostically detect the deposition of flow restricting substances, and dynamically adjust chemical dosage in the production system. The process patent was granted in March 2021 (#10,947,818). This paper describes the preliminary flow test demonstrating the scale inducing properties of the nanomaterial referred to as FloSav. Next the paper discusses the 24-month, onshore field trial which was successfully used to reduce chemical inhibitor dosage by 20% without any production loss or downtime. Thirdly the paper examines what additional testing will be employed in order to be fully qualified for deployment. Finally this paper provides an overall plan on how to deploy this technology for an offshore application and the benefits that can be achieved including the reduction of production chemical usage while enhancing flow from the subsea well to the topside facility.

Finally this paper provides an overall plan on how to deploy this technology for an offshore application and the benefits that can be achieved including the reduction of production chemical usage while enhancing flow from the subsea well to the topside facility.

Resumen:En este trabajo presentamos el diseño, desarrollo y evaluación de una actividad para trabajar la competencia “Trabajo en Equipo y Liderazgo” (CT6). Esta actividad se desarrolló en el marco de una Sesión Tutorial del programa PATU (Plan de Acción Tutorial Universitario) de la UPV, durante el primer cuatrimestre del curso 2016-2017, en la asignatura Informática de Gestión (IG) del primer curso del Grado de Turismo (GT) que se imparte en de la Escuela Politécnica Superior de Gandia (EPSG). El objetivo principal era trabajar y evaluar la CT6 con el requisito de que la actividad propuesta estuviera integrada con los contenidos propios de la asignatura. La actividad consistió en la preparación, en un periodo de tiempo limitado (30 minutos), de una única presentación sobre el turismo en la provincia de Valencia. Para coordinar el desarrollo de la actividad se asignaron diferentes roles a los alumnos en función de su posición en la clase. Los alumnos tuvieron que preparar pequeñas presentaciones sobre temáticas y zonas específicas, que se fueron integrando en presentaciones más amplias hasta tener una única presentación. El resultado fue evaluado por los alumnos mediante una encuesta de satisfacción que puso de manifiesto el cumplimiento de los objetivos previstos.Palabras clave:Competencia Transversal, Trabajo en Equipo, Liderazgo, Punto de Control, Tutoría, Grado en Turismo, Rol, Coordinación

After linguistic studies carried out over more than 20 years, as a function of teaching in Higher Education, Prof. Dr. Marcelo Pessoa developed a new alphabet for the Portuguese language, from which, at the end of 2019, he applied for a patent with the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property), traceable by the Process Number: BR 20 2019 023894 7. The patent registration is still pending, however, in the same body, Marcelo has already obtained the registration of an editorial trademark, valid for 10 years, related to a scientific dissemination journal, born within the UEMG, traceable at the INPI by the Process No. 918420423.

The URL links to a website page in the Drexel Digital Museum (DDM) fashion image archive containing a 3D interactive panorama of an evening gown by French fashion designer Christian Lacroix with related text. This evening gown by Christian Lacroix is from his Fall 1990 collection. It is constructed from silk plain weave, printed with an abstract motif in the bright, deep colors of the local costumes of Lacroix's native Arles, France; and embellished with diamanté and insets of handkerchief edged silk chiffon. Ruffles of pleated silk organza in a neutral bird feather print and also finished with a handkerchief edge, accentuate the asymmetrical draping of the gown. Ruching, controlled by internal drawstrings and ties, creates volume and a slight pouf, a nod to 'le pouf' silhouette Lacroix popularized in his collection for Patou in 1986. Decorative boning on the front of the bodice reflects Lacroix's early education as a costume historian and his sartorial reinterpretation of historic corsets. It is from the private collection of Mari Shaw. The panorama is an HTML5 formatted version of an ultra-high resolution ObjectVR created from stitched tiles captured with GigaPan technology. It is representative the ongoing research of the DDM, an international, interdisciplinary group of researchers focused on production, conservation and dissemination of new media for exhibition of historic fashion.
