Abstract (sommario):
Modern enterprise resource management systems are quite universal, but in practice each firm has its own characteristics, which are determined by the type of activity, scale of production, management structure and other factors. These features must be taken into account when choosing a model of management accounting, adapting it to the requirements of production and management of a particular enterprise. This paper focuses on the development of a model of management reporting of an insurance company based on the 1C: Enterprise system using dashboards. Based on the needs of company management, the requirements for the model of management reporting were formulated: simplicity and clarity; control of key indicators; choice of time intervals; comparison of locations (branches, separate offices, sites, etc.); taking into account exchange rates. The proposed conceptual model includes a system of key indicators, a block of preparatory information for dashboards, blocks of the 1C: Enterprise system (sources of information). The development of the model according to this conceptual scheme involves the following stages: the choice of key indicators; content development and design of dashboards; preparation of input information for dashboards. The proposed blocks of key indicators of the conceptual model were divided according to the content into 2 dashboards: dashboard of insurance indicators and dashboard of financial indicators. Dashboards use the following filters: month, location, and indicator. In the dashboard of financial indicators there is an additional filter "currency" (UAH, EUR, USD). The developed conceptual model of management reporting and its implementation with the help of dashboards can be a useful tool for the management of the insurance company. The model focuses on small firms, but takes into account the spatial structure of the company, the structure of insurance products, and time interval. Dashboards present in a simple and clear way relevant information that can be used in making management decisions.

Abstract (sommario):
This article is focused on the possibility of utilizing dashboard applications in financial modeling. In the era of easy access to the spreadsheet generator, as well as applications and the Internet, it is appropriate to use these tools in each area. The increasing amount of data and the need for daily monitoring and evaluation lead to the development of management applications with graphical data analysis known as “Dashboards.” The manager has the option to buy the app with a predefined environment, or create his own version—specific to the company. If only a simpler design is needed, without an online base and a connection with external databases, then it is possible to create such a simple dashboard using Excel and manage it by trained personnel. In the article, we, therefore, introduced a sample of financial indicator suitable for analysis through the application process and also showed how to create the basic interactive application.

Abstract (sommario):
Monitoring progress made in attaining sustainable development is a highly debated issue. Starting from the framework defined by the United Nations 2030 Agenda and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), in this paper dashboard and multidimensional index were chosen as instruments for assessing and communicating progress made in implementation of SDG. Their contributions have been discussed for Brazil in the years 2000s. Brazil is a federation of 26 States and a Federal District. To take into consideration local differences, data were collected and examined on a State base. By using a dashboard of 13 dimensions, one for each of the selected SDG, as well as a multidimensional index, it was possible to outline a better description of progress made in each Brazilian State over the selected period, as well as to identify specific obstacles to sustainable development.

Abstract (sommario):
Institutions or companies must indirectly be ready to face the era of digitalization in presenting company information, especially to see employee performance. Many companies have not used an application that can help in the process of monitoring employees so far. The problem that occurs is that the company has been monitoring the process using a Spreadsheet which consists of inputting employee performance and reporting employee performance results with a predetermined target. In the process it takes a long time and tools to assist in monitoring and measuring employee performance. Dashboard monitoring is designed using the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) method that will help management and then focus on performance aspects that are used as a measure of company performance, which in turn the dashboard application with KPI will facilitate division heads and managers in conducting the analysis process, monitoring and evaluation. From the results of this research, the use of dashboard monitoring can facilitate the user in monitoring and measuring the KPI of each employee.

Abstract (sommario):
Background Public web-based COVID-19 dashboards are in use worldwide to communicate pandemic-related information. Actionability of dashboards, as a predictor of their potential use for data-driven decision-making, was assessed in a global study during the early stages of the pandemic. It revealed a widespread lack of features needed to support actionability. In view of the inherently dynamic nature of dashboards and their unprecedented speed of creation, the evolution of dashboards and changes to their actionability merit exploration. Objective We aimed to explore how COVID-19 dashboards evolved in the Canadian context during 2020 and whether the presence of actionability features changed over time. Methods We conducted a descriptive assessment of a pan-Canadian sample of COVID-19 dashboards (N=26), followed by an appraisal of changes to their actionability by a panel of expert scorers (N=8). Scorers assessed the dashboards at two points in time, July and November 2020, using an assessment tool informed by communication theory and health care performance intelligence. Applying the nominal group technique, scorers were grouped in panels of three, and evaluated the presence of the seven defined features of highly actionable dashboards at each time point. Results Improvements had been made to the dashboards over time. These predominantly involved data provision (specificity of geographic breakdowns, range of indicators reported, and explanations of data sources or calculations) and advancements enabled by the technologies employed (customization of time trends and interactive or visual chart elements). Further improvements in actionability were noted especially in features involving local-level data provision, time-trend reporting, and indicator management. No improvements were found in communicative elements (clarity of purpose and audience), while the use of storytelling techniques to narrate trends remained largely absent from the dashboards. Conclusions Improvements to COVID-19 dashboards in the Canadian context during 2020 were seen mostly in data availability and dashboard technology. Further improving the actionability of dashboards for public reporting will require attention to both technical and organizational aspects of dashboard development. Such efforts would include better skill-mixing across disciplines, continued investment in data standards, and clearer mandates for their developers to ensure accountability and the development of purpose-driven dashboards.

Abstract (sommario):
Most higher education institutions view their increasing use of learning analytics as having significant potential to improve student academic achievement, retention outcomes, and learning and teaching practice but the realization of this potential remains stubbornly elusive. While there is an abundance of published research on the creation of visualizations, dashboards, and predictive models, there has been little work done to explore the impact of learning analytics on the actual practice of teachers. Through the lens of social informatics (an approach that views the users of technologies as active social actors whose technological practices constitute a wider socio-technical system) this qualitative study reports on an investigation into the practice of 30 tutors in the STEM faculty at Europe’s largest distance learning organization, The Open University UK (OU). When asked to incorporate learning analytics (including predictive learning analytics) contained in the Early Alert Indicator (EAI) dashboard during the 2017–2018 academic year into their practice, we found that tutors interacted with this dashboard in certain unanticipated ways and developed three identifiable “shadow practices”.

Abstract (sommario):
The Government of Indonesia, through the Ministry of Education and Culture, mandates each university to organize quality education. To produce graduates who meet national standards of higher education (SN-Dikti). Hence, each university must evaluate its performance to know its current condition. Unfortunately, most universities in Indonesia have difficulty in measuring their performance. Therefore, the university becomes difficult to establish a strategic plan forward. This study aims to produce a performance dashboard that can help university leaders evaluate their performance. This Performance Dashboard visualizes Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information from a strategic plan in one screen. This research uses a user-centric approach with four main stages, namely, identification of needs, planning, prototype design, and prototype review to produce the performance dashboard. The Performance Dashboard produces interactive gauge charts (baseline, targets, and performance achievements) so that it can visualize university KPI information. The results of user reviews showed that the KPI visualization by the performance dashboard was declared correct and could be useful as a guide in preparing a self-evaluation.

Abstract (sommario):
IntroductionEmergency medical regulation is a risky activity. In France, emergency medical societies have proposed activity and performance indicators, but their lists are non-exhaustive, unstructured and used heterogeneously among emergency medical call centres (Centres de Réception et de Régulation des Appels, CRRA). Our objective was to build by means of regional stakeholder consensus an operational quality dashboard for CRRAs.MethodsWe conducted an observational step in a French CRRA from June to September 2018 and at the same time listed existing activity and quality indicators through a rapid international literature review. We adapted and classified all indicators identified in a structured table. We prioritised them from April to September 2019 by seeking consensus with one regulator physician and one medical regulation assistant from the 13 CRRAs of the largest French region. We used an adapted Delphi method with a prioritisation scale from 1 to 9.ResultsThe rapid review of literature included 33 studies among the 414 identified and, with the first observational step, resulted in a list of 360 quality indicators covering the following areas: material resources, human resources, quality approach, call handling and postcall support. 15 of the 26 members participated in the entire process. Seventy indicators were considered as priorities with strong agreement among participants. We built an operational dashboard of quality indicators deemed high priority and provided 70 descriptive indicator sheets.ConclusionOur study allowed to build an operational quality dashboard for CRRAs as a ready-to-use support for an internal audit, for prioritisation of quality approach actions and for national and international benchmarking.

Abstract The supervisory function of lecturers at the Faculty of Computer Science, Pamulang University is inseparable from teaching, research and community service activities. The increasing number of lecturers and the increasing complexity of the problems they face, demands organizational performance to be further improved. Monitored organizational performance is intended to ensure the achievement of the goals that have been set. Dashboard is a measurement instrument that provides Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information at a glance and in real-time. The dashboard is used as an instrument for monitoring performance, in supporting management needs at both the tactical and operational levels. KPI information is tailored to the needs of its users. The characteristic of this planned dashboard lies in the type of information displayed, as well as the way it is presented, even if only at a glance. Organizational KPI identification is obtained by mapping each KPI in the organization from the viewpoint of the displayed KPI priorities. The method used in designing the dashboard is the Noetix and Rasmussen method, the results of which are the main KPIs of the organization, the information hierarchy and the addition of alerts for the dashboard. The aim of this paper are: to create a data visualization that can assist the Government in evaluating the return on the development of health facilities in the region and province area in term of human resources for medical personnel, to help community knowing the amount of distribution of hospitals with medical personnel in the regional area and to map disease indicator in Indonesia. The issue of tackling health is still a major problem that is not resolved by the Government of Indonesia. There are three big things that become problems in the health sector in Indonesia: infrastructure has not been evenly distributed and less adequate, the lack of human resources professional health workforce, there is still a high number of deaths in the outbreak of infectious diseases. Data for the research are taken from BPS, in total 10,600 records after the Extract, Transform and Loading process. Time needed to convert several publications from PDF, to convert to CSV and then to MS Excel 3 weeks. The method used is Eight-step Data Visualization and Data Mining methodology. Tableau is chosen as a tool to create the data visualization because it can combine each dasboard inside a story interactive, easier for the user to analyze the data. The result is a story with 3 dashboards that can fulfill the requirement from BPS staff and has been tested with a satisfied result in the UAT (User Acceptance Test). In developing countries where population grows rapidly, air pollution has been a serious issue for the public health. Among various pollutants, fine particulate matters (PM2.5) is associated with distinct serious health problems, e.g., asthma, cancer, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. To raise the awareness of the community and decision makers in order to solve the air-pollution problem, the level of the PM2.5 index should be monitored. In this paper, we propose a dashboard system for monitoring air pollution based on PM2.5. A portable device (i.e., Edimax Airbox) was installed inside the building of Stikom Surabaya college to measure the PM2.5 level. The sensors in this device read the PM2.5 level, air temperature, and humidity level, and then it transmits the data to the cloud service. The cloud platform makes the collected data accessible through an open data API that allows our system to interact with the data in the JSON format. The data then was parsed in a web server and visualized in a dashboard system. The dashboard system provides two indicators, the live PM2.5 sensor measurement and the measurement history. The dashboard successfully visualized the indicator of air pollution index, based on PM2.5 standards by WHO and Dinas Kesehatan Indonesia (the Indonesian Department of Health). Within seven days of the study, PM2.5 level reaches the maximum value of 65 µg/m3 with the average value of 39.36 µg/m3 on July 8, 2018. This is an alarming rate given that the indoor average level threshold of PM2.5 by WHO is 25 µg/m3.

Abstract (sommario):
BackgroundAs part of a larger study examining the effectiveness of the Maternal Newborn Dashboard, an electronic audit and feedback system to improve maternal-newborn care practices and outcomes, the purpose of this study was to increase our understanding of factors explaining variability in performance after implementation of the Dashboard in Ontario, Canada.MethodsA collective case study. A maximum variation sampling approach was used to invite hospitals reflecting different criteria to participate in a 1-day to 2-day site visit by the research team. The visits included: (1) semistructured interviews and focus groups with healthcare providers, leaders and personnel involved in clinical change processes; (2) observations and document review. Interviews and focus groups were audio-recorded and transcribed verbatim. Qualitative content analysis was used to code and categorise the data.ResultsBetween June and November 2016, we visited 14 maternal-newborn hospitals. Hospitals were grouped into four quadrants based on their key indicator performance and level of engagement with the Dashboard. Findings revealed four overarching themes that contribute to the varying success of sites in achieving practice change on the Dashboard key performance indicators, namely, interdisciplinary collaboration and accountability, application of formal change strategies, team trust and use of evidence and data, as well as alignment with organisational priorities and support.ConclusionThe diversity of facilitators and barriers across the 14 hospitals highlights the need to go beyond a ‘one size fits all’ approach when implementing audit and feedback systems. Future work to identify tools to assess barriers to practice change and to evaluate the effects of cointerventions to optimise audit and feedback systems for clinical practice change is needed.

Abstract (sommario):
Background The Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) plan aims to end the HIV epidemic in the United States by 2030. Having timely and accessible data to assess progress toward EHE goals at the local level is a critical resource to achieve this goal. Objective The aim of this paper was to introduce America’s HIV Epidemic Analysis Dashboard (AHEAD), a data visualization tool that displays relevant data on the 6 HIV indicators provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. AHEAD can be used to monitor progress toward ending the HIV epidemic in local communities across the United States. Its objective is to make data available to stakeholders, which can be used to measure national and local progress toward 2025 and 2030 EHE goals and to help jurisdictions make local decisions that are grounded in high-quality data. Methods AHEAD displays data from public health data systems (eg, surveillance systems and census data), organized around the 6 EHE indicators (HIV incidence, knowledge of HIV status, HIV diagnoses, linkage to HIV medical care, viral HIV suppression, and preexposure prophylaxis coverage). Data are displayed for each of the EHE priority areas (48 counties in Washington, District of Columbia, and San Juan, Puerto Rico) which accounted for more than 50% of all US HIV diagnoses in 2016 and 2017 and 7 primarily southern states with high rates of HIV in rural communities. AHEAD also displays data for the 43 remaining states for which data are available. Data features prioritize interactive data visualization tools that allow users to compare indicator data stratified by sex at birth, race or ethnicity, age, and transmission category within a jurisdiction (when available) or compare data on EHE indicators between jurisdictions. Results AHEAD was launched on August 14, 2020. In the 11 months since its launch, the Dashboard has been visited 26,591 times by 17,600 unique users. About one-quarter of all users returned to the Dashboard at least once. On average, users engaged with 2.4 pages during their visit to the Dashboard, indicating that the average user goes beyond the informational landing page to engage with 1 or more pages of data and content. The most frequently visited content pages are the jurisdiction webpages. Conclusions The Ending the HIV Epidemic plan is described as a “whole of society” effort. Societal public health initiatives require objective indicators and require that all societal stakeholders have transparent access to indicator data at the level of the health jurisdictions responsible for meeting the goals of the plan. Data transparency empowers local stakeholders to track movement toward EHE goals, identify areas with needs for improvement, and make data-informed adjustments to deploy the expertise and resources required to locally tailor and implement strategies to end the HIV epidemic in their jurisdiction.

Abstract (sommario):
In 2021, China’s power generation industry took the lead in launching carbon emissions trading, ushering in a major challenge and opportunity for the sustainable development of power enterprises. Assessing the sustainable development performance of power enterprises has become the key to the sustainable financing and development of power enterprises in this new developmental stage. Based on the integration of the long-term UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) evaluation indicators of listed companies, this paper constructed an index system for the evaluation of the sustainable development of electric power companies consisting of 75 indicators corresponding to four dimensions: economic, social, environmental, and governance. Given the vision for the sustainable development of electric power companies, the assessment thresholds for each indicator were determined by the practical exploration and typical progress assessment of SDGs. Aggregate assessment and dashboard assessment techniques for the sustainable development of electric power companies were established, and we conducted a robustness analysis of the evaluation system. The results revealed the following details: (1) The disclosure of sustainable development indicators of Chinese electricity enterprises was 94.13%, among which the four dimensions of economy, environment, society, and governance were 99.89%, 82.62%, 94.00%, and 97.71%, respectively. (2) The aggregate sustainable development index for Chinese power companies was 59.34, and the environment, society, governance, and economic scores were 62.10, 64.49, 76.79, and 41.37, respectively. (3) Based on the results of the dashboard, investment in innovation, public welfare, emissions of greenhouse gases, and economic sustainability are the key factors limiting the achievement of sustainable development. (4) The framework’s robustness analysis showed that the results of the evaluation of this paper’s indicator framework fell within a reasonable range of variation using different ranking and weighting systems. Chinese electricity companies should comprehensively control costs and expenses, strengthen capital management, expand funding channels, focus on enhancing R&D capabilities, enhance their scientific and technological innovation management systems, and improve their disclosure of information about greenhouse gas emissions, resource consumption and use, and employee issues to improve the overall level of sustainable development. The evaluation system developed in this paper further enriches the evaluation of corporate sustainability performance. This paper explored the application of the SDG index and dashboard construction methods at the national level to the evaluation of sustainability at the corporate level, providing a clear picture of corporate performance with respect to various dimensions, issues, criteria, and indicators.

Abstract (sommario):
A difficult challenge for today’s driver monitoring systems is the detection of cognitive distraction. The present research presents the development of a theory-driven approach for cognitive distraction detection during manual driving based on temporal control theories. It is based solely on changes in the temporal variance of driving-relevant gaze behavior, such as gazes onto the dashboard (TDGV). Validation of the detection method happened in a field and in a simulator study by letting participants drive, alternating with and without a secondary task inducing external cognitive distraction (auditory continuous performance task). The general accuracy of the distraction detection method varies between 68% and 81% based on the quality of an individual prerecorded baseline measurement. As a theory-driven system, it represents not only a step towards a sophisticated cognitive distraction detection method, but also explains that changes in temporal dashboard gaze variance (TDGV) are a useful behavioral indicator for detecting cognitive distraction.

This work aims to use Data Science techniques to build predictive models that will eventually improve maintenance plans regarding power transformers by reducing shutoffs and transmission downtime. This work is part of a 36-month long Research and Development (R&D) project started on January 2021, as of the writing of this report the project is halfway through. The analytic models described herein have already been tested while most of the remaining work is yet to be done. In a single Data Lake environment, we will consolidate several databases from information systems that support the company's operation and maintenance processes. Various machine learning models will run on this data, and their results will appear in a dashboard, alongside several traditional indicators. This process will be integrated and consolidated in a computing platform with cloud architecture. We use Machine Learning (ML) to develop the models. Based on an Agnostic Probably Approximately Correct (PAC) Learning study of the available datasets estimating their Vapnik–Chervonenkis dimension, we choose Random Forests (RF) algorithms to be used in the new indicators. So far, the project has produced two new indicators: Chromatographic Assay Indicator (CAI) and Electrical Failure Risk Indicator (EFRI). The CAI indicator evaluation uses a Random Forest Algorithm trained with an external dataset due to the small number of power transformers failures in the O&M data. This indicator performed much better than classical chromatographic indicators to predict electric or temperature problems on the test set. The EFRI indicator correlates monitoring data available from an existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system with maintenance data from an existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through a RF algorithm capable of alerting to a higher risk of electric failure. ANEEL funds this work as R&D project PD-00394-1907/2019 titled “Aplicabilidade de nova tecnologia voltada para o desenvolvimento de um modelo de monitoramento inteligente dos ativos de transmissão”.

Abstract (sommario):
As the utilization of roadways increases, the probability of accidents happening also increases. So to overcome this, Uturn paths were created in place of signals. So, waiting on the signal was totally avoided, eliminating pollution in traffic signal areas. The design and development of manual and voice-assisted U-turn indicators for automobiles are discussed in this paper. The design of this system requires the development of a new circuit to accommodate the voice control system for the indicators using Google Nest Mini and the button operated, which is controlled by a MQTT app in a tab with Wi-Fi connectivity. These devices are connected to the power supply unit to charge them through USB connectors, and the NodeMCU is used for the controlling of the whole system and responsible for the displaying of the indicator signs on the 16x16 LED wall placed on the vehicle. There are conventional indicators also present in the vehicle, along with the newly developed voice-controlled and button operated MQTT app, which will control the left and right turn indicators and the left and right U-turn indicators when a specific voice command is given to the microcontroller through Google Nest Mini. By using this technology, people can reduce the lack of communication during the U-turn and control the indicator, which is a hands-free operation. Placing this technology on the vehicle will increase the safety of the automobile and reduce the risk of accidents. This system allows people to control the voice-assisted control system and an integrated dashboard control system to control the U-turn indicators and the normal indicators with ease.

Abstract (sommario):
Technology has grown up massively, which is numerous aspects. Whether the system is limited or open source, had to adapt to certain circumstances. For instance, decades ago, people mainly used to have a paper to work on reporting or to make notes. These days, people started to migrate the work stuff into digitalization. Furthermore, environmental pollution has been triggered by emissions from vehicles. Moreover, due to a lack of knowledge and resources to solve this issue, the manufacturing process does not apply the sustainability process. This matter has led to an impenetrable environmental issue in the manufacturing area for years. Therefore, developing a sales module dashboard system that is configured on Sales Order (SO) transactions and customer data could assist the problem-solving process. The reason for this matter is to highlight the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) at the sustainability that has been added by the open-source Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) System and display the indicator of data visualization application. Furthermore, the development of the ERP system is aligned with the purpose of the Quickstart methodology that was applied in this research. To sum up, the sales module dashboard system is designed to assist the new user in this implementation in classifying the material, process, or products that require consideration to be maintained. Moreover, to reduce the number of raw materials or shipment processes that did not apply the eco-friendliness

Abstract (sommario):
Malaria is currently an endemic disease in Mexico. The country joined the WHO’s E-25 initiative for the elimination of Plasmodium vivax to achieve elimination and certification within the established period. Having a Web-based information system was, therefore, deemed necessary to assist in the detection, investigation, and elimination of transmission in the foci, as well as for the timely treatment of malaria-positive cases. The “Information System for the Elimination of Malaria in Mexico” was designed, developed, and implemented with a geographic vision, which includes a Web tool to georeference homes and aquatic systems, a dashboard and an indicator evaluation card for monitoring activities, notification of probable cases, and vector control among other indicators. The implementation of the system was gradual in the seven states that are currently in the malaria elimination phase; subsequently, the system was implemented in non-transmission states. In 2020, the system implementation stage began; first, the basic data of more than 96,000 homes throughout the country were georeferenced, and then the primary data capture tools of 17 formats, 32 reports, and 2 geographic viewers were enabled for information queries. A total of 56 active foci have been identified in 406 localities as well as 71 residual foci in 320 localities. Recently, the Foci Manager was developed, which is a specific tool for the study, evaluation, and monitoring of active foci through a GIS, a dashboard, and a systematized evaluation certificate. Georeferencing tools decreased the cost of spatial data collection.

Abstract (sommario):
Mobility as a Service (MaaS) and, more recently, electric Mobility as a Service (eMaaS) have increasingly been put forward to meet the economic, social, and environmental challenges linked to mobility. First, however, monitoring and evaluating such a scheme’s performance is crucial, mainly through the definition of appropriate indicators. In this study, a standardised methodological approach is presented for the assessment of an eMaaS scheme. In addition, this methodological approach contains a range of innovative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The proposed KPIs refer to the evaluation of the scheme based on four pillars: (a) society, (b) users, (c) operators, and (d) internal operation. The methodology for evaluating the proposed KPIs includes identifying the available sources for data collection. For example, data can be collected through questionnaire surveys, focus group discussions, and the system’s central dashboard. An appropriate set of indicators to evaluate a system from various perspectives is necessary to assess an eMaaS scheme in real-life conditions. Furthermore, the evaluation of the overall operation of the scheme will contribute to drawing valid conclusions (e.g., user acceptance, economic viability) for the implementation of eMaaS in urban areas.

Abstract (sommario):
Environmental data such as pollutants, temperature, and humidity are data that have a role in the agricultural sector in predicting rainfall conditions. In fact, pollutant data is common to be used as a proxy to see the density of industry and transportation. With this need, it is necessary to have automated data from outside websites that are able to provide data faster than satellite confirmation. Data sourced from IQair, can be used as a benchmark or confirmative data for weather and environmental statistics in Indonesia. Data is taken by scraping method on the website. Scraping is done on the API available on the website. Scraping is divided into 2 stages, the first is to determine the location in Indonesia, the second is to collect statistics such as temperature, humidity, and pollutant data (AQI). The module used in python is the scrapy module, where the crawling is effective starting from May 2020. The data is recorded every three hours for all regions of Indonesia and directly displayed by the Power BI-based dashboard. We also illustrated that AQI data can be used as a proxy for socio-economic activity and also as an indicator in monitoring green growth in Indonesia.

Abstract (sommario):
Elements of car construction, especially the information available on a dashboard, can stimulate the way of driving. The experiment described in the paper aimed to examine how the information provided by the indicator, which informs about the operational mode of a gasoline direct injection (GDI) engine, can contribute to eco-driving and the possible learning of acceleration pedal operation by a driver. The analysis of the fuel injection process affected by driver behaviour was an essential part of the experiment. The experiment was divided into two parts. The first one (nine tests) consisted of driving without access to the indicator information. In the second part, the information on the mode of the engine run was available for the driver. The results confirmed that the information about the type of fuel mixture used for the supply of the GDI engine facilitates an economical driving style (about 10% fuel savings) and motivates the driver to engage in eco-driving.

Abstract (sommario):
The manufacturing industry is an industry that pays attention to every stage of the production process. One of which is the leather industry. However, the business processes for procuring goods, selecting suppliers, making purchase documents, and others are done manually without using an integrated system so that business processes are not properly monitored. Besides, the leather industry is also environmentally unfriendly because the waste produced can pollute the environmental ecosystem. A system is needed to monitor and integrate the business processes with environmentally friendly standards based on these problems. This research focuses on developing a system based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for the procurement department by applying sustainable procurement. Sustainable procurement is a procurement practice that ensures the goods purchased conform to environmentally friendly attributes that can minimize the impact of hazards on the environment. This study also aims to design a system for monitoring the procurement business process. Therefore, an analysis will be carried out to determine the Key Performance Indicator (KPI). This data will be displayed on the dashboard to show and compare the company's performance. The results of this study are the design of a sustainable procurement system and a dashboard based on ERP.

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> Economic environment is vital for commercial investment, city planning and company strategy planning in urban areas. Mastering the economical trend may help the entrepreneurs, government officers and individuals in their decision-making process. In this study, we explore multiple geo-economic datasets using visual analytics methods for understanding the economic environment. More specifically, we user time-series Gross Domestic Product (GDP) data as an economic indicator of economic development and land use data to support the spatial analysis at a refined geographic scale. The spatiotemporal patterns of the regional economic environment are revealed both qualitatively and quantitatively. The work has a three-fold contributions: (1) we apply a grid-based spatial interpolation model to derive GDP values at a file granularity based on land use data; (2) we design a novel interactive dashboard for the GDP data exploration, which serves as a visual analytical tool between data and users; (3) we combine quantitative analysis with visualizations to strengthen the qualitative analysis. The feasibility of visual analytics methods and the dashboard design are tested in one of the most developed regions, Jiangsu Province, China. Both expected and unexpected economical patterns were extracted.</p>

Abstract (sommario):
In the paper, the practical problem of analysing in an integrated way the performance of provincial waste systems is approached, in the framework of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA). In particular, the in itinere phase of SEA is analysed herein. After separating out a proper group of ambits, to which the waste system is supposed to determine relevant impacts, pertinent sets of single indicators are proposed. Through the adoption of such indicators the time trend of the system is investigated, and the suitability of each indicator is critically revised. The structure of the evaluation scheme, which is essentially based on the use of ambit issues and analytical indicators, calls for the application of the method of the Dashboard of Sustainability for the integrated evaluation of the whole system. The suitability of this method is shown through the paper, together with the possibility of a comparative analysis of different scenarios of interventions. Of course, the reliability of the proposed method strongly relies on the availability of a detailed set of territorial data. The method appears to represent a useful tool for public administration in the process of optimizing the policy actions aimed at minimizing the increasing problem represented by waste production in urban areas.

Abstract (sommario):
Performance and Transaction Monitoring Dashboard Website Based PT. Emporia Digital Raya was to find out performance of business partners, area leader, main dealer and approval of business partners that have been acquired for the company. This dashboard is made to make it easier for companies and product owners to monitor acquisition, transactions through an integrated and non-manual system to minimize errors. Performance and Transaction Monitoring Dashboard was developed using the initial UI design method to describe all the functions that will be available on the web, then developed with reactJS library and JavaScript language, API, and PostgreSQL as database. The testing phase uses technology adoption with a focus on validity, reliability, and AVE test variables after distributing questionnaires to all website users, internal team of PT. Emporia Digital Raya using quantitative methods by classifying each question in the questionnaire. Then the result is that there are several test variables that are not valid in the validity test because they have an item validity value or the validity of the question variable is below 0.4, then the variable must be removed and retested, and after the second test, the results show that the variable has the above item validity value. 0.4 so it is considered valid. In the first validity test, the variable E was declared invalid due to an error in the classification of the questionnaire and did not represent an indicator, so that the variable E was not included in the next test. In the reliability test, only BI and EE variables have high or acceptable Cronbach alpha values, while FC (poor) and PE (unacceptable) or unreliable due to the incorrect classification of questions on the questionnaire causing the variables to be unreliable to be used in further research. In the correlation test, only PE and FC were significantly correlated with BI, while EE was not significantly correlated due to errors in the classification of the questionnaire so that it did not match the variables.

Abstract (sommario):
Background Dashboards are an important tool for hospitals to improve quality and safety performance. However, implementing quality and safety dashboards often does not increase performance due to a lack of use by health professionals. Including health professionals in the development process of quality and safety dashboards can improve their use in practice. Yet, it remains unclear how a development process involving health professionals can be executed successfully. Objective The aim of this study is twofold: (1) to delineate how a process whereby health professionals are included in the development of quality and safety dashboards can be facilitated and (2) to identify the factors that are important to consider in order to make that process successful. Methods We conducted a qualitative, in-depth exploratory case study in which we analyzed 150 pages of internal documents and interviewed 13 staff members regarding the development of quality and safety dashboards within 2 care pathways of a hospital that has experience in such development. The data were analyzed inductively using the constant comparative method. Results We found that the development of quality and safety dashboards in collaboration with health professionals was facilitated through a five-stage process: (1) familiarizing participants with dashboards and the development process; (2) brainstorming about potential indicators to be included in the dashboard; (3) prioritizing, defining, and selecting indicators to be included in the dashboard; (4) examining how the indicators can be visualized; and (5) implementing the dashboard and following up on its use. To enhance the success of the process, 3 factors were deemed important. The first is to create and maintain broad involvement, ensuring that various professions are represented and take ownership of the dashboard. Here, potential barriers include gaining engagement from peers not directly involved in the process and maintaining involvement after the initial implementation of the dashboard. Second, unburdening, whereby quality and safety staff facilitate a structured process that has little additional burden for professionals. For this, time management and a lack of collaboration with departments responsible for delivering the data might be an issue. Lastly, focusing on relevance for health professionals, which refers to the inclusion of indicators with value for health professionals. For this factor, a lack of consensus on how indicators should be defined and registered might be a barrier. Conclusions Health care organizations seeking to develop quality and safety dashboards in collaboration with health professionals can use a 5-stage process. To enhance the success of the process, organizations are advised to focus on 3 key factors. For each of the key factors, potential barriers should be taken into account. Engaging in this process and attaining the key factors could increase the likelihood that the dashboards are used in practice.
