Abstract (sommario):

The article analyzes the fatty acid composition of the frozen iwashi lipids of different shelf lives. It is established that the total amount of essential fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6 in iwashi’s fat reaches almost 90% of all polyunsaturated fatty acids and remains practically unchanged for 12 months of fish cold storage. It is shown that products from iwashi contain a significant amount of essential fatty acids, indispensable for the human body, which can be used to optimize the population nutrition and satisfy the physiological needs in eicosopentaenoic and docosahexaenoic fatty acids.

Abstract (sommario):

Fisheries of the Far East is the main producer of Russian fodder fish meal, which is used for the manufacture of fish feed in aquaculture. Until recently, the main raw material for this was waste from cutting fish, mainly pollock and salmon. Recently, with the resumption of fishing for sardine-Iwashi and mackerel, fodder flour made from waste from cutting these fish appeared on the market. The article presents the qualitative indicators of fish meal from pollock, sardine-Iwashi, mackerel and salmon. Shown are the results of fish-biological tests of starter feeds made from domestic fish meal for chum salmon in the conditions of the experimental fish hatchery «Ryazanovsky EPRZ» of the Primorsky branch of FSBI Glavrybvod.

The combination of cooling and the use of chitosan as an antioxidant allows to lower the oxidation processes during storage of frozen products and improve its quality considerably.

Abstract (sommario):

Expanding the range of functional food products is one of the important tasks of the Russian state policy to improve the population health. Water bioresources due to their high biological value consists of the potential for creating such products. The article presents the technological characteristics of the Pacific salted sardine (iwasi) as a promising highfat raw material rich in valuable natural lipids for multi-component emulsion products. The Pacific sardine (ivasi) extracted in the far East is a mass object of marine fishing. However, the food production from the sardines is currently limited by frozen and salted fish. In order to expand the food product range from the Pacific sardine (ivasi), the paper concerns the technological parameters of the salted fish production process and justification of its use as a basis for emulsion systems. The authors present technological scheme for obtaining salted Pacific sardine (iwashi) from frozen fish. The dynamic analysis of proteolysis indicators during the storage period of salted sardines indicates an active accumulation of protein breakdown products during the protein component destruction. Organoleptic assessment of salted fish performed in the third and fourth months of storage showed that, in the absence of discrediting organoleptic signs in the samples under study, a man recorded the destruction of the abdominal area in the fourth month of storage. The rheological studies results of finely ground muscle tissue of salted sardines, in comparison with frozen fish, demonstrate an increase in these indicators in the proteolysis process. Biochemical, rheological and organoleptic characteristics of salted Pacific sardine (iwasi) in the fourth month of storage indicate its high raw material potential for use in the technology of emulsion products.

Abstract (sommario):

В работе рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с повышением эффективности промысла дальневосточной сардины (иваси) и скумбрии путём учёта акустических полей рыболовных судов влияющих на поведение рассматриваемых гидробионтов. Приведены модель косяка рыбы и модель его взаимодействия с судном. Проведено численное моделирование косяков рыб при взаимодействии с акустическими полями двух типов рыболовных судов крупнотоннажного РТМС и среднетоннажного СТР-503 оснащёнными тралами. Результаты моделирования показали корреляцию с практикой промысла и позволили определить области концентрации косяков после прохождения их рыболовными судами. Показано, что небольшие тралы с оптимальными горизонтальными раскрытиями 70 м для облова косяков сардины иваси и скумбрии на крупнотоннажных судах позволяют увеличить уловистость, по сравнению с используемыми сегодня большими тралами имеющие горизонтальное раскрытие 130 м и более. Это достигается возможностью вывода тралов с оптимальным раскрытием за область концентрации гидробионтов после прохождения судна и воздействия его акустических полей на косяк. Соответственно небольшие тралы позволяют снизить затраты на топливо. The paper deals with issues related to increasing the efficiency of the japanese sardine and mackerel fishing by taking into account the acoustic fields of fishing vessels that affect the behavior of the fish under consideration. A model of a school of fish and a model of its interaction with the vessel are given. Numerical modeling of fish shoals in interaction with acoustic fields of two types of fishing vessels of large-capacity RTMS and medium-capacity STR-503 equipped with trawls has been carried out. The simulation results showed a correlation with fishing practices and made it possible to determine the areas of concentration of shoals after they were passed by fishing vessels. It is shown that small trawls with optimal horizontal openings of 70 m for fishing shoals of sardine and mackerel on large-tonnage vessels can increase catchability compared to large trawls used today with a horizontal opening of 130 m or more. This is achieved by the possibility of moving trawls with optimal opening beyond the area of concentration of fish after the passage of the vessel and the impact of its acoustic fields on the school. Accordingly, small trawls can reduce fuel costs.

Abstract (sommario):

The paucity of information on malaria vectors in rural areas continues to pose a problem in the public health sector in Nigeria. Thus, the study on mosquitoes composition and malaria transmission in some communities in Doma Local Government Area (LGA) of Nasarawa State, Nigeria was carried out between April and July 2021. Indoor resting mosquitoes were collected using standard pyrethrum spray catch (PSC) from 0600 to 0900 hours. The mosquitoes collected were transferred into a well labelled petri-dish and transported to the laboratory for processing. A total of 1,317 mosquitoes were collected which spread across Iwashi 1,132 (85.9%) and Ruttu 185 (14.0%) communities. The results obtained indicate that the Anopheles mosquitoes had a higher abundance of 1,020 (77.4%) mosquitoes of which females constituted 886 (67.3%) of the population collected while the anopheline males accounted for 134 (10.2%). The abundance of mosquitoes in relation to groups, species and sex respectively varied significantly (p < 0.05). A zero (0.0%) sporozoite rate was recorded from the 654 female Anopheles gambiae s. l. dissected, although oocyst was seen in the alimentary canal of 78 (11.9%) mosquitoes which may be an indicator of possible potential transmission. The results obtained from this study call on all the inhabitants of the two selected communities as well as Doma LGA at large to always clear all potential mosquitoes breeding sites. Also, members of the communities should ensure proper protection against vector-human contact by sleeping under insecticide treated bed nets.

The article describes the effectiveness of commercial fishing as a biotechnological production process dependent on opening up the resource potential of multi-species fishing systems - fishing zones in fishery basins – by fishing vessels. Currently, the science-based approach to developing such systems with intra-production subsystems is not formed. All processes occurring in the systems are logistic, and the system as a whole is a complex industrial system. An assessment of its efficiency or inefficiency should be made in terms of the use of fishery resources, including production resources and the resource base of fishing, while the minimization of costs (expenses) at all stages of the production and technological process should be the assessment criterion. The process of studying and developing fishing organization schemes including intra-system flow (logistic) processes is carried out in several stages, the result being the improved organizational schemes with the distribution of a group of fishing units in the object-oriented fishing zones working in optimal forms of fishing organization. Taking the Far Eastern sardine (Iwashi) fishing in the South Kuril zone as an example, a multifactorial analysis and accounting of the entire composition of restrictions, conditions, the nature of each component, their influence at each stage of the movement of material flows in the industrial logistic system functioning in the fishing zone was carried out. The design of end-to-end material-conducting circuits and schemes of fishing activities has been carried out. The logistic approach to the processes and systems of commercial fishing used in the design process is a universal scientifically grounded research method and a methodological approach to the design of complex fishing systems.

ABSTRACT Kudoa iwatai, a myxosporean parasite, has low host fish specificity, and consumers encounter commercial marine fish or marketed marine fish infected with this parasite in Japan. Although the presence of this parasite infection in fish samples is traditionally determined by the microscopic morphological examination of extracted spores, this method lacks sensitivity and specificity. In this study, we developed a real-time PCR assay for the detection of K. iwatai 18S rDNA to achieve the rapid and specific identification of K. iwatai in foreign substance inspection. We also evaluated the usefulness of real-time PCR for Japanese seabass (Lateolabrax japonicus) with or without K. iwatai cysts. Our real-time PCR assay was able to reliably detect the target plasmid DNA over a 7-log range (from 4.0 × 101 to 4.0 × 107 copies per reaction) and displayed a linear relationship, with a correlation of determination value of 0.9993 and slope of −3.3651. Moreover, the mean value of the intra-assay coefficient of variation was 0.89% in triplicate assays, and the detection limit of this method was 2.5 copies of K. iwatai 18S rDNA per reaction. The sensitivity of the real-time PCR was the same or higher than that of an established conventional PCR when DNA extracts from eight Japanese seabass with or without K. iwatai were used as templates. The specificity of the real-time PCR was comparable with that of conventional PCR by using DNA extracts from fish samples infected with nine Kudoa species. Together, these results indicate that our real-time PCR assay is highly sensitive, reproducible, and specific for detecting K. iwatai 18S rDNA in foreign substance inspection. We believe that this highly sensitive real-time PCR may also be useful for understanding the gastrointestinal diseases associated with K. iwatai and for studying the yet unknown life cycle of K. iwatai.

Khulu’ adalah perceraian dengan disertai sejumlah harta sebagai ‘iwadh (tebusan) yang diberikan oleh istri kepada suami untuk menebus diri agar terlepas dari ikatan perkawinan.‘iwadh adalah imbalan atau tebusan yang diberikan istri kepada suami untuk meminta khulu῾. Di Indonesia nominal uang ‘iwadh telah diatur dalam Keputusan Menteri Agama No. 411 Tahun 2000 tentang Penetapan Jumlah Uang 'iwadh dalam rangkaian sighat taklik talak bagi umat Islam sudah yang berjumlah Rp. 10.000 yang mana uang tersebuat diperuntukan untuk badan amil zakat bukan untuk suami. Apabila aturan ini dikaji dari segi hukum Islam maka dari segi jumlah dan juga sasaran dari ‘iwadh ini terdapat sebuah perbedaan yang signifikan. Adapun pertanyaan penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana hukum 'iwadh sebagai kompensasi khulu' menurut Maslahah Mursalah danapakah kepmenag No. 411 Tahun 2000 sesuai dengan teori Maslahah Mursalah. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan yuridis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pertama, ulama sepakat yang bahwa ‘iwadh (tebusan) merupakan rukun yang tidak boleh ditinggalkan dalam khulu’, jika ditinjau dari segi maslahah mursalah maka baik dari pihak istri maupun dari pihak suami sama-sama mempunyai kemaslahatannya istri yang meminta cerai kepada suaminya dengan mengembalikan mahar kepada suaminya karena ia takut tidak dapat menjalankan kewajibannya sebagai seorang istri (nusyuz), maka bisa terlepas dari ikatan pernikahannya dan suami tidak merasa dirugikan karena memperoleh tebusan dari istri. Kedua, Keputusan Menteri Agama No. 411 Tahun 2000 tentang Penetapan Jumlah Uang 'iwadh dalam rangkaian sighat taklik talak bagi umat Islam termasuk maslahah mursalah karena jika aturan ini tidak diatur maka akan mengalami kesulitan bagi istri dan akan menimbulkan kesewenang-wenangan suami terhadap istri. Dalam aturan tersebut ‘iwadh akibat melanggar taklik talak diberikan kepada badan amil zakat bukan kepada suami.‘Iwadh dalam Islam harus diserahkan kepada suami.

The background of this research is in terms of the ignorance of people about what the payment of ‘iwadh and khulu’ are in which they, in fact, have been stated in the sighot taklik talak as well as in the marriage certificate as issued by Ministry of Religion. Khulu’ is a divorce where a wife pays the amount of money as ‘iwadh (substitute) to the husband; meanwhile, ‘Iwadh refers to the pillar that is a must in doing the khulu’. In the hadith regulating about khulu’, it is stated that iwadh is given to the husband but in reality in the Religion Court it is not a must to be given. This is a field research using the qualitative method through interview and using the empirical juridical approach to obtain the information related. Meanwhile, the data were taken from the Religion Court of Wonosobo, and other data related to the payment of ‘iwadh and khulu’. This research is more focused on the issue of legal basis of verdict in the payment of ‘iwadh in Religion Court of Wonosobo. The basis of judge in determine the payment of ‘iwadh and khulu’ in a divorce in based upon the regulation of sighot taklik stated in the marriage certificate issued by the Religion Court. Meanwhile, in khulu’ the verdict is given by court when all subtitutes have been paid. Based upon this problem, the research focus is how the analysis on the payment of ‘iwadh and khulu’ in a divorce and what is the legal basis of the verdict about the payment of ‘iwadh and khulu’ in Religion Court of Wonosobo.

Este trabajo estudia de qué modo la obra de Fernando Iwasaki entronca con una larga tradición de autobiografismo humorístico basado en la autoderrisión o autodeprecación. Abstract A liquefaction hazard assessment for a particular location is important to reduce disasters that may occur in the future. The liquefaction severity assessment for the Anutapura Medical Centre region of Palu-Indonesia was carried out on various pairs between peak ground surface acceleration and earthquake magnitude. It was conducted by first determining the factor of safety for each existing soil layer and applying the formulation prepared by Iwasaki to measure Liquefaction Potential for the entire soil column. The possible severity of liquefaction at these locations was compared based on the limits set by the respective theories of Iwasaki and Papathanassiou. The results showed that the Anutapura Medical Centre location was very susceptible to liquefaction events with a very high potential level of ground surface damage based on the Iwasaki boundary line. The above-mentioned severity by Papathanassiou limits ranges from high to very high.

This phenomenological research aims to know the implementation of Iwadh Tradition reviewed from sociological approaches and to know the meaning of the implementation of Iwadh tradition in maintaining it’s existence and strengthening the silaturahim rope between pilgrims in Manado’s Arab Village. The participants in this research were one of the community leaders and Imam of the Masyhur Istiqlal Mosque in Manado Arab Village. This mini research conducted by the researcher uses a qualitative research type with a sociological approach. The results found that iwadh tradition known as the concept of close brotherhood, which has developed and become a symbol for the Arab Village community in the social sphere of the Manado City community, which is marked by the involvement of people from other villages or even urban villages who participate in and enliven the tradition encouraging Iwadh, so that it can strengthen the relationship between followers of religions. There for, The iwadh tradition has a meaning as an expression of a servant's gratitude to Allah SWT with the completion of the fasting month of Ramadhan.

The Iwaki earthquake and its aftershocks mainly occurred in a boundary zone with strong variations in seismic velocity and Poisson's ratio. Prominent low-velocity and high Poisson's ratio zones are revealed under the Iwaki source area and the Fukushima nuclear power plant, which may reflect fluids released from the dehydration of the subducting Pacific slab under Northeast Japan. The 2011 Tohoku-oki earthquake (Mw 9.0) caused static stress transfer in the overriding Okhotsk plate, resulting in the seismicity in the Iwaki source area that significantly increased immediately following the Tohoku-oki mainshock. Our results suggest that the Iwaki earthquake was triggered by the ascending fluids from the Pacific slab dehydration and the stress variation induced by the Tohoku-oki mainshock. The similar structures under the Iwaki source area and the Fukushima nuclear power plant suggest that the security of the nuclear power plant site should be strengthened to withstand potential large earthquakes in the future.

Pandemi covid-19 yang melanda dunia dan Indonesia membawa pengaruh besar terhadap kehidupan umat manusia dalam berbagai aspek dan yang paling terdampak adalah aspek kegiatan ekonomi. Adanya kebijakan pembatasan mobilitas manusia sebagai dampak dari covid tersebut, maka untuk mendapatkan barang kebutuhan yang diinginkan seseorang tidak perlu langsung mempeolehnya dari lokasi dimana barang tersebut tersedia. Konsumen cukup membuka aplikasi marketplace yang tersedia dan langsung memesan barang yang mereka butuhkan dan dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama barang tersebut sudah sampai. Keadaan seperti ini menyebabkan pelaku usaha yang tidak mampu menyesuaikadan diri dengan keadaan mengalami kesulitan penjualan dan pada akhirnya mengalami kebangkrutan. Beginilah kondisi yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku UMKM yang berada dibawah organisasi IWAPI Kota Depok, karena ketidakmampuan mereka beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat tim pengabdi Politeknik Negeri Jakarta membantu pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam Iwapi DPC kota Depok untuk memiliki Website yang dibuat berfungsi sebagai media informasi IWAPI Kota Depok dan yang tidak kalah penting penting adalah sebagai sarana promosi bagi produk-produk UMKM dan sekaligus menjadi marketplace. Metode yang dilaksanakan adalah membuat media promosi dan media penjualan secara digital dengan membuat website sebagai sistem informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh semua anggota iwapi kota Depok. Selain itu, pada aspek anggota IWAPI memberikan pelatihan kepada tenaga administrasinya agar dapat mengoperasikan website tersebut agar berfungsi secara optimal sesuai tujuan awal pembuatannya. Hasil yang dicapai adalah terimplementasinya website IWAPI dengan nama domain iwapids.com dan keterampilan tenaga adminnya dalam mengelola website tersebut. Integrasi sistem tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi media promosi yang andal bagi UMKM anggota iwapi dan sekaligus dapat meningkatkan penjualan.

Kudoa (Myxosporea: Multivalvulida) parasites are critical pathogens in marine and freshwater fish associated with significant economic losses and reduced market prices caused by post-mortem myoliquefaction or numerous cysts on muscles. In the present study, large yellow croakers infected by Kudoa were found during fish disease surveillance in China in November 2020 and used for morphological observation and characterization using light DIC microscopy and electron microscopy. Numerous creamy-white oval plasmodia were observed in muscles and on the surface of brain cartilage, gill arches, and serosal surfaces. The spores were considerably longer and thicker than previously reported Kudoa, with protruding polar filaments (PFs) in the mature spores, fingertip-shaped apical projections (APs), and polar capsules. Phylogenetic analyses with SSU rDNA, LSU rDNA, and mitochondrial DNA showed that the Kudoa-infected sample (LcK-2020) had the highest similarity to Kudoa iwatai reported in Japan. Based on the morphological characterization and phylogenetic analysis, it could be concluded that the sample LcK-2020 was infected by Kudoa iwatai, which would be the first report of Kudoa iwatai infection in large yellow croaker in China.

Pencak silat adalah olahraga dalam seni bela diri sekaligus budaya bangsa Indonesia dan salah satu pembinaan psikologi yang perlu dikembangkan untuk seorang atlet pencak silat adalah pembinaan kepribadian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepribadian atlet Pencak Silat Perguruan Himssi Komisariat Iwari Kota Palembang yang dilihat dari stabilitas emosional, disiplin, dan kepercayaan diri. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Instrumen yang dipakai untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert yang diberikan kepada atlet Pencak Silat Perguruan Himssi Komisariat Iwari Kota Palembang sebanyak 34 atlet pencak silat dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kepribadian atlet Pencak Silat Perguruan Himssi Komisariat Iwari Kota Palembang, dilihat dari stabilitas emosional, disiplin, dan kepercayaan diri, yaitu pada persentase 79% dan berada pada kriteria baik.

El presente artículo se propone ofrecer un panorama reciente de la narrativa peruana en torno del vampiro. Luego de un breve recorrido por la historia, destacando el periodo fundacional y la llamada Generación del Cincuenta, el texto se centra en la obra y aporte de tres importantes escritores contemporáneos: Carlos Calderón Fajardo, Fernando Iwasaki y José Donayre Hoefken. Cada uno de ellos desarrolla una mirada particular sobre el personaje y sus figuraciones. Calderón Fajardo y Donayre recrean la figura de Sarah Ellen, un mítico ser que ha generado un imaginario en los sectores populares; por su parte, Iwasaki recurre a las claves de la cultura de masas y de la literatura. Ello demuestra que en el Perú actual, tal narrativa dialoga con las leyendas locales y referencias universales.

Introduction: We are trying to create a platform for social innovation to extend life span. Methods: Since 2005, health data (approximately 3000 items per person as of 2020) of approximately 1000 adults have been collected each year during the Iwaki Health Promotion Project. The industry, government, academia, and citizens have involvements in data collection, aiming to build a platform that encourages societal innovation and subsequently extends life expectancy in Aomori. The Iwaki Health Promotion Project has been supported financially by the Japanese government since it was selected as the Center of Innovation program in 2013. Results: Since the numbers of academia, industries, governments, and citizens involved in the Iwaki Health Promotion Project increased over the years, the big data produced during the project has become increasingly pluripotent and adaptable. It has been used to promote public health, which has also created a stronger partnership among companies and research organizations. Consequently, the amount of data collected from the project has gained attention and became more open to companies and researchers participating in the Iwaki Health Promotion Project, resulted in establishing a larger platform. It also led to the acquisition of external funding, publications of numerous research papers, creation of new health examinations, and the establishment of the Health Promotion Center (an institution for cultivating health volunteers). Conclusion: The Iwaki Health Promotion Project aims not only to produce a pluripotent big data but also to improve the average life expectancy of Aomori by creating a large platform in the society. Its positive impact in the future is infinite and will keep growing as long as it is maintained by the society.

North Sumatra has a population of 14.8 million, and the municipality of Medan has 2.4 million, consisting of 1.21 million men and 1.22 million women. There are more women than men, with the assumption that women are more likely to show self-actualization. The purpose of this study is how the role of women in self-actualization in the life of the people of Medan city. This study uses data collection methods through a qualitative method, case studies, interviews through informants. The subjects of this study were four women who are members of the IWAPI Organization, FKMI. The results show that women's self-actualization is a person's potential to realize and maximize their potential, especially for women. In this case, the women in the IWAPI Organization, FKMI, have chosen and determined an organization's choice as an appropriate forum. Therefore, they can position themselves as women who actualize themselves. Women's self-actualization in the IWAPI, FKMI organizations is not hampered by government regulations or discriminatory government policies. Based on observations and documentation data of women researchers at the IWAPI Organization, FKMI that along with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, encouraging self-improvement through self-actualization in family and community life in the city of Medan.

Dalam menjalankan program Community Development, mahasiswa ESQ Business School berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas daripada UMKM dengan cara bekerjasama dengan IWAPI Jakarta Timur. IWAPI merupakan Ikatan Wanita Pengusaha Indonesia, dalam hal ini kami bekerjasama dengan IWAPI di daerah Jakarta Timur. Kami memilih IWAPI sebagai organisasi yang kami ajak bekerjasama dikarenakan legalitas organisasi tersebut dan juga feedback dari organisasi tersebut yang kami nilai sangat baik dari segi komunikasi dan kerjasama lainnya, khususnya Tji Liwoeng Coffee. Pada kegiatan ini dilakukannya proses Re-Branding dengan meningkatkan brand awareness. Tujuan utumanya dari Re-branding sendiri adalah untuk memperbaruhi sebuah brand yang telah ada agar menjadi lebih baij dengan tidak mengabaikan tujuan awal dari Tji Liewoeng Coffee itu sendiri. Pada tahap ini kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah membuat mood board yang sesuai dengan permintann dari pemilik. Maka dari itu dengan adanya Re-branding terhadap Tji Liewoeng Coffee ini meningkatkan engagement dan juga pendapatan. Kelebihan dari Re-branding adalah memberikan potensi yang lebih menonjol terhadap kompetitor. Dalam melakukan kegiatan ini juga ditemukan perbedaan diantara dunia kuliah dan pekerjaan.

Dalam kehidupan rumah tangga tidak selalu harmonis, suatu ketika bisa saja suami istri berselisih paham dari persoalan yang kecil sampai masalah yang menimbulkan perceraian. Dalam kondisi seperti ini, jika kesalahan fatal datang dari pihak suami, maka istri memiliki hak untuk meminta cerai dari suami (khulu’). Khulu’ adalah berpisahnya suami dari istri dengan memberi ganti yang diambil suami dari istri atau selainnya. ‘iwadh khulu’ merupakan pemberian ganti rugi oleh seorang istri untuk memperoleh talak dari suami. Oleh karena itu permasalahan yang diangkat dalam artikel ini adalah bagaimana penetapan persayaratan hak ‘iwadh khulu’ menurut pendapat Mazhab Maliki, dan bagaimana dalil serta metode istinbath hukum yang digunakan oleh Mazhab Maliki dalam penetapan keabsahan khulu’. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Reaserach), dengan metode pengumpulan data dari dokumentasi , dan penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis. Dan sumber data primer yaitu kitab-kitab Imam Malik yang berkenaan dengan ‘iwadh khulu’. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menurut Imam Malik khulu’ memiliki dua kemungkinan. Pertama, boleh terjadinya khulu’ tanpa adanya ‘iwadh. Alasan Imam Malik berpendapat seperti ini karena beliau menyamakan khulu’ seperti halnya talak. Kedua, tidak sah khulu’ tanpa adanya ‘iwadh (sesuatu), kecuali si lelaki meniatkan khulu’ istri itu sebagai talak. Serta tidak membolehkan suami mengambil pembayaran khulu’ itu lebih besar dari apa yang diberikan apabila kesalahan itu datang dari suami, akan tetapi jika si istri ridha dan tidak merasa berat hati tidak mengapa. Kemudian cara penetapan hukum yang digunakan oleh Imam Malik lebih berfokus pada pola penetapan hukum berdasarkan kepada nash al-Bayan bi al-Qaul yaitu penjelasan melalui sabda Rasulullah SAW atau firman Allah SWT. Hal ini berdasarkan kepada Hadis yang telah diriwayatkan dari Imam Malik, dan juga Hadis yang diriwayatkan Al-Bukhari dan Al-Nasaiy dan Ibnu Abbas yaitu perihal Habibah binti Sahal yang mana istrinya tidak lagi ingin bersama suaminya karena khawatir tidak akan dapat menjalankan kewajibannya dan merasa takut akan kufur maka dibolehkan khulu’.

Abstract (sommario):

The purpose of this study was to determine the form of the implementation of household financial management in achieving maqashid sharia. This study using qualitative approach explanatory case studies. The data was collected by interview, observation and documentation of the research object which is the member of IWAPI Surabaya.The results obtained are of religious knowledge that has an impact on the behavior of the members of IWAPI Surabaya in managing household finances based on sharia. While the business skills ‘less’ have a strong impact on the financial management of daily household. The whole informants generally know the rules of religion in achieving Maqashid Al-Shari’ah and make the wealth as a support in meeting the needs of religion and the world. With a good understanding of religion owned, the members of IWAPI Surabaya is able to implement it into the form of maintenance of religion, life, intellect, lineage and property according to religious teachings.
