Les réseaux sans fil de la prochaine génération devraient prendre en charge les techniques de détection. Des exemples importants sont les systèmes de transport intelligents, où les véhicules détectent en permanence les changements environnementaux et échangent des informations avec les véhicules ou les serveurs centraux. Il existe des solutions naïves pour réaliser ces deux tâches, qui proposent de partager les ressources entre les deux. Cependant, les coûts élevés de spectre et de matériel de ces approches encouragent l’intégration des tâches de détection et de communication (ISAC) via une seule forme d’onde et une seule plateforme matérielle. Cette thèse se concentre sur l’ISAC théorique de l’information. Nous examinons le premier modèle informationnel théorique pour ISAC dans [1] où un canal sans mémoire dépendant de l’état (SDMC) avec des signaux de rétroaction généralisés est observé au niveau de l’émetteur (Tx). Notre première contribution est de caractériser le compromis fondamental entre les taux de communication et la distorsion de détection des canaux de diffusion (BC) dépendants de l’état, mono-Tx et bi-Rx, qui sont physiquement dégradés. Nous fournissons également des limites intérieures et extérieures sur les compromis taux-distorsion réalisables pour les canaux de diffusion généraux. La stratégie optimale de détection des Tx uniques est un simple estimateur symbole par symbole et l’optimalité de cet estimateur découle du fait que les canaux de rétroaction généralisés et la séquence d’état sont tous deux sans mémoire. Ce n’est pas nécessairement le cas dans les configurations avec plus d’une Tx. Plus précisément, pour le MAC, nous proposons une détection collaborative où chaque Tx compresse d’abord les sorties et les entrées obtenues pour extraire les informations d’état, puis transmet l’indice de compression à l’aide d’un code de canal pur aux autres Tx. Nous décrivons également deux schémas ISAC collaboratifs pour D2D, basés sur la séparation source-canal/le schéma de canal bidirectionnel de Han et basés sur le codage conjoint source-canal (JSCC). Dans le scénario MAC et D2D, nos schémas ISAC sont strictement concaves dans les paires taux-distorsion et améliorent donc également les stratégies classiques de partage du temps ou des ressourcesNext-generation wireless networks are expected to support sensing techniques. Important examples are intelligent transport systems, where vehicles continuously sense environmental changes and exchange information with vehicles or central servers. There are some naive solutions to do both tasks which propose to share the resources between the two. But, the high spectrum and hardware costs of these approaches encourage to integrate the sensing and communication (ISAC) tasks via a single waveform and a single hardware platform. This thesis focuses on information-theoretic ISAC. We review the first information-theoretic model for ISAC in [1] where a statedependent memoryless channel (SDMC) with generalized feedback signals observed at the transmitter (Tx). Our first contribution is to characterize the fundamental tradeoff between communication rates and sensing distortion of statedependent single-Tx two-Rx broadcast channels (BC) that are physically degraded. We also provide inner and outer bounds on the achievable rate-distortion tradeoffs for general BCs. The single-Txs’ optimal sensing strategy is a simple symbol-by-symbol estimator and the optimality of this estimator stems from the fact that the generalized feedback channels and the state-sequence both are memoryless. This is not necessarily the case in setups with more than one Tx. Specifically, for the MAC, we propose collaborative sensing where each Tx first compresses the obtained outputs and inputs to extract state information, then transmits the compression index using a pure channel code to the other Tx. Also, we describe two collaborative ISAC schemes for D2D, based on source-channel separation/Han’s two-way channel scheme and based on joint source-channel coding (JSCC). In both the MAC and the D2D scenario, our ISAC schemes are strictly concave in the rate-distortion pairs and thus also improve over classical time- or resource-sharing strategies

Des nouveaux schémas de Codage Vidéo Linéaire (CVL) ont démontré ces dernières années un potentiel élevé pour la diffusion de contenus vidéo sur des canaux de transmission sans-fil sévères. SoftCast représente le pionnier des schémas CVL. Différent des standards de transmission vidéo actuels et particulièrement utile en situation de broadcast, SoftCast est un système de codage conjoint source-canal où les pixels sont traités par des opérations linéaires successives (transformée DCT, allocation de puissance, modulation quasi-analogique) et directement transmis sans quantification ni codage (entropique ou de canal). SoftCast permet ainsi d’offrir une qualité vidéo reçue directement proportionnelle à la qualité du canal de transmission, sans aucune information de retour et tout en évitant les mécanismes d’adaptation complexes des schémas classiques. Un premier objectif de ces travaux de thèse concerne l’étude des performances de bout en bout de SoftCast. Des modèles théoriques sont ainsi proposés prenant en compte les contraintes de bande passante de l’application, l’allocation de puissance, ainsi que le type de décodeur utilisé à la réception (LLSE, ZF). Une deuxième partie basée sur une campagne de tests subjectifs concerne une étude originale de la qualité vidéo et des artefacts spécifiques associés à SoftCast. Dans une troisième partie, des méthodes de prétraitement permettant d’accroître la qualité reçue sont proposées avec un gain moyen en PSNR de l’ordre de 3 dB. Finalement, un algorithme adaptatif modifiant la taille du groupe d’images (GoP) en fonction des caractéristiques du contenu vidéo transmis est proposé. Cette solution permet d’obtenir des gains supplémentaires en PSNR de l’ordre de 1 dBLinear video coding (LVC) schemes have recently demonstrated a high potential for delivering video content over challenging wireless channels. SoftCast represents the pioneer of the LVC schemes. Different from current video transmission standards and particularly useful in broadcast situation, SoftCast is a joint source-channel coding system where pixels are processed by successive linear operations (DCT transform, power allocation, quasi-analog modulation) and directly transmitted without quantization or coding (entropic or channel). This allows to provide a received video quality directly proportional to the transmission channel quality, without any feedback information, while avoiding the complex adaptation mechanisms of conventional schemes. A first contribution of this thesis is the study of the end-to-end performances of SoftCast. Theoretical models are thus proposed taking into account the bandwidth constraints of the application, the power allocation, as well as the type of decoder used at the reception (LLSE, ZF). Based on a subjective test campaign, a second part concern an original study of the video quality and specific artifacts related to SoftCast. In a third part, preprocessing methods are proposed to increase the received quality in terms of PSNR scores with an average gain of 3 dB. Finally, an adaptive algorithm modifying the size of the group of pictures (GoP) according to the characteristics of the transmitted video content is proposed. This solution allows to obtain about 1 dB additional gains in terms of PSNR scores

Education reform in Namibia brought about changes to mathematics education since independence. This has put pressure on the government to provide both resources and qualified mathematics teachers to help drive the reform process in all teaching and learning activities. This included availing reliable and valid national examination results which is a measure of whether the newly introduced programmes are working or not. For the Ministry of Education this meant training more mathematics teachers and ensuring that competent and reliable teachers are appointed for marking national examination every year. The teachers' training process however, has not been going as fast as it was expected and year after year the Directorate of National Examinations and Assessment experienced problems in obtaining competent teachers for the marking of national examination. The purpose of the study was to understand the differences in marking performances of the JSC mathematics national examination markers. Particularly the study was to create a clear and detailed understanding of different factors that could possibly affect the marking performance of different markers. In addition, the study was to investigate the effect the mathematical content knowledge of the markers has on their marking performance. It was evident from the findings that their mathematical content knowledge had influenced their marking performance. Moreover the research findings also gave a strong indication that there are other factors that were influencing the markers marking performance. These were the markers' knowledge of the assessment and marking process, the markers' marking experience, the markers' socioeconomic background. The difference in their moderators' input has emerged as the other factors that have influenced their performance in marking and consequently contributed to the differences in their marking performances.

Il progetto è il proseguimento di una tesi di laurea1 in cui si è studiato un metodo di analisi della salute della pelle non invasivo. A tale scopo si è approfondito il tema della spettroscopia d'impedenza ed è stato realizzato
un sistema per la loro misura. Questo sistema prevede l'utilizzo di una parte analogica formata da un generatore di segnale sinusoidale a frequenza variabile e la circuiteria per estrarre i valori efficaci di tensione e corrente e il valore di fase. La parte digitale, invece, condiziona il segnale del blocco analogico agendo su trimmer digitali, acquisisce i dati e li trasmette tramite
la UART.
Lo strumento effettuava le misurazioni ed inviava continuamente i dati grezzi al computer, tramite un convertitore UART/USB, risultando poco versatile.
L'obiettivo del progetto è realizzare una piattaforma software che comunichi con l'hardware, permettendo la configurazione dello strumento e la manipolazione dei dati grezzi ricevuti, svincolando quindi l'utente dai
problemi di basso livello.
Si è studiato un protocollo di comunicazione che permette la trasmissione di maggiore informazione e sono stati scelti dei comandi mnemonici che lo strumento possa facilmente interpretare.
Il progetto prevede quindi una prima fase di modifica del vecchio firmware, in modo che il microcontrollore possa leggere e comprendere i dati ricevuti tramite la UART.
Nella seconda fase si è sviluppato il software utilizzando il linguaggio di programmazione Java. Lo sviluppo comprende lo studio delle librerie grafiche offerte da JavaFX (soprattutto per la rappresentazione dei dati
grezzi in grafici a due assi), di un metodo di gestione e salvataggio su disco delle impostazioni del sistema, della comunicazione seriale e infine del
sistema software nella sua completezza.
Alcune prove sperimentali sono infine state svolte per verificare la funzionalità dei due sistemi, firmware e software.

Розроблений алгоритм функціонування мобільного додатку, інтуїтивно-зрозумілий інтерфейс користувача, розроблено розмітку вікон авторизації Android-додатку та логіку програмного продукту.
Приведені основні активності, що реалізовані в даному додатку для демонстрації працездатності та функціональності.
Вибрано метод тестування та виконано тестування додатку. Додаток дозволяє заощаджувати час користувача за рахунок мінімального введення даних. Дає можливість не тільки вносити дані але й переглядати як свої так і дані внесені під час контрольного огляду за вибраний період.
За допомогою смартфона та підключеного Інтернету додаток значно полегшує користувачеві процедуру передачі даних достатньо лише витратити кілька хвилин будучи в будь-якому місці навіть під час поїздки.

Також було проаналізовано нормативно-правове регулювання досліджуваного об’єкта, розкрито методику його аналізу. У другому розділі дана оцінка загальної характеристики власного капіталу банківської системи України, проведено аналіз власного капіталу публічного акціонерного товариства «Укрсиббанк» та надана оцінка ефективності управління ним. У третьому розділі був проведений прогноз вартості власного капіталу у майбутньому періоді за допомогою економіко-математичних методів. Також було розроблено напрями управління власним капіталом банківських установ в Україні. Практичне значення проведених досліджень полягає у можливості їх використання для покращення управління власним капіталом як на рівні банківської системи України, так і на рівні окремого банку.
Content of work: The first chapter reveals the essence, functions and tasks of equity capital of banking institutions, considers the content of this concept, the procedure for its formation and management. The regulatory and legal regulation of the object under study was also analyzed, and the methodology of its analysis was revealed. The second chapter assesses the general characteristics of the equity capital of the banking system of Ukraine, analyzes the equity capital of Public Joint Stock Company "Ukrsibbank" and assesses the effectiveness of its management. In the third chapter, the cost of equity in the future period was predicted using economic and mathematical methods. The directions of managing the own capital of banking institutions in Ukraine were also developed. The practical significance of the research is that it can be used to improve equity management both at the level of the banking system of Ukraine and at the level of an individual bank.

V rámci této práce byl vytvořen popis bezdrátového komunikačního protokolu Wireless M-Bus, zaměřující se zejména na datovou část tohoto protokolu, strukturu jeho informačních polí, režimy komunikace a další specifika linkové a aplikační vrstvy. Na základě tohoto výzkumu byl vytvořen softwarový nástroj v jazyce Java, sloužící jako generátor dat zmíněného protokolu. Pomocí grafického i textového uživatelského rozhraní program umožňuje uživateli vytvořit Wireless M-Bus telegramy s velmi vysokou úrovní detailu a ty následně s využitím některého z podporovaných hardwarových zařízení periodicky odesílat do Wireless M-Bus sítě. Dále byla navržena dvě kompletní řešení, využívající buď samotného bezdrátového IQRF modulu nebo jeho spojení s řídicí deskou UniPi Neuron. Oba návrhy byly zrealizovány, otestovány a jsou v práci detailně popsány.

O principal objetivo desse trabalho foi o de identificar o comportamento das empresas brasileiras do setor elétrico em relação ao pagamento ou não de proventos na forma de JSCP. A amostra da pesquisa foi restrita às empresas brasileiras de capital aberto pertencentes ao setor de energia elétrica, conforme classificação da base de dados Economática. A amostra estudada foi de 59 empresas, no período entre os anos de 2007 e de 2012. Analisados os comportamentos destas empresas com relação à distribuição de proventos na forma de JSCP, foram aplicados questionários nas 43 empresas que apresentaram a menor eficiência nesta distribuição. A partir da estratificação destas empresas, foram realizados alguns testes estatísticos buscando estabelecer relações entre as diferenças de comportamento a partir de algumas possibilidades elencadas com base na revisão da literatura sobre o assunto. Os principais resultados encontrados foram: 1) Empresas estatais deixaram de se utilizar do benefício do pagamento de JSCP em percentual superior ao das demais empresas (significância a 1%); 2) Empresas mais endividadas pagaram mais JSCP do que as empresas menos endividadas, (significância a 10%); 3) Entre as empresas respondentes, o nível de dívida das empresas parece influenciar a decisão sobre o pagamento de JSCP (significância a 1%); 4) As empresas que disseram tomar a decisão sobre pagamento de JSCP antes de dezembro, e que deveriam, em tese, ser mais conservadoras na distribuição de JSCP, distribuíram maior percentual de JSCP do que as que tomam esta decisão antes (significância a 1%).
The main objective of this work was to identify the behavior of the Brazilian electric sector companies regarding payment of dividends or not in the form of ”JSCP”. The survey sample was restricted to Brazilian public companies belonging to the electric sector, as classified Economática data base. The sample was formed by 59 companies, in the period between the years 2007 and 2012. Analyzed the behavior of these companies regarding the distribution of dividends in the form of ”JSCP”, questionnaires were applied to 43 companies that had the lowest efficiency in this distribution. From the stratification of these companies, some statistical tests in order to establish relationships between the differences of behavior from some possibilities listed based on the literature review on the subject were made. The main findings were: 1) State-owned enterprises have ceased to be used from any payment of “JSCP” in above other firms (significant at 1%) percent; 2) more indebted companies pay more “JSCP” than less indebted companies, (significance at 10%), 3) Among the respondent companies, the level of corporate debt seems to influence the decision on the payment of “JSCP” (significant at 1%) 4) The companies said they make the decision on payment of ”JSCP” before December, and that would, in theory, be more conservative in the distribution of “JSCP”, distributed higher percentage of “JSCP” than taking this decision before (1% significance).

The work deals with the theoretical aspects essence and functions of banking marketing, its tools are defined. Methods of management of marketing activity in banks are investigated. Author analysis main indicators of JSC CB "PRIVATBANK" assessment of marketing activity in the bank is given. Ways to improve marketing in JSC CB "PRIVATBANK" based on the study of foreign experience are proposed, namely to introduce a more advanced system of integrated marketing communications and expand the range of bank services.

The thesis deals with the concept of corporate philanthropy and Corporate Social Responsibility. Our goal is to review the state of corporate philanthropy and CSR in SHP Harmanec, JSC, to explore, by a questionnaire research, the attitudes of young people to 30 years and to draw recommendations for the streamlining of corporate philanthropy in the company. Using the synthesis of the research`s results, it aims to design communication activities, which could present the philanthropic activities to this target group. The work is divided into 9 chapters in two parts. The first theoretical and methodological part summarizes available literature on corporate philanthropy and Corporate Social Responsibility. The second analytical part analyzes the company SHP Harmanec, JSC, and examines the attitudes, opinions and motivations of the young people to 30 years on the issue of corporate philanthropy and Corporate Social Responsibility. Proposal on streamlining corporate philanthropy and suggestions of the best communication activities, which could present the philanthropic activities of the company to the young, are the result.

UAB „Baltoji juosta“ yra didžiausia kasos juostų gamybos įmonė Lietuvoje. Šiuolaikiniame verslo pasaulyje siekiant įgyti ar išlaikyti konkurencinį pranašumą yra būtina kaip įmanoma efektyviau valdyti visus įmonėje vykstančius procesus. Įmonėje esantys vėluojantys užsakymai yra veiklos neefektyvumo rodiklis, todėl jį būtina likviduoti.
Pirmoje darbo dalyje buvo atlikta išorinė ir vidinė įmonės aplinkos analizė. Buvo identifikuota rinka ir aprašytos jos tendencijos. Rinkos tendencijoms nustatyti buvo naudojama Lietuvos statistikos departamento (2006) pateikta mažmeninės prekybos įmonių apyvarta (2003-2006) ir nagrinėjamos rinkos ekspertų vertinimai. Nustatyta, kad rinka yra auganti, tačiau augimo tempai mažėja. Šioje dalyje taip pat buvo atliktas rinkos segmentų išskyrimas, kuris atskleidė įmonei prioritetinius segmentus. Įmonės vidinės situacijos analizės metu buvo atlikta SWOT analizė, kuri padėjo identifikuoti vėluojančių užsakymų problemą.
Antroje dalyje buvo atliekama įmonės dokumentų analizė, kurios metu buvo identifikuotos pagrindinės vėluojančių užsakymų atsiradimo priežastys – netinkamas skubių užsakymų valdymo būdas, o taip pat operatyvinės veiklos ir atsargų valdymo proceso problemos. Analizuojant duomenis buvo nustatytos atsargų valdymo proceso neefektyvumo sritys. Taip pat nustatyta, kad net 43% visų įmonės užsakymų vėluoja. In nowadays business world to gain and sustain competitive advantage you should control all company‘s processes with a highest degree of efficiency. Late orders in a company represent inefficiency and therefore they need to be vanished. In the first part of the paper company‘s internal and external environmental analysis have been done. Under external analysis the market has been identified and tendencies have been overlooked. For this analysis data from Lithuanian department of statistics about retailer‘s sales (2003-2006) was used. Together with field expert‘s comments this data leaded to findings that the market sizes of cash register rolls in Lithuania is growing, however the growth is slowing down. Also segmentation of the market was done and SWOT analysis performed. SWOT analysis helped to identify the importance of late order‘s problem. In the second part company‘s documents were analyzed. Analysis helped to identify main reasons that lead to late order‘s appearance – inappropriate management of urgent orders in the company as well as operational problems and weak inventory management system. Analyzing company‘s data weak areas of inventory system were found. Also there were calculated that overall company‘s late orders rate is 43% which is a lot. The paper considers the theoretical and methodological principles of the presence of foreign capital, the current state, development trends, as well as problems and prospects for the development of banks with foreign capital in Ukraine. Analуzing the activities of JSC "Ukrsibbank" it can be argued that it is one of the most reliable financial institutions in Ukraine. JSC "Ukrsibbank" offers a full range of modern financial and paуment instruments, operates in order to provide a wide range of banking services that meet the needs of the market, and increase the market value of the bank. The directions of improvement and waуs of protection in the conditions of presence of the foreign capital are offered.

SPIHT has a high compression rate that could provide a progressive transmission over image-coded structure, it is also a high code-rate, fast encoded and low complexity code. But when the bit stream error occurs, the recovered image is unrecognized. Therefore, we have to use different Unequal Error Protected (UEP) Turbo code and LDPC code to raise the channel coding rate according to their different importance level in order to reduce to unnecessary parity check bits and meanwhile the important low frequency data factors can have a better protection. In this thesis, we simulate the transmission over IEEE 802.11 and COST207 two different standard multi-path fading channels. According to these fading channels, we will use OFDM technique to transform signals into multiple orthogonal subcarriers to be transmitted over multiple antenna transmission structure in the same time period. By applied Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) technique in to the multi- antenna system, we could reduce the error probability of transmitting error in the same time, also raise the diversity gain of total transmission and observe the system peak signal-to-noise ratio performance of the recovering image at the receiver.

The problem that this study addressed is the rise of internet gaming disorder (IGD) globally, including within the United States and countries such as China—and, the resultant need for more data on the prevalence of adult men and women meeting criteria for a diagnosis of IGD, as well as data on related comorbidities and psychosocial issues. A global sample (N=231) met the study inclusion criteria (i.e., play video games at least once a week at a minimum, consider themselves involved in Internet gaming, and have been gaming for the past six months—while of interest were findings with an English Speaking (ES) sample, and a Chinese Mandarin Speaking (CMS) sample. The study sample of convenience recruited via a social media campaign was 62.4% (n=63) male in the ES sample, and 55.4% (n=72) male in the CMS sample. The ES sample had a mean age of 29.34 (SD=8.396, Min=18, Max=52), and the CMS sample had mean age of 25.65 (SD=7.514, Min=18, Max=57). While the CMS sample indicated they were Asian (99.2%, n=129), the ES sample was diverse: 58% White (n=59), 17.8% (n=59) Asian, and 11.9% (n=12) Black.
The main study findings reveal a prevalence of Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD of 0% (n=101) for the ES sample, and .8% (n=1) for the CMS sample. As another main study finding, for the CMS sample, participants met more DSM-5 criteria for IGD (out of the 9 total criteria), when they were male, experienced anxiety in the past year, and were engaged in more violence due to gaming. For the ES sample, study participants met more DSM-5 criteria for IGD (out of the 9 total criteria), when they did not have a partner, had a higher income, were engaged in more violence due to gaming, engaged in a higher level of help seeking for personal/emotional support, and had a lower level of perceived social support. In essence, this constitutes the provision of risk profiles and descriptions of those most vulnerable to IGD. This study contributes to those efforts to conduct research on the DSM-5 criteria for IGD (APA, 2013).

My final thesis is aimed to investigate a more comprehensive understanding about the factors that may affect employee engagement at NMS JSC. The study focus on three important dimensions: the possible affect of leadership behavior, the level of adoption of high-performance work practices and the effects of cultural values on HR practices. To complete the tasks, I constructed the questionaire to survey employees at NMS JSC. Then, the study used SPSS 22.0 to run T- test and regression analysis. Hence, some findings of this study have been revealed that leadership behavior and high- performance work practices have positive relationship with employee engagement significantly. However, cultural factors do not have impact on the level of engagement in the context of NMS JSC. In addtion, the results have shown that (i) the mean of employee engagement is indifferent among local and foreign workers because the result is not significant; and (ii) the difference of engagement degree among male and female in the company is significant. That means male have the higher level of engagement to NMS JSC than female. Finally, some recommendations have been suggested to enhance employee engagement at NMS JSC such as training leaders and human resources, improving high- performance work practices, establishing an official labor union and recruiting Human Resources.

Mestrado APNORIncreasing of economic sustainability of an enterprise is one of the most important problems in current global economic and political conditions. For agricultural companies this issue is important in higher grade. One of the ways of economic sustainability increasing is to improve the quality of harvested feed for animals, namely - haylage. In this Master thesis it was considered the meaning of “Economic sustainability” and ways of its increasing. Also in theoretical part it was presented main features of economic sustainability in agricultural enterprises and ways of its increasing. As one of the ways of economic sustainability increasing was considered the modifying of harvesting system. As the considered enterprise it was used Joint Stock Company “Novoazovskoe” of Azovsky German National district of Omsk region of Russian Federation. According to the topic of Master Thesis it was implemented the general analysis of legal, managerial, financial and productive information of considered enterprise. To identify the most prospective ways of increasing an economic sustainability in terms of harvesting system, it was implemented the analysis of existing haylage harvesting system. In final chapter of Master thesis, it was proposed the modern system of haylage harvesting, offered the purchasing of required agricultural machineries for implementing of new system, and presented the economic results received after implementation of new haylage harvesting system. The main results show that after implementation of new haylage harvesting system the total volume of good haylage increased up to 88% of total remained mass and 93% of initial harvested mass. Accumulated gross profit for 5 years received from realization of the surplus of a good haylage was more than 29 million rubles.
O aumento da sustentabilidade económica de uma empresa é um dos problemas mais importantes nas atuais condições económicas e políticas globais. Para as empresas agrícolas, esta questão torna-se ainda mais importante. Uma das formas de aumento da sustentabilidade económica assenta em melhorar a qualidade dos alimentos colhidos para animais, nomeadamente - o cultivo de animais. No presente trabalho foi considerado o significado de "sustentabilidade económica" e algumas formas de aumentar a mesma. Também na parte teórica foram apresentadas as principais características da sustentabilidade económica nas empresas agrícolas e formas de aumentar. Como uma das formas de aumento da sustentabilidade econômica será considerada a modificação do sistema de colheita. Como a empresa considerada será usada Joint Stock Company "Novoazovskoe" do distrito nacional alemão Azovsky da região de Omsk da Federação Russa. De acordo com o tema da dissertação de Mestrado foi implementada a análise geral de informações legais, de gestão, financeiras e produtivas da empresa considerada. Para identificar as formas mais potenciais de aumentar a sustentabilidade económica em termos de sistema, foi implementada a análise do sistema existente de colheita de palha. No capítulo final da disertação de mestrado será proposto o sistema moderno de colheita de palha, ofereceu a compra de máquinas agrícolas necessárias para implantação do novo sistema e apresentou os resultados económicos obtidos após a implantação do novo sistema de colheita de palha. Os resultados permitem concluir que, após a implementação do novo sistema de colheita de feno, o volume total aumentou até 88% do total e 93% da colheita inicial. O lucro bruto acumulado por 5 anos recebido da realização do superávit de um bom stock foi mais de 29 milhões de rublos.
Повышения экономической устойчивости предприятия является одной из наиболее важных проблем в глобальных политической и экономических условиях. На сельскохозяйственных предприятиях эти условия отражаются значительно сильнее. Одним из путей повышения экономической устойчивости компании является повышение качества заготавливаемых кормов, а именно сенажа. В данной Магистерской работе будет рассмотрено понятие «Экономическая устойчивость» и пути её повышения. В теоретической части данной работы так же будут представлены основные характеристики экономической устойчивости сельскохозяйственных предприятий, а также приведены пути её повышения. В качестве одного из путей повышения экономической устойчивости будет рассмотрено изменения действующей системы кормозаготовки. В качестве рассматриваемого предприятия будет использовано Акционерное Общество «Новоазовское» Азовского Немецкого Национального Района Омской области Российской Федерации. В соответствии с основной темой Магистерской работы будет проведён анализ юридической, управленческой, финансовой и производственной информации рассматриваемого предприятия. Для определения наиболее перспективных путей повышения экономической устойчивости в сфере кормозаготовки, будет проведён анализ действующей системы заготовки сенажа на корм. В заключительной части Магистерской работы будет предложена современная система заготовки сенажа на корм, предложено приобретение необходимой сельскохозяйственной техники для внедрения новой системы, и представлены экономические результаты, полученный от внедрения новой системы заготовки сенажа на корм. Основные результаты, полученные от реализации новой системы заготовки сенажа на корм, показывают, что количество качественного сенажа возросло до 88% от общего оставшегося сенажа и до 93% от первоначально заготовленной массы. Валовая прибыль накопленным итогом за 5 лет реализации проекта и, как результат, продажи излишков качественного сенажа, составит более 29 миллионов рублей.

This research concentrates on four main contents, namely: (1) Introducing to corporate financial analysis and planning in Vietnam, (2) Corporate financial analysis and corporate financial planning, (3) Analyzing the financial situation and the financial planning of Song Da No. 11 JSC, and (4) Discussions and recommendations for improving the financial analysis and planning at Song Da No 11 JSC. To reach the research objectives, this research has developed the theoretical framework of corporate financial analysis and planning. The research methodology was the qualitative research and the case study. The data sources included the secondary data and primary data. The secondary data was the financial statements for the period from 2012 to the 3rd quarter 2017 of Song Da 11 JSC, interest rate policies, economic information. The primary data was collected from the interviews of Song Da 11 JSC’s Board of Directors and accounting staffs. This research has analyzed Song Da 11 JSC’s financial situation through its audited financial statements, then forecasted its financial statements for 2017 and 2018. The research results showed that in recent years, Song Da JSC’s financial analysis has achieved many successes. However, Song Da 11 JSC’s financial analysis still has some limitations, such as the lack of the industry data, the fragmented analysis no independent financial analysis division. On the research results, the thesis proposed some recommendations for improving Song Da 11 JSC’s financial analysis and analysis in the coming time.

This study examines the loyalty level of the employees at FECON Vietnam. Results show that the employees disagree with the current salary adjustment policies in FECON. In fact, the company does establish salary adjustment but the adjustment is minor. Results also show that the employees disagree with the current salary adjustment policies in FECON and the employees have neutral attitude with current job rotation in FECON. They are happy with salary stability, job stability, and job tasks matching with abilities of the employees. Furthermore, there were no difference between gender, age, education, monthly income and job position impacted in the employees’ loyalty.

Recently, there is rapid change in living standard, and it leads to the change on experiencing food and beverage service with the more luxury requirements. Cau Bac., JSC was established in 2002 in providing catering services/ready-to-serve meal sets with strategic business strategy, clear goals and objectives and having concerns to business tools and step-by-step achieve short-term and long-term goals. In the context of the current difficulties, Cau Bac., JSC also had to work very hard to survive and develop a strong brand. The company also have to cope with the adverse changes in the business environment such as changes in technology rapidly, sliding prices of inputs, changes in credit policy of the state... especially the impact of the financial crisis - the global economy in recent years. With such changes, business strategy for catering services is very meaningful and is the basis for my research. This study sought to understand the motivational factors of employees working at the company Hanel MIROLIN JSC in Vietnam and established a model to measure the motivation of employees in the company based on employee satisfaction with factors such as Payment Policies, Recognition, Communication, Work Conditions and Training and Development. This study also examined the difference of work motivation of employees with personal characteristics such as age, gender, experience and position. The study sought to understand the work motivations of employees working at the company Hanel MIROLIN JSC in Vietnam and provide some suggestions to increase the motivation of its staff. This study will provide a good model for small and medium enterprises to evaluate job satisfaction of employees. Thereby, businesses choose appropriate solutions for maintaining and improving motivational factors of employees’ work. After assessing the motivational factors of employees work, we found that Payment Policies, Recognition, Communication, Work Conditions and Training and Development positively impact employees’ motivation in Hanel MIROLIN Vietnam JSC. This is valuable information for Hanel MIROLIN JSC to improve work motivation of its employees.

This is a difficult problem, because the factors that attract staffs to the enterprises sometimes do not only stop salary problem , rewards, exclusive regimes for the enterprise .The higher competition factor is a increase in the hunan resource factor emphasising on knowledge, skills, real, experience. Besides,the internal policy factor of the enterprise for personnels' right is extremely important. Faced with the real situation, and reflected in the actual work in the enterprise, I understand and make efforts to improve performance productivity, personnel recruitment to meet vacancies, remain the long working staffs and help as well as assist them to increase their job satisfaction. So I studied the situation at the particular enterprise is PTI Company to clarify this issue with title: " Building a Human Resource Management strategy to bring satisfaction to the staff at PTI JSC,.” I used the qualitative research methods along with direct interview and took the direct survey samples of 102 personnels through the samples tested highly of earlier topics, Mai.2010, Som.2008. From the results obtained through the table (%), checking with the actual situation at PTI, I strongly Constructed a new model of personnel management strategy , and wish that it can be applied to improve the job performance with job satisfaction, culture, remuneration policy, salary and rewards for staffs ... at PTI as soon as possiple. Though the result of this research, I found the employees' satisfaction about PTI is not high, particularly, about 70% of satisfaction, 20% of the average Typically, 10% of job dissatisfaction. Thus, PTI need to change to retain 70% of personnels having been happy with the work , increasing more satisfied, enhanced self-worth , appropriate allocation of positions to capacity for development. Helping them secure their jobs and see objectives, strategies, PTI's clear direction to make their efforts, dedication with the development of . With 30% of the normal and discontent staffs, PTI approved screening to get change, but in these personnels, PTI will be more closely to understand the human desires, the support in working, reorient their thinking and help them realize the value of themselves, the value of the work that they have chosen. Creating the potentials to their development efforts reasonably recognized and rewarded by PTI. For this research project, I limited the time to research, survey table research is the premise for me to ave good research conditions more than later. Over interviewed personnels through all departments, I understand them more, understand their wishes and I will be a bridge between HR and PTI leadership to do jointly this positive study model . I myself was a part of the studies so I understand further the meaning and responsibilities of subjects and my responsibility as a human administrator in the whole PTI business operation. I believe that this is a project that PTI will be successfully implemented.

For conducting the search, this thesis applied empirical method and surveyed with 155 staffs who workedat CMI. The result indicates that Working Conditions and Health and Safety are related and Working Conditions and Health and Safety have a significant effect on Occupational Injury in CMI. This study also gives the recommendation for CMI managers to understand the staff’s opinion in its operation and management. Implication of finding, limitation of research and suggestion for further study are also discussed in this study.

This study explored the link between teachers’ inputs and process and students’ academic achievement in Junior Secondary Certificate (JSC) Mathematics for the period 2006 to 2010.The outcome (teacher effectiveness) was obtained by means of value added measures (students’ aggregate JSC Mathematics scores for 2006 to 2010 by school). One hundred and fifty JSC schools out of a total of 573 constituted the units of analysis for the study. The data regarding teachers were obtained by means of self-administered questionnaires, and JSC Mathematics results from 2006 to 2010 were obtained from the Directorate of National Examinations and Assessment (DNEA).
Multi-correlation and regression techniques at alpha =0.001; 0.05 and 0.10 were used to analyse the link between teachers’ inputs and processes, and students’ academic achievement in JSC Mathematics. The null hypotheses formulated for the study were tested at the 0.05 (5%) level of significance. In summary, it appears that the various aspects of teachers’ inputs (teachers’ educational qualifications, teaching experience, subject specialisation etc.), processes (standards-based professional development, standards-based classroom activities, and classroom management beliefs) are related to students’ academic achievement in JSC Mathematics. In particular, a linear combination of the following variables had a significant and positive association with students’ academic achievement in JSC Mathematics: teachers’ major in Mathematics (teachers’ inputs); teachers’ usage of whole class discussion (standards-based classroom activities); perceived knowledge of algebra; teachers’ professional development in interdisciplinary instruction; teachers’ review of students’ homework/assignments; and students talking to other students about how to solve mathematics problems. Teachers’ pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) in general, and some classroom practices were not significantly related to students’ academic achievements. This study, therefore, recommends that teachers’ professional development should focus on the subject matter that the teachers will be teaching, as well as alignment of teachers’ learning opportunities with real work experience using actual curriculum materials and assessment.Educational Studies

Along the growth and change of global industries, Shipping & Exploiting the Vessel has also signaled some breakthrough from extending operating size to disclosing new service programs. Picking up on this trends, some Vietnamese Shipping Companies have positively extended their business scale during last several years. Among them, Vegetexco Joint Stock Company can be seem a enterprise who marking remarkable instance in transforming business structure. From its former business function as Forwarding Company in the past, Vegetexco currently always keep holding the competing with other domestic shipping companies by adding more business strategies and consolidating its operation. By assessing current market condition, further predict new tendency in shipping & container lines, Vegetexco have foreseen the prospect of Exploiting the Vessel by Container Vessel. As shown in statistical data, despite of facing some consequences by economic crisis, the global shipping keep showing the positive signal in many aspects. In order to maintain his reputation and competitiveness, Vegetexco have gradually expanded their business from Terminal/Port operation to Shipping & Logistic service. Except for exploiting new container lines, Cargo fleet construction also become a main target for them during first generation. However, due to the “excessiveness” in vessel/dry dock market price, hence a part of total investment capital will be made by the Term-Loan from the Bank. Understanding this trend, staffs in Department of Business have to do the Feasibility Study for this project. Feasibility Study for Container Vessel Purchasing Project which has been prepared to submit to the Board of Director of Vegetexco Port JSC for their approval. Except for assessing the perspective of project, analysts need to point out the profitability during this time. Furthermore, to convince Bank leader to accept their Loan Document for Container Vessel Purchasing, they ought to show more about the advantage/positives in firm financial condition. Considered as a secondary market, lubricant market depends significantly on the primary market that is the means of transport. Therefore, every variation on the primary market has a direct impact on the secondary market of lubricant, lubricant producers and distributors. In about 10 years now, Vietnam's motorcycle market grew strongly. According to estimates, in the year of 2006, there were approximately 18.6 million motorcycles. After 10 years (estimated until 2015), there would be about 43 million motorbikes nationwide. In the last 3 years, the total market volume in the market was of approximately 3 million pieces per year and Vietnam became one of the four largest motorcycle markets in the world beside India, China and Indonesia. The dynamics of the automobile and motorbike market promotes the lubricant market. Preliminary statistics show that the total output of motorbike lubricants in Vietnam market in Vietnam reached about 90,000 tons / year, with a growth rate of 4-5%. With frequent replacement, this is considered a "gold mine" of lubricant manufacturers, particularly those with strong brand of lubricants for motorcycles and automobiles. In fact, world famous lubricant companies soon imagined the big cake from Vietnam market. Therefore, most of brands have quickly entered Vietnam market. In addition, some domestic brands and some joint ventures with motorcycle makers have also developed their own lubricants. Therefore, the market shares are still open for coming brands although it is not simple to have equal competition against the experienced and strong brands.

This research is conducted to evaluate job satisfaction of the employees at Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam JSC, Hai Duong branch with 223 valid responses from the employees. The study purpose is to evaluate influential factors on job satisfaction of the employees. The referred model is Job Description Index and research method is quantitative with statistical tools like descriptive statistics, reliability test, regression analysis, correlation analysis, and analysis of variance. The results show that all the five factors of Job Description Index have influence on job satisfaction of the employees at BIDV Hai Duong: (1) pay, (2) supervision, (3) co-workers, (4) opportunities for promotion, and (5) the work itself. The results also show no mean difference between groups by demographic variables (for example, gender, age, education). Finally, from this research, some suggestions are drawn for human resource managers, so are the limitations and direction for further study. In recent years, with the high-speed development of Vietnam, especially with the opening to the outside market, Vietnam has many opportunities and many challenges. It is getting more modern technologies from the outside to help us improve a lot in technology, especially in management field. It is also a big challenge when the big companies outside the country are also very excited to participate in the Vietnamese market. It requires Vietnam’s companies must improve to competitiveness, survival and development in the current period. In the industry field, construction industry in Vietnam have long been considered as much more going backward to the other countries in the region as well as in the world. Major projects, whether done on Vietnam, has many advantages in many aspects from Vietnam, but the contractor still proved to be overshadowed by foreign contractors. The main culprit is the technology and project management capability of the foreign contractors proved superior to the contractor in Vietnam. The project management issues, particularly quality management in projects is a big problem because we have just stepped out a long period of the subsidy period. In this period, the market was not open to the outside. It made the market meet difficulty in integration with the advanced management methods in other countries in the region and all over the world. Especially in the early stages of the opening period, the projects implemented in Vietnam did not have a specific management processes to provide effective quality management project. Quality management system ISO 9000 is now available in Vietnam and many companies used to manage quality in the projects they participated. In this study, I apply the ISO 9000 quality management systems in a specific project that I participate. I am responsible for building a quality management system effectively to make this project completed on the quality and progress as expected. The research was conducted through interviews with experts that they had previously responsible to evaluate the application of ISO 9000 standard in this project.

The company understands that the development of pre-feasibility project model in the investment preparation stage is very essential both scientifically and practically, aiming to ensure the viability of investment opportunities and ensure the investment period under strict control, minimizing problems occurred during project implementation stage. Derived from the actual demand on developing the model of pre-feasibility projects in construction investment in Vietnam in general and from the requirement to improve and standardize the practical operational process system at HBI, the thesis topic has been chosen as: Development of pre-feasibility project model for HBI Investment JSC in investing in multi-storey building construction in Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi. The number of questionnaires delivered: 20 questionnaires / 20 companies After implementing complex research method, qualitative and quantitative analysis, meeting and exchanging opinions with experts on the model, the project pre-feasibility procedure, clarifying the feasibility criteria which need considering, shortening the pre-feasibility project research procedure in the investment preparation phase and implementing the survey questionnaire, expert opinions of large investment agents as well as investment consulting agents are shown in the result table of surveying the practicality of the topic proposed. Using quantitative statistics in a problem of specific economic efficiency to quantify time reduced and prevent risks due to changes in investment, land policies, which helps to shorten the investment preparation phase as well as save the interest expense, corporate expenses for the project. Thanks to this, investors can make wise decisions for the next phases’ implementation of the project in order to achieve the best efficiency for the project that investors will carry out.

In the area of banking, the popularity of the Internet has led to the demand for banking services over the Internet thus opened up opportunities for banks to provide services via the Internet. Therefore, Electronic Banking has flourished recently, especially in developed countries. Electronic Banking has been helpful in saving lots of costs for banks and providing more convenient services for customers. Therefore, banks will face many disadvantages in competition if they fall behind their competitors in deploying Electronic Banking. However, Electronic Banking of BIDV South West Quang Ninh Branch has not developed to keep pace with its potential. The delay in extending Electronic Banking to retail customers can adversely affect the competitiveness of the branch. The branch needs to assess what factors may affect the intention of using Electronic Banking of its customers, which was the motivation for me to choose the topic of thesis: "Factors influencing the adoption of Electronic Banking for JSC Investment and Development of Viet nam - South West Quang Ninh Branch" as master thesis. Research methods are based on primary and secondary data sources. Survey participants are 220 individual customers opening payment transaction accounts at BIDV South West Quang Ninh Branch. SPSS was used to analyze the Explanation Factor Analysis (EFA) to find the group of factors expected to affect the purpose of using Electronic Banking. Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was used to test the scale; Regression analysis was used to test hypothesis.

EN : The actual problem of managing information support for business processes of financial institutions in the field of servicing individuals is solved in the work. Using the example of A-BANK JSC, an information service was developed and implemented in the bank's information system for calculating payments for individual clients. A model of information support for the business process of placing and issuing deposits to clients has been developed, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the work of bank specialists, simplify the process of working with deposits and reduce the time for processing applications from clients.

Abstract (sommario):
Abstract Purpose of this thesis was composet at two goals. Purpose of the first goal was evaluate present condition of Hospital Pardubice region, jsc. Hospital of Pardubice, personal's knowledges about behavior in cause of extraordinary event with emphasis on evacuation. Next goal was evaluate the overal status of preparedness of the Hospital Pardubice region, jsc. Hospital of Pardubice for evacuation. The basis of the theoretical part is in applicable legal standards of Czech republic, next this part describe planning of evacuation, including software planning, using modeling programs. In this part are describe events, when the evacuation has been done in real. The purpose of the practical part was to evaluate goals, which has been subsequently established by research questions and hypotheses. The purpose of answering the first research question, was evaluated the survey. The questionnaire has had 37 question and had been divided into 5 parts. The survey was realized during February and March 2018 at 6 departments of the Hospital Pardubice region, jsc. Hospital of Pardubice. The return of questionnaires was 58 %. More detailed specifications are given in chapter 4. To confirm whether the refutation of hypothesis nr. 1 was key respondents' answers to the questions asked, whose accuracy was compared based on the set 80% success rate of the right answers. In order to confirm whether or not the hypothesis nr. 2 was refuted, the results were subsequently processed by the 2 test statistic method - test of good agreement, which should confirm, or refute dependence of individual departments on their responses. For confirmation or refutation hypothese nr. 3, was compared results of this theses survey and results of bachelour thesis results. After the examination of the second research question, a comparison of the hospital's internal documentation with valid legal norms was carried out. An interview with the crisis manager was carried out, which examined the issue of population protection in the hospital. Last part of this research the analysis of questions (5, 7, 8, 13, 21, 24 and 25) of the questionnaire (Appendix 1). The overall success rate of staff awareness is 61 %, according to results. The overall preparedness of the hospital to evacuation is very good. The results of diploma thesis will be used especially for the analysis of own prepeardeness of the Hospital Pardubice region, jsc. Hospital of Pardubice for object evacuation.
