The following tillage options have been studied: plowing (Kverneland PN/RN plow, Kverneland base model), cultivation (Rusich KPP-12 cultivator with a two-row spring-roller attachment), chiseling (chisel cultivator for continuous tillage, KCH 5.1). Fertilizers Ora start, Azotovite, Phosphatovite, Ecorost were used in the experiment. According to the research results, it was found that the maximum increase was obtained on variants with chisel tillage. On wheat crops, high yields were recorded, where the preparations Ora start, 1,5 l/t, Azotovite, 0,5 l/ha + Phosphatovite, 0,5 l/ha (+25,1%), Ora start, 1,5 l/t, Ecorost, 0,5 l/ha (+22,9%) were used. High yield of spring rapeseed was revealed on the variant with chiseling, and the joint action of Ora start, 1,5 l/t, Azotovite, 0,5 l/ha + Phosphatovite, 0,5 l/ha (2,53 t/ha).

Abstract (sommario):
The work quality of selected tine cultivators that are suitable equally for deeper soil cultivation has been evaluated. The following implements were tested in a stubble field: Köckerling Vario 570, Simba Solo 450, Horsch Terrano 5 FX, Strom Finisher Mega 8000, Farmet Turbulent 450, Kverneland CLC 430, Väderstad TopDown 400. The cultivator evaluation criteria were the following: quantity of plant residues left on the soil surface, size distribution of clods, transverse elevation profile of the soil surface, elevation profile of the furrow bottom, cultivation depth, unit fuel consumption, travel reduction ratio, work-rate, and unit draft of a cultivator. All of the cultivators were equipped mainly with tine tools, followed further on by disc tools and either by levelling or by crumbling tools. Plant residues were well worked into the soil by Väderstad and Farmet cultivators. Horsch, Kverneland and Väderstad cultivators showed good crumbling effect. The highest work speed was reached by tractors with Strom and Horsch implements.

Abstract (sommario):
Reducing operating costs during soil processing and increasing the wear resistance of parts and components is an important condition for reducing the cost of agricultural products, increasing its efficiency and competitiveness. The development of materials with increased wear resistance and new effective technologies for strengthening working bodies in their manufacture is now becoming an urgent task. (Research purpose) The research purpose is increasing the wear resistance of the working bodies of soil-processing machines by electric arc surfacing. (Materials and methods) During the experimental study, it has been performed testing of modes and surfacing of a pilot batch of working bodies from Kverneland for field tests in VIM on an automated installation for electric arc surfacing. Authors used eutectic CastolinEnDotec DO*30 powder wire with a diameter of 1.2 millimeters and a boron content of up to 4 percent for surfacing wear-resistant rollers, which allows to obtain wear-resistant rollers with a hardness of up to 65 HRC without pores and cracks. (Results and discussion) It has been revealed that hardened ploughshares that have passed field tests are subject to lower wear rates compared to non-hardened ones. It was found that when operating time is 24.785 hectares per ploughshare, the wear of the linear size of the cutting edge along the width of hardened ploughshares is on average up to 10-11 millimeters less than that of non-hardened ones. It was found that when processing 228 hectares, the wear of the linear size of the cutting edge along the width of hardened bits is on average up to 9-10 millimeters less than that of non-hardened ones. (Conclusions) The technology of surfacing with intermittent wear-resistant rollers provides an increase in the efficiency of hardening of Kverneland working bodies according to the criterion of wear resistance by an average of 20-30 percent. The adjusted technological parameters of the surfacing process will reduce the wear rate and increase the service life of the blade part of the working bodies, as well as reduce the amount of surfaced material by an average of 60 percent. The continuation of work on strengthening the working bodies should be aimed at changing the surfacing scheme and choosing a cheaper domestic cored wire.

The object of this paper is to analyze the effect of setup of three point linkage on energetic and performance parameters of tractor aggregate. For this purpose were made two series of measurements. The first series was realized with the tractor NewHolland T7050 aggregate with 5-furrow reversible plough plough KUHN HUARD VM 150 5 NS. Data such as engine load, engine revolution, diesel fuel consumption, diesel fuel temperature, were got from CAN Bus network during the measurement. Then were measured following parameters total time of ploughing, dephth of ploughing, time of turning and swath of the tractor aggregate. The specific consumption of diesel fuel and the efficiency of the aggregate were calculated using the aforementioned parameters.The second series of measurements was realized with the tractor Zetor Proxima Plus 115 aggregate with four-furrow plough Kverneland 150 B. During the measurement the data such theoretical and actual speed of the tractor and force in the top link of three point hitch were recorded in the computer. Then were measured following parameters such as main time of ploughing, dephth of ploughing and swath of the tractor aggregate. By the first and second tractor aggregate were approved linear dependence of slip, performance and fuel consumption on the force in top link of three point linkage.

The creeping perennial weed species Cirsium arvense (L.) Scop. occurs in patches. Expanding creeping roots allow these patches to increase their covered area. This characteristic has rarely been addressed when investigating the effects of control options in arable fields. We designed a three-year field experiment (2019–2021) in north-eastern Germany, accounting for existing patch patterns. The experimental setup included an untreated control, a competition treatment (cover crop, CC), two disturbance treatments by mouldboard ploughing (PL), root cutting (RC), and four combined applications (RC + CC, PL + CC, PL + RC, PL + RC + CC). Root cutting was performed by a prototype tillage machine produced by “Kverneland”. Plots were defined by the species growth pattern and mapped by GPS and UAV. The experiment investigates the thistle response variables: “Expansion”, “Density”, “Coverage”, and “Height”. Treatments including disturbance by ploughing (PL, PL + CC, PL + RC, PL + RC + CC) reduced “Density” by the factor 0.15 and “Expansion” by 0.25, while those without ploughing (CC, RC, RC + CC) only reduced “Density” by the factor 0.68 and “Expansion” by 0.71. Adding root cuttings or cover crops did not further increase the reduction effect of ploughing. Treatments with competition by cover crops impacted “Expansion” more clearly than “Density”. When cover crops were combined with root cutting (RC + CC), “Expansion” was almost additively reduced, resulting in a reduction comparable to that of ploughing. The “Height” of the shoots was significantly reduced in four treatments (PL, RC + CC, PL + RC, PL + RC + CC), while “Coverage” did not change significantly. UAV patch monitoring proved to be accurate enough for thistle “Expansion” but not for thistle “Density” within the patch. The results of this study demand innovative research when controlling patch-forming creeping perennial weeds. The need for patches will limit small-scale experimental set ups.

Abstract Background: Cancer immunotherapy has revolutionized cancer treatment in the last decade. However, most patients either do not respond to immunotherapy or eventually relapse so there is a need to identify biomarkers of response and understand mechanisms of resistance. Most biomarker studies have analyzed patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (CPI) therapy while the few studies of adoptive cell transfer of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL-ACT) have analyzed relatively small patient cohorts. Methods: To systematically identify biomarkers of response and resistance to TIL-ACT, we collected published and unpublished whole-exome and transcriptomic data for tumors from 400 patients treated with TIL-ACT from five tumor types across four institutions and processed these datasets using a standardized bioinformatic pipeline. Results: To identify biomarkers of response in pre-treatment tumors, we analyzed previously reported biomarkers and performed biomarker discovery in our cohorts. For the subset of 200 patients with T cell reactivities identified from the infusion products and fresh tumor, we refined our biomarkers to include neo-antigen reactivities in addition to identifying both mutational processes and transcriptional signatures associated with neo-antigens reactivity. To identify mechanisms of acquired resistance to TIL-ACT, we analyzed 15 patients with paired pre- and post-treatment tumors and found multiple mechanisms of immune evasion specific to infused reactive T cells including loss of heterozygosity of the HLA allele presenting the neo-antigen, genomic loss of the neo-antigen and inactivation of interferon-gamma signaling pathway. Conclusions: In summary, we will present the biomarkers landscape of TIL-ACT therapy including differences between histology and across treatment modalities to improve our understanding of the mechanisms of treatment response. Purpose. Substantiated methods of restoration and modes of hardening of parts of seed drills by using wear-resistant repair elements and arc surfacing. Methods. Graphic, micrometer, accelerated testing of metal surfaces for abrasive wear. Results. Methods of restoration and modes of hardening of parts of seed drills by using wear-resistant repair elements and arc surfacing are substantiated. The developed process of restoration and hardening of parts of seed drills is implemented in the conditions of “UPI-AGRO” LLC and “Food company “Zorya Podillia” LLC, Vinnytsia region. Conclusions 1. The zones, sizes and nature of wear of parts of seed drills are determined. As a result of the analysis of the values of wear of parts of seed drills, it was established that: - the amount of linear wear of parts of the Kverneland Optima HD seed drill after their cultivation of 6 ha varies from 4 to 12 mm; - the amount of linear wear of parts of the Kuhn Planter seed drill after cultivating 43 ha varies from 4.2 to 40.7 mm. 2. The methods of restoring of parts of seed drills are substantiated: - parts of seed drills with wear of more than 6 mm should be restored by arc welding of wear-resistant materials using repair elements; - parts of seed drills with wear from 4 to 6 mm should be restored by arc welding of wear-resistant materials to the size of new parts without the use of repair elements. 3. Based on the results of experimental studies of the modes of application of wear-resistant materials, it was established that during arc welding with wear-resistant materials, the wear resistance of the coating decreases with an increase in the current intensity. The rational surfacing regime within the range of current values I from 160 to 280 A are current intensity I = 160 A at voltage U = 28 V. 4. The wear resistance of steels 30MnB5, Hardox 500, Hardox 600, which are used for production parts of seed drills, was studied. It was established that surfacing with wear-resistant materials, including ПП 180X9 wires, of the blade surfaces of the working bodies of parts of seed drills made of these steels increases their relative wear resistance by 7–13 times. Therefore, such additional hardening with wear-resistant electrodes and wires of parts of seed drills made of these steels is expedient. Nell’odierno contesto industriale, in cui la competizione di mercato è in continua crescita, le imprese perseguono l’obiettivo di implementare delle strutture organizzative sempre più efficienti, flessibili e orientate al miglioramento continuo, volto alla creazione di valore per il cliente e all’aumento del profitto aziendale. Pertanto, il presente elaborato è stato sviluppato con lo scopo di studiare un sistema produttivo Just In Time, applicato a un concreto caso pratico aziendale, che supporti l’analisi e l’individuazione di eventuali criticità presenti in un flusso produttivo industriale, per ricercare, di conseguenza, soluzioni sempre più performanti di gestione dell’organizzazione dei processi produttivi e della manodopera, proponendo delle possibili azioni correttive da implementarvi. Al fine di rilevare i punti di criticità e tutte le attività che non apportano valore aggiunto e che devono quindi essere ridefinite, nel corso dell’elaborato si è studiato il flusso produttivo, e nello specifico la linea di assemblaggio, di un’intera famiglia di prodotti core business dell’azienda ravennate, attraverso lo sviluppo di una valutazione accurata dello stato AS-IS del flusso fisico e informativo del flusso produttivo stesso.

Abstract (sommario):
This thesis deals with the differences of various types of working tools of the Kverneland CLC Pro cultivator. Under specific conditions of the agricultural enterprise in the Czech Republic, it compares ordinary turning tine, carbide tine, Knock-on tine and renovated tine. In the introduction, there is a general overview of the properties of the soil, followed by an overview of various methods of soil cultivation, which are also related to various methods of founding plants. Furthermore, I summarized the types of cultivators and tillers, followed by an overview of the types of wear tines with their advantages and disadvantages. In the practical part of the work there is the monitoring of the lifetime of the compared technologies, the time required for their replacement, the cost of their acquisition and the overall economic evaluation.
